Would give zero stars if possible! Larry ** at first presented himself as an honest, reasonable man and contractor but his actions have proven this very wrong. We have two major roof leaks that will cost us thousands of dollars to fix - caused by deficient solar panel installation. He refuses to repair them, despite three independent reports from other local licensed contractors indicating the roof damage was *directly* caused by the solar panel installation. We are currently filing a formal complaint with the California State Contractors Licensing Board in an effort to get him to respond, as we cannot even get our roof fixed until he agrees to remove the panels. We hired him specifically because we wanted to support local businesses - but we sincerely regret this decision. Buyer BEWARE! This is not an honorable businessman.
In this instance, we conducted an investigation and found leaks were not coming from a faulty or poor solar installation. The California State License Board also conducted a thorough investigation into this matter per your request and found no violations on related to this installation. The leaks in question were determined to originate from areas of wear and tear outside of the solar installation area. We sympathize with your unfortunate situation, however are not liable for these issues.
