The representative that helped me with my application at ClearPath was helpful. The application process was good and straightforward. The member loyalty program that they have is nice. When I bought my next house, I used ClearPath again.

ClearPath was incentivizing a refinancing of my house with two months off the mortgage. I signed up and for the most part, the process was very easy. They said what they needed and there wasn't a lot of stuff. It didn't seem it was too hard to obtain, except for the payoff quote when dealing with the current financing team. Trying to get a payoff quote could take a little longer than expected. But other than that, it was good. The team that I was working with was very informative. They were very understanding when it came to certain information that took a little bit longer in gathering. The rep worked with the titling company and she did it very expeditiously. The process took a total of two months because of documentation that I needed on my part. This was also my first time refinancing, so I didn't know what to expect, but they set the expectation high. I also didn't have to take care of any fees.

ClearPath Lending was a referral from a friend that used them and had a good experience. I went in for a loan as I felt it was a good time for me to try to purchase a home instead of renting.The application process was fairly easy. We had a closing date, but because things weren't submitted or they didn't have everything they needed to submit everything in time, we had to move the closing date. But it was only a few days off. Also, the portal had been down when I did the loan, so I wasn't able to track the loan progress through it.

I heard that ClearPath has a pretty good percentage, and the staff are really friendly and nice. So I thought I would try them. I went with them and the application process was easy. I didn't have any problems. The rep was good. She answered everything that I had to ask her and wanted to know. I also keep following up on stuff and asking some questions, and sometimes I follow up on my home internet. Working with them really helped me out concerning a lot of things, what they do, and then they're really good. Sometimes, if you just get behind, they're good at giving you chances. They're a good company. They're friendly and they would help you out a lot, and they're one of the good companies that you can ever get into and have an easy time with them.

ClearPath was my lender when I lived in Sacramento and I liked their customer service. I went with them again and the experience wasn't as friendly as the initial conversation. The customer service was different between Sacramento and Texas. For some reason, I was apprehensive with the representative that I worked with. I called to confirm that he worked for ClearPath for confirmation. I felt leery about the lack of professionalism and there are so many scams going on. When I did call ClearPath to confirm that this guy was employed by them, the response could have been quicker. It wasn't as expedient as it could have been.

The whole process was very easy and from the beginning to completion, it took two to three weeks. Overall, ClearPath is a good company. Use them if you can.

They told me that was fine. Since I had a previous VA loan, they were able to see something about that. They said, "Don't worry about anything. We'll take care of it." I would usually text my loan officer, but if I called him, he answered. I could tell he had a lot of experience. They're busy people. He let me know upfront, "I've got it under control. I've done this hundreds of times. I'll let you know if there's a problem. So, you don't need to call me all the time and ask me simple questions. If there's a problem, I will let you know." Once I provided all the information upfront, I didn't have to do anything. They took care of everything and got me closed within three weeks. Also, we were able to get lower interest rates.

Everything went well and I got a better interest rate. People should definitely consider ClearPath Lending.
