I was asked to come to the service department next day, Saturday, to get a 2nd key done and get certified documents. But next morning, at service department, it turned out that 2nd key cannot be made at that moment, since they were waiting for software updates. And I still could not get any documents/ confirmation about vehicle certification, with promise from my sales rep, **, I would get them on Monday. On Monday, and day after that I was keep trying to get any documents/confirmation about vehicle certification.

** just lied to me that vehicle is certified and it's in the system already. I checked with services department; it's not. Any conversation with her were useless: she has no clue what's going on and/or practically just lies or does not respond. One time I was able to talk to Sales Manager, Flavio, who told me that "he would check the status and call me right back", but he never did. Another salesperson - London ** never called me back too.

I tried calling next day too, left message for Flavio, sent text message to ** - no response. I cannot keep calling them, I need to have these issues resolved as it was promised and it states in all documents. All these things were part of the deal and there are plenty of documents supporting it, including text communications with sales person, who just lied that vehicle was certified and it's in system already. After I filed a BBB claimed, Pedro **, internet sales director, called and said that it would take 30 days for certification to show up in the system. In BBB response, they keep saying that all issues are resolved, but they are not. I have no 2nd key, officially waiting for update for Chrysler / Jeep and vehicle is not certified, it's not in the system.
