I liked the guy’s service on the front-end of my call with ClearPath. There was a little bit of delay because of the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID situation. But not their fault at all. I got a VA loan, so I had to get a couple of paperwork and things in line. Other than that, the agent took care of it and kept me well informed to the end. They let me know if the rate went down. And when we closed, it was half a percent less than it was when they quoted me first.

I had a very good experience with the loan officer at ClearPath. ClearPath seemed like they're a pretty good outfit. I'd use them again if I had to.

The process with ClearPah was pretty easy. Being military, it was easy to do the VA part of it. I called them a couple of times when I needed something and they answered. It took about six weeks to do the whole thing.

ClearPath sent me a letter saying they could give me a lower rate and I called them and they had a rate that nobody else could beat. The person I talked to was very helpful and the rep who handled my account was very good. He had quick answers to everything I asked and he answered them in ways that I knew they were honest about it. I got a VA loan and the process took a little longer than I thought but overall, it was pretty fast.

Khashi, from ClearPath, has been on top of things pretty much. He's nice and he's the guy I always referred to. We had a bond and I felt comfortable with him. I felt like I could trust him. The application process was pretty quick. We worked with them several times and this last one was probably the best, but one time was kinda, "Uh, it was okay." But they really made up for it this time. Working with them has been simple and straightforward.

My experience with ClearPath went well so far. I made the first house payment this month, so everything's good. Their application process was pretty easy and we like their interest rate. The rep I worked with was great. With this Coronavirus, he was working at home. Sometimes, we'd have to call him, leave a message and then, he'd get back with us within 24 hours. He did a good job.

The process at ClearPath was very easy. Nathan, the rep I worked with, was wonderful. He kept me posted on everything for every step of the way. Any time that I needed to call him or talk to him, he was available. Also, his manager would call me, too, to make sure that everything was going well. We had to wait a couple of weeks. We didn’t have the house for a limit of time. But then, after that, it was within the 30 days, we did everything. It was quick. They did a really good job, especially with this whole thing happening. We also had a lady come and she did the social distancing. She was a notary and we did the paperwork outside. They got all the nuts and bolts together. They were very prepared.

I got a letter from ClearPath Lending indicating my eligibility. I called and checked and I was eligible, so I decided to do the refinance. The experience was a good one and the process didn’t take long. Recently, I made my first mortgage payment, but I'm still getting mail correspondence from them about eligibility for refinancing. I spoke to someone, and they told me that I would be taken off that list and that I may get one or two more, but after that, it will stop. It hasn’t stopped. That has been going on throughout the whole three-month process. ClearPath seemed to be pretty efficient, especially Queenie. She's a very efficient lady.

Everything really went smooth and fine with the application process at ClearPath. The rep did an excellent job. ClearPath is a good company and the people that I had to deal with and talk with were all professional.

We refinanced using ClearPath Lending and we had a very good experience with them. The process took four weeks. The rep was very informative, answered all our questions and did it quickly. If I called and left a message, he was right back to me. And this machine actually says, "If I don't get back to you, call my supervisor at this number." But I never had to do that. He always got back to us. He helped us through and it went very smooth. He's experienced.

I got a VA loan and when I did some searching quite some time ago, ClearPath was one of the ones that was recommended. They did such a great job the other time. When they sent out a thing that said the rates have gone down quite a bit, I contacted them and asked how much it was. They told me and it might be worthwhile to refinance. I had a significant drop in our interest rate, so that’s good. The application and underwriting process took a month or two. I had a main guy and then, he had someone else that was doing most of the administrative paperwork. Depending on what I felt or need, I would call either him or her. Sometimes, I had to leave a message and within a short period of time, they would get back to me. So, it worked out relatively well. They were very helpful and did everything they could to make it easy for me to do what I wanted to do.

I kept getting ads in the mail from ClearPath for about six months saying they could give me a cheaper interest loan on my house. So, I might as well give it a shot and I eventually called them. I decided on it for better payment and lower APR. When they started out, I wondered if it was a scam. The lady said she was in California and then, she was so busy with people refinancing that for a while they didn't get back with me. I called a couple of days after I gave all the information because I was worried. She had my paperwork right there and we completed it. She was just swamped and there was such a big-time difference. Other than that, it went smoothly.

ClearPath was very professional. The application and underwriting process took two weeks. The loan officer was very precise and quick on us. I never did not ever get through to him if I needed him. We didn’t have too many conversations. He had it all taken care of. Working with ClearPath went very smoothly. It’s been a good experience, and I wouldn’t go with anybody else. Go get them.

Everything went well with ClearPath. The process was a bumpy road in some places, but it was explained pretty well to me. I could've had my end of the deal in a little better shape but I'm satisfied.

I’ve got a bunch of different ads from lending companies in the mail. I put them all side-by-side and tried to figure out which one had the best offer. There were two different loan officers from ClearPath I dealt with. Wesley was the second one who convinced me to go with it. He was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining to me that it was worth doing. I did a refinance and there were some VA intricacies that I was not understanding and worried about, and he took the time to explain that to me.

The ClearPath representative, Bill, was on top of everything and he kept me appraised of everything. He gave me the lowest rate that I could get. And if anything comes up to where I can get lower or I can be assisted in any way, he always gives me a call and always checks up on me within the six-month period. But I'm still getting letters to refinance which are getting a little bit annoying. Other than that, everything went fine in the end. I'm very pleased with ClearPath.

The lady I dealt with contacted me and we talked for quite a while. She knew what she was doing. When I got my original loan from LoanDepot, it took way over 6 months and I still didn't have it done. It went through 2 different people. They screwed it up the first time then it went to a different person. It was a disaster. With ClearPath, everything went very fast and smooth. The only thing that I'm still kind of in limbo about is there was supposed to be some extra money coming my way from that and I still have not seen it. That was even in the paperwork. But I've already given their number to a friend of mine who will be refinancing her VA loan. They had done it just prior to me doing this, so she's not eligible quite yet. But she's definitely gonna give ClearPath a call.

The customer service rep helped me resolve this issue to my satisfaction. They refunded the money I spent an attorney to put my property back in a trust and was diligent about making sure this issue was rectified. I appreciated this agent’s swift and thorough response once the issue came to his attention!

ClearPath Lending did what they had to do. Everybody was fine and the woman that came out did a good job. You also have to keep your credit up 'cause it makes it easier for them. I had just sold a piece of property down in Florida so I got all my bills all paid off before I talked to them. I didn’t owe anything and I didn’t have any credit cards. So I was fine with credit and they had a pretty good deal and it worked out fine for me. Refinancing with ClearPath saved me a little bit of money. It was not as much as I originally thought but I ended up saving $45. They advertised the rate at 3.2 but I got 3.5. It was gonna be lower but I gotta do it in 15 years. I did it for 30 and then my taxes were up a little bit more and lost a little bit of money there. But not having to pay two months of payments because they pay it off and then you save a month or two months was pretty good. I was able to get a couple of thousand bucks in my savings.

I was looking for a lower rate than what we had and with ClearPath, I was very successful. The rep kept me informed.

Everything they said would happen did happen and when they said we would be done and a closing date would be assigned it was and all in the time frame they promised. 5 stars in our opinion! I've had a very good experience with ClearPath with my refinancing. After I bought my house and six months passed, they sent me a letter and I called them. The rep, Larry, was very helpful and cooperative. He always returned my calls if he didn't take them immediately. He was easy to work with and everything went smoothly.

This is our second refinance with ClearPath Lending. We liked what we did last time. The interest rates went down, and so we had them again. Our loan officer, Kenny, was wonderful. Everything we needed to ask questions about, she was there for us. She kept the different people that she passed us off to for doing different parts informed. When we had to talk to them, it was obvious that she had talked to them, and back and forth. There was a lot of stuff with the underwriters that they had to do, and it took an extra couple of weeks to get all the paperwork straightened out. But the closure went fine. We got all our money on time. It could have been really bad, and they were very professional and courteous in making sure they had all the government stuff done to be able to get the refinance completed in a satisfactory way for everybody.

Clearpath was very professional. Even through the CV19 problems things were on time and I was updated weekly on the progress. The phone call twice a week was a little much but was followed with an email just to let me know how things were going.

I dealt with Keith from ClearPath Lending and he was amazing. He was super-efficient and really fast, too. I was working the whole time and I barely had to do anything. My experience with him was really good because it was over the Thanksgiving holiday and I was able to text or call or email him. He was out of the office for that break but he got right back to me. At the time, I was out of the office as well and he was still able to do all that. And he got it closed right before Christmas. Also, I was going through a divorce at the time, so I was trying to refinance my loan then get it into my own name, and Keith was very easy to work with.

We used ClearPath before and now we got them for a refi. The reps were really quick to respond and always been friendly. They never kept me waiting for anything so it’s been good. The application process was easy. This time, it took around two or three weeks. I’ve actually sent people to ClearPath before.

I’ve been with ClearPath for about five years. I refinanced with them twice and this time, it took about the regular amount of time. We started the process early January and we closed in February. ClearPath’s reps are very efficient and they keep in touch. They walk you along the whole process. I didn’t feel I was lacking information. I enjoyed working with Queenie and the other gentleman. Other than getting it closed early, everything was okay.

When I got a letter from ClearPath in the mail, I looked up their reviews online and they had good reviews. I couldn't find anything negative about them, so I went ahead and gave them a shot. The rep was very informative and professional. I explained to him that I didn't know what I was getting myself into and he was great. I never refinanced before and he was open about everything, so I liked him a lot. There was great communication too. However, a lady came to my house to do all the paperwork and she was trying to rush through things. She also seemed to think that I had to mail in a check to a certain address to pay the mortgage, but she didn't leave the paperwork out with the address. She could’ve been a little bit more helpful. I got a stack of papers that are two inches thick and I got lost in there.

The whole process with ClearPath was fast compared to the bank we originally got the house through. It took around 30 days for everything to get finalized, but we just sat back and their rep did all the work. Everything was smooth sailing. The experience was nothing like when we first tried with the original loan. Also, I want to make sure that our insurance and taxes were coming out ‘cause we were billed for that. Their rep said that we would still get a bill. But whenever we get a thing from the bank, it shows how much is taken out towards our taxes and then insurance. Everything is great.

We’ve dealt with Chris before. He handled everything. However, I couldn’t believe all the calls and email I got from other departments. I was not pleased with that. But other than that, I would go with Chris again.

I like our mortgage payment but I don’t like the new mortgage company. Homebridge stinks. We got some damage to our home and when the check was sent down to us, it was unendorsed. Then it took one month to get a check endorsed with them. When you tell a contractor you've got the check back from the mortgage company but they didn’t endorse it, that looks stupid. So I’ve lost three contractors. I even contacted ClearPath but the guy we were working with was actually out. He was down for like three weeks and that’s why he didn’t ever contact us back. But I was willing to go back to our other mortgage company because these people at Homebridge are incompetent.

I liked the rates of ClearPath. I went with a VA loan and the application process was okay. However, I would like to see more offers upfront as opposed to just one offer. Like, instead of offering at a 3.5 rate, you could’ve offered a 3.2 first, and a 3.5, and let the customer choose. But their rep was fine and they're decent to go with.

I only had one problem with them. They said I had to do six months. I did it and then came back and they said, I had to do another month. I did the extra month. And then they came back and said that I didn’t have to do that. So, we had a little bit of problem on that. But overall, the experience has been good, so far.

But that's something that you just have to do when you're dealing with hundreds of thousands of dollars in a loan.

I got an amazing percentage rate from ClearPath and with my credit score, I was eligible for probably the best deal that they could possibly give me. My credit score is right around 820 and it’s good. They said I was in the top 1%. The application process was all done through mail and text but I was never in the dark and everything went smoothly. Mike, the rep from ClearPath, was very informative and he was there for me anytime I needed him or when I called. He would call me and give me updates where we stood, and on the closing, he figured in and nailed it right to the date.

I had a wonderful representative from ClearPath. He explained things as well as he could while keeping some things that were private to their corporation, where their guidelines were, but he said he was doing the best he could, and I believed him. I've had positive experiences with ClearPath. In fact, when we go to California, we'll look the rep up. It became sort of a friendship as well as a business venture. I was refinancing the house and I read the info in the mail. I called ClearPath and when I first talked to them, they were really easy to talk to. They called me every a couple of days and keep me posted on things that were going on. When I called the rep of ClearPath, he made the process more simplified. It was a super fast process since it was a VA loan, and with the six-month payment program that the VA has, it was almost seamless. I almost had to do nothing. I just had to call them and start it, and my loan officer took care of everything.

But we got to month four and I found out it was like, “Okay, it’s been long enough.” They kept telling me it got snaggled in title. I even called the courthouse, and there was nothing in title.

Everything went pretty smoothly and as planned with ClearPath. The communication door was kept open. Emails, telephone calls, and texting went well.

I like places that say good things about other places and refinanced with ClearPath Lending. Their application process was pretty easy. I was provided with all the information that I needed to do, and then I did electronic signatures, then a notary public came to the house. We're loyal customers of ClearPath and we've gone through the process with them a couple of times. They’ve been a great staff and every year, we got a Christmas or Thanksgiving card, where there would be all handwritten signatures from the staff saying have a happy holiday and thank for you being loyal customers. They’ve also always contacted us when the rates were going down or it was a good time for us to see if we wanted to refinance what our house was worth type of thing. And the times that they’ve called, my husband would say that we were gonna do what they suggested. They're kinda keeping an eye on out for us and we've always worked with them within the last six years. If they don’t reach us by phone, they contact us by email. And we've always been able to contact them at any time. They’ve been a really good firm to work with on our part and we haven’t changed for that reason.

ClearPath's process was okay. A guy handled the processing, and another lady called me a couple of times to say what I needed to do. I called a couple of times for them to tell me how the processing went through, and the guy said, “No. Hermino, it’s gonna be okay. You’re gonna get this.” He explained, “You’re gonna have good benefit. You’re gonna have two months no pay. You don’t have to pay the mortgage for two months until the processes go through.”

I contacted ClearPath after receiving a solicitation in the mail to find out what this refinancing was about. I was contacted by a loan officer (name withheld, not trying to slander anyone). He explained the process and told me what I needed to do. I did exactly what was asked, and every time I spoke with my loan officer, he did not have my file accessed, he told me to get things to him that I had already taken care of, and he did not keep up with my information to see that I was handling my side of the business. At day 24 of the process, I contacted him and left a voice mail, which said that he would return my call within 24 hours. 5 DAYS later, he contacted me to tell me that I needed to make yet another payment to my current mortgage before I would qualify for their refinancing.

He explained the details and exactly what was gonna happen and things worked out exactly the way he said it would. It was very seamless. Moreover, the application process was very easy.
