Absolutely 100% a scam. I signed up for a 4-session deal for my wife and they charged me $2k with renewal fees. No follow up email asking if we wanted additional help. They absolutely suck!!! Their phone number is a sham and their website contact sucks. AVOID!!!

Company is totally unethical and unresponsive. No way to contact customer service , and if you send e-mail, they just don't respond. And they will continue to charge you - I was forced to cancel a credit card to finally stop the charges. Garbage company.

I got desperate for relief from digestive symptoms and made an appointment online with Top Nutrition Coaching around 3:00pm on 5/8/25 for an appointment the next day, 5/9/25 at 5:15pm. I kept getting texts asking me for information that I had already done online. Weird but ok. Then I got a text from another phone number asking if my appointment could be on 5/14/25 at 11am. I replied no due to work schedule. I then asked by text if my appointment on 5/9/25 was canceled and No one replied. It is now 5/9/25 at 7:01pm and no response from anyone. I gave them my name, address, date of birth, email, phone number, medical insurance card, and credit card (used HSA card). Because I didn't look it up or know it was a scam. Do not use these people. It seems to be a scam.

Top Nutrition Coaching is basically a scam. I signed up for a 3-month program with a nutritionist. $180 per month that includes a virtual visit every other week. 2 visits per month. Not cheap but I was willing to pay the price in order to improve health a sport performance. The service itself was very average but the way they bill is unethical - see below. As for the consultations I didn’t feel like I got anything worth $180 per month. Nothing that I could not get with basic google searches. A couple good tips but that was it. It didn’t really felt personalized or motivating.

I was interested in consulting with a nutritionist and decided to fill out the information about myself and my health issues to try to find a nutritionist to help guide me with my health. Unfortunately, I did not realize it was a membership/subscription and they charged me a $60 fee for an appointment I did not make. Be aware! It would probably be better to go in person not trust the Internet.

I was looking for a renal dietitian and found Top Nutrition Coaching. I got the opportunity to talk to the person and I've been there for two years now. They're keeping my creatinine level under control. I meet with my coach once a quarter and she is great. Any time I message her, she always is responsive. But sometimes when I try to take care of administrative tasks, I don't get responses all the time. I don't feel that there's communication. They're not as responsive as my coach. I submitted information to the service people for my insurance and I haven't gotten any response back yet.

My Top Nutrition coach is really helpful. Getting matched with her was easy. She listens to my specific situation and gives me advice from there. And then if her advice hasn't worked from the last time, then we try something else until we get it right. I've had tons of progress so far.

Top Nutrition had a particular expertise in prenatal nutrition, which was what I was looking for. Getting matched with a nutrition coach was great. I had an initial conversation. They matched me, and I really hit it off with my coach. My coach is phenomenal. She's a wonderful person, and she helped me so much. I started working with her to be healthy before getting pregnant, and then to stay healthy during pregnancy, and then even during postpartum. I have a beautiful, healthy, 10-month-old baby now. So, I achieved all of my goals. Top Nutrition's booking system was really easy to use. They were super flexible with me. And being postpartum, it's challenging to find time sometimes. So, if I ever needed to adjust my membership or adjust when I was meeting with my coach, it was really easy to do. So, I appreciated that, too.

Our experience with this company started well, as the nutritionist assigned to us was very nice and good with kids. However, their billing practices are highly deceptive. After we ended the service, they continued to charge our credit card $180 per month for six months. Despite questioning these charges, they refused to refund the money. This behavior speaks volumes about their morals and ethics. They are willing to charge former clients and then refuse to return the funds. Be very cautious with this company, as they engage in unethical business practices.

Top Nutrition seemed to have the widest network and it was virtual, so it wasn't in person, which was helpful for me. So, I reached out to them and I was able to get an appointment set up pretty quickly. It was easy to get matched my my coach thru a generic questionnaire. Then somebody called me to ask some preferences, and they had somebody who met my availability and needs. I met with him weekly for about a year and a half. Now I meet him monthly. I've been meeting with the same person for close to three years now, so we have a good rapport. In our monthly meetings, we go over the same stuff, discuss what's going on and if we need to change anything.
