How does Nutrisystem work?

Nutrisystem dieters eat every two to three hours, up to six times per day. A printed meal plan is included in the first shipment to make it easy for dieters to follow their Nutrisystem plan from the start. Depending on the plan, meal and snack items include options such as buttermilk waffles, mac and cheese, grilled chicken sandwiches and chocolate-covered pretzels.

Meal deliveries are made every four to 10 days. Frozen meals are shipped in frozen storage trucks and packed in dry ice that keeps them frozen for up to eight hours after delivery. One of the benefits of Nutrisystem is free order tracking, which makes it easy to manage and adjust your meals.

Nutrisystem plans

Nutrisystem Basic, Core, Uniquely Yours, Uniquely Yours Plus and Vegetarian plans can be customized for male or female dieters, and the company has diabetic options. Nutrisystem’s website lists a comprehensive nutritional breakdown of all menu items on each plan.

Nutrisystem Basic
Choose your meals or go with the Chef’s Choice, a preset menu of popular foods. A typical eating schedule on Nutrisystem includes three meals and three snacks per day and includes menu items like three-cheese chicken with steamed broccoli, apple cinnamon oatmeal and white cheddar popcorn. A four-week Basic plan with auto-delivery costs $294.99. Customers can add shakes for an additional $79.98.
  • Basic Diabetes: Nutrisystem created its Basic Diabetes plan to help customers manage their glucose levels while losing weight. The Basic Diabetes plan includes menu items such as blueberry muffins, chicken noodle soup and white chocolate chunk cookies.
Nutrisystem Core
Nutrisystem Core comes with more variety and food options than the Basic plan. The first week comes with specially selected meals to jump-start weight loss and ease dieters into the plan. The Core plan also includes unlimited online support from counselors and dietitians. A four-week Core plan with auto-delivery costs $319.99, and probiotic shakes can be added for an additional fee.
  • Core Diabetes: The Core Diabetes plan offers Chef’s Choice Pack and unlimited customer support. With portion control, customers can enjoy whole-grain crackers and cheese, cheese tortellini and Santa Fe-style chicken on Nutrisystem’s Core Diabetes plan.
Nutrisystem Uniquely Yours
Uniquely Yours is similar to the Core and Basic plans but comes with even more menu options. A typical Nutrisystem Uniquely Yours day might include a cranberry orange muffin, mixed nuts and a cup of coffee for breakfast, a hamburger and side salad for lunch, roasted turkey and green beans for dinner and snacks throughout the day. Not including shakes, four weeks of auto-delivery costs $359.99.
  • Uniquely Yours Diabetes: With even more menu options created for those with Type 2 diabetes, dieters can manage their blood glucose levels and eat healthy, balanced meals and snacks. On the Uniquely Yours Diabetes, customers have the bonus of receiving unlimited frozen meals and snacks. Favorite menu items include apple slices dipped in peanut butter, ice cream sandwiches and broccoli and cheese melt with sliced vegetables.
Nutrisystem Uniquely Yours Plus
The Uniquely Yours Plus plan includes everything in the three previous plans and adds even more variety and high-protein shakes. On a typical day, you might have waffles and scrambled eggs with coffee for breakfast, a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad for lunch and a pizza with salad for dinner. Probiotic shakes, cheese puffs, popcorn and mixed nuts make for great snacks throughout the day, and you can even have a chocolate brownie sundae for an evening snack. At $399.99 per month with auto-delivery, it’s one of Nutrisystems best plans for those who crave variety.
Nutrisystem Vegetarian

Menu items include home-style pancakes and stuffed shells with sautéed spinach plus a variety of sweet and savory snacks. Four-week vegetarian plans with auto-delivery start at $359.99.

This is my 3rd time on the program. It used to be great but they have combined with Jenny Craig and the food quality and choices have gone downhill. Half the Jenny Craig desserts taste like cardboard. My biggest complaint is the new shipping package. All my ice cream products are completely melted by the time it arrives. This month my whole order was thawed out and inedible. They are replacing it but the same thing could happen again.

I've been a NutriSystem customer for years. The program started out well, but things have gone downhill and I will no longer recommend NutriSystem to anyone. Frozen items are arriving defrosted and damaged. The people that pack the orders in the box don't seem to care how they pack the food. They put heavier items on top of items that are easily crushed. They don't use enough dry ice. It's a joke. Items are missing and trying to get ahold of customer service is a nightmare!! I have cancelled my auto delivery program with them.

From a years ago satisfied customer. Where to start on how awful Nutrisystem is now? Missing shipment (told me "drive around neighborhood and look for it"), to broken box, to packing ice melted and food ruined, to less than decent food, etc... Unless you are immobile and have no other options, there is no reason you should consider Nutrisystem. Notes: Calling in to cancel my subscription, on hold for 30 minutes and counting due to "high volume". By the way, I rarely share negative reviews.

I have been using Nutrisystem off and on for over 20 years and had great results. Whenever I needed to lose 10 to 15 pounds, I would go back on Nutrisystem and it would work like a charm. The past two months, I joined again and the price was now up to $394 for a five-day plan for the month. I picked out all of the items that I wanted and when the order arrived there were 29 items that I did not order. I called them up, and they said, "Oh so sorry" and did nothing about it. The second month, they substituted items again and gave me seven packs of tuna fish and another kind of fish, which I don’t eat. I called them up again, and they said "Sorry, I can’t do anything about it."

I received an email saying that my third month would come on Wednesday which it did not. I received the order today, on Thursday and most of my frozen items were thawed out and my ice cream was liquid. I tried to call them for my last order for days and could never get through. I stayed on the phone today for over 25 minutes before I hung up. I went onto the chat with an agent and told her that some of my food had thawed out and my ice cream was liquid. And she said, "Sorry I cannot give you a refund and I cannot replace any items." For $394 and to lose a big portion of your order, that’s pretty ridiculous. I canceled my automatic subscription and told them that I would never ever, never order from them again. I feel like they stole from me.

Food was subpar, bland, and tasteless. We cancelled our auto delivery, removed our credit card, and ended our relationship a week before the auto delivery would submit the 2nd order. To our surprise, our credit card, despite all of these precautions, was charged $500 for another order of food. We immediately reached out to customer service and was treated extremely rude. Despite the order not being shipped yet, they refused to stop the order and refund our card. His explanation was that we had to call in and cancel the order, despite our account showing everything was cancelled. We then reached out again, through chat, and they gave us different information stating we can only fully cancel through chat. Be warned and do not sign up for auto delivery or a monthly account.

I ordered the 'Menopause' plan, but received a plan with 21 meals, 1/3 of which were 'snacks'. The plan was exactly the same as the normal plan I received from them over five years ago, when I did not have Menopause. When I complained, I got a rude customer service person who said 'menopause' means any woman over fifty. I told her to cancel my plan but she wasn't cooperative and said I should have contacted them as soon as I received the unsatisfactory package. I went to my account on the website and cancelled. Today I received a notice that they are charging my account and sending the same unsatisfactory foods to me. I contacted customer service who refused to cancel the order, told me I did not complete the previous chat so they did not cancel, and that you can't cancel online. The chat person made me sit and wait until he cancelled my plan.

Apparently there are a bunch of rules they do not post and, by the way, the food is gross. It tasted much better. It doesn't have the Nutrisystem brand labels on a lot of it and many of the meals are just snacks with too much sugar for a woman fighting menopause related metabolism issues. The month meals are really only about two weeks of actual meals with a few snacks thrown. The cost is my monthly grocery budget! This company has gone way downhill. I am going to have to contact my credit card company to try to get charges cancelled.

They told me that Nutrisystem has partnered with Jenny Craig. I did not order Jennie Craig items. The bad thing is that when you go online, it says Nutrisystem Nutrisystem does not say we have now partnered with Jennie Craig so why am I getting Jennie Craig‘s food?

This is deceptive and is not fair to the consumers that are buying, I am requesting a full refund or I will take this to court and I will put it on the news just to let them see that you all are being deceptive and selling us food that we are paying for under Nutrisystem and it’s Jennie Craig and you try to talk us into keeping it saying oh well this is the sister brand. I have been with Nutrisystem for years and I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. That's like me buying A pair of Nike sneakers and you’re sending me Reeboks and you’re telling me it’s a sister company to NIKE so make that make sense.

I was charged shipping for both orders. Worse 11 of the "chef's" 24 "meals" were snacks (popcorn, ice cream sandwich, frozen ice cream fudge bar, granola bar). I added up the prices of the 24 items. Total was 78.94 from the ala carte menu. Price of plan is $144. I appreciate that the structure works for people wanting to change their eating habits, however, my advice is look elsewhere as the $ value and the nutritional value are a total scam. I ordered to Miami, FL. THe whole shipment came melted, warm and leaked through the frozen and dry boxes. I called in as soon as it was delivered. I canceled and then they asked me if I wanted to try again and I gave it a try. It came in worse condition and I had to throw the food away as it was not eatible--defrosted, hot, soaked with melted product everywhere. I took pictures and they had the nerve to only refund the "frozen portion" because they claimed the other food was eatible! I threw all of it away as you could tell these boxes were sitting on a truck in 85 degree weather who knows how long!--their customer service does not take responsibility, won't let you speak to a manager and made me responsible for price of the food that was somewhere in the sun sitting around and perishable.

They even expected me to try again and did not want to cancel the next order but I got firm about it. There are other companies that do the right thing and take care of their responsibilities...THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM. I never got to the eat the food---but they should do and be better. I am a nonprofit director and sometimes you take the loss to do the right thing especially when it is your fault my food could not get to me in a safe and eatible manner. SHAME ON YOU!

I was on the program in previous years and did very well on it. If fact I lost 30 lbs the first time I did the program. So, after some personal and medical issues I decided to use Nutrisystem again; what a mistake. The majority of the food is frozen which is ok if you don't work or have the facilities at work to keep it frozen. You used to go into the website that had a structured method to select your meals by breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now there is no structure and there is no meal plan that used to come with your order. It was all easy to follow, not anymore. I also don't need another app on my phone when the little paper meal plan book worked great. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order they told me it was already paid for and they would not refund my money. Amazing how Nutrisystem has gone from an awesome weight loss program to a confusing weight loss program that rips you off.

Wile I used Nutrisystem in the past to lose weight, it was reasonably effective. However, they have instituted new policies that have made their food much more expensive and changed their packaging to reduce costs to Nutrisystem while providing poor packaging solutions that have resulted in damaged food in their frozen foods. This has happened twice in a row now. Damaged food takes three weeks to replace. I reported damaged goods upon receipt today (September 17th) and was told the replacement food would arrive sometime after October 8th.

I’ve been on this diet off and on for several years now. I’ve lost the weight and reached my goal, gained some of it back and went on the diet again. I did the maintenance suggestions and was able to transition to my own foods but liked to stay with the program at a lower cost for some meals. This worked for awhile. I also exercise regularly.

The negatives at this point is that many of their meals (particularly lunches and dinners) are highly processed and although low-calorie, and often tasty and convenient options, they are high in sodium, which my doctor recommended to control this in my diet. I found that my options were limited to the monthly 44 meal maintenance plan with mostly snacks and breakfasts as viable options for me. Even though I was spending well over $200 for these meals, Nutrisystem did not offer free shipping and some of my favorite items were recently discontinued. Also did not like their recent practice of shipping frozen items in containers that required composting for disposal or using lots of water to dispose of packaging material.

My main complaint at this point was the fact that the customer representative gave me a hard time when I tried to cancel future shipments even after I explained that I had a pretty good handle on preparing healthy meals and snacks on my own. She was polite, but I was well within the deadline date to cancel future shipments and she persisted with asking me questions to try to stay with the program or some part of it. This hard sell tactic did not work well with me so I will look at other methods to keep my weight down and eat healthy.

The experience was very upsetting and in a way cruel to people like me who find it challenging to maintain a healthy weight and are just trying to make the best decisions for themselves as to when and how to manage their diet/lifestyle. These policies of making reps persuade customers they do not know to continue to purchase products they don’t want anymore are in my opinion an example of poor customer service.

When my food arrived it consisted of 12 breakfasts, 12 lunches and 12 dinners, plus12 snacks. When I called Nutrisystem to find out why they advertised 12 days of food as a 4-week diet plan, I was made to feel like I was stupid for asking. So I went back and read the fine print. The fine print on the program stated that I would receive 48 meals. I guess they count snacks as a meal, too. It's actually 1-1/2 meals per day over 4 weeks. It's not the same program that it was 3 years ago. I cancelled auto shipping and I won't order again.

Did not notice at the time, but the new green-cell packaging had opened up and melted all over the product. By the time I placed this into the freezer, it felt like I was wearing a thick glove of this extremely sticky, but the more it dried became loose and flaky and spread throughout the house. Every time I pulled something out of the freezer I again had stickiness on my hands. It was all over my floors and now on my dog's paws and toys which she was licking.

I called customer service and spoke with Leroy and he offered nothing. He said wash it off. I explained I had a septic tank and I cannot have that going down my sinks. I then asked him to cancel my subscription. He said he would have a manager call me back. It is now been a week and a half and I have not received any call back. I have called back and they say yes I see you are waiting for a manager call but it lasts I still have not received any calls. The missing sandwiches are supposed to be in my next order. So I have to order again to get my replacements. The fine print states that if I cancel my subscription, I will not receive my replacements. So it seems to me that if they keep leaving items out, a person is stuck buying again or lose out on items they paid for.

Nutrisystem put me on hold for over a half an hour before I was forced to hang up. Instead of them simply refunding my card and erasing my payment information they just left me on hold. Well a couple weeks later and another $180 charge on my card later, a even bigger Styrofoam cooler shows up with a bigger cardboard box on top, both full of food. The really bad part about the order is that the delivery address was different than my card's billing address so their system kicked the person who is fraudulently using my card to my address, but for some reason they continue to let these orders to either refill or auto refill after being told they are fraudulent.

After $360 of fraudulent charges have been made, Nutrisystem refuses to refund my account and said that I have to argue my case with the bank, even though I've told them to stop sending the food and that the order should have never been approved with a different delivery address than the billing address. So as of now, they have successfully taken $360 from me and refuse to refund it. Nutrisystem is nothing more than a bunch of thieves that will let anyone use your card. I literally am a twig and would negatively be affected by dieting.

They were out of one of the items, I feel they should have contacted me to have the choice of canceling the item or adding another but again they substituted. I tried calling 2 days in a row, left my cell number for them to call me back and never received a call back, there is nowhere to leave a comment or review on the website either.

Very disappointing. Had used Nutrisystem before and was pleased with the food. I've recently gone back on Nutrisystem and was greatly disappointed. The frozen items were melted and inedible. They replaced the order which was also melted. I cancelled my membership as it was a waste of money due to this.

I originally tried Nutrisystem in my upper 40’s and it worked for me (10# off). I was so happy with my results that I got my daughter and several friends to try it.
Now I return’ post M..’ for the 50+ plan because I can’t get down from 130 to take off 10#. I want every single woman that is going through the sadness with weight gain after menopause to understand this probably isn’t the answer. I am 5’ and comfortable around 115#. I would be happy to be 120 to be realistic.

Within 2 months of eating their food (costing way too much) without any type of results is unacceptable. I have not lost even OZ! It’s crazy & pretty upsetting to be honest. The food must of changed in some form because it isn’t working for my daughter as it should this time either ~ she started the same day as me & has only lost 4# in the last month & 1/2 where as she lost 60 # when she first started many yrs ago.

I’ve followed everything perfectly and have only did 3 flex meals instead of the 5 day plan that I ordered, because I really give it my best shot ~ but NO… nothing! They have this so called ‘money back guarantee’ however it’s only 7 days in, and anyone in the world would figure the following week will be better (even though not losing anything in the 1st week is aggravating). This is the most disappointing, I ordered more of the breakfast sandwiches because it has more protein, also, I simply don’t like sweet things ~ they decided not to honor my picked choices and sent me a huge amount of pancakes, cinnamon rolls and waffles ! So … this plan that is supposed to support stubborn weight loss with ‘ higher protein’ is not being honest & I feel that I should be refunded for my order!

The 1st month I ordered the chef pick to really get some weight loss going ~ what I received was exactly what I received in my 40s, only 6 meals per that month were the frozen, the rest were things like mashed potato cups, Mac and cheese & bars. So with that, isn’t this false advertising? Shouldn’t the chef pick be all of the higher protein items and not the same thing I received for lower cost in my 40s? Honestly….

I’m not a disgruntled severely overweight bitter woman & slamming this company because I don’t do it correctly and want to blame someone ~ I am 5’ and weight 130 but have gained over 15 # in the last 15 years and would like to drop at least 10# but I’ve lost nothing! My scale has even the same oz as it did when I started (well 2-3 oz different). However.. my husband has lost weight as he often does when I start this plan because of all the fiber and protein I have to purchase to add to my N.. meals.

Overall experience with Nutrisystem is horrible, my daughter and one of my friends my age is done with them as well. Do not trust this is the answer, the weight journey is personal and hard ~ we don’t need to spend all this money and not see results and feel defeated. It’s cheaper to hire a nutritionist to come up with a menu or even better..follow high protein pages on fb ~ I’m going to do that from now on. :(

I started the program in January. I had to commit to 6 months because that was the only way I could afford it. Even though the food was, at best, mediocre. Lost 3 lbs. The first month. After 2 months and no further weight loss, "coaching" told me I wasn't following the program. When I replied that I was following the instructions on my account page I was told they were wrong. The next month I called again and coaching was offline for a while so customer service e told me I needed shakes and protein bars at a cost of $160 per month.

Next month (3rd) still no loss. Was told just to keep on going. Next month, no loss. Called and asked to cancel and refund my next two months. They don't do refunds. When I asked about the guarantee I was told they guaranteed I would lose weight. But I could not get a refund based on no weight loss. Some guarantee! So I am stuck with a lot of food that has no value, no taste and does nothing but take up space. Coaches are uninformed, contradict each other and are useless. Customer service is a contradiction in terms. Waste of time and money. DON'T DO IT!

I received first order. It was a mishmash of Jenny Craig and Nutrisystem food. Not what I ordered. My second order was scheduled to be delivered on may 8. Did not arrive. When I called them they said there were problems at warehouse. I called today and they were supposed to return my call. Never happened. In addition they said I had no account. I must have been deleted from their system after I cancelled future deliveries. I called again at 7:50 and was told they closed at 8:00 and to go online for any questions. My question is: where is my food that I paid for?

Only offered to reship even after I told them I didn't want frozen meals any more. No offer of refund or given choice of non-frozen replacements. I cancelled my auto ship/membership.

I was on Nutrisystem 7 or 8 years ago. It worked well for me. I lost 40 lbs. The shipments arrived on time and with very few errors. All went as promised. I signed up again recently. Tried it for three weeks. I was faithful to the program. Using the app to track. I lost 1.9 lbs and gained a lb back. I also had trouble with being overcharged and when I wanted to cancel because it didn't work, they implied I wasn't following the program and tried to upsell me. They charged me $125. to cancel because they said it was in the fine print. I waited forever to chat and then was told I had to call to cancel. I waited 37 min. to talk to someone. When I asked if I could have an email to voice my concerns, she refused. I have only complained twice in my life. This Nutrisystem experience and one rent-a-car experience. Buyer beware!!

I used to be a big fan, but after my experience today, I found out how bad of a company Nutrisystem is towards their customers. My shipment was delivered to my neighbor instead of my address, and it was sitting there in the sun for about 6 hours and still counting. I told the representative that I had heart surgery and can’t go out to carry the big box back to my house, but she said they can’t replace this shipment (which is probably spoiled by now) because it’s not lost! Wow what a great solution. So she’s basically telling me as long as it’s close to you, and even spoiled, you still can eat it, so go get it! Ridiculous and horrible customer service.

Have you looked at all the ingredients on each package, my goodness, do some research on this stuff they are putting in their food. For instance take their free shakes they send you when you order. Well I guess they are free because of the ingredients. Look at the last ingredient "Cyanocobalamin". It has Cyanide in it. That is going in your body. This is a very irresponsible company if not worse!

They do NOT tell you about the "Money Back Guarantee" and charge you a $125 early termination fee after your 1st order. I placed 2 individual orders, one for my Mother & one for myself. My Mother's Dr advised against it because of her heart & kidneys. I reached out & spoke to a man named Ray, who was quite nasty & hung up on me after I cancelled. I reached back out & spoke to a Jillian, who said Ray "waived" the early termination fee & gave me a reference #, that was a lie, they still charged me. I reached out to a James in regards to my order, which they totally messed up (12 items!). Not once did he mention the "Money Back Guarantee" & didn't even offer a refund on what they did mess up. I asked him the price of each item, which was $5 each (12×5= 60). He refused to give the $60 off the 2nd order, but offered $40 off when I told him I did not accept the $20 he initially said he could take off!

I picked the option to choose my foods, NOT Chef's Choice! Once my 2nd order came in, they messed up AGAIN! My philosophy is- 3 strikes, you're out! I called today (4/9/25) and spoke to James again. He told me, they HAVE to tell you about the Money Back Guarantee & there's nothing he can do about it now. My thing is, they say they record their conversations, I really hope they do, because now I am left having to reach out to the Better Business Bureau & I will be contacting an Attorney - that is false advertisement & I will have him subpoena the tapes!

I cancelled my account as well & because I "accepted" the package (even though the delivery driver is the one who actually signs for it), I wasn't charged the early termination fee for mine. Even if you don't touch the food (as in the case, with my Mother's order), they refuse to take it back, so now I'm left paying for something that will not be eaten & throwing it in the trash (because I myself, don't have the same palate as she does!).

In regards to the 7in7- that too is a lie (personally, anyways). I actually put in 2 pounds from it! I also, when I talk to an attorney, have a team of Dr's I've been working with, that will actually attest to what I'm saying (rather than having people think I'm talking just to talk!). I will say, it's their loss, because I was ready & willing to be a long term customer. The items they didn't mess up on were actually decent & I liked them. They do not stand behind what they have online (in regards to the Money Back Guarantee) and their customer service is horrendous! I have never in my life dealt with such rude & arrogant people!

I’ve been a Nutrisystem customer on and off for over 15 years, but unfortunately, it’s not what it used to be. My most recent order arrived without dry ice, leaving the frozen items thawed. On top of that, I received multiple incorrect items. When I reached out to customer service, the response was dismissive and didn’t acknowledge the full scope of the issue. I decided to cancel my program, only to be forced into a chat with an agent who ignored my concerns and kept trying to upsell me instead of processing my request. After years of relying on Nutrisystem, I’m disappointed by how the service has declined. I won’t be returning.

Do not prepay for the cheaper rate.. You give them 900 bucks for 3 months and it’s limited. They literally tell you that they cannot change preorders plans. There are 8 meals I cannot have and they will not accommodate. Also there are 5 low inventory I cannot even get on my limited plan. So there are even less options. If you have money to burn I guess do it. But I don’t. It took allot of saving to make this happen. And I will never do this again.

      Cannot have:

      Grain crusted pollock with vegetables
      Cafe style creamy tomato soup
      Beef lo mein
Red pepper and chicken pasta saute
      Bourbon style chicken
Sesame beef and broccoli and brown rice
      Merlot beef with root vegetables

      Meatloaf and potatoes veggies

Stuck in this plan without all options. So it’s limited and also out of:

      Margarita pizza
      Southwestern style chicken
      Bbq chicken Mac and cheese
      Cinnamon brown sugar oat

      Chocolate chip granola bar

They claim it’s just a la carte. So you pay and then realize you can’t have some meals.

Do not do business with this company. They are apparently only interested in grabbing your money at this point. I was a return customer in February 2025. Thought I'd ordered a plan that would last the entire month and found it only covered about half the month. It was definitely not the exceptional money-saving deal I thought I'd purchased. Called to cancel and was only able to get automated responses until I indicated I was canceling. A person in a loud call center obviously reading from a script got on the phone and started trying to offer me a discount on my next order.

When I declined, I was told I would have to pay $125 cancellation fee. She also wanted me to take a survey. I told her I'd taken one online and declined. I was told it was "mandatory" which angered me further. The questions were completely inappropriate for someone on the plan a couple of weeks. I will NEVER do business with these people again and caution others to avoid them as well. Unfortunately, my mistake cost me almost $375.

Nutrisystem as a company is dishonest and must be having financial problems. I called in the fall last year to cancel my Club Advantage program. Sat on hold for 20-30 minutes to get someone. They obviously don't have a good customer service dept/program. And they won't allow you to cancel on their website. That's because they try everything they can to keep you from canceling...when you finally get someone on the phone. I had to get forceful with the woman on the phone by saying 'cancel'...'cancel'...etc. over and over as she tried to get me to stay with the program with various incentives. Finally she said she cancelled my subscription.

Fast forward 4 months or so and I get billed $54.11 on my credit card. I call them again... sit on the phone on hold again for at least 10-15 minutes, and the person comes back and says the $54.11 is for the auto-renewal of my subscription. I said I had cancelled my subscription. They said, "But you didn't cancel your auto-renewal". Infuriating. I told them how unfair they're being but it just fell on deaf ears. Then they later lied and said I never cancelled. Unbelievable! Don't ever do business with Nutrisystem. It's a completely dishonest business.
