Several people called me, and ClearPath was familiar with the VA, so we went through them. The application process was pretty basic, like everything else. They called me a bunch of times and made me jump through hoops like everybody else. But they did their best. They were very communicative. They did a decent job and made the loan to go through. It was a good experience.

I called ClearPath and I had a conversation with one of their agents and we went through with the refinance. They were very prompt in answering and then calling back. It was a good experience. If you're looking to refinance, go ahead and talk to ClearPath.

Everything was perfect in my experience with ClearPath. There was always a sense of urgency around communication. Even when I had issues personally on my end with my cellular provider, ClearPath found ways to make sure they would be staying in contact with me so the deadlines wouldn't be missed. They worked hard to make sure that all the legal stuff, litigation and paperwork were all completed correctly. They explained everything along the process to help me make educated decisions on refinancing. And the entire process was really smooth.

I already had a loan with Rocket Mortgage but after I got a thing in the mail for ClearPath Lending, I started with them. It was a long time ago, but the lending process happened quickly. The rep is quick to get back to me and he answers my questions.

I got one of those mail inserts, then I called ClearPath Lending. The lending process has been manageable, meaning the reps communicated with me if they needed something, or if I had questions, I was able to email them to get a response back. They have been getting back to me in a timely manner. I'm not their only mortgage that they handle, but they usually get back to me within 48 hours, if not sooner.

Mike informed me that as veterans, we can refinance every seven months with no money out of pocket and for potentially a lower interest rate on the home. He explained that really well. He said that we would need to sign more paperwork. Then he set us up with a notary that arrived to the house, which was really smooth and awesome. Mike spelled it out pretty easy for me. They got a bunch of information from me and then did a soft pull. I kept getting updates about how everything was going through email, which was really nice. Once everything was finalized, they gave me a call. The rep went to my house and we filled everything out. It was pretty convenient.

Dealing with ClearPath made things a lot easier and helped put a lot of stuff off our minds. If I had concerns, I just called them. It was not difficult to get through at all. The whole process was very easy and from the beginning to completion, it took two to three weeks. Overall, ClearPath is a good company. Use them if you can.

ClearPath Lending sent me a mailer. I had a previous VA loan. ClearPath wondered if I was interested when we sold our old house and bought a new one. I gave ClearPath my basic information upfront. They told me that was fine. Since I had a previous VA loan, they were able to see something about that. They said, "Don't worry about anything. We'll take care of it." I would usually text my loan officer, but if I called him, he answered. I could tell he had a lot of experience. They're busy people. He let me know upfront, "I've got it under control. I've done this hundreds of times. I'll let you know if there's a problem. So, you don't need to call me all the time and ask me simple questions. If there's a problem, I will let you know." Once I provided all the information upfront, I didn't have to do anything. They took care of everything and got me closed within three weeks. Also, we were able to get lower interest rates.

Everything went well and I got a better interest rate. People should definitely consider ClearPath Lending.

ClearPath sent me some mortgage and refinance information. I called them and it's been a great experience with them. My initial contact was a really good guy. He followed up with me. A couple of days ago they also called and followed up with me, which was really good because I had been in the hospital and needed information on how to make my payment. They had sent me a link which I gotta go find.

My experience with Clear Path EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Stephen ** was completely SPOT ON, motivated, eager to answer my questions and showed GENUINE concern. I’m certain the rest of fellow Veterans know what I mean when I say “customer service should be a privilege to give to Veterans”. Stephen ** exemplified the privilege. TO ALL VETERANS: Clear Path is the real deal, no fake bull being fed, no promises they can’t keep. I received monthly calls from Stephen ** until I closed and after I closed, he still called, congratulated me, AND said he was going to check in every now and then. We wanted to lower our payment on our mortgage, so we got a VA loan. ClearPath Lending gave us the best quote. One phone call was all it took to get started. It was easy. We worked with Nick who was amazing all the way around. He even called after we were funded to make sure that we were comfortable with everything. ClearPath Lending has been great. I was coming up on two and a half years since I bought a place and I originally thought I had to wait two years after I got a loan before I could consider refinancing, so I waited. When ClearPath Lending sent me a letter in the mail, I was thinking about refinancing and I was told I didn't have to wait two years. I refinanced and it showed that it would reduce my payment by a couple hundred dollars a month because the interest rates had come down. I wanted to do it because the company I was with, M&T Bank, was gonna raise my payment another couple hundred dollars a month because they wanted more than the escrow account. With M&T, my payment was gonna go from 1,338 to over 1,500, and now that I switched over, my payment is 1,238.

I used ClearPath Lending again, and I like the fact the process was almost not hands-on, once I provided the information they needed. The notary made an appointment and came to my home, and we handled everything right there in my home. While I found several errors sometimes, they went back, spoke with the necessary parties and addressed them almost immediately.

After I got a thing in the mail about ClearPath Lending, I looked into it and called the number. I applied for a loan and it went smoothly. From start to finish, it took a couple of weeks. The loan officer, Mike, was great. He called and kept me informed on what was going on and I haven't had any problems with them. Everything was great.

Somebody from ClearPath Lending called me and I heard them out. I also did my research about calling around and weighed my options. They had the best option for me, so I applied and the process was easy. The reps were good, but I wish they did things a little faster. Going back and forth with certain people or waiting for them to contact me back wasn't ideal because sometimes it wasn't time-efficient. Time is money, and I'd prefer to get everything done quick and get it out of the way. Other than that, they were good.
