AJ is always awesome, makes the best drinks and gives excellent service!

We came in for lunch and had the best experience. Taylor made sure everything was perfect. We really enjoyed the whiskey burger. Thanks Taylor. You are one of the best servers we had in a long time.

The menu and pictures and pricing are very misleading. The specials for a limited time only are 1199 online on the front page of the menus that are 1199 but when you open the menu, one of them is 1599, very misleading.

I order online and pick up in store. My order is rarely prepared correctly; there's always something wrong with the order.

I have dined and ordered food to go from Applebee's in Monroeville, Pa. twice and each time our orders were wrong. Either an item was missing or the food was not prepared correctly. Twice they were to send gift cards and they never did! It's the principle of it all, if the customer is not happy, the restaurant is supposed to appease the customer to make it right. I will NEVER go back to this place because they are not true to their word!

On Sunday, March 1st my husband and I drove to Applebee's on Curlew Rd and US 19. We arrived just as they opened. I think we were the first customers there that day. Because the place was closed all night there was a dank smell in the entire restaurant. I wanted to leave but my husband reluctantly wanted to stay. So we stayed and ordered an appetizer, then ordered our meal. The waitress served us our meals and we began to eat. Besides half of my food being cold and tasting like it was microwaved, my husband found a long dark hair that was cooked in the bacon of his burger. We both immediately stopped eating and informed the waitress. When she came to our table she could see that the hair was cooked with the bacon in his burger. It wasn't even as though a hair had fallen in his food, but it was actually cooked in with the food. The waitress took the plate then returned to our table and said we didn't have to pay for his meal.

They were so slow bringing out our meal and the waitress didn't apologize but only said, "We are very today." There were empty tables and didn't appear to be that busy. Food was ok but not that great.

I visited the New Applebee's in Hillsboro, Texas 1/17/2026. Me and my sister both ordered wonton tacos, which is what we always order at any Applebee's. These tacos were the worst we've ever had. Too salty, no sauce and a bit too spicy. My sister and I decided to go somewhere else, but before we left the manager asked did we want to take the redo with us as it has already been started, and she wanted to make it right. She was very nice and even gave us extra sauce...again too salty, no sauce on the tacos and a bit spicy. I like a little spice, but the salt and the spice overrode the taste of everything. I was VERY disappointed, because these are my favorite thing that Applebee's has on the menu.

Applebee's 7515 Goodman Road my waitress Tanisha A, was awesome. And her customer service was above and expected. She was very nice and sweet. We will definitely be back. Ask for Tenisha, she's the best

We went to the Applebee's in Moncks Corner, SC. The service was absolutely horrible. We had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks & to order our food. And almost an hour to get our food. The bartenders were too busy talking with each other to make the drinks. Our waiter did not check in us often. The kitchen was ridiculously slow. The food was mediocre. At the time only 4 tables were occupied. It was not busy enough to cause such horrible service. We will never come here again.
