    We weren't considering doing a refinance initially. We got a flyer in the mail from ClearPath Lending saying that they could get our payment like $800 and something a month, and we were paying $1,500. That sounded very nice. We called them back and the agent said that he could get us a lower interest rate. We went ahead and took a look at what we could do because we hadn’t even been in the house for about a year. They were able to get our payment down a little but not that far which was okay. Getting the interest rate down was the important part. The rep was great and he was checking with us every week and let us know what was going on.

    I had a very positive experience with the ClearPath Lending agent I talked to. He was very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. He talked about the FHA process which is what my loan is under. He even allowed me to use his mobile phone because I was working offline or over the phone a couple of times. He was very accommodating and we would text necessary information.     I wanted to lower my bills a month or even capitalize on the lower deed of loan, turning the loan from a 30-year to a 28-year. ClearPath Lending is a lot easier to use than the rest because they reach out by phone, mail and email. The application process was done mostly over the phone and by email. Once the application was submitted they had a loan officer call back and tell me what I was qualified for and what they can help me with. Once that process was completed and we've dealt with what I was approved for, we received the documentation needed to go to closing and went to closing within a month. All three people that I dealt with at ClearPath were very professional. If I ever had to do it again I would go back through them.

    I got the IRRL with the VA loan from ClearPath Lending. The loan officer was very courteous, knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. We had a few hiccups, but overall the process was easy. However, they don’t know how to work 100% with Hawaii. They had a little difficulty with the Hawaiian title office.     I had already financed the house with Fairway Mortgage at 3.60 interest and I wanted lower interest through the VA. I got a brochure from ClearPath Lending in the mail and I did a refinance with them. The application process took about a month and a half and they call me twice every week and let me know the status. The other mortgage company has never done that, so I was really pleased with ClearPath. Matthew, the loan officer,would call me on Monday mornings and on Fridays like clockwork. And if anything came up, he would get a hold of me and tell me and help me with the problems. ClearPath is great and better than any of the other companies I ever talked to. I’m real satisfied with them. I would encourage anybody to go with them and tell them to get a hold of Matthew who's really a fine person.

    I had an FHA and I liked what ClearPath was offering, which was the lower interest rate and that 2 years would be taken off my mortgage.     I have a VA loan and apparently there are several provisions out there that allows restructuring or refinancing the loan from time to time. I fell into that category and when ClearPath's offer came along and it was reasonable, I took it.     I have seen the market for refinancing and I just went online and found some people who were advertising, one of which was ClearPath, and they were the most suitable for my situation. I was approaching maturity date on ARM, and I wanted to check and see what was out there before my last year expired on my ARM. I then got my mortgage seven months ago, and it was a good and comfortable experience. They were more consistent and they were really engaged. They followed up. They provided all the necessary information. There was nothing difficult about the process at all. everything was by clockwork. there were, however, few glitches, but we overcame those and we just moved on. The loan officer I got was superb. Everything that he said, he backed it up with action and followed through it. And I just found him to be very accommodating in the process, and courteous.

    ClearPath sent a mail out to get a lower mortgage at 2.5, and the ARM is 3.7. It supposedly was gonna go lower, but it did not. That did not stand well with me. I could have just said, "No, forget it". But, I will speak to them. My first mortgage payment is due on the 18th or the 1st of March, so I got 72 hours to at least send it. The application, nonetheless, was easy. One lady came over, then another one came with all the paperwork that I had to sign. She had notarized it right then and there.     I was with USAA before and the people I refinanced with told me my mortgage people was now going to be ClearPath. Everything was great and was timely.     I spoke over the phone with a gentleman from ClearPath Lending, Mike, and he really sounded concern about helping veterans. I liked the conversation I had with him. He was decent and told the truth and kind of convinced me. I did a refinance with another company a while back and I got ripped off. They told me I qualified and after two months of not paying my mortgage, they told me I didn't qualify. And they said they were straightening it out with LoanCare and I waited and they never did. Then I got three months behind. And, I am a disabled veteran and I couldn't just give them my last 5,000 in one shot. So, then, I had to get a lawyer and it cost me $1,000 a month.

    I had to get help from Hope, an organization in New Jersey helping veterans. I didn’t get them to help me but then, I found ClearPath. I will recommend them to anybody and to organizations like Hope to help people. If I know people that had a problem, they can do something like I did. They should just be truthful and ClearPath would do the best to help them.

    I looked into refinancing knowing that some of the mortgage rates were changing. And being a vet, I wanted to see who had the best rate. I spoke with Shawn from ClearPath Lending and he was willing to help and listen, which are important. I also had a lot of questions that didn’t make sense coming out of my mouth, but he picked up on them, took the time to explain every one to me and didn't rush me. He also explained the different aspects of the loan and gave some facts. Most people are petrified of an adjustable rate mortgage because they don’t know what it is. They don't want it because it keeps changing, too. He explained it to me in detail and I went with the adjusted mortgage because it made sense. It doesn’t increase in time and I can lock into a fixed rate anytime I want to.

    The application was very seamless. There wasn’t a whole lot of paperwork to fill out and they mostly had all the information from my VA loan. There were simply a couple things I had to update on my credit application. Also, they have a program where I’m in an elite status and if I wanted to refinance, I won’t pay again. Shawn continues to keep in contact with me at least once every month or two. He called me last week with another option to think about, which is what I’m doing right now. I’ve told a few people to talk to ClearPath Lending if they have to refinance. I would send them to Shawn's way without a doubt as he is the right man for the job.

    Quicken Loans did some dirty dealing and I didn’t like that they were handling my case. They were only after the money. They were not telling me exact proof and they didn’t know what they can actually do. I was lied to about certain things and I don’t like being lied to. On the other hand, ClearPath was more straightforward about what they could do and couldn’t do. The application process was quick and simple. The whole process took about six weeks and I went with the adjustable rate after three years.

    The loan officer Mark was an awesome dude. He was more in-your-face, tell the truth, and didn’t do anything that he said he wouldn’t and couldn’t do. He called and checked on us from time to time, too. One doesn’t get too much service that way. Sometimes, when one gets somebody to take their case, it isn’t like they hear of them after they get done. Mark called me during Christmas and asked me how my Christmas was going. Later on, he talked to me and see how things are going with my mortgage. I told him that it's pretty neat to have somebody who didn’t forget us. I was very happy with ClearPath and they even helped me to get a lower rate with my insurance. I was being insured by Farmers and they helped in all sorts of ways. So, the way to go is with ClearPath.

    We starting our streamline loan with this company in November 2017. We were told we were going for a quick close. We were originally told we would not have to bring anything to closing and could skip two payments. Then when we got docs it showed 99.00 to closing. Lawyer's docs showed we had to bring 1167.00 to closing missing one payment. Company never stayed in contact. Always an excuse why things changed. I was told by another company that we had to wait 210 days for the original loan to apply for the FHA number. ClearPath told me this was not true. Found out after we had waited 45 days that it was true. They locked us in at 3.875 and said that was the current fixed rate for a 30 year loan. Again a lie. Current rate was 3.75. They told me they couldn't change it. When I told them I did not trust them the manager got very rude and told me he did not like being accused of lying. I confronted him on a few different lies.

    When he knew I was going to change companies he was able to drop the rate to 3.75 and closing costs some. We had a pay off for the 12th of Jan which meant we had to be closed by the 9th to get it funded by the 12th. Again a lie that it would be done. I found out after going with another company that they didn't even order our number until the 7th of Jan. Needless to say they try to use the fact that they will refinance you for free if the rate drops any time you have the loan with them. They don't tell you that you still have to pay your escrow, mortgage insurance, title fees, doc fees and application fees. Same charges as now.

    They lie constantly. We went through Lone Mortgage Steve ** out of Las Vegas. Cost us absolutely nothing to refinance, nothing on the back side of the loan, nothing out of pocket and a 3.75 interest rate. Steven stayed in contact with us weekly and we closed within 30 days. Easiest process ever. And we get to skip the first two payments. I would not recommend ClearPath Lending or anyone affiliated with this company. Go to Lone Mortgage and ask for Steve **. They are not commission based so no need to lie.

    My experience with ClearPath was okay and I talked to their representatives, namely Kevin, Armand and a girl named Sean. The dealing I had with them was fine and they were all great, especially Sean and Armand. The only problem was I had to wait two months before I could do a new loan because I had a VA loan. Then they changed it to three months and then again to four months. I took their word that it was government changes and not ClearPath's fault. But it costed me money in the long run. Other than that, ClearPath is a good outfit to deal with and I’d recommend them.

    I got a refinance from ClearPath Lending. They gave me a lot of talks and I had to get a good look at it, which didn’t turn out to be the truth. At that time, the paperwork didn’t turn out what they said it was. I called and left several messages and nobody responded back. I called the agent and he said that I must speak to the lender. It was more of principle like he told me my house payment would be different. Then he tried to explain to me that some things happen because of this and that and then he said if I don’t pay on time within six months, I will need a lawyer. He also told me not to call ever again. He had all the right answers but they weren't the truth. He was fine until I signed on.

    Also, there was a lady from ClearPath who kept calling me by my first name. She said it was because they're doing business with me yet I told her she should not call me by my first name. I'm a military person so everybody calls me by another name. I then called her supervisor and he said he would deal with the problem. So the next time she called me, I told her not to call me anymore and she didn't call me for the last 40 days. Overall, I would not recommend ClearPath to anyone as they aren't very honest people.

    We have been receiving refinance programs periodically Crom ClearPath about refinancing our VA loan and I decided to call them. The time was right. The application process was very good and went very smoothly. Everybody was a joy to work with and I like that they kept us very informed every step of the way. We’ve refinanced different mortgages at different times throughout our lives and their process was one of the easiest ones we’ve done. We completed the process in less than a month. Our loan officer, Joe, was very pleasant and great. He always followed through with what he said he was going to do. We had the most contact with him.

    Joe was always responsive as compared to the other mortgage companies we’ve had where we can’t get a hold of anybody to respond to our inquiries. Everybody too was very responsive, whether it was in the loan department or the underwriters. They made it very easy for us to provide the information and we knew exactly what we had to do.     I just got a loan and thought it was a little high. In three months’ time, they changed it to two different people. I was looking to see what I could do and when I got a flyer in the mail from ClearPath Lending, I decided to call them and see what it was all about. I talked with John and we just kind of clicked. Everything worked out well during the application process. I hadn’t had the loan long enough to refinance and I had to have it. John kept in touch with me until it was the time that I could. As soon as we could do the refinance, he went ahead and did it then sent a guy out here for the papers.

    The actual process took two months. John would contact me every week and would keep me informed on everything. And I had his cell number and his office number so if I had any questions, I just called him and he always answered.     ClearPath sounded like a good company when I was looking into getting a loan. I was impressed with my loan officer, Lily, who was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She was also easy to get a hold of through the process. The lending process started on September 9th and they sent me my credit score first. It was closed about three weeks ago. Right now, I’m a bit disappointed with ClearPath as they haven’t taken care of my refund that's about $1700. I got letters from the new servicer welcoming me and they said everything closed out but I have not seen it yet.

    I talked to their customer service a couple of weeks ago and Cathy said it should be here very shortly. A couple of days later, she called me to tell me to skip January and February payments and that we’ll close in a week. But I already made the January payment since I haven’t heard from them for a while and because she told me that February and March were going to be skipped. She told me to skip February and they’ll refund me with the January payment. I got my Escrow refund of $400 right away but nothing on this yet. I just called Cathy a while ago and I couldn’t even get anybody. They said they would return the call in 24 hours but the way it sounded, it was kind of strange, it was business hours.

    I had another company I was going to refinance my home with recently and I had given this company almost all of the paperwork to have to go through with the process then they begin to ask me things that were stupid and things that made no particular sense to me. It just so happens that the appraisal on my home was done so I used that appraisal to apply for ClearPath Lending. I called them and they gave me the list of forms that I would need to send them. We happened to have everything on hand so we were closed and everything was ready to go in two weeks.     ClearPath sent flyers that I got through the mail saying about refi and information on how much money one can get and how much would be the payment. I liked the interest rate and the fact that the loan was a VA. I also went to their website and read some of the comments where majority of them were positive, so I decided to take a chance. I called them up and talked to a guy named Cliff. I went and gave him information and then I started emailing him documents that he wanted. A few weeks later, I talked to Mario and he took over. Again, I exchanged information and gave them the documents that they wanted. I liked Mario and he did an excellent job for us. He was friendly and called back every time I called him so I was happy about it.

    When Mario was not there, I talked to his manager. His manager was polite and helpful. He also got back to me and gave me information that I needed and it was a good experience. The only thing that I didn't like during the process was the appraiser that we had to deal with. She delayed our loan because of things that we had to do to the house. She took pictures and showed me what to do so I did it. Then instead of taking the pictures of what I did, she started looking for some other stuff to be painted and it was very frustrating. Other than that, everything was smooth and they did the signing of the papers very quickly. I got a 30-year loan and took $20,000 up in cash. I would recommend them because Mario really did a really good job for us.

    We were looking for a reduced interest rate because we had a higher one. ClearPath Lending was coming down on theirs, so we went with them. Plus, they seemed like they would work with the veterans more and they did. They looked up and made sure that we got all the veterans benefits with it. They made sure that we got the lower interest and that we didn't have to pay for any appraisal. The property tax in California for a 100% disabled veteran is a reduced rate and ClearPath Lending made sure all of that got transferred over.

    We did a lot of the application process over the phone and it was really easy and fast. We had refinanced several years ago and it was really long and there was a lot of paperwork. This one with ClearPath was reduced. They were willing to keep up with us daily by phone or email and answer any questions we have along the way like when the appraiser would show up and what time. I talked to quite a few different people and Anthony from ClearPath was good to work with so I went with him. In the beginning, he was persistent. He followed up a lot more than anybody else did. Once we got past that initial point, he was awesome. He was patient, answered every question I had, and was very knowledgeable. That was great to me.     Where to begin... The people purchasing my home started in November, and was told closing would be around Thanksgiving, then first week of December, then right after Christmas, then the first week of January, then today on 1/17/18, without boring everyone with the details, they DO NOT CALL ANYONE BACK! They refused my calls, emails, etc. for the past two months. Granted I’m the seller so maybe they don’t consider me a customer, and now they never will. At every turn it was “oh now we need....”. The process can be done online or on the phone and they send someone to the house. It is one of the easiest ways to get a loan these days.     When we took out the loan in the first place, ClearPath Lending was the one that picked it up.They’ve been as nice as could be and I'm grateful for that. I had a problem one time when their rep had been ill and we didn’t get the check what we thought we’re going to get. They said it was okay and to wait until the 15th. I keep seeing these things where instead of 3.75, I keep seeing 2.25 so I went with refinancing. Granted that refinancing doesn’t go for 30 years like the mortgage would but it would make a difference right now with a couple hundred dollars a month. In the application process, I checked 'Yes' in the box and I signed the stuff, then we mailed it back. The next thing we heard was that we've been reaccepted. I had to put my loan number in the information, but when they were going to drop it a couple hundred dollars, of course, I’d do that.

    The person I worked with at ClearPath Lending was extremely nice and polite. He was a smart cookie since it’s what he does all day. I asked him how come it was only 2.25 and if it was for 30 years, and he said that it was only for the first three then they would redo it. It could go up or it could go down. We’ll see, but I understood it. We did all that stuff shortly ago. So it was still too soon to be saying that next time, this is what we’re going to do. I would tell a friend to get a hold of them. They were the nicest people I have worked with in my grownup life that had anything to do with my money. They made it okay and easy. If I was confused, I would ask a question. It may have been a very dumb question, but they were more than happy to answer it, fill in the blanks and let me know what was going on and not make me feel stupid.

    I’ve refinanced twice through ClearPath Lending. The first time was to refinance a VA loan, and I wanted to take out the most amount that I can take for the loan. So, it was kind of a non-traditional refinance, and it was more difficult to secure that kind of loan. It was difficult because of the VA and all the hoops we had to jump through for it. Even Ron, the guy I worked with, said that that was the most difficult one he worked with. Nonetheless, ClearPath had answers to pretty much all the questions that we had, and was able to complete the process in eight months. I think they also offered the best rates at the time. The second time around, I refinanced for the amount that I owed on the loan, and that went through pretty quickly. It was done in around a month. Ron was our go-to guy on both times, and he was pretty easy to get a hold of and work with. We had a lot of good help from ClearPath with taking out a VA loan, and I’d definitely recommend them.

    I recently got a mortgage on a house that I purchased, but the property taxes were not done right. So five months after I lived there, my taxes went up so drastically that it made my payment rise to an amount that was out of my realm of being able to pay. I ended up putting another $12,000 on top of my original purchase, and I'm just happy that I was able to refinance with ClearPath and get my monthly note back down to something feasible for me.

    ClearPath took care of the problem but they seemed a little fishy at first. They asked me not to speak with anybody else because it could mess things between us. But I understood when they said that it's going to affect the numbers that they have on their end with what they're trying to do for me if people continuously check my credit. So I didn't mess with anybody else. The application process was pretty fast and clear. All of it was done over the phone, except for the final signing. I don't know if I could trust that or not, but the offer was so appealing that I couldn't refuse. The loan officer was a very nice guy. He seemed to be pretty informed on what he was doing.     We had been trying to do some consolidation or to get a lower rate for some time. I was currently paying 3.5 per year. Joe from ClearPath was the one that called me and spoke to us, and I felt that he was an honest person. He was not just trying to be a typical salesman that pushed things out at you. He told me he could give me an APR of 2.5 for three years. I also had the option within that three-year period to make it fixed. If I see that the rate’s changing drastically, I could call ClearPath and talk to them about what they can do for me. Overall, the application experience was quite good. They let us know what we'd have to have to get the process going, like proof of income, property, home insurance and all that. Once I got there, it was easy and simple for me.

    There was this other company that called the same time Joe had. I gave them the approval to go ahead and see what they could do. The next day, Joe called back and said my loan was on hold because there's another company that signed through. I said that the other company talked to me and I gave that to them, but our deal was in place. Joe put the mortgage back on pace and I was able to close and not pay until 1/1/2018.     We were looking for mortgages online and we liked the way the guy from ClearPath talked to us. He was also very helpful. We went with the loan for 30 years with a 2.65 interest rate. We were left to handle the loan on our own, which was not the typical thing, but we were at a VA loan. So the government upped so many payments that we had to have with the mortgage company then they could take it over. So it took some time to get it but we had to do what the rules were. We were flooded with all these papers and we're still getting them until now, as well as phone calls and everything else about getting the mortgage.     I talked with at least four various mortgage companies and I ended up liking the ClearPath way of doing business. The people I spoke with were a little more knowledgeable than some and the program seemed to be a little better as well. I went with a refinance with an adjustable rate, and the application was certainly much easier than the original financing in terms of not needing so much information and material. However, the loan officer had a tendency to talk fast. I'm from Alabama and I prefer to talk a little bit slower to keep up with what's being said. But he was good.     This is the second mortgage we've had with ClearPath. The first one was a few years ago. They're a good company and the loan officer that we worked with, who was also the same one we had before, handled everything very well for us, so we went back with them. Everything went smoothly and it didn’t take long since they already had our records. They sent us some forms that we filled out and signed over the internet. The loan officer made it very easy for us and kept us abreast of what was going on all the time through emails and phone calls. I can always get a hold of him. If I call his number and he's not at his desk, I just leave a message to call me back and he does within half an hour. He's always there for us and answered all our questions. Whatever he promised us came through.

    Our interest rate and what we have to pay monthly were lowered which was what we were looking for. We went from a fixed rate to a variable, which we've never done before. He said he doesn’t think that the mark is going to increase that much, but if they do, he told us to give him a call and he'll see what he can do for us. Unfortunately, we have a 30-year mortgage and we can't afford to change that. Right now, they're not our mortgagee anymore. They sold our mortgage, which all mortgage companies do.     I started with ClearPath but it seemed to be too much work and since I'm 82 years old, I wasn't in the mood for that. However, we only got $200 because we didn't have enough equity in our house.     I got some correspondence in the mail about ClearPath Lending. They promised a veteran's loan with a lower rate and I was paying 4% at the time. I also got about 12 different proposals over a couple of months because as soon as you get a mortgage, everybody would try to win up whoever you have. And I just decided to call. It was pretty easy to apply for a loan from ClearPath. However, the first person who called me from this company offered me a five-year loan which would go adjustable according to what the government rate was at the time. I was ready to do that because it was a little cheaper per month but then after five years, I don't know what was going to happen or if the interest rate would go 6% or 8%. So, I decided that was not good and didn’t choose it.

    I got a flyer in the mail from ClearPath, and I called the number that was there and talked with their representative. I was really deciding to make a change and ClearPath fit what I needed. I was satisfied with the entire process and with Portillo, the fellow that I did business with. I liked the way that he gave me the information, so I continued to correspond with him. He sent me some forms and I filled them out and sent them back. And each time, he explained to me exactly what the forms were for. He led me through the procedure without having to ask a lot of questions.

    I had a 30 year fixed VA loan and I changed it to the 3-in-1 program, which was one of the plans that ClearPath has recently put into effect. It's a three-year plan. I like that it moved quickly and I didn’t have to do much myself. Everything was done by ClearPath.     ClearPath Lending came right out and told me exactly the type of rate they could get me. They were really upfront about everything. How much they were going to make, the whole amount and what I was going to get. So far, I'm happy with the payment that I have. The property taxes increased twice and are about to increase again, so I looked into getting a loan. I don't want to just get money from them, I want to keep my mortgage payments low and they did that. At 2.75%, it was lower than the one I had at 3.5%. It also helps that I haven't had to pay those 2 months of mortgage.

    They were helpful with everything. Since I'm from Illinois, I also had to pay some counselor while I was going through the application process. The loan officer was from another state though. There were no questions that they didn't answer, and I was really inquisitive. I liked everything they said, so I gave them a try. They told me what was going to happen, how long it was going to take, and what I can expect. They were clear and to the point. The other people would start shooting but they were not able to tell me stuff. I'm not leaving the people I'm already with for someone who can't tell me what to expect. At the end of the day, ClearPath gave me the rate that they said they were going to give me. The process was easy and I'm satisfied.

    I got a letter in the mail from ClearPath, I called them and they called me back. They told me what they had to offer me and what would be beneficial for me to do it. The offer sounded really good and the loan officer that I had was really good too, so I went with a home loan with them.     I was looking into a better rate and when I called ClearPath Lending, the officer Sam was very helpful and nice. He got my attention right away and he was specific and very truthful. He did a breakdown of everything with me over the phone then he explained everything and sent it through the email. After that, we talked again, item by item, to make sure that I understood what we had talked about over the phone so that was a plus. Aside from the rate, it was their loan officer, the way he presented the company and his professionalism that made up my mind. The company itself is good but not every loan officer is good.     I called ClearPath Lending and they seemed to be very honest to me. I like the way the loan officer explained everything to me, and he gave me all the information step-by-step. He mentioned to me that the application was in process and not to pay the mortgage company that I had before. He called me once in a while to make sure the process was done properly, and to make sure everything was fine.     My husband is a VA and all these years that we've been married, I thought I might as well check into getting a loan. The loan officer set goals and one was to get the application information together. We didn’t have to have an appraisal on the house for whatever reason and he got me a low monthly payment.     We wanted to refinance and consolidate some debt and get a loan. The objective was to get a lower payment on our mortgage, which we were able to do. The ClearPath agent that worked with me was very professional, knowledgeable and very polite. He seemed to take really good care of everything that I needed. He was a great communicator and he got back with me when he said he would in a very timely manner. And he was always able to answer my questions. It was a pleasant experience. But the one thing that surprised me was, almost immediately when my loan closed with ClearPath, I got a letter from a different financial organization saying, “We are now your mortgage company." It wasn't ClearPath so I wasn't expecting that.

    I got what was called a "goodbye letter" from ClearPath, which felt a little strange because one of the things that ClearPath kept telling me was, "Once you're with ClearPath, you have the repeat customer benefits and we always look after your loan. We're always monitoring, we're always watching after your loan." I didn't get any explanation from them about that so I still have a question in my mind. I was extremely pleased with ClearPath that I was disappointed when I got the goodbye letter. They did a fantastic job for processing the loan and when I objected to one item on the loan, which was their fee, they told me they were going to waive it. If I wanted to refinance again, I would call ClearPath first.

    My husband's an Air Force veteran and I put something on the internet about wanting to do a VA mortgage. Mark from ClearPath Lending called me and he was wonderful. There was somebody else who was interested but they took so long to do anything so we sent Mark the paperwork that was needed. He called us all the time and left us a note that he got what he needed. He took care of everything and kept track of the interest rates for us. The application process was very easy and it was a great experience. We had a VA loan originally from a local company but we had to do so much more for the settlement that took hours as they didn’t have the paperwork ready. So, we didn’t go with the company we originally had the VA loan with 'cause they were too slow.

    We have recommended ClearPath Lending and Mark to everybody. They saved us 123 a month so that was a big help. Mark really helped us and we'll be using him in the future if we need to for anything. However, I wish we could have stayed with ClearPath. But the mortgage company gets changed all the time.
