International House of Pancakes (IHOP) Reviews

My family and I frequently go to this location here in Sherman. It is by far one of the best locations of IHOP. We have gotten to know the waitstaff and on Saturday Nov 8, 2025 and it was my daughter’s birthday. Joseph H is her favorite server for many reasons, she always orders the cupcake pancakes with an extra side of whip cream with sprinkles. Every time we come he always makes it special for us. But this particular visit was even more special! He brought out her hot chocolate with sprinkles and her eyes lit up like a Christmas tree. Our order came out hot and fresh and all special requests we had as well!

IHOP never disappoints! The food came out fresh, hot, and fast. Pancakes were fluffy and buttery, eggs cooked perfectly, and the portions were just right. The staff was super friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite spots for breakfast any time of day! IHOP never disappoints! I come to the Tarpon Springs IHOP location often. The staff and food is always great, the service is always exceptional. I was served by Jada today who is a very professional and attentive waitress. She has memorized my beverage and food orders which make my dining experience so smooth every time she serves me. She's always attentive, friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you! I highly recommend this location if you're in the area.

I was at Ihop In Schererville In 7/23/25 at 9:35a,m, I had the best experience ever! Alexas was my waitress, she suggested a suggestion for my benefit, she also had a trainee with her. She was polite, attentive, mannerly, respectful, considerate. She came back to my table to see how I was doing. She didn’t lose her focus on her customer just because she had a trainee underfoot. As I watched her, she was business like, no giggling, outside talk with her trainee. She focused on her job. I hope her trainee becomes just as good as her trainer.

IHOP in Palm Coast Florida is the best! We are always seated with a smile and seated promptly. All the servers are good but of course we have our favorites, Norma ** and Dawn always remember what we like and serve us right away. I’ve never had a bad meal there. I know they’re famous for pancakes but their cheeseburgers and fries are the best. Breakfast every Sunday is a must. Even when crowded, it’s always service with a smile. Palm Coast iHop keep doing what you do and thank you!

I went to IHOP for the advertised $6 breakfast. I ordered and a small glass of milk. When I went to pay, the breakfast was $7 and the 8 ounces of milk I got cost me $4,79.... 4 dollars and 79 cents for 8 ounces of milk. And $7 for my $6 breakfast that ihop has been advertising for $6. That's $11.79 for a $6 breakfast. I complained to corporate and now they are ignoring me. I will NEVER go to IHOP again.

Stacy ** is amazing on what she does. She is at the Weatherford location. Very polite with customers and help when we wanted to substitute an item. I’ve never had a bad experience with IHOP as long as she is my waitress!!!!

I went to IHOP in O'Fallon, Illinois this morning with my wife. There was one car on the lot at 7a.m. besides ours. There was nobody eating there and we had the place to ourselves, and now I know why. A rather large woman of color seated us in a "booth" as she called it and brought us each a cup of coffee. She placed menus on the table for us to order from and quickly left to talk on her cellphone. She didn't leave any spoons with our coffee, and I had to ask for one to stir the cream and sugar. While she was standing across from us in the front by the kitchen talking on her phone, I motioned her over and asked for spoons. She brought spoons over and never said a word to us while her cellphone was glued to her ear.

I would love to order online but your website won’t let me login from the app. When I try to login on the app it goes directly to the Siri browser and I can’t login. Very disappointed. I have an Apple phone and it tries to open with Siri. When I send to the Chrome browser to open it always says oops something went wrong.

A good experience but need crackers, croutons, or bread served with the chicken salad. Staff was informed and as prompt as can be that they were swamped with a 40 people dinner party. I'd recommend to still try the place.
