    I bought a mattress from Evine and after 3 months the mattress sank and I am only 130 pounds. Evine immediately sends me to Simmons warranty department and they are not really exchanging the mattress even though someone came into my house and determine that the mattress was defective. I need help from Evine to get this mattress exchange or my money back.

    I have been a customer with ShopNBC / Evine for four years. For that entire period I have been a value Pay customer. Recently I attempted to order an Invicta watch on April 7th 2017. I noticed on April 10th 2017 that my order status was still processing. I called and asked why it was still processing and they said that it had changed to shipping and I would be receiving my watch by April 18th 2017. Later in the day I rechecked my order status and noticed that it had went to cancelled. I called and spoke to a customer service representative who was quite rude. She informed me that my order had been kicked out by their credit department because I did not have credit worthiness. I don't understand how. I have been a value Pay customer for 4 years. They have always gotten their money. Never had any problems as it is an automatic deduction from my checking account and now all the sudden I have been found to not have credit.

    I would not recommend this company to anybody. They do what they want apparently. Up until now I have never had a problem but nobody can give me an explanation as to why I have been determined to not have worthy credit but now that I am on Consumer Affairs website and have read some of the other reviews. I realize that I am not the only person to have this problem. I have spent a good amount of money over the years buying watches computers and things to that effect from ShopNBC / Evine but they will never get another dime from me again. I can't wait to see how long it is going to take to get the money back that they have already taken from my account for the watch that I do not have the credit worthiness to get from them.

    I'm shocked to see so many horror stories with Evine. My experience was just the opposite. I received the correct item and chose to return it. I called Evine and had a very good customer/rep experience. The rep was pleasant, friendly, courteous and helpful. The item was received by them within the 30 day period and I got a refund with no problem at all. From the reviews I read here, these customers seem to be under the wrong impression about returns, which is their own fault. Any company you buy from who has a 30 day return policy, it always means the item has to be received by them before or on the 30th day. It does not mean that you mail it out on the 30th day...they have to have it by then. That's just common sense.

    Ordered a pair of shoes and top with Evine. Shoes were too small and top too large. Spoke with Nyra in customer service who advised me I would have to pay to return the items, because the items I purchased did not come with paid labels. I ask how would I know that an item I purchased came with one, she said I wouldn't. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing anything else from this company.

    I placed an order online for 4 sheet sets (1 black, 1 blue, 2 orange) on my cell phone and didn't see the shipping info due to the size of the screen. When I received the email acknowledging my order it had the wrong item quantity. I issued another order for the 1 missing sheet set (orange). I received a confirmation email that my order was processing and it had all 4 sheet sets, so I cancelled the order for the 1 (orange) sheet set. I later checked my order to see when I would receive it and notice it going to my old address I had not lived at in almost 2 years. I emailed Evine and updated my address. I called UPS to change the address they deliver to and they informed me I could not due to the shipping method chose by the sender. Evine responded to my email saying when the product is returned my order would be cancelled and my account credited.

    This was not acceptable to me because I wanted my sheets and I updated my address on a previous order over the phone for the Cook's Companion pot in June 2016, so I couldn't understand how the mix up could be made. I called Evine only to be met with rudeness, a rep raising her voice at me and blame being placed on me for not verifying the address. The rep repeatedly interrupted me and never let me finish any statement. This was frustrating. When I requested a supervisor she told me the supervisor couldn't do anything about my situation. I had to ask for a supervisor six times. I had to cut her off repeatedly asking for a supervisor not responding to anything she said other than demanding a supervisor before she told me to hold on.

    I couldn't believe the type of service I was receiving. She came back stating she had to wait for him to walk back to his desk before she could transfer my call. His name was Brian ** in the Minneapolis MN office. He was no better. I told him what happen. He cut me off in mid statement too. I told him about my previous phone order in June 2016 for the Cook's Companion pot by phone in which I updated my address and the pot came to my correct address. He told me to hold on while he pulled the call to see if I updated my address. I was offended for I felt I was being treated as a liar and there was no customer service being provided during this call.

    What happen to the customer is always right. What happen to a company valuing my business. I was slightly relieved that he was even attempting to verify the information I provided but that was shortlived. He came back immediately saying he couldn't pull the call because it was too old. Then he proceeded to tell me it's my fault my product is going to the wrong address and he could not do anything to help me. He also stated a phone rep could not update my information online. He stated only I could do that. I informed him the phone rep should have advised me of this during my call to order the Cook's Companion pot and never did otherwise I would have done so.

    I accepted my responsibility in not verifying my shipping address but also expressed my dissatisfaction in his company taking no responsibility in not advising me I needed to update my own address online. He insisted I was wrong, there was nothing he could do and when the product returned I would be credited. I asked what happens if the product doesn't return because my Cook's Companion pot was left on my porch at my new/current address. He stated I would not be credited. I found this appalling and also asked if Evine was going to continue to charge me for the Flex payments also and he said yes.

    This all occurred on March 9th. Not once did he or the previous rep try to contact the shipper UPS to correct the address for my sheets scheduled for delivery the next day March 10th. This is when I asked for an address to file a complaint and the previous rep's name. He paused then told me he didn't know who she was. I asked him to please not lie to me and he paused. I told him I find it hard to believe since she said she had to wait for him to walk to his desk before she could transfer my call so he had to know who she is. He refused to answer and gave me a number to their "Executive Resolution Center" and hung up on me. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone.

    I called and was immediately answered by Shawn who was supposedly in Eaton Prairie, MN who knew the reason for my call ironically. He was more rude than Brian **. He didn't care that the first rep was rude or that Brian hung up on me. He did just as the first rep did and never let me complete a statement. I asked if that was a practice of Evine to interrupt the customer rudely and not allow them to finish a statement. This irritated him and he became more rude raising his voice and blaming me for the error just as the other two reps. Stating the product was already delivered yesterday and there was nothing he could do.

    At this point I felt I had been calm long enough and I raised my voice. He told me I need to remain professional or he would hang up on me. This infuriated me. I could not believe the nerve of him and gave him a few choice profane words and told him I would dispute the charge with my bank and would be hanging up on him just as Brian ** hung up on me and I hung up. I will never do business with their company again. I just told a friend about it who told me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and that is why I am online today. I don't know if your company can resolve this issue or if your company offers that service but thank you for allowing me to voice my complaint.

    Evine Live's return policy is deceitful, conducts unfair trade practices and unfair business practices. Evine Live does not state their entire refund policy clearly on their web page or on any documentation. Their customer service representative are deceitful when customers call. Evine Live's return policy appears to be: If return is not received in the warehouse within 30 days of delivery, it is returned to sender and not eligible for a refund. Regardless of shipping method, item is to be in warehouse within 30 days, not from return ship date. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure return arrives within 30 days. The carrier has no responsibility and no consideration is given to slow deliveries. The customer service representatives do not explain this policy when contacted.

    Deceitful Business Practice: When calling after the 30 day refund period, and the package returned is nowhere to be found, the customer service representatives will not tell you until the package is returned back to you, and you have it in your possession. Evine Live has hidden the return policy from the consumer on purpose. Evine Live has deceitful return policies and refuse to explain them to customers. Evine Live does not advise customers that if item is not received in the warehouse within 30 day window it is returned by carrier and is ineligible for a refund. Evine Live's return labels are not correct. Evine Live is deceitful in their business practices.

    I placed an order for a Paula Dean Air Fryer and Fry Basket on my cellular phone the first of March. I have a new address since I moved the first of October last year so I changed my billing address and shipping address when I placed the order. I received notification that my items had shipped and after a week of no delivery I checked the status and saw that they had been delivered. I checked online and discovered that the items had been delivered to my old address. I called customer service to notify them of this error and their only solution was for me to go to my old address (where obviously strangers are I am sure living now since it was a rental property) and asked about the items.

    In today's world I cannot believe they would even ask one of their customers to do that since they have no idea who might answer the door and how they might react to be confronted about taking property that is not theirs. I have had similar shipping mishaps happen with QVC, and Wayfair and my items were replaced immediately by both companies with no questions asked. I know I will never order from Evine again and suggest other people think twice before they order from them also since you never know what shipping problems may arise and it is quite obvious that Evine does not protect their customers.

    I received a letter from a collection agency representing Evine Live saying I owed them $13.14. I immediately called Evine Live customer service because I knew I owed them nothing. My value pays had been deducted on time each month from my bank statement. The rep at Evine confirmed that I owed nothing. She said I should speak with the collection agency. I called. They were closed. I left a detailed message explaining that I owed nothing & that it had been verified by Evine's rep.

    The next day first thing in the morning I get a call from the collection agency asking me to pay the $13.14. I told them the same thing that I owed nothing and it was verified and that there was no reason for them to have sent my value pay account to them in the first place. He said that he would talk back with the Evine rep. I have my debit account statements, their rep's word and their automated system proving this should have never happened. I am angry because I never was in fault and I never received any communication except the collection letter.

    I have been a long time customer since their Value Vision days. I have spent thousands of dollars with this company, it's very irritating when stuff like this happens. I don't know how this situation happened, but I afraid to order from them again because of it. Will this be a unfair mark on my credit? What a horrible way to treat a good customer especially when there are so many other places to shop.

    I purchased several items from Evine and also returned several items. When returning items my understanding is if the item is dropped off at the post office for a return as long as it is postdated prior to the 30 day return date & the customer keeps their post office receipt "the date" on the receipt is the return date & should be honored as the return date. The post office explained that an employee from Evine comes out to the post office once or twice a week to scan & process returns (items that have been dropped off). Well I dropped off my items on January 30, 2017. The last day to return was January 31, 2017. The Evine employee scanned the items at the post office on February 4, 2017 & some of my items were honored & refunded & 2 items were not.

    I spoke to a manager at Evine & he stated that they have several warehouse & addresses for returns & a certain warehouse needs the returned items to be physically in their hands at the warehouse for a refund to be honored. I asked why that warehouse return information is not stated anywhere on their website, on the order slip delivered along with the items or on air (television)? He answered "I DON'T KNOW BUT I CAN'T HONOR YOUR REFUND" AND HUNG UP ON ME!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM EVINE!!

    I have been shopping with Evine for many years back when they were called ShopNBC and I believe they even had another name. I actually made a few purchases there on ValuePay during Christmas. I recently ordered an unlocked cellphone for $219 on ValuePay. They cancelled my order based on credit. They cancelled it because they ran a credit report and said it was over my limit. This would be fine and good if I wasn't a long time customer and didn't pay my ValuePays. Also 5 years ago, I purchased a mattress from them at $700. + on ValuePay. There was no issue.

    The credit rep told me that my credit must have been better then. No it wasn't. It's better now. How do I know this? Because I just talked to a loan rep from Lending Tree and he said I can buy a house with my credit. Needless to say, I am very unsatisfied and will never buy from them again. I currently have a couple more ValuePays that needs to be paid and then I will be finished with them. Their business ethics and policies are no good.

    If a negative star would be given I WOULD CHOSE that! I ordered 5 shirts from One World. They said to go with the chart and if you would like to size up. Well that's what I did to make sure I didn't have to returned them. I received all 5 shirts and they were fine but HUGE!! And I don't mean just big. They were HUGE! Ok, next step - calling customer service! Oh well that was a mistake. They took forever to answer and then I explained my problem. Then I was very nicely informed that I could use the smart label and then they will send me the shirts with the new size.

    ONLY PROBLEM is that I was going to be charged another $11.45 (mind you I received discounted shipping) to returned them and then another $11.45 for the replacements. So I am out $34, 35 to get the right size. That to me is outrageous! Oh and by the way they charge shipping for every item and they all come out in the same PACKAGING so I guess they are making a killing in the just shipping alone. This is the last time EVER that I would order anything from them EVER!! Shame on you crooks!

    I purchased 2 Paula Deen induction cookers, thought it was a good price and I bought the extended warranty. One was a Christmas gift the other was for me. When I ordered these I really had reservations because I own 2 NuWaves which I have not had any trouble with. Paula deen's was pretty well. The first time I used it was the end of Jan got a error message that the thermostat was broken turned it off, it stated again and same error message. I returned it and ask for a credit to my account. It cost me over 14.00 to return it. After three weeks and no credit the UPS brought me a package from Evine. There was nothing but a letter stating it had been thirty day and they would not refund the purchase price. I called evine and told them that I had spent several thousand dollars with them and I would never purchase anything from them again. Listen up. Stay away from paula deen's product. They really are not good quality.

    I have been an Evine customer long before it became Evine. During the Christmas extended return time I attempted to order a Pamela McCoy coat online. The website kept kicking me out, so I ordered by phone. When I received the order there were three (3) coats! I called Customer Service and was told, "No problem. Just return the 2 that you don't want." I became very ill and unable to get them back in the mail until January 30th. The advertisement on TV says, "You have until January 30th to return." The coats were unopened and in original shipping packaging.

    When the credit did not show up on my statement or online I called their (no) Customer Service and was told the coats were not in the warehouse by January 31st, and therefore had been returned to me and would be delivered on February 22nd. I told them of my illness and no consideration and very rude. I asked for a supervisor and same thing. When a company advertises on TV "return by (a date)" which I did, they should stand by this. Very disappointed in Evine, do not intend to shop with them again. Their Customer Service needs a lot of training. And their advertising should be held accountable. If they are losing money and customers they need to read some of their "complaints."

    When I ordered shoes from Evine, the order representative did not mention Evine's return policy. If I had known you have to pay to mail back products, even if they are the wrong size, I never would have ordered the shoes. There is no mention of the return policy until the shoes arrived. Evine is making money from every person whether the product works or fits. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    My account has been closed/blocked for months. Unable to get anyone to help with the problem. All info on profile is correct and no monies owed. They canceled an auto delivery without notifying or giving an explanation. If not for Isomers skin care products, I would forget the channel. A shame because Shop NBC was always a pleasure to deal with. These people do not care. Their Customer Service is closed evenings so unable to service those who keep later hours.     On 2/5/2017 I ordered a product by mistake and cancelled. At least that's what I did.. It showed cancelled on my page. I then went ahead and ordered a different product same vendor. About a few days later I receive an email from Evine that both orders were shipped. So I went to EVINE and emailed Customer Service with my complaint and told them that I was going to return the item, and I did not want to pay for return fees. Well guess what. They refused to acknowledge both the cancellation and the fact that they did not receive an email from me..

    I am not only returning the original item but both items and will never ever purchase from them again. As being a very good customer with this company for many years. Their Customer Service Dept - is rude and obnoxious. In a round about way they made me feel like I was lying and looking for a free return... When a company of this nature has problems with there internet server and blames the consumer.

    You know what in my book I don't trust them and from the looks of it many of you out there have been through the same ordeal.. Very sad day in our country when Customer Service Reps think they know it all and they know nothing.. and I'm being kind. I will never ever buy from them again.. They just lost a very good customer.

    Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 of the same tops in 2 different colors. They shipped only one. When I called they indicated that they were going to do an investigation and I would receive a email in 6-7 days. Well I never received a email. I called again and they said that they were still doing the investigation and to check back in about 3 days.

    After 3 day I called again and was told by the person that it went to the wrong department and that she was going to handle it herself and that they would be sending me an email. Never received the email. Called again and was told that it was in their loss prevention department and that they would transfer me. I was finally connected to that department and spoke with someone who immediately refunded by money. This whole process took 1 month but It didn't take a month for them to debit my money when I purchased the tops. I will never order from EVINE ever again. They have lost a customer for life.

    I ordered a purse and wallet. Upon receipt of the box, it was opened and smashed. I received the purse but the wallet wasn't in the box. I immediately contacted the company. I explained. They said they sent paperwork for me to complete. Didn't receive it. They said that they would mail the paperwork, they emailed the paperwork. I sent pictures and statements to Evine and the 2 credit services that they have turned me into. I am now on my third credit services company sending me more paperwork to complete. Now they are asking for a notarized letter stating I didn't receive the wallet. I am a notary... I will give them one. This is not a company that understands what the meaning of pictures are!!! I wouldn't do business with them ever again. Their products are inferior.

    To every customer that Purchase from Evine live, please pay attention to your bills, your credit card, they will overly charge you for the same order over and over, I got so feed up with the same problem every month, I call Evine live once again to question them about my bill, the frustration they put me through was unbelievable, so I ask the person on the phone how much was my bill. I was told over $300, so I paid that just to be free from them, to make sure I was done with them I call the bank to make sure to close my account out to find out that I owed the credit card another over $700. I was told that I shouldnt have paid Evine live, that I was to pay them, I stayed on the phone back and forth over two weeks trying to get it straight out. Never did, Evine live is not cut out to be all they say... be careful.

    I received a letter from Synchrony Bank dated 1/23/17 yesterday. In reference to some account called EVINE Live Credit Card account. I looked up who this could possibly be from as it was stating that they "closed my account", which I don't have one? Apparently Synchrony Bank and EVINE Live Credit Card was formerly Shop HQ. Which I haven't had for at least 5 years? And, I had paid off the small amount I did have way back then. My question for anyone reading these reviews is has anyone else received such a notice? And, what avenue can I take to get this false report of my credit rating being lowered (per the letter) other than contacting the credit reporting bureau? Thank you.

    I ordered an item as a gift for my husband on 10/4/16. I returned the item on 1/7/17 as he did not like the watch. The return policy was anything purchased after 10/8 was eligible for a holiday return. I was not aware of that. I returned the item to have it resent to me, with additional shipping charges. When I called to discuss, the initial representative was not able to assist, and I asked for a supervisor and they refused my call. Then today I called to the Executive Resolution team and was basically told to just accept what had happened and they would make NO exceptions. I was 4 days off of the delivery and will accept that fact that I did not know the holiday returns but I would suggest consumers being very aware of the policies with this company.

    I shop with QVC and HSN, both have much longer returns policies for holiday purchases. I will never shop with Evine again, have only returned 2 items in over 10 years, with the exception of this one. They lost a customer that never shops retail stores, everything is done online. They should really consider other options, possible account credit, without a refund directly to original payment method. BEWARE of the poor customers service you will receive if you purchase from them.

    I missed two payments because I had spine surgery. I had on file a cc that was closed which I was trying to switch online but couldn't because they blocked me. They blocked me from putting things in my cart as well. I called today and paid off my entire balance but online I was still blocked. Prior to this I received a collections letter. I called the collections place where I paid as well but was never reported to my balance that I paid. I am disgusted with Evine. I deserve an apology and my money back from the collection agency. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

    Cozelle Buy One Get One Microplush Jumbo 80" (item#457879)- These blankets are 100% as soft as advertised. HOWEVER they leave fuzz everywhere you set them!     Saved and purchased my boyfriend an Invicta Watch. Gave it to him as his Christmas present. He LOVED IT. It didn't work. Phoned Evine. Was told the only way to ensure getting the same watch I'd have to buy another one and return that one. Was told there were 61 still available. Talked with my bf when he came home. He said he would buy it to ensure he got the same one. Phoned Evine to order... SOLD OUT. Decided to call Invicta to see what they could do. 2 hour wait on recording to speak with a rep. After reading Invicta warranty... learned after shipping charges, insurance cost, a 28.00 charge just to inspect the watch... we have a beautiful Invicta watch that doesn't work. Good luck!

    I have sent numerous notes to Evine to release my monies for a order they canceled. I've been told one story after another by their reps. This is annoying and unfair. They said that because someone in my household owes them they can't fulfill a order for me. Ok, but why hold on to my money, I can't make them pay them. Why are they jeopardizing me. Very poor business policy and unfair reps. I'm researching this company to find out who the owners are to send information and seek help from them to have my funds released.

    I did make some purchases since last January. At that time did not have online banking, and didn't really pay much attention to bank statements. I'm bad I know but now going back I have gone through my account and OMG January charged 35 payments, Feb 23 payments, March 15, April 52 payments in one day, May 10, June 7, July 12, Aug 13, Sept 13, now they charged me a total of over 2,3000.00 of which most items returned except 12. What they did is rather than charge me a monthly value payment they took the whole amount, and when I returned the item all I got back was the first payment and charged again for S&H so some of my refunds ex. One was -24 cents. I have written and asked for my money back as I don't have the item but was still charged the full amount, one item I made 11 payments.

    I have just found out they do a credit check for every value pay you want. This done without your approval or knowledge. I wrote the BBB and they were of no assistance. I called the bank and asked them what we're thinking when they made 52 payments in one day. That should have been a eye opener. They say contact Evine. What a joke. They want 16.50 they claim I owe. Are you kidding, said when you pay the thousands you owe me I would. They would start calling at 7 in the morning and call till 9 at night (harassment)! I too was treated rudely and got nowhere except told to call the police by the bank, for theft, but they're the ones who gave them the money. I finally requested paper statements, as they deleted my account so I couldn't access it to check and compare. If that doesn't show that they're guilty I'm really gullible!

    Even had a page of hundreds of dollars of diamond jewelry which I did not order. So beware who they could be using your info to make purchases. SCARY COMPANY SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT A STOP TO THIS!!! BBB why are you not being more forceful in your investigations instead of telling me they won't budge. Course not. They're making hundreds of dollars. Why would they give it back. So much for protection from sites that are supposed to fight for the consumer! I'm not rich like you EVINE that I can just give away thousands. Lesson learnt. I'M NOT SHOPPING OFF THE SHOPPING CHANNELS ANYMORE. In fact don't even watch anymore. Everything breaks, jewelry loses stones. I keep thinking they're doing that on purpose to get the added insurance. Really every piece I've purchased has broke or lost stones.

    NO MORE FOR ME. Store shopping may be a hassle but when I think what I've paid in S&H I'll drive. At least I see what I'm getting, it fits. Another thing I'm sure they size everything different so you send it back off. GOOD MORE S&H. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR WE SHOULD ALL CALL THE POLICE FOR FRAUD, THEFT, MISREPRESENTATION. But I really think if we stopped paying them for awhile they'd see what it's like to be robbed. I apologize for this being so long but I've never been taken by anyone this bad in my life.

    I will from now on track every step of my package from Evine, because if UPS delivers to the wrong address, this is the customer's problem. Even if Evine can plainly see on their screen as well I can also see tracking went to wrong address. UPS states that this is the address Evine gave us and Evine says "no we gave them your address in OK not MO". Because there is no quality control with Evine verifying the packages are delivered to the correct address I am sent a letter stating; "EVINE CLAIMS INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT OF LOSS PREVENTION" and also demands me to get a NOTARIZED copy of my signature!!! Also states: "I am aware the submission of a false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement may result in imprisonment of up to 5 years and a fine of $10,000. In addition a civil penalty of up to 5,000 and an additional assessment of twice the amount falsely claimed may be imposed."

    IF THE PACKAGE HAD SHOWN DELIVERED TO ME IN OKLAHOMA AND NOT SHOWN DELIVERED TO STL MO. I would have had this OFFICIAL DOCUMENT NOTARIZED and sent back to Evine. But plainly it shows on my Evine account online tracking went to the wrong address in MO. My account number just 2 lines above the tracking shows my address in Oklahoma. I have been a customer of Evine quite a while. I think their products are fine and the hosts are fine. But Evine's Claim DEPARTMENT should not send these federal government sounding FBI forms to the customer. Just send a letter telling the truth.

    UPS requires this type of authority from the customer in order for this to be investigated. UPS had STL MO address and a different name and address for it to be delivered to. Evine shows UPS was given my address in Oklahoma. So why am I the one that has to be treated like a thief with this letter and have it NOTARIZED. The item I purchased is probably less than it would be to have something notarized. I will from now on CHECK EVERY STEP OF MY PURCHASE TRACKING. IT IS MY JOB OBVIOUSLY TO MAKE SURE EVINE AND UPS DOES THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY. Because Evine states "with this type of volume we can't make sure every package is delivered correctly. We don't have the time to check this on every package." With all the tech savvy people in our world today, this seems to be something that should be in place at any type of business like these. No it's my job the customer?

On 12/20 I received it was an advanced order (which it didn't say online) and it didn't ship yet, that I will receive it by 12/23. 12/24 I emailed and said I still didn't get it. Their response was that it wasn't coming until after Christmas. On 12/26, customer service said it was shipped and I should receive it today 12/26/16 or tomorrow 12/27/16.     EVINE touts its value payment option as simple and easy. Well it's a far from simple. After being a customer for over 25 years I'm canceling my account. Went to purchase an item during a special sale on value pay and was denied. Called their CS Dept. was passed to Credit Dept. where I was informed I had reached my credit limit to purchase. Apparently each customer has a 'secret' credit limit only known to those in the Credit Dept. It's never shared with the customer upfront. You only find out when you get denied the value pay option.

    There is zero flexibility in trying to have the ban lifted. Customer for over 25 years. Large $ purchaser... makes payments on time... it doesn't matter. I was simply told I would have to pay off all my purchases completely in full before value pay option would be reinstated. I asked for the limit to be increased. The answer was it is an 'internal decision' and Credit could not lift it. A lot of mystery here. I have stopped counting the amount of money I have spent with these people. In excess of $100,000.00. I will never purchase again. I'm done. Will pay off what I owe and cancel my account. Again. Beware of what seems to be a good thing. There's a lot more to it than that.

    Want to make this really easy, because I can't stand thinking about this company. First getting to a person in the return dept. is impossible, because the automated phone won't get you there. The employees and their lack of knowledge is terrible. A lot of training is needed with this Company! I will never have anything else to do with this place. I did look at previous reviews and could not imagine that they were that bad, but they are!! I am still waiting for my return to get taken care of and it has been over 3 weeks.

    They wanted to charge my credit card again, because it is on flex-pay. I asked them if they could push the flex-payment out due to the fact that the return label that they issued with the product, which they could track, and see that it was in their possession, and they were just waiting for it to be scanned. They said they could not do that. I told them that they were not to contact me again, and they no longer had access to my bank card.     I ordered a very nice watch for my son for Christmas in November. It was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. It hadn't come in so I was getting worried and called customer service. When she looked she said the label had been created but that was all she could see, so she did some more research to find out that they were out of this watch! I asked her what were y'all going to do just wait until Christmas and then notify me that you made a mistake??? I asked to speak to a manager and she told me none were available. How convenient! She took down my number and said a manager would call me within 24 hrs! That's a joke. NO ONE CALLED.

    Then they tell me even though it is their mistake it will still take 5 days to put the money back into my account! I call BS! I was no longer interested in ordering from this company again and I even told the lady "oh you can bet I will slam you on the internet and I have a lot of people I know!"     The reason I am typing this review is to let folks know the experience I had with Evine online shopping. It is the worst. How can you accept someone's money when they order a product say its order then if you're not "approved" for their Evine credit then they cancel your order without telling you. Don't you think they should let you know you're not eligible to purchase anything if you don't have this credit instead of taking someone's money they could've taken another route with. I am very upset about this, therefore they will no longer get any of my business. It's very dumb how they place your order then the next day cancel it without giving you a call or telling you why so you sit at home excited thinking your order is coming but it doesn't, it's been cancelled thanks to these **. I just know I'm done with these people. I hope whoever use them in the future have better luck than I did with these people.

    I attempted to order a 65 inch UHDTV on the Evine channel. The amount was $899.00 to be split into equal payments of $166.00 on my credit card. Approximately 1 and half weeks the tv arrived, I Immediately saw the wrong size had been sent to me, a 60 inch. I did not even open the box, I called Evine. At first I was told that there were no 65 inch tv's available for sale, they are sold out. I said "no problem I will order again." I then asked about returning the tv. The customer service rep replied that it would cost me $150.00 to ship it back. I told her she was wrong. It was advertised as free shipping and handling and returns for Christmas were to be free also. The rep said "wait let me check." She came back and said I was correct and said that they Evine would be contacting me within a few days.

    A week goes by and I contact them. I ask why there has been no further contact to get their tv back, I'm told now that I again have to pay to get it back to them. I retell the entire story with it ending with the rep. stating they will get back to me. I ask to speak to a supervisor, they tell me no one was available. Then they hung up on me. What I don't understand is why I'm the one trying to no avail to get their tv back to them and by the way, they did take the money out of my account for the tv. I did file a complaint with my credit card company.

    If there was a lower rating than a one star Evine would be even lower. I purchased a winter coat and the size was right but the fit was horrible! The sleeve length was too short, not good tailoring! I order clothing all the time and never had this much of an issue. Took them forever to process my refund and they have a policy if it was not damaged, broken, etc, the shipping is to be paid AGAIN by the consumer! Did your company make up this horrible policy as an excuse to not give true customer satisfaction? I just threw shipping money out the window and not only my time to ship it back. I tell everyone I know never buy from Evine ever! I received back and forth emails and their poor excuse not to refund but charge an additional amount for shipping. No other company I know makes the consumer pay for the shipping back. I have deleted my account and they could care less if they lose another customer.

    I bought a set of 3 Invicta watches $138.97 and a watch tool kit $37.00. The watch wasn't what I expected. I returned the watches and tool kit. The watches came with a return label. I used it.     I ordered three Waterford candles (what I thought were sets) on November 27. All three for Holiday gifts. I received one of them today and found out that it was only one candlestick. When they were presenting them on their show they were using two candlesticks which led me to believe it was a set. I called to get verification that it was for only one candle and the receptionist told me that it was for one only. I told him I wanted to return this one and the other two when they arrived. He said that was fine and that it would be almost $8 to return them which would be deducted from my refund.

    So for three candles to be shipped to me was $9 and $24 to return them all because they led me to believe it was a set by using two in their presentation. This being my first purchase from Evine I have to say that it has been somewhat of a negative experience. To order from them again is very questionable. Just be careful if you decide to order from Evine and ask lots of questions before you give them your card number.

    I went to order an item and was told by customer service that I'm not allowed to order until I talk to loss prevention. I contact them, they don't answer. I leave messages, they don't call back. I've ordered quite a bit from them in the past several years and this is how I get treated?? I pay my bill on time every time, there is no reason at all I need to speak to loss prevention. If there is an issue with my account HSN or QVC go out of their way to call, email, or send a letter to the house. Not Evine, this place is awful please do not do business with them. Save your sanity and deal with QVC or HSN. Loss prevention is losing Evine business! What a useless department that does nothing but make long time customers leave.

    I called on the day that the package showed deliver. The "representative" (I use that term loosely) told me I had to wait and check with the post office. I then was told by the post office that they delivered it to the wrong location so I then tried to get the package back and called the post office for assistance. Then I called back Evine and explained what happened to the package. A representative told me I would have my refund in 72 business hours. I have just called 5 days later because I was told I would have my refund. Then Kevin told me I should have had a form emailed to me and until it is signed I won't get me refund. He gave me a phone number the claims department and attempt to dissuade.

    I recently bought my mother a Cooks Companion cookware set. The pot set were extremely heavy and had spots in it. I told my mom to return it because we did not know what the spots were on it and it was too heavy for her to handle. It was returned the very same day she received it. I had to stalk EVINE to return me my money. Customer service were extremely nasty people and as much as I was so friendly and respectful, they were nasty and even hung the phone up on me when I kept asking why I wasn't receiving my refund. Finally, they refunded the money but kept the Shipping and Handling money of $27.00. Now to many, that may not be much, but to someone like myself living on disability that was a lot!

    When I contacted customer service for about the 5th time, the lady was rude and told me that they are not sending me back the cost of shipping and handling because there was nothing wrong with that Pot Set that they "Got back". I explained to her about the black spots on the pot to which she replied, "That's not a reason to send it back." Really? I'm suppose to pay for something that has damage? I'm suppose to be forced to allow you to keep money for free? Are you people crazy? I will NEVER EVER buy from this company again and I will make sure to contact as many people as possible about this. It's ridiculous what they do to people. They should not be allowed to keep people's money!!

    I wanted to add my voice to that of other reviewers about value pay & credit checks. In fact my experience, as well as that of friends, is that even if your installment payments are made on time, i.e., there is no trouble with your credit card or debit card used for value pay payment, at some point they will cancel your value pay privileges & suddenly charge the balance of installments and full amounts on anything you have on auto delivery. This is done on some pretext of creditworthiness. If payments are being transacted with no issues, why would Evine withdraw installment payments. I think they do this hundreds of shoppers at a time to bump up revenue. No reasonable explanation other than they are not A list players on the tv shopping scene and need to exercise these shady non transparent practices.

    I have ordered from this company before. First of all, their prices are higher than most shopping channels, and they do not have much diversity in the items they carry. I ordered an item 8 days ago and it has not shipped yet. If another company has a problem with shipping an item, it usually am told. Their operators have to always be right. When wrong, they claim they tried and true, IT'S COMPANY POLICY. If that's so, I am shopping with the wrong company. I have given up, I can't even cancel this item. It was a comforter set. I guess they had to walk it to China and have it made. That's the only reason there could possibly be for not even shipping an item after half a month.

    This company provides goods and services. The goods are nothing special and the service stinks to high heaven. On November 4th I placed an order. Three days later I received an email stating my order had shipped. It didn't ship until the 9th. The item is still sitting in La Vergne Tennessee on November the 11th. After contacting three different customer service representatives, who could care less and did nothing to improve the situation my date to arrive was changed from Monday the 14th to Wednesday the 16th.

    Order Date: 12/16/2015. Starting having problems shortly after receiving the tablet as it would not start up when turned on. Called TMAX & we were able to resolve issue on the phone. I noticed the screen had a "dead" pixel, but never mentioned it. Then same issue happened again, but we could not resolve it so I sent it back, & TMAX paid for shipping. Shortly after receiving it, same issue recurred, but this time I had to pay for shipping. Now it has happened again & I would have to pay again. The tablet was supposed to be a "bargain", but now I need to pay again to have a defective product mailed back and forth.     I recently ordered an item from Evine and had updated all my billing and shipping info. My order was sent to my old address (I didn't realize you had to update every order, thought changing it in my profile would be sufficient). When I called Evine to see what I could do about it, they were not very willing to help, told me it had shipped already. I called UPS they told me to have Evine send them a return label and they would try to have it sent back. I called Evine again, they told me they never heard of that, never did it before, again, unwilling to help me. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, QVC and Amazon go out of their way for you, Evine does not seem to care whether they have satisfied customers or not. I've had shipping issues in the past, but thought it was isolated, I guess it was not.

While doing E-Mail correspondence to their customer no service I was told on 10/14/2016 their warehouse had not yet received the watch.     There is no way to contact EVINE. I have tried several times. I went online to change my credit card info. They never changed it. I was charged and got a 30.00 penalty with my bank. I wanted to pay it off. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. They should pay me back for that charge. My next step is contacting my attorney.     I purchased the Waterford cake pedestal last week. It isn't very pretty. I gave it a bad review but what I didn't realize is that it has razor-like feet on the bottom. It got moved left to right a bit on my table and I have the deepest gouges in my table from it. I could not believe it! It's the heaviest piece of crystal. I can't even believe it is crystal.     I purchased two mattresses from Evine at the time they were called ShopNBC. They stated that the beds had a 10 year warranty. Well one of the beds its completely sagging. When I called them they stated that I had to go through Serta which is the beds manufacturer. I had to pay them $35.00 to come check the bed. Then Serta would not honor the warranty, that the bed was stained which is totally LIE. The bed has always been protected with a mattress protector. Bottom line is I spent over $1,000 and they refused to honor their so called 10 year warranty. We have only had the bed for about 3 years or less.

    I purchased a new tablet from Evine June 24th 2016. I wasn't sure if I would keep it for myself or gift to one of my grandchildren for Christmas, so I did not open it within the 30 days return period. Recently my computer stopped working and after a few days without the computer I decided to open the tablet and use that until I got my computer working again. Much to my chagrin I find I was sent a used tablet with scratches and even hard small droplets of something (who knows what) on the screen. I attempted to use the tablet, but it would not function.

    I called Evine customer service and got an apology and was told perhaps it was a return that accidentally got put in with the new items or that it was returned but didn't appear damaged. I called customer service and asked them to cancel the Auto-ship again and refund me the Prepaid postage since the auto-ship was their error. They agreed, but never refunded the $6.99 x 2 for prior shipping. Now I will have to call them again to ask for 3 shipping refunds. The items were returned the same day as received and I was never credited the returned shipping as promised. I checked the website under my account and noticed that the customer service person never updated my account. This is not good business and I will not order from EVINE again.

    I purchased a bluetooth headset from Evine in August and 2 weeks later the headset just stop working. I kept plugging it up hoping it would catch on but it never did. I called Evine customer service to ask if they could send me a return slip even though it was over the 30 days. I still shouldn't have to pay for a product that stop working in a 2-month period.     Whatever you do don't purchase this Chinese made product. I wanted an Air Fryer with a large capacity and was duped into paying $120+ for this unit. During the very first use the stirring paddle melted halfway through the cooking cycle. Had I not been vigilant it could have resulted in a serious situation. I wrote a review warning others of this issue but they refuse to post it on their website. After writing to Customer service I got a reply stating I would be contact by a customer service representative within 72 hours.

    Well what a surprise 100 + hours later and nothing! Take a look at the reviews on the site, large number of people hate this cheaply made appliance. I wish they had those reviews when I purchased but it was new with no reviews posted. I purchased Invicta watches from the same company and they send out returned items that have no factory packing and have obviously been used. Send anything back and you are made to pay mailing costs both ways. Never again will I purchase from this company and I advise you to use Amazon or even Jet rather than Evine.

    I called EVINE after making payment on a past due account three times in error. I had received notification by mail on two value pay accounts, where payment did not go through. I called EVINE to have one payments transferred to the other account that was due. The rep said they can't do that, so asked why. She said they just can't. I just didn't accept that as an so asked for a supervisor, Olivia who basically gave me same line, started laughing at me and hung up. So now I call back for a manager, I told the Kevin who answered that I wanted a manager not a supervisor. He proceeds to tell me they're the same thing, I told him they are not. After being on hold for a few minutes a woman comes on the line, saying "Kevin." I said, "It's not Kevin." She did not address herself. I had to ask her name status. She said her name was Daniel, and that she was a senior manager.

    I explained the situation, and that the supervisor before laughed and hung up on me, for which she have little comment on. She repeated the same worn out answers others before her repeated. I told her it did like she knew her systems very well because I did believe that this day in age their systems were incapable of transferring a payment. She said been there nine years and she knew her systems, and in just she can't help me and everything is lalala wonderful. She said Daniel, EVINE, and she represent co. I said you do represent the company. Anyone who answers the phone represent the company.

    It seemed the calmer I was the more upset she got. I told her she needed to improve her customer service skill and department. And of course the hang up. I will never shop at EVINE again, ever. I have worked in customer service all my life and never been treated so badly. The reps who answer the phone are polite enough, the supervisor and manager are horrible, they have no customer skill whatsoever. There is something wrong, especially when you have people in senior management hanging up on customers.

    Several months ago I placed approximately six orders with Evine. I tracked the orders through the UPS website. The orders were shown to be delivered by UPS to my house at the same time. My son was home all that day but did not see the delivery person let alone the orders. When I got home from work I called UPS to find out where my orders were delivered to. I actually spoke to the UPS driver who admitted he delivered them to the wrong house. By the time he went back to the house the merchandise was gone and the homeowner claimed they did not see the deliveries. I immediately called Evine to let them know my orders were missing due to UPS delivering to the wrong address. A few days later Evine sent me claim forms to fill out so I could get a refund on my orders. I filed the claims and was refunded my money.

    When I tried to order again from Evine they had locked out my account. I called Evine and was forwarded to Loss Prevention. They said my account had been closed due to the lost shipment and the claims I had filed. I explained to them it was UPS who had lost my orders due to no fault of my own and I was not about to pay for something I didn't receive. They treated me like a criminal. It was terrible the way they treated me. I emailed them a couple of months later asking them to review my account status only for them to email me back and say it was my fault my account was closed. They make terrible business decisions. I told them they needed to take it up with UPS. It wasn't my fault they misdelivered the merchandise. I had given the correct address. They would rather lose the business of a very good customer rather than work with that customer and fix the problem which is UPS. Bad company to deal with.

    I had ordered 5 pieces of clothing from Evine. 4 shirts, 1 dress and a lightweight duster. I was charged separately for each individual item to ship even though they were all shipped in the same package. The shipping was 23.00. Outrageous. The quality wasn't as good as I would get from QVC or HSN. I sent 3 of the pieces back and had to pay for the shipping back. It took forever to get credit back to my account.     I have paid off my account at least twice and I still keep getting statements that I owe more. Last month I called and told me that I owed such and such amount and that would be all. Well again here in August I got another statement. Also they have charged me 3 late fees for no reason. Also, I received a refund check that I paid too much, but the next month they added it back into my bill. I called and was given a stupid statement. I calculated up the charges and, indeed, they charged my refund check back into my charges. Also, I sent back an item and they returned it back to me with a letter that said I had previously tried to return this item and therefore, they would not accept it back, which I had NEVER tried to send it back. I am very angry.

    For all these problems, no one wanted to answer about these problems. They would switch me back and fourth between Evine and Synchrony Bank. And on top of that, they hung up on me. I have sent them a certified letter today, but after I noticed that any disputes have to be submitted within 60 days. I am disabled and sick a lot. Did not suspect any billing problems until too late. So I guess I will get nowhere with this. Not sure what else to do. Can't afford a lawyer. When this gets straightened out, I will cancel my credit card and credit line with them. They are a horrible experience. I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again! This is an evil company. Wonder why they changed their name. Perhaps they were sued? WONDER WHY?

    I ordered Cook's Companion® 4-in-1 Chill, Brew, Filter & Infuse 3qt Tritan Pitcher - 461-177. It's a pitcher with a cylindrical compartment in the middle that fruits can be placed in to infuse water. The design is very awkward and stupid. At the top it has crevices that are unnecessary and impossible to reach. After only 3 weeks of use the top compartments started to show spots of black mold!!! I tried my best to clean it but since it's designed in a way that can't be reached for cleaning, I couldn't do anything. So I called evine.com immediately and said that I want to return it. They sent me a shipping label and couple of days later, when the UPS guy came for a pick up, he picked this up as well.

    Weeks went by and no return was issued. I called, I was told that the item was received but has not been scanned yet. The representative said it'll be scanned and the refund will be issued that week. Another week went by and not only they didn't issue a refund, I received the mold infested pitcher back in the mail!!! I called them and to my horror they said that UPS delivered it to their facility couple of days after the 30 days and NO REFUND. They want the item back in their warehouse 30 days within the time they ship it out to the customer!!!! Clearly this is a tactic to make sure they avoid returns and don't send people's money back. NO ONE IS STUPID!!!! They scammed me with a garbage product, I can't use it and my money is gone. They should not be allowed to do this. I called and the "supervisor" hung up on me!

    I ordered 2 creams and was sent an invoice stating they sent 2 creams and was billed for 2 creams but received only 1 cream. I called customer service and told them the problem and after they told me all the steps they had to go through to see if indeed I was correct. They had to send a letter to me and they had to send this to that department and something to another department and then I would be notified by email if I was going to get the cream. I told them to forget it and I was going to send back the cream as I have been a long term, good customer. If there is a problem with the other 2 shopping channels they send out the missing item right away. I have now cancelled all my auto delivery items and will never buy another item from Evine again. The worst customer service in the world!!! They lost a good customer who buys a lot of items from them. No more and I will tell everyone I know to never buy from them.

    Please be advised that if you are going use the value pay service, Evine will do a credit check. I was not aware of this until now. I checked my credit and there it was. I had no idea. I would have paid for the entire purchase and not used value pay. Evine does not need your social security number, just your name and address. Equifax is the agency that they use. I called to ask about the inquiry and the credit department was so rude. Fyi, the name submitted for the credit check from Evine was different than my name on file. I recently got married and did not change my name on file with Equifax. That did not stop that credit check, but I could not even see the results of the inquiry dispute until I faxed over a copy of my SS# and driver's license. Customers beware and read all the fine print. I will not purchase another thing from this company and as for Equifax... They are all in bed together.

    I placed an order for a 55" television on 7/8/2016. I order from several at home shopping networks and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I did not receive the television until 7/21/2016 because the television was shipped to an incorrect address. When they called 7/14/2016 to confirm shipping I advised that the address they provided was incorrect. They then advised me that it was very hard to change an address once the product had shipped (not my problem). They then had the package rerouted. Again, not delivered until 7/21/2016.

    When we received the package and I opened it, plugged it in. The screen of the television is cracked internally and the view is distorted. I immediately attempted to contact customer service Saturday 7/23/2016 but they were closed. Sunday 7/24/2016 I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They advised that would email me a return ship label and further instructions. Never received the label! Monday 7/25/2016 I emailed customer service. So I waited 24 hours and still had no return shipping label in my email. On 7/26/2016 I emailed the customer service department for a 2nd time (now my 3rd attempt).

    Today is 7/27/2016 and I still do not have a return shipping label. I called customer service. Explained to them that it was now my 4th attempt at getting this item returned. The representative was extremely rude. I advised her that I WILL contact my attorney if need be. We are talking about $600.00. She advised me that if I felt I needed to take that route then I should. I was not advised in my first 2 attempts that I would need to send pictures. I asked the representative how long it would take once I send the pictures, she advised 3-5 business days. Now they are requested photo documentation. It is a customer's prerogative to return an item for any reason, especially one that was received broken. Now I am being bullied and treated like the bad guy in the situation. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

    Cook companion ceramic nonstick lightweight cast iron 6qt copper - I put this pot in the dishwasher and it dulled the pot bad. It did not say anywhere not to put these pots in the dishwasher.     On July 2 about 6:30am I ordered (by phone) a circular saw. Less than one hour after the order, I went on line (customer service not available that early in the morning) to cancel the order and I got a message that it could not be cancelled. It was in process. Later, I called by phone. Same response. Could not cancel the order. On July 14 the package came. It was heavy and there was no return label. This happened to me once before with them; I had ordered a ceiling fan. It looked great on TV, not so much in person. Same thing I had to pay. Almost $30 to return it!!! Because of the cost to return the fan, was one of the reasons I decided to cancel the order on the saw. I emailed them with a complaint and received lip service.

    Based on past bad experience, I can't say I was surprised that I would have to pay to return it. I called customer service on the 14th. The rep was very nice and tried to issue me a return label. Surprise, Surprise... He was unable to get approval to send a return label. They send return labels for small or lightweight things. But if you order anything heavy or bulky, no return label is enclosed. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. I am writing this so others are not taken as I have been. THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING LIKE THE OTHER SHOPPING CHANNELS.

    I had auto shipment or auto delivery every 90 days of a product. My first item was ordered March 28th. My first payment April 27th. May 27th 3rd payment. June 27th I was away on vacation and needed to update my credit card information which I had forgotten about. I got back on July 5th and paid the June 27th payment that was due and in fact paid it off. They cancelled my auto delivery and refuse to restart it. I find that very poor poor customer service by saying I was over too many days and getting my account up to date it was a holiday. I was away on vacation.

    I find this unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from Evine again. This is very poor customer service and the fact that they don't even try and accommodate you in any way or say let us restart your auto delivery. Nothing. Sorry you already got your three strikes. You're out on the first time around. Plus on my auto delivery my second item should have been shipped around the middle of June so therefore I still should have had a shipment coming which I would have paid for it however they just say that they cancelled it before my payment was even due.

    I bought a fountain from Evine. I received two which I bought, one was missing a part so I paid for the return and had already returned the second one before I found out a part was missing from the other. I have fighting getting refunded for these fountains for months. They continued to take payments out. I was having surgeries and wasn't aware this was going on. I started demand my money refunded and finally got an answer. They both were $279.99 apiece which I paid for except for return shipping and handling on one. They dared say they only owed me $50.00, they owe me over $500.00.

    I tried talking to managers but told they are looking into it but nothing is happening. They are stealing my money. Then they said I am not allowed value pay like I will ever use Evine again. I have copies of where they took out payments. I intend to get payment copies from my bank. How can I get my money back? They are crooks. They stole my money for things I don't have and acknowledged they received them back. That's theft. I see I am not the only one who's been screwed over. Maybe we need to file a joined lawsuit to get our money back and justice and close this company down.

    I had placed an order, back in March, for the Beekman 1802, 7-Piece Seasonal Limited Edition Goat Milk Bounty Box Set on Auto Delivery, every 90 days. I received the Spring box set and LOVED it. As the months passed, I started to really look forward to the Summer box set. EVINE, however, screwed up. The order was supposed to ship on 6/24/16, which was great because I have visitors arriving, to my home, on 7/7/16 and I wanted to give a couple of the items out as gifts. It didn't ship out on 6/24/16 due to an issue with my billing address. I contacted their customer service line and got the issue corrected. The order will ship out tomorrow!, I was told.

    A couple of days later I noticed that I had not yet received an email confirming that the order had, in fact, shipped so I went online and saw that there was an Error message attached to the status. I called customer service, again (6/28/16), and they were still having an issue with the billing address. I confirmed the information, a second time, and they assured me that it will be shipped out tomorrow. I checked the status again on 6/30/16 and saw the Error message back up on the screen. Called a third time, again confirming the shipping date, and was told that the order will be shipped out tomorrow. I have become, extremely, frustrated at this point.

    Well, I checked the status again, this morning (7/1/16), and lo and behold Error. I don't know if what they are dealing with is a glitch in their computer system, and at this point I really don't care. I canceled my entire order, right then and there. No Summer, Fall or Winter box sets. All their customer service team did was apologize and offer me a lousy $10 credit for my next order. I don't want a credit. I want my order! I am, officially, done with EVINE. They are totally incompetent and try, in no way, to see that I receive my order on time. I have also sent a formal letter directly to the Beekman Company. They should be made aware as to how EVINE is handling their products.

    I've been reading lots of the reviews on here for Evine Live customer service. I was also a customer for shop NBC before it became Evine Live. I've spent a lot of money there on skincare products, clothing etc. Customer service is the worst out of any place I've ever shopped online. I purchase from QVC HSN - their customer service is amazing. I read one of the reviews where credit cards were compromised. I also had this problem and called and gave them the new credit card number.

    The intern continued to bill the old one which it did go through with it my account even though credit card number had been changed. Then all of a sudden several months later I was contacted by collection agency and my account has been turned over to them. The woman I spoke with from their collection agency - I explained to her that payments had been taken out for these items. She basically called me a liar that they hadn't and I told her "I can send you a copy of my bank statement where these payments were taken out" and like other reviewers the only option I was given was to pay off the full amount which I absolutely did not. The agreement was to pay Evine Live - they were to be taken out of my bank account. I would be glad to set that up unfortunately Evine Live does not answer their phones when you call and try to do that. No longer a customer. They lost a very big spender. Do not buy anything from this company.

We had to have a Samsung Note and an HP Computer with Windows 10 or higher to connect lessons term papers and exams to our instructors.

    Now I was informed today by my instructor that I will FAIL the first term because I cannot get the necessary exam posted by July 1, 2016. I am extremely UPSET. Failing my class because the warranty company cannot expedite a new phone and TRUST that I will return a phone to you that is useless to me? We were told before we paid the 3000.00 for these classes. We would have to have a NOTE on the Samsung Android format in order for blackboard our electronic school format, to attach notes and papers and EXAMS to our instructors. This error was the warranty company, and no fault of mine. I got the wrong phone and the wrong network, AT&T. I NEEDED VERIZON!! I was very clear about this in all my emails.

    I made a purchase in good faith, I have now lost over 1200.00 in time, shipping, gas, school tuition, along with the pain and suffering due to the stress of knowing I will now fail a class I cannot afford to repeat. I also purchased nearly $100.00 in NOTE 3 accessories?!? I cannot return these, packaging gone and I am outside the return date allowed by Amazon. These items will not work with Samsung Note 4 or 5. Never had such a horrible experience with any business or company like Consumer Certified Repairs in association with EVINE LIVE. I want a refund for my purchase, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Lesson learned.

    So, I fell 2 months behind on payments due to hard times, ie, reduction in work hours. So, what did they do? They decided to block access to my online account which means I can't even access my account to get my balance let alone make payments. I find this to be really stupid. All they give me is a phone number so I guess they expect me to call each and every time I make a payment from now on. Not going to happen. This does not even make sense. I have never ever heard of a company blocking access to a person's account just to expect them to want to call them. Well, my payments will be mailed and my account eventually closed. Whether a person falls behind or not, they don't need anyone pestering them every single day. I believe they decided to block access because I have not returned their phone calls. Like this is going to make me call them.

    I have found no issues with EVINE with my purchases however do expect anything from Invicta Corporate and customer service. I like Invicta watches and have around 60 of their watches but their customer service is poorest I have ever experienced. They are very arrogant and rude and I have first-hand experience of that.     Purchased item and received. Did not open as read reviews & knew made purchasing error. My mistake was having a very person in our home I was caring for... and I did not return item within 30 days. You are doomed. (I used QVC a lot and if you goof, they work with you, not Evine.) They sent the package BACK to me. (Why not call me???) I called and got nowhere so have a product I will not donate because it is still a lousy product. There must be a reason they are not eating QVC's lunch. My error was not checking out EVINE complaints before ordering something. Please be forewarned. And never have a very ill one in your home when you will lose all track of time while being a caregiver. Enough.

    Ordered a pair of shoes, they didn't fit. I promptly returned them... I waited for the refund (I was on value pay so refund should have been $16)... After a month I check my accounts again and still no $16 refund... I search my transactions for EVINE and find out they refunded me $2.02... That's it. I call immediately to find out what's going on... The rep stated that you do not get refunded S&H which is understandable but you also get charged $6.99 for using their SMART LABEL to return the item!!! Seriously??? What kind of crap is that.     I ordered 3 items: 2 bluetooth headphones and a tablet. They took out 3 payments and not the last 3 value payments. I tried to order a new item they would not take the order. 3 calls and a half hour later I was referred to collections. I told them I had not received an email or letter stating the payments did not go through. They were very rude. I paid them the final $44.88. I lost my card months ago. If I had been notified, this situation could have been handled. They emailed me every month for the previous payments.     I have used Evine for the past year, making many purchases. When I called to bring my 'no refund' issue to their attention, they asked for the Order number, said that it was refunded and thanked me. I checked my bank - no refund had been logged. Responded back to same email and this response came from a different agent. This one needed different info: I responded to their 'no response'. I spoke to Alicia, Rebecca, Jessica, Steven, Pasmina and Martha. Each needed different information, each kicking me further down the road. Several kept referring to a return they did make. Not the NINE I was reporting, but one that they returned. They continue to say "thanks for contacting, I hope we've helped you". I will never order from them again, and I will tell everyone I know that they aren't an honest business. I have ordered from HSN for years now and have never had an issue.

    I just had to give my opinion when they were ShopNBC. I paid my account off, then I hear from a collection agency. I had to pay the balance again. The reason I couldn't do anything my husband had just died from cancer. I had gone through all our papers. One stack to keep, other to discard. Well I discarded the one I was supposed to keep. So all receipts gone. They knew I had paid because one person I spoke to told me that it had been paid but they could not lose their job and I wouldn't ask them to.     I have shopped with EVINE for a few years, always paid on time with value pay, then I was hospitalized due to cancer and yes, my friend who was suppose to oversee my bills and deposit a check fell short of doing it. As soon as I was discharged I checked my bills and found this out. Now that I missed a couple of value pays by 2-3 days they took value pay away and sure reported me to credit. I sick about this, makes me look bad and fighting stage 4 cancer which has come out remission is enough to deal with, NOT THIS STUPID COMPANY.     CAUTION - they do not give refunds on food that is not good as QVC does. So think twice if it is worth the lost of that amount of money if the food comes and it is not good. I ordered Paula Deen cakes. Normally love her food. They were tasteless, not at all like the host on Evine was describing them. I tried to return them like I do with QVC (basically they just issue a refund). I was told since we ate two of the three (not sure what else I would do with them), they would only refund for one although their policy is no refund on food items. So think twice before ordering! QVC's policy if very liberal, but almost all the food I order from them is as they say it is.

    Depending on who you get in customer service, your request are on deaf ears. I bought a Galaxy S5 which was suppose to be unlocked and work with any carrier, but it did not so I had to send it back. I got an older lady the first time I called back about returning and she sent my label out right away. Once I got the label I sent it back and tracking was easy. They got it within 6 days, but have not applied it to my account. Well that was 12 days ago and the return has not shown up on my account as of yet. I called back and got a young man who sounded as if he did not care one way or the other. It has been 15 days and I still don't have my money and it has not shown up on my account.     I had ordered 4 blouses and was excited to get them. I chose the dividend payment option and I paid on my first payment a total of $27.12. I received the blouses still enclosed in its plastic bag, but all 4 were in 1 bag. I only opened one blouse and tried it on, but was dissatisfied because the zipper the blouses had on the side was a cool feature, but it made the blouse very heavy and the blouses were way too long for me. I put the blouse back in its plastic wrap and returned all blouses back in the same package they were sent in. Even after I sent the blouses back, they were still wanting to deduct $1.17 for the next 4 or 5 months, supposedly for shipping. They claimed that I had sent the blouses individually and they wanted to charge me shipping for EACH single blouse.

    I called CS and explained to the girl that I sent them back in the SAME package they sent them in. She explained that they would give me back the $6.99 they were charging me. I NEVER got it back. I only received $1.17 back for each one and $5.94 for one other. What they should have done is just deduct one shipping payment from the amount I had already paid and it would have been the end of everything, but they tried to charge me shipping for each blouse. EVINE is a "RIP-OFF". I will never order anything from them ever again.

    I have given Evine a lot of business as it's the only place I can get my skin care. They scan their reviews so you can't trust them. I could not believe they have turned down my reviews. If they don't like what you have to say they will not post your review. I ordered a jacket - they sent the wrong size. I returned it along with a top. They accepted the top but returned the jacket stating "It was passed 30 days" that was not only untrue they screwed up the order.

    It is so hard and costly to return anything, and if it's their fault they never refund shipping. That item cost less than what it cost to ship and ship back twice than they reshipped. Really!!! It also took 8 months to access a warranty on an Air Fryer. No one ever answered the phone. It was awful. Their stock is way down - now I see why. They act like you have the problem. I cringe every time I have to call them. I'm just not doing business with them anymore. (Neither is my sister and others I know.) They do not take of their loyal customers at all.     I watched the show on EVINE. Gem insider showed jewelry. They showed a long, large nugget turquoise necklace I fell in love with. The price was just right With S & H and the first payment of $ 20.80. I paid with my Wells Fargo debit card. 5 payments thereafter of $ 20.80. Great. I got the confirmation from EVINE in an email how those payments were due. I received the package on the 4.16.16 Saturday. As I opened the package, there were 2 small boxes--each contained a turquoise necklace. I know a rip off when I see one.

    On the 4.18.16 Monday that second turquoise necklace I never ordered was shipped back to EVINE. 2 times in one day EVINE took $ 35.70 out of my Visa. Meaning the second $ 35.70 was stolen--taken without my permission. I wrote a note along with the return package--at once to return that second stolen $35.70 back into my Wells Fargo account. What EVINE did was criminal and I don't take that lightly. Whatever amount, there was only one thing for me to do after.

    The only amount EVINE returned was only $ 21.00. They owed back to me $35.00 the stolen... for an extra turquoise necklace that was never ordered. What I had to do was go to the bank cancel my card. Got a new card and numbers, so that EVINE could not steal any more money out of my Visa. I emailed to EVINE the drastic step I had to take, to protect me and my card from getting farther ripped off. I let EVINE know that I will send a check each month. 3 checks for $20.80... out of the 5th check I will deduct $ 14.70 that EVINE still owes to me. That leave $6.00 I will add on to the 4th payment making it $26.80--the last and final payment for that turquoise necklace. I let EVINE know... my dealings with EVINE are over for good.

    I have never been so humiliated in my life until I began purchasing items thru Evine Live.com via their so-called value pay system. First of all, they would go in and take the monthly fee early and cause my account to become overdrawn. Then, I received a letter from a collection agency who I fought with for 2 hours trying to explain these accounts were paid in full! They would not budge! I wound up giving in and paid the bills again for fear that I may jeopardize my credit. Lo and behold 2 weeks later I received a check for a full refund. No letter of explanation, no apology, just the check! I cashed that check so fast my head spun!!! Well, I just tried to order a blouse, mind you a $30.00 blouse and NOT on Value Pay, and my account is suspended evidently from what transpired previously!

    I purchased a Simmons Beautysleep "Edgemoor" Luxury Firm Pillowtop Mattress Set through Evine Live on 4/18/16, while watching the product overview on their program. During the overview it was stressed that one of the production plants was located in Hawaii. That same day I had also purchased 2 sheet sets from Evine Live after making this bed purchase. I received the sheets and was extremely pleased with the rapid process and delivery of those items. I waited a couple more days then decided to check on the status of the bed. When I checked my account, to see when I could expect delivery, I was shocked to discover that the order had been cancelled?!? I had not been contacted at all by Evine Live and was taken aback. I researched Evine Live's claim that Simmons had a production plant in Hawaii and now know that there is one not far from where I live.

    I reached out to Evine Live and was told they don't ship to Hawaii?!? I cited the point that the bed is produced here and the plant is not far from my home. The representative asked me to hold, conferred with her Supervisor, who apparently felt that this realization made no difference. I then asked for Simmons contact information. The representative I spoke with there agreed that this policy simply does not make sense.

    I feel that the actions taken by Evine Live are inappropriate since:
    1) They relayed Hawaii as a production plant (which in my case would not incur shipping costs, only delivery).
    2) They allowed the order to be processed without initial incident, sending me confirmation that "We're excited to confirm your order has been received" and declaring, "You'll hear from us again when your order ships".
    3) I received NO cancellation notice whatsoever.

    4) Had I not checked my account I would have futilely been waiting for shipment confirmation and delivery.

    On 5/2/16 Evine Live's Executive Executive Resolution Office reached out to me, reiterated that they do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii, and dismissed me when I asked about reaching out to Simmons or coming to some agreement. This is ludicrous! The bedding plant is about 15 miles from my house!

    We purchased a Cook's Companion air fryer on January of 2016. First of all it's been a great product, but after only 3 months we have a hard time turning the unit on, seems like a bad switch. And also only after 2 months the nonstick in the fry basket doesn't work, everything sticks no matter how much non-stick spray we use. We bought a extended warranty. We have to send it out ourselves and pay the posted cause it's past the 30 days return policy. The CSA was rude and basically told us either pay the postage or stay with a broken fryer. Was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. This was a manager we were dealing with. We left a review on their website and of course it was taken down. Will never buy a product from them again. Postage is almost as expensive as the fryer. They know after 30 days they are off the hook for everything, postage repairs, and returns and it shows in the way they talk to customers.

They were not terrible or nasty, just an honest slightly unfavorable critique.     I purchased an item December 2015. I notice tearing in it, I called Evine and the CSA was very Blunt and uncaring and told me that he could do nothing for me - it's past the return deadline. I stated to him... "so I must throw it away or wear it with holes in it?"     I am an avid online shopper. I appreciate the quality service and honest approach used by Zappos, Amazon, QVC, HSN, Nordstrom and other honest retailers. I recently made seven purchases, in two separate orders from Evine. The shoes, a brand I've worn for years, were far smaller than the ten other identically sized pairs from that company. I'm required to pay for the return. Another product I ordered, a soap and lotion set from Beekman, had a misaligned stand that rocked terribly. It also had a strong, perfumey fragrance, despite being advertised as a "natural" item. I wrote a review that warned of that and the rocking stand, as well as a glitchy spout. Evine REFUSED to print the review. I gave 2 stars and wrote an honest, fair review and they would not print it - and did not provide a way for me to change and resubmit the review.

    I've NEVER heard of a policy like this and due to this will NEVER purchase from EVINE again - I can't trust what I read there in terms of reviews. I would imagine that they might create their own, rather than rely on fair input from their customers. This is so wrong and I want to warn anyone who considers shopping with EVINE to not trust what they read.

    I purchased an Apple Computer. I received it, opened it, and had it out of the box overnight at the most. I decided to send it back when I found out it was a 3rd party sale. I paid $83 for the return to insure it and get confirmation. They received it on 03/23/2016. I have yet to receive the $2000 credit they owe me. When I got it I CALLED Apple to register it. They said it was from a 3rd party. They also were hesitant to give me the 1-year warranty that EVINE said you get. I am reporting them to everyone and anyone that I can.     EVINE has suddenly, and without explanation, deemed me ineligible to use Value Pay. This alarmed me so much that I just checked my credit score, and it is above 800, as it always has been; in other words, excellent. I also see from my credit report that EVINE has checked my credit, which is annoying, and yet I don't know what prompted this decision to deny me the use of value pay. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there in the future, because of the poor customer service. I have been shopping at the company known as Evine for approximately 20 years, going back to the value vision days.     First I would like to say that I buy online frequently from many online providers with value pay and I have never had any problems with these providers... until EVINE. I decided to give them a try and purchased a few things on value pay without a problem, until now. Due to a compromise of my credit cards, all my cards had to be reissued with different numbers. In the meantime, I also moved into my new home in a different city. During this time, the account fell behind due to the credit card having been changed. I received no notification that the Value Pays had not been honored by my bank until I was notified that I had been turned over to a credit agency and was made to pay the entire amount of the remaining balance.

    I made 6 calls to EVINE, left my phone number and received no call backs. I tried to go online to correct my personal information and give a new credit card but was locked out of the account. THIS IS A SHODDY WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS, when a simple email from them would have corrected the problem immediately, instead I received nothing to indicate that there was a problem. I was given no other options other than to pay in full TODAY! This was a hardship for me as my daughter has lost her job and has 4 children to support, which I help her with monthly payments that she cannot pay... like the electric and gas bills, gas for her car so she can look for employment.

    I usually let things like this go, but this collection agency thing really irked me and the fact that there were no alternative solutions offered. I will never buy anything from this company again ever and I suggest that anyone thinking about purchasing anything from EVINE think twice. Moreover, I would be embarrassed to advertise my wares on this online store.

    I stayed up all night one night and watched EVINE live and the quality of the hosts and the presentations was frankly quite an embarrassment and I really felt quite embarrassed for the merchants, the models, just everything. IT WAS LIKE WATCHING A TRAIN WRECK IN PROGRESS. I kept thinking it would get better, but sadly it got worse. EVINE live needs a whole new look and the right and left hands need to get coordinated so there is a cohesive agenda in this company. It would help if THE MANAGER OF VALUE PAY COULD OFFER SOME OTHER SOLUTIONS, OTHER THAN THE COLLECTION AGENCY. How about a simple phone call or email? I would rate this below one star, but that was not an option.

    I've finally had enough. There are so many options to shop from, why bother with this. The customer service representatives are trained to make automated responses by phone and email, including, "There is no one here authorized to make that decision." "We're sorry you were unhappy with your purchase." I can almost see the categories and statements they are reading from their screens. There is no sincerity toward or value placed on the customer, and individual service is not a priority. They seem insulted to be requested to do anything that can be done online, and will send you explicit directions to do so in the future.

    The return policy reflects a huge flaw. When they tell you to try a product for 30 days, they don't explain that they require returns to be in warehouse within 30 days, and that it can take 10 days to get there, with the provided return label. Your return does not begin when the package reaches UPS as with most online shopping. So, really try it for 19 days and get that item on it's way! If it's even 24 hours late... they will re-package it and mail it back to you with no refund. Or, like me, choose to shop where customer service is sincere and easy. There are SO many better choices!

Funny that you can call to order something and I'll answer within a couple of minutes but when you call to make a complaint or to ask a question it takes time at least 12 to 15 minutes to even answer the phone, and then they usually have to go to someone else to get the answer. I have been hung up on. I have been treated really rudely. The last time I called the lady just said "oh well" and hung up the phone. I have asked to have supervisors call me back and have waited and waited and waited and never get a call. It's not bad enough that you have to pay shipping both ways even if something doesn't fit or if something is defective like the sweater that I got that someone has obviously worn with very strong perfume on.

    I had no idea until I read these reviews that they are pulling credit checks. There's no reason for them to do this. I never had a problem when this company was ShopHQ or ShopNBC. I don't know what's going on with Evine. As soon as I send back the free pair of boots that do not fit and two sweaters that stink I will never buy anything from them again. They have lowered my credit score. If someone truly is going to file a class action suit, I would certainly be interested in joining that. I don't think they know the meaning of customer service. They certainly seem to have it backwards. I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to buy anything from them. I have never had a problem like this with HSN or QVC and I have been buying from them for years. They bend over backwards to help and if there ever is a problem, it is taken care of.

    Watch out people do not buy from Evine!!! I'm sorry I ever did. Oh and by the way if they don't like your review, they do what they call "moderate" it. Never had that problem with HSN or QVC on the rare times I had to give a negative review. So long, Evine. You should really go away and let everyone rest in peace. The way of the stock is going I'm guessing that's exactly what will happen.

    I did order several rolls of removable wallpaper all in different patterns. I hadn't moved into my new home yet and after I did I realized the one pattern wasn't going to work. They returned the roll to me and UPS delivered the notice after it had been returned. I called customer service and the representative wasn't as helpful as usual in previous dealings. I was told the roll paper was once again sent back to me. This paper wasn't cheap. I feel that in the case of an "overdue" return especially in this case I wanted to exchange for another pattern, it would be granted. Not smart customer service. Won't be buying anymore from here.

    Ordered several products just before Christmas on easy pay. After 3 months of paying on easy pay my debit card had been compromised and I had to close my debit card and get a new one. I contacted the company immediately to explain and assured them that the moment I got the new card I would contact them. They proceeded to charge my checking account for hundreds of dollars one charge after another all on the day I told them I had to close the existing debit card... overdrafting my account.

    Because my checking acct was then overdrawn and they couldn't pull anymore money out, they charged a credit card (without authorization) that I had used once in the past. I am still receiving collection calls even though they have been paid more than owed but I can't get anyone to investigate.     I ordered the Ronco Turbo Dehydrator for $48.62 + $10.99 shipping + $4.86 tax. On TV the host kept saying you can make HEALTHY snacks. I got the item and noticed that nowhere on the box did it say BPA free. I called Customer Service, the rep had no idea what BPA was, had to ask someone and told me the product DOES contain BPA. I was not sent a prepaid return label and when I asked why I was told that this item shipped from the manufacturer not Evine. So I am to return it to them, then they contact Evine and I will then get my credit card refunded.     Delivery driver showed up to deliver a TV to my house & the screen looked like a forklift had punctured it. The driver took it back & I called Evine to let them know. Customer service person "Marcy" took the call. All she was concerned about is getting the TV back. She was not concerned how I was inconvenienced by taking a whole day off work or having to wait 2 weeks to get the TV. All she said she could do was refund my money. No discount, no formal apology, no explanation of how I could get a replacement quickly. She must have been new I guess.     They have the worst sheets I have ever purchased AND to ship back be ready to pay a lot. I was charged $23 for a box under 4 lbs for the garbage to go back. They are a total rip-off and their sheets are very inferior.     INVICTA WATCH 633108 - I purchased this watch @ 595.00, as a Once Only. My husband lived it. Evine promises that once a product goes on a Once Only price it will not go lower. The other day I was looking at Evine website and noticed the watch for 399.00. I contacted Evine and ask them about the difference in the price and how something that was promised as a Once Only will never go lower price can go lower and they wouldn't offer a partial refund. Customer service said that it had been over 30 days and they could not take refund the difference. My issue is that now they have broken a trust agreement and have given a canned response. In other words Once Only means nothing.

    We ordered a watch with a 10 slot dive case. When we received the order, the watch slot case was marked up and very damaged. We contacted EVINE and was told to return both items said they would resend out another order. We received the package today & do you know they sent the exact same slot case and the watch. We put tape on the box & had the extra links in the box. They put clear tape over the watch and when we called they were so rude and refused to say they were sorry & after being hung up on three times. I called The Corporate office and was worse and only offered excuses no resolution. I have left a message for Invicta corporate office to see if they can help. UNREAL.

    10 yrs ago when EVINE was Shop NBC, I bought a tv as a wedding gift & purchased the installation service also offered via ValuePay. I could never get them to arrange the installation & tried to get them to refund the charge. They didn't; I stopped paying. Turned out they never should have sold the installation service because it wasn't available in my area. They then said I was delinquent on the payment & refused to allow me to use ValuePay for anything else I bought. I tried to explain that they were the ones who screwed up & I wasn't going to pay for something I never got. They never straightened this out.

    I stopped buying here... until just recently, 10 years later. I have an EXCELLENT credit score but guess what? I am STILL not able to use ValuePay with these people!!! I love some of their vendors but I refuse to attempt to do business with these people. HSN & QVC have great customer support. The people who own this company should take lessons from them.

    On 5 Feb 2016, I ordered a hover board from EVINE Live TV info commercial. It was a Swagway $399.00, (three hundred ninety-nine dollars). The salesperson demonstrating the model told you all the fine points about the product. He conveyed it was the best deal around and no worries about the batteries blowing up. I purchased the product. I thought EVINE Live was selling goods that are of great value and prices are all reasonable with other competitors' pricing. I spent over $400. Several days later I turn on the TV and see EVINE Live info commercial. The same spokesman who was demonstrating the Swagway hover board was demonstrating a Orbit hover board and saying all the exact same things about this product which have all the same specs, power, weight, batteries charging system, also they are made by the same manufacturer China. The biggest difference is name.

    This hoverboard which is basically the same as the Swagway was only, $299.00, a hundred dollars cheaper. Why would anyone buy the one that cost $100 more? If you listen to the salesperson he states the same about the two hover boards. I sent the expensive one back, but I was out of 30 dollars for shipping. If I did not turn the TV on, I would have never known about the big price difference. Only 3 days went by and they are selling almost the same thing but $100 cheaper! Why did they not sell both of these boards at the same time? Very simple! No one would have purchased the Swagway that cost $100 more than the Orbit. EVINE Live is not for the consumer. It is strictly out there to misguide, mislead, misdirect and deceive the consumer.

    Note!! When I ordered this Swagway hoverboard I did ask the salesperson on the phone if there was any other hoverboards or anything similar to my product that would be at a lower cost. She said, she did not know, but would check. A minute later, she told me they did not have anything in the near future that she is aware of. If you pull their taped phone conversations you can verify their deceit. Order date 2/5/2016.

    Please be aware! If you purchase any product from EVINE on value pay once only, they will continuously do hard credit check on your credit. I was not aware and every so often I will see EVINE checking my credit and it is not a soft credit check. The hard credit check goes against your credit score. When I called EVINE and asked them to stop checking my credit the woman said no. My value pay product was a long time ago. So shoppers shop somewhere else. Beware of EVINE.

    I purchased a Madi Claire Purse (Ariana Croco Embossed Leather) from EVINE. It was advertised as a leather purse. The bottom of the purse came apart about 6 inches (not at a seam). I purchased in October 2015. I took the purse to a shoe repair / purse repair / luggage repair shop. The man that helped me told me the only leather on the purse was the small tag on a chain located on the handle of the purse.     This is a big scam. Recently order the action pro camera, and receive the camera after a week and I open the box. They give the right camera I order but when I use it, the camera, there is a wifi password already. It means the camera is not a brand new. I call them and they give me a free return label, so I return, I mailed the camera with its accessories in the box. After 4 days they call me and they said there's no camera, return only the accessories. I'm disappointed and I said I put everything in box, they want to recharge me.     I saw on TV on 11/1/15 a set of iLive bluetooth wireless headphones. I loved the price, the item looked great. After watching the demonstration after about an hour, I decided to buy. The order came in a timely fashion. The packaging was great and my son LOVED the product. I bought these as a Christmas gift to my son. He is 16. He opened them on Christmas day. Now the item I purchased, has NO warranty (which I believe they said it DID, they meaning EVINE) and since it's after 1/31, they can't exchange nor refund. I just asked them if I can get a replacement since the product just broke. They still said no. I said can an exception be made since it's just a few days over the 1/31 period. I haven't gotten an answer back yet.

    This was my first purchase from this company and will be my last. Companies like these, with strict policies about exchanges or refunds...show me they just want to keep your money. If I purchased this product from Walmart (like I was starting to, which I should have) or Macy's, I would have been getting a replacement and waiting for it to come. I went through an issue like this with Macy's...wore the product and it was a defect, they replaced it right away. So, why can't this site extend the courtesy??? I will spread the word about this company. My mother especially. She keeps looking at their products to buy, but after hearing this, my mother will not buy either. Since customer service doesn't want to work with its customers (reading these reviews, seems to be true), I'm thinking of disputing the charges but I don't know if I can go back that far. I am very disappointed.

    UPDATED ON 02/17/2016: Well, EVINE did make it somewhat right. After posting my initial review, I went to their FB page. They were bragging about their birthday, etc. I stated to them my situation and how there might not be many more after reading some of these complaints here (meaning this site). So, someone who monitors their FB page emailed me within like 90 minutes, offering me a $25 credit to choose what I wanted. So, I purchased more headphones. The funny thing is... I did get a response from their email department... and they repeated the policy stating "No, can't get a replacement..." etc. If I had NEVER went on their FB page, I wouldn't have gotten any satisfaction to this.     I've had the most dissatisfying experience with this year holiday purchase that I will never purchase another watch again from Evine. I am an avid watch collector and have been buying watches for 8-9 years easily with them. I ordered a watch on 1/1/16 and received the wrong item on 1/13. When I called customer service and explained they had sent me the wrong item. They told me I had to wait until they received the wrong watch back before they would ship the correct watch. I explained that it was their fault for sending the incorrect item and why should I have to be inconvenience for their shortcoming. They told me if I wanted my watch shipped immediately I would have to pay for it again. Which means they would have my money tied up for well over a week while they waited for the snail mail return label they sent me.

    I explained that other retailers in their situation would bill me if I didn't return the item within a timely manner and why would I not be extended the same courtesy. The representative stated that was the only option available. I asked to speak to a supervisor expecting better cooperation considering they were at fault. The supervisor told me the exact same thing. I asked "how can you treat your loyal customer in such a manner" when they were totally at fault. After being on the phone roughly 1.5 hours going back and forth I requested to speak with her supervisor. She explained that she would transfer me to the executive team voicemail and it would take 24-48 hours before someone would get back with me.

    I was livid. I told her that was not acceptable that I had a concern that needed to be addressed immediately and it should not take that long for me to speak with a manager. She explained that was my only option and transferred me to a random voicemail. I called back multiple times and received the same subpar unacceptable customer services. I was bounced around and left same message with no avail because I still haven't heard from a single manager as of yet. Each call I spent at least an hour being bounce around and then hung up on. It has been three weeks since I sent the wrong item back and a month since the initial order and I haven't received a refund or my watch as of yet. Absolutely horrible service. I will NEVER spend another dime. Spread the word about this despicable company.

    Do not ever shop here! Check out all of the complaints online. This company will not stay in business. They scam people. Their return policy for the holiday is to return by Jan. 30, 2016 and they told me if I wanted to return something I purchased during the holiday season I would have to overnight it in order for it to be credited. Any shopping channel on earth just tells you that you have to have it post marked by the return day. Please take my advice and order from QVC or HSN. They are reputable. Please also go online and read all of the terrible complaints. They run hard credit checks on people for using value pay and they never accept returns. It's all a lie and a BIG scam. Thank you!!!

    I have been reading through these reviews, because for weeks now I have felt uneasy about the way they handle their ValuePay credit card payments. I'm referring to the Evine credit card that you can apply for. After being approved you're given a spending limit. But apparently you're not permitted to spend up to the limit. I did not know this then. Because your ValuePay payments are deducted from that credit card and if you have used up your limit, they then cannot charge those payments to it.

    My question is, what credit card company gives you a spending amount to use for purchasing items, but expects and is set up to have ValuePay purchases deducted from that credit limit amount. But if you have used up your amount, they can't charge your value pay payments from your own spending limit. It's like they give you a spending limit, but you can't spend it. They want you to keep the most of it in there for your all the Value Pay payments to be taken out of. Which would have been fine if, they would have made that plain and clear to the consumer. I was under the assumption that you can use your spending limit and make one consolidated payment to the company, like any other credit card. It's not like that with this one. They are difficult to reason with.

    Purchased 3 products by finishing touch, they were the "Yes" product approx. $50.00 each after shipping etc charges. They were 3 different gifts.     In July 2015, I experienced an EVINE ValuePay system billing "glitch". I pointed it out to them that the monthly ValuePays did not bill to my EVINE Credit Card? They said they would look into it and get back to me. Next month came and went with no resolution so I contacted them again in writing (documentation reasons). Again they said they would look into it. I wrote again, and again, and again (always keeping a paper trail of my communication and their communication back to me). Now they put me on Collection for $16?

    I contact them again, attach proof that I have already paid all the unbilled ValuePays, and paid directly to my EVINE Credit Card. All the billing dept had to do was bill my card for the ValuePays. Seems pretty simple right? They still have not done that. I threaten with "legal action" and contacting EVINE CEO, Mark Bozek. They stop harassing me and pull me from Collection. I contacted Collection Agency for verification, and they confirmed I am no longer on collection. I check my EVINE Live Credit Card, and the ValuePays are still not billed? I contacted the Synchrony Bank, and I am in excellent standing with my credit, and the issue remains with the EVINE Credit Dept getting their ValuePay billing fixed. Now mind you, I have "prepaid" everything in anticipation of billing being corrected. I have prepaid $400 for 3 months ValuePays, and paid the ValuePays yet again... So now I have DOUBLE-PAID what I owe.

    And yes come January 2016, EVINE has now put me on Collection again - not for $16 this time - but for $419.72 for all their unbilled ValuePays since they had a system glitch (aka billing problem) in July 2015. Are you serious? Time for some California Consumer Protection authorities to get involved and protect MY rights.

    I first found Evine when it was ShopHQ. I was lured by the value pays and have spent too much money. Now many of those items are proving to be poor quality after just several months. I have contacted them with questions about my account. They send me to Synchrony Bank. I called them and they tried to send me back to customer service. Evine did an unauthorized credit check which caused my credit rate to go down. I am completely done with Evine Live. Poor quality! Poor customer service!

    Called 11 times to no avail reference a claim. They said they would send claim form out with quick response. It has been almost a month since claim was entered, no form sent. No answered phone calls in claims department just voice mail claiming to be out of office or too busy to answer no matter what time of day. Left 2 messages. No call back in weeks.     I recently bought a new refurbished iMac computer from them that I was told was from the 2012 but when I got it in the mail it was from 2003 and poorly packaged and all beat up. I called to complain about this and was told that they don't do business like this and they would gladly refund my money and ship me another one. I refused the other refurbished computer and just decided to purchase a new one through them using the value pay. This computer is advertised as a new iMac computer with factory 1 year warranty. When the computer arrived I open it and plugged it in to start the setup.

    While setting it up I go on Apple to register my new computer only to find out that it's an out of date computer and can't be registered, not only was it out of date but it was suppose to have been sold by Best Buy. The Apple rep told me that I could purchase a extend coverage program for additional money. The Apple rep also asked me what the cost was, I told him that it was 1499.99, he told me that I can buy the same computer from them with warranty for 1000.00. This rep also informed me that EVINE is not an authorized retailer of Apple products and that they were going to look into this as well.

    After the call with Apple I called EVINE and tried to talk with a supervisor but was unsuccessful but the rep I spoke with named Angela was very shocked and surprised to these illegal actions that were taking place as she was a retired Law professor.     I order an laptop for my son. It was shipped on time. When I plug it up to charge for the 9 hours like I was told and tried to turn it on (guess what?), it won't come on. So I shipped that back, they refund my money but I have yet to see it. I also order a set of sheets. Along with the sheets, I got three portable dvd players that I did not order. I also mailed them back and now I'm catching the world of trouble getting my money back. These people (Evine) will not refund my money. So, please review before buying anything from Evine.

    I used my personal credit card to make a purchase using "ValuePay". Be aware that Evine will run your credit report because this "ValuePay" program is considered a line of credit even though you are using your own credit card and not theirs. They will not tell you this "up front" unless you ask and of course running your credit report for approval will affect your credit score so BEWARE!

    I ordered a dress on May 2, 2015. I did not receive the dress until January 8, 2016. I did not want the dress after the long wait. It was not good quality and I had ordered it for a special occasion. The delay in shipping was due to UPS losing the package and returning it to Evine Live. When I called to let them know I had not received it when I was supposed to they just said I could not return it since it was out of their 30 day return period. I explained again and the representative said "sorry", it doesn't matter about the reason. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.     I ordered some items in November of 2014 with a prepaid debit card. I received a call yesterday 1/7/16 from a collection agency stating that EVINE had turned me over to collections, because I didn't pay for an item that they shipped me. Now I was never ever contacted by anybody at EVINE telling me that this item had not been paid for. I asked the lady in the credit department why they even sent this item when it wasn't paid for, and why I had never been contacted by phone or letter. She told me that I should've seen it on my credit card statement that it hadn't been paid for. REALLY!!! I'm supposed to know you hadn't charged me. So I called the prepaid debit card gift card company and they told me that they can only go back a year. So I am stuck because I have no proof. Convenient. DON'T EVER ORDER THROUGH THEM.

Told me could reorder for $36 +sh. Advised of original price, refused to honor, requested speak to a supervisor, one would not come online, would have call to back, never received call back.     Have dealt with this shopping channel for yrs thru their numerous name changes without problem until it became Evine. They pulled a hard copy of my credit report, without my knowledge, resulting in dinging my credit score. Linell, supervisor for Credit Dept. said they pull one once a year on All customers using Value Pay. I have used my Am Ex, that I have had for 30 yrs, with no problems. She stated there is a banner that they run on TV, periodically, alerting customers of their practice. Have never seen this. Said I would be returning purchases and no longer do business with them, and her comment was, "Fine". So much for customer care!!!

    I placed an order for a laptop using value pay. I received an email the next day saying my order was canceled. When I called to inquire why I was told that it was cancelled due to my credit score. I think it's deceptive to offer people an option to use their debit card and then not inform them that their credit was going to be ran. Evine now has my debit card info including my security code and I'm not happy about that. I never would had attempted to place an order had I known they were going to run a credit check. I have checked yet to see if they have a 10 day hold on my money yet, like others have complained about. I will never attempt TO DO BUSINESS WITH EVINE LIVE AGAIN. I don't care if the product cost one dollar.

    I have been ordering Skinn Cosmetics for several years--first from ShopHQ which then changed over to Evine Live. When ordering from ShopHQ, I was consistently pleased with the service and had no problems whatsoever. Products arrived quickly and orders were complete and accurate. That however has changed since Evine Live has taken over. My first problem occurred last year when my order never arrived. After countless calls to Evine with no promised return calls, I discovered the order had been sent to an inaccurate address and had been returned to Evine. They refused to resend the order to me and eventually did refund the cost.

    Just last week I received over $500 worth of Skinn Cosmetics. One of the orders was missing a cream. Upon notifying customer service of this, I was again told a customer service supervisor would phone me back within 24 hours. Of course, that never happened even after two attempts by me to speak to a supervisor. All I wanted was the missing cream to be sent to me. They refused to send me the cream and consoled me by saying they would give me a $20 credit toward my next order. I spoke with a supervisor named Billy who actually hung up on me as I was explaining that I would no longer order from Evine. Please avoid this company. There is NO customer service, and they obviously do not care about the customer. I will NEVER order again from this place. I can get the same products through eBay and/or Amazon.

    I was unaware of the dangers of the Swagway when I placed my order. Once this item arrived I no longer felt safe in my own home. My 13-yr-old son enjoyed the Swagway but he too also was afraid it would catch fire. We decided to return the item after having it about a week. Evine refused to pay for return shipping. I pleaded with them, that due to nationwide consumer safety reports and complaints, the Swagway is possibly dangerous and unsafe. Evine refused to waive return shipping fee.     In August, as Christmas gifts, we purchased two Striker Spy Drones on Evine made by World Tech Toys. Only one of the gifts was opened on Christmas Day. After one use of the toy, the batteries will not recharge. We had purchased a spare battery as recommended on Evine. Because of the 30 day return policy of Evine they will not take the products back for credit or refund our money. World Tech Toys will not answer their phones, voice mail says "Mailbox full". Of course the mailboxes are full because they make horrible products and mislead consumers. Check out the bad reviews for World Tech Toys. We trusted Evine, our bad. Will not do business with them again and we're out of $170 dollars for a product that was used less than 10 minutes and now won't work at all. Buyer beware of Evine and World Tech Toys!

    Very disappointed! Evine offers Value pays without disclosing that they run your credit. They should disclose this at checkout before charging the customer's credit card, then canceling the order and having the customer wait about a week or so for a refund. I was notified via email about the cancellation. Tried contacting customer service and all they can do is read from their script the ridiculous credit guidelines they have. I wasn't trying to apply for a credit card with Evine, so I don't think it's right that they ran my credit without my knowledge or consent. This is such an inconvenience and I am very disappointed at the fact that Evine offers Value pays based on credit history.

    I've made many purchases in the past from shopnbc.com and never had any issues with their value pays. I've been a loyal customer for many years with an excellent purchase/payment history. I was a happier customer when this company used to offer value payments without stressing about credit criteria, etc. Shopnbc.com was a much better company before Evine took over. Now, you lost a loyal customer!

    This is the most despicable, disgusting company to ever do business with! I wish I had seen these reviews prior... My husband is a big fan of Invicta watches so on Dec. 11 I placed an order for a $400 watch with a delivery date of 12/23. I had the item shipped to a relative's house in another state where we were spending the holidays. On 12/22 I receive a notification that it had finally shipped. I go and check the delivery date- 12/29 "by the end of the day"- mind you this is several days AFTER we were due to fly back across the country to our home state. They didn't even upgrade my shipping for sending it out so late!!! I was upset as this was my husband's Christmas present and here it was the evening of the 23rd and I had nothing except the few other small gifts I had gotten for him.

    I call the Customer Service department (total joke) and was told that they "don't know why this happened" but that they would "refund my shipping" as if they were doing me a favor! I put a review on their website which I got notification was "moderated" and that they hoped they could "publish next time." I told my family member not just refuse shipment when it arrived and they could have it back! NEVER. NEVER. NEVER. EVER. AGAIN. If you are reading this-- I am not one to typically complain or throw fits about things, but this company is beyond awful so yourself a favor and go to HSN or QVC instead.

    Unfortunately my situation is very familiar with the other comments. I had a shop NBC credit card with payments coming out automatically from my bank account. Well all of a sudden I get a notice that I missed a payment. After contacting the helpless credit department about the notice, I had proof of payment on my bank statement. That particular month I made 2 payments one with a check, which I had a copy stamped and dated when they cash my check. They wouldn't acknowledged it at all. How do you prove you made payments if you won't allow a person to send in the proof. Ok now it's been about 2 1/2 years since I made a purchase. So I saw an item I liked, tried to purchase it online, and it came up declined. I was puzzled because I was sure the matter had been cleared. Well apparently I had a mystery 12.50 unknown balance. Again trying to resolve the matter with the credit department is a joke! I paid that.

    Again I tried to make another purchase 6 months later and they said they didn't receive the payment again. I had proof of the date I sent the check, and it was signed and cash via Evine. So I went to the competitor which I've never had a problem with. I'm saying all this simply to say someone in the credit department is doing fraudulent activity! Why is it always an issue and why aren't they helpful. So they told me I can make a purchase but can't use the value pay... Why it's not my fault that someone is not doing their job, or should I say they are taking advantage of their position at this company. I hope the CEO is reading how terrible his chosen credit department is reacting to today's customers and future ones as well.

    On the night of November 25, 2015, Evine Live presented a sweater by Kate and Mallory, as their TTV and I ordered the dark teal in an Xsmall that very night. I kept checking for it to ship out but, it never did because, on Dec. 1st they cancelled my order. Saying the item was no longer available. This was very dirty of them and, as soon as my value pays are paid off, I'm no longer going to do anymore business with these people! I haven't seen any reviews from other customers, who this may have happened to and, they wouldn't publish my review expressing my feelings about this matter.

    I've taken half hour to read these reviews which are helpful but horrifying. I should have had this knowledge before placing orders with Evine live. I had a problem with a previous order, contacted their C.S. dept. (despicable). Shortly after, the nasty treatment, I received a text saying my Mastercard application was denied and if I wanted to resolve I must contact a number (coincidentally the same area code as Evine's corporate office!!! I never applied for a MasterCard credit card, how is that possible.

    Foolishly, I placed a recent order, was promised Dec 7 arrival date, Dec 7 passed, I call today only to find out it was not in stock on date of order but wasn't told this while placing the order. We ordered this item as combination birthday/Christmas gift for my niece. Now the item won't arrive until "sometime" in January. Was hung up on twice by two nasty reps, one of them the same rep Josh (mentioned by Maria of Palm Beach, Nov 4th review). I asked to escalate to supervisor, was told I'd receive return call 24-48 hours. Explained I work 10-12 hr shift & am not allowed personal calls at work during week & can't be reached Sundays.

    Requested if a supervisor would please call me same day (today) under circumstances since it was very early in the day & because I can't wait another week to attempt resolve since niece's bday/Christmas so close. Answer? a very nasty, "No way, sorry you just have to wait". In same call, rep, Josh, said a shipment of my item was arriving very shortly- I asked if they would agree to ship before Christmas since it was Evine's error... Answer? A blunt "we won't do that". We made 4 added calls too reach a supervisor -finally succeeded, told her Josh advised of upcoming shipment & again asked for an exception to shop before Christmas. Supervisor replies, their rep, Josh, poorly advised us and that they never know when their shipments are due to arrive. She went speechless when I advised I've worked as an Inventory manager and know for fact that companies are always provided ship dates.

    Again I asked if she would grant an exception & approve my item (nieces bday/Christmas gift) be shipped before Dec 25. All I got was nasty "no" and her conveniently disconnected phone call. After this experience & after reading the horrifying stories about people being legally harassed, scammed out their refunds, items, unjustly/illegally harassed, etc, why is Evine still in business. Anyone doing a class action suit??? At least HSN, QVC is reputable.

    I had to return an order due to sizing issue & flawed product. I was given a $10.00 credit on the order for opening an Evine account. I reordered the same item I returned but they couldn't honor the credit because "Synchrony Bank no longer offers the promotion". I had to email cs 4 times & never got an answer to the question: "Will I receive the credit or not?"

    Finally I called, was told I would get the credit, then later received yet another email stating that synchrony no longer offers the promotion. I CUT UP my Evine card & will never purchase from such an unethical company again! A good customer lost over $10.00 & about 2-3 hours of my time, over an issue that could have been solved fairly to my satisfaction. I happen to know they could have entered that credit any other way as a customer courtesy besides through synchrony bank! I also tried to cancel two other orders on their website because cancelling was listed as an option, then received an email that orders couldn't be cancelled in that way. WHAT???     Never made it clear about holiday returns. They advertise how long you have to send it back but not when it started. I received my order on 10/12 & sent some items back on the week before Thanksgiving with their return label thinking I was sending it back early & today they were returned to me. I called customer service they just said sorry & asked them why they couldn't give me a customer credit as the return was just a week difference & told them they never made it clear when it began. They said I ordered a week before their holiday returns took effect. I spent so much on that channel and they couldn't give me the courtesy of a customer credit because of a week.

    All they say on the air is when it can be returned but never when it started. I could understand if it was ordered a month or longer but a week? I would have been happy with a credit.     I have ordered well over $2,500 between electronics, clothes and jewelry from this site. Recently I went to purchase ANOTHER tv and my account told me I was no longer able to use value pay. I called customer service to find out why my account was closed due to non payment of $40. They told me there was nothing they could do, it was policy. I asked them why I never received any calls or emails that my account was late (my debit card was stolen). They said I would have to talk to the collections dept and my account was already at a debit collector. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she was one. I asked if there was anyone else I could speak with and she said another supervisor could call me but she wouldn't be able to do anything either.

    The next supervisor that contacted me was very rude from the beginning. She told me that there is process it goes through. After the card is denied a few days later it goes to try and be processed again. After that, I would receive a call and after that call, it would be sent to collections where they attempt to collect and then it goes to a debit collector. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS! She said she can see they made attempts, when I asked her to provide me with the dates she told me I would have to contact the collections department. If she is a supervisor and had access to see this why could she not tell me the information (they never called).

    When I asked her if I made the payment today and had it resolved, would my value pay be lifted? She said NO. I told her my account has never been late and I've spent thousands here and I wanted to buy another tv for 639.99. She said sorry but they can't change it. My account was closed, I then said how unhappy I was and she said "Well ma'am I'm sorry, you should have kept up with your account like our other customers. It's our policy. This is what happens." I said, "You guys really can't let 1 mistake go, my card was stolen, I forgot about this last payment (back in June)." She said "No, you can only pay in full with us." and pretty much made it sounds like if I didn't like it, I didn't have to shop with them.

    They must not need business. I would advise you to use HSN or another site, they have no positive relationship with their customers. They would rather send you to a debit collector and ruin your credit then actually attempt to get the payment. This payment would have been taken care the day I received a call if I would have known my old card was still on file. Collections was LAZY and never called. The supervisor could "see the attempts" but couldn't tell me when. Unorganized and rude!

    Nothing was done because it's "policy" but it's also policy to contact the customer because things happen. Instead I was sent to collections & a debit collector and $40 is now negative on my credit. RIDICULOUS. So I ordered a tv through HSN and I will never order from Evine again. HSN also gave me 15% off my next purchase for being a new customer and I told them what happened with Evine & they gave me free shipping and will have it here before the holidays. THAT'S THE POINT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I called immediately when I placed an order because somehow the shipping address pulled in as the billing address even though I had already entered all the information correctly. I called and was advised no corrections could be done (even though it was literally within 3 minutes) so the original order had to be cancelled & reordered with correct billing address. 3 days later, I see both orders are 'Pending' in my bank. I called Evine immediately and was advised one of the amounts would 'fall off' in about 7 business days and there was nothing they could do.

    I called my bank and they said they would return the funds with an email or fax from Evine confirming the cancellation. I called Evine back and was told it's not in their handbook to do that. I was told there is nothing they can do about it and I'll just have to wait to get the funds. This is such bull!! I called my bank again, told them what was said and they said they've seen a lot of disputes from this company! I was eventually able to forward the cancellation email I received to use as proof to get the funds back into my account the same day. I will never order from here again, this company has no integrity!!!

    Whatever you do, do not buy anything on auto delivery from this company because unlike HSN & QVC who still give you value pays, this company will charge you the FULL PRICE! And if you even try to cancel the order the same day it was billed, they will tell you they can't cancel it, that you will have to return it.     I don't even know where to begin with this company. I will say their stock is at an all time low thanks to their CEO MARC BOZEK. This guy had the nerve to say the stock was down in part because of the shipping deals they were offering. YO MARC YOUR SHIPPING IS THE MAIN REASON YOUR STOCK IS DOWN. I would have purchased QUAD of items if it weren't for the outrageous shipping charges. The shipping is one of the main reasons why your are driving EVINE stock into the ground. Now One of my personal experiences. BEWARE. WATCH YOUR CREDIT. EVINE STEALS YOUR INFO, constantly pulls your credit for NO REASON and then treats you AWFUL. The Service is AWFUL. When I first started purchasing from EVINE, I usually just paid in full. However, I decided to take advantage of the value pay to purchase my son-in-law a beautiful watch.

    I have never missed a payment, always pay on time... Without my knowledge, they somehow obtained my Social Security #. They did issue me a credit card but the problem is I never gave them my SS#. To make matters even worse (As another reviewer on here had the same issue) without exaggerating, they were pulling my credit at least 8 (YES EIGHT TIMES ) a month. They have killed my credit score and FOR NO Reason. I did not receive a line increase. They just constantly check your credit. I called them on it and they said they want every date and every time. I said how about you just stop pulling my credit. (Companies can do a soft check of your credit maybe once every 3 months if you request a credit card which I didn't, if you owe them money or miss a payment on a value pay. I didn't fit any of the 3. They cannot pull your credit weekly. It's absurd. NO company does that. (Not at will) This is abuse.

    Their customer service is even worse. If you receive something damaged or doesn't fit, they said "we'll send it back and if the item is available we will send you a new one at your expense". At HSN they send you the correct item right away and pay for the return shipping of the fist item purchased. They really work with you. EVINE NEVER provides an easy way to return items. They WAY OVER Charge for shipping and everything. They are now pushing this SWAGWAY. You can purchase the SWAGWAY from the actual company with FREE Shipping. EVINE is charging 20.00 to ship and if you don't like it, another 20.00 to send back. I can't stand this company. If you get a 15.00 lipstick deal, it's 6.99 to ship. If you don't like it, you keep it anyway because it's not worth what it cost to return. They make hard for you to return anything and take forever to refund your money.

    They take the fun out of the what would have been the nice deal you were so happy about getting. This is why their CFO/CEO Marc is a complete idiot. He said stock was down because they were running shipping specials??? How did he get this job??? It's failing and stock is down because of how you treat your customers and because your shipping is ridiculous... someone fire this guy please!

    I have stopped shopping with them and I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars only because there are specific product brands I can only purchase there... my sister and I both have stopped 99% of our shopping with EVINE because of their unethical ways... I hope something is done about this. I'm sorry CA I don't want EVINE to know it's me for fear of them ruining my credit further.     I recently bought Fudge from Evine Live. Edina who was on HSN selling David's Cookies is now on Evine selling fudge among other food products. We love David's Cookies and thought the Fudge would be a safe bet from Edina even though it cost over $35.00 plus shipping for 3 "loaves" of fudge. When the order arrived, 3 separate cellophane covered cheaply made boxes. None of the boxes were marked so we didn't know which flavor was in which box. That said we opened a box, turned out to be the chocolate caramel flavor. Well, the Fudge when I cut it fell apart, was very sugary, NOT at all creamy and WHERE WAS THE CARAMEL? The fudge on T.V. as Edina cut it just oozed with abundant caramel. I cut through the middle thinking I was too near the end to get to the caramel, NO caramel at all!

    Not only that but it must be old due to the fact that it turned to sugar. We didn't try the other 2 flavors, if assumed I could return. BOY was I wrong. I called and spoke to Mike, nice man. He said they don't send return slips out with food products as they DON'T take returns on food. He then said he could refund my money minus the shipping and I said that would be fine. He put me on hold, came back to say he was "sorry but fudge is supposed to be SUGARY. It is candy after all!" I tried to explain that fudge should be creamy. I guess he never ate fudge before? He said, "food products are NOT returnable." I finally got mad and just hung up. Having someone basically tell you are an idiot and don't know that fudge is made from sugar was too much for me to swallow, pun intended.

    Well, within 1 minute of hanging up the phone rang and it was Evine Live again. A man said, "you asked for a supervisor to call" and I said NO but since you did I explained the situation to him while he kept trying to interrupt. Finally telling me, "If you go to the grocery store and buying food and don't like it, they don't let you return half eaten food, do they?" I explained I only opened 1 box, the other 2 are still sealed. He didn't want to hear it, kept saying "food products are not returnable No Matter What!" I will never buy another food product from Evine Live. Buyer beware!

    I ordered this at $4.77 for 6 payments and this was the fourth payment when I noticed it in my statement and called the company. This was in March 12, 2015 when the payment was extracted. I called and was rudely talked to by a customer service personnel. Evidently, later in June or sometime a postal worker came to my resident at the time and wanted to do an investigation. I signed the necessary papers and whatever. Now today, December 2, 2015 I called again and there's not a record of my initial call. Now, IF I didn't call, who called the postal service? I certainly didn't call them and how did they know how to follow up with me? Quite interesting. I asked them to return my funds and I will never have to deal with them again. NEVER. I will always deal with HSN where I never had a problem.

    Ordered an item when the advertisement was shown on live TV. They did a credit check on me which I did not authorize and the item was cancelled. Never was I given the option to pay the item in full which I could have. Very bad customer service. I give them a thumbs down and will warn my friends and family to stay away from EVINE. When I ordered the item there was no mention of any credit check. They just lost my business and many more to come because I'm sure the word will get out on how EVINE does business.

    Evine Live is pulling credit reports on people that are using their flex pay (Not applying for credit cards) without the permission of the consumer. I am in the process of trying to refinance my home as was told absolutely NO applying for credit, so I purchased several Xmas gifts (As I have in the past) on their flex pay, and they did a Hard Pull on my credit report, which has now jeopardized the possibility of refinancing my home because that hard pull is on my credit report for 2 years, and lowers my credit rating!!! When I contacted Evine to express that they are not allowed to do a hard pull (but a soft pull, because I was NOT applying for a credit card) on my credit without my permission, and it has affected my credit, employee # was very defensive and did admit there have been complaints regarding this same issue.

    I tried to explain the differences between a credit inquiry and pulling my credit and basically it was like talking to a wall. She just kept saying it is in a disclosure and that they can pull credit anytime they wanted. So when I asked her to give me details as to when they decide to pull credit first she said once a year, and when I asked her how come they had never pulled my credit before, or how come QVC and HSN never pulls credit for their flex pay, she then said that they can pull credit every 6 months. I then asked her why did she just tell me previously they pull once a year. Then she said it can happen anytime depending on what item(s) are being ordered. So I asked her then how do I know what items it is they pull credit on and she said that she could not tell me that, but it was something they will do and that cannot be changed.

    I told her that this business practice can and IS hurting people, and if they are pulling credit for a flex pay purchase then why are they not giving consumers credit cards so we can take advantage of the free $20 gift if we open a credit card. She then told me it was different because the credit card is processed thru a third party. Either she was not capable of understanding what I was trying to tell her that pulling credit on a Flex pay is the same as applying for a credit card. It was obvious she was very defensive. My refi is now in jeopardy because I was unaware they do a Hard pull on my credit!!! I have been reading complaints and this is happening to hundreds if not thousands of unsuspecting consumers and it needs to stop.

    Placed 1st order and things seemed fine. Kept watching placed a second order and it all went wrong! The CS representative said my first order shipping address was not the same as my 2nd order. She said she couldn't fix it and transferred me to customer service which was closed, called back phone hung up. Called 3rd time they said I would have to call CS in the AM. Called them thought I went over everything. Supervisor issued a 30.00 credit for next time.

    I then called the next day because I remembered she never went over my sheet size. Of course when I called that was wrong. I was told I had to wait until my wrong size sheets arrive, send them back and then order the correct size. But if I wanted them now I would have to purchase them. They offered me another credit of 15.00 so I used the 45.00 in total credits just to get my sheets that they messed up on the size. Glad I used up the credits because I will NEVER shop EVINE again. Sticking with the other home shopping networks.

    I ordered a Kate & Mallory® Fine Gauge Knit Long Sleeved Open Front Two-Pocket Duster - 723-317 and a Kate & Mallory® Knit Long Sleeved Faux Suede Trim Zippered Back Hi-Lo Sweater - 720-545. The long sleeve duster was made of the thinest, cheapest yarn I have ever seen used for this type of garment. The pockets hang with NO stability. Washing may cause it to totally loose it to droop even more. I should've waited on QVC or HSN. The Zippered Hi-Lo Sweater was made of yarn that felt like a Brillo pad against my skin. They said it was Navy blue, yet the color was a purplish-blue and was also made of poor quality. I will NEVER order from them again. Evine needs to sell better quality merchandise to prevent disheartening people who spend their hard earned money.

    On November 11/7/15, I ordered an Invicta watch, which I thought was for women. So I returned it on 11/16/15, because it was for men and much too big for my wrist. $17.93 was taken from my credit card and I was only credited with $3.95. On calling Evine, was told because it was not defective, they charged me twice for shipping and handling. I was ok with one shipping/handling, I'm concerned with the hidden one they charged... So from $17.95, I only got back $3.95 on my card... I shop online a lot. Never have I run into this type of dealings. I will stick with the companies that take back returns not limited to defects.

    We have ordered many items from Evine (formerly Shop NBC) over the last several years with no problems. However, a week and a half ago, we ordered a large area rug for our living room. This rug STILL has not been shipped and we are going into 2 weeks since placing the order. It still says that our order is in process. Evine's customer service has been completely useless and just keep telling me the same thing over and over again, which is that we should receive it by December 2nd and they cannot even tell me what the delay in shipping is. Well, it is now the weekend and today is November 28th, so it's not going to ship until at least Monday, so there is NO WAY it will be here by the second.

    I have demanded to know what is going on and have also demanded that we at least be refunded what we paid for shipping and handling, but they have yet to respond to my last 2 emails. Every other item that we have ever ordered from Evine has always shipped within 24-48 hours of placing our order, so I have no idea what is going on here. All I know is that being nearly 2 weeks since we placed the order and the item still hasn't even shipped is beyond unacceptable and if Evine doesn't get this straightened out ASAP, we will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and we will NEVER do business with them ever again.

    In May I made my first purchase of 2 ceiling fans at about $200 each which were offered on 6 easy pays. The items were a fast sellout. Later in the day I went to check on the details of my order and find that it had been cancelled. I call and inquire and was advised that they had cancelled my order because I had chosen Value Pay and it was denied, so they cancelled the order. I asked why they didn't call so I could make payment with my credit card in full and why was I denied Value Pay many hours after the fact instead of when I was entering the order. I was advised that I was declined due to a credit check. I explained that I didn't supply my social security # nor did I authorize my credit report to be run as I was in the process of purchasing a home. I was forwarded to the credit department which was a recording. I checked my credit report and no inquiry, not surprising.

    Fast forward to today, I purchased an air fryer a week ago and selected value pay. I notice a $139.62 purchase on my credit card from EVINE, and I know it's the fryer as I have no other orders with them. I call to find out why they charged my card for the full price when I chose value pay. I got the same story. I asked how is it possible to run my credit without my SS# and she replied "with your name and address." I explained I have a security freeze on my credit file and I have to lift it for my report to be run to prevent fraud. She transferred me to the credit department recorded line. Why didn't they cancel this one; they just charged $139.62 instead of $33.25. They just do whatever they choose with your credit.

    I'm doing my final mortgage documents and I'd better not see any inquiry from them, not that I believe it's possible with my common name and no SS#. I can't wait until I move to try their value pay just to see what happens. But I'll be returning this one item and other than that little experiment I'm done with them. I'm ready to start/join any Class Action Lawsuit possible against them. They are horrible.

    I wish you had zero stars or negative numbers for Evine.com. I ordered some items on Value-pay. Nothing major a total of $166 balance due for everything. My ATM card was recalled for being breached. It takes several days to get a new one. I start getting these hang up calls, several a day. I finally do a reverse look up and find out it is from Evine.com. I call them to try to figure out why they are calling me and they are rude and say I owe them for the value pays which makes no sense to me because by this time I have entered my new card number. They keep harassing me several times a day. They threaten me that I better get it together but what more can I do since I have entered the card.

    Yesterday I went to my 80 year old parent's home to find out they have also been getting harassed by this company for over a week. I have NEVER given Evine my parent's phone number and they certainly did not have my permission to call them. My mom said she even told them they have the wrong number and to stop calling her but they kept calling.

    When Evine bought out ShopNBC they fell apart. Defective products that they make you pay shipping for, both directions, after they burn you with trash. Terrible customer service and now this violation of my privacy. I tried to pay off my account and close it today but I doubt they got even that right. I'm a fifty-five year old married woman that lives in a different city than my parents. I think that it is illegal for them to call and harass my parents about my personal account that is a few days overdue. What are my rights for compensation after a privacy violation like that? There is no way to unring that bell and the damage they caused my relationship with my parents can not be repaired that easily. Do I have legal recourse and what else can I do to try to prevent them from doing this again, to me or someone else?

    This last weekend you had Todd English pots and pans on sale. Good price but shipping prices are just way too expensive. If you buy from QVC or HSN for products like that they have free shipping 99 percent of the time. And I really don't like some of your hosts. Next I bought one of your flip pans which I like but one of the hinges broke. I call customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do. I thought they had lifetime warranty. I guess you're con and don't care about the customer like QVC and HSN, I have never had a problem returning something to them. I also like your hosts putting down other products and shows not very classy. Unless there is something done about my flip pan which is red by the way, I will never shop at Evine again.

    I order from them before no issues. I made an order and selected value pay and they sent me an email that my order was declined because of a credit check that I didn't authorize. There is nothing that I can see that show me there would a credit check and that is deceptive and if there is an inquiry on my credit report I want it removed. I didn't even give my social...     On November 6th I made a few purchases on this EVINE Live channel. I used the Value Pay. I was checking my credit today and found that on that same day I made the purchases, EVINE Live also made a hard credit inquiry. I never applied for a credit card so I called them both to correct the order that they made incorrectly for the 2nd time and to inquire about this hard inquiry. Well I got the order finally fixed by a nice gal named Lori. She transferred me to their credit dept. who snickered at me and basically said "you agreed to let us run your credit when you requested the Value Pay." I informed the very rude gal that I didn't apply for a credit card and hosts never tell you that the value pays are subject to credit approvals when they are selling. So please be aware EVINE Live channel is a scam. If you want your credit to stay in good standing or you're trying to build your credit, don't order using Value Pay.

    I called for my elderly parents so that we could return these covers for their sofas but the first rep Josh hung up on me not allowing me to explain that they can't speak the language or read or write. The second person Carlos told me that I couldn't speak to a supervisor or make the exchange even though they do not fit their sofas because it was too close to the 30 days, then when I said they've done it before he proceeded to extend the days of return.

    They would not give me the cooperate office number and when I found it on google the person Shonn who picked up was nice but proceeded to tell me that they have gotten strict on returns now and that if it was from their factory they would but because it was Cozelle they could not do this. He told me that the rep had no authority to extend the return days and that I should try and sell it on eBay. They should say this on tv before we purchase anything from them! Now my parents spent over $203.00 and can't return them or exchange them. Can anyone help? This pic is only the recliner which was the least in price.
