    If I could give this company Negative stars I would!!!! Negative 10. I have situation where I wanted to purchase from them and they are accusing me/someone from my address of ordering from them and never paying for the item. I HAVE NEVER STOLEN ANYTHING and appalled. No one from my family has ever order from them and when called out they keep saying well it’s not your names but it’s your address. So I paying for a scammers behaviour. I just called now and was immediately told before I even got a hello or could ask a question, we can’t speak or deal with you if you are ready to admit what you did I can transfer you to the credit escalation dept.

    I am glad that’s how you treat victims with your company. You gaslight and treat them poorly. I WILL never shop with you and I make sure every person I come in contact with know this story so they don’t shop with you!!!! And you might think how many people does she really come in contact with. Well I am a professional person in healthcare that come in contact with a lot of patients and I coach and come in contact with a lot of player, referees, and families. Can't wait to start talking about my esp hurtful, insulting and negative experiences!!!! I will continue to shop QVC and HSN like I have for years with NO problems

    They tell you their products are returnable. BUT not all of them are. I tried to return a mattress cover and was told it was a "vendor" product and those are NOT returnable. They didn't say that when it was on the air.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I purchase an American Beauty Turquoise Necklace. Received wrong color. Could not reach customer service by phone for at least two weeks. Gave me a hard time about returning. Then the blue turquoise turned green and one of the stones fell out. Tried to go through my credit card company and they refused me to stop installments until they resolve it. Can't reach on the phone and they do not return emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL ROB YOU OF A LOT OF MONEY!!! RUN RUN RUN RUN!!!

    The changes in Shophq are unacceptable. This company lies and does not offer any customer service. The quality of products has gone down to zero. The quality of customer service is zero. They no longer provide return service. If you try and return they tell you they will not accept the item. If you want to exchange for a different size, they say you got the size you ordered. There are no supervisors to speak to. I was told that their policies have changed and they will no longer be offering any returns or customer service. I have shopped here for years, shopnbc, shophq, evine, back to shophq. I am closing my account and my evine credit card. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN. THIS COMPANY SHOULD STOP MISREPRESENTING THEIR PRODUCTS AND RETURN POLICY. I can't express how TERRIBLE this company is.

    I accidentally ordered 2 of the same tracksuits from Shop HQ. I notified them. And ended up not getting either one. I notified Shop Hq and was told by customer service following an investigation you got the item. I have never disputed anything with Shop HQ. However, customer service found me guilty and said I had to pay. I paid off my balance and immediately closed my my Shop HQ account. Please be aware that Shop HQ is not a reputable company. I have never had this experience with HSN or QVC. Skip the Shop HQ channel I warn you just skip past them. There are more reputable tv shopping channels.

    I called customer service when I still hadn't received a credit for an item I verified returned 2 weeks prior. The bill for the item was coming due and I didn't want to pay the bill for an item I had returned. Melissa, the 'customer service' person was initially curt and not friendly at all. After she verified the item was indeed in their possession, she said she would issue the credit, but that it could take a whole billing cycle to show up. When I explained I didn't want to pay a bill only to have a credit sit on my account for months, she immediately began arguing with me, told me returns were 'backed up' and it wasn't her problem. She didn't even know the method of payment was my card. She was rude and unhelpful and their returns process is a mess. You shouldn't have to call to get a credit for items returned weeks before. And, you shouldn't be forced to pay a bill for an item returned just so you don't get dinged on your credit. Won't be shopping there again.

    I bought 2 handbags worth $2600 and $1800 each. I returned both via trackable shipping, and I received confirmations of receiving the items by ShopHQ. I later received confirmations that my refunds has been sent. I never checked my bank account because I trusted shophq. Almost 2 months later, I checked my bank & found out that shophq never sent any refunds. I called shophq for clarification and they claimed my bank- chase rejected the refund, but shophq never sent me a follow-up email, after my bank supposedly rejected the refund, to notify me. Shophq left my money in their own bank until I saw the missing monies and contacted them. It is laughable because what bank rejects refund processed by a merchant? After my call to shophq, I called Chase and they said they will never reject a refund, they may reject a payment when I am trying to make a purchase, but not a refund.

    Shophq is border-line unethical and a thief. If I was an elderly person that doesn't know how to check these things, my refund monies would be seating in shophq's bank pocket for products I have already returned. On 2 separate occasions & on this current occasion, I have requested to speak with a supervisor/ manager, they never come on the phone, instead they will tell me manager will call me in 24 to 48 hours, no manager has ever called. Once all my current value pays a completed from Nov/Dec 2023 shopping spree, I won't be buying from them again & I will urge others to think twice. Don't do business with this company, lots of companies now do interest free value pay, Amazon, Affirm,...

    Shophq has zero customer service and they won't last long as a company, only companies that put customer first and have better structure to notifying customer about refund issues will last long. They need to go to Amazon school to learn how to do this, Amazon has an amazing customer service that is maybe unbeatable. I have a Sony camera with Amazon Value Pay. Frankly, you don't need shophq.

    ShopHQ customer service/delivery has gone downhill. Still waiting on order supposedly shipped 12/26/23 after 2 calls. One call was met with upsell recording and no option to skip. Had to find different number to reach customer service.

    It took almost two weeks to receive ring and we returned the ring to ShopHQ via UPS Tracking number below. The return order was received at SHOPHQ. The number up above is the tracking number and Your shipment ** Delivered On Tuesday, December 19 at 9:43 A.M. at Receiver Delivered To BOWLING GREEN, KY US Received By: FRAGOSO. Proof of Delivery and I had the ring insured for an additional $23.18 with UPS to make sure there wasn't going to be an issue with return.

    I have contacted SHOPHQ Customer service and talked with 5 different customer service reps for almost everyday for the past 2 weeks to try to get my money refunded and SHOPHQ Customer Service keeps telling me it will be another few days which is now weeks of not refunding my money to my credit card. I want my money credited back to my card. I have been a long time customer and I would like to get this resolved right away. I have been very patient and just want this taken care of right away. THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN THE WORST EVER!

    Customer service at ShopHQ is nonexistent. Don't waste time with chat box (they will cut you off and end chat) with no assistance. Don't waste time calling, endless hold, then hang up. The option to leave your number for a call back is useless. Please shop with rep networks only.

    I called customer service and had them enter a ticket and never heard back. I gave them all the proof of the return tracking, etc. No money credited back. Awful customer service. They state all the time if you don't like it return it, yeah then they keep your money.

    Lost hundreds of dollars on the VIP program after they stopped paying out for shipping and rebates since mid-May. I real time contacted BBB, ShopHQ etc. and all my written responses stated the program was simply behind. Since bankruptcy and the new owner, they simply shut down the program with no communication to active VIP members. The funny part is most of the hosts were still actively promoting the program on air up until the point it was ad hoc shut down. I will NEVER shop again with this network. Everybody PLEASE go to BBB.org and FILE a complaint today.

    This company Clarus really **. June 15th ShopHQvip subscription plan that refunds all shipping and 5% of purchases. ShopHQvip sent me confirmation that I had qualifying claims totalling about $250 and they would be paid out on the next cycle on June 15, 2023. I have not received. I have contacted ShopHQvip customer service at least 10 times and they keep telling me that there is a system issue that makes processing claims and payments impossible at this time. They say they're working on the issue and have no idea when it will be fixed. This answer is not really an answer.

    I've asked for details as to what is causing the delay in sending me the $250 they owe me. Is it mechanical, financial, workforce issues? Are they guilty of fraud? They keep advertising the service but have not issued refunds in over a month. I need a detailed reason why they're not paying me. They already confirmed I qualified for the money. They need to pay me now and stop being fraudulent. Time to get FTC and Attorney General involved.

    On September 28,2022 I purchased a ring that cost $230.71. It didn’t meet my expectation. I returned the ring and I used my own shipping label UPS instead of the ShopHq because I did not receive one with my purchase and I paid 12.41 for the shipping thru UPS. ShopHq refunded 217.65 back to my credit card and then charged my credit card 7.95 for returned shipping. I called to ask why did I not receive the full amount back since I paid out of pocket for the return shipping? The reply was, "Well, we always charge for returns." I replied that one - "I didn’t receive the return label." Number two - "It would be obvious that the return label was not one belonging to ShopHq since your company would scan the label and it wouldn’t show up in your system as to ShopHQ generating the return label."

    The customer rep was completely a joke. She seemed to be mocking me in the sense that she would ask, "Well, how much would you like to be refunded back to you?" I said the 7.95 but now that I looked at it and realized 217.65+7.95=225.60. Where did the other $5.11 go? The ring was $230.71. I received back 217.65 so $230.71-($7.95 the refund) = $222.76. Can anyone say ripoff? Luckily I kept my credit card statements, ShopHQ receipt and UPS shipping receipt.

    I owed ShopHQ some money, paid it in full and they will NOT let me order any more. What a crappy company and use Invictastores.com. More inexpensive anyway! I've spent $20,000 dollars with them since 2008 and a lifetime ban is what I get!

    Very bad. I shop on HSN so I tried HQ shopping. Well I want my money back. They said they would refund my money and send a email. Well they did not. I will stick with HSN or QVC. Customer service on HQ are not nice so I would highly not recommend shopping on HQ. I would love not to leave a star for HQ.

    So their TV channel agents constantly advertise their VIP program... They talk about how nice it is and how it refunds you any expenses paid on shipping from ShopHQ and other retailers and even provides 5% cash back on all purchases... So there is a catch to this program, it is actually blatantly false advertising which becomes abundantly clear the more you order from shophq and spend on jewelry or watches or other purchases. So their program charges $16.95 a month. In exchange you get 5% cash back at shophq and other retailers. Unlimited shipping and handling refunds from orders from shophq.

    In november and december 2022, I spent extensive amounts on shipping and handling fees. upwards of $300 on shipping/handling fees from shophq purchases. I submitted cash back claims, and at first they were approved and due to be paid out in about a months time frame. suddenly, towards the end of the month, clarus commerce/ebbo (the company helping to operate the shophq VIP program), sent me an email with a list of excuses... They said something like "We've reviewed your purchase activity, and based on your purchase activity suspect you could be buying for non personal usage. This is not allowed under our program so we won't pay your cash back claims".

    So long story short they made excuses that since I bought so many invicta watches from shophq, they suspect I could be buying for non personal usage... and they then proceeded to refuse to pay out hundreds of dollars in shipping refund claims plus hundreds of dollars more in 5% cash back claims which were due... instead they said they would refund my membership and remove me from the program.

    Imagine if an insurance company did something like this? They owe you funds for a car, and instead of paying you what they owe you, instead they make excuses and offer to refund your insurance premium instead? It is absolutely insane that a large company like shophq and clarus commerce llc/ebbo are doing this and getting away with it.

    There have been other complaints mentioning people unknowingly getting charged the $16.95 a month membership fee... What seems to be the case is that the $16.95 monthly fee is how clarus and shophq make their profit... So logically speaking they want customers who pay that monthly fee but don't submit any cash back claims... If they have customers who are doing lots of shopping and are owed hundreds of dollars of cash back, that is obviously a loss of profit for them so they will make efforts to avoid paying out those cash back claims.

    In my case, the excuse they used was essentially that because I purchased a lot of different watches, they suspected, based on their own personal discretion, that I could be purchasing for non personal usage. They didn't have any proof of this it was just their personal opinion based on me purchasing what they personally deemed a large amount on wrist watches. Almost all were the Invicta brand.

    when I contacted them later on they also had an additional claim of me making multiple accounts? this was totally false/fraudulent, im not sure where they got that idea from but it was just another excuse essentially to avoid paying out a cash back claim they were liable for.

    I made a $241.88 purchase. My credit card was charged that amount 10 times. ShopHQ credit department said it was a system problem, which they’ll correct. I was charged another 15 times, totaling over $8,000. It took weeks to correct. According to my bank, it was not fraud because my card was not stolen. Unlike fraudulent charges which are removed immediately, unauthorized charges remain until the dispute is resolved. In reviewing past statements, I also found they never refunded hundreds for past returns. I informed the credit department and closed my account. The abuse is too extensive to contest without spending hours to research. I decided to take the loss and warned them that I will report any charges after today as fraud.

    My elderly father had my elderly mother order him a balance board, exercise device that vibrates. For many reasons this was not a good item for my father, but the main reason being when they received it, on the instructions it warns not to be used by anyone with cardiac problems. His cardiologist forbade it as well. After 3 phone calls to customer service and every time us getting authorization to return and being promised we’d get an email with a label and even though we’d have to pay the shipping back, we would be reimbursed the rest of the almost $100.00, the email with the label never comes. I googled this company and I can see that we are by far not the only ones who has gotten duped by Shophq. Stay stay away!! You’ll never get your money back, if you are unhappy for any reason.

    Hello. Buyer beware with Shop HQ. I have been paying $16.95 per month for something called their VIP program. Shame on me for not paying more attention. I been charged this fee monthly for almost 2 years. After calling Shop HQ, being on hold for 50 minutes and transferred to 5 people and 4 different departments, I finally reached their ”VIP” department. I was told I clicked on an option in March of 2021 when trying to place an order for Mackenzie Childs plates. She explained the option was for a 10.00 coupon if you provided your email address. To my surprise, this also in the small print enrolled you in their VIP program. Very deceitful to customers. This is a legal license to steal $16.95 from unsuspecting customers. I was finally able to cancel this so called subscription. I will never shop with Shop HQ again. Buyers Beware and check your monthly statement. Shame on you Shop HQ.

    We purchased two toy cars for our grandson. The Shop HQ site was not running properly and they billed our credit card six times. When we called to have these charges removed they refused and said they needed us to send back all the items, pay for shipping and wait ten days or so. This customer service represenitive was so rude, ignorant, unhelpful and treated us like dirt. Never ever shop on SHOP HQ! Worst company ever!

    On 10/17/22 I bought an Invicta watch from ShopHQ on value pay, 2 days later I saw on their website nothing was happening with my order no value pay schedules, and no sign that my order was going to ship. I called customer service to see what was happening and the representative lied to me saying the order was being prepared in the warehouse.

    Called again on 10/25/22 because I saw that the order had been canceled, I got the run around over the phone for 1 hour and was given a bogus number for the credit department 800-366-0060 which gives out the hours of operation, and then hangs up given to me by the representative Ms. **, my credit card is still on pending status even after the store said the order was canceled. This place changes its name from Evine to Shophq again maybe that should tell us something and maybe I will go on Youtube and put them on blast by video so other innocent customers won't be deceived.

    I ordered a ring. Never got it. I called Shop HQ several times and was given UPS number along with a tracking number. I was also given the United States post office to call to track the package. No one seems to know where is the package. Why am I tracking this package when obviously there is no package. I called Shop HQ again. I was informed I need to complete some paperwork. Three weeks and counting I did not received the paper via email but a bill for a ring I NEVER saw. I called and left several messages for a supervisor to call. No one returned my call. I called today several times. Waited for 1 hour on hold to no avail. I need help to get back my money from this company and for them to stop billing my credit card, This company is terrible. Most of the staff there is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

    Worst experience ever with SHOPHQ. Ordered a $300 watch. Was to also receive a diver case with 8 slots, Did not receive. Instead only 3 slots. Tried to contact. NO FOLLOWUP. ONLY EXCUSES. They blamed INVICTA for mistake!!!! Told me to return watch back with wrong dive case, Ridiculous. Why would I send the watch back? No problem with it. Just send me “correct” dive case, Would not do, took weeks to get any response back, Shameful and embarrassing how a customer is treated. NEVER AGAIN.

    DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SHOPHQ. WASTE OF TIME, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, FULL OF EXCUSES. THEY DON'T CARE… WOULD NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND THEM!!!!! So disappointed with them. It’s so unprofessional of them to blame INVICTA for their mistakes and errors, TOTALLY PASSED THE BUCK. Finally ended up returning everything back to them for full refund… WHAT A SHAME.     I watch ShopHQ a lot. And I’m not understanding why there are days and days of HOURS and HOURS of one product. Invicta Watches have been on hour. After hour. After hour. After hour. You get the idea. It gets soooo boring and redundant. I think you’d have more viewers if you offered more of a selection.     On 4/20/2022 I ordered two items from ShopHQ totaling $280.12. I received the items but one of the items was used and didn't work. There was even sweat and makeup all over the item! This was my first time ordering from ShopHQ and I was not impressed that they would try to sell me a used item as new. I immediately returned both items. I kept waiting for my refund and finally contacted customer service. About a month later I received a refund for one of the items. I called several times regarding the refund for the second item. Customer service repeatedly me to wait for 3 to 5 business days for my refund to post to my account.

    Next, I was told they are dealing with a new system and this is happening with a lot of customers. The next time I called I was told their system shows they have already refunded the entire amount but since I don't see the refund on my credit card statement they will contact their IT department. It is now 7/19/2022 and I have still not received my refund! Two weeks ago I contacted my credit card company requesting a chargeback. I do not trust ShopHQ and would never do business with them again.

    I placed an order with ShopHQ and used the value pay option. On the second month they charged my card twice for the same item/order. That was very disturbing because if I never took the time to look at my statement I would have never known (No telling how many others don't know). After contacting them to dispute this issue I was told that a claim was submitted and someone would get back with me. No one ever contacted me but 6 weeks later I received an email stating the issue was resolved 10 days prior to the email. Once again, if I don't check my card account I won't know that this is a lie. I had to call again to try to rectify this matter. They assured me that the double charge will be refunded in 5 business days.... So, I placed another order using my existing ShopHQ credit card.

    A few hours later I get an email from the credit bureau stating that a hard inquiry was made by ShopHQ. Why!!! If I already have a card with this company? I gave no one permission to hit my credit! I even had an issue some years ago where they were charging me for some type of payment protection that I never signed up or asked for. It added up to be almost $2000 and I was wondering why my bill was barely decreasing after my payments. They did remove the charges but fact that they did that without my permission should have warned me then! For any one wanting to shop with ShopHQ, pay close attention to them. They will get you if they can.

    Purchases don't have warranty!! I bought candles and one was melted. They don't replaced. Customer service don't even bother to ask. The excuse was because they are 3rd party HQ are not responsible. Customer service here don't care.

    My first time experience with this company and it will be my last. While ordering an item my wife liked, the rep was more concerned about opening an account for me with monthly charges and a credit card with 26 % interest rate. Should have terminated the call right then as their focus is not delivering a product but marketing, but my wife wanted the item. Since: item was defective, a nightmare to return, long queue times and no credit to my credit card. After today (33 minutes and counting while waiting for CSR) I am calling my credit card to do a chargeback. PS Never use any other payment except a credit card when buying on line- most protections.

    It should be against the law to be able to sell the quality of products that they do. I purchased 2 pair of ears, one faded & rusted after 2 months and 1 broke after 6 months only because I hardly wear them. Thank goodness for purchasing the protective plan. ShopHQ told me once they sell it, it is not covered by them and I had to use my protective plan even after 2 months.

    Dr. Sevinor's wrinkle solution is advertised on HQ shopping as a botanical product that instantly removes the sight of wrinkles. Not true. It is loaded with PEG chemicals as well as the botanicals and should be a warning for anyone with allergies. And it doesn't do what the advertising claims. Although it tightens the skin, you still have your forehead wrinkles it claims to temporarily erase. Also, I ordered that, and another product, the facelift mask, that came with a bonus skin insurance serum. I never got the facelift mask and was out a whopping sixty-nine dollars and change. When I called HQ to tell them of the mistake, I was told I waited too long to file the complaint and I could not get the product sent to me. This product is falsely advertised and sent out by an either disorganized shopping outfit or a shopping outfit that deliberately left a very expensive item out of the shipping container. Watch out for HQ shopping

    I bought a pretty Velour jogging suit as a gift. It took almost three weeks and was left on my car in the driveway. It must have been delivered to the wrong house and a neighbor must have brought it here. I sent it as a gift with other things. When she put it on to wear the top was not sized right. The pants have an open seam on one leg. I tried to call to return but they were closed on weekends. Tried to get customer service during weekdays and the wait time ran from 108 minutes to 123 minutes. I tried several times, same thing. Called as if to put in order and got someone right away who said that it was too late for return. I asked for a supervisor and she said one would call me back. So far - no call. I asked for an email to confirm request for supervisor's call and have never received that either. This is not a legitimate co.

    If I could give a zero I would. I have also contacted the BBB in regards to this issue, and OMG! They do not have the greatest rating with them. Look for yourself with the BBB. I purchased this coffee machine for a xmas gift for my husband, over 700.00. Xmas morning we opened it to find it was broken. I called Monday to get a return label, the machine was returned on the 28th. On the 5th of Jan 2022 I called customer service which I stayed on hold for an hour before I got a person. I was told the machine was in the vendor's possession as of the 3rd of Jan. I would get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. On the 12th I called again, I was told because it was over a 100 it needed to be reviewed, and it had just been sitting there so she the rep would send it for review. On the 24th of Jan I called again. At this time I was told the rep sent it to the wrong vendor for review and it had to be resent.

    On the 25th I called because I went into my account with ShopHQ to find I was blocked. I called back to ask why. I was told because I now involved my bank they blocked my account from purchases, or from removing my CC information. I was told if I have my bank stop the investigation for a refund they would unblock my account. I said no way. Today the 27th of Jan I had purchased some covid test, today I got a letter telling me the ones they sent me were not FDA approved in the US but were in Europe. I would need to contact customer service to get the correct once sent to me, and throw out the unapproved once.

    I called, I was told they could not send me new test even though they had been paid in full for because of the block on my account. The rep was nice and said she was so sorry for all of this and would try and at least refund me. That remains to be seen. So in total ShopHQ has over 350.00 of my money they are not entitled to and will not refund. I did file a complaint with the BBB, next step will be small claims court. Don't buy anything from this company unless you are totally sure you will not need to return it, or if it comes broken you're not concerned about getting a refund. Stay far away from this company. It's a huge nightmare.

    Years ago, when this was SHOPNBC, I had done a lot of business with them. Since they've become ShopHQ, I've only dealt with them a couple of times. I placed an order and checked out as a guest because I paid with PayPal. When I didn't receive updates on shipping or an order acknowledgement, I checked the status; message "there is no order associated with this account". Understandable as a guest so after two weeks, I phoned to see where the order was. Wait time was in excess of an hour. After 20 minutes, I gave up. Called another time, same thing. Emailed using their email address on file, returned undeliverable. Called two days later for a third time and finally got an associate after a 35 minute wait. Order is scheduled to be delivered two days from today. Told her I want to cancel at this point because I am so angry. Order is for KN 95 masks and I was able to pick them up at my big box store last week, in person, in my hot little hand.

    Too late to cancel. "Can I refuse delivery?" "Yes, but you will be charged shipping." My response: that is unacceptable. Customer service says from the company's standpoint, they do not guarantee shipping time even though the delay was a supply one in THEIR warehouse. If I receive the order, their position is that it was delivered. If I want to return it, i pay for return shipping as well as their cost to ship to me, which is $8. I'm just arbitrary enough to do that because now I'm alienated. I will NEVER do business with this company again. Do so at your own risk because their customer service, which USED to be stellar, is now, IMHO, TERRIBLE.

    This company has the absolute worst customer service. I requested to cancel an order after it was not delivered on time and still was not shipped. Customer service could care less. They only say things like rest assure a email will be sent but no email is ever received. I asked to speak w/ a supervisor and was told there aren’t any supervisors?! They charged my card twice even though I requested to cancel and order wasn’t shipped! I called the vendor that was to be shipping boots and was told they agree the customer service with ShopHQ IS terrible and they don’t know why they haven’t received a request to cancel and I shouldn’t have been charged since boots are delayed and they haven’t shipped yet! I will never ever purchase from shopHQ again and anyone reading this should consider any other retailer before this one!! I’d give 0 stars if I could…

    I ordered 30 N95 masks in black. They gave me reassurance the product was IN STOCK as I asked, before paying. It took 3 mins to take my payment, however, I never received them, and after calling Shop HQ, the rep was very rude after I wanted MY MONEY back, telling real rude NOPE, you paid, once it's paid and shipped, there's no refund until you get the item, then you can pay to ship it back. My package has only label created, and was never shipped. So they're lying and refusing to give my money refunded. I called again a few days later, they told me they contacted the shipped in California regarding MULTIPLE orders not being shipped. Not the customers fault. So there's only EXCUSES, with no chance to be refunded until your item arrives, whenever that is, and once you get it, you have no choice to pay again to ship it back, which will take a long time to get your refund, but takes minutes to take your funds during ordering.

    Never again will I order anything. It's a once and done for me. Remember, call the Better Business Bureau and dispute any charges to a bank card, and cancel your cards, and you'll get a refund quicker. Do not take their attitudes over the phone, and remember, once you pay these people, you'll be charged, and you'll never receive anything because it's under their discretion. Whether they tell you it shipped, and it says only LABEL CREATED. It's a lie about being shipped so they don't have to do a refund. It's like buying a car that you physically see on a lot, but they tell you it's not available.

    I would prefer to give this company zero stars, if I had that option! First of all, I would like to start off by saying this company is the worst online shopping network:

    *Rude Customer Service Agent, *Bad communication skills, *Unprofessional. I ordered a television November 21, 2021. It's now December 14, 2021, and still no delivery of television. They never was proactive when it came to communicating with me about the status of my order.

    They even shirked their responsibility by tasking me with the duty of contacting their shipping partner to check on the status of my order. Something that they should have been all-hands-on-deck from the very beginning of a reported issue. Absolutely disgusting behavior, and shameful!!! Compare to HSN and QVC, ShopHQ fails miserably, and should go out of business. Because this shopping network is lame (my opinion)!!!

    I placed my order for my son's toy on Nov. 30. 2021, they stated I'd have my item "in my home" by Dec. 9. Well, today Dec. 8th after trying to get ahold of a human and figure out what was going on because it hadn't shipped or anything, I found out through my bank they canceled my order and refunded me the money. Still haven't been able to contact them, or gotten a reply to any of my emails. I wish I would have read reviews of them before ordering but I was desperate for this toy for Christmas. Take your money elsewhere. I don't know how they are still in business.

    TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE COMMUNICATION - NEVER PURCHASING FROM HQ AGAIN. THEY'RE A NIGHTMARE. Disappointed in HQ's service - very bad. I login to order something for Christmas and never receive it. I look up my order only to find that it has been cancelled without my knowledge. So, I call and find out a balance exists; I clear it up and call customer service to verify the next day and get the rudest person on the planet. I explained the situation asked if she could check my account and share what the pervious employee had told me and she proceeds to argue with me about what the employee told me. I told her listen to the recording because EVERY PHONE CALL IS RECORDED FOR TRAINING- right? So, someone tells me I can set up another email and order.

    So, I order my Christmas item again. This time on 6 easy pay because I had to pay a remaining balance so, there goes the money for the item. I log in to make sure the item (along with a few others) are on their way and AGAIN my order is cancelled WITHOUT A WORD or email. Shop HQ is terrible in communicating. Terrible customer service and I am not interested in doing business with a company who does not understand customer service or communication. NEVER AGAIN. HQ is terrible!

    In July of 2021 I purchased two items on the same day. I purchased the Medic Therapeutics 3 in 1 Eye massager (which I love and kept) and the Thermosage 7 in 1 Circulation Enhancing Leg Massager with Heat. The Thermosage Leg Massager was too small for my legs and did not give a strong massage so I decided to return it. I called ShopHQ's customer service and they gave me some off site address to send it to. They refused to provide me a label and the item never came with one. I returned it to an address supplied by the customer service at ShopHQ. I never received my refund.

    Every time I call ShopHQ's customer service department, they keep trying to deny that I purchased any items that day. It's weird because someone from ShopHQ even called me to ask why I was returning the item. I never received a refund and the purchase is on my July credit card. So I clearly made the purchase. I would never purchase anything from them ever, ever again. QVC and HSN are more reputable.

    I ordered a Shaq Smokeless Contact Grill w/ Press. I received a Shaq Air Fryer. I called them and apparently they had sent this same things to a lot of customers. Ok, mistakes happen. I sent it back and was given a shopping credit for the inconvenience. Well I ended up having to wait until they received the wrong item back as they had started billing me. They ended up issuing a credit in which I supposedly would end up getting it free from all the inconvenience. I went online and ordered it again. I was looking forward to finally getting the right one.

    Today 9-30-21, UPS came and for the second time they sent the same thing as the first time a Air Fryer. I called and again they apologized and offered to give me a $15 credit. At this point I'm done with them. I asked if there was a manager I could speak to. No, but she could send an email. I also asked since this is again ShopHQ fault for the 2nd time, couldn't they just put on priority to ship me out the right one for all the trouble. No, they have to receive the wrong item yet again in their warehouse before any exchange. I can see shipping the wrong thing once but to do it twice don't make sense to me and something is going on. I don't know if they are hoping people just decide to keep the wrong item or they just don't have what they advertised. I'm so unhappy with them. It's really not good business.

    I ordered an item from Shop HQ and submitted my payment on my own personal credit card only to find that a Hard inquiry was added to my credit file. At no point in time was I told they were adding a inquiry to my credit report or ever asked for permission to do so. They didn’t even have my SSN or birthdate but were able to still add this hard inquiry on my credit file. Using an outside credit source to pay for the item purchased should have eliminated any credit check on my account. Contacted Credit dept of Shop HQ and was told there was nothing they could do and it will be a credit inquiry on my credit file for two years from transaction date. Unacceptable credit practice and won’t do any further business with this company.

    Had a $70 credit on ShopHQ. Used that and another $130 to buy a Citizen watch. Got the watch and it didn't function. Comes with a return label. Figured easy peasy. Their return to two states away took over 10 days. They have had it for a week and still no credit back. Have chatted their reps up a couple times online but to no avail. Figure minimum 3 weeks if you return something here. I had a return and exchange overseas that took less than a week with other companies. ShopHQ wants to hang on to your money as long as they can. Won't be shopping here anymore.

    I ordered a product on June 2, 2021 and still a month later do not have it. I've talked with customer service six times and am told either there is a problem acquiring the product, or the product is on the truck and I will be getting a tracking number in a couple of days, only after a week has gone by, no tracking number. I called again and 'they are looking into it'! On my account the CANCEL ORDER is highlighted and they have suggested more than once that I could cancel my order. I have NEVER dealt with a company that operates this way. I should have checked them out before placing my order. Such a shame that the product I really need for health reasons is not going to help my condition.

    On 4-27-21, I ordered a watch from ShopHQ. I didn't like it in person, so I returned it, as I have with other watches before. I sent it back via USPS on 5-14-21 at 11:22 am. After not seeing my return in my bank records, I became concerned. CS rep named Alice (6-22-21 at 3:15 pm) said that the return window had closed. I tried to explain it was sent back in time, but Alice thought I was a liar. I then asked for a supervisor. 6-23-21, I received an email saying my refund was in process.

    Then Billy (supervisor) calls and asks me to provide a photo with the tracking number and date as proof. I did. He calls back 6-29-21 and tells me that the date on the photo didn't matter, AFTER being told to send a photo w/ a date. I try to press further but he hangs up on me. I call back & speak with another supervisor, who tells me that the decision has been made and there's nothing I can do about it. I have bought 20+ watches from ShopHQ and have never had this issue before. Now, I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from them again. EVER... Even if my life depends on it. I shouldn't be penalized for USPS issues.

    I received a damaged item and when I returned it well within the return window, the company held the item until the 30-day return window closed. They then told me that I had not returned the item in a timely manner. I explained to them that I had indeed returned the item and gave them them the dates involved. However, ShopHQ insisted that the return window had passed and today I received the broken item via UPS. This was the first and last time shopping with this company.

    I ordered and paid for a watch from ShopHQ 10 days ago. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday. As if that wasn't long enough, the watch never arrived. Two calls to ShopHQ Customer Service and they don't know what happened to my order or my watch. My bank account shows that ShopHQ got their money, but they've failed to deliver on their end. I would recommend that you find some other seller. ShopHQ has plenty of hype and no reliability. Buyer beware.

    I ordered a Tiffany lamp on 3/20/21. The representative was very nice. The lamp was pricey. $422.00. I chose to do the value pays. I received my beautiful lamp in a timely manner. However it was about the same time I had requested my annual credit report. To my surprise there was a hard credit pull to my credit. I was so angry. I had not applied for a credit card. I immediately called and was told that they always do a credit check when you do a value pay. I told them I did not authorize them to do this and why was I not told about this so I could accept or decline. They told me that info was stated on their website! What kind of company is this? So I think the average customer doesn't know they have to scour the website to find this info. Very deceptive.

    Really 0 stars but system would not allow. I responded to a misleading and deceptive email. When I got the confirmation I realized it was a mistake and called to cancel. The phone person said it wasn't in their system yet and to simply reply to the email to cancel - which I did immediately. When I saw I was charged for it I called and cancelled. By that time I was being charged again. They refunded one charge but not the other. Had to call again to get that one credited back. Still not sure it's been done, but this is the biggest rip off scam going. Not an ethical organization. All those $16.95 charges to innocent people not realizing it's happening. No ethics.

    I have shopped with HQ since June of 2019. I have purchased several pieces of 10K & 14K jewelry. I use the value pay, and always pay them off before the six installments. I kept seeing a charge of 16.95 on my bank statement every month. I did not pay it any mind, as I stated it was not uncommon for me to have a couple of value pay’s instalment payments in one month. The 16.95 kept coming after the value pay have long since been paid. Further investigation revealed that it was for a “V.I.P. membership” What the what? Membership for what?

    The Value Pay is not a membership service, I didn’t sign for a membership to anything, neither sent information as to what the membership entails. Just 16.95 every month. Please let this serve as a warning, if you buy from ShopHQ be aware of this rip-off of V.I.P membership scam, otherwise you will be cancelling your bank card, filing a claim with your bank and writing a bad review. I don’t mind paying for what I purchase, I have no complaints with the merchandise, but, just taking 16.95 out of my account every month, with different telephone numbers on the reference, they have a name for that… Let

    I ordered using their app. I quickly realized that it was 1 billed to wrong address and shipping to wrong address. I notified them via phone and email. Called UPS as well, lots of lip service, item delivered to wrong address. location 2.5 hrs away. wanted to know if I could retrieve the item?! Also I am expected to pay for an item I did not get. Bank notified, BBB complaint filed, exhausted all other means to get a solution from them. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with these folks.     I received a gift for Christmas that I wanted to return. I called customer service on 12/26/2020 and was told they would email me a return slip in 24 hours. Three calls later no email and on one call had to deal with a rude service rep trying to push me to keep the product. Then an email, same story. While getting the runaround I figured I would try the product which was terrible. I threw them out on the 20th of Jan, and wouldn't you know it I finally received the email. I emailed them back explaining how disappointed I was with the service I received and explained my issues. Of course I did not get a response. I would not recommend anyone dealing with them, I for sure never will.

    I purchased two items from ShopHQ as Christmas gifts. The fit was very small. I did not get a return label. I was told that when items do not have a smart label you have to return the items out of pocket. The return postage was 30.00. I wanted to warn future customers that some items do not have a return label and you need to assess whether the purchase is worth the risk. I could not understand why I have never read this on their site before. Well, they do not include reviews with that information. I purposely reviewed another item that I got at the same time. That review was posted on the site within 10 minutes. The other has still not been posted. Please do not buy anything from Shophq that you are not willing to pay for the shipping if you want to return. I suggested that Shophq share with their customers which items are shipped with a smart label but they did not add my reveiw so I doubt the suggestion went any further.

    I ordered two handbags and wanted to return one because even though it's a very nice bag, it was a lot bigger than expected. There was no SmartLabel (return cost $7.99) in the box. I went to the USPS website to check the cost for returning it on my own and the cost was almost $18.00. Then I went to check prices on the UPS website and the cost was over $54.00! After this I contacted Shop HQ via live chat and ask for a SmartLabel and the rep told me it wasn't offered for this item because the bag would be returned somewhere off-site. There was nothing in the item description or secure checkout page saying this item was a drop ship, and that no SmartLabel was enclosed in case of return. It's not worth it for me to pay $18.00 to return a 2 lb. package so I'm keeping the bag, but won't be buying from this merchant again.

    I purchased a diamond pendant necklace on HQ in November. It was to arrive Dec 24th. It is now Jan 5th. No necklace. Unfortunately, they sent it USPS. Who sends an expensive diamond necklace USPS?? I would have thought UPS or FedEx delivery. USPS tracking shows it was out for delivery on Dec 25, but no delivery scan. Then no update from there. I opened a search with USPS. The response was they don't know where the package is. It seems to be LOST.

    I called HQ customer service. Placed on hold 45 minutes. Then told I have to wait 28 days before I can file a claim. Meanwhile, I am billed for the necklace. Also, they will not hold the last necklace in stock for me. If I were to order it, I would have to pay double, billed for 2 necklaces. How is this even fair??? I would think they would want to make the buyer happy since the necklace is lost in the mail. Thinking someone else may be enjoying my necklace. Meanwhile, I'm still paying for it! I will not shop HQ again. Their customer service is horrible. The last time I called, they hung up on me (accidentally I presume) after a 30 min wait on hold. I will stick with QVC, as I know I can trust them.

    I had good credit until ShopHQ notified the Synchrony Bank I was late on a TV that I cancelled before I received the TV. This has totally ruined my credit and increased my anxiety. Even though ShopHQ knew I canceled they still reported it as late!!

    I purchased this in July, 2020 and it was received on 7/31/2020. It Would not retain charge. I called ShopHQ on 8/15 and notified them that the Wand was consistently, inconsistent. I did not to wait until the return time was upon me. I wanted them to send a return Label. They sent no prepaid label to me. I called them later in August. Still no Label. In September I called CS, again, and they told me that my 30 days was up and that I would have to contact the Manufacturer, which was Clearview Productions, 17720 Oak Park Ave. Tinley, Park, IL 60477. I reached out to them and spoke to Abegail **. She told me that they had no recollection of my order! This wand was ordered through ShopHQ. They, then, outsourced the order.

    I spoke to ShopHQ, today 11/17/2020. They said No Refund. I spent $116.01 for this defective Wand and they aired it on ShopHQ today, for $18.00! They are having many complaints from Customers, are left holding the bag and are now selling it for this minuscule amount???? ShopHQ are thieves as is Dr. Dubrow. They should be held accountable for their dirty deeds. I purchased this Wand because I have a compromised Immune System, and need to take every precaution, necessary, to stay healthy. I want my money refunded. My next option is to go to my Bank, to see if they can initiate a charge back to SHOPHQ. Then on to the BBB.     I returned an item and received a refund dated 2/5 2020. Void after 90 days. I got quite ill and tried to cash the check, but it was May 10. I called and they were sending a replacement. Never came. Sat on hold end of May for too long only to be told yet another check is on the way. Well, today is June 30. I again called waited on hold 11.5 min, only to be told I would have to wait another 90 days. Asked for a supervisor and was told it would be several days for one to reply to me. Then Deanna hung up on me! What the what? Will never use them again. Customer service is the wrong name for that dept'. Beware.

    I have been shopping with them for over 20 years. I returned an item on June 4th - it says they received it according to postal tracking. Customer service finally picked up the phone and put in a claim. Nobody from ‘claims’ answers. It has been a month since I returned my product almost and nobody emails, calls or has done anything about issuing a refund. Customers are put on hold for hours on end because nobody picks up the phone. They only have people answering the phone when you place an order but after that they don’t care. Since Invicta took over ShopHQ it has gone downhill. They are still charging me value payments on an item I returned.

    I recently ordered a ring but did not like the scale of it so I returned it following the ShopNbc directions via USPS. It was received by them May 4. Since then, I have not received a chance in order status, nor can I speak to a human in Customer Service because no one answers the phone. I have emailed and get acknowledgement of my email but no out come. It is now the 10 of June and I am still waiting and am being billed for an item I returned. There is no one to speak to, no recourse because no one answers emails with anything other than... "We are very busy and will get back to you in 3 days, then again, and so on...."

    I have never been treated like this by any other company and will never deal with this company again if this is not correctly resolved. This was my last order, I have not ordered since this happened. A real response to rectify this would be not only necessary but appropriate... I have receipts but do not know how to do that on line or I would have included them.

    Ordered a watch, never received it. After their review they send a copy of delivery information, with no signature or anything. Packages are left in vestibule and lobby where anyone can pick them up and leave, it was the holiday time. Never received it. So I am stuck paying for something I never got. Lesson learned a store card doesn’t have the same advantages as a bank card.

    Worst customer service. I bought 2 sets of Ear Pods during the Christmas Shopping period. They said on TV you have until the end of January to return the item. I have been looking for the return label and could not find it. Well today is suppose to be the last day to get it in the mail. Then upon reading closer the return form says to attach this little narrow strip as a return label. Made no sense so I called the company. The customer service rep said that the item had to be in the warehouse by today. That is not my understanding.

    The form I have says it must be in the mail not in the warehouse. Then she says that they do not send return labels with their merchandise. Then she says she will email me a return label but it may take up to 24 hours to get it. I am so done with this company. To top it off she kept saying she told me things previously during the conversation that she never told me. I am not senile that I would have forgotten something she claims she told me a 30 seconds ago. Very frustrating. She was very insulting and not helpful at all.

    I have been a customer of Evine/ShopHQ for 2 years. No problem until I joined the SHOPHQ VIP Membership on November 5th. 2019. I have submitted 12 5% cash back and shipping/handling cost purchases 11 from ShopHQ and 1 from Macy's. My purchases amount to $1,4005.58 and 5% of this amount is $70.28 plus $55.93 in shipping cost for a total of $126.21 due! Their website states that cash back refunds will be processed in 3 to 6 weeks.

    As of today January 19th. 2020 I have not received any checks. I was told that a check was sent but I said I never received it! I called their customer service and I was told that the CHECKS ARE IN THE MAIL. I cancelled my ShopHQ VIP Membership and they refunded the $16.95 monthly fee for December 2019.     I bought a TV and was billed on 11/27/2019. It is now, 1 day after Christmas. No TV. No refund and I was billed 2x. The TV was supposed to be delivered sometime November, before Thanksgiving. The delivery company said they do not deliver in the morning or at the weekend. I took off from work and waited. Hours passed, I called the delivery company and they told me that it was raining and could not deliver. I asked them to return the TV. I called Evine to inform them. I called 12/18 and spoke to Timothy and I was told the Warehouse received the TV back and he will process the return. It is now 12/26. One month has passed. I spoke to Shelby then, to the supervisor, Tracy. Tracy informed me that something went wrong with the processing and could not stop future payments. She informed me that it will take another 7 to 10 days to complete the return processing. This was a nightmare!

    Bought 3 items. Two separate orders. Paid for separate shipping, 2 items arrived, one that was bought separate did not. Looks like both orders had same track number. Customer for many years. Now a runaround. Have to wait for them to investigate and see if they find the item in warehouse. Total BS. They have many in the warehouse and I am sure mine does not stand out with my name on it LOL. They should investigate their ship dept not a customer who never made a claim and never returned items. I am pissed at the response and even with it being the holidays there was no offer to send another as simply the error could be spotted by a five year old. Also with mail slow this time of year and having to send papers for me to sign this will take weeks to resolve. Sad company. Never knew there was so many issues until this happened to me. I am going to my credit card company and the attorney general's office in their state.

    I purchased three jars of Consult beauty cream. Beauty, haha; the second time using it chemically burned and blistered my skin. I returned all three boxes in the shipping box they came in. The box was tracked by the post office, but lost in transit for over 2 weeks. After 6 or 7 phone calls I was promised a refund. Apparently the box turned up but I was only offered a refund on 2 of the 3 jars despite my returning all 3.

    I called to inquire why and was placed on hold for between 25 and 27 minutes. I hung up and dialed back in to find out customer service had closed 22 minutes earlier. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told in the entire company only one was working and she refused to speak with me. Not because she had calls ahead of me, because she was managing a chat!

    Now I have to call again tomorrow. According to Forbes they laid off 20% of staff who don't take orders and it's clear customer service has suffered. Beware; the product burned my skin; Evine is ripping me off and making it so hard to get a refund it's almost not worth it! But I will get every last penny from them for wasting my time. BUYER BEWARE!

    Evine has and will always be in my opinion one of the best if not the best online shopping network to order from . The value pay system is very efficient and your money gets processed when it's supposed to. I would recommend evine to family and friends as well as people I just meet and happen to enter the conversation of online ordering.     Consumers beware: I called and spoke to customer service to pay of my value pay. And as soon as I did, with the same debit card that they had on file. Noticed on the same day of 6 transactions from Evine on my bank account. Which I did not purchase. Called customer service and they indicated that they didn't see any purchases made. I called my bank right away. And they informed me that it looks like after paying off my value pay, someone started using my debit card from Evine to purchase 6 items. My bank right away closed my debit card account. I have been with Evine as a loyal customer for over 10 years. And never once had any bad experience with them. Unfortunately due to what I just went through. Evine will no longer have my business!!!

    Be careful to make sure you don't subscribe when ordering. It is extremely frustrating because they email you to notify you that your subscription order is going out and at that point it is too late to cancel or modify. Of course you can return with the hassle and loss of shipping. I prefer more transparent companies that offer subscriptions but give you fair warning before it enters to the shipping stage to make sure you really want/need it.

    To the lady Complaining about where her sixth value pay was, when you order the item you pay the First value pay, and the shipping. This leaves only five payments left. I have shopped for many years with Evine and have never had a hard pull or any problem with my payments. The day you buy the item is the day that they will take the next payment of the credit card you used to purchase the item. It is very simple. It is convenient for people on a budget. To return an item Put the sticker they supply on the item and UPS or the post office will pick it up. My only complaint is that this return service cost is $7.99.

    I placed my order first order with them with no problem and got my first item from them and my TV kick the bucket so I order TV from them and order a laptop for my wife as a gift. They took my money and then they cancelled it from there and then so I call them and they said I should get my funds back in 24 hours and then the next day came no funds at all. So I called, was given around and then I went to my bank to file a dispute. Today I check my account and I got my money. Will never from this company ever. You are better off going to QVC to order items and they are much cheaper and better sales and they don't give a runaround at all. Evine will trick you and they are scammers and etc. Stop while your head and save the headache and gas money/bus money to resolve problems. Order somewhere else.

    I never ordered refurbished tablet before. Received and could not get it going. Kept locking me out and I would have to wait 55 minutes. I called Evine customer service. She gave me warranty number. I called and call and only got music. Called back to evine and she couldn't get them. She sent them text to call me. She said might take 3 days. A week has gone now. She said they said they couldn't get me and they could not either. I sent tablet back. There was a small crack in tablet. They said they would not give me a refund because of crack. I said I have to pay for tablet and I can't use it. Could you exchange it or something since I have to pay for it. They said if I didn't take it back it would be destroyed. I told them to send it back. Her suggestion was to call the warranty people again. Please be careful. This will be my last purchase. I order all the time from all the sites. Never seen nothing like this. 8/5/2019.

    I’ve been a long time Customer as well. My situation is similar to Pete of Staunton, WA complaint on July 5, 2019. I am on Disability so I budget my low income carefully. I use Evine's purchases with their Value Pays. Never had problems till recently. I used my online acct with Evine’s website. Went To My Acct for July’s VP so I could select the payments for the entire month if VP due. Selecting each one individually to pay early. So that I have nothing due towards end of month. I do this because by end of month I’m out of funds and normally stretching 10.00 sometimes the last week of month :(. So I was relaxed thinking everything was paid weeks ago. Nothing else due till starting 1-2nd week of August! Wrong. One of the Value Pays out of the group of VP-Payments Pd it did not pay one of the payments weeks ago. It now has been processed by my Bank for payment on the 30th of July. And of course I’m now in the Negative. :(.

    It was terribly hard to get the Customer Serv. Agent to listen to what had happened. She didn’t seem to care what had happened. They got their payment. It’s paid. What’s the problem? I repeated everything twice. By then I’m very stressed and feeling so unimportant to Evine. They have caused my bank acct to be in the Negative. Insufficient funds are an $29.00 chg. I can’t afford these types of charges. I’m already living on such a low income. Oh she said, "I’m sorry this happened." But I didn’t call to hear an apology. I want to know why/how this could have happened. Right? I don’t need this to happen. I can’t afford this! She didn’t want to talk about this. I kept asking why it happened and would she look at my online acct when I prev. Pd everything? She told me, “No we can see anything.” It could have been anything. A Software computer glitch. She said the wouldn’t know why or what caused this. Etc. Not helpful at all.

    I was so upset by this point because she wasn’t listening to me. Then had the nerve to end the call by saying, "Is there anything else I can help you with?" Really? I let know she had not helped me at all. I’m so upset I will never go online to make any payments to Evine. After reading all of these current Reviews of how their Customer Service is treating their Customers I’ve decided to finish paying what I owe them. I’m gonna stay with QVC. I’m gonna leave Evine. They don’t seem to care about their customers anymore. :(. So disappointed! Oh yes I did ask to speak with a Customer Service Rep. that had been there a long time. And she informed me that she has been with them for many years. Not impressed! We should matter.

    I purchased an Evine product on 6 Value Pays. I paid off the remaining 5 Value Pays all at once but the 6th and last Value Pay payment did not appear on my account. I emailed Evine with a screen shot of my bank statement showing the 5 Value Pays and the Evine customer service representative failed to understand the issue and wrote me back an email explaining how the Value Pay system worked. I had to ask for a supervisor who understood the problem and said she would call IT and resolve the issue. They told me they couldn't send me a confirmation email. Long story short, I'm paying in full from now on. That is if I ever shop at Evine again.

    I have been a customer with Evine for about 20 years. Originally named ValueVision, followed by other name changes through the years. I happened across the ConsumerAffairs site and have read many extremely negative reviews. I thought it important to share my experience and total satisfaction with this company. I have items still in use that I purchased 20 years ago. I have used many different payment methods throughout the years, never an issue. I have returned items for full credit, without issue. I have returned items for replacement without issue.

    I will admit that on a few occasions I had to work through new or poorly trained customer service personnel, but I find this unfortunately to be the way business is done by most companies these days. Overall I find their products to be of good value, and their customer support above average. I'm sorry to hear people had bad experiences, unfortunately bad things do happen. In closing I just wanted to let all know that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business.

    I was on my phone ordering an item that I saw today on t.v.. Your app would not take my password, I was sent an email but you still would not take my password. I was forced to call a live person. I ended up speaking to 2 customer service reps, who told me I could not get 6 easy pay of 8.33. Even though I always have paid easy pay for years. Really bothersome is that they could not tell me why, I even waited on hold to speak to a supervisor, none showed up. The point of the matter is. If you are selling an item on t.v. with easy pay then you tell me on the phone I cant get easy pay. With no good reason. Except you need to fix your website. My phone offered easy pay but wont take my password. My password. Not yours but you will take my cash. Not good business. And you have lost mine. Years of being a good customer. For what you baddd website and $8.33.

    Have used value pay for many items spending around $12,000 and all of a sudden their new website had issues. I could not pull up my account info for the first 3 weeks of June, I was told they were having issues and once it came back on, still had issues with access to certain parts of Account Purchases & Orders With Value Pay... All Of my payments for the month were going through until June 23 a payment came up past due from June 22, I called to let them know and a rep said she reauthorized the payment. No problem, I checked next day on 24th. It still showed Past Due so I called again the rep. Said there was no footprint of the payment so she put it in again and said it was now in pending good to go.

    Still showing Past Due on June 26th I called again and rep told me they had more issues with their website over the weekend so I needed to make payment from another account (Yeah Right????) I asked for and got a supervisor Clair who told me she couldn’t figure it out. It is their issue, but assured me she would take care of it because it was their website issue Not My PayPal Account (But I Already Knew That)... 9 days later on July 5th I got a call from their Collections Dept telling me I needed to pay the item off in full or it would go into Collections, (Gee. Thanks for taking care of your customer Clair by trying to make this my fault).

    After arguing with Collections Rep I called Evine. Got another supervisor “Charles”. I explained everything to him as it happened and asked for a resolution to the deception and the nonsense happening in real time, especially Evine trying to make this PayPal’s issue when they know it was their screwed up website. After 3 minute hold Charles got back on and said I needed to pay it off in full to make the Past Due on my account go away, and he also told me PayPal declined their attempts to get the payment on 6 different days, I told him that was ** because before the 22, during the 22 and many days after the 22, $900 worth of Value Pays were made by the same PayPal Account and that one payment didn’t go through because of a glitch in their website which was confirmed by PayPal. There Were No Attempts To Acquire A Payment On That Item.

    So now I as a preferred customer who spent in excess of $12,000 dollars on items full payment and value pays since October of 2018 - May 2019, am considered a Past Due Account because Evine’s Website And Customer Service Says So....I will go spend my money somewhere else. No problem Evine...My Account Was Never Past Due!!!! Open an account at your own risk....

    I ordered 2 watches and was so excited to receive them so I kept checking on their status and finally after a week it finally said they have arrived at my house. So when I got home I didn't see anything on my door step. So I checked with my neighbors and nothing. So I called UPS and they told me it was delivered and they said to file a lost claim, I had to call Evine, so I did and they said Loss Prevention would message me. So they sent me a paper that I had to fill out and they said I had to notarized and file a police report. I was like, what's next, I have to go file my own paperwork. I had never had to do anything like this with Amazon. When something is broken or lost they either refund me the money or replace it right away. So I just kept paying the watches even if I didn't get them. I am not going to to do all that. I refuse. I rather never deal with them and tell my family not to deal with them either.

    I had ordered some facial creams on auto-ship. The card they had on file was misplaced and I had to get another credit card - forgetting that the old card was no longer valid. I guess they must have shipped something to my address and when it was time for payment, they couldn't collect - totally my fault. HOWEVER, when I called next time to place an order, I was put on hold for 20 minutes. Then was told I had to call a specific number and deal with customer service. The woman didn't tell me what the problem was but I had remembered the issue about the card and was anxious to straighten things out. I called the number and was placed on hold again for an even longer period of time. This happened 3 more times where I was on hold indefinitely. I even asked my daughter to try and call and the same thing happened to her. EVINE - you stink! Get your ** together. Even if I could order from you - I wouldn't.

    I love watching Evine (Invicta). The problem the watches that my wife and I like are automatic with NO chronograph!!! Also every watch we like is quartz, rubber wrist band, chronograph, are you kidding! Like the Aztec (quartz) and others. I'm not buying batteries, or the chronograph, if nobody told you they are outdated and not accurate at all. We have stopped buying invicta and Evine TV, what shame. Mike **

    On May 21st I have bought a Donna Salyer coat vest well before the item sold out. Due to the unfortunate experience that I have dealt with Evine in the past, I have made follow-ups to ensure that this order was going to be shipped. On May 23rd I was informed that my order was picked. That means that there is an invoice attached to the item to be shipped. I did not receive no emails on the status of the shipment.

    I have called on May 27th and they have informed me there's an issue with my order. I have spoken to supervisor Tiffany and she cannot explain the reason why. She said it will take 24 to 48 hours. Today is May 29th. I have not received the call or an email from Evine on my issue. I have read some of the reviews and there is some similar issues as mine. What is so ironic about this whole thing is what is management doing all these kinds of problems?. I have been a loyal customer with Evine, but enough is enough. They have just lost another customer.

    I am done with trying to figure out their statements. They say it is the bank, I say it is them, the bank can only put down the info Evine gives them. Other shopping channels do not do their statements like Evine. Their clothing is crap, I have bought tops that I wore 1 time & fell apart in the washing machine. I have clothing from QVC that I bought 25 yrs. ago & still looks new. PLEASE read reviews before you buy from them.

    I ordered a limited edition watch to surprise my husband on 4/22. I had to call into customer service to check my order status when it did not arrive on 4/25. The representative was helpful and refunded my money and stated that I would not be charged again until my order has shipped. I checked the site along with my order only to find that the item purchased is on back order. Not only is it on back order, they again took another amount from my account and my order has yet to ship. Further, when I called back into Evine, the representative was screaming in my ear the whole time and did not care to listen to my full complaint. I will not be seeking to buy anything ever again from Evine if this is how they do business and the customers concerns are treated like annoyances by them.

    I purchased a beautiful Kyanite ring set in gold. I bought in January. In April, a prong broke. I took to a jeweler today and he said the prongs were hollow as well as half the ring. Said it would cost more to fix than the ring is worth. I contacted Evine customer service since I still have 2 payments left. I was told nothing they could do and gave me a $20 credit. Lol. Never again will I buy from them.

    When we received package there was not an iPad in the box. We called several times and it sounds like tough luck for us. We are out $400 and no iPad. Will not connect us with a supervisor. Needless to say that will be our last purchase from Evine.

    On 4/19/19, I made a couple of purchases on Evine using the monthly payment option. Received an email from Evine yesterday, on 4/24/19, that the items are not available and cannot be shipped. I cancelled the orders. They have had my money for 7 days and knew they didn't have these products available when they were selling them on their channel. They had my money for a week and now I am told I have to wait an additional 3 to 5 days before I receive a credit in my bank account. This is a lousy way to do business. I would not be surprised if the Evine shopping channel goes under, treating people like this. I will not buy from them again. There is nothing they sell that really interests me anyway. All they sell are ugly clothes and gaudy Invicta watches. I have also noticed that they have lost a lot of vendors who are now selling their products on other shopping channels. That speaks for itself.

    I purchased 3 pairs of shoes. Shoes look nice but they make noises when you walk. Unable to return because it was after return period no exceptions. Shoes have not been worn other than the few steps taken. When I tried to make a payment, website didn't work. Added a new card to make payment but they didn't take the card because you have to use a bank account. They didn't communicate that. When I tried to log in to see what was going on to fix my account, they would not allow me access because the payment that I sent on time was not applied to the account. Very difficult system when you have an issue. Never will I use Evine again. Horrible experience and totally dysfunctional.

    Evine, and Synchrony Bank, work together in scamming their customers with their refunds, one blames the other and they give you the run around until you feel inadequate. Also watch your payments they take twice of what you owe them. This has happened to me not once but other times and it puts me on a path that I do not like. We have to make sure That this kind of merchants are not given a chance to scam the customers without a penalty. Right now they are still getting away with it.

    BEWARE!!! I made a purchase using my American Express card for a printer using value pay and they did a hard pull on my credit report!!! I should have read the reviews sooner. There was NO REASON for them to do it since I was using a major credit card to pay for the item. Do NOT shop with these people. Such unethical people and unethical practices. They really need to be stopped.

    Evine has a program if you refer a new customer to them both parties will receive a 25% discount on the items they order. Evine states they sent me my individual code but when I tried to use it the code is deemed "NOT VALID". I have called three times giving them the emails of both parties and dates and they state they will investigate and email me back with an answer. I know my friend ordered as they gave me their order detail with the customer number, dates and order detail. OVER 6 weeks now nothing!! It's a hoax!!!! Thanks for nothing but a poor experience and now I have sucked my friend into your company as well.

    I have purchased over 9 Invicta watches, and they are not cheap. And just ordered some earrings on the 13th for my wife’s birthday. On the 23rd of March, the earrings are over $900 with shipping. They are giving me the runaround, and not doing anything about my purchase. I am very angry and they don’t care or are at least showing that!!!

    ITEM #313-205 was on clearance sale & I ordered before it was low in stock. How do I know? Because when as Item is low in stock it will read "Almost Gone." Not even close to saying that so I order on 3/15/2019. Today, 3/17/2019, two (2) days later and moreso on a weekend, I get an email that they canceled the order and returned my money. I am an avid and repeat Isomers customer. This was not cool. If the product either read, Almost Gone, I would have been notified immediately after I order the product. This was not the case. I am an attorney by trade. Wish this was in the Courts because Evine would be deep in water for not honoring their quid pro quo. The only excuse I received today was sorry. There are lots of other skin care companies out there and for as good as Isomers is, not worth the lack of customer care offered by Evine. Time to go elsewhere!

    I ordered Hair vitamins by subscription (to come automatically every month). They were to draft a small payment every month out of my checking account. I didn't receive even the 1st bottle, but they took the 1st payment out. I called and asked them where is the 1st bottle? CS said, "We ran out, will send when we get more in". I said, "That defeats the purpose of ordering by subscription." No response from her. I then cancelled the subscription. Not only did they not refund my 1st payment, but they continued to take out future payments every month. I called and called and got the same response. "We will investigate." Finally, I received an email from them, stating that they find me at fault because of a time limit on reporting their error to them. They blamed me and will not refund any of my money. They stole from me. I had to stop payment on this order at my bank.

    I was trying to place an order online for a few items. When I tried to place my order it would only let me use my Evine card on file. I then called and tried to place the order with the automated system. That took forever and then it switched me to a customer service agent. The agent then proceeded to tell me that out of 3 items 2 were out of stock! When I voiced my opinion on this, she was rude and said I’m one of 100s of people ordering and that they usually only order enough product for the showing. I ended my call and didn’t place an order. I feel they have a very poor business manner.

    I have been trying to return a product for over 5 weeks but cannot get it refunded. The product was shipped back via UPS and lost, either by UPS or Evine’s returns department. Each time I call Evine’s customer service I get the runaround from another staffer but no one seems to solve the problem. Meanwhile they keep my money. DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM EVINE! I call them Evil Evine.

    I ordered a TV from Evine. The TV came very quickly. I was excited that it came so fast. Unfortunately it came without a TV stand in the Box. I called as soon as I opened it. The lady assured me that they would send one out right away and I would have it in about seven days. A week goes by I haven't gotten an email or call or anything. I called back. Get the same story, "Will order it right now. You should have it in 7 to 10 days". Called again. Same story.

    Everyone apologizes that I've had to wait so long but now it's been 3 weeks since I've had a TV sitting on my couch that I can't watch because it doesn't have a TV stand to put it on. My first payment is due next week and I haven't gotten to watch the TV yet. They keep telling me all they can do is email the vendor and wait for a response. But I called twice a week for three weeks and I keep getting the same weak answer. I'm getting the runaround. They have my money so they don't care if they help me or not. They told me I can order a new TV and send the old TV back in the box that it comes in. Why should I have to spend more money when I didn't even get what I ordered the first time and I already spent money on it. Then have to wait for my refund. And hope it comes. Lol. They lost their minds. Do not order from this company. They will scam you out of your money.

    I have been very loyal to Evine for a few years now. I've had hardly ANY issues with their products I've purchased (including 2 air fryers, and 4 sets of cookware and numerous other items. HOWEVER... Last year I had a warranty claim on a frying pan. The company that handles Evine's extended warranties was right on it. I was very pleased... Item was replaced in record time. This year? I can't even get them to return my calls. My daughter also had to file a claim in 2019 and while she did get a live person to talk to - she has yet to receive her replacement item. VERY FRUSTRATING!

    This company (Evine, Chanel 46, in Aventura, FL) does not back up their product. I ordered “Lucid Audio” via TV. 2 Weeks later, I realized I did not need a hearing product. Started calling, 2 weeks after receipt but could not get to a human on the phone for another 3 weeks or so. Evine customer service advised me that as soon as they reach the manufacturer, the manufacturer will decide whether I can get a refund, or not. It is now several weeks, no word from Evine! I am considering a legal suit, or possibly Class Action against them! This article was approximately $600. This is an incompetent company, that doesn’t protect their customers. Also disconnect customer service, but are capable to take orders expeditiously. I’ve met other people who are as dissatisfied with the service as myself. Frankly, had I dealt with a less expensive item, I would have just taken a loss. Not worth my time & aggravation.

    The Me Sleek Permanent Hair Reduction device doesn't do anything like advertised. Doesn't work on thick white facial hair at all. It takes over 30 days to find this is NOT a good expensive device. It took 3 weeks to get it and now they refuse to give me the money back. BEFORE I received the order the company changed to a 90 day return policy but say it doesn't affect me because I ordered it in Sept. It took them the 3 weeks to ship it to me, I wouldn't be so angry if it actually worked as advertised on the TV. There are very bad reviews on the site for this device and EVINE really has their heads in the sand and money they should not be keeping in their bank account. This is the first time I have had a problem with returning anything to them and it will be the last. I had only placed 2 orders and this means a 50% failure rate to me. I tried calling the ME SLEEK company and no return call from them either.

    I purchased a women's pocket book last September. After 2 months of used, the seam is falling apart. The product is horribly constructed. After contacting Evine, I was told that they are willing to give me a $10.00 coupon, but that's all. I just wanted a replacement, but they told me that they cannot, because the item is 2 months old. Unbelievable that they only expect their products to last a few months. Never again, you get what you pay for (garbage).

    Value pay is a nightmare. They check your credit report (hard check) at least once a year when you use value pay even if you use Visa! No one even relays this information to you or asks your permission. They are rude when you make inquiries as to why. All they say is they can do this at will. I used QVC, HSN, LC, JTV, never a problem. Actually the other shopping channels are a very pleasant experience. If you’re smart, you would be wise to shop elsewhere, unless you don’t mind having Evine inquiries on your report yearly. A tip if you’re looking for watches, check out Jomashop.

    A few weeks ago I was browsing the shopping channels and landed on Evine. The Today's Top Value was cotton flannel sheet sets, any size for $29.99 a set. I thought what a terrific value and with the cold weather coming, I would be cozy and warm. I ordered 3 full sets in different colors. What a disappointment. I laundered the sheets prior to using them. The fitted sheet barely fit my mattress. The flat sheet barely hangs over the sides of my bed! Very cheap, flimsy and poor quality. I guess it was too good to be true! I will never purchase this brand again, very disappointing!

    I was looking for a limited edition watch for a few days and couldn’t find it anywhere. I finally found this site and bought the watch immediately. I then looked at the reviews after I made the purchase and I was afraid I was getting scammed or I would be getting it used/damaged. The watch came in today which was very fast shipping as well, and I could not be more happy. Brand new beautiful box and everything. The only complaint I had was they left the watch running.

    I have bought 10 Invicta watches within the last year, 8 of those was in 1 month. My husband has bought 3 himself. Some of my purchases was on FlexPay, and some was bought full pay. Out of all the FlexPay, 1 payment was missing, I don't understand how because they took the first payment and 2nd was missed, but 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th were paid. How is that even possible. Well I called customer service and paid missed payment, but now I cannot use FlexPay and they won't even allow me to put anything in my cart, and I just bought a watch FULL PAY for Christmas. WHAT IS THEIR PROBLEM. Don't they know that Invicta watches are sold elsewhere, like by Invicta! And I will be more than happy to go on Invicta's website to purchase my watches from here on out. The two stars is only because I like my watches.

    I bought an Invicta 23376 "as is". According to the site it might have been worn by a host or has minor stuff. Maybe a bad battery. Well I received a watch that looks fabulous. Problem is it's fubar. The watch is totally dead. Took to my local watch repair place who told me someone opened this watch before and messed it all up. Why is EVINE scamming people selling bogus watches?? I mean I could live with a scuff or minor blemish... But dead... That BS I'm trying to send it back for a full refund... We shall see.     I ordered the rags for Christmas present. Supposed to have 6 rags in a little pack, they are used to remove make up. Also ordered a set of pajamas. Spoke with lady by phone. Paid for them. Did not use the flex pay system. Nothing has showed up. Over $100.00 in products. What kind of business run like that. Never will place an order with them again. Now I have to fight to find out about the money I paid them.

    Evine is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I received a countertop oven as a gift and the forks and bolts to attach to the rod for the rotisserie function that I liked so much were missing. After a week or two of emails going back and forth "proving" I owned the oven they still refused to send me the missing pieces that should have been included with the oven in the first place. Why did they ask me to jump thru all of their "hoops" when they were never going to send to me from the beginning.

    They requested that I send a picture of the oven to prove I owned the oven; asked me to provide them with the same information over and over with each email; (name, address, product, etc. ), and telling me to call another number because it wasn't their department. After providing them with all of the information they asked for they wanted to charge me for the missing items. Why would I request they send me the forks and bolts which were probably the most least expensive items that were supposed to be included with the oven if I wanted to "rip them off".

    I would advise that you should NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM EVINE. Any reputable company large or small stands by anything that they sell and Evine refuses to stand by their own products. Please do not order from Evine and save yourself the aggravation! If you are still thinking of ordering from Evine please think twice before you order! Save yourself the time and aggravation!

    The missing forks and bolts to attach the forks to the rod would probably cost them less than $5 but they refused to send the missing items. They would rather lose customers before standing by their products. I would have pressed it further but I was spending too much time jumping thru their hoops and providing the information they requested. I normally do not send reviews but I'm trying to save other people the aggravation I went thru.

    I woke up to an Evine infomercial for the Bose Solo 5 which showed great reviews so I decided to call the customer service line and place my order. A few minutes later I received an alert from Credit Karma stating that there was an inquiry placed on my credit report. I was a bit confused and upset because the representative who I spoke with to place the order never disclosed to me that she would be checking my credit. I immediately contacted the customer service department to request that this be removed from my credit report because I am in the midst of purchasing a home and cannot have any inquiries on my report at this time.

    No one wanted to deal with the issue and said that there was nothing that they could do and that this information regarding credit checks is on their website. I explained that I did not use the website and that I contacted customer service directly for the purchase and that I should have been made aware of that information by the representative. I was then told that they do sporadic credit checks and that the representatives can't inform every customer of this because they never know when someone's credit will be checked. I NEVER gave them my social security number nor did I ever authorize them to pull my credit report! Had I known that they were going to check my credit I wouldn't have made the purchase since I am buying a home.

    After speaking with 5 representatives which included a supervisor I haven't had any luck in getting them to remove this inquiry from my report. The supervisor was extremely rude and disrespectful. They basically said it was my fault for making the purchase without checking their website for the disclosure and that there's nothing they can do despite the fact that I told them everything that transpired. I cancelled my order and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Affairs and the Consumer Protection Financial Bureau. This was my first order ever placed with Evine and the worst experience ever. NEVER will I EVER deal with them again.

    When I first got my Evine credit card I thought I might order some mice items for the holidays. From the beginning there were problems. My first two items face creams that I ordered were sent damaged. The order was sent back and never replaced. The second item was left out in the rain and was also damaged. I sent it back asking for a replacement which I never received. The third item which were two umbrellas were sent with only one umbrella in the box though the shipping tickets said there were two. The final items were 2 Tiffany lamps and I was sent the wrong colors. I contacted customer service and spoke to someone at length who assured me she would correct the problems.

    A voicemail message was left on my telephone today from her stating that they would not refund me for 2 of the items because apparently they state they were not in the box. I cannot believe this how can they charge me for items that were sent back that I have a tracking number for that my husband and I packed up and now tell me they won't refund me my money. What a sad experience. This company is a joke and should be shut down for fraudulent advertising. Sending damaged product sending the wrong color and sending items that say they sent more than they did is ridiculous and worse they don't even honor or acknowledge their mistakes. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau if I do not get a satisfactory response. Buyer beware. Evine is a joke. A sad one.

    As an Interior Designer I shop daily and for the past 12 years most of my shopping is online. I just recently tried Evine for the first time. The entire experience has been a NIGHTMARE!!! I have had to contact their customer service a half dozen times and still 2 weeks later I still have not received a refund for my return. They are full of EXCUSES and just want you to WAIT & WAIT!!! They are HORRIBLE and good customer service and fast and free shipping is why Amazon is so successful!!! This company is the WORST!!!

    Return Policy: I would like people to think about this for a minute regarding Evine's return policy! If you check your invoice that was received by you in the package it says (if you return item) to allow up to two weeks for processing. Below it, it states, it may take one or two billing cycles for credit to appear on your statement! Any other large box store credits your return within a couple of weeks, some a lot sooner! The company is using your money and pays you nothing in interest! They "bank" on you NOT returning the merchandise!

    I have been a customer of Evine for 10 years. A few years ago I had a fraud alert on my credit card. It was my mistake that I did not update my card with Evine. I did correct the problem by paying my debt that went into collections. I spoke with Evine credit department and my account was cleared for purchases using ValuePay. I made a few purchases all in ValuePay and all have been paid in full. I just tried placing an order and there has been a block on my account. Speaking with the credit department I was told that my account is blocked from ValuePay due to the past issue of the missed ValuePay.

    This had all been settled about a year and a half ago. I feel like Evine is treating the situation unfairly and I asked for my account to be closed. I have good credit and will take my business elsewhere. I have used HSN and QVC and have NEVER had a bad experience with either. Please beware of this company. I have read several bad reviews since having this problem and I wish I had read them before. Wish I wasn’t having this bad expierence and I hope others don’t have to go through the same.

    I have had nothing but bad with the customer service people! They just give the customer the run around and do nothing to resolve the issue! I spoke with a customer service person twice on the phone over a value pay that they stated was past due. I had already gone on the Evine site to change credit cards for my value payments due to my current credit card not only being expired, but it had also been compromised by someone. After the second phone call from Evine's collection department asking for me to take care of another value pay, I stupidly gave that customer care person the credit card number that I had updated my account with. Well, the following day I received an alert e-mail from my credit card company that someone was trying to charge $800.00 on my card, and it turned out to be fraud!

    I now have to wait for a new card and a new card number, and was advised by my credit card company to contact Evine customer care about the issue. I did so and basically was told to file a police report. The customer service person still stated that I owed on value pay, therefore I requested the amount that is owed and I am sending a check to them to hopefully clear this mess up! They keep telling me that my actual payments can't be viewed by them for 48 hours. They claim it takes that long to show up as a payment. I have never ever had these issues with any other company in the past! I often shop QVC and HSN with NO ISSUES! I certainly wish I had read the reviews before I ever did business with this company!

    What is this company's problem? Why is it that if you use easy pay they automatically do a credit check? Zero balance on my Evine credit card with over 5k credit. I pay my bill on time, have a great credit score until Evine decides to check my credit with Equifax every time I order. Contacted customer service. Got the runaround then I requested the call be escalated. The person I spoke to was not helpful and rude. Kept telling me it's my fault I used easy pay. WTF? So I have a number for corporate open M-Fri 8-5. 952-943-6000. This credit check is BS. Evine should stop this and change their rules. Why should they care about credit checks for any purchase if you have a valid card?? Each time Equifax gets Evine credit check request your score drops 3 to 5 points.

    I was looking for a new mattress and box springs and happen to see Evine advertising a Beautyrest brand. I watched the entire show and then ordered it. One of the reasons I ordered it was they said the old mattress and box springs would be picked up and taken away. (I have re-watched the show to make sure.) They delivered the purchase today but the delivery people said they would not take the old mattress and box springs. When I called Evine customer services the person told me that "just because they said that does not mean it will happen." I guess it was my fault for believing the company's word. I called my credit card company and they said there was nothing they could do either. Please be aware that the sales people are allowed to say anything to make a sale.

    I purchased a watch. They came with a five year warranty. The only catch is you have to call after receiving the watch within 45 days to get a phone number to order the warranty certificate. I called Evine immediately after receiving the watch, as required and they provided a phone number that when called you are put on hold and no one answers. After weeks of frustration of calling Evine who did nothing to help I told them I was returning the item. They said it was past 30 now so they would not accept it. The only reason for the purchase was that it was SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE A 5 YEAR WARRANTY CERTIFICATION THEY NEVER PROVIDED. I just got off the phone today and they now say the warranty was automatic. Just yesterday I spoke to a rep who said you had to call within 45 days to obtain it. This is the worst of all networks I have purchased from. Let the buyer beware!

    I have tried over and over to watch Evine, and I cannot get past the obnoxious, loud, gasping for breath, in speaking about on air items. Kimberly Wells is absolutely the worst! I am very distracted by the lack of breathing exercises these people need, BEFORE, going on air. Is it just me? I don't find this problem with QVC or HSN, but at EVINE, it is the norm. Are they forced to talk fast or what? So many words per second?

    Even some of the vendors do this, but most of all, it's the female hosts. DA-DA-DA-DA suck wind, DA-DA-DA-DA gasp loudly for air, this is so ridiculous it turns this viewer (and probably many more) away. I know when I was in Physical Therapy for a PE, there are breathing lessons that help you regulate your breathing, so there really is no excuse for this non-professional way to sell goods on a shopping channel. It takes concentration, but can absolutely be done. The people who run that network need to realize that this is a big problem for their broadcasts.

    I've have been Purchasing Invicta watches for my husband from Evine for years, my latest purchase came last Thursday July 19th 2018. I love their watches and have frequently used their 6 months to pay option and sometimes have purchased the watch in full depending on the price. While looking at their site I came upon another watch that I wanted to order, when I went to order the watch I received a message that I needed to contact their credit department. Upon speaking with them I was informed that there was an overdue balance from 2015 that I had no knowledge of. According to Evine my husband supposedly had an order on 6 value pay that he supposedly did not fulfill. I explained to them that my husband has never had an Evine account and they were mistaken. So now I can no longer order from them until this situation is resolved.

    The item that they are speaking about was sent to an address that I did not live at. On top of that we have never received any notification of an overdue bill. Now here it is 2018 and all of a sudden they come up with this nonsense after purchasing numerous items for them since 2015. I've had my husband checked his Credit report and there is nothing on there in regards to an Evine Account. I explained to them that someone must have used his name. Evine if you don't fix this I will never order from you again. You are not the only one who sells Invicta Watches. Stop trying to scam people out of extra money because your site isn't doing well, you don't poop where you sleep. Very displeased customer.

    End of June 2018, both my wife and I purchased Waterford Crystal from Evine. Wife used Value Pay and I paid in full. The week of July 5th, orders received (my order was a surprise for my wife). One box of my wife's order was crushed and we could hear the shattered crystal bowl through the box. My order, a Waterford chiller, arrived shattered. We immediately contacted Evine CS informing them of the shattered Waterford crystal pieces and we wanted immediate replacement. By the way, the Evine shipping warehouse negligently failed to properly pack the items and mark the boxes with Fragile and/or Handle with Care stickers. UPS managed to break them.

    Bottom Line: We had to email photos of broken items twice. Once, because their 'pipes' could not handle the three attached requirements... two photos and PDF of shipping doc... Then, we had to email everything a second time... individually... that took 7 emails. Evine REFUSED to replace items... we had wanted the merchandise. If we wanted items, we had to re-order and pay immediately and then WAIT for our refunds. Totally wrong! Evine Customer Service and Loss Prevention people ARE terrible and unresponsive and extremely patronizing. Evine Management is worse! We are done being Evine customers. We will buy our Waterford Crystal at Waterford.com - they stand behind their products and shipping.

    I, too, had an experience with their billing. I had an Evine credit card account which, according to the website, had a $0 balance at a time I wanted to make a purchase. While logging in to my account, I received a message saying that I was not authorized to make a purchase at that time and to call the Customer Service. They told me I had an outstanding balance of $57. This amount did not show up on the Evine website My Account page; therefore, I had no idea since my balance showed $0. This amount was on a Value Pay, which, apparently, is different from the regular account. It never had been separate or different when I did have a balance due. Whatever.

    Then, I received a letter from a collection company for the $57 amount. When I called them I told them I had documentation showing I had a zero balance on my account and WTF? The collection company asked me to send them my papers which I did. A few weeks later, I received another letter from the collection company that, in fact, I need to pay the $57. I am now paying $10/mo. (if I have it). I have since made 2 payments to 2 different collection companies because the first one sold the account to the second one. They'll get their lousy remaining $37 when I get around to it. They already messed up my credit by denying me access to my account months ago. Screw them. I used to like some of their stuff because it was different from QVC, but no more.

    Call customer service about my account. Agent said balance was paid. I owe nothing then I could buy something. Today I informed her that I got a collection agency letter from Sunrise collection. I asked could it be something sent to them telling them that the account was paid. She said to disregard it. I told her that I would not want anything to be sent towards my credit report that was paid. Customer service agent was very rude and did not solve the problem and I even ask to speak to a supervisor and was not transferred to one.

    Ordered merchandise on 6/1/18. Credit card was charged on 6/6/18. Received wrong merchandise on 6/12/18. Called CS at Evine and was told I had to ship back wrong merchandise and they would either ship out original order or issue a refund when merchandise not ordered was returned to them. UPS picked up 45 pound box (2 plastic trays I ordered would have been under 5 lbs) on 6/13/18. Evine received returned merchandise on 6/19/18. Called CS to find out about refund on 6/20/18 and was told return was not in their system and it would be an additional 10 days before I would receive refund. Once they acknowledged they received the return. I filed a complaint with the FTC who said they were in violation of multiple Fair Trade Laws.

    For example, you are not required by law to return merchandise you received but never ordered. Once a company knows they delivered the wrong merchandise, they are required to give a full and immediate refund. When orders are canceled, as I did on 6/12/18, you are due a full and immediate refund. Evine stated they have no policy to issue refunds until merchandise is returned. They are intentionally delaying thousands, if not millions of dollars of customer refunds in violation of FTC laws. They know the FTC does not address individual complaints, and only files complaints into a database to determine if multiple complaints are being received before the magic number is reached and they file legal action against the retailer on the multiple consumer's filings.

    Please file a complaint with the FTC if Evine is delaying your refund or not giving you refunds at all. This is the only way the FTC will get involved and file legal action on your behalf against these clowns. The complaints can be filed over the phone at 1-877-382-4357. If you don't report this to them nothing will be done, or you will have to spend thousands in attorney fees to get your money back which will be less than the cost of your legal fees. FTC has online phone numbers and ways to file your complaints. Evine is laughing in our faces, knowing they are in violation of FTC laws and they are banking on not enough complaints with the FTC to instigate an investigation or legal action against them. Call the FTC today!!!

    Why are these people still in business!? Completely unreasonable to pay with your own credit card and then have them do a hard credit check on you and damage your credit score. No disclosure whatsoever!!! I called them try to resolve it and just got the runaround. They tell me it's on their website. Who's on their website??? They put up Infomercials on TV with the phone number and you call, place an order, you talk to a real person and they can't spend three seconds to tell you that they're going to do a hard credit pull on you??! It's like going to Macy's and buying a watch but you don't use your Macy's credit card- you use your American Express. Can you imagine if Macy's did a hard credit pull on YOU every time you shopped with them? This is ludicrous! Who would shop with somebody like this? Make them stop!!!

    I ordered a nice tea kettle and cup set that is very hard to find these days. A couple of days later, I get an email alert telling me my package has been shipped. To my surprise even though my information was typed by hand for the shipping address, it was delivered to my grandmother's home. A home she has lived in in months, and the area in which she lives leaves much to be desired. I was furious and called customer service, the associate was very nice, and asked if I wanted to order it again due to its limited supply. I really wanted it so I said yes, and while wondering if I was going to be on the hook for an item being delivered to the wrong destination.

    Long story short, I am and I have no way of contacting any of the relatives there to see if she received it. I talked to Evine's customer service and was informed that due to it taking place on the web, that they had a release of liability. Evine even had my ninety-plus year old grandmother listed as the account holder if though I am the one who opened the account. Only affiliation with Evine she had was three years ago when I sent her some earrings for her birthday. I am beyond upset, I am livid. I have contact information for the customer service department headquarters, and I hope they correct the error that was made on their behalf. I will keep you all posted about what happened.

    I have been buying from shopping channels for years and they run every now and then a soft inquiry for credit but this company BE AWARE runs a hard inquiry on your credit when you choose value pays, which is simply installments. Your credit will get ruined if you choose value pays. Buy somewhere else.

    Don't ever get an Evine credit card, ever. I have used Evine and bought many things from there using their value pay with no problem. Until I got an Evine credit card. Nothing but trouble now. Their customer service representative can take orders, but are not knowledgeable enough to do anything but cause worse problems. I have been double billed on many items now. This was done by a customer service person on evine.com. I wanted to know if I could change all my payments to the ValuePay and my bank card and so she did this. "No problem," she said. Ha and Ha... now I am double billed on some and all I get are arguments. No Evine credit card help as I was told once by them to have Evine representative do this and then by someone who said it can't be done. Never but never use their Evine credit card.

    Over the past year I have had orders doubled and upon returning what I did not order, never received credit for the interested order. Paid for a laptop, purses and toys not ordered. Have been customer for 10 years, since it was SHOPNBC, then SHOPHQ. I was in receipt of a smartphone I did not order, returned it and fortunately did get credit, but the unexpected orders kept coming and in making complaint, no one with two brains to speak of could discuss with me of any resolution and it was not investigated. Have terminated association as of June 1 when final payment will be made.

    Bought many things from Evine but end up having to send half of the clothes back due to wrong sizing. Even after I measured myself to their size chart. So I end up spending a fortune in shipping charges. Their shipping in the first place is very high! Then their return policy is too tight! 30 days - not enough time really. And no exceptions. So I’m sitting here with $100 in clothes I can’t wear because I didn’t try them on soon enough to realize they’re huge! Mis-sized. And customer service just said “sorry you’re too late!” And I was only 2 wks late! HSN and others are much more customer friendly. I wouldn’t shop here again!

    I have been using this card for years with no problem. Recently I keep getting calls from some collection agency that represents Evine and they are telling me I have a 40.00 delinquency from a year ago. I have nothing of the sort. They also will not send me any note in the mail to verify this. They call my house at 8 am every day to leave a message. They will not talk to my husband and they are extremely rude. I have written them but to no avail as they will not answer my questions. My attorney told me they have to, by law, send me a written notice of the same. Now they lowered my credit amount with them just for spite. Good luck with this nightmare of a company.

    I recently logged into my account to see if a recent order of mine had shipped. I noticed there were two items in my cart which I had not ordered. I immediately voided the items and phoned Evine customer service. After going thru a minefield of options I finally was able to speak to someone and let her know I had items in my cart which I had not ordered. She said don't worry about it, their system is very sensitive and it just picked up information from some other order. I asked if I would have to pay for the items if that order had gone through - and to my amazement she said YES! So let me see - I should not worry about someone charging an order to my credit card but I would have to pay if the order reached my credit card! Are you kidding?!?

    I am cancelling my Evine account as soon as I received my latest order! Did that customer service rep have any intelligence at all? Also, I am tired of how long it takes to receive an order. Nothing even ships immediately, that takes 2 - 3 days to ship at least and then another 7 days to reach me. Now this idiot in customer service? I'm finished with Evine!

    I too have been a ShopNBC/Evine customer for many years and have purchased thousands of dollars from them. My credit card was compromised and had to get a new number. I immediately went to the site and changed the credit card number so that it was all set up and ready to go and there wouldn't be any payment issues. But apparently there was an issue with one of the outstanding value pay orders. I never received a phone call, email or actual mail regarding this. How I found out was that I was turned into a collection agency! For $21. The collection agency was able to send me something but why not Evine? This is a terrible way to treat longstanding customer. I will NEVER purchase anything from them ever.

    I will no longer shop at Evine for anything. They have lost me as a customer. I have been shopping there for many years and have spent thousands of dollars with them. I have never applied for the Evine credit card nor have I had any late or missed payments on any of my ValuePay items. I believe I had an expired credit card on value payments once or twice but I took care of it as soon as I was notified by Evine. Evine did a hard credit check on me back in November or December of 2016. I was not happy but I understood that it might be because the company had changed names and might be under new management so I didn't pursue it. Fast forward to this past week when I received an email from Experian that Evine had once again done another hard credit check on me. I have been purchasing things on ValuePay since the last credit check with no issues so I was very surprised and very angry to find out that they had done it again.

    I have an excellent credit rating and the only hard credit checks I have in my history are from Evine live (2 in less than 2 years) and one for a home equity loan. All I was purchasing were handbags. I was using my own personal credit card and if I had known that I was going to get a hard credit check I would not have used ValuePay. I would have purchased the items in full since I have a very large credit limit. It wouldn't have been an issue. The hosts are always pushing ValuePay, saying how easy it is and how convenient it is. I have never once heard them say that if you use it you are at risk of getting a hard credit check that will stay in your credit history for 2 years. It seems very deceptive to me. When I called customer service to complain I was told that I should have clicked on the description of ValuePay and read the fine print. The woman that I spoke with was very unpleasant, condescending and not helpful at all.

    This is an extremely deceptive practice. HSN and QVC have never done this to me and I purchase items that cost far more than any that I have purchased from Evine. I find this extremely offensive. If I had ever had credit issues or late payments I could understand it. Can you imagine every time you purchase something with a credit card at a store having a hard credit check done? Evine will claim that it's because you have chosen to use value payments, but I use my credit card every week at my local stores to earn points and they never investigate my Credit, especially not with a hard credit check that stays on your record for 2 years. The credit card company already knows my credit is good or they would never have given me a credit card with an extremely high credit limit. If my credit history is good enough for the credit card company why isn't it good enough for Evine? I don't feel Evine has the right to do this.

    If I had bad credit my credit card payment would have been declined and it is not up to Evine to second-guess the credit card company. I spoke with Evine's financial department and asked them if I returned the items that triggered the credit check if it would be possible to have it removed from my credit history. They said no and that it will stay in my history for 2 years. The woman who helped me was very kind and she explained to me that she gets complaints daily about this exact scenario. She said that Evine is aware that there is a problem and they are "looking into it". So while they take their sweet time looking into it we have to pay the consequences.

    I was in a serious car accident last week where my car was totaled due to a careless driver turning left in front of me at an intersection. The other person was found responsible for the accident but I will still need to purchase a new car. Now I have another hard credit check on my credit account for a couple of $200 purses. I am beyond livid. It is incomprehensible to me that purchasing a few handbags would merit the same credit check as a home equity loan or a car loan. I do not understand how they are able to get away with this. It shows that they do not value their customers.

    I am seeing more and more comments about this deceptive practice show up on forums on the internet. I am hoping someone with authority will take notice and do something about it. I asked the woman in the financial department how Evine can have a good rating on the Better Business Bureau with so many complaints and she told me it's because they respond to the complaints. All the responses I have read from Evine to unhappy customers are just generic statements that don't fix the issue and blame the customer for not reading the fine print. Not a good way to do business. No more Evine for me.

    I had read other reviews that had warned of hard inquiries that showed up on credit reports and figured it was because someone had applied for Evine card. Not so. I've never applied for Evine credit card and have never had a problem with the account I use, however, Evine did a hard inquiry without my consent. How is this legal?     Poor quality of Gem Treasures - I purchased a black diamond tennis bracelet. Wore it and loved it. I was out at Cleveland Clinic and the bracelet fell off my wrist. I checked the reviews and it seemed like 75% of the people had a problem with the clasp and one person lost theirs too. This is no way to do business. They won’t stand behind their product. It was brand new. Paid with value pay, only one payment. Of course Synchrony Bank didn’t even want to take the dispute. I had to call a couple of times. I wrote the BBB. They just don’t care. They told me to collect under my insurance. How dare they. They are the responsible party. Chuck Clemency is the responsible party too. Bad quality jewelry. I am not going to shop there again.     I purchased a Waterford Crystal Christmas ornament June 2017 on their Holiday Waterford show. Both the host and Jorge Perez stated on the show that Holiday items return policy was extended to January 31, 2018. I returned one of the ornaments on 12/27/2017 - with UPS confirmation. They are refusing the return because their Holiday Return Policy ONLY started 9/1/2017. Even though they stated on air that the return time was extended - their company policy does not honor what Hosts or Guests state on air!!! This is false advertising!!!

    My account was frozen at the company, but I didn't receive any communication indicating there was a problem. I was alerted to the problem when I tried to order a new product. I called customer service, but they couldn't give me any details and was referred to Financial Services, who have insufficient hours compare to the rest of the company. When I contacted Financial Services, they couldn't or wouldn't tell me the reason my account was frozen. I was told they would refer the matter to the resolution team and they would contact me when they made a decision. I asked, "A decision about what? What is going on with my account and why can't anyone at Evine tell me the problem?" "My payments are up-to-date so what is the problem?" (Now I'm getting frustrated!)

    The Rep said the team would call when they had a resolution. I was trying to have a detailed message left, but the Rep talked over me. I became so frustrated that I started yelling and the useless, rude Rep disconnected the call. Evine is the most unorganized, secretive company who engages in concealing the customer's information from the customers I have encountered. This is my account, and I deserve to know why it is frozen without having to make multiple phone calls. The issue has been ongoing since February 3rd., and I am frustrated!

    I have been a faithful customer with Evine. But this past experience is going to make me never order from them again. I returned 20 items. Because these items were on ValuePay and weren't fully paid off, the amount was sent to collections. I talked to a man named Mike and he told me that if I returned some items, that it wouldn't be sent to collections. Well, I returned these items, but guess what? The returns were already sent to collections before I returned everything. And I returned them BEFORE the return date.

    I get a call from collections about amounts that I owe that I have returned. I've contacted customer service on numerous occasions and they are utterly clueless. Evine's return policy is ridiculous. If you want to order with them, DO NOT USE VALUEPAY!!! You will not get a full refund. The amount that I was credited was much lower than the amount that it was supposed to be.The collections agency said they only got $112 worth of items. This company is a den of thieves and liars!!! STAY AWAY!!!

    I placed an order on Black Friday for a bag and a wallet... Somehow the products were sent to my old ad. I never put in my address, I actually updated the address the day I ordered but somehow still went to wrong location. I did not catch this in time for delivery. The packages were sent two different carriers. I put investigations with the USPS and UPS to find the packages. They were not found. I went to the home of the current resident who said they never received the packages. Now EVINE refunded me for the wallet (claimed that was by mistake) and refuses to refund for the purse. The supervisor was rude and I have been passed from operator to operator for weeks (today is Jan 8) trying to rectify this. This company is now one less customer.

    I ordered a PlayStation 4 and I was guaranteed Christmas delivery. However the day before Christmas UPS notifies me that my package would be delivered on January 2, 2018!!! I filed several complaints money was taken off the order and I was told sorry but your order that you were guaranteed for your 13 year olds Christmas gift isn’t coming until January 2!!! I will never order anything else from Evine. I am beyond livid!!! My son has been waiting every day since Christmas and a rep at UPS finally told me it will be here today!!!     I had a horrible return experience with this website. I hope people learn more about how horrible this website is to shop at. I had placed an order over the phone of Invicta Disney 43mm Limited Edition Quartz Bracelet Watch w/3-Slot Dive Case this company totaling $103.89. When I spoke to customer service I had ask the lady on the phone would this watch fit a woman who has a skin write and she said, “Yes for sure.” But when it arrive I notice the watch was way too big for my wife wrist. So I called them to return the item they said, “No problem we will give you a FULL REFUND,” But of course they did they charge me the 7.95 for the smart post and never refund me the shipping that was $25.94.

    The nightmare started when I returned the item they received. But what they did, they deducted not just $7.95 also $23 for the shipping and handling. So they charge you for shipping when you place the order and when you return they charge you again for shipping and handling plus the return label Fee. PLEASE DON’T BUY FROM EVINE. THEY ARE CROOKS!!! I HATE THIS ** COMPANY.

    I bought a 750$ Galaxy S8. The third phone I have bought from Evine. Never had a problem before because I never had a problem. The S8 phone just shy of 3 months a glitch, a screen malfunction appeared and Evine said to send it to CCR warranty. After much of a hassle to get my phone to CCR warranty they denied my claim saying the problem was my fault. I never dropped the phone or got it wet. The phone was handled with kid gloves. It did not matter to them. They said my phone would be returned claim denied! The phone was pristine with no evidence of abuse. I believe the phone has an eternal malfunction and now I'm stuck with a phone. I will have to get fixed on my own with a couple hundred dollars out of pocket to this point! And I still owe Evine 3 months 125.50$ a month! I will pay them because I will not be like them! But I'm disappointed how Evine and the crooks they have for a warranty dept.!!

    ValuePay Alert... if you intend to use the Valupay option please know that a hard inquiry will appear on your credit report within days of your purchase and depending on the number of hard hits already listed you will be adversely affected. Your credit score will drop, mine did by 10 points (I had six hard inquiries before Evine's hit). It will remain there for two years so if you are going to make a major purchase i.e. house, auto within that time frame I strongly suggest you pay full amount either by debit or credit card. My purchase was under a hundred dollars with six ValuePays and the hard hit is two years. Wasn't worth it. If you pass the muster, you are covered for one year from the date of the inquiry.

    I bought a pair of sneakers (JSport Jambu) at the end of August 2017. Put in closet and decided to wear wore them about 30 minutes. Had a huge blister on back of foot, and on other foot toes hurt. Called customer service. Was told past 30 day return period. Too bad. Was going to take the loss when I noticed on my account that I still had two more value pays (pay over time). I thought Why should I continue to pay for these since I cannot use!!! Called PayPal and did dispute. Went to use my account to buy something else for Christmas, and It was locked because of this dispute.

    Called customer service, transfer to credit department. Was told someone will get back to me in 24 hrs. Now I pay my bills on time, and this is only dispute I have ever had!!     I had a horrible return experience with this website. I hope people learn more about how horrible this website to shop at. I ordered five or six pieces of clothing from this company totaling $83.72. The shipping was $25.94. That day they had a special so I had to pay half of that. I didn't mind the outrageous shipping charge but the nightmare started when I returned most of the items. They said If I use their Smart Label they would deduct the $7.95 from the refund, I was still okay with that. But what they did, they deducted not just $7.95 also $23 for the shipping and handling. So they charge you for shipping when you place the order and when you return they charge you again for shipping and handling plus the return label Fee.

    When I kept sending e-mails to their Customer Service, they didn't care at all, they are all saying that when you return you still get charged twice for the shipping unless the product is defective. Between the initial shipping charge and the Smart Label Fee and on top of that Second time charge for shipping, they took over $40 of the $83.72 purchase. Please stay away from this website.

    Do not shop from EVINE. There are plenty of other companies out there that are much more reputable and value customers. I happened to be searching for a Christmas Present and remembered purchasing watches last year from Evine. I went online and did some searching around. I wanted the best deal for an Invicta watch for Xmas. Saw an item on the website that stated once only and had a price. I added it to my cart and continued to shop. Unbeknownst to me, this item needed to be purchased in a specific time frame, however nowhere on their website did it alert me to a countdown timer to purchase.

    When I went to check out the priced went up in price 4 times from 64.99 to 238.00. I called customer service, the rep I spoke to told me she couldn't help, asked for a supervisor, supervisor said she would be willing to waive the shipping of 9.99. Add insult to injury. Watch out for their Pricing practices and horrible customer service. Stay away and shop at a place that cares about their customers.

    I ordered several products on Evine from Consult Beaute, totaling over $200, for my mom for Christmas 2017. I was so excited to read the 5 star reviews Evine was bragging about; however, they were terrible! Mold in new lotions, products containing gasoline, among other ingredients the "dr" selling it should know better than to put onto our largest organ! I tried to cancel my order immediately with customer service and they said no. The order was already processed and it would ship out, but I had the option to return the products if I paid additional shipping to do so! Well, it is a good thing I used my Chase debit card - as soon as the payment posts I will dispute the charge. I am a consumer in America who has the right to cancel ANY purchase within 30 days. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

    Last Christmas, 2016, I ordered 2 drones for my boys that only worked for 24 hrs. Each drone cost $125 and caught fire after under a half hour use. Evine did not replace the product, the CA company went out of business on Dec 23, 2016? I thought I would give them one last chance, never again! It's a bad business model, bad customer service, sub-standard products and a return policy that will make you angry during the most wonderful time of the year.

    Purchased the BIT Smart Watch as a gift for myself last Christmas. It took weeks for it to finally recognize my iPhone and only after several calls to the company. After 8 months, the watch stopped holding a charge; would turn itself off even when fully charged and once registered my pulse rate at 9. I called Evine, who told me to call the company, which I did. Between the time that the watch stopped charging and receiving a new watch, the article imploded. The insides of the watch tried to burst through the back of the watch. The company sent a new one after many phone calls, 6 weeks later. That watch lasted 1 week before it stopped working too.

    I called Evine to request a refund and was told that I would not be receiving one, even though the two watches are clearly defective. The BIT watch company will only replace the replacement watch. Do not buy from Evine; they do not stand behind the merchandise they sell. And customer service has an "oh well, too bad for you" attitude after stealing your money.

They responded TWO DAYS LATER with a request for information. Sent more emails, never heard back, so I finally called them.     I've been an Evine customer since they were ShopNBC and have had minor problems, but nothing major until NOW. I chose to open an Evine credit card and unfortunately they use Synchrony Bank, which should have sent me running, but stupid me continued to apply. There was an issue with the Synchrony account activation and Evine started trying to push Value Pay payments across, which ended up denied. Apparently Evine sent the denied payments to Credit Collections, which is a totally separate company.

    I opened the account in August, however it took until late September before the Synchrony account was fixed and Value Pay could be applied… I've been receiving collections calls from Evine, so after spending several hours trying to get a body on the line, I finally realized that Evine and Synchrony were not aligned, however the Collections Group is NOT Evine and they won't accept the Evine/Synchrony card, now that it has been SYNCHRONIZED.

    I blame Evine for this fouled up mess and the collection situation, but Synchrony also plays a part. Be very careful before you apply and attempt to use the EVINE card… If you can avoid it, then do so... Don't expect Evine to be very helpful, given all of their splinter groups that you have to talk to in order to get the big picture. I am done with EVINE and will not be ordering anything else. Besides, Amazon is usually cheaper for the same products. I've been a customer for 15 years, but NO MORE!

    I have purchased items in several categories over the last two years. Clothing tends to fall apart quickly. The Tod English cookware I purchased in March already has the finish chipping. When I called them about the clothing they said I couldn't return it because it was beyond the deadline, I told them the clothes weren't worth returning. I do feel they should have offered a refund regardless. Same for the cookware. I am hoping someone has started a class action lawsuit I can join. I've used Evine because of the value pays.     I was approved for an Evine card for $700.00. I ordered $271.31, which $44.90 was shipping, the items that I ordered I sent back everything was too big and I didn't like the items, cost me another $7.50 return shipping. I get a bill saying I owe credit card $27.00. Late fee from not paying on my bill. I didn't understand what I owed them for, when I got my bill it was for calling in my orders over the phone. I've never heard of a hsn charging you to take an order on a 1800 number!! So I owe Evine credit card $45.13 in phone calls to Evine, but they don't warn you that you're being charge for them to take orders.     We purchased an $1,100 55" UHD Curved television from Evine that included a 2nd Year Bonus Warranty. The picture has gone dark on the tv and we are having great difficulty navigating through the confusion in an attempt to get the tv repaired or replaced. Evine points the finger at Samsung and Samsung points the finger at Evine. I contacted Evine both by phone and by e-mail and I have gotten two different case #'s regarding the same issue. Samsung tells me they need the warranty contract #, which I don't have, Evine never provided it and they are telling me that there isn't a warranty contract #.

    They did tell me that they will correspond with Samsung and then they will get back to me in 3 to 5 days - REALLY! I insisted that I speak with the department that handles the manufacturer warranties, insisting that they must have a procedure or policy in place for these situations when a warranty needs to be used. The rep I was speaking with told me she was in that department and that Evine would call me back in 3-5 days with a solution. I told her this was absolutely unacceptable. It has already been 3 days of phone calls and e-mails, after which, nothing has been resolved. I have a feeling that I will not hear from Evine and I am extremely frustrated right now. Any suggestions? I do plan to pursue the matter even if I have to hire an attorney. Thanks for the opportunity to vent!

    I have not ordered but a few things from Evine thank god! I did order a ring and the rep told me everything went through fine. Weeks later I get 2 letters telling me they denied me!! The flex pay was to be deducted from my visa, I was never told they run your credit. One any company that runs your credit should always tell you that is going to happen! And if it was setup to deduct from my bank why do I need your credit card!!! All you are doing is putting marks on our credit report without our permission! I do think I will call the credit bureau and report this company, and I encourage everyone that has had this happen to do the same! Never will they get my money I don't care how high my credit score is! I honestly give them a -5 Stars! You need to be closed down!

    I purchased something, didn't like it and after one week of receiving it I returned. With my order, I got a return slip with warehouse in Brooklyn, NY so I did return my parcel to this location to find out a few weeks later that my return will not be process due to not returning item to Bowling Green, KY. When ask customer service why was I provided with the pre-printed return label for this location my question was unanswered. Seems to me, they have more returns than they like and that's their way of forcing customers to keep unwanted items to keep their business afloat. That's very deceitful business practice and if there is more people with similar experience we can sue them.

    I ordered 3 of the Clorox Scrubtastic indoor/outdoor cleaning wands... One for my 2 levels in my home, and the other for my Mom. After charging one, I could not get it to work, but the wand extensions were hard to join, so I thought it may have been my fault. They were not user friendly to me, but especially for my Mom who has arthritis. I contacted CR and was told to return at my own expense, even though 2 were not opened. The least expensive shipping for each one was $11+, so I could have bought one at Walmart for less, considering all shipping charges, and returned it with no hassle.     I have had a line of credit with Evine for approx. one year. I pay my account every month the minimum due or more. I have never maxed out my line of credit. I rec'd a letter stating that they were reducing my line of credit because of a recent review of my credit. My credit has not changed with exception to me using other credit cards to pay for some random items that increased my overall credit usage percent, but had nothing to do with my Evine account. My credit report shows that all of my credit accounts are paid on time and shows no late payments. Also, I did not give them permission to check my credit again. I am very disappointed in their practices and will be paying my account with them off completely and will no longer purchase anything from them again. My other credit cards I use are professional and respectful and I will continue to have a positive relationship with them. There are many other places to shop, I do not recommend Evine.

    This company has gone down the tubes. Instead of sending me a quick email reminder that one of my credit cards on file has expired, this company pulls a hard credit inquiry instead and says I'm no longer eligible to use value pay, its installment payment option. I had two remaining installment payments of $7.97! Even more creepy, this purchase was not made with a credit card, but was purchased via PayPal, using the value pays. So why, then, on payment 5 of 6, did this sleazy company suddenly switch the charge to an expired credit card? apparently, they use this as an excuse to pull a hard credit inquiry, which stays on reports for two years. obviously, being the careful and conscientious person that I am, I paid off the approximately $15 immediately (both the July, early August payments), no big deal.

    I have no credit card debt and FICO scores of 827 and 829, on combined large credit lines that I obviously don't use! A 1% debt-to-credit ratio! How is it possible that I'm not eligible for a $9 dollar value pay on a $54 piece of jewelry? And why are these clowns putting hard credit inquiries on my sterling credit report? STAY AWAY.

    I recently ordered a item on value pay and the representative asked which charge card I would like to use on record. I told them Master Card. The person placing the order said that I did qualify for a EVINE charge card. I told her I was not interested and all was fine. The woman I was talking to placed my order on my Master Card. Then about 5 days later I received an alert on my phone from my credit monitoring agency that EVINE has requested a credit report on me. I have been shopping with EVINE for some time now and I would have not placed the order if I had known my credit was going to take a hit, especially for an item I was not 100 percent sure I wanted. I actually ended up returning the item I ordered because it was not up to standards.

    As soon as I received this alert I called up EVINE's customer service (on 7/5) and the first I spoke to said that EVINE will run a credit report every time someone uses value pay. That did not sound correct to me since I have used value pay in the past and never had this happen (where EVINE just runs a credit report). I asked to speak to the customer service rep's manager and the next person I was transferred to said that EVINE will randomly pick people to run credit checks on and he said that he has seen in the past where a customer has bought some expensive items like a TV and home furnishings and no credit report was run on them, then the same person buys a $30.00 item and a credit report is run on them. I asked if he could tell me where EVINE informs its customers that they can and will just run arbitrary credit reports on their customers.

    The rep I was talking to said that it sometimes appears on the TV show itself. I happened to have the TV turned on to EVINE and told him I did not see anywhere on the screen where it states anything about running credit reports and I made it clear to him that I have never seen any such wording in all the years I have been watching EVINE and the years preceding when it was ShopNBC. He then said they don't show it all the time, which did not sound correct again. I then made mention that the reps you talk to when placing your order should mention the fact that a credit report might be run on you, he said they don't. Well after getting nowhere with this gentleman I hung up.

    Now I guess I will just wait and see if an unwanted charge card comes in the mail since my credit report was run and the first person I place my order with said I was already approved. I go to great lengths to keep my credit in the upper 5 percent and I don't appreciate random credit reports being run on me without my consent.

    The other day I attempted to go into my Evine ValuePay to change my credit card, and make a couple of a payments and pay off one of my items, but every time I tried to do anything, I continued getting message "to contact customer." Upon contacting customer service I was told that I needed to talk to some dept. that wouldn't be open until that Monday. When I called back that Monday the chaos began.

    First of all, I was switched around three times until I finally ended up in their investigation fraud dept. Here I was advised by Tammy that they had received two disputes from my credit card company for two of my Value payments. I informed her that I had not made any disputes, but she advised me that Value payments for $25.87 and $9.57 were disputed by my credit card company. So, I informed her that I was going to contact my credit card company and call Evine back.

    After looking at my credit card statements, and talking to my credit card company, which confirmed that there were no disputes initiated (this I knew because I'd never made any disputes, or any complaints with my credit card company regarding Evine). I've never had any problems with neither the items I've purchased nor the customer service that I have received from Evine, both had been exceptional up until now.

    Nevertheless, currently Evine has gone above and beyond in their quest to accuse me of deliberately disputing my Value payments. Ultimately, another individual was added to my account (confirmed by Diana in the 'executive' dept. whom I believe she was instrumental in having added) without my knowledge or authorization. After initially speaking with Tammy on June 12, and contacting my credit card co., on June 14, I called Evine's investigation and fraud dept. back, as I advised Tammy I would. This time I had the displeasure of speaking with a "Robert" as I attempted to explain to him that I spoke to my credit card company, and that they do not have record of any disputes for Evine. I told Robert I did not know what was going on; I just wanted to clear up the two payments they are insisting that I disputed. He informed me that I could make the payments, but my ValuePay account would remain blocked.

    Everything I attempted to say fell on deaf ears. This guy was rude and obnoxious as he constantly talked over me. I asked him to stop talking over me, as I continued to maintain that I did not dispute any transactions with Evine. He responded, "Well they didn't fall out of the sky!" Astoundingly, I replied to the effect, that "I'm the customer and you are unprofessional," and before I could finish he told me I was disrespectful. At that point, I became highly upset and more so extremely suspicious of Evine's practices. At that point, I asked to speak with a supervisor; he said that dept. did not have a supervisor. Further, Robert informed me he was putting some sort of notes on my account. To keep my composure, I hung up and I called my credit card company back.

    Upon speaking with my credit card company again the representative offered to contact Evine on a three-way call; I gave her the direct number to the fraud investigations (one of the hundred different departments they have), and the representative brought me back on the line with Ms. Tammy who again continued to insist that Evine received two disputes that they accepted them, and charged back the funds. The representative from my credit card company attempted to advise Tammy that no disputes exists, yet Tammy continued to repeat the same thing over and over like a recording. I put an end to the "conversation," but I stayed on the line with my credit card company. The representative transferred me to their investigation fraud dept.

    The rep. in that dept. offered to call Evine on three way; however, this time Tammy, Robert, etc. (fraud investigation dept.) told the credit card co. rep. that they did not accept three-way calls. So, I requested to speak to a manager when she came back on the line, and the manager called them on three-way. This time they answered and a Tyler was on the line. Giving credit whenever, wherever due, he had a pleasant, professional demeanor (wasn't argumentative,) which I was accustomed to from all the customer service representatives that I had spoken to. The manager advised Tyler that she went back to 2016, and she found no disputes whatsoever for the reference numbers, which they provided. Furthermore, she also informed him that she was looking at the very same system that Evine uses.

    At that point, I told Tyler that all I was attempting to do was to pay whatever I owed, to clear up this matter. He said he could take the two payments; I gave him my credit card number and, he processed the two payments while the credit card manager and I remained in the line. He advised me that my payments went through and that my ValuePay account was unblocked. I was in awe (so efficient). My credit card co. and I thanked Tyler and we disconnected, yet the credit card manager had me to remain on the line with her.

    Subsequently, I added an item to my cart without any problem. Later that day, I called Evine's customer service to ensure that the few Value payments were all paid for the month of June, and that my current credit card information had been updated. While speaking to representative I expressed to him that I did not understand the bizarre events that I had experienced, and that I would like to speak to a supervisor regarding everything that had transpired. He listened to my concerns and responded to me like I was a valued customer of Evine. He informed me that he was referring my concerns up to a supervisor.

    I received a call the next day from another customer service representative who just told me that my account was unblocked. I replied I realized that and that I had asked to speak to a supervisor/manager regarding the "disputes," and Evine's trying to associate me with another individual who apparently "owes" them money. Rep. said, she was transferring me back over to fraud dept., and I was put on hold before I could tell her that I didn't want to talk with them ever again. So, I hung up.

    Most reputable company CEOs provide their company email addresses, and welcome any comments, concerns or complaints. I am disappointed that I could not locate an email address for Mr. Robert Rosenblatt CEO, or a qualified customer care individual in the corporate office. So, I called the corporate office hoping to ultimately receive some genuine quality customer assistance; however, I received just the opposite. Diana gave the impression that she was trying to help me obtain some answers although, after repeating my experience for the hundredth time she put me on hold, and returned in her polite demeanor with no help at all. She, basically, kindly, blamed me for everything. And she used "policies" and "privacy rules," as an excuse for not answering any of my questions.

    She spoke with fraud investigations dept., credit dept., verification dept., etc. regarding my account. She informed me that another individual was added to my "account." And she advised me that she didn't know how long my ValuePay account would remain unblocked. I believe she was responsible for having my account blocked again because later that day I checked, and my ValuePay account was again blocked. Also during our conversation she informs me that I had some late ValuePays, which was irrelevant. If there happened to be a Value payment that didn't go through that dept. would leave me a brief message, and I would supply them another form of payment, which was not on any regular basis and was not significant enough to even mention (just used as a deflection). Yet, Diana went as far as attempting to count them and how long any may have gone delinquent. I was insulted.

    Evine had blocked, unblocked and blocked my ability to purchase anything again within 24-hours. And Diana in the "executive" office was instrumental in Evine's unprofessional, unethical practices. How can a company add an individual to another account without the customer's consent, without crossing some privacy laws? How can a company ask me about another individual that has nothing to do with me, (unethical) but then state "privacy policies" to keep from answering my questions. Diana in the "executive" office confirmed my suspicions that Evine practices are shady. They play this game, which they tell you for security reasons they are not able to see "whatever" on your account, and tell customer they need to contact one of their hundred different depts., which they attempt to lead you to believe they don't have access to any of their information.

    Before contacting Consumer Affairs, I ignorantly tried once more to get some sort of understanding of what was going on. So, upon contacting Evine one last time I spoke with a Lance in customer service only to be further disrespected. She accused me of being (same thing Diana in "executive" office was alluding to) associated with someone that used the same shipping address I use, and who supposedly has an unpaid balance of over six months. They play this game, which they attempt to interrogate you for information but they wouldn't answer anything "game" because of privacy rules. What about my privacy laws? I feel like I am being used as a pawn in their attempt to collect a debt that I have nothing to do with.

    I am requesting that the individual they have called themselves associating me with, and have added to my "account" in their shady collection efforts be removed immediately. I have given Evine enough of my money, time, thoughts, personal information and effort trying to keep me separate from their attempts in linking me and clear my name and trying to get some fair treatment. I'm done and do not need one of their generalize responses that they will refer my issue to one of their inefficient depts. to handle my concerns.

    I purchase a set of Cozelle bath towels for my guest room in February. (460-089 - Cozelle] 100% Cotton Silvadur-Treated 16-Piece Towel Set Color: HONEY) I gave a set to my guests to use in April. I am extremely embarrassed the towels shed fiber worse than a dog in summer. I washed the entire set 3 times hoping to wash away the annoying fibers. Each wash and attempt to use was a waste of time because the fibers still deposit on the skin. I printed the return slip from Evine and sent the towels back to Evine. The box was returned to me on June 8 with a note indicating that the purchase was over 30 days old.

    I do not accept that Evine will not return this faulty product to Cozelle and extend a full return of my purchase. I cannot use these towels for myself or guests as intended. I would NOT use them to dry my yellow lab after her bath; I wouldn't even use it to dry a car because of the annoying fibers. I cannot even donate them to charity because they're substandard! This is the second incident of poor customer service that I have experienced with Evine. I have shopped with the company since it was ShopNBC.

I called and spoke to a service rep who E-mailed me a return postage label. I returned the shirt. On July 24, I received the shirt back with a letter accusing me of returning a shirt from 2 years ago. I have called and e-mailed Evine on several occasions about the issue and they did not help me. All they had to do is look up the pictures of my past orders and they could tell that they are in the wrong. They would not listen and still accused me of sending an old shirt back that I never ordered. I have been a good customer for many years and even though the item was only $27.00, it's the defamation of character that I am concerned about. They took down my review of the item twice. I will no longer be a customer of Evine.

    I have been an satisfied Evine Live customer for a long time. I had several value pays that I was paying on. Last order was approx July 2016 for beautiful clothing. I was hospitalized and had hip replacement surgery July 14, 2016. A lady in customer service credit dept was going to make sure my payments were prompt applied to the right order. I called and questioned her several times, as I was unable to see these items were being paid off. She was using something other than my account number as payment. They were banks that I had never heard of. I have my bank statements as proof of these. The total account balance finally went down and I called several times for a payoff. I also did not get the specials on shipping and buy more save more. I finally got two payoffs that matched so that is the amount I paid. The account was paid off the first part of Feb 2017 with money orders. I had it show a zero balance online on my account.

    Then all of a sudden this lady is calling me several times a day, and still calls. She has over 200.00 balance that I owe placed on my account. When I called customer service about this they, at that time, said I had a zero balance... which is correct. Then I called a different time and they said my account had been SOLD to Oliphants. Evine is still calling me every day and I quit answering my phone..if it is sold to Oliphants, and should not be because it has been paid in full Feb. 2017. I sure wish we could have gotten this straightened out, but I cannot pay more than I owe. I love their clothing and the value pay. I am watching a recorded Evine program right now. I don't know who to talk to about this. I was always eager to make sure that I didn't miss a show. I still watch but I can't order because of Michelle in the credit dept, I guess!! My order number is probably Part of several orders.

    Ridiculous. I used the prepaid label to complete my return and it "mysteriously" took longer than a person could WALK across the country to be received in their warehouse. I then received an email that my refund was being processed, only to have the item shipped to me again (signature required this go round). I contacted customer service because I was confused and they told me I missed the return window.

    Evine is the 3rd type of online company I've tried and they are simply the worst in terms of customer service for returns. I purchased several items from Evine and also returned some unopened/unused items within 30 days of receipt. Thank heavens I retained the post office return receipt as proof for my credit card or PayPal charges. Evine is running a scam on returns. I've called Evine several times without success; talked to "Managers," etc. Their version is the return products have to be sitting in their warehouse within 30 days for a refund/credit yet that's not what's on their receipts or posted RETURN POLICY online. They said if I keep sending the items back; they will eventually destroy the items but that I'm legally obligated to continue paying for products returned within 30 days. IS THIS LEGAL?

    I placed an order back in January, it was sent to my old address which was held at the post office. When I called Evine, the young lady reprocessed half my order and overnighted it. I then received the original order in March. I returned the 2 items that were replaced, and kept what was on back order (replacement order). When I called Evine, they told me that my return was denied because it was 30 days past the original order date in January and was at a drop location 40 miles from where I live and work and I can just go pick it up. I explained I am not doing that. Was hung up on. Called back and another person helped me and said "not to worry, the package is automatically returned after a certain number of days" and they were going to put in the notes to accept the return.

    2 more weeks go by, I call again and explain this story now for the 4th time and was told they are behind with processing orders and to allow another few days. No problem, I wait 10. Call and explain again, the customer service agent spoke to a supervisor and stated no further action was needed. They will process the full refund. GREAT, however he processed the refund for only one of the two items returned.

    I call tonight and spoke to an extremely rude lady. I had called 10 mins. before they were closing and instead of helping... She stated "well I don't see that in the notes"... Apparently the package had been lost in transit after downplaying the situation and being sarcastic, told again my order was lost in transit and was lucky she was able to get that information since the 2 departments do not communicate??? I demanded to speak to a supervisor and she said "I will see if one is available." She came back and said since customer service is closing it will have to be a callback and said "you have a great night" and hung up on me.

    I have NEVER had so much trouble returning a package nor have I dealt with 4 out of seven incompetent people (3 were helpful, kudos), who have a hard time understanding a basic return, when everything is right there in the notes that I have been hearing about. The 2 prior customer service agents saw everything in the notes, this women could not be bothered. I am truly disappointed with this situation as it has been ongoing since January and for 54 dollars. The supervisor and agent should go back to training and Evine, shame on you for allowing these people to represent your company. I will never order anything from you again. A truly unpleasant experience. SEVEN PHONE CALLS TO RECTIFY THIS SINCE JANUARY, are you serious??? And hung up on... Not good.

    We agreed before purchase that they can combine payments but they didn't. They charge individual payments on my account and I didn't have sufficient funds because my check did not clear and was charged $200 in fees. I asked Evine to reimburse me some money back and they didn't, telling they would do it my next order within 90 days like I would ever want to order from them.

    Ordered some soap from Beekman 1802 to send to my son in AZ. They offered six payments, so I accepted that. Checked the order status after being notified by PayPal that the entire amount was charged. Soap is being sent to me in IL. Called customer service and spoke to a real jerk named Mike. Told me there was nothing they could do about it, and I "probably entered the order wrong". Gee, Mike, I don't seem to have this problem with HSN or QVC... only the three orders I've placed with Evine. So, his "solution" was that I accept the package and then send it to my son in AZ. Wow, Mike, you're a real genius and problem-solver. So, now I get to pay another shipping charge, and the package will be delayed. Will never shop with them again.

    Scam... Company puts thru unauthorized charges on your credit card after receiving back defective merchandise (skin cosmetic creams). Legally you have to give money back if products are defective and you can't put thru additional charges on a person's credit card without their permission. Especially when you are holding products sent back. Buyer beware, if you try to send something back they will hold it for a month, not credit you and continue to bill you without your permission... So then when you call up they tell you too much time has passed to get a refund.

    This business is scamming the public by holding merchandise for over a month then mailing it back to you. They scam people so they don't have to give refunds! Don't buy anything from this company!!! This also happened to my friend and her sister... So we are joining together to start a class action lawsuit against Evine for felonies committed!!!

    The day I received skincare creams it had black dots in it which were bugs. Called customer service the day I received it 2/25/17. They said I could return items and they would give me my money back. So I sent items back the third week in March. I work 70++ hours a week so it's hard for me to get to the post office. They received items back on April 11. They never credited me for the items. They kept billing me for more flex pays. They held the products I sent them for another month. Then after a month they sent back the items to an address I very seldom go to.

    The products were at my PO box for weeks without me even knowing about it. Still my account was never credited. As soon as I found out they were sitting at my PO box for weeks... I sent the products back again to Evine. I called customer service at Evine and was very upset... Customer service said they were not going to credit me for the creams. Called back 8 times, no one would help me. Spent a total of 3 hours trying to get help for receiving defective products. No one would help me after 4 hours on the phone... I had enough.

    Legally if you are sold defective products a company has to give you the money back. Buyer be aware Evine is a scam. They hold defective merchandise you send back for months then tell you it's your fault. This company scams people by charging your credit card for flex payments when they actually received the products back. I'm demanding refund for items returned!!

    Buyer beware. This company puts through unauthorized credit card sales on your credit cards after you return merchandise!!! This is fraud and a felony!!! I'm seeing an attorney tomorrow and seeking further legal actions for the felonies and scams this company has done to me!! Also this happened my friend and also to my friend's sister... All of us are going to start a class action lawsuit for fraud and felonies committed by this company!!!

    My hubby purchased me a purple Google certified tablet. And in moving we had no wifi. Buying a home, cut all costs we could. It paired with my phone at first. But soon that quit. When we moved (got new wifi) it wouldn't update. Bought bigger micro sd card. Passed the book all over and wouldn't help me update and get it functional. Sent me all over the northern hemisphere and still as dead as a doornail tablet that doesn't work. Why don't they stand by their merchandise? Is it some bogus knock off crap?     I haven't ordered anything from Yvonne for almost two years because the last time I tried to return something I had to pay for the shipping to return it and I wasn't informed of that and the product was defective. I felt I had no responsibilities and having to pay for the shipping going back so I decided to order something again. It was told that I was not eligible for Value pay because I had a compromised card and had to change a different checking account number and credit card number.

    I was put through to a lady in the credit department. Unfortunately I didn't get her name and I didn't understand what she was telling me so she rudely told me that she was going to repeat herself again and that I should understand what she's telling me so she explained to me that I had to order something and pay for it full price for six months and then they would decide if they were going to allow me to have the privilege to have value pay.

    She told me in the end that I obviously didn't understand her correctly and then she explained it again and made me feel like an idiot. I will never order anything from Evine again. Now I know why I waited 2 years to order anything from them. They have lost my business and I will tell everyone else who orders from Evine to do the same. They treat their customers like they're idiots.

    Called in to get an okay to return a Nano Gym on April 7th since I was right on the 30th day to return. The representative gives me an extended date to return till April 16th. I do not delay, put the smart label on the item and drop it off at the post office that day, April 7th... and I have documentation on evine.com that says so. Well the USPS does not get the package there till the 21st and they then sent the package back to me as unreturnable. I call and talk to customer service to no avail. What was I supposed to do drive it there myself??! She offers me a $20 credit. I told her, "No thank you." I will not be shopping with them any longer... and as soon as I finish my value pay on the credit card for the item I will be canceling that as well. You could have had a customer for life, but instead, I will be telling everyone who will listen about my experience.

    I received a call from Evine collections stating a value pay payment failed and they needed payment. I thought this was odd, payment only $9. I have my payment source as PayPal. Checked PayPal nothing. Called Evine customer service told by CSR 1 nothing they can do. Gotta add credit card. I declined. Called PayPal customer service. Confirmed no $9 transaction. Called Evine customer service spoke to CSR 2. N help either but transferred me to another customer service payment specialist. Held on phone 20 minutes then voicemail.

    Decided to email Evine customer service. Got a email response that I needed to make a payment. So I go to Evine website add credit card. Call Evine customer service. Speak with Karen CSR 3 who assured me she would get this resolved. Processed my payment for $9. Thinking end of a pathetic experience with Evine. But I checked my bank account and of course there are 2 $9 transactions from Evine today. SMH. They are a total ** show.

    When I had about six claims for stolen packages they even decided to close my account indefinitely. The reason is the area I live in that package have been stolen but they have no problem taking all the money of items have been ordered for about 4500.00. They don't know how to treat a customer. 97% of their customer services reps are rude and nasty to you on the phone. I don't refer this company to anyone. The items are really junk!!! Well I just buy from QVC, HSN and Amazon. This company is unbelievable. They punish the customer. They blame our area Las Vegas. I think I will go on to every social media and write a review. Don't buy from them, period.

    Clearance on boots were advertised. Prices were very low. I placed items in cart but prices went to higher prices different from clearance prices as listed. Called cust service. Was told this was reported by another consumer. Person said he would have Evine compensate for this malfunction in their system. I had to call back because break at work was over. Of course malfunction was corrected and new rep wouldn't honor what previous rep told me. This is unacceptable to me. Also as other reviews indicated shipping costs for purchases and returns are too high. You lose at least one item just to return items that were misrepresented by show host. Paid off my account. I'm done with Evine.
