    Omg! I love ShopHQ. But I will not be stopping here no longer because I can't talk to customer service buy one phone call. I have to leave a message for them to call me back..Oh NO! And I need to return a idem and the they can't no longer send return label to my email. Oh honey No!! Time Is money and money is time. Baby their telling me to fill out something on line to start the return..Are they crazy! Now I can order over the phone with a sales agent. But, I have to go through hoops just to return my items. Nope sorry I'm Out!! Bye Bye ShopHQ.

    Shophq goes out of business then tells their customers the credit card ShopHQ through Sync. Bank is not able to bill or process anything. Then they send me a bill after I made a payment to Sync. Bank in May 15th later no clear explanations of what I am being billed for... saying I am going to get put in collections. They claimed they also didn't get my payment are you kidding me? Sync. Bank said they bill what ShopHQ told them. ShopHQ made no attempt to send me ANY statements or bills nor the last statement only on-line and paid in May. This is a class action lawsuit if I ever saw one. You can't go out of business then charge customers what they already paid on the credit card you approved for purchases.

      Have been unable to pay my Value Pay as ShopHQ no longer accepts Amex!!! I do not have another credit card or any debit card. They won’t accept checks!!

      Today I received a call stating if I don’t pay it will go to collections!! I have no other option!!!! So hopefully the collection agency will accept Amex! Only 1 value payment left!!!!

      I ordered 6 items. I received 5 of what I ordered but the 6th was completely different in a much larger size. When I phoned I was told I had to pay the cost of sending it back and I would not get a refund for the item not received. The item not received was not available but it was when I ordered it. I am not pleased at all.

      Ordered 3/17 in home date was the 26th, called the 25th for shipment info - said they emailed vendor and they would email me in two business days - time has passed I called again, was told the same message. Where's the item? I don't care about the money, the item was a gift.

      When purchasing items that are on sale, the consumers should be informed that the sales are final. I normally order by telephone and you get the sale but it’s still let the consumer know that the items are final sales and this is what I don’t like one of the reasons about ShopHQ. And then when you try to reach someone they’re over in the Philippines, Japan and no one seems to can understand you and I don’t really care and I am done Doing business with this Shopping Network.

      I created an account with HQ. Went to order 1 pair of pants, the shipping charge was $9.99 - for 1 pair of pants? This is to try and force you to spend $75.00 for free shipping. I order all the time on HSN, QVC and JTV and never have they charged me more than $5.00. What a bunch of crooks. So I looked up the pants that I wanted and found them with another online company and ordered from them with a $4.25 shipping.

      I used to buy a lot from ShopHQ. This is no longer the same company. The quality of the products is very poor, the customer service is awful. They no longer offer 30 days price adjustment. The shipping is supper expensive. I sent back the defective product, called their customer service 2 times, letting them know that the product was defective. They still charged the retuned label and shipping. I think they will be out of business soon.

      This review is in reference to the "old" ShopHQ before the new CEO took over. I had the privilege of buying some of the nicest things from this company. My house is full of ShopHQ purchases. They offered quality brands at fair prices and always carried a 6-month payment plan. Losing MacKenzie Childs was the final nail in the coffin for me. Their vendors are all but gone now and the few who are left have very limited stock and most of it is clearance. That usually signifies they will eventually leave as well. I rarely had to call customer service but the few times I did they were helpful and courteous. I returned only two items in all the years I did business with ShopHQ and they refunded my money immediately. I never had a problem. It saddens me that the network has declined to this point.

      What is going on with ShopHq? The designers and the quality of the clothing is horrible!!!! I used to enjoy buying things from them, but now I feel like I'm shopping at Kmart. Can you get better designers????
