Picasso has never steered us wrong. We started using them years ago for our trip to Italy, and were so pleased we have recommended to several of our friends who now also use Zicasso. Our trip to Spain and then Greece were also well planned and executed. Everything was made so easy with wonderful tour guides, great hotels and restaurant suggestions. We will continue using Zicasso for our future travels.

I normally plan all of my family vacations. As I researched everything I would need to do for international travel, I realized that there are too many mistakes that I could make which would cost a lot more money than having a expert hired to plan the trip for me. When I searched the web, Zicasso stood out. I entered some of my itinerary, my group size, and my budget, and they arranged for two travel companies from the country I was visiting to reach out to me. These companies were top notch and gave great ideas for me to accomplish what I wanted with crisp presentations on what the trip would look like and how much it would cost. I don't think I would have found these travel companies myself, and may have gotten overwhelmed by all the options. I will be recommending Zicasso to anyone that travels internationally.

We just completed our third trip using Zicasso as our starting point. Each time, Zicasso provided a questionnaire regarding what we liked, where we wanted to go, and when. We then were contacted by two of their travel agents from the country we visited. They each submitted a proposal and then we picked the one we liked. On all three trips, everything went off perfectly. All the trips provided variety, excellent structure, and met every one of our requests. We have recommended Zicasso to numerous friends who have had the same experience. Any trip we take now starts with Zicasso.

With the help of Zicasso, my wife and I experienced a once-in-a-lifetime 17-day tour of the major cities in Switzerland and Austria. The trip was exactly what we wanted it to be. We initially spoke with our travel expert before the trip and came up with a great plan and schedule. Then Zicasso made it all happen flawlessly. The trip enabled us to see and do everything we wanted to, while remaining relaxing. The accommodations were better than expected. Zicasso always had knowledgeable staff available to answer a question anytime, They provided excellent information to keep us happy and healthy, and the personal tours and events were beyond what we had hoped they would be. It was as though we had friends and family in the travel industry. My wife and I will use them exclusively from this point forward. Six out of five stars!

Zicasso was a great way to get paired with a local travel agent. Through the platform, I got inquiries from several local agencies in my desired location (Spain) and was able to choose a great company who fit my needs. Communication through the platform was easy and convenient. The travel agent was very helpful and payment and changes were easy and reliable.

Zicasso matched us with an exceptional travel agency. They coordinated tours, transfers and experiences for our group of three seamlessly. We already had a cruise booked and they were able to plan before, during and after cruise itineraries that we all thoroughly enjoyed. As three ladies traveling to Italy/Croatia/Montenegro we appreciated the comfort of knowing who was picking us up. And having everything taken care made the trip more enjoyable for us all.

Enjoyed our trip to Scotland. Accommodations were wonderful and all the logistics went very smoothly. They listened to our interests and requests and tailored the itinerary appropriately. Scotland was beautiful. We especially loved being able to stay in a castle for two nights. Our driver was very flexible and was able to accommodate additional unique stops along the way that were not on the itinerary.

The Zicasso travel company was exceptional. We gave them a loose outline of where we wanted to visit, the types of activities we wanted to do, and the mixed family of travelers that would be joining us. They took everything into account, including our budget, and put together the most incredible package, with travel to Rome, staying in four-plus-stars accommodations, and Sorrento, with the same luxury experience. They worked with us throughout the 14 months of planning to zero in on exactly what we wanted to do and when. They literally thought of every detail and things we never would have thought of, like the best time of day to visit the Vatican Museums to prevent interruption or visiting Pompeii in the afternoon when the winds have shifted, making the trip more enjoyable. They literally thought out every detail, need, and unknown on our behalf.

I was very pleased with the planning provided by Zicasso for our trip from the US to Japan. They arranged our lodging, activities and transportation in Japan and it made the trip seamless. We had a great experience!

2025 • Family. We had a wonderfully organized vacation with to Turkey and Greece. Irene organized the perfect family vacation, addressing all of our requests and needs. Zicasso recommended two excellent travel firms to work with, who talked to me in order to develop a proposed itinerary. Once I selected one of them, we finalized all the details. They were very easy to work with and I was extremely pleased with the final outcome. My trip was everything I expected it to be, and everything went smoothly. Usually I do all my own planning, but this experience convinced me that I might be better off using a travel professional.

I needed help planning our honeymoon in France this past May. This was way more than I was willing to do on my own. I contacted my American Express Platinum travels services for help. I quickly realized that they were not a good fit for me. Then I used Google to search for providers. Among others I found Zicasso. They were the answer! They started with an online questionnaire and then set up a call with me once they had a good idea of the kind of things I was interested in. After our scheduled call, which was on time by the way, they followed up with their suggestions. They work with many different providers--they know what they are doing.

We traveled to Italy through Zicasso and immediately had two companies offer us excellent travel plans. We have never had such an easy trip before. Communication was flawless, every detail was taken care of. I would highly recommend.

What a memorable trip! Well-planned tours of Havana, Santa Clara, Varadero, a cooking class in Cojimar and a visit to Fusterlandia! And in between a visit to the town my son's father lived. We had a fantastic customized trip to Africa. We collaborated with our travel agent to organize exactly what we wanted. Our experiences were well coordinated and went smoothly. There were many intra Africa flights and logistics that went seamlessly.

Our travel to Thailand was over the top! The communication with our planners and contacts both before and during was outstanding. Planning was done with our group’s ideas and wants in mind. Our tour guides were not only knowledgeable and responsive but were genuinely wonderful human beings who we enjoyed learning from. We can’t say enough good things about our experience!

This was our first trip through Zicasso covering Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. The tour operator Zicasso selected was very knowledgeable about those countries and arranged hotels and doors with knowledgeable guides that met or exceeded our expectations. We got great recommendations for restaurants and other sites to supplement the ones that were already organized by our Tour Guide. We look forward to having Zicasso arrange other tours for us in the future.

We had a beyond perfect vacation using Zicasso for our trip to Argentina. The local travel group did an amazing job creating an itinerary that worked wonderfully for us, even though we had some limiting physical issues. The hotels, activities, tour guides and customer service were 5 star quality. Each of our 3 locations, Buenos Aires, Patagonia and Iguazu Falls were equally enjoyable and different. We will definitely use Zicasso again.

My husband and I just returned from France. In planning this trip, I only reached out to Zicasso. I had used Zicasso previously for a trip to New Zealand and found the process of selecting from two suggested itineraries offered from two local travel agencies gave me great and different options to consider. Our trip to France worked the same way.
