I have been a Herbalife member for 9 years. My orders are typically between $225 - $300+. I received my recent order and a Formula 1 Healthy Meal chocolate mint was missing from my order. I notified customer service of my missing Formula 1 Healthy Meal chocolate mint. Customer Service asked if my delivery box had been damaged. I told them it had not. Customer Service asked me to call back after 5pm to verify with the Warehouse that it had been shipped. I called back after 5pm and spoke with Customer Service. They informed me that the Warehouse verified the Formula 1 Healthy Meal chocolate mint had been shipped. I told the Customer Service agent that I received all of my products except for the Formula 1 Healthy Meal chocolate mint.

I am a new client, and the products work well; however, the cosmetology service was lacking. I had an order sent by FedEx. It was shown as delivered, and FedEx had a picture. Someone stole the product and reported it to Herbalife. They asked for a police report to reimburse the product that was stolen. My advice BUY it through Amaze, so if it is stolen, it will be replaced.

To be perfectly honest, their product helped me get from 198 pounds down to 120. I was definitely lacking proper nutrition, but it was accomplished. My issue is their computer programmer is so pitiful. Mind you my dad is a computer programmer who speaks over 13 languages. This app for an independent member or to be a distributor is the most saddest computer programmer I have ever seen ever like the directions and guidelines for it to be even completed. If I was just reading the directions is in accurate information then when I call the person doesn’t even know how to express how to accomplish it to be Successful. And then you need a sponsor in all these unnecessary things for you just to distribute their product. Makes it difficult, strenuous, insufficient, and dumb. Maybe if you got a new computer programmer you wouldn’t be getting sued.

It's very expensive. Each drink costs $9-$13 and I have receipts from the shop showing this. They charged me $9-$13 per drink. The product caused me to have debt, and I would advise buying products that are cheaper.

My experience with the DETOX products I was offered to buy, was awful. I was brought up by believing the coach that the products were sugar-free. When I got home, I started the 7-day detox program, but the whole mix drink tasted pretty sugary. I researched the ingredients of all 4 packages and guess what? Those teas, aloe Vera, collagen and energy packages contain sucralose, corn syrup, stevia tea leaf, maltodextrin, mango and fruit concentrates that they do not tell you about. I told the coach about it and she said that those ingredients come in little amounts. To make the story short, I consume 2 packages and I ended up with an UTI, which I believe I got not only due to the ingredients alone, but also my lately bad feeding habits. Sugar alone can give you a bad UTI or at least candidiasis.

This company will steal you blind! Do some research before you get taken by this business and its so called staff members. My experience with Herbalife in McMinnville, Tennessee has been about spending money my money and never making it back. I could spend all day telling you about this company but the fastest way is research. Please do not become a victim of their lies and deceit.

I don't want a Herbalife membership because the product I reviewed and read that it has side effects of the lever and some other health issues. So I called up to ask for return of my membership money back but they refused and said it's more than three months. I refer another company Amway that gives money back even though it's been 6 months so that is the reputation of the company. I have not bought any product up till now and looks like my money is drained.

I got signed up as a preferred member which my distributer/coach me the wrong information. I wanted change my coach after signing up on the same day due to his unprofessional behavior, getting personal and being flirtish on the phone (Ricardo **). I called Herbalife and filed complaint against him and asked to change my coach to avoid any communication with him and explained them the situation, after talking to multiple people they gave me two options which is to work with him or cancel my membership.

It's wonderful products overall and it's overall 93 countries. Daily 8.3 million shake is being consumed. Many life transformations have happened. The excellent build community. Positive mindset. For those who have given bad and 1-star reviews - "Bees don't explain they are better than flies ." All the best to haters. They always gonna hate.

I just want to give a trial to lose weight, after using this product I got health issues like constipation, chest pain, right abdominal pain. After using 20 days I stopped to use this product. Note: the person who tells you about this expects a profit if you buy the product. For this product health is a business, the associates say couple of stories to make you join. One thing keep in mind, your health is in your hands and your way of living. Lot of people giving free tips how to make a healthy life. And 30 day money back guarantee is there - this is a bogus. They ask you to send the products used in a resalable condition. 1 star is also waste for this product.

I was pushed by some uneducated salespeople, I fell to their lies and deception. I PURCHASED some Herbalife tea, protein, and vitamins. After I start using these products, I start feeling sick, I could not sleep at night, start vomiting, and taking the protein I start having diarrhea. Do not buy any of these junks. The Herbalife owners mainly recruit illegals to sell their junk to each other also.

Herbalife is an amazing company with healthy meal options for people trying to lose weight gain weight or maintain a healthy weight. I have worked for the company as well as use their product and can factually say that the product does work. The products are amazing. They do what they are intended to do if you follow the guidelines and directions. One of the things that I notice when people review Herbalife is that they say it doesn't work but then they don't explain what they did with the product or how they used it.

I had placed an order that was delivered, however, it was delivered to my destroyed home during a mandatory evacuation order during Hurricane Laura. It was either stolen, looted or whatnot. I have been trying continuously to have my order refunded. Customer service has been so rude and has yet to assist in my request, I have been hung up on numerous times. I only want a refund.

When I started Herbalife in 2014, and used the product, I started to poop blood for 2 days. From 2017 thru 2019, I've been having stomach pain and diarrhea, I think this product is GMO and full chemical ingredients that we shouldn't never consume and the human don't even recognize the ingredients. Lastly, I got bloated and hard to lose belly fat now.

So if this doesn't suit you, then just ensure you go find your best solution suits your body. This is because it is not what you can eat, it is what you can absorb. Hello, I tried this product once and nothing happened. It was the 3 day strict diet one. Then I decided to give it another shot and tried the shake. I literally gained weight and it was scary how quickly I did. I was using it for a month. I think my hormones may have been messed up due to this product.

Here’s the thing, I have Crohn's, my constipation is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t eat a lot of foods either, ( I have an ulcer). I started using Herballife about 3 years ago, on and off during my flare-ups. It helped me a lot, I honestly would not use it to lose weight, but the shakes help with my constipation, and they help me get something substantial in my body. I use a lot of the “extras” to add to my shake. I also have a family friend who sales me the products at 50% off, so it’s not killing my wallet. If that wasn’t an option I’m honestly not sure if I’d use them as much as I do, mostly because of their priciness.

I ordered from Herbalife about 2 months ago and paid for a 2-7 business day shipping. I gave it a month before calling them. They had yet to even ship my order out, so it wasn't like it got lost in the mail or anything. I reached out to the distributor I made the purchase from initially and she wasn't helpful at all. She seemed more interested in selling me more products than anything. She said that she would take care of it but nothing happened so, I reached out to her again a week later, but she never responded. I called the company and they were somewhat helpful. They filed the complaint for me.

I am very skeptical of reviews that get either a one or a five because more than likely emotion is a trigger factor in such extreme cases. I noticed that many of the ones that were given had to do with some "negative" experience that really has nothing to do with the products themselves. If you do the research you will find several scientific peer reviewed articles about Herbalife products and its effect on health.

I Used their shakes for weight loss and it's a total loss. I bought this product as I have been told by an associate that it's very good for weight loss and that he himself used it for weight management. I followed each and every step what he told me but there was no result. I was not able to lose even 1 kilo of weight. Then he again said that you will have to continue with the supplement to see results. I again trusted him and I am very sorry to say that this was a very bad experience. They lie, cheat you and take your hard earned money... 1 word cheaters, liars...

I thought I’d try the protein coffee to keep me from getting hungry through the morning. It seemed harmless and did work to curb my appetite. I’m seeing lots of people who have lost weight on these products according to their reviews! Good for you but you must know that there are lots of products that help you lose weight. You can even lose it the old fashioned way with traditional diet and exercise which is probably the healthiest way.

I had an inactive membership for several year. Started my membership in October of 2019. They counted my dues paid toward a previous year when I could not even utilize services. OVERPRICED, DISHONEST. They claim their products do things THEY DO NOT and have no scientific evidence to back up their claims.

Full cheat. They make me member with promise to guide and help in work. But after investment they cheat. The person get all product back. But not pay me yet. It's almost 9 month passed. I didn't get my money back. Nobody looks in matter. Even I don't know where I complaint about it.

If I could give this company no stars I would. I have never seen such a horrible level of customer service in my life. Not only did it take me almost a week to get anyone to respond to my concerns but I also paid for an order to be delivered overnight and didn't receive it for 2 weeks. When presenting the problem to Herbalife they claimed they would give me a full refund and it would take 3-5 business days which is the least they could do given the circumstances that it was their fault I had not received my products yet. That was a week ago yesterday. So I reached out to once again check the status of my refund and they completely took back saying they would refund me at all!

It's a very nice experience with this product. I can describe exactly the sensation that I think about it... It's is a food, snack, candy, drink or whatever you want but the best. It's good and healthy for our body..out and into.

I had lost 40lbs. with Herbalife products with no side effects. As with any diet or lifestyle change, you have to follow through to get results! Follow the routine: shake, snack, shake, snack, healthy meal. Snacks should be healthy! The distributors can be a little pushy, but my distributors were a great support system and wonderful cheerleaders for me! I was with the Baltimore, MD. community and the group is fun, supportive, and motivating. My experience has been great!

In my experience it is not good for health. I took two months this shake, meantime avoided tea, coffee, sweets, etc as the part of instructions followed by the club persons. And I lose only 1 or two kg weight invariably. But, my sugar level dropped down alarmingly then under treatment of health issues like headache - vision problem, etc... I can't recommended this product to anybody.

I started the three day trial and it made me queasy. I spoke with my sponsor and they said they would help me with the return but when I went in for help all they told me was that nothing was wrong with the product. That's fine. Herbalife is a fraud company. They are supplying duplicate/without barcode products to their customers. Their MD ** has also accepted without barcode if his company has sent me products then this is a big mistake. Company itself promotes of buying products directly from them instead of buying from outside. But this so called fraud company has supplied me product without barcode. I have been getting calls from Herbalife to handover them the boxes that doesn’t have the barcode. This means they are trying to capture the boxes in their custody so that I cannot raise a complaint against them. They are not at all bothered about my health. Although I have asked them multiple times to get my health checkup done. I have all the proofs available with me. Pl do not use their products. It's harmful for your health.

This product caused me severe liver enlargement, gallstone and gastritis. As per my doctors I could have ended with total liver failure if I had consumed it for a longer time. I was misguided by the agent claiming it's FDA approved, it's not. She also said it's food, it's not, it contains several product unfit for human consumption. Also the agent said it has no side effects. Another lie. Frauds. Cheats.

I'm getting excessive cold after using Herbalife milkshakes. The worst part is it has been years I took the shake, still I'm suffering with this side effect. I'm getting cold very often and every time I get cold, it takes a lot of time to subside. Has anyone else suffered this way and have find a solution. Please share with me.

I became a member of Herbalife team through **. He used to be very helpful especially when he was getting me involved with the membership. I bought some products and later on couldn’t take them properly and couldn’t sell them as well. Then I gave up and change my mind to quit from the membership. I quit and sent them all products back to the company. But unfortunately couldn’t get my money back. It was cost me 700-800$ approximately. It has been one year and still unfortunately couldn’t take even one step forward. No one answers my inquiry. No one tells the truth.
