Used the free trial for locating addresses for some relatives. When I realized I was charged for a month and didn’t need anything further from the website, I cancelled the account and obtained a refund. The company is very helpful, professional and great customer service and support! The website was easy to use, and gave me all the information that I needed but being an older person I just don’t have a big need for the service. If I ever wanted any more information, I would not hesitate to sign up again.

I inadvertently missed the deadline to cancel my account after the one week trial and I was charged for a full service. I contacted customer service about this problem and they promptly refunded the charge. I am very impressed with this company and their integrity. And. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is interested in researching someone.

Today I went on this site in preparation for a court case and needed arrest info. After purchasing the 5 day trial I was told I could not obtain it. Maybe they should have mentioned that before they took my money. They did not give me back my money.

I was very disappointed in the information I received. I was looking for specific info and they could only provide addresses which were incorrect, relatives that were incorrect, and phone numbers again incorrect. They listed 41 tickets or court appearances. There were actually 4. They repeated the same ones over and over. This was a complete waste of my money.

Been Verified is a reliable service that is easy to navigate. If you are in need of finding a person, business, address, phone number, email address, etc. I have found it to be very valuable. It has been a time savior that has improved my productivity. Before I retired it was a tool I used daily in my business and subsequently was profitable beyond belief. This company is fraud. They basically prey on kids and elderly accidentally clicking on their websites and capture credit card information to initiate monthly billing. In our case my 14 year old daughter accidentally clicked on their website and they took information from 14-year old and kept billing her for 1 year before I called to stop them. As I understand from other reviews when one calls it does not mean they will stop charging. It is better to disable the credit cards. Their employees are in China and owners in my personal view need to be investigated for abuse of children who unknowingly fall into their traps. Bad company setup by people who probably have similar history with other companies. I would Google who Ross Levy and Josh Cohen are. They are listed in New York but may as well live in China or Russia where US law cannot reach companies like Beenverified. Beware. Stay away from them and tell your children to avoid such companies.

I think I will be getting a permanent membership soon because this website is my go to no other website compares and the support is always on point no matter what. It’s so convenient and hassle-free and I think that’s why it is my go-to. And they always have way more information than any other website. You definitely get what you pay for with Been Verified.

I’m very disappointed in this reporting site. I looked at it for a purpose and it showed nothing but the specs of the RVs I was looking at. I decided to put my car in there as I know I used insurance for a flood repair. No surprise there with nothing on the report. I will only do the trial and move on to another site. I will be leaving a poor Google review too.

They didn't even have the connection of my father to myself and brother. However, did with my sister. I found that interesting, being that I am his first child and my brother his second. And my sister actually his third child. So, it goes to say that BeenVerified is NOT listing current info, as they have had many years to see via public records that my father passed away in Los Angeles MANY years ago. Glad I did the trial membership...and yes, cancelling is what I did.

Jive provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I provided minimal information and he was patient and able to resolve my issues Jive provided information and was very professional, I am not computer savvy and was slow in providing the necessary information, Jive was patient and walked me through the process, he was even able to explain the charges on my bank account.

I just signed up for the 7-day trial, and was not able to get the information on the number I was checking out. I tried to log on, in order to cancel my account, but it would not give me access to the site.

Good to learn the information of the history of cars sold. Including the history of services used in that car and any accidents where the car was involved which are important to purchase the car and that information sometimes is not disclosed. But again the information that this company give you is the best and very well written and given in details.

They are advertising $1 trial period for 7 days. I signed up for the trial and they charged my credit card $32.89 for the monthly fee. I called their customer support and she said to restart all over again, I checked 7 day trial for $1.00 and once I put my credit card they charged me the monthly fee again.... I immediately called and cancelled..it is a scam! They lure you with $1.00 trial period and charge you the monthly fee.. Misrepresentation is not a good way to do business....You should honor what you advertise... Bad business!

I ran one background check, which ultimately was worthless for $1. I was then automatically enrolled in a monthly subscription. No email alerting me, nothing. I ended up with $140 worth of charges for one worthless report when I finally discovered it in a bank statement and had to look up what BeenVerified even was. I spoke with support and they were able to offer a partial refund which was nice, but ultimately I think Beenverified has designed their business in a way to intentionally deceive and steal money from people. If you look up Dark Patterns in UX designs, you will see companies like Beenverified do this on purpose. I would strongly recommend you do not use this software, especially if you only need to run one background check.

I requested a refund due to a finished free trial and I was helped out very quickly. The person on the chat was understanding and helpful! I felt this was very fast and in a timely manner. I did not have any issues even though it was not over the phone.

I was very upset after seeing that I got charged an autorenewal fee. But the customer service was very responsive, professional, and helpful! They responded within a few minutes, explained the situation, and got it all sorted out! It was a pleasure working with them, and they were able to resolve the situation.

Even though my issue couldn’t be fixed right here and then, my support agent Archie was at least as helpful as he could be. My problem seemed to be kind of out of his control but he was quick to respond and didn’t seem like he was just copy and pasting messages from a book. Hopefully me writing this for him/her grants him some sort of reward or recognition cause he was as great as he could be.

I love the app. I just couldn't afford it this month. I was trying to get the dollar one and so now I'd click me over to the one month amount and I couldn't afford that. I talked to somebody Sunday and she said that my refund will be coming soon. It's been a week so I decided to text today. I talked to Rona and she set me up and said my refund should be here within 10 days and asked about if I like to have. I said, "Yeah I love the apps. Very good." I definitely recommend it to my friends and if I had the money amount I would definitely get the one month one next time which I'm going to. Hopefully you guys are help me out and get me a free one.

Jericho was able to help me get a refund. He is the most helpful customer service agent I have ever met. He did a great job at giving me a refund when I really needed it. This man deserves a raise. He is doing God's work out here. Thank the lord for that man.

I enjoyed the app but I was not really using it and so I jumped on the live chat to cancel my plan and process a refund. That’s when Archie helped me out and made everything easy for me. He was very patient and understanding. I definitely recommend this site based on the service alone.
