I was getting calls telling me I owed money. I usually ignore these calls, however this time the number was provincial. It threw me off a bit, and I was concerned, so I looked for help. I found help with BeenVerified. In the process and because of my concern, I signed a subscription not really understandable what that meant or what was involved. Beenverified did help put my mind at ease, and I ignored further calls. However I had signed up for a month subscription by mistake.

As a manager of a software support team, I was absolutely pleased with BeenVerified’s support. Prior to adding my payment method, I skimmed through their TOS. When I needed my support issue handled, the team stood by the TOS, and delivered exceptional service. Without hesitation, I will use BeenVerified should the need arise in the future. I signed up to use BeenVerified services, but it didn't quite work for my particular use case. In addition, I mistakenly thought it was a one time charge when I had unknowingly signed up for a recurring charge. About a month later I was billed a second payment, which I hadn't anticipated. I sent them an email, stating that I thought I'd made a one-time purchase. I was given one price, discount, at checkout but they charged my card the full amount. Fortunately, I used PayPal, but I just started contacting them for my adjustment. Reports given were flat bogus and I even checked my own report to verify.

Clarification for notes. How to delete while working on a report. It was explained to me that once a note was placed it is then unable to be deleted. I have been testing the possible uses for the notes for example telephone numbers or emails and much of the information was unimportant. Once I learn how to use the notes I wanted to delete what I had done previously but is unable to do so.

I used Been Verified for 3 years no problem and no complaints---One day no one could log in. I tried resetting password, did not work, called.. Waited over an hour, emailed customer service, "Nune" responded over and over with the same email---"reset your password, call customer service." I do not know if a live person because no reply was actually personalized or responsive. After 18 emails, I still could not get them to send me the "reset password link" rather than tell me how to use them. I am losing 3-4 years of accumulated Data, but terrible service. The email I signed up with works fine, and they were able to bill my credit card, just not communicate with me in any way.

The lady that helped me was very professional, prompt and thorough with her services and I love BeenVerified. As soon as I return back to work I plan on opening an account again with you guys! Very handy service and very accurate with loads of information I would never be able to find elsewhere!

I think you guys should incorporate an optional and payable group model for companies and organizations to enroll their employees and monitor their work activities. Something like how Microbilt.com has that allows companies to register and then they can sub register their employees under 1 umbrella account with a few sub accounts to track everything and keep up productivity. Other than that great work guys! I have 3 different subscriptions for the type of work that I do and BeenVerified has the most accurate information by far!

I sent an email requesting my account to be cancelled. I included all of my personal info: name, phone number, etc. None the less I have been charged a fee of $29 FOUR more times. I have NEVER even used the site, since the one time I had searched something up and accidentally landed on it. But, never again after requesting the cancellation that they chose to ignore so they could continue stealing from me.

I forgot to cancel my account and they had charged me the 29.99USD. When I emailed asking to cancel the account + receive a refund, they did it all within the same hour. They didn't give me any hassle when I made this request, so that's a pleasant surprise. :)

I had been searching for my brother since I was a teenager. My father had a child when he was 20 before he went to Korea. Many years later at the age of 54 I was born. My brother and my father had a falling out when he was 20. My father never heard from my brother again. Hadn't been able to find my brother all these years. I called to cancel my membership because I didn't realize I hadn't cancelled after a 7 day trial for $5. I had been dealing with lots of family health emergencies and missed it. Tiffany the billing agent was so kind and was able to help me get a refund for the month that just started. The results of my VIN check were provided almost immediately, and I was happy to find that the car I was interested in met my requirements. I participated in a 1 week trial. I did not want to continue with a subscription. BeenVerified automatically entered me in a monthly subscription for $26.89 a month. I immediately canceled the day of charge and requested a refund. BeenVerified ignored my refund request. During the week of trial, I found many errors with my emails. I made changes and BeenVerified ignored those changes. I found out I'm getting scam emails because of BeenVerified incorrect profiles. BeenVerified appears to be the scammer!!

I have used one gmail account for years, and used the same address in many other accounts. I was unable to login to the gmail account including using the services of gmail. They closed the account last year and continue to be unable to access some of these since communications from them goes to the dead gmail account. Somehow I was directed to your site and worked with Leondra yesterday. He did a full scan but this didn’t solve my problem. They will tell you you get 7 days free trial and you can cancel and not be charged. You call them to cancel. They tell you OK. 5 months later you notice you've been charged $26.95 and change. You contact them and they tell you you cannot call to cancel. There's a process you have to go through in order to cancel. They steal your money and then they won't refund it. A very dishonest company. Do not use them and do not even sign up for the free trial. It'll cost you!

WOW! Is this site an impressive scammer! You are supposed to get 'secret' background checks on anyone. I decided to test this out and see what happens. Apparently, my mother is alive and well at age 96. News to me. She passed away over 30 years ago, and is now living at my father's condominium which he purchased after she died. My father has been deceased for nearly twenty years. I should go over there and say, "Hi mom and dad! I so happy to see you alive! Welcome back from the dead." My mother's 'closest' relative is my father's second wife also deceased but is alive and well at an address she never lived at. Great job here! 'Been Verified's' response is that they keep their records "up to date". Ha! I have news for you. You are well over 30 years out of date and all the contact information for phone numbers are numbers that never existed. What a scam! And don't believe the reviews. They are all fake. Best to keep your money safe and not waste it on this scammer.

The live chat was helpful and easy to use. I was easily issued a refund when my subscription wasn’t cancelled, though I previously asked. I had a great experience talking to services and receiving my money back. There was no argument with anyone and I got it less than 24 hours later.

I called BeenVerified because I had received two unexpected charges on my credit card for monthly subscription fees. Samantha explained that I had a free trial membership, and I hadn't cancelled the membership, thus the charges. I told her that I didn't realize I had to cancel. I only needed the name of a person who texted me. That's it. Their Google link said, "Don't bother with a full report, click here and just get their name and State." And then they started generating a full report, refusing to give me the name unless I buy the whole thing. Even if I wanted to do that, I wouldn't because the last time I did, they told me the person was in the state of Washington and they were in the state of Florida. My sister also used it and out of 10 people that she looked up - old friends that she wanted to get in contact with again - eight were bad email addresses and social media accounts.

I bought a month's worth of BeenVerified vehicle reports and immediately discovered that it fails to report accidents, and not only recent ones, but ones from several years ago. So I've been paying for reports from the major players and checking BeenVerified against them to see if that was a fluke, but BeenVerified consistently fails to report accidents. It was not a fluke. With the most recent check, the car had been in three (3) accidents including one that happened over five years ago where the airbag deployed. As things stand in June of 2021, BeenVerified is just not reliable if you used car shopping.

I stumbled across this site one day when I was needing to verify a few things and people and I'm glad I did. Not only was they very informative but very accurate on what I needed. Then I realized how very protective they were of me and my info and how on too of things they kept me and my privacy, Private, anything that pertained to me was very secure and maintained and if anything happened or that they seen unusual they alerted me right away and handled everything else without me having to call multiple people letting them know what was going on with accountants etc. They care about you as you not just a number on their client roster. So yes I would recommend BeenVerified to anyone. I hate I have to let my membership go at this time only because of not having a job at the moment. But I will be back when I do. I have not been able to pull up my "Dashboard" of reports I have. They just keep loading up with no result after more than 20 mins later??? But Rep named Reese was most helpful in hearing me out. This was my 3rd time calling in on this subject.. But Reese went way out to explain my situation to me on how there was a software update and suspects that I got caught In the middle.. I never actually got to find the contact of the people I was looking for. I tried looking for myself just with my name and no information came up, then I added the city and nothing. I put my brother and some information came up but not all. And then I tried my parents and same thing. The price is reasonable but the results not so much. Customer service is excellent.

Having spent 3 months trying to contact Youtube, I found the customer service here to be extraordinary. I used the service briefly, but when I was finished, I called to cancel. Answers were prompt and completed without question or delay. Staff is friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful.

I used this website just out of curiosity, I had no intention of staying longer than a few days. I used the service a few times and found it pretty helpful for the most part. The customer service was also great and very very fast.

In 2019, I signed up for BeenVerified as we were trying to find my husband’s father. They lured us in by stating they had records, but once we put in our credit card information, we quickly realized the info they had was sparse and incredibly outdated. For an accuracy check, we checked our own names through the platform and nearly every single detail was incorrect. I called to cancel, and they were able to refund us so I wrote it off as a platform that wasn’t well-developed yet.

Report was friendly for first-time users at a fairly affordable price; the means to cancel subscriptions were a little wonky, but they get back to you right away. All said in done, it does everything you need to do- for a fee, of course, but one you can live with if you're not strapped for cash.

Decided to use this service for personal assessment background check prior to applying to TSA’s global entry program. While I was not thrilled with the criminal background data check, I was impressed by all the other data that was provided. I am always suspect about these websites but found that this site has excellent customer support. It was timely and supportive. They stated that they are constantly improving the data they provide and I was impressed by the quick turnaround on communications and the way they addressed my concerns.

I have a large family and I tried to review info for almost everyone in my family and there are errors in every single entry I reviewed. Examples: Previous places we lived and even some current ones. Ages wrong, people listed as relations we are not related to, aliases, initials, maiden names, phone numbers, criminal records, birth dates, death dates, court records, etc. Where do they get this **? This misinformation affects people when they apply for a job, loan or a place to live. Why is it legal?

I searched on a scammer's phone number. BeenVerified said it found the information and required a small payment and a subscription to access the report. When I finally got to view the report, it said it had been unable to find any information, AT ALL, about the number. To be fair, they refunded me everything when I called and cancelled my account but they should have told me upfront that the search had been unsuccessful. What BV did borders on fraud.

I bought BeenVerified due to a recent problem with my neighbor who told me when he first moved here 2 years ago that he just got out of prison. I wanted to check why he went to prison. The criminal records check came back with no arrest records. So I checked my relative who I know has a lengthy criminal record 30 years ago to present. My relative's arrest records show for year 2000 only in BeenVerified, nothing past that even though I know he has new arrests every couple/few years since 2000 to present. So, I bought Intelius background check to double check my neighbor and my relatives complete rap-sheet showed up even though my ex-con neighbor still showed no arrests. BeenVerified is a terrible choice for criminal records search. Intelius appears to be more thorough. I still wonder why my neighbor shows no arrests.

I am highly pleased with the young man who is solved my problems with Been Verified. Are use their service once and the system kept billing me month after month. This young man could have made this situation very difficult for me but he took the highroad and went to his supervisor and got me the rebates that I deserved. This individual gets five stars for his efforts. I've only given Been Verified four stars because they cause the problem by having a system that people end up subscribing to without their knowledge.

I emailed customer service about charges to my account which were unauthorized, and within 2 hours I received an email telling me all has been refunded. The woman was very professional, and very prompt. Thanks again. Your customer service made my day.

This BeenVerified once upon a time was adequate, now a con job. Their info is very common and compared to prior year, is all meant to make money off the consumer, by giving basic info. Yet unlike the prior year, it is now about conning the consumer with add ons, and unlike last year, it is about conning the consumer with $$$ add ons, and monthly fees, And, if they tell you are cancelled, please check with you credit card company, for the CC company that you are still on BeenVerified subscription reoccurring every month, whereupon the CC company will recommend your cancelling your card to avert further charges from this scam company. They are also rated at the bottom of other similar companies, CONSUMER BEWARE!

My experience with the customer service rep was awesome. He took care of the problem and got my money refunded quickly. He was great at doing his job effectively and in a courteous way. Overall, I enjoyed having my account with Been Verified. It is a very useful tool.

I had been searching for over a decade for some Marines I'd served with in the 1980's. After years of searching the web and not being a Facebook user I was coming up empty. With BeenVerified I was able to find nearly everyone I'd hoped to find with the exception of a few guys I didn't have enough info on. If you know their name, approximate age and where they're from or where they've lived you WILL find them. Unfortunately I waited too long to get serious about my search, two of the Marines on the top of my list had recently passed away. I had to mourn two of my friends in one day. I kept BeenVerified for a month, looking up everyone I could think of, then cancelled my subscription. I highly recommend Been Verified and wouldn't hesitate to use their service again.

It was so easy to cancel my Beenverified account. Nicole was super. It was quite apparent to me that she was genuinely interested in assisting me with my request. She was very personable and professional. The service works great, easy to maneuver thru it. It’s just that I didn’t have a pertinent use for it is all.

None of the data concerning my husband's listing is accurate. I looked at my listing and it is inaccurate also. Details are important on a site purporting to "verify" data. My neighbors listed had not lived in that space for 10 years or more.

Kind of ironic that a company that does background checks is itself a dishonest company. Buyer beware of the fine print! This company ensured that the monthly billing was in very fine print, the kind that one needs to dig around to find and then use a magnifying glass to read. They took money out of my credit card account every month until I saw it (lesson learned - I will be checking monthly statements carefully from now on). They then refused to pay it back. To add insult to injury, they asked me to tell my credit card company to back off since BeenVerified did me the kindness of closing my account. If you need a background check done, I recommend going somewhere else.

I gave "a friend" of mine my cell phone number. A few days later I got a disgusting text which I knew was not from him. I messaged him and he goes 'oh that phone broke..(? Uh??..)- Obviously he bought some stupid phone off the street, and I got hacked. I got NumberGuru to see what this number was, etc with the disgusting text...Turns out it didn't have "a home" and most likely spam. At least I knew. I blocked the number, etc. What I like most about NumberGuru is it let me cancel, easily and effortlessly...No surprise charges on my card, etc. They responded right away and confirmed my cancelation. I will DEFINITLEY use them again if I need to track down a number!

I would recommend Beenverified to anyone interested in their services. I have never been treated so courteously by a customer service representative. It is obvious to me that the people in this company put the needs of their customers first.

I paid 1$ for a 7 day trial subscription. Paypal went through no problem. Next day, BeenVerified says "there's a problem with your account." They want more money, deny access. I sent them a screenshot of the PayPal payment. No response from them. Screenshot of payment provided. Yes it's only a dollar lost. But it indicates how they operate. I put in a complaint to PayPal about this business.

When I looked myself up on this site it shows incorrect information about me. I wouldn’t trust to make a purchase because of that. It says that I lived In Minneapolis and I have never been there. I’m not sure where these people get their information from but it appears to be false. It makes you wonder who else they have incorrectly provided information for.

I would use this service again because it was easy to cancel. Sounds silly but you and Hulu get it. I would renew either service because of your policy. This is a typical online search of identities, personal data etc. Problem is data is often not available on individual you're searching. Most importantly, you will always wind up signing up for monthly renewal & then you will never receive notification regarding renewal. When you cancel quickly they will not credit the amount they charged for the full month.

I purchased the BeenVerified 7 Day trial for a $1.00 on 08/07/2020. I used it for maybe three days then stopped using it. I check my email regularly and never received an email warning me about my trial being close to expiration or asking me if I would like to renew their service. Today 08/15/2020 I receive an email telling me that my account has been charged $28.37. I’m extremely upset with this pricing first off. Looking at other reviews from the past few months I see that other customers have been charged $22+. There is obviously no exact amount they are charging anyone.

Additionally referred part of the issue to customer service, for follow up in 24-48 hours. I told someone to do a background check on me, and they did and my information was mixed up with other people, and the report I was sent had even the wrong birthdate so I joined the site to clear up my name and remove all my incorrect information. I don't know how long I will stay with the company since they are mixing my information up with other people. I do know there was a data breach on Yahoo and Experian, but it also showed I had hidden profiles which I do not have. I lost a friend over this and I am thoroughly pissed off. I am trying to get all the incorrect information deleted from the site, I am so upset I am trying to remove everything. I made my payment by Paypal for $26.89 and called back to sign up for $9.95 instead of cancelling yet until I get this all straighten out.

I used this company for like a day and then a couple months later saw a charge from $26.89 from them. I contacted them to canceled and they assured me they would refund my money and my card would not be charged again. LIE! They refunded my money but charged my card AGAIN right after the money had been refunded!

I been getting calls from a number and I decided to search. Beenverified popped up in the searches. I searched the number and watched all these search and progress graphs and at the end they offer a $1 seven day trial so I sign up and get my results which are zero results. I then search several more numbers and got nothing. Interestingly when you perform searches after signing up, the results pop up immediately without all the fancy graphs and progress crap. There's been not one record found, this is just another scam to get money for nothing. How people like this can sleep at night is beyond me. The dishonesty in this world has gotten so ridiculous.

I am so disappointed in this company! I was trying to find information on 2 different people and this company was unable to even identify one of the people. I signed up for the $1 trial and forgot to cancel after the first week. I cancelled ONE day after, and they charged me $29.28 FOR NOTHING! I recieved a non solicited gotcha advertisement on my Facebook feed that claimed for $1.00, I could do a search. I signed up but was charged $28 for a recurring monthly membership fee. Don't forget to read the fine print. Shame on you!

I have tried to find info on several people but their search doesn't find anything but their name and addresses they haven't lived at in 10-15 years. Just took my money but you get nothing. Complete rip offs. I want my money back.

Beenverified are liars and crooks! In April, they offered me a promotional rate of $1.00 per month for unlimited background checks for as long as I kept the account opened. When I called to sign up for this offer, the representative said she'd have someone contact me, and no-one ever did. I called back a few days later and spoke to a supervisor by the name of Patrick who told me that he didn't know how to charge my debit card the $1, but he would set it up so that I would be charged $9.95/mo., then they would immediately refund me the $8.95 - and I'd only end up paying $1 per month. This happened in April.

Don't use this shoddy service. I paid about $56.00 or so for a 3 month adventure with these folks. They led me to believe that I would have access to all security requests for three months. This is not true. I was allowed only 10 "windows" as they refer to it, which is limiting you to background checks for only 10 people. This is up to and including fraud. In other words you can run checks on 10 people for a total of 3 months, or 3 1/3 reports a month. In attempting to review your information after your 10 "windows", you can not get back into the website. The explanation regarding this service is inadequate, however the info you receive is really quite good. Consumers beware!

First off, they state plainly on their signup that you must e-mail or call them to cancel your subscription instead of, you know, the thing that any intelligent company does which is to allow the user to cancel with a click of a mouse. Knowing this, I decided to use a prepaid card. When I tried using it, it said "only credit cards from the United States" are accepted. I bought this card in the United States. What a pathetic company. I bet their information is total BS too. Stay far, far away from them.

These people sell falsified information. They have my childhood emails (from when I was like 8-12) linked to an old address with a fake phone number, claiming I am years older than I am and charge people for this information. Who knows what else they try to link to my name, I didn’t pay. I am a victim of identity theft and these people more than likely helped them steal bits of my information I’m sure. They need to be shut down. I have already contacted the FTC and intend on letting the FEDS know they sell children’s information. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t ever trust these people. Their commercials pretend like you can screen for child care through their ** system but it is all a HUGE LIE. DON'T PAY FOR FRAUDULENT INFORMATION.

I apparently used this service once (no complaints about that first experience, BTW), and then forgot to cancel after the trial period. When I saw the automatic monthly charge on my PayPal account, my response was "What the hell is 'Been Verified', and why are they charging me $22.86?!?" I contacted PayPal about this, and within a day I had a full refund and a cancellation of the BV account, so in light of the circumstances involved here I cannot complain about them.

I am so angry when company like this rip people off! You should even be thankful that when I did a sign up on 2/28/2020 that I paid! Vs $1 trail! And so then I chose only one month which I was charged of $22.86. If I wanted to do continuously then I would choose either 3 months or 6 or 12! AND IF 3 months my monthly would be less that $18! So why then I only chose one month, I continued to get charged of $22.86 for 4/1/2020 then 5/1/2020! Of $22.86 each month! Extremely disappointed with BeenVerified. I utilized this company in an attempt to locate my brother who I haven't seen or heard from since my mother died 13 years ago. The only tidbit of info I received for my $23 was an old address where he temporarily lived 37 years ago after his release from a local prison holding facility. BeenVerified had no age, no birth date, no relatives, no phone or social info, no criminal or traffic records (he was indicted THREE times for DWI in the state of MD) & no aliases or email addresses.

I accidentally forgot to cancel my trial period for $1, the customer service dept gave full refund of charges past the trial period since I did not use the product after trial period. I can't help but congratulate them on excellent customer service.

I got the free trial, apparently put my card number in for the 1$. Forgot to cancel and have been charged 26.89 for 5 mths!! Even at that, they should have charged me 14.86. I have repeatedly closed my Been Verified account and have got mails from Been Verified saying that I have successfully closed my account, but I continue to be charged. This is a bad disreputable company, and should be closed immediately. The company is not genuine and ethical in its customer service dealings.

I went to Been Verified to find information on the person my ex- wife is now living with as I have custody of our son and wanted to know if this person was a good person, Been Verified said they found him and needed payment for me to see the results. Immediately after the payment was made they said they had no information and could not locate the person. I've tried emailing and calling for a refund and to cancel but my emails are returned to me and the phone calls they put you on hold for hours. I found from another site the person was just released from Federal Prison and has served both county jail and state prison in another state (which has been verified by his mother and father). Don't fall for this scam, they say they can provide which is nothing more than False Advertising.

After watching the "loading" process for 15 minutes you find out you get nothing unless you give a credit card and agree to charges. They try to impress you with the illusion they are working hard to get you information when all they're trying to do is get you to a point where you'll do anything to just see "something". I was looking up a couple of possible numbers to call back after leaving my phone in the Uber this morning. One was unknown and I was sure that the other one was the Urgent Care Center where I was calling from. Been Verified came up with the phone belonging to a person, that had 7 jobs and more. The regular white page lookup gave me the exact location. Seriously this would have been a waste of time and money if I had not been looking under multiple resources.

The site don't give you any information. I could have done it free. They charge me just for one day. Say couldn't get my money back because they already charged my card. I think it's a scam. It doesn't give you any information of who you looking for.

You pay for a month's access, and then when you get to the actual search page, you have to pay more for "premium" access, which means that all you are really getting is the person's name and address and relatives. TOTAL SCAM. Steer clear and save your money.

They keep walking you through their funnel and making you wait, in the end it's like $23. They don't mention the payment until you've waited through everything. Don't bother. Their game is to make you wait so by the time you reached the end you feel like you've wasted enough time that maybe it's worth just paying for the results rather than waiting for another service. Spoiler: You can search public criminal records online with the state directly. Avoid this.

I very old trick by disreputable buisnesses. Trick the customer into investing some time on the website and offer a low "trial" price of $1. But nowhere on that web page did I see how much Beenverified will cost after the 5 day trial. How much does it cost monthly for their service? 5 day trial? Can I get a valid verification on someone in 5 days? No way to get these questions answered without click on icon to sign up for 5 day trial.

I have screenshots proving the ill intent of this website: verification that I am not a robot accompanied by a response in red that I have failed to prove I'm not a robot and therefore will not receive the opt out verification email. Reporting this to my state Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau.

I called numerous times only to be told I was the one that made a BeenVerified account because my phone number was on it. My wallet had been stolen, and I even had a police report. They still wouldn’t give me back my money. They double billed my account, and took me for over $100 before I noticed. Caused me $80+ in overdraft fees and refuse to do anything. Please don’t give them your business.

Didn't have current info for my search. Also every month the company DOUBLE billed me with NO refunds. When I attempted to cancel was both told on the phone and received an email saying the account was closed and would not charge me any more. What a crock. They have AGAIN billed by bank account. Do I have to close that bank account and open a new one to get them to stop charging me...

All sorts of fancy things to watch as they 'search', but no results unless you fork over money. Could say as much before you start. As it is they waste a bunch of your time then ask you to pay. The 'No result' guarantee is a joke cause they always find at least one result. Area code location. Sorry we found something, no money back.

As a test, I did a background check on someone I knew had a criminal record and even spent time incarcerated. But BeenVerified only showed one traffic offense from quite a few years ago. This raised my suspicion about this service and I was sorry I spent the money. I doubt the other 2 background checks I did were accurate.

I tried this site in an effort to investigate what may be out there in cyberspace related to myself. What I found was 4 out of 5 phone numbers I tried were wrong. I keyed in several family members and friends which are numbers I knew only to find out they were all wrong EXCEPT mine. Additionally the name was the ONLY thing reported to my phone number. Absolutely no additional information which they claim to seek was available even though I am a municipal employee which is public knowledge and several colleges I have attended did not show up in educational history. If you are thinking about using this service, DON'T. Run like the wind and find another site. This one was an absolute waste of keystrokes, time and my $1.00 trial membership.

Satisfied with the refunded money for the purchase but buyers should be aware that some investigation on their own goes a long way before purchasing from this company. The refund for the purchase still doesn't change the fact that the information provided was strictly from an internet search, and half of it was mixed up with the wrong person, because the person it mixed it up with was me, since I share the same first and last name as the family member I was investigating.

Beenverified.com is completely bogus. Searched for my own number...returned a result for somebody in Kentucky. I've never been to Kentucky in my life, and my area code is in the Austin, Texas area. Don't give these scammers your money.

I contacted and paid this company and after they were not able to supply me with what I was looking for, I sent them an email to stop, their service to me, and asked them not to bill me again because I would not be using their service again. This was over a month ago, and they just took money from my bank again on 6/10/2019. I do not suggest anyone use this company. I called this company because our number appeared on a music producer's phone listing who recently had a documentary released about him. We have been receiving dozens of calls a day asking about him. They informed me they could not remove the number from their site. So our options are to deal with the phone calls that are coming in at all hours 100% because of this site or change our number.

There was no new information available that I had not already gotten off the internet myself for free. Some of what I found was either incorrect, outdated or missing information that I was looking for and the reason I purchased the product. Don't waste your time with this company. Do the research yourself and save your money!
