ClearPath sent me some mortgage and refinance information. I called them and it's been a great experience with them. My initial contact was a really good guy. He followed up with me. A couple of days ago they also called and followed up with me, which was really good because I had been in the hospital and needed information on how to make my payment. They had sent me a link which I gotta go find.

My experience with Clear Path EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Stephen ** was completely SPOT ON, motivated, eager to answer my questions and showed GENUINE concern. I’m certain the rest of fellow Veterans know what I mean when I say “customer service should be a privilege to give to Veterans”. Stephen ** exemplified the privilege. TO ALL VETERANS: Clear Path is the real deal, no fake bull being fed, no promises they can’t keep. I received monthly calls from Stephen ** until I closed and after I closed, he still called, congratulated me, AND said he was going to check in every now and then. I wouldn’t dare lie to my fellow Veterans just to make anybody look good: Clear Path Lending is the CLEAR WAY FORWARD for your financing, refinancing, etc.. give them a call and watch the magic!!! ClearPath Lending has been great. I was coming up on two and a half years since I bought a place and I originally thought I had to wait two years after I got a loan before I could consider refinancing, so I waited. When ClearPath Lending sent me a letter in the mail, I was thinking about refinancing and I was told I didn't have to wait two years. I refinanced and it showed that it would reduce my payment by a couple hundred dollars a month because the interest rates had come down. I wanted to do it because the company I was with, M&T Bank, was gonna raise my payment another couple hundred dollars a month because they wanted more than the escrow account. With M&T, my payment was gonna go from 1,338 to over 1,500, and now that I switched over, my payment is 1,238.
The process through ClearPath Lending went really well. Their guy and I worked together on the phone a few times. He's in California and he gave me his number. I could call him any time and let him know there was something I had to know about. However, everything went so smoothly, I never had any problems or questions. He worked with me really well, and he told me that I would get a letter. The only thing that's weird about it is when I looked at the papers, it showed that I should have gotten a check from M&T Bank for 500-something dollars, but I only got a check for $86. It seems like they still owe me over $400.
After everything over the phone, I received the paperwork and it was no problem at all. I've already made the first payment to them a couple of days ago. I'm definitely happy that I'm paying $300 less than I would have been if I was still M&T Bank. It makes a big difference for someone on a fixed income. I've also been looking for a job for a while and the economy is a mess right now. It isn't going well.

I used ClearPath Lending again, and I like the fact the process was almost not hands-on, once I provided the information they needed. The notary made an appointment and came to my home, and we handled everything right there in my home. While I found several errors sometimes, they went back, spoke with the necessary parties and addressed them almost immediately.
The person who assisted me, Ben, made the lending process straightforward. He answered all my questions and checked in periodically through the years to make sure that my interest rate is where it's okay for me or if it's gone down or if he thought he could help in any kind of way. I referred one of my friends to Ben, and she worked with him to do her loan.

After I got a thing in the mail about ClearPath Lending, I looked into it and called the number. I applied for a loan and it went smoothly. From start to finish, it took a couple of weeks. The loan officer, Mike, was great. He called and kept me informed on what was going on and I haven't had any problems with them. Everything was great.

Somebody from ClearPath Lending called me and I heard them out. I also did my research about calling around and weighed my options. They had the best option for me, so I applied and the process was easy. The reps were good, but I wish they did things a little faster. Going back and forth with certain people or waiting for them to contact me back wasn't ideal because sometimes it wasn't time-efficient. Time is money, and I'd prefer to get everything done quick and get it out of the way. Other than that, they were good.

My husband applied for a loan with ClearPath Lending, which was a referral through the VA, and everything went well. We've dealt with their loan officer for a couple of years already. The one who normally deals with everything calls us and does everything else.

Another lending company caught me at a very weak moment and told me that the VA had my back but it was all a lie. I did an IRRRL with ClearPath and they didn’t betray me like the other one did.

We were getting a lot of letters at that time that were similar to what ClearPath was offering. We thought we didn't have anything to lose by giving them a call. So, we did, and Nick explained it really well. We ended up going with them and refinanced our mortgage. Nick was my contact person the whole time. Any time of day I called, he answered. He was always nice, helpful and friendly. I had a lot of questions, but he spewed away any skepticism I had. He was a great employee for ClearPath.
As soon as we agreed, the rates began to drop. It's crazy. I think it's 5-something, and we were getting letters about dropping down to 4.7. We are saving money every month now that we are with ClearPath Lending. I'd definitely recommend them.

I did the VA IRRRL program, which was the rate reduction, last year. This year, it was an equity cash out, and I had no problems both times.The process was smooth. The representatives I dealt with were pleasant If I couldn't get in touch with them, they'd always call me back. They helped me through the whole process and I was very comfortable working with them.

I worked with ClearPath because of their customer rapport. The representative was straightforward. Any questions or concerns, he would answer me right away. It's just good customer service. The terms that they had were good and getting the documents uploaded was easy. The total process had taken two weeks. They are a good business to deal with.

I'm using the VA loan, and I was trying to bring it down. I was paying almost $1,400 a month, and ClearPath Lending dropped me down to $1,300. Previously, I had Planet Home and didn't like their customer service. My experience went a lot smoother with ClearPath. They kept me in the loop and called me just to make sure I had everything up-to-date.
Since I was a first-time home buyer, they walked me through more than my previous lender did. So, it was easy for me. However, I didn't get my paper for this month, so I had to call them to get it and pay over the phone.

So I was told Clear Path consumer group works with RidgeGate finance. Very dishonest and corrupt. The annoying phone calls wouldn’t stop. They have been calling day and night harassing me. They call from several different Robocall numbers.
To set the record straight - Clear Path Consumer Group has no affiliation, partnership, or any business relationship whatsoever with RidgeGate Finance nor do we use robocalls or automated dialing systems — every outbound call from our company is placed manually by a live team member. It appears someone has incorrectly represented themselves as being connected to us. We take misuse of our name very seriously and want to put a stop to these calls immediately. I needed a little extra cash. I went with ClearPath and the application was smooth. Everything was emailed then I read and signed stuff. It took two months to finish the process because I got started too early. In fact, I think I rushed into the thing and things were a little hurried with my loan officer. But it was imminent that the interest rates were going to go down even farther and overall, I would recommend them.

Everything seemed to be pretty decent at ClearPath. I was supposed to receive a call, the rep said, every week or every day. I know it's hard to do, but he said he's gonna do it and he didn't. But once every two to three weeks, I'd receive a call. Also, any issue I had, he walked me through it.

ClearPath has done really well for me. I've been working with them for the last four refinances and I like the way I've dealt with the same representative for the last three times. I even got him on my phone and he's been really great with me. I would advise my friends to give ClearPath a shot and see if they can help them out and save them some money like they've done for me.

I was looking to refinance and my experience so far with ClearPath has been good. They seem to do pretty well and it took a moment, but it got done. Their communication was also very good. I was in contact with them. Any time I called, they would answer the call. However, I was just looking for a lower rate. But they did give me a rate lower than what I had.

The guy I worked with from ClearPath did the best he could to match the rate of the other company. The payment was a little bit lower than what I expected it to be because I was initially told it's supposed to be 1,700 and something, and it ended up being a little bit under 1,690. He also communicated with me throughout the process via phone call and email. He was good. If I decide to refinance again in the future, I will contact him directly.

It took three weeks for the application process at ClearPath to be done. They asked for Social Security number and all the basic information that you need to buy a house. The rep I worked with also called quite often and was very knowledgeable. Everybody has been friendly and knowledgeable as well. ClearPath works in your best interest. We now own a home.

The application process with ClearPath was very easy. I had a very good loan originator guy who helped me with filling it out correctly. I had a hard case, and he handled it very good. He made sure we got approved.
They got back to me quickly. It took a month or two. I would say they were very responsive.

I’m pretty satisfied with ClearPath. I’ve worked with them before for a refinance, then tried two other lenders, and it was a complete disaster. I was so disappointed that I decided to go back to ClearPath.
My agent, Wesley, does a really good job. I worked with him on a HELOC. Anytime there’s a hiccup, he takes care of it and explains everything. There's been an incident where I didn't follow his instructions, and he was straightforward about it and he let me know. I'm really happy with Wesley and ClearPath. I plan to stay with them for as long as I can.

We have a 30-year mortgage with ClearPath. Their rep was very nice and the process took about three weeks, which I expected. I was hoping that the rate would be lower because the one I had before was 2.5%. Now, I got a 4.2%. Overall, ClearPath is good and it’s all right.

ClearPath reached out to me with a loan program, but I was skeptical because I never heard of them. So, I told them that I wanted to do some research first. And when I did the refinance with them, the customer service person was good. They were thorough and detailed. It was a lady and a man at first. Up to this point, it hasn’t been bad. They’ve actually sold the loan to another broker, but my short experience with them has been pleasant. They also did a good job on the rate and terms, but I think it could have been a little bit better. But I would recommend them.

I helped my brother with his refinancing through ClearPath. He is 100% permanently disabled and I have a power of attorney, so I handled most of the communication. We decided to go with ClearPath because they were the first ones to answer the phone. The application process itself was easy, but there was a lack of communication between the representative from ClearPath and me and my brother. There were several changes to the closing date, but I understand that things happen. The whole process took a little over 30 days. Also, we both thought certain packets were included, but they weren’t, and that was upsetting for my brother.

I did a refinance with ClearPath Lending, and my experience with them was quick and easy. But I haven’t even had my first monthly payment yet. They also sent my mortgage to Village Capital, which I didn't know about until my second call with them. I don’t have any issues besides what they told me I was gonna be receiving compared to what I did receive. They went over all the financial parts, and they told me that I would be receiving a check in the amount of $2,300 due to the escrow balance, but I only got $400. So, I called them, and they said that they’re only the middleman. That’s all I got from them.

I got the VA Loan from Clear Path and it was pretty easy. 0 down, 5% interest rate. Also, if I had any questions about how anything worked, I got an answer pretty much every time I called. I didn't have to deal with robots. I didn't feel like I was talking to salesmen. I felt like I was talking to people, like I was having regular conversations, which is the best. The process took about 20 days and it was way faster than I thought. I’m satisfied with my experience with them. I’d recommend them.

We wanted to get our mortgage and interest rates down. ClearPath was very good at getting that done and we were happy with them. They were very efficient and they did an excellent job. Our rep got things done quickly and the process took about a month or so to finish. They were able to lower the annual percentage rate, then we used their website but a notary came when we had to do the papers that way and signed them.

It took me about a month to process my loan application with ClearPath Lending. Their representatives pretty much answered my questions and I was satisfied with some of the answers they gave me. But I didn’t like the part where the process took longer because they were waiting to see what the market was going to do. When you quote somebody a figure ClearPath Lending should have tried to close it right away.

The lending process at ClearPath Lending was pretty easy. We wanted to refinance to get a lower rate, and everything was electronic, quick, and on time. It was really well prepared and took about a month to complete. The representatives were knowledgeable, and my interaction with them was smooth sailing.
The person I spoke to even gave me his cellphone. He told me to contact him any day or time, and when I did, he answered me right away. He was very nice and pleasant. He was easygoing and took the jokes. We kind of had a “how do you do” interaction, and it wasn’t just all cut-and-dry business. He treated me like a person, so I really appreciated him.

My interest rate was out of this world, and my late husband didn’t have very good credit, so I needed to get my money straight. Then, a representative from ClearPath Lending called me and he was really nice, cool, and upfront. He gave me information, and I didn’t have to pay so much to have my home refinanced. The lending process was great. It went fast and real smooth. I was really happy. It was like God was watching out for us.

The loan officer who assisted me was generally informative and helpful, addressing my questions and concerns. However, I did encounter an issue: the disclosure of fees. It turned out that some fees were not presented upfront and I only discovered these additional charges during the signing process. This lack of transparency was disappointing. It would have been immensely helpful if ClearPath Lending had been more forthcoming about these costs from the beginning. Despite this setback, I appreciate the overall service but believe there's room for improvement in their communication concerning fees.

In the end, we were not satisfied. I think we had a letter from ClearPath Lending in the mail, and we thought the company was gonna be a good company. The application process took three months and was not a problem at all.
The loan officer was the one who told us that we could skip two months’ payments and get $5,000 that’s in our escrow back. That didn’t work out at all the way we thought it was gonna work out. We were only able to skip one month of payments. I called them back and asked what happened. They said they would call me back. I have not gotten a phone call yet. It’s been almost a month.
I feel that the loan officer should have made sure that we got what they promised us in the beginning. The experience was disappointing. I would absolutely not recommend ClearPath.

We refinanced our VA loan through ClearPath. The process was simple. We called the number on the letter, they took our information, and they handled almost everything. They kept in touch with us once a week and sent someone to our house to sign the paperwork.
It took about a month and a half, but they stayed in contact the whole time. I was impressed with how much the representative communicated. ClearPath was very helpful. They lowered our interest rate quite a bit.

The application process at ClearPath was fairly easy. Everything was digital online, and it got signed pretty fast. When I was refinancing my house, Clearpath sold it for me.
The customer service is pretty good so far, like the phone calls.

I’ve been working with ClearPath Lending for a long time. They're a very nice company. They were introduced to me through one of the people I had my mortgage with. They’ve been doing the refinances for me, but they might have been a part of the actual mortgage.
I've worked for the same woman most of the time I've done this with them and I like that. We talked on the phone, but most of it I find everything online except for the final piece of it.
I would recommend them highly. They're fast, they take care of you, they call you if things are going wrong and they make sure you get all the documentation you need. The pricing, that really doesn't have anything to do with them though. That's a state-type thing.

This is my 1st home and my 1st refinance. Almost every bad story you can be told about having your deed, identity, etc. stolen I have heard it. So I trust no one, and haven't been given a reason to until now. I received a letter 1 day. A call the next day. Paperwork to sign a week later and closed a couple of weeks after that. Lilly updated me constantly step by step and we are already talking about future steps. This is the type of company I wanted, a company that allows room for loyalty and proven commitment. Not a company that pushes me off till the end of every month.

I've utilized ClearPath for the past couple of years, and my experience has been wonderful. I’ve been dealing with the same person since I started this process and she’s been my watchdog. She lets me know what's happening in the markets and where to go, calls me up when interest rates go down and asks me what I want to do. So, it’s been great. They send me encrypted files that nobody else can read unless they have the code that I have, so I like that.

This was our second mortgage and our last mortgage with ClearPath. They were very helpful, knowledgeable. The loan officer tried to get us the right interest rate and made sure we understood everything before we signed the loan and kept us updated on when they would be able to come out for the closing. When we got the house, our rate was 5.5. When we did a refinance with ClearPath, it was 7.25. This time around, it's still in the 7, and it should've gone down a little bit more.

My experience with ClearPath was pleasant. The process took about a month and it went along fairly smooth. The rep kept me informed by calling me and telling me the process and the steps they were in. They worked with me to solve everything that I found wrong. One of them was the interest rate which they reduced. It was 5% something, and it went down to 4% something. I got a better deal.

I have been using ClearPath Lending for several years, completing about 4 or 5 refinances with them. Initially, I found them online and chose them primarily because of their impressive offerings for VA loans. Compared to big names like USAA, ClearPath provided significantly better interest rates and terms. I appreciate their consistent attentiveness throughout the application process. Despite my stubbornness and tendency to be quite demanding, their team always manages to stay patient and helpful.
The team's always been there, especially with this new refinance. They called me to make sure that I got it before the interest rates started going back up. So, I got a really good interest rate that nobody else gets. I'm in the fives where everybody else is still in the sixes, ‘cause they called me at the right time. I am satisfied with my experience with them.

I had an experience with ClearPath Lending, and it was wonderful, particularly due to Ron. From the start, there was no hassle or worry, and he was incredibly honest with me. He consistently checks in, even after the refinancing was complete, which really showcases his dedication.
I initially got in touch with ClearPath a while back, and although my memory isn't as sharp, I do recall a previous not-so-great experience with another representative. Ron took over and completely turned things around, highlighting what true customer service should look like. I don't even talk to anyone else about refinancing.
If anyone asks me about ClearPath, I always recommend Ron. I make sure to tell them that if they want an honest and reliable person to handle their mortgage needs, Ron is the one to call. He's straightforward and makes the process smooth.

My experience with ClearPath has been horrible. Whatever coordination had been done between ClearPath and the other organization has caused me to still be in a whole bunch of frenzy. The whole thing is screwed up to the point that my credit score was hit twice and they've reported me late but my loan still hasn't closed.
Once I signed the papers, ClearPath was supposed to figure out and coordinate all that was supposed to be happening. The payoff was done, but the company still deducted a different amount. It was a confusing thing where I had to have both companies on the phone. Apparently, the old company sent me back money they weren't supposed to. We're in December now and this happened in July or August. I was in progression of doing another financial deal in October but that financial deal got canceled because the company placed an erroneous late payment on my file and it deduced my credit score by 180 points. They fixed it a week later, but I lost the deal. There also came a point where ClearPath told me they had nothing else to help me with and I gotta figure it out on my own. I will never use them again.

I had a great experience with ClearPath. I've had them for a long time, and this is the second time I worked with them. The first time, the process wasn't long, and Chris, the rep, did a great job. When I called him, he answered me, and if I left him a message, he got back to me. This gentleman treated me very well. I haven't heard from him for the second thing, so he's working on it. I'm gonna reduce my interest rate. I'd tell people, "They're good. Go ahead and use them."

ClearPath has the best interest rate among the other companies. I got a VA refinance and the application process was easy. The rep took care of everything. I didn't have to do very much. However, they should be more transparent in communication as far as escrow.
I felt it went well. But towards the end, it was in underwriting for a very long time and I would call a lot and wonder why. Because it was the last 10 days we were waiting for a signature and it felt like that was a very long time that didn't need to be.

I called a number of different companies including ClearPath which I have used in the past. I like their rate and did a conventional loan with them. Once we got everything started, it was a pretty smooth process which took less than a month. If you need to consolidate bills and wanna do it in this manner, ClearPath is a good company to call. They take care of everything and are efficient. The only thing that could have been improved was the delivery of the documents. The FedEx driver just threw them inside my garage. It happened to be open the day he showed up and didn't let anybody know where he'd thrown them.

Our experience started out with a bang but ended up with a whimper. ClearPath was contacting us and asking us for information. There was a lot of communication. The guy that started the loan with us was a good guy and did all of the right stuff. But when he transferred us to the people doing the loan, it went downhill from there rapidly. When we got down to the few final days, it was an absolute nightmare. They started asking us for information that we had already provided. When we had questions, we got no callbacks. We had to call four different people to try to get an answer.
The woman that was handling a part of the loan didn't respond back to the title company handling our closing. She was awful. The company couldn't get information out of her that they needed. We were supposed to close that Monday on the 11th. About the 8th, we still weren't 100% sure that we were going to close that day. It didn't make any sense that we were running around, doing all of this at the end.
They were asking us where we got the money for the down payment. We sold another home so we had the cash to put down for the deposit. We sent them verification of that four times. They asked us for the bank statement and we sent them the closing documents from the sale of the other home. They insulted us a couple times. We were speechless when we've already had a loan with them and they know we've got money. It felt like bait and switch. It went on at least three months of going back and forth. If we could have switched companies at that point, we would have.
There was one person at ClearPath that we could call and get a response from. If we couldn't get anybody else that was handling different parts of the loan on the phone, we could get her. We would give her kudos because she was very attentive. The supervisor who had contacted us, initially, called us any time he needed something. But towards the end, he didn't respond to any phone messages.

ClearPath was the only lender that offered me 5.75. Everybody else was offering me 6.2. The best thing for me was to take the cheaper percentage, and it gave me an extra $1,000 in my pocket. During the online application, there was a little arrow at the bottom, but it didn't take me to the last page. There was a word that said "previous" but I didn't see it. It took me all the way back to the beginning of the application. But it was a good experience because now I know what money cost nowadays.
Living off a disability check is hard but it was a lot better with ClearPath because they understand the situation that people are in if you explain it in detail. They're a family-oriented company. There were two of them that I talked to, and they were awesome. Everything was perfect the way ClearPath Lending had set it up. If they offer me a better deal the next time, I'll probably take it again.

ClearPath handles VA loans and I've gone through them before. This time, the lending process took a lot longer than what I expected as far as trying to get stuff ready. It seemed like it was just new paperwork every so often that we had to dig and find. But the customer support was all good. They've always responded to my emails pretty quickly. The process took two months but they kept me updated and they stayed in communication with me to let me know how things were going. I was pretty impressed with that. I'd recommend them. They're user-friendly and they stay on the ball.

ClearPath Lending is great and I wouldn't go with anybody else. I first heard about them when I got a cold call from Nick and he's very honest. He tells me the truth and I really appreciate that. From the first three times I worked with ClearPath, everything went smoothly. We did everything and I ain't got nothing bad to say about ClearPath. My loan officer was great. Clearpath reached out to me through the mail, then I called the number and talked to somebody. I did a VA loan and the application process took less than two weeks. The rep and I kept in contact with each other every day. We had to reach out to somebody else to get the financial part taken care of, then Clearpath got me set up with the person who did the signatures. Everything went very well, and my 5.87 annual percentage rate is the lowest ever that anybody has at this current time. I'd tell people to go ahead and look into Clearpath, and if it fits their capabilities, they should go for it.

I like the people that I worked with. They knew what they were talking about and were personable. I was a real person. This time around, it was no problem because they already had all of our information. So, it made it very easy. The loan officer got me started, but he turned me over to a woman named Rocky. She was amazing. I liked her a lot. She always had an answer for me and I never had to wait. It went through a lot of hands before we ended up with our mortgage holder. That was a little confusing to me. But I would call ClearPath Lending and they would let me know what was going on. Even though somebody else held our mortgage, ClearPath still worked with me. We've had two sons die in two years and being able to do this made a huge difference in being able to pay travel expenses and burial costs. It made it so we didn't have to go into debt and I like that.

The loan officer was great. He had reached out to us a couple of times previously and touched bases, and he wasn't pushy. At that point, we weren't ready to do anything, then he reached out to us again when the rates had dropped a little. Once we saw the rates dropped, we were ready to pull the trigger and go on. The guy was really nice and knowledgeable, and I didn't feel pressured to do anything or feel like I needed to hang up on him. It was an easy call. We also felt that the guy's follow-up was great. So, why not stick with him?
The process was great. We've owned other homes before and had done a similar type of rate reduction, so we had an idea what was going on, but ClearPath still walked us through it and made the process really easy. We have a scanner, so we just scanned and sent the documents to them. Everybody that we talked to at ClearPath was great. Every time we had to contact somebody or they contacted us, they were very informative, nice and walked us through everything. This includes the guy that came out and signed the loan docs in our house. Overall, it's been a great experience. It's been nice to be able to stick away two months’ worth of house payment, and the lower payment sure didn't hurt at all. It helped us pay off a couple other little loans that we had floating around.

We had very high discrepancy on my credit so the process took about 60 days. They had to send the checks to us to give to my creditors. But by the time we got it, certain creditors had already sent it in to collection, to different other agency. That was kind of difficult in trying to pay all these people off. We refinanced because we wanted to pay our creditors off and build up our credit. So right now, it's pending. They're waiting for another big check to pay off all these people. They got about four of them pending right now.

My experience with ClearPath Lending was horrible. They lied to me, and they ended up selling my account to a different organization. I didn't even know they were doing that. They just signed me up so they can sell it. I don't like that idea. I thought I would be with them forever until I decided to refinance it again. Their rep didn't tell me right off the bat. A week and a half after I had everything approved, they sold the loan. If I would have known that they were gonna sell it, I probably wouldn't have signed up with these people.

ClearPath Lending is easy to work with and they give you the best rate. They did my loan when I bought the house. But we didn't meet the original deadline of June and I was disappointed. The underwriters had an issue. We struggled a little bit and ended up getting it done at the end of July. I was always in contact with James and when I called him, he knew me by name. It was easy to talk to him about anything. He had a really good personality and no question was stupid. He made it easy for me to finalize the documents and I didn't have to do anything.

We had ClearPath on five different refinances for the past nine years. They are very open and easy to communicate with. They call every Friday with an update and I like that. I knew the rep would call around what time every Friday. Even if she didn't even have an update, she would just call and it was nice to know that.

I decided to get a refinance through them. Well my experience is hell. Quine ** told me not to pay my September mortgage so I didn't I paid other bills. She passed my information to other workers and the next thing my phone is being blown up to pay the September mortgage. I explained to them about Quine. They don't care.I need help with this mess and the ad says you don't have to pay for 2 months. That is a lie to.

I originally used another company, but when I was going through the refinancing process, ClearPath was able to give me a better rate and a better deal than any other lender around here. Their rep, Steven, was super awesome. We did the application together on the phone and we had it done within 45 minutes. And he knocked everything out for me for the most part. He laid everything out in black and white for me and he didn't give me any issues. If I had questions, he answered me within a day or two or that same day. Everything was really simple and straight to the point.

I was paying about $600 a month for the loan that I already had. ClearPath dropped it down about 1,500 a month. But I wouldn't pay them that. I thought they would do a lot better, but they didn't. But they did the process as quick as they could do it. The man who did the talking did me wrong. He told me one thing, but we did another. He said I wouldn't have to pay them. He also said that it would be worthwhile to get money right quick, and the interest rate would be about the same. But the rate went way up. It was a bad experience. I'm very dissatisfied with it.

I've had four loans with ClearPath and the experiences were okay. What I liked about it was when they had the IRRRL program so no one could touch the rate. With this last refinance that I did a few months ago, the fellow that I had was professional and wasn't pushy. I had the phone number of one of the guys in the upper management. He had helped me with one of the ones in the middle after I had a poor experience. But I couldn't get ahold of him this time so I called the generic line and I happened to get in touch with this guy. He was on it from when the interest rates were gonna be raised. He was on the ball for everything.
It's VA loan and normally, it's hard. But because ClearPath has all my information from prior loans, that wasn't bad at all. It took the typical 21 days to close. It was all how he said it was gonna be. I told him I was still trying to get the rate down so he got me down further than I thought I would get. It's almost 7.5 and he got me down to 6. I didn't think I'd get under 6.5.

ClearPath Lending helped me out with my first loan. This time, I was lucky to have a good agent. He explained everything and made everything smooth for me. He answered all the questions I got and I could call him any time. He would answer by email, text or phone. But instead of having a 90% on the loan, he gave me 100%. It cost my interest rate to be higher. I was gonna give up and find a different lender at that time but I was running out of time so I had to go for it. He said he will help me out find a lower interest rate after six months. Hopefully, he'll fulfill that promise.

If someone's gonna do what we did, I would recommend ClearPath above the other financial institutions that handled any mortgages for us in the past. I called the number that was on the letter that I received in the mail and ended up talking to people, and I felt comfortable with it. The person was informative, and our interactions guided me through the process quite well.
Other than what was requested, ClearPath's process went smoother. If I was to look at the process overall, the steps were the same. However, there were less problematic issues than with anybody else. I was also pleased that when I had questions, the response to those questions was quicker, and working through any issues that happened to exist was a lot smoother than other companies.

The rep with ClearPath was very nice and respectful. She answered all of our questions and called us every time she had something that needed to be done. There was so much paperwork, but I like how easy it is for everything, to make payments and talk to people. There were some people that hacked them but they got all that straightened out and I'm glad they did.

I refinanced twice previously with another company but I dumped them to go with the two girls I worked with in ClearPath. They were very polite and thorough. I can't refinance again for 710 days and they said they will call me again in November. So, we’re set up to refinance again already. Hopefully, those two girls are still working there.

The application process was smooth. The young man that was helping us was very knowledgeable. He took a good hour to answer my questions and didn't leave me hanging. The application process with ClearPath was straightforward. The application to closing took a reasonable amount of time, and I didn't have any problem with them putting together the loan package. Their reps stayed on top of it and gave me the information I needed. My goal was to get the loan package closed and that, and they did it. I like their professionalism. I didn’t have to keep calling. When it was time to close, everything went smoothly. I got a better interest rate, too.

We've done several things with ClearPath. We met the rep, Ron, eight years ago when we lived in San Diego and he did some refinancing for us. We got on their privilege program, and he kept in touch, and it was always a good relationship. At this time, we were looking to refi and they beat everybody’s numbers. So they were the wisest choice for us to go with. We've done this enough times and I'm a VA veteran that it was all front and understandable, and we didn’t have that many questions. What questions we had, Ron got answers immediately.

ClearPath gave me more of a choice of what I wanted to do with the loan. Applying was fairly simple. They didn't need a bunch of paperwork. They just needed the name, social, and date of birth to get everything rolling and everything approved. ClearPath is awesome and I'm happy with my lower monthly payment. It's better than what I had before, especially where the rates are at right now. So, I'm glad I did it when I did.

It was easy to obtain my mortgage with ClearPath. They were friendly and helpful. All I did was call Mike and say, "This is what we're looking for," and he said, "No, I have a better option for you. How about this?" He gave us a couple more options that we didn't know about. And we didn't even do anything online except sign our paperwork. Every time things would change, he would always call us to make sure that we were doing okay or needed any help. I hadn't heard from them in a while, I had called him 'cause we needed to pay some bills, and that was where we were going to refinance and he gave us options on different programs. We went with something different than what we were thinking because of his knowledge.

I was very satisfied with ClearPath Lending. It just took a little bit longer than I thought it would, but everything came together. We were waiting for a closing date and we were beyond the deadline as I was promised, but I was consolidating certain credit systems and they finally consolidated for me. We've been working with each other on the mortgage system for a few years. Their customer service was great in comparison to others. Their reps were a little more knowledgeable and they handled everything up front except for the two payments. I could only keep one. I think the closing date was the reason why it wouldn't allow me to keep two as promised, but I was satisfied. They came through with the necessary people whom I had to sign the mortgage papers and as promised and they sent the payoff checks and I was happy with that.

I had a good experience with ClearPath. They got everything taken care of and it was in a timely fashion for the most part. The only part that I had to be patient in waiting to hear back because of everything, dealing with the other mortgage company. But for the most part, everything was smooth and clear. The communication was really good. The rep stayed in contact with me and let me know what was going on. If I had any questions, he went ahead and was able to answer my questions. If he didn't have the answer right then, he would get the answer and definitely give me a call back within 24 hours. It was a good process.

They gave me a very clear direction on what I needed to do and the information provided to me was precise and understandable. It was seamless and whatever had to be done was done very quickly. I had a contact person and I was able to just talk to her. If she couldn't address something immediately, she found out how to address it and let me know. I did a refinance and then I rolled some consumer loan into the new mortgage as well. The reps were all very cheerful. Every time I had to talk to them, it was very pleasant. They were very helpful. I was honestly shocked by how pleasant the whole experience was dealing with them in the step of the process. I worked with Helena and she was always be on top of her game. If I asked a question, she’d know the answer already. So, I appreciate that kind of knowledge base for any employee in any company that provides any service.

The application process with ClearPath Lending was patchy. I would hear a lot then nothing. They would give a lot of information all at once then it would be two or three weeks before I heard from anyone. It was a little confusing at first, trying to figure out which part of the loan process I was in. But every time I called in, they answered. My rep was very sweet. She did her best to make me feel I wasn't getting scammed (the letters are scam-feeling). But I wish that they had a more clear process on how to pay for the mortgage and see the process. I like having a portal where I can see everything.

ClearPath Lending makes the process a lot easier. I can never tell about whether they're saving me any money, but I never felt like I was being messed with. I always felt like it was a safe process. Several years ago, when I was trying to buy this house, they set up Freedom Mortgage as my lender, then they stayed with me. I did a refinance after that, and now I've done another refinance. I had to. I needed some money to fix the house, and they put me with a different mortgage company. Everybody I've talked to has been good.

The lending process was great. From application to closing took a month and they told me everything that was going on and how long it would take. I knew everything from the beginning. But it seems like I won't be able to go down on my payment after seven months because they switched it over to someone else. It's gonna be higher if I do try to refinance next time and get a lower payment.

The only thing I was disappointed in was they gave me credit of 7% point something. I'm a veteran and the new company that I got gave it to me at 5%. 5% something and 7% point something is a big difference.

They hung in there with us and when we were about to give up, the rep said, "Don't give up on it. We'll get this thing done." They were able to get the rate that I needed. It was pretty competitive.

My friend in Virginia recommended me to ClearPath but I ignored her. I tried going with Navy Federal but had such an awful experience. I was almost done with Navy Federal. Then I switched and went to ClearPath. The lending process was smooth. They were on top of it. They told me what they needed. I got them what they needed and everything went great.
When I was dealing with Navy Federal, they would tell me they needed something two or three days after they needed it. They weren't very communicative. Every time I looked for my loan officer, he was on vacation or sick. Then it was being passed off to all kinds of different people. There was no real sense of urgency with Navy Federal. But with ClearPath, I would either text my loan officer and he would get back to me right away or I would email. They were fantastic.

I was looking for a refinance with a lower rate and they got the best plan I thought for myself. They seemed friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to talk with me about what I was trying to do and what they were trying to do. It lowered my payment, but now I owe more than I ever did. They took the other loan and paid it out. I had to pay off the roof repair on the other one and it added 10,000 to it. They had to pick up what half they thought was worth when they financed it and added that to the total. But I knew that would happen.

I like ClearPath Lending. They sent a coupon in the mail and I was interested because I wanted to lower my mortgage. At that time, it was 1,500. And when the rep and I first spoke, it was 7.49, he said he could get it down to 5.45, and I was interested. At that time when we spoke, I had made four payments on my mortgage. And to do the application, I had to have made payment for six months. But he decided that he could still take all my information, I continued to make two more payments, not saying he guaranteed. But when he did the credit check, he gave me an update that I would be approved, and it took two months. But he was professional. He gave me his direct line. He would allow me to text him, take pictures, and send it through his text. Any question I had any time of the day except for after-hours of closing, I would feel free to give him a call.
He explained everything to me. It was cut-and-dry. He was truthful with everything and I had faith in him. Even though I called and told him that, "I received another letter in the mail and their payments would have been lower and their mortgage rate would have been lower. But I contacted you first, and you went through trying, doing, checked credit report and everything. I'm gonna stick with you when I could have gone with them because they may have had a better deal, but I wouldn't have known." So, I told them I would get back with ClearPath and I told the rep to continue the process. I didn't have to come out of pocket for any expenses. The appraisal was already included. Also, I was allowed two months without making a payment so I could catch up on a few more bills. It was fantastic. If ClearPath Lending could lower my payments some more, I would love it.

ClearPath has a normal application process. They wanted to know how much my house is worth and how much cash I wanted to take out of it, and when I wanted to go to closing. The process took a couple of months, but that was because I was procrastinating. I would call one lender and then, I'd call ClearPath. Ultimately, it came down to the interest rates for moving and ClearPath had the best one going. Once I made up my mind, they were very quick. It was a little bit confusing because the guy I talked to at first had an aide, so she was answering more of my question. Then it seemed to me that I got a couple of other things with either texts or an email, and it was from somebody else.
Finally, one day, I just had to ask him. I said, "All right. Now, who is this?" "Oh, that's my assistant." "Well, then who is this?" They say it was an assistant's assistant. So, it got a little confusing there. But the information that I was being provided was always consistent. I think they just put more people in line so that they would be responsive, and they were always responsive to my questions.

They were very proactive. I had some concerns along the way, but they addressed and handled them all. One was my issue, but they were patient with me on that. My loan officer was cordial, friendly and professional. The application process went very smoothly. I was satisfied.

ClearPath’s quote was super competitive and they always picked up when we called and responded right away via email when we emailed them. Other places had made promises and then backed out. ClearPath seemed to stick by their word. Their program saved us almost 200 bucks a month and the term of the loan changed to 17 years. The original was 30 so it saves us a ton of money just from that alone. It would end up saving $45,000. They took their time and made sure we were getting the best deal for our scenario. The application process was easy because everything ClearPath needed us to do, the reps set it up in Verisign or DocuSign. They would send us a link to a website and it would take us right to the thing that we need to sign and there would be an explanation of what it was. You could digitally sign it and send it right back. So we were able to turn around everything they needed almost immediately. It was streamlined.
The rep would either call or email back right away if we had any questions. And he explained in layman’s terms so we didn’t have to hire a lawyer to figure out what he was saying. He squared us away. He answered everything before we even committed and signed anything, so it was good. There are probably other companies that could do it, but none of them that could explain it to us the way ClearPath did. They were very polite and it's been the easiest process. We've had mortgages and loan officers before but this is probably the best experience we've had.

We had used ClearPath Lending before, and they were so good and so helpful all the way through the process as they have been this time. We're retired now and we needed some additional help. We were taking some of our equity. During the application process, they found a way to explain everything. If we had a question, they always answered. They've gone out of their way to help us and make sure we had everything in place at the right time. I never had a problem with somebody not responding to me quickly. Overall, the process was easy the first time and second time. Both times, the loan officers were exceptional.

The application process at ClearPath was good and very simple. They were clear about what they needed. I've used them twice, and the two reps that I used were both very good. They were patient and personable, and if I didn't understand something, they took time to explain it. The rate's pretty good. I had a better interest rate prior to this last refinance, but even with this last refinance, it was 4%. I didn't think that was too bad because I've heard that it's 7% now.

I used ClearPath Lending years ago. I like the way that they handled things. They're clear on what they were doing. They've kept me abreast each step of the way about what the process was as far as what I could and could not do. Information-wise, they were really helping in that situation. When we began working with ClearPath Lending in 2019, they got us a good interest rate. After that, I went back with them because there was a lady, Matma, who's genuine. She cares about the consumer and not just trying to get my money. She made it personal. We're part of the loyalty program so now, we don't have any closing costs if we refinance. We just refinanced again with ClearPath and the process was super easy. It took two weeks because they already had our information. All we had to do was get the appraisal and the water inspection done. The only thing was once we had all of the disclosure, it moved over to another gentleman. But I didn't care for him that much because his communication wasn't as good as Matma's. I had to call him for things and ask him questions instead of him calling me and keeping me updated on things. That was a little bit frustrating.

ClearPath got me out of debt. Every time I had a question, the rep answered it. If he needed information, I was able to get it to him. He told me exactly what he needed and once I gave him the basic information about what I was looking for, he gave me multiple options. If I couldn't get ahold of him over the phone, I could email or text. Any question that I had, if he didn't know the answer, he would get the answer and call me back the same day. Everything with him was great and so was with the closing office. The other entities made it horrible 'cause I would call one of my credit cards trying to get a payoff amount or where to send the money, but it was like pulling teeth. But the loan officer was patient. He kept trying to coach me through it. He was reassuring me that everything was fine.

The experience during the application process with ClearPath was a little strenuous. There were a lot of protocols and it doubled up on paperwork and signatures. It was a bit of a mess. But it was a longer process because it's a VA loan. This took a few months more than it should have. But Cameron, the rep I was primarily working with, was answering my calls. He was looking into situations for me. So ClearPath did a fantastic job.
Cameron helped me out a lot and dug into issues that we were having to give me solid answers. Even in those moments where the answer was not readily available, it didn't take very long for Cameron to hunt it down or get in contact with people. And he called me back. I never went too long, a day at most, with no answers or no contact. He was very attentive, hospitable and knowledgeable, and the customer service was fantastic. Overall, it was a great experience with Cameron, apart from everything else that was outside of both his and my control. ClearPath is very competitive, as far as percentage rates, and what they're able to do. Of the three companies that I was quoting, they were the best. Because I was already a return customer, I got a little more leeway with them as far as price and breaks.

We called to see what ClearPath could get done, and they were able to do what my father needed. It was a lot of paperwork. We were taking my mother's name off the house 'cause she passed away so there was extra stuff that we had to look for but they made it as painless as possible. Everybody I talked to was awesome. I did a cash-out refinance with ClearPath. The gentleman assigned to my case was very knowledgeable. I loved that it wasn't a "we have to do this to get the sale" type of experience. It was "here are your options, let me know how you feel about it." So providing me with information and empowering me to make a decision or what I believe would work best for me sold me on why I should work with them.
My loan officer did not move forward until she had clarity on everything. She would send the email saying, "Hey, I reviewed these things. I have some questions. Can we follow up on these things?" Each week, I was able to be given an update. So if something did not go as planned or if there were some new things that popped up, she was very communicative. I saved a bunch of money going through ClearPath who assigned me to the same servicer who tried to charge me a higher interest rate, and that was ironic.

Four years ago, ClearPath did one of my remortgages and they've always kept in touch with me. I ended up getting another mortgage through a different company and when I wanted to get an equity loan, I went back to them. They offered me what I thought was the best deal. According to them, I had just about everything that they needed. It was a great experience for both of us and we had it all done within a week or so. I worked with Steve and he made sure I got all the details so I knew what was out there and what was available. Also, my husband was a vet and he was able to help me with some of that stuff. I would tell others that my experience with ClearPath has been good.

The rep did an outstanding job. He worked hard to ensure that I was satisfied with the numbers that he was giving me. Even through all that, I came back a second time because I wanted to make a change as far as my cash-out option was concerned. He understood that there was a change after my wife and I talked about it. He made his adjustment and came back. I was very impressed with that. Sometimes, when things like that are going on, especially when they'd been putting so much hard work into things, and you come back and make a change, that could irritate the person a little bit. But he was very patient and professional as to how he handled that.
I recommend considering ClearPath because of my experience. People around me value professionalism and customer service. ClearPath meets those qualifications. They paid attention to any little thing that needed to be taken care of before it became a big issue. I'm very pleased. At the time of the application, it didn't take a lot of time to fill out the information. It was a worry-free process for me. The team did an excellent job. Each one of them that I spoke with was very proactive with communications. They made me feel they had my best interest in mind.

The first time I dealt with ClearPath was pretty good. The second time, the guy never called me back so I went to Rocket Mortgage. I decided to go back to ClearPath for a refi and this experience was excellent. The application process went smoothly and took about an hour. My rep was above and beyond. She was very detailed and professional. She did what she said she was gonna do. She said she was gonna call and she did. If she said she was gonna send me a text, she did. That had not been my experience previously with ClearPath. The only thing is I'm not happy that they sold my loan to another company. They did notify me after they did it. But at some juncture, I don't wanna be bothered with them anymore.

I emailed the guy we had worked with last time in our last refinance and a different guy responded. He got back to us with a quote within two hours and the next day, everything was moving. The initial person we talked to as well as the one when things got serious were both great. We wrote back and forth on a few things though I ended up calling a bunch trying to figure out what they meant by certain things. But they explained everything. I never felt like I was doing something without understanding what was going on. They answered the phone every time they got my number.
ClearPath’s mail looks like spam. I can't believe I even responded to the letter for the refinancing. But when it said 1.75, we didn't have a reason not to try that. When you look at their website, they're all so young. It doesn't look legitimate, especially being on the East Coast and they're on the West Coast. You're gonna sign in with something and then they're just gonna dissolve. But people should go for it.
