The rep from ClearPath was able to answer some of the questions that I had whereas other reps from other companies had no general knowledge of the process. ClearPath's program is good. My mortgage payment went down. I did the application online and there was a notary that came to my house for the final stuff. If I had any questions, all I had to do was call, and they'd walk me through what I needed help with. I called or emailed the people, and they kept me updated with everything, step-by-step. I like how easy of a process it was and how friendly, upfront and knowledgeable each of the staff members were to get things started and done. It was good to be able to have all available information from day one.

I've referred someone else to ClearPath Lending because of how simple the process was. Someone explained the process to me that I had to send over all these documents, which was typical, like driver's license and pay stubs. ClearPath Lending said that I qualify because it has been more than six months for my VA home loan. They said, "Just be patient." Once everything went through, they told me that my rate had dropped from 6.5% to 5.25%. They advised that I don't have to pay two months of mortgage.

We're satisfied with ClearPath Lending. They gave me the best interest rate. The application process was easy and moved along really well. The only thing is they didn't really have a lot of online tools. With the company I was with before, I could pay my mortgage online but ClearPath doesn't have that option. Other than that, our experience was great.

ClearPath was incentivizing a refinancing of my house with two months off the mortgage. I signed up and for the most part, the process was very easy. They said what they needed and there wasn't a lot of stuff. It didn't seem it was too hard to obtain, except for the payoff quote when dealing with the current financing team. Trying to get a payoff quote could take a little longer than expected. But other than that, it was good. The team that I was working with was very informative. They were very understanding when it came to certain information that took a little bit longer in gathering. The rep worked with the titling company and she did it very expeditiously. The process took a total of two months because of documentation that I needed on my part. This was also my first time refinancing, so I didn't know what to expect, but they set the expectation high. I also didn't have to take care of any fees.

My experience with ClearPath was good. I worked with them two times. They did their thing. They were quick and efficient.

I went in for a loan as I felt it was a good time for me to try to purchase a home instead of renting.The application process was fairly easy. Everything was done online then I had to send in some documents. Everybody was very informative and reachable when needed to be. I felt involved and didn't feel stressed at all during the process. ClearPath was pretty good for the most part. But when it came down to getting close to closing, it seems that was when everything started to feel a little rushed. We had a closing date, but because things weren't submitted or they didn't have everything they needed to submit everything in time, we had to move the closing date. But it was only a few days off. Also, the portal had been down when I did the loan, so I wasn't able to track the loan progress through it.

I heard that ClearPath has a pretty good percentage, and the staff are really friendly and nice. So I thought I would try them. I went with them and the application process was easy. I didn't have any problems. The rep was good. She answered everything that I had to ask her and wanted to know. I also keep following up on stuff and asking some questions, and sometimes I follow up on my home internet. Working with them really helped me out concerning a lot of things, what they do, and then they're really good. Sometimes, if you just get behind, they're good at giving you chances. They're a good company. They're friendly and they would help you out a lot, and they're one of the good companies that you can ever get into and have an easy time with them.

Somebody from ClearPath Lending reached out to me. I just wanted to lower interest rates, and it was a smooth transition. I did not know that in six months, I could have refinanced through Veterans Home Lending, and it would have been free. So, the only thing I didn't like is I ended up having to come out another $3,000. I could have been in a better disposition, but that's not ClearPath’s fault. That's my fault and Veterans United. They should have reached out to me and let me know, but they didn't.

ClearPath was my lender when I lived in Sacramento and I liked their customer service. I went with them again and the experience wasn't as friendly as the initial conversation. The customer service was different between Sacramento and Texas. For some reason, I was apprehensive with the representative that I worked with. I needed to confirm that that person actually worked for ClearPath. It was just something seems like it was out of place. His name was Joe, then it was Jose. I called to confirm that he worked for ClearPath for confirmation. I felt leery about the lack of professionalism and there are so many scams going on. I've been a homeowner since '97 and this is the first time I really called to confirm that an agent worked for a real estate company. When I did call ClearPath to confirm that this guy was employed by them, the response could have been quicker. It wasn't as expedient as it could have been.

The whole process was very easy and from the beginning to completion, it took two to three weeks. Overall, ClearPath is a good company. Use them if you can.

They told me that was fine. Since I had a previous VA loan, they were able to see something about that. They said, "Don't worry about anything. We'll take care of it." I would usually text my loan officer, but if I called him, he answered. I could tell he had a lot of experience. They're busy people. He let me know upfront, "I've got it under control. I've done this hundreds of times. I'll let you know if there's a problem. So, you don't need to call me all the time and ask me simple questions. If there's a problem, I will let you know." Once I provided all the information upfront, I didn't have to do anything. They took care of everything and got me closed within three weeks. Also, we were able to get lower interest rates.

Everything went well and I got a better interest rate. People should definitely consider ClearPath Lending.

ClearPath sent me some mortgage and refinance information. I called them and it's been a great experience with them. My initial contact was a really good guy. He followed up with me. A couple of days ago they also called and followed up with me, which was really good because I had been in the hospital and needed information on how to make my payment. They had sent me a link which I gotta go find.
