It was a super fast process since it was a VA loan, and with the six-month payment program that the VA has, it was almost seamless. I almost had to do nothing. I just had to call them and start it, and my loan officer took care of everything.

I felt comfortable working with ClearPath Lending. I've gone through them twice and everything seemed to go easy both times. They seemed to be better organized than other companies. And whenever they needed something, I send it to them and made sure they got it quickly. My loan officer was personal. He helped out and kept me advised on what was going on. If something was happening or going to happen, he gave me a call right away. If I called him and asked him something, he'd call me right back if he was available. I'd like to stay with them, but I don't like Freedom Mortgage and if they operate with or sell back to Freedom Mortgage, I don't know if that's gonna be possible. But if their interest rates stayed down, I'm probably gonna go again.

Initially told loan would be completed in 2-3 weeks but we were kept up with progress and completely satisfied with results. Clear Path Lending and Lily ** did great work and we highly recommend them.

My husband is a veteran, so we do the VA loan program. The application process went smooth and I have no complaints. This was our second time doing business with them. It was very speedy. It was much faster than I expected. Our loan officer was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very available. He would call me and give me updates on the process. So he was very good. He really cared about what he was doing and wanna make sure everything was going smoothly and taken care of. So he really showed that he really cared to me. ClearPath made things little easier because our payments went down.

When I received a letter from ClearPath Lending, I forwarded it to my previous mortgage lender. The letter told me about how they could reduce my APR and about me being able to save a couple of mortgage payments. The woman who did the initial purchase of the home said that the letter was not accurate and that it was too good to be true. Then when I received a letter a second time, I called ClearPath Lending.

ClearPath Lending's application process was very easy and everything was very nice. The loan officer and the service personnel told me everything I needed. Even when we had little glitches, they called right away and said, “We gotta do this right away.” The loan officer called me about twice a week to gave me a status and kept me up to date the whole time. It was a very pleasant and trouble-free experience.

I was trying to buy another house and my realtor recommended ClearPath Lending. I got a VA loan and their application process was easy. The rates and terms they gave me were competitive and fair as well.

I went online to look for a good mortgage lender and I liked the fact that every six months, ClearPath Lending would review your mortgage to see if they can get you a better interest rate. ClearPath was clear and they seemed like a good thing to try. So, I called them up and it worked out. I'm a veteran and getting a VA loan through them was smooth and easy. The lending process was good, straightforward, and helpful. And my loan officer was very good and very straightforward. I've used ClearPath before and they were efficient and fast. They kept me in the loop and they did a really good job from the beginning. I wouldn't have gone with them again if it wasn't good the first time.

Right from the start, the refinance went smoothly. The person we worked with, her name LILY helped us get off on the right foot. She knows her job very well. I'm so happy we did our refinance with Clear Path.

ClearPath was one of the first ones that came to me with the IRRRL from VA. The application was speedy. Everything went through pretty good and was done according to what they’ve told me. The reps were always there every time I called and they had all the answers when I needed them.

We got an offer to rate reduction from our current mortgage company, and it’s a kinda funny story. Our current mortgage lender sent us a letter saying, “Hey, we’ll offer you a rate reduction down to three point something. It’ll lower your mortgage a 100 bucks.” We didn’t wanna draw out any equity. So, I figured, "That's a no-brainer there. We’ll do that.” I filled out all the paperwork. But we got to month four and I found out it was like, “Okay, it’s been long enough.” They kept telling me it got snaggled in title. I even called the courthouse, and there was nothing in title.

I checked with my current lender, the PNC, and they couldn’t get it down to the interest rate that ClearPath was able to get for me without me paying points. With Clearpath, I got refinancing through the VA. I have a 30-year fixed. Chris, their rep, was very good, answered all my questions, returned calls, and he was easy to contact. The only thing that could have been improved, but it wasn’t anything he could do, was it just happened to be the time the taxes were being paid. So, both company, PNC and the place I originally came with, set my taxes to Marion County. I’m being told the other place got theirs in before PNC, so now, I got 60 days to wait to get my money back. Everything went pretty smoothly and as planned with ClearPath. The communication door was kept open. Emails, telephone calls, and texting went well.

I like places that say good things about other places and refinanced with ClearPath Lending. Their application process was pretty easy. I was provided with all the information that I needed to do, and then I did electronic signatures, then a notary public came to the house. The transition was very smooth and it worked with my schedule, which was a good thing. Also, I was really excited because everything got done before Christmas, which was the main concern. The loan officer was outstanding and very personable. He is the type of individual that you could talk to about anything, laugh and joke a little bit but sticks to business. Everything was accomplished on time. I’ve got high praises for him.

The loan officer was in California so I never met him, but I could understand him. He sent the paperwork to me in PDF on my computer and I downloaded it. I read over it to my leisure, and when they came around with the actual hard copy, I was ready to sign it and get it over with. As far as the closing and all that goes, as far as all that procedure and all the paperwork that goes along with it, ClearPath was as pleasant as it could be.

I had already refinanced once, and ClearPath called me and said, "You're a vet? We've got options open. Do you wanna drop it down?" And I said, "Yeah, I'm willing to listen." Ben stepped me through everything and he was a cool dude. They opened up the envelop as far as, "Here's what we can do for you". The litany was long, very strong and forthright, but I said, "You bet. I'm still open ears. Let's go." Step one all through 100, it went beautifully. Then he said, "You've already qualified for a VA. You don't have to do all this other things that you've already been through." He was very open and honest. They treated me like gold and that's why I'm gonna stick with them.

I received the Clearpath Lending refinance letter in the mail and at first I was skeptical about trying to refinance but I'm glad I did. I called Clearpath lending and I was able to speak with Kyle **. I had a very very pleasant experience with Kyle as my loan officer. Kyle is very knowledgeable and he was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns. His customer service skills is awesome and he is a great loan officer and I couldn't had a better person refinance my home. He informed me of everything that was going on wirh my application. We're loyal customers of ClearPath and we've gone through the process with them a couple of times. They’ve been a great staff and every year, we got a Christmas or Thanksgiving card, where there would be all handwritten signatures from the staff saying have a happy holiday and thank for you being loyal customers. They’ve also always contacted us when the rates were going down or it was a good time for us to see if we wanted to refinance what our house was worth type of thing. And the times that they’ve called, my husband would say that we were gonna do what they suggested. They're kinda keeping an eye on out for us and we've always worked with them within the last six years. If they don’t reach us by phone, they contact us by email. And we've always been able to contact them at any time. They’ve been a really good firm to work with on our part and we haven’t changed for that reason.

I contacted ClearPath Lending based upon some mailers I received and then, Larry contacted me. I was able to work with him to refinance my mortgage. He was on the ball, had a quick response time and a good personality to work with. He explained everything very well and he had great customer skills. Doing the DocuSign was easy as well as the overall process from start to finish.

ClearPath gave me a lower interest rate, which was the biggest concern that I had and the application process was a piece of cake. It was a VA loan, so all I had to do was send them a copy of my driver’s license and my homeowners insurance policy. The reps kept me informed and they were top-notch. It seemed like it took a little longer to get it all processed than normal but overall, it was great. There was no hold-up and it was smooth.

ClearPath Lending's process was easy as pie and didn't take long at all ‘cause they already had all our information from the last time. But during my first time, it was very easy for us as well 'cause I'm an organized person. The loan officer I've worked with was wonderful and very nice. I would email him questions, and he’d answer me back within 24 hours always. And I'm happy with the interest rate that I got with them. They finally won with the 2.99. But I told the manager that I would have preferred to have the lowest rate offered to me in the beginning rather than having to shop around to three different banks and then having to keep coming back with lower interest ‘cause we're long-term financing with them.

I’ve been dealing with ClearPath for years and they have helped us out a couple of times already. The first time, we did a loan and got more money out of our house and the second time, we just refinanced. The application process was simple. I usually work with Joel in California and he’s pretty good. He talks to you, lets you know what’s going on, and tells you what’s up and what’s not. He takes care of the business and all I do is sign the paperwork and I’m done. And the last time, I worked with Anthony. They’re pretty good people and I even got my friends, my nephew and my sister-in-law working with them already.

A hurricane coming through Florida put a stop to the application process and it took a while but if we didn’t have that, it would have been quick and painless. The rep was very friendly and he always called back in a timely manner. It was a great experience with ClearPath.

I spoke with their rep and she has been helping me. First time I took a cash out, and then we did a refi because of the interest drop, I worked with the same lady and she was awesome. I love her. The initial application for the VA was pretty easy. The application and underwriting process took about five to 10 days. It was very tedious, but it was excellent. It’s something I would recommend to a friend, and which I already did. The only problem is I haven’t gotten my escrow check yet. That’s been over a month now.

It was a pretty painless experience that I had with my ClearPath loan officer. I had some family issues come up in the middle of the process, when we were getting paperwork squared away, and he put it on hold and got an extension because it ended up being at the end of the month. He got me a couple of days extension and we got it handled, and he didn't even bat an eye on it. I dealt with a Vietnamese guy named Viet out in Los Angeles. He was a nice guy, very professional and knowledgeable. Everything I did with him was absolutely on point. We went through questions and answers. We arrived at something that would work for me and I pulled the trigger on it.

When my husband and I were looking at purchasing a home a few years ago and we went to use the VA, we were looking online for vendors. He called ClearPath back in 2016 and we connected with a rep back then who was such a big help. We went with him back then and then when we bought our new house just two years ago and then refinanced with them, we stuck with the rep. He was always upfront with everything. He tells us he would call us back and he would call us back before the end of the day.

It was a long process. It took about three and a half months. The loan officer made it take so long. He would tell me one thing, then he would come back later to tell us something else. Every time we went to it, he said everything is going through, but every time it was about the end of the month, he said I gotta pay the next payment, too. But he told us two weeks ago that everything went through. It finally got through, and the experience wasn't too bad.

ClearPath is great to work with. We were interested in lowering our mortgage, so I contacted them and had a really nice guy that I initially spoke with. Ben guided me through the entire process and I was really impressed with him. He never lied to me in saying that the documents and things that he told me I would need are exactly what I need and nothing more. The other company I looked into lied and put me on hold, and they said they were through getting all documents and ready to close. I didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks, and then they called saying they need something else. ClearPath, on the other hand, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and we closed exactly when they said we were going to close.

I liked the interest rate ClearPath was offering and went with them for a refinance. John, my rep, was great. He answered all of my questions. Every time I call, he answered. If he wasn't in the office, he got back to me right away.

Though at least two other companies offered me better rates, I liked the speed and customer service of ClearPath. I got a fixed VA loan from them and applying was easy. I worked with Queenie and she was responsive to all my questions.

I was financed through Freedom Mortgage. I called them to find out about the veterans' refinance program and they transferred me to Brandon from ClearPath Lending. It was a great experience overall. He was very thorough and very informative. Every Friday I got a follow-up telephone call if not by him, then somebody in his office just to let me know the status of where my loan package was. Everything that was promised to me, it was fulfilled. We did the closing in a timely manner. A notary came to my home, we did the paperwork and it was all done. The process was good.

ClearPath's process was okay. A guy handled the processing, and another lady called me a couple of times to say what I needed to do. I called a couple of times for them to tell me how the processing went through, and the guy said, “No. Hermino, it’s gonna be okay. You’re gonna get this.” He explained, “You’re gonna have good benefit. You’re gonna have two months no pay. You don’t have to pay the mortgage for two months until the processes go through.”

I contacted ClearPath after receiving a solicitation in the mail to find out what this refinancing was about. I was contacted by a loan officer (name withheld, not trying to slander anyone). He explained the process and told me what I needed to do. I did exactly what was asked, and every time I spoke with my loan officer, he did not have my file accessed, he told me to get things to him that I had already taken care of, and he did not keep up with my information to see that I was handling my side of the business. At day 24 of the process, I contacted him and left a voice mail, which said that he would return my call within 24 hours. 5 DAYS later, he contacted me to tell me that I needed to make yet another payment to my current mortgage before I would qualify for their refinancing.

When I talked to the ClearPath Lending loan officer, he put me at ease with going with them. He explained the details and exactly what was gonna happen and things worked out exactly the way he said it would. It was very seamless. Moreover, the application process was very easy. ClearPath Lending definitely improved my situation. They lowered my interest and monthly payments.

My experience with Elliott ** at ClearPath Lending was the quickest refinance that I have ever experienced. It was quick and easy, no hassle with a lot of paperwork. There was very little paperwork to do. Everyone was pleasant and very nice. Did not come out of my pocket with one dime at all. I give them five stars for their work and effort. I'm giving 5 stars because as a whole the company is phenomenal with VA loans. I had a chance to meet Long ** about refinancing my home since I had been there 6 months. The paperwork was fast, the notary came out and everything was completed in a timely fashion. Before I even made one payment (get those free months) my loan was transferred... again and again and again.

I got 30 different mailings because I qualified for benefits with the VA after X number of months from settling in my house. I knew I was eligible for refinancing if the rates were lower so I thought of getting information and finding out whether it would be efficient for me to do that. I picked ClearPath and everything about their application process was online and very easy to do. I met with the loan officer who came out here and we signed all the papers. He was very knowledgeable, patient and he explained things well. He was very organized and knew what he was doing. I was very satisfied.

The application process was pretty easy and my loan officer was very nice and personable. He would call me every Friday and explain what I should and shouldn’t do with the money, and that maybe I should hold off on it. He explained everything to me in a way that a person who doesn’t know anything about mortgage and lenders can understand. I was very comfortable in the process. He also got a lady to come at a certain time to have the paperwork signed for the notary and she was the sweetest lady. It was too late when we got to Starbucks and she asked if I wanted to do it another day. I offered that my house wasn't too far if she was fine coming with me because I didn't want to impose but I wanted to keep her safe as much as I wanted to keep myself safe.

We had heard a lot of good points about ClearPath Lending. They mostly had five stars on the post that we had seen and people hadn't said anything bad towards them. So we thought it was a good company to try out. They helped me get a new lower rate and I would recommend them to anyone who would want to do a foreclosure, anything for reconstruction or rehabilitating their home. I will also recommend it for veterans. The application process was very understandable and the loan officer was very good. He explained a lot of things to us – what the dos and don’ts were, what we would and wouldn't receive, and how long it was gonna take. It took roughly two months and they worked very well with me.

The refinance went smoothly without any problems at all. Both Lily and Layla were very helpful and kept us updated twice a week as to the status of the loan. We are part of the Loyalty program and they keep look out for rate drops on the the interest for us as the time goes on and if it drops they will notify us so that we get a better rate.

We got a letter in the mail from ClearPath Lending for a refinance for the mortgage that we had. It was the first letter we got in the mail, and so I called them to see what they had to offer. We refinanced our original mortgage with Pacific Union through them and so we ended up streamlining our FHA loan. The application process was super easy and it was better than our experience when we tried to buy the house for the first time. However, it took a bit longer than the average turnaround time because we waited for a week and a half to hear back from the underwriters. That was the only thing that held the process up. But Bill, our main contact, stayed on top of everything. He called me every couple of days to tell me where we were at and what we were waiting for.

I got a letter in the mail about a refinancing offer, on VA stuff, and I was curious when I got the letter. I had just financed and I was about six or seven months into my loan. So, I called ClearPath to find out what the letter was about. I didn’t really understand what it was saying because it was talking about some benefits and things that I would lose and I wanted to make sure some new thing hadn't happened. It was my first VA loan, so I wasn’t up on all the different things. About the time I signed my loan, the rate started to climb up. I was talking to them and I told them I was not interested in signing and I was not gonna get a lower rate than I have. I went with ClearPath Lending’s loyalty program and the application process was pretty easy. We just did it all through email and electronic signatures, aside from the signing of the final paperwork. That came into my house and I just signed it at home. If I had a question or concern, someone would get back to me with an answer the same day. Their rep, Jacob, was very thorough. After a few months of owning my first home, I received a letter with the name of my mortgage company in the window. The letter stated that I had missed a deadline for something and needed to call immediately. I called my mortgage company account manager directly (because my company is actually a good one) instead of the number in the letter. He laughed and said it was a scam to get me to refinance or sell equity. I have gotten the same letter once or twice a week for months! I've sent the letters back stating that I want to be removed from list, called, and emailed. And the letters keep coming.

I got a third loan from ClearPath Lending. They had all the information from the past and that made the application process relatively okay. Plus, their rep, Lily, was great. I had some problem in my past loan and she got it worked out for me. She was professional and she took me from A to Z. I'm very unhappy though that mortgage companies sell my mortgage to someone else and they purchase that mortgage company. My mortgage was sold once. ClearPath Lending bought it, then they sold it to another company. I didn’t like that part. I need to find a mortgage company that’s not willing to sell me out every year. I've been dealing with ClearPath Lending for a couple of years now. This is my fourth loan through ClearPath. I'm in a loyalty program. Their loan application process was easy. They usually call me back if there's any problem. They were also able to answer all of my questions. But when you transition over to the next loan company, you have to make sure that everything is paid beforehand. What happened was I skipped two payments, and then they sent me letters that I had missed the payment and that they put me through the credit bureau. That was kinda shaky for me. My credit is excellent so I don't wanna mess it up. But then, the check caught up to the time, so they didn't ding me for it.

I spoke to Omar from ClearPath and he made me feel at ease. He took care of me, and made me feel comfortable. I was very skeptical about shady stuff and he made me trust the company. On the other hand, the more recent one went so quickly. This time, I think they had the process down. It was awesome and smooth. They walked me through the process and explained to me what they needed. If a form needed to be filled out, they had it electronically.

So that was the reason I said okay. The application process was super easy. It was two months in general because I didn’t process the 210 days. So we start the paperwork.
