The application process with ClearPath was easy and I got a VA program. They called and told me what paperwork to send and they carried it from there. My loan officer was good. He said he’ll call if he has any problems and I could also give him a call so he could take care of it. I just bought the house so I have to wait a couple of months to make my payments. ClearPath Lending also sent me a booklet in the mail saying if the interest rates go down, they’ll be in contact with me if I want to refinance. That was real good about them.

I was looking for a lower interest rate and got a VA loan from ClearPath Lending. I had a good experience with their loan officer and the application process was a success. Everything went well working with them in the business that we have had. And overall, it was a great experience.

ClearPath Lending is a very dependable company. They're super and I couldn’t have better service from any company that offers loans. Their people are very knowledgeable. As I talked to a Clear Path loan officer, I could understand where he's going at. He was so thorough and understanding, while other loan officers need work. They would say they’re going to do something, but they won’t do it. Applying for a loan with ClearPath was simple and easy too. They walked me right through it. I got a 30-year VA loan and it goes up by percentage points. My loan officer, Cray, was wonderful as well. He was courteous, friendly and easy to contact. I would recommend this lender. They’re very good at what they do.

I got some correspondence in the mail about ClearPath Lending. They promised a veteran's loan with a lower rate and I was paying 4% at the time. I also got about 12 different proposals over a couple of months because as soon as you get a mortgage, everybody would try to win up whoever you have. And I just decided to call. It was pretty easy to apply for a loan from ClearPath. However, the first person who called me from this company offered me a five-year loan which would go adjustable according to what the government rate was at the time. I was ready to do that because it was a little cheaper per month but then after five years, I don't know what was going to happen or if the interest rate would go 6% or 8%. So, I decided that was not good and didn’t choose it.

ClearPath Lending had the lowest interest and I went with the best offer. I had to go with that three-year then-and-before rate but I also found out I can do this every six months and get three months of that rate free. That’s my way of making that come back plus they also brought my payment below what it was for so I’m very happy with it. My loan officer, Andy was fantastic. He told me how it would go and I took him for his word but the paperwork that came following that seemed to verify that as well. The application took care of everything on its own and they did everything I wanted done in a timely fashion. They even had my liaison Nancy come out and the paperwork was made and notarized right here at my house. They couldn't have done much better than that.

How much they were going to make, the whole amount and what I was going to get. So far, I'm happy with the payment that I have. The property taxes increased twice and are about to increase again, so I looked into getting a loan. I don't want to just get money from them, I want to keep my mortgage payments low and they did that. At 2.75%, it was lower than the one I had at 3.5%. It also helps that I haven't had to pay those 2 months of mortgage.

He was able to answer my questions and if he didn’t have the answer for me, he got back with me within the next day with an answer. I wish I’d known about the VA loan earlier in our marriage. It would have helped us. And, the public should know more about it because it's good.

He also called at least once a week, sometimes twice a week, letting me know how it was going and what was going on. He gave me three different choices and told me what would be best for me and my family and the position. I took the one that he suggested to get. I would recommend ClearPath.

I have made an inquiry about refinancing and started the process with others when one of the loan officers from ClearPath called. It was a cold call and I was skeptical at first. But the salesman I spoke with was very good and cooperative. I went with them because they were good in saying what documents are necessary and when I got them, that was it. The other ones, who were bigger and better, come back with a change in underwriters and more documents. I got frustrated with them. But for ClearPath, I had excellent credit, good income, the appraisal is over $1.1M and getting a $407,000 loan is not a big deal. I was out of the country for three or four weeks. At first, the loan process was delayed but after the delay, it was quick.

He was the first person I talked to and the one that handled my refinancing. ClearPath was very upfront with all the fees and all the information. They also made themselves very available for me at any time. When I call and he was not available at that time, he would get back to me immediately. I had a VA loan and he was on top of everything. The whole process took 40 days and that met my expectation.

They said, “Let’s see what we can do for you.” And it happened. The loan officer has called me many times, but he's a busy man and he will play phone tag a little bit. But he got back to me quick, if not right away, had the answer for my questions, and didn't blow me off. Once we got the ball rolling, giving the paperwork to him, it took only a couple of weeks. I was really happy with the timeline and the way it went. No qualms with that cause whatever he said were true. I wanted to get his name and number emailed to me since he promised in four months, he would see if my credit score went up so we can continue the business, but I might have lost it.

The final officer we were assigned was MUCH better, and helped us solve all of our issues and questions and made the process much simpler and quicker.

I got a flyer in the mail which said that ClearPath could get me a lower interest rate and that was interesting to me. Out of curiosity I answered their flyer and ended up with an adjustable rate with five years re-adjusting. They told me to watch it after that to keep the interest down. Their application process was good compared to everybody else. It took a bit of time but that was normal. I had two different loan officers, and both were good. Overall ClearPath is a good lender and they were thorough.

Applying for the lending with ClearPath was awesome. Originally, I did a 30-year fixed with them, but I just refinanced on an ARM. When I first came in, it was appraised at $230,000 which was last year and I told them that. But they had to have an appraisal and they sent a guy out and he appraised it at $230,000. There wasn't a problem and it's just something that had to be done.

The agents of BBMC were going through a veteran’s home loan and they put me in touch with ClearPath Lending. They check everything out and see who has the best rates. I saw the rates were coming down and because my wife and I are both on disability, it would help out tremendously if we can save a few hundred dollars a month. The VA loan was involved with it so the rate is so low. ClearPath's application process was extremely easy and I had all the information there so any time a question was asked, whenever I was at home, I had it right there in front of me so it all went smoothly. The associates who were working with me were very easy to work and talk with. The loan officer was very professional and courteous. If there were ever any questions, he was there to answer them and I could call back anytime if I needed to. I wasn't happy with the current lender I have because they would not allow bi-monthly payment bank withdrawals. Fidelity is older and had a normal rate but I ended up going through that selection gold rates which I'm not a fan of. I wanted to get away from Fidelity in any way possible because they are un-consumer friendly.

When I read into the offers, ClearPath sounded really good and they were able to take an entire point off of my interest rate which was huge so that’s what put me over the top.

Some of the other lenders we talked to were only gonna do a one-month deferred but ClearPath did two months so I didn’t have to make a payment after two months. And that money we got quite a few bills paid off. I did everything through e-mail and it was a lot easier than when I first got the Veterans loan. One of the loan officers explained that the loan would add money but that would get two months deferred and then my payment would go all the way down to $1,000.

My husband and I have refinanced and it so happens that the people that we were with took the long back over. We were with Freedom Mortgage and then they took the mortgage back. Our agent at ClearPath, Mike, was very good and he talks like a family member. He's the most confident representative I have met in my life and he's really number one. He made me feel very comfortable in what he was doing and he was great at explaining everything to details. I felt okay because there are so many scams going on around here in this day and time so, it's hard to really kind of trust people but he was okay. We love him.

I did a refinancing for a condo with ClearPath. The application was pretty easy and the loan officer was also nice. He answered all my questions.

I got a VA loan from ClearPath so I could have cash in my pocket. They did what they were supposed to do and I didn’t have any trouble. I just provided them with my driver’s license and social security number. The loan officer was a nice guy and the lady I talked to was also fine. Everything went smoothly like the man said and I was happy with it. They also said that when I could get the loan redone at a lower interest rate, they’d re-contact me and I was okay with that. Overall, my experience with ClearPath was easy, convenient and quick.

We were doing an IRRRL with ClearPath and they were just on top of it. The application was easy. I've never had a refi that was so simple and take that short amount of time. If it wasn’t for our end with our previous mortgage, it was done in two weeks. The loan officer was great too. ClearPath was excellent.

Everything went hunky-dory and peachy keen when I refinanced with ClearPath. I picked them after I went online and had several conversations with people like Quicken Loans and some other places. I checked all of their references and ClearPath had an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and all 5-star ratings with all of their customer comments. I went to their website and filled out some information.

I went with the refinance because I had a loan with loanDepot and I didn't like them. I had an emergency and I had to come up with $3,800. I didn't have enough to make a loan payment on time. I called them three weeks ahead of time and told them I'd be late. They said it's okay but they're going to fine me $25. But what they did is they went to the credit bureau and turned me in so I lost about 80 points on my score. I was very upset. I didn't know that I cannot miss a month's payment. I paid it on the 31st day instead of the 30th. They screwed me so I got away from them.

I was looking for a lower rate for at least three years so that I can bring my mortgage down and ClearPath had that option. I’m in their program that is called the Low VA Rate. My loan officer was great. I was able to call him and ask some questions regarding the loan and he would either call me back or send me emails to let me know how the process was going. I had to send him some simple information needed for the application then they started working on it. It was pretty easy.
