I visited the New Applebee's in Hillsboro, Texas 1/17/2026. Me and my sister both ordered wonton tacos, which is what we always order at any Applebee's. These tacos were the worst we've ever had. Too salty, no sauce and a bit too spicy. My sister and I decided to go somewhere else, but before we left the manager asked did we want to take the redo with us as it has already been started, and she wanted to make it right. She was very nice and even gave us extra sauce...again too salty, no sauce on the tacos and a bit spicy. I like a little spice, but the salt and the spice overrode the taste of everything. I was VERY disappointed, because these are my favorite thing that Applebee's has on the menu.

Applebee's 7515 Goodman Road my waitress Tanisha A, was awesome. And her customer service was above and expected. She was very nice and sweet. We will definitely be back. Ask for Tenisha, she's the best

We went to the Applebee's in Moncks Corner, SC. The service was absolutely horrible. We had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks & to order our food. And almost an hour to get our food. The bartenders were too busy talking with each other to make the drinks. Our waiter did not check in us often. The kitchen was ridiculously slow. The food was mediocre. At the time only 4 tables were occupied. It was not busy enough to cause such horrible service. We will never come here again.

Never buy promotions gift card, I bought first 50 dollar with 2 gift card promotion, perfect no problem and bought second 50 dollars card with one gift card and never send link for one gift card promotion. Please don't buy.

Served RAW steak. Applebee's in Statesville needs more ceo meetings and inspectors. Bad food, bad crew. Saw a roach crawling up the bar wall. Cooks not wearing hair nets including managers who deliver food.

I ordered via DoorDash. The order was for the Prime Rib Sandwich and Cole slaw. The sandwich was greasy and the meat was prepacked strips of some tough beef. It did not come with utensils, au jus ( which comes with the sandwich) or napkins. The cole slaw was about two tablespoons full in a small To go container. I was very disappointed. I've ordered from there before and been very satisfied with the quality and portion sizes of my meal, but if this is what they're offering now, I'm going to pass from now on. It costs too much to settle for inferior food, portions and service.

I had dinner at Applebee’s on 6 December. Within 15 minutes of eating the food I was in Applebee’s bathroom, throwing it up. I was very sick the next day and all through. The steak was spoiled. I am now suffering from sore ribs from being sick to my stomach so much going into the third day. The food it doesn’t appear to be stored properly.

Omg, this manager at Applebee's is the best. My order with Doordash got totally messed up. I got the wrong order 😒 and called the girl at Doordash and she told me she delivered the bag that they gave her at Applebee's. However she knew exactly what I ordered. This order was $22.77 and my order was over $65.00. A long story short I called Doordash and they said they would contact Applebee's and they would get back to me. Then I called the restaurant and talked to the manager and she said Doordash never called her. This manager LACY **. was the best manager this restaurant has!! She listened and carried and went out of her way to get somebody to bring my order to me. If she is not the restaurant manager, she needs to be. Again her name is LACY **. Simply the best!

There is an October 2025 tv advertisement that suggests a full bowl of soup with their grill cheese burger. It is very good. But even after politely complaining that the bowl is only 33% full, I continually am answered "that's all we are told to give to the customer". Stating less than half a bowl is the protocol. I only received 25% of a bowl the 3rd time I ordered it & a paltry 1/8 of a bowl the 4th time. I have spoken to 3 different employees at 2 different locations across 4 orders. The tv commercial does not represent the product in volume. I know how trivial this is. Just feel slighted. No matter the number of attempts.

We walked out of the Applebee’s in Maysville today it smelt like ass. It was horrible. They represent your brand so sad. Someone needs to do something about this. It’s pretty sad when you walk through the door. Knock you over. He’s horrible. Somebody needs to come check it out.

Went to dinner October 12 at around 7 pm with my husband and we sat outside patio. We sat there for about 20 minutes and the bartender never acknowledge us. Kept helping the other customers that kept coming in after us. Then she finally came to ask my husband what we wanted. He told her what he wanted. I asked for a sweet tea. 30 minutes still waiting for my tea and we got no menus. Finally the manager came and apologized for the long wait. That they were really busy so we just said no thank you and we left. I want to point out that the bartender was very rude and was saying nasty comment like bye bye goodnight.

Slow serves, order was wrong, no spoons for ice cream, sewage backing up in ladies' bathroom. Manager would not come when asked because she rubbing on a customer at bar. Gen manager don't seem to care with phone call. Acted like it was my fault worst 130.00 I spent. Will be calling board of health. Bradly location.

Went there last night. Had few drinks. Ordered my food to go. Got home, found my beer cheese was not in my bags. Called the store to tell bartender and she got pissed 'cause I call. Told me that it wasn't her job to check order, that that's the cooks job. Was very shocked at how she talked to me. I know I can't be the only one she has don this to. Thanks for listening.

A wonderful experience. I took an elderly friend there and I also needed an ADA friendly place. The booth tables move which is a plus for a larger person. The service was friendly and fast. The food was wonderful and the price was right. We got the 2 for 25 and it was a great deal. I had to make some substitutions due to a special diet and they were very accommodating. It was a great experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to place a to go order and there was 4 employees sitting in the bar area so I’m standing there for 10 minutes and nobody comes and was told those 4 employees were done working. I understand that but come on somebody could of said, "Hey she will be right with you", or go get someone, and what makes it so bad is that there was a manager sitting there also. Not good for service.

We had bad experience year ago so decided to try again. Two of three of us sick before we left. Food not cooked well, almost raw. Got sick there and barely made it home. This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I have ever had.

Paying for an online order with Applebee's sucks! I lost track, but I had to give up on the online ordering a few times. The ordering was ok, but when it came time to pay was the problem. It was ok in the past, but it changed over the past few years. I complained and received apologies, but convenience paying online sucks. Giving up on online ordering with Applebee's. :(

I travel extensively and will not stop at Applebee’s due to the way they serve a margarita. It is served straight-up in a martini glass…terrible! Send corporate F&B to Margarita School, simple solution!

We started going to our Salisbury, Md restaurant again recently. I have to say it has changed for the better. Their staff, Vince in particular, were efficient and thorough in their service. The meal arrived quickly, was hot and well presented. What used to be a restaurant that kept running out of "sides" is not like that any more. What I can say now is, try them again for the first time. You won't be sorry.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS APPLEBEE'S. Food was the worst ever. A year ago I said never again..but my 3 friends said let's try it one more time. NOPE AND NOPE. LAST CHANCE. I ordered the BBQ chicken nuggets appetizer (batter so thick we couldn't even cut the. In half) Ordered Salmon with potatoes and broccoli. Mash potatoes instant and so rubbery I could cut them with a knife. Asked for some butter to try and help them taste better. Took waitress a really long time to get them because she said she had to go clear back to the freezer and slice some off. Yep frozen butter for cold rubbery potatoes and cold broccoli. Salmon was over cook and dried out.

Andy from Edinburg Texas Applebee's was an awesome server. Greeted us right away and was very friendly and his energy was uplifting. He constantly kept checking up on us. Great service. Great Example to others. It’s difficult to find good service these days. Please reward him.

Have been going to Applebee’s for years and always got good portions, but the last few times the prices have went up drastically and the portions have been really suffering for size, just had a salad and went away hungry, I see why they come around and ask if you want a dessert.

Ordered food from the Cedar Rapids location on Edgewood and found a 4 inch long piece of hair in my entree. Recommend customer check their food before consumption. Wearing hairnets is probably not part of the cooking process. Foul!!!

Wooster Applebees is not good Wadsworth. Went to twice in 2 was. First time everything was so good. Went back. Got exactly the same thing bourbon choc with potatoes. Didn’t taste same. Mango smoothie gross like water. Maybe it’s the cook idk but ruined my first time there.

Folsom PA: We've ordered for pick up from here before with mixed results, but this was the worse. I was there at the exact time they said it would be ready, so the food was not languishing under the heat lamp. Our takeout order for 2 hamburgers was sealed in a plastic cam shell. They must have sealed the top right after putting the burgers and fries in it because the fries were limp and the burger so slippery with moisture I could not hold on to it. The other burger and fries were just as soggy but on this one, the all the toppings were BELOW the burger and not on it. A huge disappointing mess.

My girlfriend and I ate lunch at the pines location. We both got sick from the fish and chips. We are not going to eat there anymore. The food was horrible. Manager was rude and didn't want to fix the problem

An employee there, Amber, was incredibly rude. I don't think I'll ever go back. She cursed at me because I knew someone she knew, & since she did that, I was scared to eat there, so we left. She was extremely threatening.

Waitress had green booger coming down her nose and dirty bk shirt. As a manager you should check servers to make sure they look clean. Manager gave us $10.00 dollars off. But our appetite was ruined. This Applebee's was on Joe Battle and the Waitress had.

I go to this Applebee’s all the time. I’ve never had such great service as I did today. Aly was our server and she was downright amazing. I would go back there to see her anytime. Very kind, informative, and helpful with helping us. Decide what to order today.

This Apple could be better if they don’t have managers like the one they have in Chicago Brickyard. Didn’t get seated until a hour later when there were tables open and Manager was no help. The servers were good but Candy had the worst manners, she is not nice, rude, does not know how to speak to people especially employees screaming at them in front of customers. And instead of her helping she is sitting and eating on company time. Applebees, do better in hiring leadership because Candy has none!
