I was looking at the lower interest rate and the potential equity to get back. ClearPath Lending sent me a letter in the mail. Their application process was done online and by the phone and it wasn't difficult at all. The rep I dealt with was good and was able to answer every question I had. My experience was smooth.

We weren't considering doing a refinance initially. We got a flyer in the mail from ClearPath Lending saying that they could get our payment like $800 and something a month, and we were paying $1,500. That sounded very nice. We called them back and the agent said that he could get us a lower interest rate. We went ahead and took a look at what we could do because we hadn’t even been in the house for about a year. They were able to get our payment down a little but not that far which was okay. Getting the interest rate down was the important part. The rep was great and he was checking with us every week and let us know what was going on.

I had a great experience with ClearPath Lending. I was looking to go to a fixed-rate mortgage and then there was a letter about them. The person I worked with was awesome. His name is Steven and he answered all my questions. Overall, ClearPath Lending is a great place to deal with someone. My application process took just a month. I totally recommend them.

We were looking into a lower interest rate and to refinance. ClearPath Lending was very helpful and straightforward. I experienced a very thorough, smooth and painless process. We got it started really quick and was all done within three weeks! Lily, our agent, called us at least once a week and emailed me about anything. She made the process very easy and she kept me updated on the process. She was on top of everything, and she got us in the loyalty program. Everything was fine.

He even allowed me to use his mobile phone because I was working offline or over the phone a couple of times. He was very accommodating and we would text necessary information. I did things online. I would definitely recommend them to other people. I would even give them the contact information of the salesperson I had or their website information.

I was so satisfied with ClearPath Lending, especially with my loan officer Abby. She was very informative, explained everything detail to detail and she was easy to understand.

Once the application was submitted they had a loan officer call back and tell me what I was qualified for and what they can help me with. Once that process was completed and we've dealt with what I was approved for, we received the documentation needed to go to closing and went to closing within a month. All three people that I dealt with at ClearPath were very professional. If I ever had to do it again I would go back through them.

I went with ClearPath for a VA because of their location. The loan officer was friendly and easy to work with. And the application process was great. I had no issues and I would recommend them.

I got the IRRL with the VA loan from ClearPath Lending. The loan officer was very courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. We had a few hiccups, but overall the process was easy. However, they don’t know how to work 100% with Hawaii. They had a little difficulty with the Hawaiian title office. But ClearPath Lending is definitely the one to choose because they have the best rate.

I had already financed the house with Fairway Mortgage at 3.60 interest and I wanted lower interest through the VA. I got a brochure from ClearPath Lending in the mail and I did a refinance with them. The application process took about a month and a half and they call me twice every week and let me know the status. The other mortgage company has never done that, so I was really pleased with ClearPath. Matthew, the loan officer,would call me on Monday mornings and on Fridays like clockwork. And if anything came up, he would get a hold of me and tell me and help me with the problems. ClearPath is great and better than any of the other companies I ever talked to. I’m real satisfied with them. I would encourage anybody to go with them and tell them to get a hold of Matthew who's really a fine person.

I went with ClearPath Lending's IRRRL to consolidate some credit cards. Their rep, Jeff, helped me through the application process. At first, we were going to do it 90 days and then it got to be six months but that worked out okay. He very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and he contacted me often to see how things were going. He kept me informed all along the way. I would recommend ClearPath.

I had an FHA and I liked what ClearPath was offering, which was the lower interest rate and that 2 years would be taken off my mortgage. The application process for a refinance was great and very efficient. The loan officer was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and knew what he was talking about. He didn’t bother me too much, which was good, and I do not have any complaints at all. ClearPath is a great company and I’m going to be with them for a while. It seemed to be worth it that I did the refinance with them. I would tell others to give them a call.

He explained everything to me, he broke it down, and he was always available every time I called. The first time around in the application process was actually really quick. I was trying to refinance my house with a VA loan with a 100% refi. It was between ClearPath Lending and NewDay USA but ClearPath has a lower interest rate so I went with them. The application went pretty easy. I did it online and that was done from start to finish in less than 45 days. Also, Brian, my loan officer, was good, punctual, helpful, and when I needed to talk to him, he got back to me. They made the experience pretty painless. They would be a good bet for someone looking to do a 100% refi and looking for a good interest rate.

I did a special type of VA loan and the guy I was talking to, Omar, did a pretty good job communicating with me. I never even filled out the application but I was on the phone with them the whole time so he practically did it for me.

We gave them our information, they told us that they'll get back with us about how everything is going to go, and then everything was smooth. ClearPath sent a mail out to get a lower mortgage at 2.5, and the ARM is 3.7. It supposedly was gonna go lower, but it did not. That did not stand well with me. I could have just said, "No, forget it". But, I will speak to them. My first mortgage payment is due on the 18th or the 1st of March, so I got 72 hours to at least send it. The application, nonetheless, was easy. One lady came over, then another one came with all the paperwork that I had to sign. She had notarized it right then and there. The loan officer was also nice and he has stayed with me and kept in touch with me. All of them were courteous.

After a big lending company couldn't finance me, I was given reference to a couple of other companies and I happen to call ClearPath. I had first gone to HomeBridge but the rate was lower with ClearPath. In fact, I'm still getting letters from different companies or institutions and they're not offering the rate that ClearPath was able to give. I refinanced through them six months ago. I met one of their loan officers who is a young man and was very helpful, explicit, informative, and open that the process went well. He called from California, he explained, and I stayed with him. He made me really feel free to call and that he was going to be there if I have questions. My experience with ClearPath has been very smooth and I'm real pleased with them.

ClearPath had the lower percentage and lower monthly morgage that I was looking for. Their reps were very thoughtful and polite, especially Rubina. They helped me out and made it as quick as possible. The questions were either a yes or a no, and they told me either I was going to get it or not. Then they told me that I was going to get it and how long it was going to be. Everything went smoothly and I had no problems.

ClearPath offered a lower rate, which made us decide to get a VA loan with them. The application process was probably one of the easiest applications I filled out. They were very organized and had everything. All the DocuSign and all that stuff were perfect. The loan officer was very professional. We talked and chatted a lot, and he's more of a friend than a loan officer. My wife was even talking to him when we were on speaker phone. He was a good guy. I always had a little brochure in the mail since we wanted to go ahead and do a refinance, which we did. ClearPath's offer that was on the paper looked interesting because it had a low interest rate. The process was long -- not necessarily the phone process but the mortgage paperwork. I had to sign a lot of documents just to get to the end. But we made it through. The loan officer was very cooperative. If you want to have a smooth process and someone to help you with all your questions pick among ClearPath's people.

I was with USAA before and the people I refinanced with told me my mortgage people was now going to be ClearPath. Everything was great and was timely. It didn’t take long to get everything processed. Everything was well coordinated. The rep always called me to check on everything until everything went through so he did a good job. He gave me his cell phone incase I had questions. I have to pay ClearPath every month. My rate was pretty good though. It was a 3.75 and now it’s a fixed rate of 3.25. I would recommend them. They treat me well.

I spoke over the phone with a gentleman from ClearPath Lending, Mike, and he really sounded concern about helping veterans. I liked the conversation I had with him. He was decent and told the truth and kind of convinced me. I did a refinance with another company a while back and I got ripped off. They told me I qualified and after two months of not paying my mortgage, they told me I didn't qualify. And they said they were straightening it out with LoanCare and I waited and they never did. Then I got three months behind. And, I am a disabled veteran and I couldn't just give them my last 5,000 in one shot. So, then, I had to get a lawyer and it cost me $1,000 a month.

Refinancing - Very nice person answered all my questions. I had a great experience with this company. Was a pleasure working with them. Met all my expectations with the whole process. Very quick response when had all my requirements that they needed to approve my loan.

Being a veteran, I get all the mails, and the IRRRL was introduced, I had a lot of people calling me. I liked what the approach was from Mark, ClearPath's rep. I gave him a shout-out and to see if I was pleased with the offer. ClearPath's application process was very easy and the loan officers were okay. The transition went very smoothly. I highly recommend ClearPath Lending. They listen to everything you say, what you want and what you need. I want everybody to experience them, especially what Mark says about the loyalty. That was a fantastic loan and I had a great experience with them.

Quicken Loans did some dirty dealing and I didn’t like that they were handling my case. They were only after the money. They were not telling me exact proof and they didn’t know what they can actually do. I was lied to about certain things and I don’t like being lied to. On the other hand, ClearPath was more straightforward about what they could do and couldn’t do. The application process was quick and simple. The whole process took about six weeks and I went with the adjustable rate after three years.

We starting our streamline loan with this company in November 2017. We were told we were going for a quick close. We were originally told we would not have to bring anything to closing and could skip two payments. Then when we got docs it showed 99.00 to closing. Lawyer's docs showed we had to bring 1167.00 to closing missing one payment. Company never stayed in contact. Always an excuse why things changed. I was told by another company that we had to wait 210 days for the original loan to apply for the FHA number. ClearPath told me this was not true. Found out after we had waited 45 days that it was true. They locked us in at 3.875 and said that was the current fixed rate for a 30 year loan. Again a lie. Current rate was 3.75. They told me they couldn't change it. When I told them I did not trust them the manager got very rude and told me he did not like being accused of lying. I confronted him on a few different lies.

I called ClearPath lending and I was really comfortable with how the gentleman helped me. We were refinancing and their rep was really on it. He was in contact with me every day to let me know the progress of what was going on. Every time that I called him and asked any questions, he answered right away and I didn’t go to voicemail. I appreciated that and I was really impressed with him. One time I called him and he was out running with his wife, he stopped and took time for me. The application process was very easy. We were done with everything in three weeks, really quick.

My experience with ClearPath was okay and I talked to their representatives, namely Kevin, Armand and a girl named Sean. The dealing I had with them was fine and they were all great, especially Sean and Armand. The only problem was I had to wait two months before I could do a new loan because I had a VA loan. Then they changed it to three months and then again to four months. I took their word that it was government changes and not ClearPath's fault. But it costed me money in the long run. Other than that, ClearPath is a good outfit to deal with and I’d recommend them.

I got a refinance from ClearPath Lending. They gave me a lot of talks and I had to get a good look at it, which didn’t turn out to be the truth. At that time, the paperwork didn’t turn out what they said it was. I called and left several messages and nobody responded back. I called the agent and he said that I must speak to the lender. It was more of principle like he told me my house payment would be different. Then he tried to explain to me that some things happen because of this and that and then he said if I don’t pay on time within six months, I will need a lawyer. He also told me not to call ever again. He had all the right answers but they weren't the truth. He was fine until I signed on.

I am very happy with ClearPath Lending, there are no problems. There was an initial misunderstanding on my side, but it wasn't with ClearPath. It is all straightened out now and I am very happy to be onboard with them and this is where I am planning on staying.

Their rep was always available to answer questions and he never appeared bored about it if I called him to ask a question about whatever. That impressed me the most. ClearPath is a great company. It’s a company that’s going to be direct with you. They tell you exactly what they need and they’re not going to come back to ask for things that have no relevance and are difficult to get.

I called ClearPath Lending because I was refinancing my house. I got their 30-year fixed loan rate at about 3.2%. The guy I dealt with was pretty cool and very knowledgeable. He was straightforward and was pretty good at what he was saying. I got his name written down so if I ever call, I'll deal with him. It was a pleasant experience so far and I have no complaints.

I liked the interest rate and the fact that the loan was a VA. I also went to their website and read some of the comments where majority of them were positive, so I decided to take a chance. I called them up and talked to a guy named Cliff. I went and gave him information and then I started emailing him documents that he wanted. A few weeks later, I talked to Mario and he took over. Again, I exchanged information and gave them the documents that they wanted. I liked Mario and he did an excellent job for us. He was friendly and called back every time I called him so I was happy about it.

ClearPath Lending was a pretty streamlined type thing. It was quick and easy. Everything was done online and whatever needed to be physically signed was signed and then we sent that in. When we finish three months of on-time paying then there is this reproduction, but it doesn’t have to be the whole process of a refinance.

Plus, they seemed like they would work with the veterans more and they did. They looked up and made sure that we got all the veterans benefits with it. They made sure that we got the lower interest and that we didn't have to pay for any appraisal. The property tax in California for a 100% disabled veteran is a reduced rate and ClearPath Lending made sure all of that got transferred over.

ClearPath treated me well and there were no lies. I refinanced with them and the application process went well. The loan officer Scott was pretty upfront and it was smooth sailing. The process took a month. I would recommend them.

I decided to buy some property so I went looking at different places for different interest rates and different ways of going about it. I fired the first three lenders because I didn’t feel they were being straightforward with me and I was introduced to Craig of ClearPath Lending. He was more forthcoming. The application process for the loan wasn’t difficult because the 30 year VA loan I got is a guaranteed loan. Craig kept me apprised of what was going on as it was occurring. Also, the loan officers were excellent. If I asked a question, they were able to answer every time I call or they call back. And when we played phone tag, we knew each other and where we were at in the conversation. They were good people but I didn’t know them personally since we were doing business across the phone. Plus, one of ClearPath's promises is that if my loan ever drops to a point where it is to my advantage, they will contact me and make arrangements.

There was one loan where I could have gotten into and getting into the 225 rate might have been a good idea then have it adjusted to get it up to two years. But then, I wanted to build up the one time fixed rate and not have to deal with it any more. That was what Anthony focused on and it was smooth sailing from there. It was pretty quick, too. Anthony did a great job and I would like to use him again if I sell this place and buy another one at some point.

Where to begin... The people purchasing my home started in November, and was told closing would be around Thanksgiving, then first week of December, then right after Christmas, then the first week of January, then today on 1/17/18, without boring everyone with the details, they DO NOT CALL ANYONE BACK! They refused my calls, emails, etc. for the past two months. Granted I’m the seller so maybe they don’t consider me a customer, and now they never will. At every turn it was “oh now we need....”. Really?! How many loans have you done? You should know up front what you need! I am 52 years old and have bought and sold real estate my entire adult life and I have never seen such incompetence in my life.

The process can be done online or on the phone and they send someone to the house. It is one of the easiest ways to get a loan these days. I mailed in proof of my income, proof of my employment and my tax returns and securing the loan was incredibly easy. I got a VA ARM at 2.25 percent. ClearPath did exactly what they said when they said they were going to do and the loan was closed early. The loan officer would call me once a week to follow up and make sure there was no problem and the loan was still what I wanted.

I keep seeing these things where instead of 3.75, I keep seeing 2.25 so I went with refinancing. Granted that refinancing doesn’t go for 30 years like the mortgage would but it would make a difference right now with a couple hundred dollars a month. In the application process, I checked 'Yes' in the box and I signed the stuff, then we mailed it back. The next thing we heard was that we've been reaccepted. I had to put my loan number in the information, but when they were going to drop it a couple hundred dollars, of course, I’d do that.

Rep accepted and issue closed. Tonight Chris (?) calls and wants to know why file still open. I explain our decision. He advised we were making a mistake, advised I was wrong, told me we had high debt (which we don't). He talked while I was talking and continued to argue with me over our decision. I advised his customer service was inappropriate. I also advised that when we did decide to refi it would not be with his company. I am beyond livid with this employee. Thank you.

And I didn’t have to have an appraisal or put any money down. It went through within a month and it was pretty fast. I was afraid to do anything through a mail or over the phone, but I had a good experience with them. I'd recommend them.

The loan officer made it very easy for us and kept us abreast of what was going on all the time through emails and phone calls. I can always get a hold of him. If I call his number and he's not at his desk, I just leave a message to call me back and he does within half an hour. He's always there for us and answered all our questions. Whatever he promised us came through.

We had trouble with delays in the application process but one had something to do with George and another had something to do with me.

He knew what he was doing and what he was talking about. He was very helpful and very attentive. He also followed up with me frequently so I was very pleased with that. On the whole, it was a very pleasant experience with ClearPath.

I got some correspondence in the mail about ClearPath Lending. They promised a veteran's loan with a lower rate and I was paying 4% at the time. I also got about 12 different proposals over a couple of months because as soon as you get a mortgage, everybody would try to win up whoever you have. And I just decided to call. However, the first person who called me from this company offered me a five-year loan which would go adjustable according to what the government rate was at the time. I was ready to do that because it was a little cheaper per month but then after five years, I don't know what was going to happen or if the interest rate would go 6% or 8%.
