I wanted to do a refinance. I was not satisfied with my previous lender and I checked with ClearPath. I also checked a few more people but ClearPath was the only one willing to work with me, so I went with them. They were excellent and their application process was easy and simple. I dealt with the loan officer, Helena, and her supervisor, Michael. They both were terrific, answered all my questions, and were very knowledgeable. I also talked to Karen and she was good, too. They did great and I wouldn't change a thing on how they did anything. I'm very satisfied with ClearPath.

I got a letter in the mail about ClearPath Lending and I called in about it. I wanted a a lower monthly payment and they had an adjustable rate, so I signed up with them. Then I called in again for the second time to get on to a fixed rate because they told me that I would become a loyalty customer and whatever fee I paid the first time, I wouldn't have to pay again. Their application process was easy and most of it was through my phone. The digital signatures was pretty good and convenient, too. The title person that came out signed all the paperwork and was flexible with my hours. He came at 7 o'clock at night and things worked out.

Jim, the ClearPath salesperson who called me, was easy-going and easy to talk to. He wasn’t pushy and he explained he could save me money and of course, that’s always a good incentive. He is also honest and he didn't exaggerate things. I’ve had a lot of mortgage loans in my past and ClearPath's application process was about the same as the usual process. But it seemed like there was less paperwork involved, which is a good thing. Going with ClearPath lowered my payment for $100 a month and it came at a time when I had to skip a payment, which was a good thing. I also got a little bit of return on my escrow. I would recommend ClearPath and Jim to other people that want mortgages.

ClearPath Lending was one of the places that the Veteran Homeowners recommended. So, I decided to apply for a renewal with them. It was a lot easier than a regular home loan because all they needed to do was run my credit and I didn't have to fix anything because my credit was decent. Then the longest part was waiting on the person to come sign on everything. The reps I worked with were good and really friendly. If I had any questions, they answered it right then and there. And if they didn't know the answer, they found out, called me back, and let me know. So they were very helpful. ClearPath was also very veteran-oriented. They were able to get my loan rate down to make sure that I got approved and everything else. I would recommend them and I would go through them again.

They called us at the convenient time and because they are in California, it made it a lot easier to communicate with them being in the central area. So far, we have refinanced through them twice and all in all, things worked out well. They do good things for us and it's a place to kinda go to.

Our interest before the refinance was a little bit higher, and this one with ClearPath Lending will give me a lower interest. I chose them because I read their testimony online and we found it good. Another thing is, I engaged five different companies and for some reason, I was drawn to Greg, the guy that took care of all of my needs at ClearPath. He was honest, always there if I had any questions, and followed up in a timely manner. He always made himself available whereas with the other companies, I never got that. So I decide to go with ClearPath and their enrollment process was smooth. Greg took down my information and gave me five different options of which way we could go. He explained all five options thoroughly and never pressured me. He said that it was totally up to me and that whatever questions I had, he would find an answer for me if he didn't know it himself. But he knew the answers.

Someone had reached out to me and the guy wasn’t convincing, so I never called back. Jose from ClearPath called me ‘cause I was looking on their website. He knew his stuff and he talked me into going through with it. I got a 28-year loan program for a refinance and the application process was pretty good. Jose was really cool with everything. He worked with me on my time ‘cause I work a lot, so it was pretty easy and quick. I was also really impressed with the other guy who helped me out. I'm highly satisfied and I would recommend them to anybody.

I started off with one person, then it went to a lady, then it went to another guy which was confusing because I didn’t know who I was gonna get stuck to be talking. They just kept switching people. Those people were all good though. I tell others who ask about ClearPath to just get everything in writing.

I feel I got ripped off. I refinanced my VA Loan for the 3rd time with this co. Bill ** was the agent and it took over 6 months even though this was my 3rd refi with Bill. He was supposed lock me in at 3.25%, but I ended up getting 4.00%. I originally wanted a 2.25% ARM, but he said we could get that after 6 months of closing the 30 fixed. He obviously was trying to get more money (business)! ** was laid off by Clearpath. The last two closings, ** happened to be out of the country (on vacation) each time we were closing! So I couldn't complain about the loan! I should have known he was not legitimate when I did my 1st refi when I asked him his age and he hesitated and finally said "around 24".

We were over our head with our debts and we wanted to see if we could get some help. I’ve never heard about ClearPath but I just tried it out and it worked. After talking to the guy on the phone, he convinced me there was a good refinance deal with ClearPath Lending. Then the application was over the internet. I just filled in the forms and then on the day of signing, a notary public came to the house and we signed all the paperwork.

ClearPath had a loan with the VA where you can get a reduced amount. The application process was easy. I just talked to Mark and he did most of the work. I just had to send papers to him all the time. He was really good about it, and he was upfront. The lending process took a long time because they had a low interest loan through the VA, and it was set up in such a way where it’d just be for a year and then it’d change the interest rate, but the VA cut it off. Then they had to basically start all over with a new loan. Overall the experience was very good and I’d tell others to go ahead and go with ClearPath.

After that, it was all electronically processing. It was so very quick, which I wanted from them. The loan officer also always retuned the call and responded to my emails. It was the same with the processor. I was very happy with my experience so if somebody asked me with regards to doing their refinancing, I would love to have them look at ClearPath as well.

Their application process was fairly easy and I didn’t have to do anything except acquire some documents which were pretty minimal. It’s also mainly online where I have access to scanning documents and emailing them. I had a good experience dealing with the loan officer who was very nice and pleasant. Also, anytime I had questions, he was available to answer them.

They did everything during the refinance process and kept me posted on Mondays and Fridays on what was going on. Everything moved very rapidly, they handled everything professionally but it was also on a personal level and I’ve sent a couple of people their way.
