I got something in the mail about the VA loan, getting it refinanced with my interest rate. I filled that information out and I was on my way. Compared to everybody else that wanted to charge me too much money, ClearPath was the only one that seemed to really have answers in taking care of it properly. With ClearPath, I went from paying almost $1,013 a month down to $779. That really interested me right there.
Sean was the one I started out with. He went back and forth and he got it done. They took all my information and everything went smoothly. It was really easy and was a pleasant experience. The loan officer kept in touch through the whole process too. It was always working nice and there wasn’t any confusion. If I asked a question, he could answer it right then and there. I didn’t have to wait days or a month. I got my first loan and everything else to VA. Sean and his group all did a good job for me. The experience was all top notch and they were fair and honest. I'm an old man and they got the work done for me. Their staff was there and took care of it and everything else. I was very satisfied and I will use ClearPath again if I ever need to. I feel safer.

My experience with ClearPath Lending was awesome. Bobby was the total professional. I had a lot of people who wanted to do the same thing that we did, but I was skeptical because there are so many out there saying one thing and doing something else. Bobby reassured me and I felt comfortable. Everything that he told me and promised me about the wait and how the whole process would go, it went that way. He told me that he would stay in touch with me once a week and he did. He represented everything that he told me from the time I talked to him initially until the final end. And we never had a problem getting poor service or getting a representative who wasn't professional.

ClearPath Lending has a good offer so I went with them for a refinance. The application process was simple, fast, and easy to do. It took a couple of weeks to wrap it all up and the loan officer took care of me real good. ClearPath is doing a good job.

I had higher interest rate before and there were three letters that came in at the same time from different companies offering me an opportunity. But the one that I selected was ClearPath because the gentleman there was very helpful and knew all the information they gave me when I called. The other two companies didn’t give me the correct information. The loan officer was very informative and thorough. We went through the process step-by-step. He made his offer and it was the best among the three companies that I was considering. He also told me what the procedures were and then the information they needed. They were very helpful and would follow through with everything I requested of them and all that I provided for them. It was very easy overall, and I got an adjustable rate.

It's my fifth refi with ClearPath Lending, and originally, I got them to do upgrades on our house as it was over 62 years old. All our experiences with them and all the various loan officers that I have dealt with have been fantastic. They've stayed in constant contact. Different situations come up for us to refi, and it's now at the point that I call this manager directly as he's the one I normally deal with and he gets everything rolling.
I have a VA loan because I'm a retired military and they've been very responsive to that. They made it very easy and keep me up-to-date on where we're at with it. As I walk through along, there are different steps that could take time and they make sure that I'm not just walked out there trying to figure out what's going on. Additionally, I'm in their loyalty program, which is fantastic, because once I refi or get a loan with them, they'll come back and tell me when interest could drop, especially on the VA part, and ask if I want to go ahead and refi at that time to get a better interest rate. I'm glad they pay attention because that way, I don't have to. It's a fantastic experience, overall.

I was looking for an alternative to refinancing my home and after talking to ClearPath Lending, I was convinced that that’s the path I wanted to take. Their reps were courteous, and they were thorough in explaining everything. They follow through on everything they said that they were going to do and everything that they were offering. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

My experience with ClearPath Lending has been great. We went in to refinance and got a 30-year fixed VA loan from them. The process went real fluidly. The communication cycle was good. No one kept us in the dark, which was good. So, there was proper feedback. Their loan officer was always courteous and able to answer all of our questions. Also, the process was easy because they told us step-by-step. For instance, they said that it's going to be a few days before we'd hear from them to sign something or if they need something from us. It was very simplified. No empty promises. No punches. No lies. They kept it real. It's fantastic and it has been a wonderful experience all the way around.

ClearPath Lending seemed like the best opportunity into getting a loan at the time and so I went with the flexible one that changes after four years. The gentleman I dealt with was very good and professional. He followed up on the different stages of it and he got back to me. He'd call when he said he would. I’ve done this four years ago, and since I was in the system, I didn’t have to do all the paperwork I did on the one before, so the application process was made a lot simpler. They're very smooth and timely. I was pleased and I would recommend them to somebody else.

We bought our home the first part of January then we went through several mortgage companies and ended up with ClearPath. We worked with Sharon and she’s terrific and wonderful. If we had any questions, she was right there and helped us through the refinance. We went through another refinance at the same time and had a lot of trouble but Sharon was great. We also had a good interest rate.

To get a better interest rate, I thought of getting a loan. I applied at ClearPath Lending because of what they said in the brochure. Their application process was headache-free and was so easy. There's no miscommunication and they kept me informed as things were going on, and they kept their closing date. The most important thing was that they told me to hold on my finances but I still can get a late fee by my current lender. It was easy and so transparent with the loan officer too. I ended up going with a loan that's two and half or three years. Then, I got a chance to extend or refinance it for a different type of option. They have a customer loyalty program, which sounded good because I'm a veteran.

Since my husband is a veteran, we were able to get a good percentage rate through ClearPath. On the surface, it looked like the whole process would go rather quickly, but it didn't. Our credit rating was not really good and ClearPath gave us the impression that everything was fine, that it was all gonna be approved. Then we would be able to pay up all of our credit cards and get some cash. It all sounded glorious. But it took about four weeks just to get to that process. They came back in a few days after we thought we were close to closing and said, "Oh, that's not gonna work. We're not gonna be able to pay off your credit cards. We're not gonna be able to do any cash back. All we can do is the actual loan." We said it was okay. But then two more weeks passed and there has been no communication at all.
Finally, our loan officer, Chris, called and said, "We're not gonna be able to do that same percentage rate that we talked about. The percentage rate is gonna be different and your loan closing costs are now gonna be $5,000." So, why would we do it if we were not gaining anything and the interest rate was gonna go up. At that point, we were already at the same interest rate we're paying today. There was really no advantage for us to go through with it, so we canceled out the whole process. But Chris has been wonderful and he really tried to get everything moving. However, Melissa, the other person we were working with in the closing area, we had virtually no communication with her. We only talked to her twice during that two-month period. So that was disappointing.

ClearPath's representative was helpful. I refinanced last summer and I had a 3.875 so I thought that would be my last refinance. But I ended up getting 3.25 with ClearPath and now, I'm sure that was going to be my last refinance. Everything went smoothly and I was very happy with the results.

We wanted to lower our house payments and the interest on the previous mortgage that we had. So we decided we'd wait a year and then tried getting a loan. And when we got the letter from ClearPath, we decided to go ahead and do it. The young man that I worked with talked to us like he’s somebody that live right up the street and knows us. He was very personable, professional and did a fantastic job explaining everything to us. The young lady that came by to do the paperwork was very professional too. She explained everything to us. Also, Victoria, the other lady that was working with the gentleman, was very helpful in regards to keeping contact between us. And any question that we had, she would relate them to him. He would also talk to her and get her to call us. They work very well together and it was fantastic.

The loan officer was a cool guy and very welcoming. He gave us a lot of information, helped us out a lot and kept calling to see how things were, not just to get the loan but also to make sure we're on the right path. We got a VA loan and he and the notary who came and had us sign made the application process easy. Overall, they made me feel comfortable and I'm glad we're with ClearPath. A lot of companies worry about giving the money and that's it. But ClearPath made it feel like they were more concerned about us than the loan.

I liked the service of ClearPath. The first couple of times I used them went very good, but this last time was not. Their appraisers were not accurate on the house. They didn't put in that I had upgraded the kitchen to ATS tile and they way underdid the house, so I didn't get the loan because of that. My house is definitely worth more.

I got the VA loan program with ClearPath to lower my interest rate. The application process has been easy because I had a refinance prior to this and did not have all the inspections. It was just a couple pieces of paperwork and it was done. I would recommend ClearPath.

I was looking at refinancing my house and looking to lower my monthly payments and get a better interest rate. I went with ClearPath Lending and got a VA loan program where the interest rate is set. The application process was extremely easy and the guy on my case was really good about staying in touch and walking me through things. It was a pretty good experience.

ClearPath Lending sent me some documentation through the mail. I called them because I want to get my interest rate down and by me being VA, I had that IRRRL option. I inquired about it and I liked the way that they talked and communicated with me. I gave my information to Sharon and sent her the statement documentation she was asking for. She contacted me back to let me know if she had all the documentation and went through with the underwriter. Everything looked good. She called me back, then it was approved. I waited for three or four weeks and then met with the young lady at the house. She came by with the documentation to close and everything was done. It was not difficult at all and the communication was smooth. They have good customer service.

On our mortgage, we're always looking for better interest rates. We got a mail from ClearPath Lending and we inquired. Their people were very cooperative and they did the application process over the phone. My wife did most of it and it was very easy. When we did the closing, they came to our house. I’ve never heard of that, but I was very impressed. They called me later and introduced me to a bi-monthly payment plan which I’m going to probably do.

I got a notice in the mail from ClearPath Lending, and I called them. I spoke to the representative and he was very helpful, so I decided to go with them. The original representative that I was working with was so kind and everything worked out fine. It was wonderful and painless with ClearPath. But I was sorry and disappointed to hear that they had already turned my loan over to another lending company. I was really looking forward to being a client of ClearPath. Another thing is, if I got a call from them stating why my loan was sent over to another company, I would have been happier to know that, but I still don't know why I was sent over.

I wanted to lower my monthly payments as much as I could, and I had called other mortgage companies, but they didn't have what I was looking for. ClearPath Lending did it and I was satisfied. I'm a new homeowner and it was my first time with a mortgage, and the loan officer was very friendly and answered all the questions that I had. I asked him questions about the escrow, when I'll be getting my escrow back, and things of that nature, and he was very helpful.

My son was refinancing with a lending company and they refinanced me, too. Then they sold my mortgage to ClearPath Lending. It was about the third time that I was refinancing. I've had a good experience with ClearPath. There's nothing to complain about. The application process was easy and normal. All of the officers and people in there were beautiful and quite helpful. I was searching for a VA loan on the web when I found ClearPath and they contacted me. They laid it all on the table for me, they're honest and they told me everything and how it was going to be. I felt comfortable and they followed up every step of the way with me. They kept me informed and they texted back and forth with me on a personal basis. Applying was pretty simple. But the only thing is that I was caught up on a weekend since the change of office was going on at the same time as my refinancing, the market was going crazy. I completely understand that but that was the most crucial or maybe a more important thing that happened. I missed out on a better deal due to the fact that they changed the administration for the presidency. But we locked it in and from then on, it was a walk in the park.
Also, the representative took care of me. She did a great job keeping me informed. She had to go on a family trip and even though she was having family time, she kept on texting back and forth with me and keeping me updated. I value that a lot and customer service was great. They're proficient and knowledgeable. They also sent me a loyalty package so they're gonna keep me posted as soon as anything changes, like if a better rate comes up once the market gets more stable. Then I might be qualified to refinance again and I'll be more than happy to do that.

ClearPath Lending had no closing cost, no extra fees, and I had a lower rate. I applied for a VA loan and everything went smooth. The loan officer was very good and I can get a hold of him. They were professional, they explained everything well, and did everything promptly.

We wanted to find a different mortgage company that was nicer to work with and could understand our situation. We also wanted to lower our interest rate. Everybody at ClearPath Lending was nice to us. Our loan officer was very polite and helped us to understand our loan. My house payment was too much. I can afford it, but it took so much of my money that it didn’t give me enough to visit relatives out of the city. I was paying everything including utilities and car payment, and I only have $200 for the rest of the month. So I had to refinance. I was at 3.24 and got a 2.25. ClearPath Lending dropped my house payment dramatically. I always pay $1,500 and it dropped to $1,003. The application process at ClearPath was simple. There were just five things I had to collect and I did that in an hour’s time. I turned it in to my realtor and everything after that was a breeze. The person who I spoke to was very nice and polite. And being a veteran, it was nice to talk to somebody who was aware of the veterans and so everything has turned really well. I've no regrets and I am happy. ClearPath was comforting and enough to trust them a lot that I knew I was in the right department.

I received mail from ClearPath that said the interest drops when you're a veteran, so I gave them a call. I spoke to John and he answered every question I had and would return calls at night. I wanted to lower the monthly mortgage payment so I got a VA loan from ClearPath, and my experience with them was good. The application process wasn’t hard at all. They did all the work. My loan officer, Chris, was a very nice person. He was very patient, very understanding, very knowledgeable about the product that they have to offer and enlightened me about other things. He told me about what other companies have to offer that they offer, and comparing his company to other companies made his company much greater. He was very abreast. I did do my research after I had spoken to him and what he said was true. I would tell other people to try them before they try anyone else. We are looking forward to still doing more business with ClearPath in the future.

I had a loan with Quicken Loans but they had problems and said they couldn’t do it. So they gave me an FHA and then I was sent a card in by ClearPath that said with a VA loan I can get 2.50. I sent five of my documents and the application process was smooth and fast. ClearPath did everything and I didn’t have to pay a cent. It added to my loan and it was no problem. They dropped the price that I was paying with Quicken, so I got a VA loan back with an FHA. My experience with the loan officer was excellent all the way. He gave me his direct phone number so I could talk to him anytime. I'd check in with him and he’d say, “We're all on path. We're going to find just by next week we'll have you closing.” He said before the month was over and I closed my loan on the 24th. I was extremely happy with my ClearPath experience. It's probably the best refi I've ever gone through. They did everything they said they would do and more.

I was interested in refinancing. I don’t apparently have a job so things just started getting a little out of hand. ClearPath said they really specialize and work very closely with the military. The application process was simple and took a couple of weeks. So, it was very well thought out. Gabriel was also an awesome representative. He definitely took his time and I didn’t feel rushed. He answered my questions and it was a smooth transition. My loan officer was also professional. I would definitely recommend ClearPath to a friend.

I was sent to the Veterans' IRRRL for reducing my interest rate on my mortgages but I went ahead with ClearPath because they offered me a lower percentage rate. I had never heard of ClearPath but they were persistent and stayed on top of the game as far as knowing what I could qualify for upfront. I didn't have to worry and they told me they looked about some fair prices. Their application process at ClearPath was really easy since it was all electronic. I did a lot of paperwork and an electronic signature. The loan officer was on top of stuff and I appreciated it. There was no delay and if there was any delay, it was my fault. They followed up on the same day I called them.

My husband had a VA loan. We went with ClearPath to do a refi and the rep who worked with us was great and explained everything. We filled out some documents that he sent, sent a copy of my husband’s driver’s license and his DD-214. The process was quick and very smooth since we're only changing companies and interest rates. In two and a half weeks, the notary was out to sign the papers. Everybody was extremely friendly and it's nice to have a friendly customer service.

I'm a first time home buyer. I just bought my home and my interest is a little high. At 1.5% to 2%, I had a better deal with ClearPath Lending. I was impressed with the percentage. I'm trying to save money, not spend money. I was very impressed with Paulo, the agent that handled my situation. He explained to me the different benefits, what I can save in the future over a certain period of time, and how it was also going to improve my credit in getting the refinance in my home. So, I could really understand how I was coming out ahead.
I didn't quite understand everything the first time and I wanted my wife to understand how I would come out ahead. But the loan officer answered all of my questions. After three weeks I figured that's a better deal, and I'm going to call him back. It was better off for us to do it that way and we would save money. So, that's why I went back the second time and completed the whole transaction. I was patient with the application process. I went online and I had no problem with getting everything processed. Everything was done in a matter of 30 days. If I have to refinance again, I would sure use ClearPath again.

ClearPath was the first lender I called and I like the way they talked and the way they presented themselves. They answered all my questions and I was satisfied with them so I went through the VA and refinanced my home with them. The application process was real easy. The person I talked to was very thorough. I told him to be upfront with me, and they said they're real. But there were two other lenders that called me and I did the same thing with them and they lied to me. They said they're going to send somebody out and talk to me and get my loan all set up. I waited and called but couldn't get them. They held me up and then ran a credit out for me. All they did was just lower my credit, and I didn't get results. But I never experienced that with ClearPath.
These people have been really good. They set me up for two years. So, in about two years where the interest rate is, I can lock it in now with no extra fee. Also, I like that if there's some real questions I didn't think to ask them, they come out and tell me, which I'm satisfied with. I would recommend ClearPath to other home buyers.

I wanted to have lower interest rate to lower my house payments and there was a ClearPath Lending flyer sent for military loans so I called them. I got an individual who got me over to the correct people. Somebody called me back, got some information, ran my paperwork, and said that they can help me. They walked me through the whole situation and made sure everything was all right. They helped me with any questions that I had and held my hand all the way through the process. They made sure that everything was going correctly and smoothly.
It was definitely a good experience. They were friendly and helpful in all manners. If I had to do another loan I certainly would give them the opportunity to assist in any way they could. I don’t have any negativity towards them as far as the loan and the way they conducted themselves and when everything worked out. I'd recommend them any day of the week.

I wanted to refinance our home loan and collect with a lower rate. I also wanted a shorter time frame to pay off. I evaluated between three companies and ClearPath Lending was the one that fitted best in what I needed. James, the contact person that I talked to explained the process and he taught me some different stuff as we went through the process. He was very professional, patient, and gave me information that I needed in making an evaluation. He did an excellent job and kept me updated. I really appreciated him a lot. Overall it was easy and excellent.

I was refinancing my home and did something online then, I was reached out by someone from ClearPath and he explained the process of fixed rate versus variable. The application was smooth, quick and painless. Also, the loan officer was good. He remained in constant communication with me and answered all my questions. The whole thing was pleasant and easy.

They contacted me over a month ago. I started the process and was told it would take 14 days. After emailing things to them numerous times they finally said it was good to move forward. While waiting to sign papers they stated I needed to do my 2016 taxes and it was on hold. Not pleased at all and will never do business with this company. As a veteran I will tell my referrals to go elsewhere.

My son was in an accident and we had serious medical bills. I was in the middle of using another bank until I saw ClearPath Lending and I did a comparison-contrast. I liked the way ClearPath Lending told me how they will handle things and because of their experience and excessive communication, I got more done in four days with them than I did over three weeks with the other bank. The rep was expeditious and knowledgeable. They held to the promise that they told me in the beginning about the quickness, easiness and flexibility in their options. They also seem to have more options that were communicated immediately compared to the other bank.

We were concerned that the interest rates were gonna go up so we called ClearPath and talked to a representative. We were pleased with what they had to offer so we went with them and got a VA loan. The loan officer was exceptional. There was great communication and she always called to let us know if there were any hiccups or changes. She verified that everything was done correctly and in the proper way. They were very professional, courteous and punctual. Also, they explained everything well for us in layman's terms and there weren't any errors with everything that we discussed in the contract. They didn't try to tell one thing and do another. It took some time to do everything because we refinanced our loan but overall, I was very pleased and satisfied with how it was done.

I got a flyer from ClearPath Lending in the mail and I wanted to see if I can refinance my home for less than the interest rate that I had it. So, I went with the three-year mortgage variable rate. The application process was easy. I liked the lady I was talking with. She was helpful. I also had a great experience with my loan officer. I had a good experience with ClearPath Lending. I was looking to refinance and they have lower interest rate and better options compared to the other solicitations I received. I got a 3/1 Hybrid loan from them. Most of their application was done by phone. Some paperwork got faxed back and forth. For closing, they arranged a notary to come to the house and do the sign-off on all the inch-thick packet of paper and notarize appropriate places, and that was it. My loan officer was very helpful. From time to time I'd have questions and I would call to get answers to my questions. If he wasn't available, I usually got a callback pretty promptly, and he always answered my questions satisfactorily. They gave good explanations for the program that they offer versus the options. I got a good feel of the pros and cons. Once we decided what we wanted to do, we proceeded efficiently through the process.

ClearPath Lending's rates were very good. So, I had a good talk with Gabe who was in charge and struck a chord with him. I could tell he knew his business so I decided to go with a refinancing of the VA. The application process was very easy and they did all of the work. It was time for me to refinance and I went with ClearPath Lending since they dealt with Veterans specifically. The application process was easy and went pretty fast. I had a good mortgage representative who stayed in contact with me and gave me all the paperwork that I needed to fill out and sign. He kept me up-to-date on things that were to be expected. The interest rates were getting higher, so I wanted to go from an adjustable rate to a fixed rate program. With the pamphlet that I received in the mail, ClearPath Lending put out an attractive offer. I applied for the 15-year fixed loan program, and the process was easy. I really enjoyed the process of working with them. From the loan officer to the loan assistant, to the underwriter, there was professionalism all the way through. Everybody kept me abreast of what was going on and it was a speedy process.
Wesley, the assistant loan officer, displayed professionalism to me and my family, and I appreciate everything that he did. In fact, one of the most enjoyable experience I had in getting the loan was how Wesley kept in contact with me every couple of days and let me know what was going on. I wasn’t used to that so I was glad that he did that. I would recommend them to someone who was getting a mortgage because the experience was really wonderful.

I had a great experience with ClearPath Lending. We were wanting to build a garage to my house so we were researching different loan companies and they were the one that suited us. When I talked to their rep, Brett, he just hit me like he was an honest person and not trying to get over on me or anything. So we refinanced the house with them and got money out of the equity of the house to build a garage. They were very helpful and walked us through everything. We weren’t in the dark. If there was a problem or they needed some more paperwork, they would call and we would send it to them. And they were very appreciative. They would call back to confirm they got it. I've used ClearPath Lending before and everything went perfectly. When I wanted to get my house out on refinance because we did a lot of improvements, I went with them again. My experience with ClearPath Lending was outstanding. I wanted to refinance my home and ClearPath was sent to me by the individual that I had applied the loan for. There was another lender, but ClearPath was honest. The loan officer and the escrow officer addressed everything. I kept getting letters from different mortgage companies that wanted to see if I needed a loan. I was trying to get a lower monthly payment then I decided to check on ClearPath and it worked out. I had the loan officer’s phone number and I even had his cell phone in case I needed to ask him some questions so I didn’t have any problems at all with the application. ClearPath's offer looked intriguing in terms of being able to cut my payment in refinance. I consulted with my current lender at the time who had recently sent me something and ClearPath seemed to have better terms and were also more forthcoming. And so, I ended up going with the Adjustable Rate Loan Program. Their customer service has been fantastic and any questions I had were usually answered. Every step of the process was easy and well-explained. I had to do a bunch of things online but those were all straightforward. Moreover, the initial documents I had to provide were not onerous. They also sent a notary to the house but that was all really well-done. My loan officer was very responsive and was willing to work with my schedule. He'd call me at work or at home, whatever was easiest for me depending on the week or circumstances. I would recommend ClearPath to anyone else and I would do it again. It was a great experience.

We were thinking of refinancing and we called a couple of places and I didn't like the answers I was getting. My husband asked me to give it one more shot, so I picked up the phone and called ClearPath Lending. Then we reached a gentleman by the name of Joe. I have never in my life had such fantastic, wonderful customer service. He explained stuff to us from square one. Every little detail, everything you could think of. He asked several times if there were any questions or if I understood. They were genuinely concerned about me and they returned my calls and emails immediately. When we bought the house we had such a horrible experience with the banker and I swore I would never buy another house as long as I lived. But Joe made things so wonderful. There was also a young lady by the name of Melissa that worked with him and she was just as super.
The application process was not hard at all. Joe explained everything to me. First of all he said what he would need in order to get me qualified. I got quite a few things on the list emailed to him because of his concern and his attitude. They immediately said that we were qualified and we could definitely get that. We've closed now for almost a month but Joe called me again to tell me to call him if I have any questions or concerns, which means a lot.

We needed to refinance because we ran into some issues and we wanted to see if we could get a lower interest rate. We did a VA loan and ClearPath called us and they did all the preliminaries and all the credit checking. The way they handled the paperwork was very efficient. Then, once they got the first part of all the documents signed where they can do all the background and credit checks, they let us know it was good and proceeded with the other loan procedures. They contacted our current lender, they worked it out among themselves and just called us about signing the regular loan documents. Then, they had a notary come to the house who went over all the paperwork with us and had us sign everything and everything got finalized.
We had a real good loan person and everyone was excellent. They called just to explain our documents, called us daily to reassure us, and emailed us to keep us on top of everything. Also, he didn't do anything unless he consulted us. They were very good, professional and very considerate. We ran into one little issue and they worked with us and got that fixed. And he still called the other day to follow up with us to see if everything's okay and told us if we decide to go and buy anything, just keep him abreast because he'll be monitoring us. I did not have to go to a bank and do all that so I'm very pleased with how it went. This was the best experience I've had with buying a property or refinancing.

The previous company I was with said my escrow account was short. I asked them how could that have happened since I never missed a payment nor was late and they were the one that configured stuff. They said I have to pay $13,000, but how in the world can I pay that on their mistake. I've realized people make mistakes but we've gone for about a year and they didn't figure it out. It irritated me. I got a letter from ClearPath and the interest rates were pretty good.
I got the fix rate and the service was good. I was treated fairly. They made the whole process very easy, and asked me for some paperwork that I needed to furnish to them. They acted like they knew exactly what they were talking about when I asked them a question and they gave me answers that were to my liking and backed it up in writing. So I was impressed. They were nice people to deal with. They kept me in tune of what was going on, and the loan officer called me everyday. I would recommend ClearPath.

I got a VA Loan through ClearPath Lending. They had a really good APR on their letter rate so I inquired about that. They also had a good description of how they operate and they seemed like a decent company. I called them to see what they were offering and it worked out. My husband called ClearPath Lending and we got a gentleman by the name of Bryan. He was really good with my husband and me, and that made us decide to go with the company. The application process was very simple. He asked for some documents and some questions. We supplied the information he needed and answered the questions. I didn't have access to downloading the paperwork via computer because my computer was down, but he was gracious enough to say, "Don't worry about it" and mailed the paperwork down to us. It was all marked very clearly what we needed to sign after we read everything. We filled those out and sent them back. Then we found an error and we redid it without any problem. Whenever we called Bryan for a quick question, he always answered real quickly.
When it was time to sign our final documents, I was hospitalized. Because of that, we had to postpone and reschedule. We thought I'd be out of the hospital by that time, but I wasn't. Bryan was gracious enough to send the paperwork via a notary to me right at the hospital. The notary helped us and had my husband and me sign the documents right there. That was going above and beyond what was required of anybody to do. We were real happy with everything and everybody we dealt with was just super. Excellent service.

Lily, a loan officer is rude, pejorative and not customer oriented. I am a Veteran with an excellent credit score and do not wish to be spoken to in the manner that she has spoke to me. She is rude and should not be closing loans. I simply asked what the payment on a 20 year fixed VA loan would be and she was pejorative and rude.

I had talked to a guy from ClearPath Lending and he was pretty good. He told me everything I needed to know and then I called them back a year later. I had a refi where, in four years, it would go up to a modified, but I'm planning on redoing it again in the next couple of years to have a lower rate. I got a more straightforward answer from them and I didn’t have to give them my entire life story in order to get clear and concise answers. The whole process was quick, easy, and absolutely painless. Any questions we had were answered promptly. It didn’t matter what time of night we emailed. Greg, my loan officer, was really helpful from the beginning and all throughout the loan process. He told me I could call him anytime. And I did call him a few times. I called ClearPath Lending and they ended up getting me an almost a full point lower percentage than I was paying. Their reps were friendly. The only thing was it took forever to get the refinance taken care of. The first time I contacted them was the end of July to look into it and we started the process in August. We didn’t close until the end of October. Compared to when we bought our first house, it didn’t take that long.
The ClearPath reps told me what they needed and I was on top of the things. However, the underwriters kept saying they needed this and now they needed that. They required a termite inspection which was never needed in our two prior refinances. ClearPath had a company come in and they found that there were no termites. And then the underwriters said they needed an engineer but we ended up not needing them. Everything took a week and a half to do. At one point, though, we had a problem with carpenter bees that we then had treated.
My wife is self-employed and I understand that there’s more involved, but it was a very long process and it was frustrating. When I was leaving out of town on a hunting trip out west, I told ClearPath I wanted this done before I left and they agreed. However, they ended up waiting until I got back. This is the third time that we had refinanced and it wasn’t the best. But overall, we got a lower rate, saved us some money, and consolidated some bills. I’m happy now that the process is done.

We recently bought a house but were at a higher interest rate. I was attracted by the dropping interest rates and the refi for veterans, which was offered on the paperwork. I called ClearPath and spoke with the loan officer who helped me out immensely. The process was really easy and that’s when my wife and I decided to go ahead with the loan. ClearPath had a smooth and painless application process. The loan officers were very knowledgeable and courteous. We wanted to get a lower rate and my sister-in-law, a loan officer, told us what was available in terms of options. ClearPath Lending looked like they had a good reputation. I vetted them, checked them out on Better Business Bureau, and also listened to word of mouth, and a friend of mine who uses them said they were great.
Their application process was straightforward and really easy. I didn’t feel rushed. I’ve done refi’s before and it seems like you just got to provide so much stuff, but these guys were just more relaxed and more timely in getting back to you. It's also a delight to work with somebody that we didn’t feel like they’re constantly hounding us for different documents. They're not like the last company we were with that was constantly calling, trying to figure out the status.
The loan officer I worked with was genuinely nice. He let me know one of the documents he got wasn’t exactly what he was looking for, but after I gave everything to him he was giving me regular updates. At first he was calling twice a week. I told him once a week is fine, and he stuck to that all the way through. We even got Christmas cards from him. ClearPath is real easy to work with. Compared to others, they went above and beyond.

The only reason why my wife and I went with ClearPath was to get our outgross as low as possible so that we can retire and not have to deal with it. I got a letter again from them telling me that my mortgage rate is going down some more, so they went and refinanced us again. The rep had mentioned that they were gonna put me in an adjustable rate, because that it was the only way that he could get our rate at that period of time. It was fine, then we get this call saying, “We got some bad news.”
All of a sudden, their rate changed, and we weren’t aware of it at the time. What happened was the rates went up and the rep didn’t catch it in time, so we went from 3.5 to 2.5 then back to 3.5, right back where we were. Before they refinanced us, I was paying $845 a month on my mortgage. It was supposed to drop down to $800 a month, but by now it’s back up to $900 a month. So we got ourselves prepared. We got all of our bills all paid for, so what we’re paying now is the car is our mortgage payment. We’re trying to keep it down, but the rate change caught us off guard, especially with no income change. I’m retired from the Air Force Military and am living strictly off of my retirement.
The rep said they’re not gonna mess with it anymore. I told them not to, because we were satisfied with the way it was. If the rep doesn’t change it anymore, I’m gonna be happy because everything else has gone well so far. That issue is the only thing that we were unhappy about, but outside of that, the rep was there all the time, and we're satisfied with ClearPath.

I was totally satisfied with ClearPath. When I first got the house, I was out there by myself a little bit. But when I refinanced, the process was very easy for me. It was not even time-consuming. My loan officer Ben helped me out and we became friends. He didn’t let me go through it alone. He made sure he kept me abreast step-by-step what was going on. He didn’t leave me in the dark. ClearPath has forked over to Freedom Mortgage. They sent me a letter in the mail saying I can lower my interest rate. As a matter of fact, $52 less. It's been good so far except for the fact that I’ve been trying to set up my online account. I’ve been trying all morning to get this payment in. I’m going to have to mail it. I’m afraid it’s going to get there too late. I want to get it online so they could take it out of my account.

I wanted to refinance my VA loan and ClearPath seemed very capable after I talked with them. The loan officer called me every day to give me status and even gave me his own cellphone number. He sent me the stuff that I needed to fax back. He was very nice, efficient, and professional. The application process was very timely and easy. I like how professional the people were and their follow through.

I was weighing my options and looking around, and it ended up that ClearPath Lending had a better deal. I did a refinance with them. The process was streamlined and pretty much painless and fast. I could get ahold of my loan officer whenever I needed to unlike the other people I was using. I could speak to him and not leave a voice message every two minutes and wait five days to get a callback. He would call me back right away if I couldn’t get ahold of him or he would text me the information I needed to get from him. Instead of waiting for the next representative, it was one person all the way through which was easy. He did a phenomenal job and we had smooth transactions.

I contacted ClearPath on the phone and it seemed like they're informative. The credit application was simple as far as how they talked us through it. Also, my loan officer was awesome and really friendly since the beginning. Since day one he's been helpful every step of the way, and hands on with getting us kind of prepped up, and what we needed to do. They're really good with what they do. I have a VA Loan and they seem like they know their stuff. Ever since we've signed up with them, we've been pretty happy.

I decided to see what ClearPath had to offer and was well-pleased. Refinancing with them is a very simple process. The loan officer was very thorough in giving me information, kept me abreast on everything that was going on, calling me several times, made a good rapport over the phone even though we've never met, and made me comfortable. I'm a pastor and I was able to share information about them to two veterans that are members of my church and they have used him also.

I received letters saying benefits for the VA and mentioning that I can save all this money. It sounded like a bunch of BS so I looked it up online and on the padding website for veterans, it said I should pursue this. So I called ClearPath. I just had to be on the list, which I was, and they took care of everything. I got a really good deal and am very happy with them. It was a very easy and good experience. I've recommended them to a friend.

When I called the rep at ClearPath, he took my information and later that day he said if I could send him information. Two weeks later, I was signing the application papers because everything had gone nice and easy. I recommended ClearPath to one of my friends in the Army to go through them and he's working with them now. I will always recommend them to somebody else.

We've used ClearPath twice and we've been very happy. I refinanced for a three and a quarter and then didn't take any money out. Six months later I refinanced with the same people because they treated me so well and I virtually didn't have to do anything. I just signed papers on the computer and that was all good. The salesperson was absolutely great. Plus, there's no surprises and that's one thing I like. They told me right up front what they could do and went right to the letter. I would suggest ClearPath to anybody because they really did a good job.

ClearPath Lending was able to get us a fixed rate which was what we wanted as we were refinancing. Their application process was the simplest one we've been through. The loan officer was very easy to work with. He made the process easy to understand and very uncomplicated. When we sent the information that was requested for the first time ever, we didn't have to resend and resend. I would definitely recommend ClearPath Lending to a friend who qualifies for the VA.

It seemed simple to get information to find out if I wanted to consider ClearPath and the person I got to talk to almost held our hand the whole way through. That was the biggest part of it: we felt we were valued and that we were important. Since we've purchased and sold a house before, we're not new to the process but we hadn't refinanced before. So what I felt really good about is I was doing most of the communication with ClearPath for the loan, but everything was scripted out for us so I could explain everything to my wife where we were at, each stage of it, what we've discussed, etc.
Everything was explained exactly the way it was. Even when there was going to be something additional needed to done because it wasn't clear on one section of it, it was explained to me. And what was really great was there was follow-up with everything. That's big to me as a consumer who's getting ready to make an investment like that: to have somebody reach out to them for update. It's really nice when somebody lets you know in advance that they haven't forgotten about you. That helped us through the transaction as well. People even apologized for us not having everything in order the first time. It was the first time I have had a completely stress-free transaction. I definitely appreciate it and we'll definitely recommend using the company to people at work and family. My experience was fantastic, it was well-explained and everything that I was told happened.

I got a loan refinanced through ClearPath. I worked with Amir, and he's an incredible young man. He's very personable and made the whole process very easy. I don't know much about the lending stuff, and he literally did everything. Every time he needed me, he called or emailed me. He told me what I had to do and I would follow his instructions to the tee. At the very end, I still have something missing with Quicken Loans because it was cashed. ClearPath found out it wasn't their error but it was Quicken Loans' error, and they still tried to help me. They were wonderful.

My experience with ClearPath Lending was excellent. They stayed right on top of things and got things done quickly. I have nothing but the best to say about them. The agent I worked with was very helpful and excellent. He called me to make sure that I understood what was going on. He made me feel like if anything happens five years from now, he's still there if I need him. I was very pleased with the whole affair.

I’ve been trying to refinance my house through the VA and the last one I was talking to was taking over two months. They couldn’t get their figures right and they couldn’t get back with me unless I called, which was a hassle. I called John at ClearPath and right at hand, they got it done within 13 days. They’re professional and they got everything done the way they promised, so I’m completely happy about it. I’m well-satisfied with what they’ve done and would recommend them.

Sean ** was my Loan Officer at ClearPath Lending, I would recommend his service, due to the fact that he was always very patient, returned my calls promptly and explained all the loan program options to me in detail. I'm still going through the process with ClearPath, and everything is okay right now. I got hooked up with their rep, Sean, and we have good reports, so I chose ClearPath. Additionally, I wanted to lower my interest and also wanted to take a cash out of my equity to pay off some credit card bills, and it sounded like it's going to be very easy with ClearPath. I was with USAA and I was at 3.75 and by going with ClearPath, it went to 3.25. From what I understood in the beginning, after I made a few payments with them, then that would be the best time to do the cash out thing. I called Sean and we came up with the amount of about $12000 that I wanted. I wanted to wipe out all my interest bills. I have a good relationship with Sean. Also, some of the people from ClearPath have already called, and they told me everything was going along just fine with the loan. I appreciated that.
I didn't realize that what was going to happen is, instead of the company free the mortgage, now they've gone to a new company. My interest rate went up to 3.37. I told Sean not very long ago when we talked that I'm not going to stand by this with my interest rate going back up again. He said, "We'll make a few more payments and then we can re-finance again to get a lower payment." I'm not trying to sell my house, and now I got inspectors coming here to find out how much my house is worth and then we had termite inspectors come in. I had to pay for some of this stuff. That part bothered me. It wasn't what I wanted with the loan. To me, it wasn't part of the deal, but it's the way it turned out. I've already signed all the papers. I'm okay with it right now. It's just wasn't exactly the way I thought it was going to be.

I got a flyer in the mail and what ClearPath Lending had on it was very interesting. When I contacted them, it even sounded better thus we started working with each other. I have refinanced before and the people would talk good, but come right down to it they left me hanging in places. However ClearPath Lending is awesome. They call when they say they will and they follow through with everything. I would not hesitate to use them again, to call them and ask them on what else we can do to better my financial situation.
It was very easy to go through the closing laws. The notary explained everything to us, but then ClearPath Lending had already advised everything and even sent a copy of all the papers. They stood right there, held my hand, walked me through it, and told me everything that was gonna happen. We had a good rapport with everybody. It took just a little bit more than two weeks to go through the process, which surprised me. I would not hesitate to tell anybody to call ClearPath if they want to refinance.

ClearPath were pretty nice people. The application process was relatively easy and quick. We had some problems with the faxing of a clear copy of my driver's license on my end. I had to redo that two or three times and that wasn't their fault. Everything ran on our time schedule.

I refinanced earlier this year, and saw that ClearPath's percentage has dropped again, so I thought I would give them a try. I was so pleased with their representative, who was helpful and great. I thought, "Well, if we can lower the rates, I'm for sure going with him." I had a couple of bad experiences during the prior year with Quicken Loans, where they let me go all the way through and it was hanging on for five months before they closed. They kept telling me all these repairs that they wanted me to do, then at the end, they said, "Oh. I'm sorry. We can't do it." And so, I was really cautious about who I would go with again. ClearPath's application process was fairly easy to follow. The rep also called to let me know how it was going, and checked with me every week or so to see whether I had any further questions. He kept me right on board up until their actual signing. It was a great experience, and I'm really happy with ClearPath.

I was trying to lower my interest rate on the term. When I did it the first time, Craig was fantastic so I just refinanced again through ClearPath Lending. He always follows through. Whatever he says that he'll do, he does it. I liked Craig so much that I referred to him my family members and friends. I work in the banking industry so I know how things are. This time I was with Casey. He was another gentleman, a little different but it was okay at the end. With Clearpath, it was awesome, easy, and there were no troubles.

ClearPath sent me a letter, and then all of a sudden their rep Sharon called me which I was very shocked with because she was so pleasant about it. She convinced me with the way she announced herself and she did everything for me to listen to her. I respected that because when I do stuff like this I get very scared. She was able to calm me down and she was straight up with me. I like honesty and I was very impressed with her. When I decided to go with ClearPath, I asked Sharon if she was going to walk me through this whole procedure like a little kid, and she said she won't let go of my hand. She walked me through the whole procedure, stuck with me and found out other things that my other company was going to screw over me over with. She's a wonderful lady and a good business person, and I've got some of my other buddies that own homes and they're gonna call her too.

I'm a retired military looking for a VA mortgage company when out of the blue a young lady named Sharon gave me a call about ClearPath Lending. I felt comfortable and felt that it was an excellent idea to just take it. Sharon's the one who helped me out with this and I'd like to give her kudos. My family and I appreciate what she's done for us. She's doing such a really good job and should get a pay raise. Then during the application process they told me, "Okay we're looking at your credit. Make sure you do this and don't do that for 90 days or six months. Just follow the directions when it tells you to do and everything works out for you." Within a month I can get my three calls to know how I'm doing, make sure everything is good, if there are any problems with the mortgage payment or what the interest rates are doing (like if they are low). On the whole, it's been an excellent experience.

ClearPath made me feel like they're watching after me. It's a wonderful experience. They're operating as an affiliate of the Veteran Affairs and it's more like they watch over me better than the VA itself. That's very key to me. I had a loan with ClearPath and when I took out the loan to get re-financed in the house I went with a certain company because they said they can get me things and I jumped at it. Then ClearPath called me and said I was on a loyalty program and if I wished to let that go then they'll just drop me at my request. I looked at that and that made me feel like they got me. As soon as they saw somebody check my credit, they called me. One of the case people and the supervisor of that person both called me to find out what my intentions were. They said "we take care of you but we need to have to say a lot of stuff." And that's what I like.
I'd recommend them. They told me from the beginning that they want to be the only and last finance company that I will ever have to use and they held up to that. I never feel like I'm being twisted to do anything. I also don't feel threatened or that nobody speaks to me. In fact, anybody I talked to at ClearPath was very good and they know their job.

I've been looking into getting a solar system for a home and I thought refinancing my home would be the cheapest way for me to get the money I need and not make big monthly payments on it. Getting a loan with ClearPath Lending was simple and professional. Their staff was friendly and helpful, and easy to get ahold of and work with. They made the process not as painful as it usually is and they kept me up to date on my loan.
