Working with ClearPath went very well. It's a good company to use. They were efficient and they answered a lot of questions. I did the whole thing with the representative and it went very smoothly. Uploading documents was very easy.

Our experience with them went smoothly. They were patient. I did the paperwork. They helped me do it to make sure it was all completed with no problem. The rep I worked with treated me right. She was patient enough to make sure that all my questions are answered and I got the best deal.

I first applied to buy my house in 2017. I filled out the application, and we had some struggles with the process being that I live out in the country and I'm on a shared well. I had to have a well inspection twice because the first time it didn't pass. So I had to put an RO system in. The agent, Steven, was always there for me when I needed a question answered. Steven and the other rep did a very good job. The only thing that I have a problem with ClearPath is for the amount of money that those agents make, I ended up doing most of the work. I should have gotten paid the commission for all the work I had to do.

ClearPath has always been good to me. Communication is really good. The rate's a little higher than I wanted but that's what's happening with the economy right now. Other than that, the terms are good and they're easy to get along with. They do what they say.

ClearPath's reps were good and the process wasn't that long. It took about a month or so and I was happy with them.

We got a 30-year fixed loan from ClearPath and they made it very easy, even when it came to using the computer, which I'm not good with. They talked us through it, and they were very polite and helpful. They were also constantly available. The young man I worked with even gave me his direct number where I could reach him if I had any questions. And so did the young lady so that I didn't have to go through the recording and go from one person to another or have to sit on a wait line. They made it very convenient for me and they answered any questions that I had. And we got through everything in a very reasonable amount of time. We wanted to make sure that we got it done so that I didn't have to make a mortgage payment in October and it was done with minimal amount of frustration on anybody's part.

I refinanced a couple of years ago and this year, I did a cash-out refinance. I contacted the person that helped me last and then everything was through the phone or by email. ClearPath was easy to work with and they were always willing to work with me with whatever questions I have.

He cleared everything up and without any discrepancies. He was very kind and he told me not to hesitate to reach out if I had any questions. I recommend ClearPath.

My rep Chris kept me up to speed with the whole process. If I had questions, I called him. He gave me his work cell phone so even during his son's practices, he picked up. Everything was pretty quick. The rate was competitive and it was 0.25 less. Definitely go with ClearPath, especially with Chris.

After the process, it was a mass amount of emails and stuff on top of it. It's crazy, overwhelming and annoying. Other than that, the rep's communication was fine.

They told me the process would be 45 days but it was a lot less than that. It went a lot faster than I thought it would. Everything was just flowing.

I've used ClearPath a lot of times. They got the process done quickly. I was satisfied with the process. But I wish they would keep the loan. They pass it. They couldn't keep it. Other than that, ClearPath always treated me fairly.

Their options outweighed the other people that I was going to. The rep was very gentle and understanding. He didn't keep me waiting around. He was very responsive.

I went through ClearPath again because the last time I did, it was pretty good. After the first time, everything went so smoothly with them. They notified me about everything and what was going on. So it's pretty good.

I love that I worked with Nathan again. He was part of my team during the first refinance. The door of communication was open. He kept me abreast of everything that was going on. Even when I wasn't expecting a call from him, he would call, let me know what was going on. So, I appreciated that. I felt heard, well advised, and in control of the situation at all times.

I did a VA refi IRRRL and a VA mortgage with ClearPath Lending. When I started working with the agent, he was awesome. He was a hardworking guy. I've already told a number of people about him. I worked with them for a long time, from October of last year until we closed about a month ago. We ended up not getting the first property and getting a different property. But I liked how well the rep communicated with me. They did a great job. We had interest rates rising. This was a challenging project and we pulled it off. It went well. So, I was happy with the whole process.

One of ClearPath Lending's team members reached out and said, “You know, since you're a veteran, you can refinance up to twice a year.” We were looked at everything, and he helped me with it. And just continued working with them. He held my hand throughout the process. They made it easy and explained everything well. With COVID, they probably lost our original guy that we worked with who was awesome. And the next team was awesome too. They’re professional and kind. They took their time with me, which I appreciated. And if for some reason my husband wasn't present when they could talk that if he had any questions, I'd explain it. They would say, “If he has any questions, have him call back.” They made it so easy to do a refinance. So whenever it was time to refi, we would use them again.

Henry, the rep from ClearPath, walked me through the whole process all the way through to the end. He was outstanding. He was very patient and informative, and broke it down in several different ways. He gave me a couple of different options and told me his opinion. It was a little bit more money upfront, but in the long run, it was gonna save me money. The application process was simple. Henry said he was gonna send me an email and it was going to have everything in order that I need. When I get that stuff together, I should send it to him and we would move on to the next step. We did everything in small increments. So, it didn't seem like you had this big mountain to climb. He was responsive. If I sent a text or did something like that, he called me back. Or if he didn't answer the phone, he was usually in touch with me fairly quick.

We worked with ClearPath before. We went with them again because their process was clear, concise and precise. Everybody was also friendly. Whatever they needed, they would call me immediately and tell me what they needed. Or they tried to get everything on their own if I wasn't able to get it. The rate could have been better, but it's good for what we were needing it for. They also offer you competitive rates if you’ve worked with them before with their loyalty program. I would recommend them.

We refinanced with ClearPath and the process was fairly easy. It was hard to conduct business when you work Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 5:00. But the reps were very professional.

I've been talking to several people and Steven called me. He asked why I didn’t use ClearPath again and what we wanted to do. I said that we wanted a cash-out and that the last appraisal we got was dreadful. The woman didn't know what she was doing. It came in 215 and our house is worth way more than that. Now it’s been six months and we wanted to try to get some cash-out. He asked if he could make a proposal and I said yes. He wasn't pushy and I liked that. I would have liked to have kept our 2% rate but it wasn't Stephen’s fault. The rates were going up. But our appraisal came in at 284 so I like that. ClearPath is a great company to work with. We talked to three people during the process and they were wonderful. They always returned call and messages, which was very important to me. It was an outstanding experience with ClearPath.

I got through the application process with ClearPath okay. I should have said more and I didn't. I didn't know how that was gonna work through but I’m cool with it. I'll take what I got.

The mortgage process with ClearPath was very easy and Chris or Robert was very helpful with any questions I had.

I liked ClearPath’s service. The process was as smooth as you could possibly imagine. They cater to veterans anyhow so it was a no-brainer. The rep would call me or I could call them. Instead of getting a voicemail, they'd always answer the phone and I never had to talk to a computer. ClearPath is a very professional organization. And if I have to deal with somebody in the future, I would definitely deal with them.

The ClearPath rep we worked with was really helpful. He would keep us updated. Eventually, he had to go take care of something else, so he passed us up to somebody else. But she wasn't as communicative as the first person. I also thought that we were discussing something more about closing costs closer to 10,000, which caught us off guard when we were signing the paperwork, asking me for nearly $20,000 for a closing cost. So, that threw a hiccup in it. But I'm happy with what I got. I wish that it would have been a lower closing cost from the get-go and kept my original APR percentage. But unfortunately, it is what it is. We had to redo the paperwork, which put a delay in a lot of things. But, overall, the experience was decent.

During my application at ClearPath, there were a lot of hoops to jump through and it took about a couple of months. But sometimes I'd have to get stuff to get it together to send to them. They were also always very patient and helpful in explaining what they needed.

I was with ClearPath and then I went to another one. But now I’m back to ClearPath. I have the same guy working with me, Steve. There was a snafu in the whole process because it was supposed to be a certain rate that he tried to lock in, but then the rate got unlocked somehow, and it went up. So, the application took a little longer. But he was good.

The application process at ClearPath was easy. I had some hurdles to get over, but it went well. Everybody was amazing through the whole process. They kept me up-to-date and went through all the documents that I needed.

Henry, the guy that works for ClearPath down there in California, did a lot of work for me and helped me get through the process. I was impressed with the way he could talk to you like you're a person and not just an object. He laid everything out on the line. He wasn't trying to lead me off on some quick pitch and he was mainly the reason why I stuck with ClearPath through the process. He made it easy for me and got me the best deal he could.

House refinancing was a new experience for me and with the changing processes, procedures and qualifications, the experience could have been bad. Mr. Jose ** a member of ClearPath lending made the process a lot less complicated than it could have been. He was very knowledgeable about the interest rates, closing, inspections and putting me in touch with the right people to get the process started and completed. He kept me apprised of developments as they came along and without it, I would not have been able to complete the refinancing. The application at ClearPath was a simple process. They got in touch with me every so often whenever they needed something or they let me know every few days how the process was going until it was completed. The rate and terms were good.

I’ve used ClearPath twice and they've been very communicative. If I had a question, they responded in timely manner. The only thing was I thought I was talking to two different people because one email had a nickname and one email had a real name. But I was talking to the same person. I don’t like the home loan refinance process generally but as far as ClearPath doing what they were supposed to do, they hit the bar. I wasn’t surprised by anything. When they gave me the numbers, I looked at them, had a question and they made the appropriate adjustment.

I did a cash-out refinance with ClearPath. I went with them because they were the most forthcoming with the most information. The application process was pretty smooth going and straightforward. I had done a refinance before so I already knew how to find all my digital documents. That part was easy-going. The only thing that was a little iffy was right towards the end of the closing process, the underwriters kept coming back with needing one more thing. I turn around and get it right back to them the same day. I wouldn't hear anything for a day or two then they go they need one more thing.

Clearpath Lending is really great. It was really quick the first time I ever talked to them, and I like the people. I don't know anybody down there, but I'd like to meet them. They have really been nice with us. Sometimes, I had a question that I couldn't quite understand and they were just right there to answer it. As soon as I call them up, it's like I always knew this person. Clearpath did fine with the process too, and there wasn't anything long about it. When you're playing with that kind of money, you wanna take it easy and make sure all the numbers are right.

The experience was better than I thought it was gonna be. The first guy was good but he went away. I got hooked up with another guy named Luke who was good, too. There was a lot of paperwork I had to give them. The interest rate was 3.75 but after I had the inspection on the house for the termites, they raised it to 4.25.

My experience with them has been easy-peasy. The rep was extremely courteous. They took care of me like they always do.

Working with the, they definitely were above and beyond what the other lender was in terms of experience and understanding the process. Even through the entire process, they were on point. I didn't get rid of the other lender until we got to the appraisal. So I kept them both moving until I got the appraisal back. And then the appraisal was the breaking point for me in terms of how they were going to work with us on the transaction. My rep Ron was fantastic. He was very responsive and he went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was going on and with getting us the best rate and the best terms. I will definitely use them in the future for any refinance, no doubt.

I was working with another company and received thru the mail an advertisement regarding exactly what I had in Mind. I called late afternoon (ET) and talked with one of the most up-front and what appeared to be an honest person. Steven got the ball rolling, I think I even surprised him by having all the information he needed in his office the next morning. Stefanie, Steven Assistant, was so helpful. She was on top of her game with me. (By the way, I had never met or talked with either one.) It was like I had known them for a long time. Everything went smoothly throughout the process. ClearPath was right up-front and very professional. They were concerned about the relationship they have with their customers. When they take information, they explain to you why they're asking you for the information they're asking you for. They have a good professional approach to their business. My loan officer was very, very courteous, and very professional. He dealt with issues that he dealt with, and he didn't venture off into other things. He told me what he needed and why he needed it. When I or my wife would send it to him, he would give us a courtesy call back and let us know that he got it or ClearPath got it. He represents the company he works for. His personal attitude towards his job is really very, very, very good.

The first two times I used ClearPath, the experience was good. This last time was a little rocky though. The first couple of times is just a straight refi and the last time around, it was a cashout refi, which apparently is totally different. When I queried about it, they explained it to me. When it came to pan off the stuff for the cashout part, everything dragged real slow. I'm certain they went as fast as they could, but the payoff was 41,000 and it was paid down so much. I only get a statement once a year from these clowns, but they apply the interest to the loan yearly and not monthly. ClearPath got the payoff statement. Then, instead of wiring the money to the people, they wrote out checks to the people and mailed them to me. Why would they mail them to me? I had to turn around and mail them to the people.

I like ClearPath. They're good. I like their service. My loan officer is a sweetheart. She was based in Big Island, so we talked a lot about Hawaii.

The process from start to finish was really good, Mrs **. Kept me updated on every step and all changes. I couldn’t ask for a better home buying experience, the team was able to use my loyalty benefits which helped a lot. Thank you all for being so transparent and communicative.

The rep explained everything very thoroughly to where I understood it. If I had a question, he immediately got back to me. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything and that we were understanding everything that was going on. The refinance process was extremely easy. ClearPath was very caring and if I had a question or a concern, they were on top of it right away. When they said they were going to make it as fast as possible, they weren't kidding.

Everything was great. They were very patient and very transparent on the process. The rate that they gave me was considerably lower than what my current company was offering me.

I was actually speaking with another mortgagor to get a refinance and already going through the process with them. But Ash called me and informed me that he would give me a better deal and he would take care of the rest of the stuff if I was willing to move with ClearPath. So I gave him a chance and within a day or two, he called back and gave me a better deal. When I initially moved on with ClearPath, Ash only asked for a couple of documents and he got the ball rolling. I didn't feel stressed out because he took care of me when it came to the whole refinance stuff. The system that ClearPath has is easier for clients to go through.

My experience with ClearPath has been excellent. Up to now, everything has been taken care of and the payment comes the 1st of July.

I got signed up with ClearPath by Steve. He is a magical guy. He was there for me, he answered every phone call, he chased down every question that I had, and we eventually changed the finance on our home and took $20,000 out to paint the place. Tabrizi, the rep I initially spoke with was very helpful. There were a few things with the application process that were a bit exasperating because the underwriters they were using couldn't read English. I explain something to them and they wanted more proof of everything. One thing they wanted was my Civil Service Retirement. But they don't give out letters like that. It's written on a statement that I get once a year when they show me what my pay is going to be. Big kudos to Nancy the gal who was helping me get my paperwork together. She was exasperated as I was. But we got through that and everything else was fine. Nancy was courteous and helpful. She's excellent at what she does. We've had a very good experience with the program.

This is our third experience refinancing with ClearPath Lending! All individuals involved throughout the lending and closing process have been honest and accurate with their information. The process was smooth and expeditious. We are pleased! Thank you ClearPath!

The process was super quick and easy. I spoke to somebody over the phone and they explained everything. They did a credit report to see what debt I had and let me know what the monthly cost would be. It took a month but that was on my end because I had to get an inspection. They had great communication and got back to me on the same day as my emails or phone calls, usually, within the hour. They were awesome.

The application process was really quick, and the rep, Omar, was fantastic. He went through everything and worked really good with us. He worked to try to get us the lowest rate that we could get. He was really on the ball and I have no complaints about him. I was able to pay off all of my debts and that was very satisfying. It wasn't a lot of money, but when you pay 100 here and there, it adds up. This way, everything was really consolidated and I appreciated Omar suggesting that we get more money to pay our debts off, which we did.

I've gone with ClearPath before and when it came time to refinance, they reached out to me. Their reps were very good. The rate on the VA loan that I got was fair. The process did seem to take a little longer than usual, but everyone did a fine job.

I refinanced my house the first time with ClearPath and it was a good experience. I did it again and my experience was excellent. The reps were very communicative and clear. Each person is given a portal. The login instructions are very simple and the layout of the portal is very easy so uploading documents and seeing the progress of the loan was very straightforward. ClearPath is fair. They give you a good deal and they're willing to work with your situation. They were better than the other company that I went with. I was very happy.

ClearPath had a rewards program that I thought was good. I also had them before and they are not hard to get in touch with. I got cheated on my value a little bit though. Some of the houses in here are going for quite a bit but I got the lowest end of it. It should have been more than what it was. Sometimes, paperwork gets messed up and I had to resend it. But otherwise, it went through smoothly. They were nice people. They called me when they needed things and I got it to them.

I've used ClearPath three times and they are relatively easy to work with. Everybody stays on top of everything. They communicate with me very well and there are no hidden agenda. They contacted me right away and provided me with what I needed, and this made the process easier. The rate is better than what I was getting from somebody else.

I always work with ClearPath for all my refinancing. They're wonderful. If I had any questions, they were always answered promptly. I stopped and they said no question is a dumb question. They explained everything where I understood it. We got through the process real quick. It was very explanatory. I really like ClearPath. My loan officer always explained things to me. He checked on me a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly, and if I needed to do another refinance, and what options I wanted to take and what was best for me, and not what was best for him. So I like that. The process only took a week because I work with the same person. So all of the paperwork was already there. Everything went so smoothly. It was really nice.

The refinance that I got through ClearPath was a lot better than me going through somebody else. They told me what they were doing for veterans because I'm a veteran. I enjoyed talking with them and they explained everything to me. They stayed in touch with me all the way through, even when they passed me off to another guy during the closing. Zack stayed with me and then he took me to a guy named Mark. Then Mark put me off to this other guy. But Zack stayed in contact with me all the way through. Then I got with this lady named Tara and she stayed with me until everything closed and I got my money. So the money got to its destination till everything was paid off. Then she called me a week after that. So I'm very satisfied with ClearPath. The communication was phenomenal. Everything went smooth sailing for us.

The whole process was painless. I've never had a loan that was that easy. Steven's attitude, professionalism, and the way he handled his clients impressed me. I'll never go with anybody else.

We did a refinance and took some equity money out, and the application process was good. It was easy to contact the people and get information, and it seemed like the process went without a lot of glitches. They were helpful in trying to get the information from us and had the electronic things set up. That made it easy with DocuSign. Also, the rep Anthony was knowledgeable and he made a real good effort to move things along quickly. He wasn't the only person we dealt with, but he was our primary contact.

I would recommend ClearPath especially to people who have never been through the process. Your first time is the hardest but if you're with someone that explains everything, the first time is made easier and you learn a lot. With ClearPath, there were not the surprises that there were the first time I refinanced which was like get you to the point of sending in all the information then they tell you to do this and that. That didn't happen with ClearPath. They stayed ahead. The process is made easier when you know what what's required. Being that I'm retired military, it helped me to get where I wanted to get.

The representative I worked with was excellent. I was extremely satisfied. The only thing that happened was there was one check that I thought we were gonna take care of in the payout that didn't get taken care of. But it was too little, too late and I just let it be.

My loan officer was great. He sat and listened to my concerns. Anytime I needed something, he had a solution, and that's important to me. I wish my monthly payments were lower, but at least I got a loan.

This was the best experience I've had in my adult life of buying or refinancing homes. Since I am legally blind and it was afar, ClearPath explained everything. They taught me how to take photos and send it to them by cell phone, and also to get copies of insurance papers or whatever they needed. Vito was my loan officer and he was above and beyond. He was the most professional person I ever worked with. There were a lot of things that I'd never experienced on the computer and he would teach me how to do it step-by-step. He never made me feel bad about anything. He was so reassuring. It took him longer to get the funding. But I was approved within two weeks.

ClearPath was very responsive and kept me up-to-date on the progress. I was very impressed with that and pleased with the way everything went.

They gave me a good price a couple of years ago. In my recent divorce, they called me and asked if I wanna try and see if I could lower my rate again. And I said, “Why not?” So, they gave me a deal for being a loyal member. They've been great. Their rep Quine gave me a loan processor and every other week, they'd call to update me or ask if I needed anything. I'm in the military community and they've asked how they could do a refinance. I've given them Quine's name and said, “I've had nothing but good reviews here.”

ClearPath was one that was most straightforward and their process was simple. I was probably a difficult customer ‘cause I work for the military and was going to be out of the country during the process. But they kept it very easy for me. The process fell behind because the inspector that came out here got sick and was bedridden real bad with it. He was three weeks behind so we fell behind on our loan by three weeks, but it still all worked out. It all came out in the wash. Also, the appraiser knew what he was doing. I walked around with him and he explained everything. Then, he went ahead and gave the thumbs up on everything.

I’ve refinanced a couple of times and used ClearPath before. They kept in touch and put me on a good customer standing list. The girls that did the legwork got right back to me quickly and were very responsive. I'd use ClearPath again. I had a problem with them though. They couldn't get the title off the title company. We were supposed to close and it went on and on. It was supposed to take a month but it took two months longer than we had forecasted.

The people I work with ClearPath have always been top of their game, helpful and able to get things done. I'm impressed with them. We had some issues the first time on this last go around, which was why I got pushed to so much longer than it was supposed to. But that was taken care of and they were able to work through it.

I used ClearPath a couple of years ago. Victoria was one of the reps that worked with me this time but Jim and I met each other seven years ago when he did my first loan. I was a little skittish on what he was trying to do because I was in a fixed loan. He told me, "You need to try to look at this ARM loan." We talked about some options and he sent me some paperwork. I had a friend of mine that's an attorney take a look at it and he said, "You'd be a fool not to do this because they're gonna lower your interest rate down to 2.37% from 3.75%." The most important thing was ClearPath told me that they could only raise it a point at the most from what my actual existing interest rate was set at which was 2.37.

ClearPath is a great company to work with. I look forward to working with them in my future refinancing. I would recommend anyone to use them. They are great people and easy to work with and they are quick with any questions you have.

I love ClearPath and my rep, Omar. I've had him from the beginning. He was inaccessible for a short period of time but I was able to deal with his boss who was awesome. I got frustrated with the delay because you have to do this and that and wait, but that's not anything that Omar did. Every time I called, I got a response. They're awesome people. Everyone is so personable and they put the customer first. It was almost never could I call Omar and speak with him right away. I'd have to leave a message and have him call back. But even right then, in his message, he says, "If you have not heard back from me in 24 hours, please feel free to call my boss." Not many people do that.

Everything is time-consuming. Everybody needs certain papers. But the rep did his job very well. I liked his follow-up, easy access to him, and he would call back. When ClearPath told me what they needed, I submitted it online. Whatever they said would happen, happened. They did a great job.

I've worked with ClearPath a couple of times now and I've had no problems with them. Everything went smooth and the rep I worked with, Nick, is very good. The rep who did the closing was new and she was asking all kinds of questions and there were delays. Nick sent me a gift card because it took longer than it should. I would recommend him to anybody.

We refinanced last year and when we refinanced again this year, we went back. After researching all the other companies around here, we decided ClearPath was still the best. Although there were a couple of hiccups that were kind of annoying.

The communication throughout the process was pretty good and my experience was pretty smooth. There were a couple of little hiccups, but for the most part, it was perfectly great.

When I first started talking to ClearPath, I called Freedom Mortgage but they couldn't match what ClearPath gave me, even though the loan would go back to them. So, it was a good rate. It's higher than what I paid. But I rolled in dead, and now I have an affordable mortgage payment and I'm sure I'll be able to refinance at some point for a lower rate. It's my second close with ClearPath Lending. They send communications all the time. Probably too many communications. But as long as somebody communicates, I'm happy. Quinnie was the one that called me. Although, last time, I worked with a guy named Robert, and there was a guy that worked on Quinnie's team that was great. Very responsive. Had a good experience.

ClearPath Lending explained everything to me step by step. They were very considerate. They let me know what to do, how to do it, and who to go to for information. They gave me a rate that I wanted for a long time. And they really helped me out with it.

When I called and talked to ClearPath, they always gave me an answer and if they didn't give an answer, I'd have it within an hour or so. Also, the rep I worked with was very informative.

I was given options on rates and costs before I asked. This was the first time someone took the time to explain why rates and costs for loans vary. Although I had an idea how this works I needed to ask very little as ALL THE INFORMATION was put out upfront. Clear Path is an appropriate name as they made the decision very easy.

Having refinanced a mortgage seven or eight times I have to say that this was, by far, the easiest, hassle free refinance ever! There was much less paperwork than I have previously experienced. I got the rate advertised and we even closed a few days earlier than scheduled. Unfortunately, having obtained such a great interest rate, I’m sorry to say that I will probably not have the pleasure of working with ClearPath again.

We're just waiting on this now.” And he would say, “I'll keep you posted.” That was cool because I was made aware where we were at. And he let me know that it's not just another guy checking a box. I preferred ClearPath over the other company I checked because of the way they broke things down and didn't really sugarcoat it. They told me what is available to me and how we can go about it. I worked with Travis and he's a straight shooter. Also, he was timely with getting us the document knowing that I pretty much had a busy schedule and he didn’t rush through everything. If anybody I know is gonna go through the same process as I was, I would have them work with Travis.

Updated from a 1 to a 3 because the company addressed the issue, but I was already closing on a new loan with a different vendor so that could not be "fixed". ClearPath quickly and decisively resolve my concern. As I noted in my original post, they are very well reviewed in several places, so I did not expect the issue I had. Based on ClearPath's response, I would try them again and RECOMMEND you try them also.

The lending process was easy and streamlined. I didn't have to go out and do much. They sent every note to my house.

I used ClearPath before and I enjoyed the experience I had. This time, they had certain fees that were waived for returning customers, and like last time, things went smoothly. They answered all my questions along the way, and it has worked out just the way I wanted to and about the timeframe I was looking at. The rate was higher than I wanted, but because it's a cash-out refinance, I understood that. It's also temporary ‘cause I'm going to do a VA streamline refinance towards the end of the year and lower the rate. For all the debt I had, it's good. It worked out very well.

The process was good, and the reps explained everything. They also sent me the packet in the mail with all the information, and I got it.

I experienced all the perks of using ClearPath. They were prompt and they explained everything in detail. They went above and beyond to make me knowledgeable about the loan. Also, someone always kept in contact with me about how the loan was being processed. I knew every step that went towards getting it approved and everything was done in a timely manner. I have had a few loans, but with this one, everything was simple. If I had to use ClearPath again or refer them to anybody, I would because they did everything.

I wanted some info about the process and the guy I worked with was not pushy at all. I appreciated that. The guy was super nice and just told me my options. Once I decided, "Yeah, let's go forward," then we dug in a little more and it was the easiest process ever. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I got a decent interest rate when I first bought the house, but I have a VA loan and my credit was greater than I thought it was. I qualified for the 1.75 and that was very unheard of. It was something I couldn't pass up.

I had no problems during the application process. I talked to a gentleman and he didn't lie to me like some of the others. He told me straight up what it was gonna be like and I understood what he was talking about. He said about how long it would take and I went along with it because he was right. Also, he kept in touch with me and called me every two or three days telling me everything was okay.

The gentleman I worked with, Ben, was super knowledgeable and made everything work. He was the account executive that I initially spoke with. He was on top of all the things, knew the process, and immediately coached and educated us on it. He was up front on all of it. He also got us a better rate than I saw in some other areas. There was a 2.75, and he got us to 2.25, which was good. We make our first payment in February.

I was getting a bunch of letters in the mail to go over refinancing for my mortgage and ClearPath gave the best option among the offers. Their rep called me and we talked for two days. I gave him everything that he was going to need in order to resubmit a new offer. As soon as it got approved or he got a callback, he called me back. We were able to set it up and I didn't have to do anything. He called me once or twice a week to keep me updated on the status when it was submitted, approved, and then the old mortgage was paid off. Now we got this new one set up. It was extremely easy.

The rep who helped me was very fine and the communication was very good. They stayed in contact with me, stayed right on top of everything, and they were very energetic. I was pleased to work with them.

The rep I worked with stayed in constant contact. When there was a problem, he contacted me right away and let me know. We were able to text message and email back and forth. That's how we signed the documents. The online process was very easy and very smooth and they were responsive. Then, the fellow came from the title company right to the house here and we signed the papers.
