I had a good experience with Clearpath. It was very easy because I was already with them when I refied. It was very efficient. The rep was very responsive and articulate. The information that I got was accurate. I could depend on it. I got great results.

They gave me a very clear direction on what I needed to do and the information provided to me was precise and understandable. It was seamless and whatever had to be done was done very quickly. I had a contact person and I was able to just talk to her. If she couldn't address something immediately, she found out how to address it and let me know. This made it easy for me to go from point A to point B.

I've refinanced with ClearPath a couple of times and the main guy that I went through was good at talking to me.

It was a very easy process. It took a couple of months, and everything went fine.

I did a refinance and then I rolled some consumer loan into the new mortgage as well. The reps were all very cheerful. Every time I had to talk to them, it was very pleasant. They were very helpful. I was honestly shocked by how pleasant the whole experience was dealing with them in the step of the process. I worked with Helena and she was always be on top of her game. If I asked a question, she’d know the answer already. So, I appreciate that kind of knowledge base for any employee in any company that provides any service.

The application process with ClearPath Lending was patchy. I would hear a lot then nothing. They would give a lot of information all at once then it would be two or three weeks before I heard from anyone. It was a little confusing at first, trying to figure out which part of the loan process I was in. But every time I called in, they answered. My rep was very sweet. She did her best to make me feel I wasn't getting scammed (the letters are scam-feeling). But I wish that they had a more clear process on how to pay for the mortgage and see the process. I like having a portal where I can see everything.

The application process was pretty simplified and decent. Everything was communicated effectively and done in a timely manner. From start to finish, it took about three weeks. My loan officer communicated well and answered all the questions that needed to be answered.

I enjoyed working with ClearPath Lending. I was pleased with their offer at the time. I worked with a few people. Everybody that I have dealt with was very friendly and eager to help. And it was a big help because I got my mortgage reduced a bit with working with them.

I had a great experience with them. They could do what I wanted to do and they did it. The application process was painless. Everything the person told me came about. I liked the way the people worked. I needed some information and it was Johnny-on-the-spot.

ClearPath's reps were very fast and efficient. I was a little scared during my application, but they walked me through it. The process didn't very long and my loan officer was great. We had just pretty much bought the house, so I couldn't expect the rate to go down as much as I wanted. But it went fine and the payments are easier. I would tell my friends to go with them.

ClearPath Lending makes the process a lot easier. I can never tell about whether they're saving me any money, but I never felt like I was being messed with. I always felt like it was a safe process. Several years ago, when I was trying to buy this house, they set up Freedom Mortgage as my lender, then they stayed with me. I did a refinance after that, and now I've done another refinance. I had to. I needed some money to fix the house, and they put me with a different mortgage company. Everybody I've talked to has been good.

The lending process was great. From application to closing took a month and they told me everything that was going on and how long it would take. I knew everything from the beginning. But it seems like I won't be able to go down on my payment after seven months because they switched it over to someone else. It's gonna be higher if I do try to refinance next time and get a lower payment.

My experience was excellent. I had a loan with them and they were great. I appreciate everything they did and I was very impressed with the rep who helped me. The only thing I was disappointed in was they gave me credit of 7% point something. I'm a veteran and the new company that I got gave it to me at 5%. 5% something and 7% point something is a big difference.

When I started working with ClearPath, I had no trouble at all getting what I wanted. The rep was very good to me and I appreciated talking to him. The rates aren't that great right now because of the turmoil in our country but I had to do what I had to do.

It's a VA loan and it was difficult especially in times like this. But they took a very personal view of how they handled us. They hung in there with us and when we were about to give up, the rep said, "Don't give up on it. We'll get this thing done." They were able to get the rate that I needed. It was pretty competitive.

Everything went smooth. It was a quick experience. I'd recommend them.

My friend in Virginia recommended me to ClearPath but I ignored her. I tried going with Navy Federal but had such an awful experience. I was almost done with Navy Federal. Then I switched and went to ClearPath. The lending process was smooth. They were on top of it. They told me what they needed. I got them what they needed and everything went great.

I first was introduced to ClearPath Lending on the internet. I continued with them because the agent was nice and informative. Never did anything without asking me first. The lending process was excellent. It took three weeks. I needed finance fast and they gave it to me.

I was looking for a refinance with a lower rate and they got the best plan I thought for myself. They seemed friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to talk with me about what I was trying to do and what they were trying to do. It lowered my payment, but now I owe more than I ever did. They took the other loan and paid it out. I had to pay off the roof repair on the other one and it added 10,000 to it. They had to pick up what half they thought was worth when they financed it and added that to the total. But I knew that would happen.

I like ClearPath Lending. They sent a coupon in the mail and I was interested because I wanted to lower my mortgage. At that time, it was 1,500. And when the rep and I first spoke, it was 7.49, he said he could get it down to 5.45, and I was interested. At that time when we spoke, I had made four payments on my mortgage. And to do the application, I had to have made payment for six months. But he decided that he could still take all my information, I continued to make two more payments, not saying he guaranteed. But when he did the credit check, he gave me an update that I would be approved, and it took two months. But he was professional. He gave me his direct line. He would allow me to text him, take pictures, and send it through his text. Any question I had any time of the day except for after-hours of closing, I would feel free to give him a call.

Clearpath was good for me. The process took month and a half, which wasn't that long, and the reps were nice people. They kept me informed and I didn’t have to call them. They called and let me know everything that was going on, and I liked that.

ClearPath has a normal application process. They wanted to know how much my house is worth and how much cash I wanted to take out of it, and when I wanted to go to closing. The process took a couple of months, but that was because I was procrastinating. I would call one lender and then, I'd call ClearPath. Ultimately, it came down to the interest rates for moving and ClearPath had the best one going. Once I made up my mind, they were very quick. It was a little bit confusing because the guy I talked to at first had an aide, so she was answering more of my question. Then it seemed to me that I got a couple of other things with either texts or an email, and it was from somebody else.

I'm a ClearPath customer, and everything has been above board. The experience has been beautiful as well. It was easygoing, no hassle or problems, and the price is gonna remain the same. I got help.

They were very proactive. I had some concerns along the way, but they addressed and handled them all. One was my issue, but they were patient with me on that. My loan officer was cordial, friendly and professional. The application process went very smoothly. I was satisfied.

ClearPath’s quote was super competitive and they always picked up when we called and responded right away via email when we emailed them. Other places had made promises and then backed out. ClearPath seemed to stick by their word. Their program saved us almost 200 bucks a month and the term of the loan changed to 17 years. The original was 30 so it saves us a ton of money just from that alone. It would end up saving $45,000. They took their time and made sure we were getting the best deal for our scenario. The application process was easy because everything ClearPath needed us to do, the reps set it up in Verisign or DocuSign. They would send us a link to a website and it would take us right to the thing that we need to sign and there would be an explanation of what it was. You could digitally sign it and send it right back. So we were able to turn around everything they needed almost immediately. It was streamlined.

We had used ClearPath Lending before, and they were so good and so helpful all the way through the process as they have been this time. We're retired now and we needed some additional help. We were taking some of our equity. During the application process, they found a way to explain everything. If we had a question, they always answered. They've gone out of their way to help us and make sure we had everything in place at the right time. I never had a problem with somebody not responding to me quickly. Overall, the process was easy the first time and second time. Both times, the loan officers were exceptional.

The application process at ClearPath was good and very simple. They were clear about what they needed. I've used them twice, and the two reps that I used were both very good. They were patient and personable, and if I didn't understand something, they took time to explain it. The rate's pretty good. I had a better interest rate prior to this last refinance, but even with this last refinance, it was 4%. I didn't think that was too bad because I've heard that it's 7% now.

I used ClearPath Lending years ago. I like the way that they handled things. They're clear on what they were doing. They've kept me abreast each step of the way about what the process was as far as what I could and could not do. Information-wise, they were really helping in that situation. If someone else wants to use ClearPath, I'll be one of the ones that would most recommend them.

When we began working with ClearPath Lending in 2019, they got us a good interest rate. After that, I went back with them because there was a lady, Matma, who's genuine. She cares about the consumer and not just trying to get my money. She made it personal. We're part of the loyalty program so now, we don't have any closing costs if we refinance. We just refinanced again with ClearPath and the process was super easy. It took two weeks because they already had our information. All we had to do was get the appraisal and the water inspection done. The only thing was once we had all of the disclosure, it moved over to another gentleman. But I didn't care for him that much because his communication wasn't as good as Matma's. I had to call him for things and ask him questions instead of him calling me and keeping me updated on things. That was a little bit frustrating.

Everybody was helpful and very nice, so it was good interaction. The process with ClearPath was streamlined so everything worked out quickly.

ClearPath got me out of debt. Every time I had a question, the rep answered it. If he needed information, I was able to get it to him. He told me exactly what he needed and once I gave him the basic information about what I was looking for, he gave me multiple options. If I couldn't get ahold of him over the phone, I could email or text. Any question that I had, if he didn't know the answer, he would get the answer and call me back the same day. Everything with him was great and so was with the closing office. The other entities made it horrible 'cause I would call one of my credit cards trying to get a payoff amount or where to send the money, but it was like pulling teeth. But the loan officer was patient. He kept trying to coach me through it. He was reassuring me that everything was fine.

We enjoyed our experience with ClearPath last time and we decided to go back and get a new mortgage. The reps were courteous, well-informed and attentive to our needs.

My experience with ClearPath was very good. The application process went by pretty smoothly. I had to provide a lot of work and documentation, but that turned out all right. From start to finish, it only took a month and a half. The loan officer was was also understanding and wasn't pushy.

ClearPath Lending was professional. They explained everything well. And they did what they said they would do. If they said they would call me, they called. I appreciated the rep's patience with me as I'm older. I was able to send pictures of my documents. And it was all done within a few minutes. Very simple. It was a great experience.

The experience during the application process with ClearPath was a little strenuous. There were a lot of protocols and it doubled up on paperwork and signatures. It was a bit of a mess. But it was a longer process because it's a VA loan. This took a few months more than it should have. But Cameron, the rep I was primarily working with, was answering my calls. He was looking into situations for me. So ClearPath did a fantastic job.

From both of my experiences with ClearPath, they're people of their word and they're very responsive. If things have to change, they let me know. The application process was easy and simple. According to them, I had just about everything that they needed. It was a great experience for both of us and we had it all done within a week or so. I worked with Steve and he made sure I got all the details so I knew what was out there and what was available. Also, my husband was a vet and he was able to help me with some of that stuff. I would tell others that my experience with ClearPath has been good.

When ClearPath Lending needed something, the rep let me know. And I got it back to him. It was very easy. I was pleased. Try them out.

The rep did an outstanding job. He worked hard to ensure that I was satisfied with the numbers that he was giving me. Even through all that, I came back a second time because I wanted to make a change as far as my cash-out option was concerned. He understood that there was a change after my wife and I talked about it. He made his adjustment and came back. I was very impressed with that. Sometimes, when things like that are going on, especially when they'd been putting so much hard work into things, and you come back and make a change, that could irritate the person a little bit. But he was very patient and professional as to how he handled that.

The people are very professional. They call me any time there's going on and they inform me what else that need to be done. I appreciate them for what they said. I email them or I'll call them and I ask questions and they answer me right away. They really helped me and they're concerned of what I'm trying to get from them. ClearPath is a good company and professional service is given.

The first time I dealt with ClearPath was pretty good. The second time, the guy never called me back so I went to Rocket Mortgage. I decided to go back to ClearPath for a refi and this experience was excellent. The application process went smoothly and took about an hour. My rep was above and beyond. She was very detailed and professional. She did what she said she was gonna do. She said she was gonna call and she did. If she said she was gonna send me a text, she did. That had not been my experience previously with ClearPath. The only thing is I'm not happy that they sold my loan to another company. They did notify me after they did it. But at some juncture, I don't wanna be bothered with them anymore.

I emailed the guy we had worked with last time in our last refinance and a different guy responded. He got back to us with a quote within two hours and the next day, everything was moving. The initial person we talked to as well as the one when things got serious were both great. We wrote back and forth on a few things though I ended up calling a bunch trying to figure out what they meant by certain things. But they explained everything. I never felt like I was doing something without understanding what was going on. They answered the phone every time they got my number.

This is the fourth deal I've had with ClearPath and the service has been better. I was given a better price with ClearPath than I was given with Freedom. I also had another company that I had with Veteran's Advantage. ClearPath came in at a better price. Nathan who I worked with is a very reputable and concerned representative of the organization. They followed through. Everything went through timely. I was kept informed of what was taking place even though we ran into a delay related to the appraisal. The process took a little over a month but it was because of the weather. It didn't have anything to do with ClearPath's processing. There was an upgrade that I needed to make. I'm in Michigan, and it was too cold. We couldn't do the work. Overall, I was pleased with the rate that was presented as well as the service and timing.

Gamane, the first person that I met, was good. I would have people who would ask about ClearPath call him. But the experience was horrible the second time I closed. The processor kept on asking redundant questions and stuff that I already sent. I didn't have that problem with Gamane and I thank God I didn't have to deal with that one on this last closing. Everything went smoothly.

The application process with ClearPath was easy. We spoke over the phone first and gave them whatever information they needed for the application. Then, they ran some numbers and contacted us back, and we discussed what our choices were. Steve, the rep, was good about following up and checking to see if we had questions throughout the whole process. The people that we communicated with seemed to be more upfront and truthful about certain options. They made the whole process easy. People should give ClearPath a shot.

Working with the agent, Nate, was seamless. The communication was good and everything went in a timely manner. The process with ClearPath took maybe three weeks, which was not too long. I would recommend them.

ClearPath was helping us. So far, everything was good because they did all the paperwork. They worked with us and they called. They were nice and friendly and answered all our questions.

They were really on top of things and made sure I was getting all the documentation together. It was a very good step-by-step process. My rep Ron was one of the best I've ever dealt with. I had taken out a loan at the wrong time, and I had to go ahead and get that paid off. So that extended things a little bit but a lot of that was on me. ClearPath did a good job.

The rep I worked with was a good guy and he didn't tell me any lies. I took some money out and the process has improved. The first time I did it, we had a problem with getting someone to sit down with me. But this time, the rep stuck behind everything he told me.

We've been using ClearPath now for the last three years, and we've done a couple of refinances through them. We've stuck with them because they've been really good to us. This recent one was a home equity loan/refi. Our loan officer did everything for us. He was really good. But we had to jump through a little bit of hoops and that was getting the exterminator out here. It took a total of about three weeks. It took that long just because of having to get people out here to inspect the property. But everything through ClearPath has been amazing. Every time we've called or they've called, everything's gone really well and smooth. Anytime that I've needed them, they've called me right back. If they needed anything, they've been really nice about it. But I'm not exactly thrilled with the rate. It is the lowest as far as what's going on right now that they could do. We did have it at 2.81%, but now, it's at 4.99.

We had a wonderful experience with ClearPath. We bought a house and it so happened that, when we went looking, the person that we were dealing with dealt with ClearPath. So, that was how we got them. We bought this house in 2019 and, after that, we lowered our interest rate. So, we refinanced. This time, we needed to do some upgrades to the house. So, we got a refinancing to do that. It was very quick and easy. They had a lot of our information already because we had done a refinance with them before. The people that they have working there that we deal with are phenomenal. They're fast and they keep in touch with you and I'm very happy. We dealt with Michael and he's very good. He gave me a list of what it is that I need in order to be able to do this.

I did a refinance and the application process with ClearPath was very easy, nice and smooth. We were finished with everything in about two months. The rep was very nice and kept us abreast of everything that was going on. I was very impressed. He made sure all the papers were completed and nobody had to come back and do anything. I was happy for that.

I received ClearPath’s personal care and customer service, when they treated me nicely and did things according to their plan. I was working with someone else and we didn't complete our process. ClearPath gave me a call and I dropped who I had and went straight back to them. You feel so much more comfortable dealing with people you know and have done that type of job with before.

I used ClearPath back in 2021 and one of the biggest things with them is after six months, it will drop the mortgage rate of the house. I've done that a few times. But with this latest refinance, I needed some cash out equity to fix a few things around the house. So, I chose them again. The application itself took roughly a week to get all the information. I was in the process also of getting social security and it was mostly on my end that took so long. The reps were extremely helpful. I told them what my plans were and they gave me the best quotes. Everything was done within 35 to 40 days. So, it was smooth. Everybody was super helpful. Every time I had a question, I would call them. If they were busy, they emailed me and I got a response within 12 to 24 hours. It was a pleasant experience.

The lending process with ClearPath was relatively easier than I thought it would be. Most of the shortcomings came from my end and the reps were very kind and courteous. The communication could have been improved though. The same thing was being said but it was put to me differently the second time. If I had any questions, I called the people in that part of the process and asked. And if they couldn’t answer, they had someone who could answer the questions for me. The reps were available and if they were not gonna be, they let me know. I'm an older woman so I was always confused and I was impressed with the rep’s availability and willingness to take time out for me.

I had a good experience with ClearPath. I had done business with them before. I went with refinancing my VA loan. The process was very easy. It took me about three weeks total from start to finish. I had to text the person working with me a billion texts at any time I needed to. I still keep in touch with them. They're easy to work with.

They kept me updated with everything. I didn't have to keep calling them. One of them gave me my best option and she really looked out for me. So, I enjoyed the services, especially this time around. I'm really happy with the decisions that we made and the information that they gave me. I know the rates have gone up since the last time I did this. Everything worked out. I got to use some of my interest to pay some other stuff off. Overall, I'll be saving about $600 a month. I'm happy with it. ClearPath is great. They give the best options to fit anybody's needs and you don't have to worry about having to call anybody to figure out what's going on. Somebody's gonna reach out to you and let you know what's going on.

The team at ClearPath was fantastic. They called me every week and kept me updated on what was going on. The application process was a little hard trying to get everything the underwriter wanted, but it was okay.

My wife found ClearPath when we first refinanced the house. We dealt with Queenie. When we decided that we needed to refinance again, that's who we went with ‘cause we had a good experience the first time. We called Queenie because we already had her number. I was surprised that she had the same number. We told her what was up, that we wanted another loan. She sent the paperwork to my wife via email and we filled everything out. My wife sent everything that needed to be sent off. It was hassle-free. Queenie was easy to work with. She explained everything. The first time, it was a pleasure. The second time, we expected the same as the first time. I don't think they could have done anything better to make it any easier. I would tell others to go to ClearPath in a heartbeat.

The communication with ClearPath has been great from the initial call to ask about refinancing my house for cash-out loan to my loan processor. It's very streamlined. If I had any questions, they responded immediately. If they needed anything to go forward with the process, they asked me. That way, we could keep it in a timely manner. I've referred my friends to ClearPath. They also have their loyalty program which I like.

ClearPath is very good and easy to deal with. I've dealt with them before and it was quick. This is the third time in 20 years. They kept me up-to-date and it went through smoothly and quickly. The fact that we dealt with them before made it easier.

ClearPath was generous. They said that they would do everything that was necessary, and they did. They told me that I can depend on them later on. But I have two situations that haven't been cleared up. I had some questions on some payments that they sent out, and I still have a check. I explained to them that one of the companies that they had given me a check for, I can't account for it, but I had a balance there. I called ClearPath and told them about it. They checked in on it, but I haven't heard anything from them. They're supposed to give me another check because I haven't been able to resolve that.

The application process with ClearPath was smooth. I really didn't have to do too much. They answered all my questions. I just told them what I wanted. They set it in those parameters, and if it wasn't there, they kept working with me. We finally got the numbers right. They made it quick and got me everything I asked for. The whole process was maybe a couple of months. They've always been right on point with how long it would take. My loan officer would tell me step by step, "Hey, we're here. This is gonna take a couple of days," and I could hear back, and "We'll be done by this time." He handled everything. He was nice, polite and respectful. He knew exactly what he was talking about. He knew what he was doing. So, I was happy with his work. When he needed pictures and paperwork, he asked to fax it, but he let me take pictures and do my best. He made it work with what I had. I'm satisfied. I've used ClearPath about three times already.

I liked the rep that I worked with. He gave me good service. He kept me informed. He did a very good job. He pretty much stayed on top of things and I got a good rate.

Joe explained everything in detail. He kept me abreast of everything as soon as he got the information. He also took his time to explain everything. The first one we did was a VA loan. Then he called me last year ‘cause he said I could use the service that they have and get the equity in my home to pay off bills. We went through that process and he made it easy.

They were easy to work with through the process. I like the overall friendliness and attentiveness of the person I was working with. The entire thing was streamlined to make it much easier and less hassle for me. They also answered all my questions within a matter of 24 hours. It was a process of 45 days from applying to signing or at least having everything approved and getting ready to sign paperwork. Their rates were also able to beat the other people's offer without having to even try and really fight for it with minimal fighting back and forth.

I've been nothing but happy with ClearPath. They were very helpful and always answered the phone. The process was quick, easy, and perfect. The whole process, by the time I got all the paperwork turned in, took about 30 days. I would highly recommend ClearPath. They're good people and they take care of things.

I worked with ClearPath originally on getting a house and with a refinance as well, and everything was really great. There were a lot of moving pieces in there and the process was completed between a week to two weeks. My loan officer was awesome, too. I would tell my friends to go ahead and use them.

He did everything he could to make sure it went smoothly. The application process was fairly easy. He took care of everything and did a good job. He’s very knowledgeable about his job. Overall, this one was a negative experience, and I would never use them again. I gave ClearPath Lending a list of the bills I wanted to consolidate. They gave me an estimate of what my monthly payment would be, and I was fine with it. And they contacted me back two weeks later. "We calculated that but we didn't include the escrow payment. So your payment is now gonna be this amount. We forgot to include the car payment." And it kept going up and up. It reached a point, "Now, you don't get the lower interest rate. You're gonna get a higher interest rate." That made the payment go up more. To get $80,000 in money to consolidate debt, my house payment doubled. They paid my insurance and part of the finance company, didn't send the information to the finance company that bought the loan. So, I have to track down my insurance agent so I could get that straightened out. It was a big mess.

I went with a refi with the total cash out, and it took about a month and a half, but there was a lot paperwork to do. Any questions I had, I usually got an answer within 24 hours. This is my third time with the refi, and the loan officer is easy to talk to. Also, the rates and the terms are really good and they're competitive. ClearPath Lending has always been great. They're friendly and really thorough. Everything's explained, and if I have a question, they explain it in simpler terms, but I don't feel like they're talking down to me. Being in military, I don't like people talking to me like I'm not educated. They also keep me up to date on things and really watch the market. To me, I get better treated with ClearPath than I did with NewDay.

Clearpath's interest rate was smaller and they gave me more back. I refinanced, and it was easy to upload the documents, but getting the payoff statements was hard. However, every time I had a question, the rep answered. I also expected things to take longer, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Everything was professional. My loan officer was informative. I was able to get in touch with him and also communicate with him via email. He did a good job of helping me through the process. I would recommend ClearPath.

ClearPath was dependable and prompt. They made a couple of appointments and kept those. I've had a loan before where I wasn't too comfortable with, but I was comfortable with ClearPath. I have recommended them to two other people.

Nobody prepared me for having to go through all the stuff that I had to go through this last time with ClearPath. I didn't have to jump through a whole bunch of hoops the last few times. But this last time, I had to get the financing estimate and repairs to the house done. Getting paperwork together is one thing, but I had to go through and paint the exterior of the house and tear down a treehouse that I have in the back. There were a lot of people and different inspections that had to get done. This one was more stressful than it was initially to buy the house. When I bought the house, it only took a couple of months. This last refinance, it took six months.

I like the information they provided to allow me to make a good decision on who to go with. The application was a very simple process. The loan officer was very informative, worked with me very closely, and provided any and all information that I requested. He was a good representative for the company. I've worked with ClearPath for quite some time now and I developed trust with the company and with the people I was dealing with. I was very satisfied. They were able to provide any and all information and they worked with you very closely. So, I was happy with that. Because of ClearPath, I have become debt-free and I'm able to work with them to have a clean slate.

I've done a couple of refinances with them. The process is pretty easy and simple. It takes about three weeks from start to finish. My loan officer was great. She answered her phone pretty often. She was very quick with emails. The rate is a little higher than I expected because of the market. But other than that, if you're part of their loyalty program, they don't charge you any upfront fees. It's a pretty good process. It's probably one of the best I've seen.

ClearPath Lending seemed more friendly and understanding of what I was trying to accomplish. This is my second time dealing with ClearPath. I did a refinance and customer service was way above average. The representative was more than helpful and continuously answered every question. I can always get ahold of them. They kept their word and they were always reachable. I called one time and if I wasn't able to get somebody, they called me right back.

The refinancing process went well. ClearPath reached out to me last year and I started the process but I had some things going on and I was unable to finish it. So I had to wait and this year, I reached out to them because I had a contact person. But that person wasn't available at the time. So, the person I spoke with took care of me. It was very quick and smooth. The mortgage loan officer and the loan specialist were perfect. And my house came in at a great rate. ClearPath did a great job and the reps are well-trained. Everybody is customer-focused and they can help you do what you need to do. As far as you as the consumer, they should know what they're wanting to do as well. It goes both ways.

The process was easy. They kept me informed and did everything they could. Given my situation, they helped me. I had a great experience.

I've done business with both Freedom Mortgage and ClearPath. Freedom was the company that I had originally but I got separated and I needed to refi. I went with Freedom to ask them and they gave me a price. I shopped around and I called ClearPath. They beat that price right away and there was no messing around. Their guy Steve was really attentive and was able to match everything. After they went back and forth to see who could do the best, Freedom Mortgage had the best offer, but Steve was willing to match it. I enjoyed working with him. He was always on top of things. Everything went smoothly and quickly, which was excellent for me.

The rep was wonderful. He was always keeping in touch. He was very informative and reachable. When he didn't know for whatever reason or any information, he will research it and get back to me as soon as possible. So I was impressed with this commitment, dedication, and responsibility. Everything went smooth. They are A+ in dealing with disabled veterans. The whole process took less time than I was expecting. They have this program that they keep calling you and they keep you in the record and they inform you about new updates in the market. So they're very good keeping in touch.

Ron is A1. He's a keeper. He is respectful and helpful. I would make a decision, then I would call him and ask him if he thought that was the best decision. He would never give me any input as far as trying to tell me what to do. He was just speaking to me from experience. That helped me decide. However, the process is too long. I started getting frustrated. There was a whole bunch of paper that ain't even necessary. It was like signing away your life. Other than that, I had a good experience with ClearPath. I would definitely would like to meet some more Rons. But they're all the same - the entire staff. I got letters and phone calls. I'm satisfied.

From the beginning to the end with ClearPath, everything was very positive. When things seemed like it wasn't gonna go through, Mr. StevenRoy and I discussed it and made everything happen. He was very helpful in getting everything done and everything worked out fine. Everything went well with the rate and with stuff going up and down. I called him a lot and we stayed proactive and on course on what we needed to do to get it done in a timely manner. Once we got everything straightened out and got the appraisal, it took less than 30 days.

Khashi, the rep from ClearPath, would hang up fast without us finishing up. He thought the conversation was complete but he didn't mean it intentionally. That's just the way he is. Also, I'm used to going through just one person and I didn't like that I had to go through five people. Other than that, everything was cool. The loan was something that I needed to do so the rate and terms were okay. I never liked that the mortgage had to go up but I understand why. Everything went by quickly and successfully and I would recommend ClearPath.

I've used ClearPath Lending before, and I left them because I did a home equity previously. I didn't take a bunch out against it, and now, I took a bit more out to get some money to do some home repairs. The process was great, and they got it done quick. It took around 10 days and it was ready to get funded. We just went through all the paperwork and they were very informative. They kept me informed every step of the way, which is hard to do since I work nights. They made sure and touched base with me during the time I was up.

It was a good experience. We got the mortgage. We applied, everything was good, and we closed nice and quick. Everything was asked for upfront. It was very easy. ClearPath Lending's rep was enthusiastic, right to the point, very helpful, helped facilitate things. He knows his business. Helped get us the right paperwork and focused the right information for the underwriter and it went very smoothly. Superb job.

I came back to ClearPath Lending after I refinanced because the initial experience was so good. This experience has been much better. The customer service is good. Usually, you can go back to them and give them feedback. If anybody was refinancing, I would tell them to go with ClearPath. From a process standpoint, it was flawless.

I did my first refinance with ClearPath four years ago and I've been with them ever since. Everything was explained very clearly and the communication was there. The VA has to have an approved lender and ClearPath was one and it was good. The process was very easy and smooth. When Viet, the loan officer, was talking to me, there was never any type of pressure that I could pick up. He explained everything and gave his contact number and told me I could get back with him, and I did. We've had a good friendship ever since in the form of business professional. I was impressed with his sincerity.

We've used ClearPath several times and every person I've come in contact with has been very helpful and informative. It's been an easy process every time, which is a good thing. The rep is always very friendly and always reaches out whenever he thinks there's something that could benefit us. So I'm very pleased with the service that he's provided. If I had questions, I usually reach out to him and he's quick at providing me with an answer or additional resources to pursue to answer my questions. We've benefited from using ClearPath. We've gotten great interest rates which has helped us along and we've been able to pay down our debt part of it. The closing paperwork is expensive and there's a lot of redundancy though. If that could be trimmed up a little bit and go a little faster and more efficiently, it would be a great place to look at working on.

I've gone with ClearPath before and the lady that I dealt with this time was nicer. I'd recommend them. They're pretty good.

The process went really smooth and I didn't have any issues. Every time we had to call and ask a question or get something done, it was pretty much clear-cut and we got it done. It wasn't too much of an issue getting ahold of them. The rep who took care of us would even call us at certain times just to let us know what stage we're at and how much longer it should take. He kept us informed.

The second time I refinanced my house, I dealt with ClearPath. I was going through someone else, but they were not giving me a good rate. So, I came back to ClearPath.

We got a letter and we did the right timing. We checked into it and see what the status was. I did a VA loan because I'm a veteran and we bought this house. We went online and did it that way. The process seemed to be pretty easy. The only complaint is the first time we did it, ClearPath sold the contract to some other company and caused a little bit of chaos. This time around, my wife did most of the paperwork. We've done ClearPath for a while. The only thing is they send us at least two or three letters still every day. They want us to refinance. Other than that, ClearPath has been reasonable.

It's about my 5th refi with ClearPath and I work with a new crew each time. For the application, I had to submit my income information and we were able to do that with a photograph and a text message. They made it really easy. Then a few more documents were submitted and we signed up with the DocuSign. It was all painless and I did it all in my pajamas. The rep I had always had an answer for me no matter what my issue was, which wasn't many. He had all the answers right there and he could make or break the decision. I requested a personal appraisal from a CPA, not a computer appraisal, and he managed that, paid for it, and sent him out here. He was a really nice guy. I had about 42,000 in equity and we were able to capitalize on that then I could finish paying off all the projects I had to fund to make the house where I wanted it and few other things. I'm superiorly happy.

Everything was pretty good from the moment the rep and I conversed. It was a walkthrough process from first sit down conversation to closing. The professionalism and customer service was great.

I've gotten excellent service through ClearPath and I've never had a problem with them.

I did the VA loan and it was an easy-going, pretty smooth transaction. My loan officer was also easy-going. He knew what I was working toward. He was great as an officer. Clearpath picked the phone up for me whenever I called. They had answers for every question that I had.

There was a lot of legwork and it was a lot of phone calls and text messages and trying to get everything right and together. But overall, it went pretty well. The rep we worked with was really good.

I liked what ClearPath had to offer. They have more direct communication and a smoother process. The other company I called didn't have their act together and gave me the runaround. The two girls I worked with at ClearPath were very forthcoming and made the process very easy. They were very attentive. If I left a message, they would call back right away. They were very good at staying on top of things. There was a couple of paperwork. But you're going to get that when you do things over the phone. I also like their loyalty program. It's where in six months if the interest rates go down, they offer you a chance to refinance and go to a lower rate. I like that even after the process is over, they keep on it. They don't just say, "Goodbye, we're done." The whole process took 30 days.

All I did was refinance. It was fairly quick. And communication was fine. I did the cashout thing to pay off some bills. That was the refinance cash. It was tough. I told ClearPath if I couldn't pay off certain stuff, it wasn't worth it. But if I could pay that off, I would refinance, and that's what happened. The interest rate everywhere could have been a bit lower because I was going for a 3.2 and ended up into a 5-point-something. That was too much. But at the time, it was beneficial. So, I did it.

I've dealt with ClearPath for years. When the service is beneficial for me, the reps call and say what they can do. I've done one every eight months to bring my rates down. I started with another company and after the initial application process, they wanted copies of all kinds of stuff at the initial paperwork. Also the final numbers were not good enough so we stopped. Months later, ClearPath started the process and they only asked for a few things compared to the 20 something items with the other company. They knew what they were doing compared to the other company.

The reps handled everything and answered every question that I asked. Providing the documents was very easy once the rep showed me how to take a picture of it on my phone and download it and send it off. That was something I didn't know but I know now. It was a great experience with ClearPath.

The communication with the ClearPath rep was really good. I work at my job and I'm not allowed to have my cellphone in the building. So I gave him a during the workday phone number/email address. He was very prompt with any updates that he received getting them passed over to me, as well as any additional options or just confirming things that we went over. Overall, I was very impressed.

Working with ClearPath Lending was easy. They're good people. When they needed something, they called me. And if I needed a question, I could call the rep. No ifs and/or buts. I'd work with ClearPath again in a minute.

I worked with ClearPath in the past and I liked the way they do business, so I wanted to do business with them again. They made the application process very easy to understand and walked me through it and dealt with me. Going through purchasing a home and dealing with mortgages, it's quite a lengthy and in-depth process, and that can be tricky for anyone. But ClearPath made it really simple and easy to understand. The process was done in a timely manner. It could have been done faster. But it was fine. They were always available there for me at any time. They went above and beyond. The people that I've dealt with even gave me their cell phones to get ahold of them if I needed to get ahold of them on the days that they were closed on the weekends. So they were very helpful. If I had any questions, they'd be there for me.

ClearPath clicked back in, took the ball and went running with it. But they didn't mail out the loan. They picked the ones must be taken care of. But they left all up to me to find these people to pay them. The title company sent me all the checks. And they didn't have the right prefix on the thing. They had NBC. Who is NBC? TOM. Who is that? I had to find out, call somebody. And it was very frustrating getting everybody paid. We got Nina in the midst of it and she was okay. There was a lot of misdirection in it, and she was poor on communicating but she got the job done. Also, I liked the first one I worked with. He was all right with me.

The people part of ClearPath was very good. The loan officer was very good. Joe was almost like a part of the family. He was very accommodating. His assistant was new, so she was still learning things. There were a few times that I had already handled things with Joe and it’s already taken care of, but she was late catching up. So I had to bring her up to speed.

ClearPath Lending made the process very easy for me. That's the main reason I get along well with my lenders. They're very informative and easy to work with. It's a little different for investment properties than primary residences. But for the most part, it has been straightforward. They're upfront. They pay different things off in order to get a better rate. So, there are different ways that they go about, try to work with me to get the loan to the best benefit.

It was an easy process the first time I used ClearPath, so I used them the second time for a VA refi. It was still easy to work with them and I had no issues. The whole process took less than 60 days.

I called ClearPath and they didn't call me back. I went with the first person I found and they ended up being another company, and they were not good. Right when I was ready to cancel the whole deal, a fellow named Long called me, returning the call to see if I had gone through with buying a house and all this other stuff. I told him what was going on. I asked him if I could legally switch. He said, "Yeah, do whatever you want. You're the consumer. They can't tell you what you can or can't do." I traded it to him. He has done more in three days, and they did it over a month. My closing date with the original company was November 11th. We're a week and a half to close, and he exceeded that date. We did it on November 1st. I was on the phone with him at 11:48 at night, trying to get the rate locked in because the rates are going up the next day. He finally got it locked in. He stayed up all night working to do that just because it's the kind of guy he is.

This is my fifth time of refinancing with ClearPath Lending, so I always call Long when I'm ready to do this. And it has been a bit easier every time. It's also quick. Long is on top of it. He's very thorough with what he does and what I need to do. Also very thorough in answering questions when I had something come up. And he was very nice on the phone. We're still having some issues with one of the checks that they sent to pay off my credit cards. That has been the only hiccup. I would like to have a lower rate, because I didn't go to a higher rate this time. But the terms were okay.

After I worked with ClearPath the first time, everything was so simple and easy, and communication was good, so I kind of stuck with them. Dominic is amazing. I really have to do very little. He handles everything.

The approval for the refinance with ClearPath Lending was right away. But everything took about 90 days. We were going through hurricanes, too. So that put us back a little bit. I had to sign again and then it had to be put back, and all the paperwork had to be redone because we had another hurricane. But it had nothing to do with the finance company. The rep always had her supervisor there to answer for me if she couldn't. And I was always satisfied with what she had to tell me. I was able to refinance for the first time and everything went smoothly. ClearPath answered everything. If I wasn't happy with something, they would make sure that I was happy. I ran into a couple of snags and they were good.

I called them one time. I did follow through and I got approved. I got everything through ClearPath. Everything was smooth. It was a good process and it didn't take that long. My loan officer was real nice. He was excellent. The rate a little too high right now. But they said I can get a better interest rate in June.

The whole process and was easy and done in the right way. The rep was always open to the calls. If he was busy, he called back. In a year or so, ClearPath will call me back to try to get the interest back to where it was. I like that.

I was in better hands with ClearPath Lending because I had dealt with them before. I loved them then. I had two females working for me and they were on top of everything. If I called for any questions, the question was answered. If I didn't get in touch, they got back with me within 24 hours. Everything was good for me.

ClearPath's lending process was very charitable and everything was very professional. They came and did a interview with me for an hour to maybe two, then the rep I worked with was very courteous. She came across in a way that she was very receptive. Sometimes, you can get in meetings with people and they can turn you off for whatever reason and she was not like that.

I love the two people that work with me every single time. Wesley and Chris were wonderful. I couldn't ask for better people than these two people.

I had a good experience with them.

We were very happy with ClearPath. The application process with them was very easy. I had not given my W-2 to our tax preparer for the year of 2020, so it was a hassle. But it wasn't their fault. We ended up having to do an amendment. The only complaint I had was their way of searching out the balances. They go by the credit report, and credit reports only get reported every three months. When they told us how much and wrote the checks for people that we owed, there were some that I owed quite a bit still and there were some that were sending me back. For our Walmart account I had to come up with $2,000 out of the money they gave me to pay them off because it showed very little balance and that had to have been reported three months ago when we had it almost paid off.

They handled everything pretty well. There were a lot of differences with the first time that the county, lenders and everybody tied into which prolonged the process by five months. They had issues with getting water testing that they had to do because I was on well water. Then we had the storm that hit Florida and we had to do another inspection. It was a lot of back and forth. My rep and his supervisor were very informative and they talked me through it. Even when I was ready to call it quits, they're like, "You know what? Let's see what we can do to help you out." They both went above and beyond. I was very appreciative and it all worked out.

I was with ClearPath Lending twice. They’ve refinanced my house. Then this time, I pulled out cash to pay off debt. I just happened to contact Steven again because he, as well as Robert, always stayed in contact. So, that made it a little bit easier to just contact them and say, “Hey, this is what I'm trying to do.” I knew what I needed. They also let me know what I needed, but because I had worked with them previously, I was already a step ahead of them and sent them everything prior to us even getting started. So, it was a quick closing. I didn't have any issues. Steven was very communicative and lets me know the process and where I am and what was going on. Robert did the same thing. Robert was the one who started doing all the closing stuff.

When I initially made contact with them, they were thorough and professional. Everything was done in a timely manner. The application process was simple and direct. They explained everything to me. It was a good process.

Everyone was helpful and they communicate both ways. If I had questions, they were quick to respond and if they had a request, they'd let me know what they needed. I'd get it to them and they stayed right on everything. They were easy to work with and I would recommend them if I knew anybody that was trying to finance a house or refi.

When they called, they told me they could get my mortgage down and that made me feel good so I went with them. I have a fixed-rate loan that I got through the VA and the application process was simple and quick. The rep I worked with, Steven, was amazing and quick to respond. If I sent something, I got a response back in a matter of hours, if not minutes, and some days. When I would call, he was very knowledgeable and he was able to help me with any questions I had.

The whole process with ClearPath went pretty good. The rep I worked with was available every time I called him. If I left a message, he would call me right back or he would answer the phone when I called. I have used ClearPath in the past as well and I never had any issues.

I have been a ClearPath customer for a few years now. I refinanced with them three years ago. They have a good loyalty program and their services have always been above and beyond reproach. Also, they are timely, professional, and customer-focused. They're a good organization to deal with and I have had nothing but success with them. This will be my third time refinancing with them and they do everything that they say that they're gonna do. They get right on the refi and handle all business. Chris was my senior lender and he's great. Not only was it a business exchange, but it was also a teachable moment for me because he opened my eyes to some things I had no idea about. I highly recommend them.

My experience with ClearPath started off as good in the beginning once I got approved, then it was slow to get after them to get information. Also, sometimes I wasn't satisfied with the rep not getting back to me. But the application process was okay.
