Zicasso Reviews

2025 • Family. We had a wonderfully organized vacation with to Turkey and Greece. Irene organized the perfect family vacation, addressing all of our requests and needs. We had a mix of sightseeing and adventure, making a lifetime of memories that will be cherished forever. Look no further than Zicasso to help arrange your next dream vacation

Zicasso recommended two excellent travel firms to work with, who talked to me in order to develop a proposed itinerary. Once I selected one of them, we finalized all the details. They were very easy to work with and I was extremely pleased with the final outcome. My trip was everything I expected it to be, and everything went smoothly. Usually I do all my own planning, but this experience convinced me that I might be better off using a travel professional.

I needed help planning our honeymoon in France this past May. This was way more than I was willing to do on my own. I contacted my American Express Platinum travels services for help. I quickly realized that they were not a good fit for me. Then I used Google to search for providers. Among others I found Zicasso. They were the answer! They started with an online questionnaire and then set up a call with me once they had a good idea of the kind of things I was interested in. After our scheduled call, which was on time by the way, they followed up with their suggestions. They work with many different providers--they know what they are doing.

We traveled to Italy through Zicasso and immediately had two companies offer us excellent travel plans. We have never had such an easy trip before. Communication was flawless, every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend.

Zicasso was able to connect me with great local travel experts to curate the exact trip that myself and my family wanted. Included all of the experiences that we were interested in! The team that helped book flights was very responsive - had to make a change after initial booking and all handled well and professionally.

What a memorable trip! Well-planned tours of Havana, Santa Clara, Varadero, a cooking class in Cojimar and a visit to Fusterlandia! And in between a visit to the town my son's father lived. We were on a whirlwind for 6 days! Guides and drivers were wonderful - thank you William, Wilfredo & Alexis. Accommodations were provided by welcoming ** with delicious meals. Our restaurants never disappointed! Thank you, thank you, thank you Eli!

Absolutely wonderful experience! I recently returned from a trip to South Africa and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I inquired about the trip to the moment I returned home, everything was seamless. The itinerary was thoughtfully curated and captured all of my interests perfectly — from wildlife safaris to Wineland day tours and cultural highlights. Every detail was handled exactly as promised, from accommodations and transfers to guided tours and activities. It truly felt like the team listened to what I wanted and brought it to life. I appreciated how responsive and professional the staff were throughout the planning process. I never had to worry about a thing — and that peace of mind made all the difference. I would absolutely book with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-organized travel experience!

We had a fantastic customized trip to Africa. We collaborated with our travel agent to organize exactly what we wanted. Our experiences were well coordinated and went smoothly. There were many intra Africa flights and logistics that went seamlessly.

Thank you Zicasso for creating a once in a lifetime family vacation to Italy. We had a wonderful time visiting Rome, Florence and the Tuscany countryside. The memories of the tours, the food, the cooking class, and the wine tours were very enjoyable!

Everything was a great and easy experience from the very beginning to the end. I felt like time was taken to get to know me and my preferences - and my family's preferences too! Everyone was so helpful and nice, and the trip was just what we were hoping for. They made it all so easy.

Zicasso was great in helping us plan our trip to Iceland. I had to call customer service and they were so friendly and helped me plan the perfect trip and answered all my questions. I plan to use them for my next trip.

Zicasso provided us with referrals to 2 travel companies for our African Safari. Both companies were very responsive and I think we would have been happy with either one. The company that we ended up choosing was very responsive and crafted an excellent itinerary for us.

Our travel to Thailand was over the top! The communication with our planners and contacts both before and during was outstanding. Planning was done with our group’s ideas and wants in mind. Our tour guides were not only knowledgeable and responsive but were genuinely wonderful human beings who we enjoyed learning from. We can’t say enough good things about our experience!

This was our first trip through Zicasso covering Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The tour operator Zicasso selected was very knowledgeable about those countries and arranged hotels and doors with knowledgeable guides that met or exceeded our expectations. We got great recommendations for restaurants and other sites to supplement the ones that were already organized by our Tour Guide. We look forward to having Zicasso arrange other tours for us in the future.

Zicasso was very helpful in understanding our needs and matching us with the travel partners who could meet our specific needs. The team at Zicasso was responsive, followed up to confirm things are going well with the planning and the actual travel. Would certainly use Zicasso again for our future travel needs.

We had a beyond perfect vacation using Zicasso for our trip to Argentina. The local travel group did an amazing job creating an itinerary that worked wonderfully for us, even though we had some limiting physical issues. The hotels, activities, tour guides and customer service were 5 star quality. Each of our 3 locations, Buenos Aires, Patagonia and Iguazu Falls were equally enjoyable and different. We will definitely use Zicasso again.

My husband and I just returned from France. In planning this trip, I only reached out to Zicasso. I had used Zicasso previously for a trip to New Zealand and found the process of selecting from two suggested itineraries offered from two local travel agencies gave me great and different options to consider. Our trip to France worked the same way.

This was the second occasion that we have used the services provided by Zicasso to plan a trip. This time, a 12-day adventure in Spain plus two days in Lisbon, Portugal. We had a great experience again. Our travel company developed a fantastic itinerary that was accomplished completely and flawlessly. The process is so easy, effortless, and worry-free when using Zicasso to connect with your destination country.

This was our first trip with Zicasso and we plan on many more in the future based on our experience. First rate, friendly, flexible, and just fabulous from beginning to end. Hotels and guides were a perfect match for what we were looking for.

I have planned 3 trips now with Zicasso to 3 very different countries. Each time I was able to connect with a planner that I felt understood our needs and wants. Our budget was respected and each trip has exceeded our expectations!

We are a group of 4 women in our 60's, college friends. This is the second time we have used Zicasso for our European travel and would highly recommend their services. Our first trip was to Greece, this year we traveled to Rome and the Amalfi Coast. For both trips Zicasso put us in touch with 2 travel specialists, for those areas that are vetted by Zicasso. We were giving 2 proposals and spoke to the agents so were able to choose the company that worked best for our preferences. Using Zicasso took the stress out of making travel plans, we will use Zicasso again for future travel.

A friend recommended Zicasso to help streamline the process of designing a custom travel experience. We were seeking a guided trip for a party of 4 to experience the history of World War II in Normandy and Dunkirk, France, followed by wonderful museums in London, England. Zicasso identified two travel agencies to compete for our business - both were highly competent and responsive. Ultimately, we went with the agency that provided the best itinerary and accommodation recommendations. Note, spend some time defining your desired itinerary before contacting Zicasso. It will make the process go quicker.

I will absolutely be using Zicasso again! They connected us with the best travel agent for our South African honeymoon. It was the trip of a lifetime, and they make it so easy to plan the exact trip you're looking for.

Phenomenal experience with Zicasso. 3 weeks going through Italy, Paris, and London. Excellent service and contact when travelling making sure all tours and tickets were delivered. Small group tours or private tours for all the important museums and attractions in each country. Put together very well. Would use Zicasso again in the future.

I have used Zicasso for 2 trips now. I usually plan my own trips but get a bit overwhelmed when dealing with countries where English is not the primary language. I found Zicasso online and used them to plan a trip to Costa Rica. More recently they helped me plan a trip to Italy. In both situations they gathered some primary information about what I was looking for and wanted to see then connected me with first rate local agencies who contacted me and helped me plan the perfect trip. It was very interactive so that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with the experiences I have had with Zicasso. I would highly recommend them, and if and when I plan another international trip I will definitely contact them.

Zicasso was extremely easy to work with. My wife and I wanted to visit Switzerland for a few weeks, and Zicasso provided two travel agencies who quickly responded with ideas. The 3 week trip was everything we had hoped for, and the agency Zicasso referred to us did a stellar job planning, reserving, and packaging the trip for us.

The best experience! Would definitely recommend their services! Everyone is so nice and truly wants your trip to be perfect for you! They cater towards your interests and also make very good suggestions as well!

Zicasso was extremely helpful in helping us sort out all the intricacies of selecting our trip. They are basically a referral agency and helped us choose the best agency to put the trip together. We did Northern Italy and it was quite complicated.

This is my 2nd time utilizing the expertise from Zicasso. My most recent adventure was to Italy with two girlfriends. We visited, Florence, Rome and Amalfi Coast and we achieved every objective requested by our group. We were very impressed with the quality of the providers and the support we needed. The attention to details, customer service and their selected providers were exceptional. Each provider was timely and very knowledgeable during our excursions. I will plan to utilize Zicasso again for my next adventure.

My wife and I used Zicasso for our first trip to Greece. From the initial contact through the trip completion, we were very happy with the service they provide. Being able to use their service online and able to speak with a customer service agent that was very knowledgeable is a huge plus. We will definitely use them again in our next international trip.

My husband and I are just beginning our new chapter in travel as new retirees. It is a bit overwhelming once you start to research tour services and we began to feel overwhelmed. Then we found Zicasso advertised in the New York Times. Zicasso helped us to focus on our actual trip. We wanted it to be a trip of a lifetime to Italy with as little stress as possible. We wanted to stay in beautiful hotels close to everything as my husband has some physical limitations. We wanted it to be comparable in price as other tours we were researching. We wanted a lot.

I started to plan a self-drive tour of Ireland and found that there are an abundance of tours to purchase. In fact, this abundance makes it difficult to sort them out. And I found that none of the ones I reviewed were exactly what I wanted. I had no idea about the quality of these tours and if I could trust the client reviews. I was about to give up when I found Zicasso and it was free! I really liked the way that Zicasso recommended travel agencies that could work with my preferences and budget.

This was my third trip through Zicasso. Most recent trip to Africa was truly spectacular. The travel agency was extremely helpful in planning a memorable trip. They made excellent recommendations and all the arrangements were outstanding.

Spain experience was amazing. The tours were tailored according to what we have requested - airport pick ups, private tours and hotel accommodations. Travel agent made sure that everything is going well during our trip.

Stumbled upon Zicasso when researching our "bucket list" trip to Greece! Since we are not big travelers, I didn't know where to begin and wanted to get the most out of our dream vacation since we don't know if we'll ever return. Zicasso paired us with a wonderful, local tour company who worked with us to curate the trip that was PERFECT for us!! It was such a pleasant experience that I began to have doubts. I emailed Zicasso who responded immediately with experiences with other travelers AND further reassured us with their own guarantee!! The experience with Zicasso has made it so we will 100% plan another adventure with them soon!!!

Zicasso made it easy for me to plan a custom tour to Croatia for a group of ten. They were very prompt and responsive to my request and the ultimate trip was flawless. Have already booked next year's trip using Zicasso.

This was the first time I used Zicasso as my travel agent to Belgium and Paris. I will use them again! They provided an excellent itinerary based on my requests and information provided. They were there all the way if needed. Excellent trip thanks to them.

We booked our recent trip to Italy with Zicasso. They provided us with multiple travel designers to plan our trip and we were able to find one that fits our needs. The process was smooth and the trip went very well.

We had an exceptional experience with Zicasso on our trip to Greece (Santorini, Mykonos, Athens). They provided two travel agencies that created itineraries for our upcoming trip. Both agencies were responsive, reasonable in cost, and well-versed in the Greek experience. We couldn't have been happier with our experience, and will definitely use Zicasso again. Since returning from our trip, we've told dozens of friends about the service.

Zicasso was easy to work with and quickly found me multiple options for my travel plans. We were able to plan our dream vacation which went off without a hitch. Super happy with how everything turned out.
