We are ambassadors for this company, so you would think we’d be treated well. If this is how they treat ambassadors, I can't imagine how a normal customer is treated. It started off fine: the plan was to add solar panels to the back of the house alongside our existing panels and run the piping through the attic so it wouldn't look ugly on the roof. About two weeks after signing, they called saying they could squeeze us in the next day. But right before starting, they told us the new panels were going on the front garage roof—something we never agreed to. The Project Manager said he’d rework the plans. They ended up putting the panels on the back as originally agreed, but they failed to mention they were running the pipes directly on top of the roof instead of through the attic.
When we confronted them, they claimed running it through the attic was "impossible," but offered to reroute the pipes along the eaves instead. Now we have another major issue: our roof is only a few years old, and their "solution" requires drilling even more holes into it—something we never authorized. If we had known they would make major changes without communicating or honoring our original agreement, we never would have signed. BUYERS BEWARE: THIS IS NOT A COMPANY TO USE! We are supposed to keep a sign in our yard for 90 days and post about our experience to get $1,500 off our bill. It’s not worth it. The sign is in our front yard, but we put a big X across it so everyone driving by knows to stay away.

When we installed solar panels on our roof we were told that they were covered by 25 years warranty, but within 10 years they are not working anymore, I mean they are not producing any electricity… Enphase Energy who keeps checking the system said that the inverters are not working… and the crooks have closed the business after cheating senior citizens like me.
