Perfect job matching travel needs with professionals in multiple cities throughout Italy. All pricing from referrals was reasonable and extremely competitive with similar services offered in the metro NY area.

We take a lot of international trips, and found that we were often paying for a U.S. travel agent to contract with local travel agents to plan the trip - I wanted a more direct relationship with the local travel agent but had no idea how to find or vet the local agents. Zicasso took the fear out of that process, and let us select and connect directly with the local agent. The process was great - in fact, it was difficult to choose an agent because they were all very responsive with great proposals.

My partner and I travel extensively. Normally, I do the planning, booking and organizing personally and we travel independently. Just returned from a ten day tour of Australia organized through Zicasso. Everything was excellent! We experienced great service from tour operators, visited Sydney, the Outback, Blue Mountains, Great Barrier Reef, and a couple of rain forests. Small group tours were well organized, and the experiences were once in a lifetime. They also accommodated our 13 year old's allergies. Highly recommend, and will hope to do again! A++, and 5 star!

My teen-aged daughter and I often vacation out of the country. This was the second time we used Zicasso to set up and develop the trip we wanted. The first was to Peru and Machu Pichu. The second to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. Both trips were fantastic! They arrange all the travel, car service, guides and hotels perfectly. The trip to the farm was very enjoyable and we learned a lot more about the history of roses which was quite interesting.

A good friend used Zicasso last Fall to plan and direct a land trip with several friends thru multiple locations from Dubrovnik up the Croatian coast, ending in Venice. We typically plan our own travel, but decided to consult with an agency for a trip to Bavaria. I wanted to plan a trip for my family of nine to Italy. I needed a location in Tuscany with comfortable accommodation for the entire family for one week in a location that was close to Florence and the other attractions of Tuscany. Zicasso was very helpful in making all the necessary connections. We ended up staying at a beautiful villa in San Casciano a small town on the outskirts of Florence surrounded by olive groves and grape vines. Transportation and tours of the highlights of the area were arranged for us. We spent a day in Florence, another day in Sienna and Montepulciano and one more day doing wine tours. The other days were spent poolside at the villa or exploring the trails and shops in the little town. Everything went very smoothly and if I ever do another vacation I will begin my planning with Zicasso.

The planning services to Italy were provided by Zicasso and excellent! They provided all our air transportation needs, transfers and lodging, and ground transportation for our day trips. Zicasso hooked us up with two travel companies in Peru. I picked one and they helped us organize a fantastic trip to Peru including Machu Picchu. I will definitely use them again to find local resources as opposed to using the larger travel brands that are rigid, inflexible and often more expensive. Great business model, well executed.

We have used Zicasso to travel for a month in Chile/Argentina and a month in Tibet/Nepal/Bhutan. They connected us with specialized local agencies who planned and executed wonderful itineraries. The agencies were flexible, responsive and innovative. We are currently working on another month trip to Indonesia. We considered a trip to Croatia last year, had preliminary conversations with one agency there, and then decided not to go to Croatia at all. From the initial contact and throughout the planning process for the trip, Real New Zealand Tours was professional, prompt and pleasant. There were no surprises and trip was everything planned/promised. Accommodations met and in many cases exceeded expectations. We had the pleasure of spending time with the principles of the company who acted as our tour guides. Being a New Zealand born and raised native, he was a wealth of knowledge about all the stops we made and he knew all the great spots for both views and local color, most of which we would have never found on our own. All tours and activities were first rate, and again, met or exceeded expectations. It was obvious he knows his vendors. Even post trip, refunds for tours/activities that were cancelled due to weather, were done promptly. Without exception we would all (there were 3 couples) recommend or use them again without hesitation.

I worked with Zicasso to find travel agencies that would provide me unique and personalized experiences for my family of 4 - kids are 13 and 16. They connected me with excellent agents from Portugal, Morocco, and Cuba that all took time to speak to me in details to understand my preferences and design a unique vacation. An individualized trip created to visit Cinque Terre, Italy. My experience with Zicasso was 5 star. New comfortable Mercedes vans with excellent drivers were promptly available for our needs. We were never stressed with luggage handling. For our recent Ireland trip we were able to book a castle to accommodate a large group of our family (who were flying in from various parts of the world) and we were also picked up in private vehicles from the airport. All the tours were great and one of the most memorable stops was the Cliffs of Moher.

Before learning about Zicasso I didn't know there was a such a thing as a custom private tour. With Zicasso you get to customize your itinerary based on your interests, budget, etc. and we were so happy with our trip to Italy (Rome and Tuscany). I am in the market for a travel agent to help plan a trip to Germany this summer (2017). Thus, I took the time to write a detailed explanation of what my husband and I are looking for during a 2 1/2 week stay and submitted it to Zicasso. After a few days I received a letter saying none of their travel partners could help us. WHAT?! Their website clearly indicates travel agents plan trips for clients in Germany regularly. If it was simply a matter of money, we were ready to spend more. Indeed, their site asks you for a range and I didn't even choose the lowest range. So if not money, then what?! We've been left high and dry without any indication as to why and we would NEVER recommend such a company to anyone!

The company had a large amount of options available for choosing the tour that you are interested in. We were able to see exactly what we wanted to see! We were busy every day, and they crammed the day with activities! It was nice to be able to sit back and let them do all the worrying and arranging for once. I would absolutely recommend that someone use this company for a tour. We had a really good time and the company is completely professional and worth every cent. The prices were just right for these tours. Everything is rolled into one price, so you don't get hit by any surprises after the tour is over. I highly recommend them.

A visit to the China wall was something I will never forget. I will always recommend this trip to people every time I can. Is a place to visit in the world. The tour covered much of the country of China and we have recommended the tour to all our friends and family for the future types of tours. They took us to the north, the south, the middle and the east and west parts of China during the tour that lasted two full weeks. Our friends and family are planning to take this tour also. This China tour was considered to be very valued and time well spent. We are also planning to take the same tour again within the next few years.
