Refinancing my VA mortgage using the IRRL program through ClearPath Lending was the most efficient and painless mortgage experience I have ever had. After providing the four or five required documents to Lily we just sat back and watched their process work. We received a call each Monday and Friday to provide an update on where in the process we currently were, what the plan was for the coming week or what was accomplished for that week. Each member that I spoke with (approximately three total) were INCREDIBLY responsive and knowledgeable regarding the process. If I emailed or called I would have a response or call back (if needed) within 24hrs. Can't say enough good things about how they handled the paperwork and provided a personal touch. Would NOT hesitate in referring anyone to them or using them again. I hope I never have to refinance again but if I do... this is the place.

I’m completely happy with ClearPath's application process. It was easy. The representative, Michael, was on the ball all the time. The overall process was almost painless. There was very little for me to do. He did all the legwork.

I've refinanced several times over the years and I've never had an experience this horrible. Ron ** is the guy I worked with and he uses aggressive tactics, he is rude, and then lied about what rates he could provide me. When contacting this lender, I simply wanted to hear what my best rate options were for 2 properties and he somehow convinced me that I needed to have my credit pulled before he could provide me rates even though I knew my credit score.

Working with ClearPath has been good. They got me what I needed. It was my third IRRRL with them. The experience was good. My loan officer was great. If I ever need another loan, I'll call him.

I had a good experience with ClearPath. They told me that they would loan me the money. I tried the LendingTree before, and they said that I wasn't eligible. I went to talk to the guy from ClearPath and he called me back and said, "Yeah. We got you a loan." The application process was quick and easy. The loan officer was nice and polite.

First time using this company and can’t say enough about the great service we had. Great work. Very friendly customer service and was always on the ball about information needed and prompt service. I would recommend them for buying a house.

Very straightforward and quick and easy, Lily ** kept me informed of everything and the entire process was seamless. I received calls every Monday and Friday with updates on the progress on my loan and they were very quick to respond to any questions I have. This was the easiest refinance I've ever done.

ClearPath Lending was pretty good. I used them before, then I got a little thing in the mail a while back for the first time I used them. So, I gave them a call and I talked to a guy named Kevin. He did me well and we had no problem. But the last two times that we dealt with them, they had a tendency to bring up a hurricane. The first time I was supposed to sign, a hurricane came. So I had to wait until they figured that it was okay. Then the second time, a hurricane came again when I was supposed to sign. But other than that, I liked our transaction with them.

With ClearPath, I liked the improved interest rate. Their process was very good and everything went very well. I spoke to their rep on the phone several times, and he was very good and answered any questions I had. He was always responsive. If I needed to get ahold of him, he was easy to get hold of.

They sent me something in the mail about the VA IRRRL rate reduction. I've worked with them in the past but the process was pretty good this time. I was dealing with someone different than I had in the past. They let me go a little bit long on the tail-end, not letting me know they kinda changed dates a few times on when it was gonna be done. But it caused me getting late fees, which they did say they were gonna reimburse, but they hadn’t. The rep I dealt with was very responsive. It didn’t seem to matter if it was after hours or not.

ClearPath's application for a VA loan went fine. There was a lot of paperwork, which is standard when you're doing a refinance, and it seemed to take a long time for a while there. But other than that, it was very enjoyable and very easy to do. The reason it took a long time is because we changed the closing date ourselves. They had a date and we needed to extend it. Overall, they've got excellent customer service and professional employees.

The VA sent ClearPath to me. They said they wanted to lower my house payment. Everything has been great and in order. The process went smooth as silk. It was direct and went as well as I expected because I did a lot of it online and then I had some papers that I had to sign out. They had to be notarized and everything once the lawyer got here. He was a nice person. It was a great experience, and me lowering my house payment made me feel even better.

I was impressed with the lower interest rate. And then, I hardly did anything with the application. ClearPath pretty much did it all. It was fantastic. However, by the time the lady came out and we signed all the papers, ClearPath already sold the loan so I didn't have much of anything with them.

My experience with them was very good. It was easy. They were very professional and easy to deal with. They worked with me well. It really, really surprised me how quick the process was.

ClearPath talked me through the process and they said that I was eligible for a veteran's discount ‘cause I had paid six months without missing a payment. I was able to get the rate down from 3.25 to 2.25 so I went with the program. The loan officer did everything. He asked me for information and I gave him the information he wanted. We went through the process and they sent the paperwork to the computer, and we printed it out. I answered the questions with the computer and they sent somebody over here with papers for me to sign. It went pretty smoothly and then I got my escrow rebate from the previous company. All I’m gonna do is send them my payment on the 1st of November with my new reduction on the payments, so I'm happy. It was a pretty easy process and I would do it again. I was satisfied.

The application process was rough for my age. But my experience with them was good.

The application process for the 30-year fixed VA loan was easy. It took about 40 days and it was really good. The loan officer was smart and I already gave him two referrals. But he owes me a Visa gift card. I haven’t got it.

I worked with Lily ** and her team, They were great and very informative. If it wasn't Lily calling me someone on her team was and never left me in the dark. If I had a question I could call, email or text and she was quick to respond. I want to thank you and your team for making this as painless as possible. I was very pleased with both the sales guy and the person who processed the loan. He did a good job, kept me informed, and everything went very smoothly. I was very satisfied. I've gotten my escrow money back. I was very impressed with it.

I have refinanced twice with ClearPath and Jose **. I had perfect service both times. The process was fast and easy. Jose followed up with me when he said he would and delivered an outstanding interest rate on my home.

I knew the interest rates had lowered. The application process was super easy and the loan officer, Andrew, was awesome. ClearPath just sets up the loan and then hands it off to another vendor but the level of service was outstanding. Extremely customer-centric and extremely professional. Day or night, Andrew called me in what I assumed would be his off-hours. I had just either left him a voicemail or left him an email, expecting him to get back to me the next day. But he called me back right away. Very responsive.

The gentleman who called me was a very knowledgeable kid. He sounded like a young man. He asked me for a few documents and I sent him those. From there on, he was calling me every day, letting me know what was going on, and if he needed anything else. It was just that the process took a month and a half. ClearPath could've let us know that if we have our house deed made again within a certain amount of time, they would give our money back. I told them this but nobody ever answered me, except Jose. They sent me back 200 and something dollars.

I got a letter from ClearPath Lending in the mail. At the time, I was paying a higher interest rate. I went with them, and the loan officer I worked with was good. He took my calls when I called and was available most of the time. I got a good rate from them 'cause I'm in a VA.

During Covid 19 they made it real easy to process all the paperwork and communications via phone, text and email was relatively simple. Having a scanner made it that much more simpler not having to go out and find a scanner or fax machine.

The staff kept us totally informed from beginning to the very end of signing. They made us feel special as customers. The service was excellent to do business with. This was our second time doing business with ClearPath Lending. They kept every one of their promises on time.

I receive many unsolicited contacts regarding home refinancing, but something seemed different about ClearPath from the beginning. No wild claims. No complicated procedures. Just a straight forward assessment of the situation with a reasonable explanation of what they could do. I decided to call, and spoke with Monica **. She told me what information she required, and by the end of our first contact, she told me what was possible with rates and closing, as well as what it would take to complete the process.

Frank ** was my loan officer, and he was professional in all of our contacts. He delivered on everything he promised, including the great 2.25% rate. The re-fi did not take as long as I expected, based on previous re-fi's. I'll give him my highest recommendation.

I gave ClearPath Lending a call, and they answered all my questions so I stayed on that path. I really liked that they kept me informed the entire time. This isn't a short process. It takes a little while and oftentimes when you're dealing with companies, as a consumer, you feel like you're left in the dark. They called me weekly to give me an update on what was going on. I needed to borrow money to have my teeth done. The lending process at ClearPath was quite amazing. Their customer service reps were fast and efficient.

This is a review for ClearPath Lending after a refinance loan for my 30-year VA loan. I’m skeptical of solicitations I get in my mail daily. I literally received 4-5 daily and they go right to the round filing bin (aka trash can) because they are all the same, overpromising and underdelivering. In the past, I have called the numbers only to be passed around like hot potato from one person to the next only to realize I was on the phone for almost an hour with nothing being accomplished. Another 30 minutes and all I have completed was them gathering all my personal information before we even talk about loan options or their "promised" interest rate advertised in the mailing. This leaves one frustrated and frankly this is why very few cringe at making the call on solicitations. If you think the mailings are annoying, the phone calls go to a whole new level.

I was in the marine corps and we went through the military, and they got us on to them. We had a guy named Viet in the beginning of all this, and he was quite instrumental. We, however, didn’t just get eye-to-eye on taking the money out of my account. My wife and I mailed in the form to take it out of my account. We thought it was automatically gonna be done, but it turned out to be my fault for not paying attention to it. But as far as the flip after, they have been great to us. If I was gonna recommend people, I would recommend them to a good company, and that apparently is ClearPath.

Everything went great with ClearPath. The application and underwriting was awesome. It was done in no time at all. All together, everything was done in three weeks. They kept us in contact of everything of that time when we were signing, and the lady came for us to sign the papers. Chris, the rep we dealt with, was great too, and I am satisfied with the terms and rates. They were very easy to get ahold of. He also kept us in the loop when the rates changed before the signing, which we got a lower rate than what we initially started with. We save almost $3,000 a year.

I got a mailer from ClearPath offering the percentage of 3.25. It was basically a good rate, so I just called them and from there, it was pretty simple. I've done 10 refinances in my lifetime and this was the easiest one I've ever done. Usually, when you're doing a refinance, you call and you get a different person every time. But the one thing that was impressive to me was the fact that from the first moment I contacted them to do it until the last moment, I dealt with one person, Charles. It was such a shock to have such a pleasant one-on-one type experience.

ClearPath found me. I put something on the internet wherein people will say, “We’ll go through it and give you a quote right away.” The first thing it did was people started calling me. ClearPath's rep was the second one who did. He gave me a lot of information really quick. I liked the guy’s service on the front-end of my call with ClearPath. There was a little bit of delay because of the unforeseen circumstances of the COVID situation. But not their fault at all. I got a VA loan, so I had to get a couple of paperwork and things in line. Other than that, the agent took care of it and kept me well informed to the end. They let me know if the rate went down. And when we closed, it was half a percent less than it was when they quoted me first.

Khashi, from ClearPath, has been on top of things pretty much. He's nice and he's the guy I always referred to. We had a bond and I felt comfortable with him. I felt like I could trust him. The application process was pretty quick. We worked with them several times and this last one was probably the best, but one time was kinda, "Uh, it was okay." But they really made up for it this time. Working with them has been simple and straightforward.

My experience with ClearPath went well so far. I made the first house payment this month, so everything's good. Their application process was pretty easy and we like their interest rate. The rep I worked with was great. With this Coronavirus, he was working at home. Sometimes, we'd have to call him, leave a message and then, he'd get back with us within 24 hours. He did a good job.

The process at ClearPath was very easy. Nathan, the rep I worked with, was wonderful. He kept me posted on everything for every step of the way. Any time that I needed to call him or talk to him, he was available. Also, his manager would call me, too, to make sure that everything was going well. We had to wait a couple of weeks. We didn’t have the house for a limit of time. But then, after that, it was within the 30 days, we did everything. It was quick. They did a really good job, especially with this whole thing happening. We also had a lady come and she did the social distancing. She was a notary and we did the paperwork outside. They got all the nuts and bolts together. They were very prepared.

The experience was a good one and the process didn’t take long. Recently, I made my first mortgage payment, but I'm still getting mail correspondence from them about eligibility for refinancing. I spoke to someone, and they told me that I would be taken off that list and that I may get one or two more, but after that, it will stop. It hasn’t stopped. That has been going on throughout the whole three-month process. ClearPath seemed to be pretty efficient, especially Queenie. She's a very efficient lady.

Everything really went smooth and fine with the application process at ClearPath. The rep did an excellent job. ClearPath is a good company and the people that I had to deal with and talk with were all professional.

If I called and left a message, he was right back to me. And this machine actually says, "If I don't get back to you, call my supervisor at this number." But I never had to do that. He always got back to us. He helped us through and it went very smooth. He's experienced.

When they sent out a thing that said the rates have gone down quite a bit, I contacted them and asked how much it was. They told me and it might be worthwhile to refinance. I had a main guy and then, he had someone else that was doing most of the administrative paperwork. Depending on what I felt or need, I would call either him or her. Sometimes, I had to leave a message and within a short period of time, they would get back to me. So, it worked out relatively well. They were very helpful and did everything they could to make it easy for me to do what I wanted to do.

I kept getting ads in the mail from ClearPath for about six months saying they could give me a cheaper interest loan on my house. So, I might as well give it a shot and I eventually called them. I decided on it for better payment and lower APR. When they started out, I wondered if it was a scam. The lady said she was in California and then, she was so busy with people refinancing that for a while they didn't get back with me. I called a couple of days after I gave all the information because I was worried. She had my paperwork right there and we completed it. She was just swamped and there was such a big-time difference. Other than that, it went smoothly.

ClearPath was very professional. The application and underwriting process took two weeks. The loan officer was very precise and quick on us. I never did not ever get through to him if I needed him. We didn’t have too many conversations. He had it all taken care of. Working with ClearPath went very smoothly. It’s been a good experience, and I wouldn’t go with anybody else. Go get them.

Everything went well with ClearPath. The process was a bumpy road in some places, but it was explained pretty well to me. I could've had my end of the deal in a little better shape but I'm satisfied.

I’ve got a bunch of different ads from lending companies in the mail. I put them all side-by-side and tried to figure out which one had the best offer. There were two different loan officers from ClearPath I dealt with. Wesley was the second one who convinced me to go with it. He was very knowledgeable and patient with explaining to me that it was worth doing. I did a refinance and there were some VA intricacies that I was not understanding and worried about, and he took the time to explain that to me.

The ClearPath representative, Bill, was on top of everything and he kept me appraised of everything. He gave me the lowest rate that I could get. And if anything comes up to where I can get lower or I can be assisted in any way, he always gives me a call and always checks up on me within the six-month period. But I'm still getting letters to refinance which are getting a little bit annoying. Other than that, everything went fine in the end. I'm very pleased with ClearPath.

The lady I dealt with contacted me and we talked for quite a while. She knew what she was doing. When I got my original loan from LoanDepot, it took way over 6 months and I still didn't have it done. It went through 2 different people. They screwed it up the first time then it went to a different person. It was a disaster. With ClearPath, everything went very fast and smooth. The only thing that I'm still kind of in limbo about is there was supposed to be some extra money coming my way from that and I still have not seen it. That was even in the paperwork. But I've already given their number to a friend of mine who will be refinancing her VA loan. They had done it just prior to me doing this, so she's not eligible quite yet. But she's definitely gonna give ClearPath a call.

The customer service rep helped me resolve this issue to my satisfaction. They refunded the money I spent an attorney to put my property back in a trust and was diligent about making sure this issue was rectified. I appreciated this agent’s swift and thorough response once the issue came to his attention!

ClearPath Lending did what they had to do. Everybody was fine and the woman that came out did a good job. You also have to keep your credit up 'cause it makes it easier for them. I had just sold a piece of property down in Florida so I got all my bills all paid off before I talked to them. I didn’t owe anything and I didn’t have any credit cards. So I was fine with credit and they had a pretty good deal and it worked out fine for me. Refinancing with ClearPath saved me a little bit of money. It was not as much as I originally thought but I ended up saving $45. They advertised the rate at 3.2 but I got 3.5. It was gonna be lower but I gotta do it in 15 years. I did it for 30 and then my taxes were up a little bit more and lost a little bit of money there. But not having to pay two months of payments because they pay it off and then you save a month or two months was pretty good. I was able to get a couple of thousand bucks in my savings.

I was looking for a lower rate than what we had and with ClearPath, I was very successful. The rep kept me informed.

ClearPath Lending and Lily ** were wonderful and professional, all was made simple and understandable for my home refinancing. Thanks for being so thorough and kind. I always joke that I'm from 300 years ago (I hate red tape and modern bureaucracy), but they made it so even I could feel like the experience was a breeze.

Everything they said would happen did happen and when they said we would be done and a closing date would be assigned it was and all in the time frame they promised. 5 stars in our opinion! If you want to know if we would do business with this organization and their personnel again, we definitely would. Also we would be happy to recommend them to our friends and or neighbors.

I've had a very good experience with ClearPath with my refinancing. After I bought my house and six months passed, they sent me a letter and I called them. The rep, Larry, was very helpful and cooperative. He always returned my calls if he didn't take them immediately. He was easy to work with and everything went smoothly.

I've been dealing with ClearPath for a number of years now. I did a VA refinance and everything with the process was pretty cut-and-dried. There wasn't much that we had to do. Everything was fine. I worked with my loan officer on a couple of other loans and he always did a good job. My interest rate is at 3.3 now and that's pretty good.

This is the second time that ClearPath had a loyalty program and we went through it again. Refinancing wasn't very difficult at all. It was a little bit easier after having gone through a program with them last year. We had the same officer from last year. He's a good guy.

This is our second refinance with ClearPath Lending. We liked what we did last time. The interest rates went down, and so we had them again. Our loan officer, Kenny, was wonderful. Everything we needed to ask questions about, she was there for us. She kept the different people that she passed us off to for doing different parts informed. When we had to talk to them, it was obvious that she had talked to them, and back and forth. There was a lot of stuff with the underwriters that they had to do, and it took an extra couple of weeks to get all the paperwork straightened out. But the closure went fine. We got all our money on time. It could have been really bad, and they were very professional and courteous in making sure they had all the government stuff done to be able to get the refinance completed in a satisfactory way for everybody.

Clearpath was very professional. Even through the CV19 problems things were on time and I was updated weekly on the progress. The phone call twice a week was a little much but was followed with an email just to let me know how things were going.

I dealt with Keith from ClearPath Lending and he was amazing. He was super-efficient and really fast, too. I was working the whole time and I barely had to do anything. My experience with him was really good because it was over the Thanksgiving holiday and I was able to text or call or email him. He was out of the office for that break but he got right back to me. At the time, I was out of the office as well and he was still able to do all that. And he got it closed right before Christmas. Also, I was going through a divorce at the time, so I was trying to refinance my loan then get it into my own name, and Keith was very easy to work with.

We used ClearPath before and now we got them for a refi. The reps were really quick to respond and always been friendly. They never kept me waiting for anything so it’s been good. The application process was easy. This time, it took around two or three weeks. I’ve actually sent people to ClearPath before.

I’ve been with ClearPath for about five years. I refinanced with them twice and this time, it took about the regular amount of time. We started the process early January and we closed in February. ClearPath’s reps are very efficient and they keep in touch. They walk you along the whole process. I didn’t feel I was lacking information. I enjoyed working with Queenie and the other gentleman. Other than getting it closed early, everything was okay.
