ClearPath knows their business. They got the loan approved and had it all set up and handled it the way it should have been done without any complaints. The process went through so fast I couldn't even keep track of them. ClearPath Lending did great on everything they've done.

The process worked smoothly. The only problem was ClearPath Lending overpaid everything on the escrow. They double paid my insurance so I kept getting checks. But that aside, everything seemed to work very professionally.

I've got the most positive feedback from ClearPath over other lenders, so I chose to go with them. It was a great experience and I wouldn't mind recommending it to anyone that was in the market.

I've been using ClearPath for years. I've done five refis with them and it has always been seamless. The rep, Richard, handled everything straight. I could call him anytime for any questions I had and he was available. He was a real good guy.

The lending process took a little longer than usual because we had to wait because I'd taken a loan out before and it wasn't six months yet. The rep always returned my call and he was very nice. The rates and terms were good. But when the guy came to close, he took the paperwork with him and said that he would send it back to me and I never have gotten it.

ClearPath Lending treated me good in the past. I had a new loan officer for the refinance and he was very good. I was satisfied. If I had any new questions, he answered them for me. The application and underwriting process took about eight weeks.

ClearPath Lending were the first ones that got back to me. Applying for the VA loan was easy. The reps always got right back to me and did a good job. Exactly what I was after. I'll call them again when I get ready to do it one more time.

I received a notification in the mail and I first thought the 1.75% interest for veterans was a joke. There was some catch to it. I called and the first gentleman that I spoke to took all the information. He actually took the loan, but he added some things that he wasn't supposed to add, and the manager called me back. From that point forward, it was absolutely phenomenal. I got the 1.75% which was still unbelievable. I was very pleased with that and I didn't have to pay my mortgage for two months. I wound up getting back my remaining Escrow. Also, Sanchez was incredible. He called every day to make sure everything was going well.

ClearPath Lending offered a better rate. Their rep was very cooperative. She found out things that I would ask, and then she kept me informed. They said it would only be six weeks. It ended up being a lot longer. But considering the time and what's going on right now with this virus, you can't really put a time on it. Everybody is working from home and it's a different world right now.

I'd like to have the rates been lower, but it's 2.75, so that's pretty good. ClearPath they've treated me well.

Everything has been fine with ClearPath Lending. That's why I went back to them. The process was easy. There were a couple of times I've worked with the same agent and he's very efficient. I’ve had some different agents I worked with. They all worked with me and got me the best they could as far as a refinancing loan.

ClearPath Lending had a lot of clear answers and it was a quick prognosis of what I could do and couldn't do, and the transition was smooth. Everything went according to plan and they structured what I wanted to do and gave me choices. They could cut down on everything necessary as signing 100 sheets of paper there. That was taxing. Other than that, everything was okay. We got through it. The young lady was quick with hands so she explained everything. When I asked questions, she explained it. She was approachable and comfortable. ClearPath communicated and gave me an email with all the information, and that was good enough. If I had any questions, they sent me an email with all the information I needed to contact the new lender and them as well. That was all I needed. ClearPath was quick and easy to follow, informative, kept me posted on my progress, and followed through on what they said they would do for me.

The application process was pretty hectic as there was a lot of paperwork and a lot of stuff to read but it was all right. ClearPath is supposed to be paying my homeowners out of my equity and they haven't been. They've been taking it out of me and that's a lot of money every month. I tried to reach out to them but I never seem to be able to reach anybody.

I got a thing through the mail. I got it three times and I was leery of it because I've never heard of ClearPath Lending before. But I kept getting them and they were showing a good rate, so I figured, "Well, I might as well jump on it because the rate could be going back up again. We'll go ahead and do it, even if it cost us a little bit of money." It cost us more than we thought it would because the way they were saying, it wouldn't have been anything out of the pocket. But we had to add it onto our loan to pay for everything that ClearPath did. But I'll go along with that because I can make it up in a couple of years anyway in the monthly payments because they save me almost 200 a month. Otherwise, it was good. It was a little hassle, but whenever you refinance or even when you finance, it's a hassle because of all the paperwork and everything that the government makes us do to protect ourselves and the companies.

I like that with ClearPath, I didn’t have to wait too long. I got to skip two months of payment. My interest rate is lower and my mortgage is lower. Also, I’m not supposed to pay taxes and I was paying taxes. So they got me my back taxes for two years. Then they got my taxes taken out of my mortgage like it was supposed to be. That was really outstanding. They did an extremely well job with me.

We were with ClearPath before and so we stayed with ClearPath. They get you in the right direction right away. Charles was great to work with. He did everything quickly and done right. We didn't have to play around and chase everything down. I’ll keep Charles around for a while. Everything went fine. There was no hesitation in what they did. We were happy.

My Realtor told me to go to ClearPath. I was going through a divorce and I moved out of an apartment and bought a condo. It was really simple doing the application and underwriting process. The rates and terms were fair. That was what everybody was getting at the time.

It took about 11 days to complete the refinance process with ClearPath and the rep I worked with was great. She was upfront and she got the information to you right away.

Prior to being contacted by ClearPath, I gave up on doing a refi because the refinance costs were so expensive. But somehow, their rep, John, contacted me and I tried again. He worked the numbers around and lowered that horrible $6,000 finance fees to refinance. I think I can trust them. Everything went well with them. I've had a few others I've dealt with and they were even worse as far as all these finance fees.

ClearPath called and told me their refi rate was pretty good. But my insurance went up and after everything was done, I've only saved $60 a month or maybe even less. Then after I agreed and signed the papers, a couple of other companies called me and their interest rate was much lower than what I have. So if I had waited a month or two, I wouldn't have been able to do the refi with ClearPath. Other than that, their process was very simple. They had all the information and really didn't want much of anything for me because I had a VA and they just went ahead and refinanced it. All the information was there and I didn't have to supply them with anything. Also, in the old days, you had to supply them with all kinds of stuff to prove your salary and you have to have a survey paper. But you don't have to get that anymore and with ClearPath, I didn't have to.

I worked with Travis and he did a great job. He was very attentive. He listened and didn't cut me off when we were talking if I had questions. I'm a senior citizen and I have hearing aids. I don't hear good and sometimes, I have to ask you to repeat. He was very good about being very patient and informative. I would call him if I had some questions, and then there was a delay in the procedure. But he took care of that without a bit of problem. He was very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. Everything was good. I have a phobia about using electronics and he bent over backwards to send me stuff via US mail. He would make copies, which delayed the process a couple of days. But I felt much more comfortable than doing that online. He was very, very good about coaching me and walking me through it. There were a few things that we had to do with my cell phone. But everything was basically paper-generated, which I appreciate.

If you want to refi, you can’t ask for an easier way than going through ClearPath. Their process was so simple and easy. It was unbelievable and there were no headaches. My rep, Joe, was very upfront and he told me everything that happened. He also told me what to do and how to sign the documents. I've been passing out his name and phone number.

The guy from ClearPath Lending was up and up on everything. I got letters about refinancing. I read that my payments could get down to 500 some a month. So, I called. With the interest rate and what he did, the other ones couldn’t give me the same thing. So, I stuck with ClearPath. The guy tried to get the payments to like 500 a month. He couldn’t do it because of my credit. He said, “All you needed was another 100 points or something.” From 7-something to 9, he could have done it. It would have worked out great. Overall, the process was really quick.

Greg ** was great! He made the process of re-financing a breeze. After trying to obtain a loan with another company which took over 2 months and with 2 interest rate increases, we finally left them and came to ClearPath. Greg was very professional and understanding of our previous situation and the whole process with him was very easy! Thanks Greg for making our experience painless!!

I've had nothing but good luck with Clearpath Lending. Keith has been kind of Johnny-on-the-spot. They told me upfront that there was a delay. They had to push it back a month because of the weather. The paperwork didn't get where it was supposed to go. But other than some bad weather, everything went off without a hitch. The people I talked to understood where I was coming from. They waited up to the last minute trying to get the paperwork through the weather.

Travis, the young man that we were dealing with, was very helpful in every way he could be and give me all kinds of good information. Also, we liked ClearPath's interest rate. Everything went well. Get ahold of ClearPath and they will take care of you.

The application process was very good and easy. We did everything online. They would send us emails and we used DocuSign. The loan officer was very good. He was very responsive. Whenever we had a question, we'd call him and he got right back to us. We didn't get the 1.75 because our credit score wasn't over 800. It was about 780, so we were a little disappointed at that. But they gave us a good closing cost rates. We had checked another lender and ClearPath’s rate was more than half of what another lender was going to charge us for closing costs. Everything went pretty smoothly. They answered all our questions when things came up. They seemed to be on top of it and took care of it for us.

Everybody from ClearPath Lending was very helpful and courteous. When I had a question, it was answered and there were no hang-ups. I would tell my friends and family to get ahold of ClearPath and see what they could do.

ClearPath Lending does a good job and it’s wonderful to work with them. If I had a question, I would just call them and they’d get back to me quickly which was very comforting as I go through the process.

I've been with ClearPath for about five years now. Khashi educated me about the whole refinance process. We went through almost all the options that we could possibly go through. He'd go out of his way to call me before things were getting okayed to tell me what was going on. When I deal with ClearPath, I tell them right up front that I wanna deal with Khashi. He's the only one I wanna talk to.

Unprofessional and I don't think they know what they are doing. All that this done for me is to lower my credit score and cost me money. They went through the loan process before looking at the application. After calling me and telling me that the loan application would not go through as applied for, I told them to forget the whole thing as I had a VA loan now and it was not worth it to argue with them. Maybe they should become more educated on the loan process in my case.

I received a form in the mail informing me of the refinancing offer. I gave ClearPath a call and weighed my options with a few other companies. ClearPath offered me the best interest rate, so I went with them. They were very helpful and even though I was on the phone with them for 10 minutes for three days, trying to figure stuff out, the process was super simple. ClearPath Lending kept us informed every step of the way and kept us on track. We have a VA loan 'cause my husband's retired navy. We get mail from people offering to refinance our loan and we're not interested because the price they say our payment will be does not include the escrow account. So, the price doesn't turn out to be a lot more than what they said by the time we add the escrow account. ClearPath was the first company who told us that their price included the escrow account.

Based on my discussion with the person who was in charge of the loan, it was an easy process. We closed in a couple weeks and that's what I was looking for, ease. I also didn't have much contact with customer service except three times. The first time was to get the process started. The second time was to send some documents and the third time was when I closed. That was all fine. However, the closing costs were a little higher than the other people and I wouldn't have went with them now that I know better.

I was impressed with the first guy I talked to when I called ClearPath. He researched all the Escrow stuff first. You got to pay your insurance and taxes. I've had other ones and they said, "Yeah, read this." And then, down the road was, "Oh, well, we got to do this Escrow. We've got to raise this." The guy had the whole deal squared away. He sounded like he knew what he was doing. He knew all the variables, not just the loan itself. And he said, "If you have any questions, call me, or any concerns." It took a little over a month to do it. He told me, "I think it takes about 30." But I said, "All right, wait, the other company told me it'd be 45. That ain't nothing." I waited two months on them. They haven't even had half done. They were just dragging their feet, screwing around. I would recommend ClearPath.

I felt more confident with ClearPath. I felt like they would get the job done. Anything VA is very simple. Two meetings. I initiated the contact with them, they told me what I needed to get done, and then I showed up at closing. I got it done. “So this is what's going to happen next.” It happened next and we closed. The rep was very informative every step along the way. There were a couple of delays but they communicated throughout the process. I know people have a lot of communication with their loan officers but mine was very easy.

The process was very easy. ClearPath's rep gave me the rate and the stuff I wanted. I just had contact with him on the phone and via email. And it was good. ClearPath addressed my concerns well and quickly, and I felt very comfortable working with them.

The application process was standard because it’s military. Everything is complicated in the federal government as far as the paperwork goes. It will always be lengthy. However, if ClearPath is going through a bidding war, and the other company is coming at them with taking some money out of my closing, they need to counteract that. They need to fight better for their customers, because I could have left them for another company easily. The rep wasn't trying to fight. He was like, “Well, then you go to somebody else.” Other than that, I liked how he represented himself.

The process was easy. However, ClearPath promised me money that I never received. And then when I called the salesperson on it, he transferred me to his supervisor, who wouldn't return calls. Finally, when I got ahold of him via emails or calls, he claimed he had COVID, was at home, and that he would give me another manager to assist me. I'm still waiting on that call from the other manager. It was a lot of lies to get me to close the loan. They're dishonest people and people should avoid them at all cost. The rates and terms are fine, but I'm going to refinance as soon as possible with a reputable company.

The process was simple and quick. I had everything that they needed from me in hand at the moment, so it went smooth. From beginning to end, it couldn’t have taken any more than month and a half. That's because it was in the holidays and it was back in December too. We didn't have any problems, except for when it came to trying to get the property taxes done. We called ClearPath and asked them to redo my loan. They did. I met the lady at Denny's, and we signed all the documents, and it's been signed, sealed, and delivered. It's been on schedule ever since. I knew what to expect because I've been through it before. There were no glitches at all. As far as the loan officers, they abided by the protocols for no-touching, and the notary was fantastic. It just took about 45 minutes, and it was completed.

It was super easy getting everything started with ClearPath Lending. It's easier than the first time I ever refinanced. ClearPath seemed quicker. I wasn't constantly having to reach out to get an update. I was being updated quite frequently on how the process was going and what was happening behind the scenes. I had my information. They sent the package out, and they're really clear about what they're trying to do and how to help you specifically.

The rep, Michael, wrote us a handwritten letter and it was in my mailbox. I've been getting hundreds of calls to refinance and that was the only handwritten letter I got from anybody so I called him. He was great. He was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. We really enjoyed working with him. The process was quick and easy. The initial working with ClearPath was good.

I was talking between ClearPath and Freedom Mortgage and the rates were about the same. I ended up going with ClearPath because Chris, the guy I was working with, would answer my calls when I called and would call me back. ClearPath did have good rates and they gave me good lender credits. We had also used them previously. This time, we did an IRRRL VA Streamline and it was pretty cut and dry for the most part. We got a two and a quarter rate on a 30 year fixed term which are pretty decent given today's market. I was pretty happy with that. ClearPath was fair. They stood by what they offered and it was a smooth process. I'm pretty satisfied with what they did. They did what they said they would do. They were thorough.

The guy was good and to the point. It went pretty smooth. We did all the DocuSign kind of early. I ended up having to wait until it hit the threshold for the number of days in the VA loan terms. It was like 200-some days in the home. Everything was done. I just had to wait till a certain date then we did the notary.

All was fine. The only gripe I might have is how many pages there were to sign. There was more paperwork than most. Just the signing of forms is about an hour and a half. But the process was done in maybe a month which wasn't that long.

The experience with Cash, the rep, was excellent. He did a very good job and he was very professional. He was very informative and it was easy to get in touch with him when we needed to. He kept us abreast as to what was going on and that was very nice. The process with ClearPath went very smoothly. A lady came over. We had to sign a lot of papers, but it was worth it. I would recommend ClearPath to anyone.

The rep I worked with at ClearPath was very on point with everything. He handled everything correctly. I called in August, and then, he said, "I'll call you in October, this specific date." He actually called me on that day where the other guy didn't. The other guy called two months later. He told me he was gonna call too in October but he never did. So far, I haven't had any bad experiences with ClearPath. The process was very easy and a lot easier than I thought it was gonna be. It was quick. My experience with ClearPath has been excellent.

This is the second time I've been refinanced and everything went seamlessly. The only thing would be sometimes a handshake between ClearPath and whoever's got the insurance and stuff took some initial finagling with me. I had to call and make some adjustments here because it didn't happen like it should have. I had to get the new company and ensure them that I needed the certain kind of insurance I had and I needed to carry on whatever I had. That was a little bit of a problem. Also, it took a little longer than I thought it would because it was over Christmas time but everything worked out just fine.

The application process was very simple and they are very easy to work with. They keep me updated on everything and they're very efficient. It was a really easy experience.

ClearPath offered a really great deal and we were like, "Let's see if they mean it." And they did. This time, they contacted us and said the interest rates were at this point, and would we like to refi. My husband and I discussed it. We decided that, between the two refies, it put us a full percentage lower than the initial mortgage, so it was worth it. The rep we worked with was very conscientious. I liked his work ethic and his effort to keep us informed. He was good. I'm also happy with the terms and the rate. It's a good deal.

The rep was helpful. The process was good overall. The only thing was the mortgage still needed to file a mortgage extension.

We refinanced my mothers home loan. ClearPath and my loan adjusters kept us informed and up to date during the entire process. They where extremely honest, helpful and very professional. They made the process very easy. I would use Clear path again and work with their Loyalty Program for all future needs.

I asked questions and ClearPath didn't answer. Once they got the loan approved, I got very little response. When I asked how much the loan was going to cost, they kept telling me that it was not gonna cost me anything out of pocket. But I've been in the market for about 15 year so I know there's cost because they get paid. I was just trying to get an idea of what it was going to cost. Then, I asked the gentleman about this statement I got in the mail from a title company. He asked what it was and said that I should fax it to him, and he would call me back in five minutes. That was the longest five minutes I've ever had since I closed my loan. He hasn't called me back yet. I would think that since I was a willing customer and not asking questions to do anything but information, they would gleefully tell me what the answers were.

My experience was very fast and very efficient so I'm very happy. The guy that I worked with was easy. When I talked to him over the phone, he said, “Take a photo with your phone and text me your form. That's all I need you to do.” That was convenient and I was able to do that. I just took a picture of my forms and my mortgage statement with my phone, and I sent it to him through text. Then they said my refinance was processed and they told me what they were offering which I loved. It was what I was looking for.

The packaging of the letter from ClearPath that came in looked really elaborate and the paper was a nice. The print was thick as well and I like nice things. I must have gotten 100 letters and theirs stood out. I did a Veteran loan with them and their process was quick, simple, and easy. The guy I dealt with was Mark and he was a pretty matter-of-fact guy. It was my first time refinancing and I'm a first time homeowner. So I've only been in the house for not even a year and I felt comfortable working with ClearPath and all the information that Mark gave me. He gave me the basics and I could have asked for more information, but at the same time, I would have been irritated if he had given me more information because I needed to get some sleep. But toward the end of the process, I finished with Mark up until a certain point. Then, there was another person I was going to be dealing with to do the end part and the guy was rude.

I got a letter from ClearPath a while ago on a better interest thing. I am 100% disabled veteran and I'm always looking to have less interest and more towards my principal. Then, when I went through ClearPath and I came up with Freedom Financing. The application process wasn’t hard and I spoke to a woman from Freedom Financing who said that in July, she may be able to get me to a 1.75. That would be really good. All in all, my experience with ClearPath was very good. I started at a 4.8 interest on the house and now I’m down to a 2.25.

The way that ClearPath's reps described to me the loan was pretty good. It's my second time refinancing and applying with them was not that difficult. I also learned a lot more than I did before, when I started the process, and I wouldn't have learned that much. There were certain things I didn't really know about and their rep explained them to me thoroughly.

The people at ClearPath were easier to talk to than the reps from other companies. They also made more sense and was clear about what was going on. I talked to a rep named Ryan twice and it was like I've known him all my life. He talked to me like a real person rather than throwing a bunch of numbers. I'm out here in Arizona while they are in California, and everything went smoothly. When we first got the loan the first time, the process took three weeks. Then we refinanced for a lower interest rate and that only took a little over a week. I've told a friend of mine to check out ClearPath, too. You get flooded with emails from lending companies on the internet, then if you check anything, everybody starts sending you emails. And it took me a while to get all those out of the computer. But when we checked into ClearPath, we never really thought about anybody else. Everything was made easy.

The application process with ClearPath was easy. Somebody came out here to talk to us about it. Their rep answered my questions and it was a nice experience.

We refinanced our home with Clearpath not once but twice. The people were completely professional and fast. Our first refinance was easy. Clearpath told us they would notify us if the interest rates dropped enough to save us money. Then they did the best thing, they followed through and called us with an even better offer than the first. The second refinance was even easier and actually had fun learning our savings. What a great company to work with. They took the stress out of the process and kept us informed the whole time.

ClearPath was sending solicitation mails. I looked them up on the internet and saw they had good reviews. That was when I contacted them. It was cool. Also, the letters that they sent weren't your normal letters. They were like handwritten letters with your name on it, so they were more personalized. Overall, the customer service reps were very informative. They kind of told me and my wife about the process doing the refinance, and then they let us know how easy it was and the paperwork that we had to do wasn't a massive amount of paperwork. Then, if we had any questions, they would answer. Occasionally, if it was taking a long time in between anything going on, they would call just to check to see if we had any questions.

ClearPath was fair and honest. The mortgage process was very easy and the rep was nice.

ClearPath was great. Dominic was very persuasive and he broke everything down to me piece by piece. He got my attention and my business. The process for the VA program was easy.

ClearPath sent me a thing in the mail and I called their number. I did a refinance with them and the process was fairly easy. There was more difficulty after everything was signed but that was just a communication problem on their part. I was still getting calls from my other company saying I owed them money and that the payoff never went through. Then, when ClearPath sent the first payoff two weeks later, I got a call from my previous mortgage company saying that it wasn't enough. But I told them I didn't know why they called me because I didn't send them the money. Then, I gave them the number of the person in ClearPath that I was dealing with, Greg. I also contacted him and let him know.

ClearPath customer service did a very good job of keeping their process simple and very easy. Communication was good too. The process took about a month. ClearPath did a pretty good job and I would recommend them in the future. They were very upfront and honest with me. But clarification on the front-end would help out a lot. I didn't really understand where the escrow payment coming back would come from and when it would take place. There should have been a little bit more clarification there or what the expectation should be. That was kind of a guessing game for me.

The cost per closing was relatively low with ClearPath. The loan officer was very helpful in a lot of things and he really took the time to explain a lot of things. It wasn’t just, “What do you want? Here, you go,” and out the door. It was a refinance so a lot of things were never explained before when we originally got our mortgage. The application was very easy and simple. It took maybe 10 minutes or so. Clearpath did a great job.

My experiences with ClearPath Lending have been easy and pleasant to say the least. My loan officer was not only accommodating to my needs, but also very knowledgeable and helpful with any concerns I may have had.

I was ready to refinance my house. I was gonna call somebody then all of a sudden, ClearPath called me and I went ahead with it. They gave me a good rating and a good interest rate. My rep was fantastic and was very knowledgeable. ClearPath was very good.

I got a little envelope in the mail for my VA to refinance. When I called the number, it went to ClearPath. When they told me the numbers, I was pretty much satisfied. It was more than what I was expecting. I decided to refinance with them. The application was pretty easy and I didn't really have to do much. I had given them all my basic information and sent my last month's mortgage with all the numbers on there. They handled everything. It was pretty simple.

I had ClearPath before for my mortgage. Everything was good through them. I'm very happy with them and I recommend them.

I am happy with everything that ClearPath did in refinancing our loan. The one problem I have is since we started the process of refinancing our house, which closed two months ago, we have been inundated with letters from them wanting to refinance our house, even after we started the process with them. And even after the process has ended, and they have refinanced, they are still sending us letters to refinance. And this isn't one a month. This is one and two a day. About two weeks ago, I got three from them wanting to refinance the house. I have called them two or three times and told them that, “You're already refinancing the house. I don't need to be reminded of this on an hourly basis.” And to no avail, they are still sending me notices and letters.

I got a letter from Deerpath first. And then, I called them and they went ahead and did my refinance. And then they transferred my loan after I closed to ClearPath. I have an adjustable rate. And I did a fixed rate. They're very easy compared to others. It's very relaxed. They're very helpful and anything that they told me came true. Also, it's easy to work with Michael. He always gave me all the information that I needed and told me that any time I need him, give him a call, and he would answer back right away. Everything from start to finish took a little over two weeks.

ClearPath invited me to do a refinance and it just took off from there. They beat out two other companies that were trying to get me to do a refinance. ClearPath arrived on the scene at the right time for me to do the refi and by the time the second company checked with me, it was too late and everything had taken off a few days into the refi situation. It was great working with ClearPath. They have a loyalty program for certain borrowers that have been with them for a while and I feel a little special to be on it.

I was with my current loan source. I compared the information they sent me and some competitors of ClearPath with what I currently had, which was a 2.75 loan. And my current lender said that because I'm a veteran, I had to go at least half a point, which would have been 2.25. But that was impossible. They did not offer anything that low at all. And my first experience with ClearPath was when I called them up, and I said, “Is this for real? Are there points and so forth?” I found out that they were complying with my military VA requirements at a half point and were not charging me any points for loan origination fees. I'm on a fixed income. And at the same time, I said, “Well, I might as well look at my insurance.” So, I reduced my insurance costs by 60 bucks a month too.

ClearPath's application process was simple but I had trouble keeping in touch. You could get their number or email the rep, but no fast responses. We were in the dark a lot. There were two other sections of the process where we had difficulty so I called the rep once and told them they better get in touch with me or I would throw the wrench right into it. I got a response shortly thereafter. But one lady was very good at keeping in touch. I understand that there are all kinds of things going on and I have been around a while so I have seen lots of different things. I thought I was getting a great deal because I only paid $34,000 for the house and my interest rate was 7.25. We succeeded to get through it all. It was an amazingly low rate.

I refinanced a veteran's loan. I knew the interest rates are going down, and ClearPath was the first one that I saw I had got. It looked pretty good so I jumped on it. It was easy but there was a lot of paperwork. If I waited a little longer, I could've got it cheaper than that. But other than that, everything went as they said. I got good service from ClearPath but do your homework.

The thing that I received in the mail from ClearPath was offering better rates. When I called to inquire about it to double check the information that they advertised, what was shared with me was way better than what I heard from the other companies that I've talked to. We did an IRRRL and the process was amazing. I called and it was very cut and dry. The rep answered all of my questions. Sometimes I had a lot of questions because I don’t understand everything the first time. I need things to be explained in another way for me to understand it. He was very accommodating and patient with me. Also, he was always very pleasant. And there were no surprises. We closed within under a month.

I signed up for a VA loan with ClearPath and the application process was okay. They went through it for me. There was a lot of signing but it wasn't difficult. Everything’s been good. I’d recommend ClearPath.

I did a loan once with ClearPath then I did a VA refinance. Everything went through the person who was doing my refinance and this was done on the phone. The rep was professional and she answered the questions I asked. For this second loan, I had to wait because you had to wait for six months in order to refinance. Overall, everything went well. I will recommend friends and family members if they're looking to refinance to go with ClearPath because I had no problems. They did the job.

He told me I could come back in three months and see what the rate was. He said once I get three months, then I could come back. If it is lower, they will relower it. So we’re waiting on that. But their people were excellent. I have a son that was in the Navy and he also got it. I told him they treated me very well.

Every day when I open my mailbox, there's so much crap from people that wanna lend me money and refi my house. So, I just chose one of them. That was ClearPath. I've already refi with them and they're still sending me stuff. I've asked them four different times to take me off that list. I wish they'd leave me alone. The way they share information pisses me off. I can't even get my mail out of the box. It's not even worth going down to the mailbox because it's all junk. ClearPath's customer service reps are okay. They're helpful. I got a really poor credit score because I made a stupid mistake and signed my name for a loan for my daughter so she could buy a house. Then she defaulted on it. So now, I'm carrying two mortgages. I'm about ready to default on the other house that I signed for. What a mess.

Everything went well but I'm tired of ClearPath sending me stuff. I already refinanced my house but it seems like if I'm not getting a letter in the mail, I'm getting phone calls. It's a constant and has become bothering. I need them to stop doing it because I already complied and got everything done. Dodson, the dude that I dealt with, gave me the information that I needed at the right time. I felt good and very confident about him. I particularly liked him as well as the rates. Everything went okay and everybody they affiliated with during the process were okay too. I recommend ClearPath. They’re good.

I refinanced with ClearPath Lending. They kept sending me stuff in the mail, so finally I called them. However, they're still sending me stuff, which is goofy. Other than that, the process was easy, fast and smooth. I didn't have to do much, so it was good. We had to wait a month due to the fact that we recently bought the house, but after that, it was within three months.

The representative was really good. His name was Michael and he handled everything. He made the process really easy and very seamless. It was effortless. At the end of the day, it was a better rate for us.

Everyone was lowering their interest rates and then Zach called me 'cause I worked with him. The ClearPath Lending people were all very nice to me and the process wasn't difficult at all. I keep all my paperwork in order and I had it, so I was able to do the application from my front room. I faxed it over, took a picture and off it went. Lowering our interest rate was very helpful to me and my family 'cause it saved us money and that extra money helps.

I refinanced with ClearPath, and then I refinanced again. This is my second time and everything was fine. I got to work with a guy named Ben and then, mostly, I got information from a female assistant. I’ve already sent in the first check payment to Frontier. I’ve only been in this house for three years. I started out with a rate at 3.89, and I currently have 2.25. That's good for me, but every time we refinance, $3,800 goes to the agent's commission.

Refinancing my VA mortgage using the IRRL program through ClearPath Lending was the most efficient and painless mortgage experience I have ever had. After providing the four or five required documents to Lily we just sat back and watched their process work. We received a call each Monday and Friday to provide an update on where in the process we currently were, what the plan was for the coming week or what was accomplished for that week. Each member that I spoke with (approximately three total) were INCREDIBLY responsive and knowledgeable regarding the process. If I emailed or called I would have a response or call back (if needed) within 24hrs. Can't say enough good things about how they handled the paperwork and provided a personal touch. Would NOT hesitate in referring anyone to them or using them again. I hope I never have to refinance again but if I do... this is the place.

I’m completely happy with ClearPath's application process. It was easy. The representative, Michael, was on the ball all the time. The overall process was almost painless. There was very little for me to do. He did all the legwork.

I've refinanced several times over the years and I've never had an experience this horrible. Ron ** is the guy I worked with and he uses aggressive tactics, he is rude, and then lied about what rates he could provide me. When contacting this lender, I simply wanted to hear what my best rate options were for 2 properties and he somehow convinced me that I needed to have my credit pulled before he could provide me rates even though I knew my credit score.

Working with ClearPath has been good. They got me what I needed. It was my third IRRRL with them. The experience was good. My loan officer was great. If I ever need another loan, I'll call him.

I had a good experience with ClearPath. They told me that they would loan me the money. I tried the LendingTree before, and they said that I wasn't eligible. ClearPath Lending was pretty good. I used them before, then I got a little thing in the mail a while back for the first time I used them. So, I gave them a call and I talked to a guy named Kevin. He did me well and we had no problem. But the last two times that we dealt with them, they had a tendency to bring up a hurricane. The first time I was supposed to sign, a hurricane came. So I had to wait until they figured that it was okay. Then the second time, a hurricane came again when I was supposed to sign. But other than that, I liked our transaction with them.

With ClearPath, I liked the improved interest rate. Their process was very good and everything went very well. I spoke to their rep on the phone several times, and he was very good and answered any questions I had. He was always responsive. If I needed to get ahold of him, he was easy to get hold of.

They sent me something in the mail about the VA IRRRL rate reduction. I've worked with them in the past but the process was pretty good this time. I was dealing with someone different than I had in the past. They let me go a little bit long on the tail-end, not letting me know they kinda changed dates a few times on when it was gonna be done. But it caused me getting late fees, which they did say they were gonna reimburse, but they hadn’t. The rep I dealt with was very responsive. It didn’t seem to matter if it was after hours or not.

ClearPath's application for a VA loan went fine. There was a lot of paperwork, which is standard when you're doing a refinance, and it seemed to take a long time for a while there. But other than that, it was very enjoyable and very easy to do. The reason it took a long time is because we changed the closing date ourselves. They had a date and we needed to extend it. Overall, they've got excellent customer service and professional employees.

The VA sent ClearPath to me. They said they wanted to lower my house payment. Everything has been great and in order. The process went smooth as silk. It was direct and went as well as I expected because I did a lot of it online and then I had some papers that I had to sign out. They had to be notarized and everything once the lawyer got here. He was a nice person. It was a great experience, and me lowering my house payment made me feel even better.

I was impressed with the lower interest rate. And then, I hardly did anything with the application. ClearPath pretty much did it all. It was fantastic. However, by the time the lady came out and we signed all the papers, ClearPath already sold the loan so I didn't have much of anything with them.
