I was researching a Toyota I was thinking about buying. It gave me a totally different color truck with different options. I checked with Toyota site finally and got the correct options and color on the truck. BeenVerified did not work in this case.

We never even knew we had signed up for this service. There is no email or documentation that states you have signed up for a recurring service. You get one email but it never states that is a monthly charge. We never even knew we signed up for something with a week trial. It is all extremely vague and thus very predatory and definitely a scam.

I work really hard to keep my information obscure and not all in one space and you did the opposite and exposed multiple methods of contact for a previous relationship in which he's threatened to find me and kill me. Gee! How wonderful it was to search my information as I routinely do and my address appears amongst phone numbers and emails and family members. He's back in the state and now I have to watch my back and everyone around me is at risk. This is horrible!

Be very cautious and wary about this fake company. They will steal your money and not provide you with any services. There are company staff and customer service are very mean and unprofessional. They deserve a negative star rating if they had it. Use in.information.com or truth finders instead, their information is up-to-date, is a cheaper subscription and they are much nicer and kinder to their customer base. BeenVerified, you should be ashamed of yourself for screwing your customers like this.

I have been scammed by them. They owe me 300 dollars. I never used their service only a free trial and then they kept taking money from my acc. Do not use this site and they will be popular on social media platforms on how scammers they are by me. They did not want to refund my money and so this is a big scam. Now they are not replying to my emails.

It helped immensely when shopping for a pre-owned car. Where the dealerships would list a vin number as clean title, no accidents, one owner... BeenVerified found liens, multiple owners, recalls and frame damage. It wasn't perfect but super close. I gave it a 4* because I needed to also download a free site to check if a title was salvaged, or car was reported stolen. Together, I found the perfect car, and they provided a Car Fax report which confirmed the exact results I got from BeenVerified. I sent an email to cancel the $1 trial this morning, so I wouldn't forget and pay $30 next week, and received the confirmation instantly.

I am not a BeenVerified customer. Someone fraudulently signed up for this company with my information. Beenverified went into my account and took almost $300 and when I asked for them to return my money that this was fraud they only refunded me $65 and they keep saying, "Well you signed up. You’re supposed to cancel after certain time." What part don’t they understand? I did not sign up for this service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are a scam to access your account and without any warning deduct money monthly. They do not make it clear that you are signed up for recurring deductions and charges. If you reach out for refund they have automatic responses that make it nearly impossible to get money back. DO NOT USE.
