My cousin and I took a great 18-day trip to New Zealand and Australia via Zicasso. Every aspect of the trip was arranged, including transportation to and from airports, all flights, accommodations and day outings. It was all very seamless and the accommodations and tours were excellent, with only one exception as far as hotels - lack of adequate lighting and dryer that didn't completely dry clothes. Minor thing in the big picture. I'll definitely recommend Zicasso to others.

We just got back from 26 days in India. We could not have chosen a better travel company. Target Tours in Delhi India was a perfect blend of famous sites, historic places, cultural interactions, and opportunities for relaxation. We dealt with Nitish **, who organized our itinerary. We connected through WhatsApp and by email. If we ever had any question about the proposed itinerary, or we wanted to make a change, he immediately got back to us the next day. He was able to choose excellent hotels. At nearly every hotel we were greeted with Indian hospitality on arrival. Our accommodations were very comfortable and clean.

Zicasso helped us find a great travel agency that planned a perfect, two-week, 30th wedding anniversary trip to New Zealand. The experience was amazing—every day held something new and exciting—and yet we were completely relaxed knowing that everything had been coordinated for us.

A seamless and well-planned experience from start to finish. From transportation and tours to suggestions for extra activities and restaurants, everything was a success. Tour guides and pick-ups were always on time. They even took care of a special request for a last minute wheelchair rental as my wife had broken her foot right before we left.

Picasso has never steered us wrong. We started using them years ago for our trip to Italy, and were so pleased we have recommended to several of our friends who now also use Zicasso. I normally plan all of my family vacations. As I researched everything I would need to do for international travel, I realized that there are too many mistakes that I could make which would cost a lot more money than having a expert hired to plan the trip for me. We just completed our third trip using Zicasso as our starting point. Each time, Zicasso provided a questionnaire regarding what we liked, where we wanted to go, and when. We then were contacted by two of their travel agents from the country we visited. They each submitted a proposal and then we picked the one we liked. On all three trips, everything went off perfectly. All the trips provided variety, excellent structure, and met every one of our requests. With the help of Zicasso, my wife and I experienced a once-in-a-lifetime 17-day tour of the major cities in Switzerland and Austria. The trip was exactly what we wanted it to be. We initially spoke with our travel expert before the trip and came up with a great plan and schedule. Then Zicasso made it all happen flawlessly. The trip enabled us to see and do everything we wanted to, while remaining relaxing. The accommodations were better than expected. Zicasso always had knowledgeable staff available to answer a question anytime, They provided excellent information to keep us happy and healthy, and the personal tours and events were beyond what we had hoped they would be. It was as though we had friends and family in the travel industry. My wife and I will use them exclusively from this point forward. Six out of five stars!

Through the platform, I got inquiries from several local agencies in my desired location (Spain) and was able to choose a great company who fit my needs. Communication through the platform was easy and convenient. The travel agent was very helpful and payment and changes were easy and reliable.

Enjoyed our trip to Scotland. Accommodations were wonderful and all the logistics went very smoothly. They listened to our interests and requests and tailored the itinerary appropriately. Scotland was beautiful. We especially loved being able to stay in a castle for two nights. Our driver was very flexible and was able to accommodate additional unique stops along the way that were not on the itinerary.

The Zicasso travel company was exceptional. We gave them a loose outline of where we wanted to visit, the types of activities we wanted to do, and the mixed family of travelers that would be joining us. They took everything into account, including our budget, and put together the most incredible package, with travel to Rome, staying in four-plus-stars accommodations, and Sorrento, with the same luxury experience. They worked with us throughout the 14 months of planning to zero in on exactly what we wanted to do and when. They literally thought of every detail and things we never would have thought of, like the best time of day to visit the Vatican Museums to prevent interruption or visiting Pompeii in the afternoon when the winds have shifted, making the trip more enjoyable. They literally thought out every detail, need, and unknown on our behalf.

I was very pleased with the planning provided by Zicasso for our trip from the US to Japan. They arranged our lodging, activities and transportation in Japan and it made the trip seamless. We had a great experience!

2025 • Family. We had a wonderfully organized vacation with to Turkey and Greece. Irene organized the perfect family vacation, addressing all of our requests and needs. Zicasso recommended two excellent travel firms to work with, who talked to me in order to develop a proposed itinerary. Once I selected one of them, we finalized all the details. They were very easy to work with and I was extremely pleased with the final outcome. My trip was everything I expected it to be, and everything went smoothly. Usually I do all my own planning, but this experience convinced me that I might be better off using a travel professional.

I needed help planning our honeymoon in France this past May. This was way more than I was willing to do on my own. I contacted my American Express Platinum travels services for help. What a memorable trip! Well-planned tours of Havana, Santa Clara, Varadero, a cooking class in Cojimar and a visit to Fusterlandia! And in between a visit to the town my son's father lived.
