    I ordered SeroVital in October with 90-day return policy. The product is horrific!! Returned with my $25.00 payment to UPS in January....ShopHQ sent the product back to me!!!! If I wanted the lousy product I would have kept it!!! Didn't get my nearly $200 refund!! Will I ever recommend this company? H...NO!! Will I ever use this company again? H... NO!!! Would I recommend SeroVital to anyone?! H... NO!!! Angry?!! You bet I am!!!!

    Absolutely horrendous, laughably poor. Recently I have placed 2 orders, my credit card was charged, the order number is shown in the charge yet no email confirmation was received and the orders also did not appear in my order history in my account. Meanwhile, the items I purchased in these “non-existent” orders have sold out. I called customer disservice and predictably the apathetic service agent told me she could not locate the orders and acted like I was fabricating the orders.

    She told me I have to speak with their credit department which of course was not available. I asked why my orders disappeared yet I was still charged and of course, she could not answer and was not interested in solving the problem. Seems now customer service is outsourced resulting in lack of initiative. Also, their coupon did not apply correctly when placing the order but I let it go. Evine/ShopHQ used to be my favorite but no more. It’s obvious why so many hosts and vendors left. I am sure to have another frustrating experience when I can reach their credit department.

    Please! Please! People don’t ever order from this shopping company. I purchased a Tory Burch watch in September, which was defective. I returned the watch. Returned it the day the representative told me to return it. I called several times to see if they had received it. I was told they did receive and a refund will be given. I noticed today they were still taking from my account. Only after I called today I was told my return was declined because it was a late return, and I’m responsible for paying for the watch.

    I could not believe what I was hearing, I ask to speak to a manager, I was told No, they will tell me the same thing. Also, I was told it was a 30 days policy, which the representative went into details today, no one never told me such. I then she proceeded to tell me if I want them to return the watch back I will have to pay for the shipping. I will never use this company again. I strongly suggest you don’t either. Please read the reviews prior to purchase. Totally dissatisfied and irritated, paying for something I don’t posses.

    Please folks don’t EVER use this company, I made a purchase back on September 20th, 2024. I returned said product on September 26, via UPS. It was received by ShopHQ on September 30th,2024. I am still waiting for my refund of $83.86. I contacted my card company and dispute this. This is my third time contacting ShopHQ for my refund and keep getting the rubbish of excuses. As of today I am told the refund was declined used to the one digit off. I spoke with ShopHQ credit department and was told it will be credited bank to my bank. November 8th,2024 time 2:25pm. ShopHQ credit department (Karen) was very helpful and professional. I give Karen five stars. Will I ShopHQ again it’s an resounding NO WAY.

    I ordered several items of clothing from Shop HQ. I needed to exchange for a smaller size. I was told I had to pay for the return because they no longer had a provider that printed return labels. I was also told they no longer provide return labels, new policy. Approximately 3 weeks prior I had to pay over $18.00 to return some clothing items. I reminded the woman that their policy was free exchanges. It would probably cost me $40.00 out of pocket to exchange for a different size. Feel like I have been scammed out of $323.00 plus shipping. Customer Service is not Customer Service. Technically no star.

    I returned 2 items self pay 10/2. They were received 10/7 and showed as returns on my value pay order status. By 10/17, when no refund had appeared on my CC I called customer service. 1st call 10/17: told it should appear by next day. 2nd call 10/22: told it should show within 2 more days. 3rd call 10/24: told refund had actually been processed on10/12 and to check with my bank; which I did. They found no ShopHQ refunds processed or pending since 9/30. 4th call 10/24: Called Shophq again, and now I was told it could be up to 60 days to show up. If the refund didn't appear by 12/12, to call back. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they told me they didn't have anyone else. Just to call back if no refund after 2 billing cycles.

    I had a similar problem about a year ago, and a refund NEVER appeared, but since it was for <$5.00, and I was exhausted and frustrated by Customer service, incompetence, and their changing information; I let it go. However this time it is for a much higher amount. Considering the significant price increase in items, the almost double the cost for returns, (since they are no longer providing return labels) and the poor customer service I won't be shopping with them again.

    I sent back my order back on 8/9 and called them several times to talk to someone in who knows what country. All the items were defective and didn’t fit, some were too small and some were too large and some were really weird fitting. They would not let me talk to anyone in the US and kept telling me that my package is in Ohio and it needs to get to Kentucky. I told them I could have walked the box to Kentucky by now. They never refunded my money so I had to dispute it with my bank. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had shopping online. They are a HORRIBLE COMPANY. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. Run. Don’t walk from this company!!!

    I ordered a 14kt gold bracelet from this place, I sent it back because the description was horribly incorrect. It's been 31 days and I have yet to receive my refund. I'm still paying for this item and the interest associated with it. My item is sitting in Ohio at some postal place, Shop HQ refuses to give me a refund. I used their return label, and here I am, no bracelet. No money. I have been a loyal customer for years to this establishment. I'll never buy one thing from here again and dissuade anyone else from doing so.

    I recently purchased a chandelier/fan from this company. When I opened the box and began checking the parts, I noticed 2 defective items. I called the company, explained my issue to someone who barely spoke English, and I was told I would HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FOR THE RETURN. I tried to tell her that the merchandise had broken parts, but she refused to send me any sort of UPS label to return the package. I WILL NEVER ORDER A SINGLE ITEM FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THIS!!     I bought a bracelet from Peace Jewelers and received free earrings with the order. I returned both items within a day or two of receiving them. The status on the website shows returned, but I have been relentlessly hassled by customer service about my "late ValuePays." The last representative I spoke to told me the matter would be taken care of and I would be credited back my first $99 payment.

    Well, the only thing that has stopped are the relentless hassling phone calls. I was waiting on my refund because I thought it was "taken care of," but I got turned into a credit agency!!!! I will never shop with you again ShopHQ, and don't leave a post on here telling me to contact you, because that's what I've been doing! Maybe you guys need to get some better customer service reps that can understand what the customers are saying! ** Attached picture below shows Returned status. I also try telling that to customer service, but they don't have access to that?! Why can't they see it?!

    I had been a customer of ShopHQ way back when they had another name. However, I had a return issue for an expensive item and they told me if I returned it one day late they would just return it to me and charge me return shipping. I will no longer be a customer of a company with no flexibility on returns since I did not receive the goods when they said I did!

Contacted web page was asked for order # to proceed & the # was given was not accepted so I call, the customer service gave me Instructions where to mail it back & the saga has been going on since June 8/2023.     I ordered a pair of pants online. They were very misrepresented from the description and picture. I had a return label; however, I did not want to pay return shipping as I did not receive what I thought I was ordering. I called Customer Service and the automated voice indicated a 155 minute wait. Please note, there were enumerable questions asked prior to getting to this line. Other options were for purchasing, checking on order and return status, etc. After eliminating all options logic indicates that those who had to wait were primarily for complaints. I redialed and pressed a different option and got someone immediately. I explained my issue and was told that, since I had changed my mind, I would have to pay shipping.

    For the second time I emphasized that the product was grossly misrepresented. The Customer Service person robotically informed me that I would have to pay the return shipping. I asked to speak to a Supervisor; I was told that there were no supervisors. I asked to whom she reported; there was no substantive response. I asked if I could be transferred to the US; she indicated that she was unable to do so. After going around in circles, I gave up. I deleted the app and will not make any purchases from this site in the future.

    So I returned an item, using the return label provided by Shophq, have a receipt from USPS, package picked up by "returns agent".... Sounds good right? In the middle of tracking package is lost....It's over a month and I am still waiting for my refund....because shophq has to investigate!?! Let me emphasize THEIR RETURN LABEL, THEIR "RETURN AGENT"

    I had purchased a new Men’s watch from Shop HQ and then attempted to make a return on the item. I was given totally false information about the return address and I have now used FedEx twice to return the inferior product. I have been given the run around almost every day! I was told for 3 weeks that my watch couldn’t be returned due to bad weather! The return address is not their usual address in KY but an address in Salt Lake City Utah. I looked it up on Google and it doesn’t look like it’s an actual address! Be CAREFUL! This is NOT A COMPANY TO DO ANYTHING WITH!

    Hi.... First,..when I'm home in any of My residences I always keep Shop HQ on... I absolutely love Erin, Jen **, Melisa **, Kathy,..Charla,!!! Raines is back and raining cats and dogs, she's a hoot that vacillates from good ball to Spot On.... Daniel ** straight stylish...to the point,.. Great Vendors (although some left.. McKenzie.. sad but now all made in China unlike the 80s, 90s when it was a true luxury brand,... ** left., **.. no loss.. Wendi ** with her Italian Jewelry prices for any budget. From real to plated..all high end. On point... **, says it all.. Jorge **,.. recently lost Kendi, not sure why.. Definitely not her decision.. Heading to jtv.. Oh boy'. May fit in. She's more middle than Wendi who didn't belong... Lynne is gone.. At a loss.. Aaron **...**. Ex husband of Brian **.. Weird. Not sure why he's on.     From skincare, jewelry, house accessories, either under my name or my husband's. Always always had an amazing experience. Seems I need a rep. 99 percent online seems down when I try.. Mostly late at night.. Night owl here in NY.... The customer service reps are sooo nice, pleasant, efficient,... I love the new format. Hosts, models, cameramen, stylist all interact... Retail is stressful as an employee.. Customer shouldn't feel it.. Prices went up. Yes..!! To cover the "free shipping" lol but everything is up so it's nice to see 0.00 at checkout shipping.,

    I returned once years years ago. Took a bit but it happened.. Mailed backed, then I'm sure sits, then logged in then processed, then issued. Takes a while.. It's not like you are walking into a store.. getting in line, waiting. If lucky finding a person who can process then a manager to sign off lol.. Weigh the two.. I'll mail back.... Anyway Wishing Shop HQ a very very fruitful growth.. Always a step above in my opinion. Kinda the coolest boutique or chic once Bendl's in the day of Retail.. I'll keep my TVs on..     Shophq is a ripoff! They say free shipping but when you return an item, and pay for the return yourself, they still charge you shipping! So there actually is no free shipping. They don’t explain all of this. I purchased a pair of Capris that were $24 with free shipping, they were the wrong size and I didn’t want them replaced so I returned them and paid for the return shipping. When they receive the item back, they not only charged me for the first shipping charge of $7.95 but they also charged me for the return shipping charge of $7.95 which they didn’t pay! I took the packages to the post office and paid for the return shipping myself. However, I’m still being charged, or should I say double charged, for the shipping.

    And to top it all off, you can’t get a customer service person in the United States, they are all overseas somewhere and you can’t understand a damn word they’re saying. This is my last purchase with this failing company! Shame on anybody that does business with them. Do yourself a favor and shop with HSN or QVC. They at least treat their customers with some respect and honesty.

    If I could give a zero to customer service, I would. The worst customer service I’ve ever used. New management is absolutely rude and terrible. I canceled an order right after I made it because the reviews were bad. Customer service said no problem. It has been canceled and the money will be back but then they sent it. I called. They have no record of me canceling then she hung up on me and sent me to another one that did the same, they said, "There’s nothing we can do. It’s not in our records." Mind you they were rude too. Not nice. I do A lot of shopping with QVC and HSN wonderful representatives. ShopHQ is absolutely terrible. If you buy something be prepared to keep it rather it’s ruined or broken because you will not get it. Returned without paying the return even if it’s their fault, sad. I used to love buying from them. I bought all the Margie lamps and everything. I spent lots of money with them, not anymore. Buyer beware, not worth it.

    Customer service is horrible. Stated I would not get refund because my item was sent back on day 31 (not 30). It was a necklace that broke after only wearing a few times. Was told I had to pay shipping again to get the broke necklace sent back to me. Called customer service several times and asked to speaker to a supervisor. Was told the supervisor was unavailable and would call me back within 72 hours. Waited 4 days (96hours) and no call back. Called again was told the same thing again. Waited another 5 days still no call back.

    Now it’s been 14 more days. (Total of 23days) Still no call back. Call again today and was told the same thing, would have to wait 72-96 hours. And also the representative today tells me that all the previous times that I called and requested a called back from a supervisor, that request was never made from the previous representatives. So I was lied to those previous times. So now I have sent an expensive gold necklace back, which I feel the quality was low since it broke after only a few ties wearing. And each time was only for a few hours. Can’t discuss the issue with a customer service manager because no one will call me back and have to pay shipping again just to get the broke necklace back.

    Would not recommend this company to anyone. If you have any problems customer service is awful. If you request to speak with their supervisor, that will not happen. Will not order from this company again. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least about how customers and their concerns are handled.

    I’ve made numerous purchases from the original shop nbc site that has transformed into several other site names and who knows who the true owner is anymore. In any case I began buying watches from them and continued to until the current year when after I was robbed and had over 50 plus watches stolen I needed documentation about my purchases. I contacted them originally and they were going through a computer system upgrade and I was asked to contact them again after a 2 week period to allow them to finish the process. I agreed and every call thereafter grew worse and they steadily increased their horrible customer service and they offered me no help at all. I’ve spent more than 4 months trying to get the service I requested and to date I’ve never received anything back from them. I guess that’s the norm today, best buddies when they are taking your money but afterwards they don’t know you.

    It’s truly ridiculous how they treat you over the phone (Robbie). I’ve never had worse service from anyone in my life and I wish I could get through to them by phone but after waiting for 15 minutes on hold I had to hang up to answer another call. Between the service on Shop HQ and the lack of service from Invicta watches I’m totally sold on only buying from brick and mortar stores so I can get service in person rather than being put on the phone with the most disrespectful and unhelpful customer service people I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I wasn’t asking for anything other than a list of my purchases and I was not asking for anything of financial value or product of any kind. Sadly the whole world seems to think that way anymore.

    It’s no wonder why so many stores have closed and gone out of business. Seems like customer service and customer loyalty has no value anymore. You would think that a loyal customer who has been loyal for over 20 plus years would have some value and considering the amount of money I’ve invested in my watch collection it should be different, honestly I spent well over 10,000.00 dollars, really probably more than 12-13,000.00 Could be more!

    Never had any problems with Shop-HQ till now, but since I got the wrong item and they (Shop-HQ) never told me the item I bought was sold out they still charged my card anyways I was upset, never again.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been a customer since 2018. I placed an order on June 8, 2024 with an estimated delivery of 6/14/2024. I called on 6/15 and was told they apologized but they had to reach the warehouse and would offer $20 to be used in the future towards a different purchase. Two days later I was notified the new date was 6/20. Here we are 6/20, still in process, no shipping information yet. Called the customer service to be told they have to contact the warehouse again and I will know something within a WEEK. I said this is HORRIBLE customer service and for a watch that is not cheap. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that a manager is not available.

    I told the rep I wanted a callback, she then proceeded to tell me the manager had up to 72 hours to call me back. This was a Father's Day/B-day present for my husband. Now I have to go out tonight with nothing for him, just like I had to for Father's Day. Seriously disappointed in ShopHQ, their customer service, and more importantly their lack of communication. I will be ordering elsewhere for my Invicta's. I advise anyone to order from another company if you want decent customer service.

    I have made purchases with Shop HQ over the years. Their new management now has the worst customer service. They are uncaring and not concerned about the customer's needs. I purchased a jewelry item that was defective. I contacted customer service, was told I could return the item and was sent a return label. I returned the item to them well within the 30 day margin which shows by the tracking label. I received an email stating that my refund would be rejected since I took too long to send the item back.

    After making several calls to customer service, I was informed that the item was sent back within the proper timeframe and that I would receive a return refund. However, I noticed that another value pay was taken from my credit card and that no refund was issued. I had to make several contacts in order to find out what was happening. No one had an answer initially. After numerous attempts, I was informed that the item I purchased was a final sale and that it did not matter whether or not it was defective. I was told I had to pay for the item and that the only solution was that they could ship the item back to me in its present defective state and that I would have to pay $8.99.. I was informed that if I did not choose to do this, they would continue to take value pay out of my credit card until this item was paid for.

    The customer service people were very rude and uncaring. They said they were sorry but this is their policy and no exceptions could be made. In all my online shopping, I have never experienced anything like this from any shopping network. I am now forced to take a defective item and pay additional shipping fees for it to be returned to me. Obviously, their new management expects customers to keep damaged items. They changed their reason for the reason why they did not want to refund my money.

    I have the email saved, where they made a mistake in telling me that I took too long to return the item, which was not true. They then changed their reasoning to something different. Shop HQ has lost many of its good vendors since new management has taken them over. ShopHQ customer rating is very low, as noticed on reading other reviews. Hopefully, their negative and poor actions will cause them to continue to lose business from customers and vendors. Thank you.

    This organization is the absolute worse! I made a purchase for three items, two I paid for upfront and the third was put on value pay. They charged me for the three items accordingly. A few days later I logged into my account and the item which was put on value pay was highlighted in red stating past due. Huh? How can that be when you shipped the items? So I went ahead and paid the item and figured I would check with customer service when they opened after the Memorial Day holiday.

    I get a notification from my bank on May 29th advising the amount was put through again. So, I was charged once when the item was originally placed, again when I personally put through the amount that was in red and then they charged me again on their own. I called customer service and they said the entire amount was never really put through when I originally placed my order and although they do see that I paid for the outstanding amount on the (one in red) they put it through again. "But rest assure ma'am, those extra charges will fall off." I'm so sick of this raggedy network. There use to be a time I had huge bills from them but not anymore. I find their practices shady, they have horrible, robotic type customer service agents and they have been selling the same items for the last 8yrs. If you can present the same tired items to sell then clearly, I can just wear what's already in my closet. I will stick with QVC and HSN.

    I'm a new customer to Shop HQ, I placed an order last night and changed my mind. Called the next day less than 24 hrs later and was told it was too late to cancel order. This company may as well not even offer cancellations on orders. I was told to receive the order then pay to return it. WOW just not right.

    I purchased a serum that I waited for 3 weeks or so. I was sick and tried it around 5 days after I got it. Then my skin felt itchy. I waited several days to try again and same thing then broke out in rash. It subsided and tried several days later and rash started again along with bumps and pimples. I never had reaction to a product like this before and don't break out I am 66 and don't have issues even younger breaking out unless allergic reaction to something. I called customer service 1st time on May 10 to report this and that there was no return label provided except to scan a code and print it. I do not have a printer. So I was given the return address and told I can bring it to UPS since they have later hours than the post office.

    Customer service said I would have to pay $6.95 to ship it back and once the item was received I would get full credit back plus the shipping fee. My husband returned it yesterday just before they close and was charged $14.27 for this small bottle of serum. I called customer service and was told I would not be reimbursed for shipping since I was allergic to it only if it was defective. Well it was defective for me and my skin is still not cleared up since my last try a week ago. This is appalling that I have to pay almost half of what the product cost I think was 35 plus tax to ship back. I never ever had an issue with any other companies I have ordered from if I had reaction to it or even clothing and shoes if the sizes were not as stated. Even though this is not a high priced item I will still dispute beng ripped off and not providing postage paid labels or even sending me a label to my phone for UPS to scan.

    I should have known better with an issue years ago to stay away from Shop HQ. I knew who the vendor was from seeing him on talk shows and trusted in what he was selling and only reason I gave it a chance. If I were him and all other vendors they should move on to other reputable shopping channels. I have seen many in past few years leave and assume they must know all the complaints about this lousy business that needs to shut down. I will also be reporting to BBB since the customer service was rude even when I asked to speak with a supervisor. She said they will say the same that shipping is not refunded unless defective. It doesn't matter what happened to my skin. Even if I ordered from local store and had issue I would not be charged shipping. Now I even worry about getting reimbursed for the 2 payments made.

    I have just recently been informed that one of my returns was rejected because it was outside of the 30 day period. The item was sent back months ago, and they are telling me now that they just got it? This does not make sense. I spoke to a rep. who was no help at all. He told me to call back within 5 days, for what I do not know. How do I know that it was not in their warehouse or at the P.O. all this time, and I am being punished for it? Their customer service stinks to high heaven. I learned one thing today, and that is to hold on to my records until I am sure that the return was credited. In the meantime, I will continue shopping with QVC who has one of the best customer services. Shop HQ needs to learn something from them, or they will lose more customers. Shop HQ wake up!

    The only difference between armed robbery and Shop HQ is armed robbers use guns, Shop HQ use’s horrible products and crappy customer service, value payments and China based products to steal from its customers. They stand behind nothing and with a 30 return policy from the date of purchase not the day you received the item. The true return policy is 10/15 days. But the time you have trouble you are beyond service. I have about 11K in watches with Nubeo who will not service products with two year warranty and Shop HQ doesn’t care. Amazon seems to be the most reputable company for online purchases. Shop HQ wants your money not your loyalty and return business.

    If I could give less 1 star for the bad customer service I received from calling Shophq customer representative. I've called 3 times trying to get Gem Treasure contact number to have a ring repair for a stone that has fallen out. The 3 1-800 numbers given, dialed back to Shophq customer service representatives. Just a big run around. The last person I spoke to told me he could not help me, had no contact information for Blake ** Gem Treasure contact number. I mentioned to him that when Gem Treasure is on air they always mention that we can contact Gem Treasure directly for ring sizing/repair. It's impossible to believe that Shophq doesn't have contact information for their vendors. Very disappointing to see the downhill skid that Shophq has taken to support buyers with purchase product issues
