I had the privilege of working with their staff on several occasions that eventually led to the sale. The staff were very responsive to keep me informed of inquiries from potential buyers and to help process their questions. They also offered strategies, such as a reasonable sale price and ways to enhance interest in my listing. They were responsive to incorporating my suggested additions and changes to the listing, which occurred on several occasions. This interaction with the staff steadily improved the quality of the listing, which over the past year generated increased interest and inquiries.

My wife and I have purchased three time shares at at Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico through Sell My Timeshare Now. Every transaction went smoothly with no issues and their communication throughout the process was just excellent! SMTN is the first place we look when we are in the market to purchase on the secondary market. This is a good solid company to do business with based on our experiences with them.

** was my agent and he was very helpful. He did not over exaggerate, he kept it realistic and helped me get it sold fast. Sell My Timeshare Now did a pretty good job considering it is "Timeshare resale". They helped list and market my Vacation Village Parkway timeshare, over six months I had four separate offers. The final one stuck and the closing was pretty easy. True, the offers were not for loads of money but I was realistic and listed it for what I thought it would actually sell for. I am now officially Maintenance Fee/Tax Bill free. My experience was great; I had an accepted offer in six months and closed out in ten months from the start. If you are looking to buy I would also say this is a great place to pick up cheap second-hand timeshare, campground and RV memberships.

Just would like to say that ** went above and beyond our expectations! ** was able to help us with making a reservation by contacting the previous owner and reserving our dates so they would still be available when it was finally transferred into our name and an account was established.

I went to sellmytimesharenow.com likely from some other google search when I was in the market for a second timeshare. I saw there were quite a few offered at my desired location, so I entered my information to make an offer. I got a call from **, the next business day and he submitted the offer. Within a few days we were in escrow! This was August 2021. ** explained the process (slow) and costs very well. We ended up closing 11/19/2021, but I didn’t get any proof of this until paperwork got to me, over a month later. By then we were “in” my “even” year and I knew I owed some membership money and wanted to make my reservations. It took until Feb 11, 2022 for me to manage all of that. While I was the deeded “owner” it took Marriott a while to “recognize” me as such! Other than the time it took (which I had been warned about), I’m very happy and everything was smooth. Owen was very responsive, whenever I asked him anything!

We had a great experience with SMTN. They found a buyer and completely handled all the details of the sale, leaving nothing to chance. The sale actually closed earlier than we anticipated. I can highly recommend SMTN to anyone wishing to sell their timeshare.

Although it took a while to get an acceptable offer, once the offer was accepted, everything went quickly and efficiently. We were very happy with the service. All questions were answered promptly and satisfactorily. Once the sale was finalised, the closing was quick and we received the funds within a reasonable amount of time.

Selling my timeshare using SellMyTimeshareNow was a good decision, maybe the best option of all the bad options available. It's not free, so I expected more than just using their platform. The more work you put in, the better the process. At the end, it worked out and they were able to reach a buyer who purchased my timeshare. It took over a year for a high end and Platinum Week unit to sell. Within that duration, all they wanted was for me to lower the price.

This was my first timeshare purchase on the secondary market & after a less than satisfactory experience with a different company I was reluctant to try SMTN. My reluctance was unfounded as my experience with SMTN was exceptional! From start to finish the realtor I worked with was honest, prompt to answer any questions & was available for inquiries after the sale. Would highly recommend SMTN!

WE left a message and an email to be help us sort out our portfolio and these were both answered on the same day. So were very happy with the response... and once the problem was solved, I got an updated email making sure everything was completed...

I do not recommend this website to sell your Thousand Trails membership. They are very clearly organized for real, brick and mortar timeshares and likely they will be good for selling those. Most of these reviews list traditional timeshare experiences. For Thousand Trails memberships, however, the ads are simply not designed to give you the best chance to sell. They have almost nothing relevant to Thousand Trails and even make understanding a TT membership more confusing.

Even though my ad with SMTN was quite old, they actively attempted to sell it. When it did sell, the process (which was a bit complicated since it was a Hyatt property) was EXTREMELY simple on my end. When the check got lost in the mail, Ben ** made sure it was replaces within a week.

It’s like having the world in my hands. So much travel included!! The most affordable deal and great customer service. The answer to my bucket list. SMTS made my process quick, and easy. This is my first timeshare and attempt at owning my vacations. Thanks for helping me take my vacations back.

Don't pay anything out of your pocket to lawyers that promise they will get you out of a contract. SellMyTimeShare got rid of mine in a few months with nothing out of my pocket and money back after the sale. Easy to work with and professional. They took care of all the paperwork and got rid of my darned maintenance fees forever!

Buyer: If you aren't pressed on time, go this route. We started our buying experience in December and ended in April. The process took longer than we expected, however we were able to purchase for thousands less than it would have cost to go through Worldmark. They handled all of the paperwork exchange. I could reach out through email or the main line and there was never a wait to get questions answered about updates. The customer service team was excellent and I've reserved my vacations for the year.

We recently completed a purchase through Sell My Timeshare Now and I was completely satisfied with the entire transaction. It took about 90 days which they had said up front but they promptly sent me the check they had promised for getting the documents in quickly and the transfer took place as promised. The closing costs are a little higher than you see advertised other places but they took care of literally everything once we submitted the paperwork and sent in the money. It turned out to be a complicated transaction since the sellers were from two different families in Japan (the property was in Hawaii). In addition, the annual usage advertised was actually two deeds, one for even years and one for odd years. This was not apparent until we were well into the process, and it resulted in a double charge for some of their service. However, they identified the issue and refunded the double charge at closing. The process was long, but we were told upfront that it would be. Good communication during the process updating us and quickly responding to any of our questions. Great service for a difficult sales process. We are very happy with our purchase.

I have recently sold my Marriott timeshare with SMTN. The first sale fell through, but SMTN found another buyer and that sale went smoothly. It does take a long time, but after I had completed all of the forms, SMTN worked through all the requirements independently and successfully completed the sale, depositing the proceeds to my bank account with minimal effort on my side, luckily because I did not know how to complete the sale myself.

I am 100% satisfied with Sell My Time Share. I visited the website to purchase additional Wyndham Points. I wanted a third party in between myself and the seller to make the process easier for me. My person went above and beyond on communicating my wishes to the seller. Processing the transaction was also relatively easy. They sent me paperwork and was willing to explain everything I needed. They told me I would get my points January of this year and I did. I've used them all too. Now I need to purchase more points.

The team I worked with was very clear from the beginning what it would take to get this done an how much commission they would charge, which was a little high, but I was good with it because they were upfront about it. We decided to sell our Las Vegas timeshare after having owned it for 41 years. Everything went well with the transaction but the problem was that it took 8 months from start to finish. I was told originally that it would take up to 120 days but it was much longer. Is it because we reside in Canada and extra paperwork may have been required? Also we had to wait for the sellers to send in their required information. But all in all we were quite satisfied with the service and we were updated on what the next step should be.

Hi, just a short note to talk about SMTN company. My comments will be in 2 parts, the company and the process. As far as the company, great service, especially my sales rep. **, he was always available to answer all my questions and I did have a lot. He answered with patience, knowledge and promptly, these days, that is rare. SMTN followed up with me and met all their commitments, what they said, they did, and that was much appreciated. Now the disappointing part, I purchased Embark-Diamond Resorts points, the process with SMTN started in May 2021, I am writing in February 2022 and I paid my points in full, but have not received anything to date, no confirmation from Diamond Resorts that I am the owner of the points.

They helped me develop the advertisement to be displayed on their website. Through their website, and via email, I received several initial notifications that the timeshare was being reviewed by potential buyers, but no serious offer was made. Then in June of 2021, I received a call from SMTN informing me of a serious buyer. We arrived at an agreeable sales price and I was able to sell the timeshare.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of all the people I dealt with. I was kept updated at every stage of the transaction. I surely would like to use them again and would not hesitate to recommend SMTN to family and friends in United Kingdom and Europe.

It would be nice if more of the documents process could be via on-line electronic signature, but none of the documents were too long to print on our home printer and since they in general have to be notarized, you have to print them anyways. I do not know why the lies continue, and I was sent paperwork. I was never aware that I had the option to not pay before agreeing to the contract. I had to pay UP FRONT $4,600 PLUS $596 OF TITLE AND FEES and no contract paperwork was issued until now, I was also never aware of the 10 day period to cancel the contract.

The stock photos of this Hawaiian timeshare were unimpressive and they would not accept better pics that I offered. Selling the Grand Vacation initially was extremely difficult to start the process of how and what documents need to be filled besides notarized since none was electronically automated. After it was processed the selling team was fantastic at helping me get it sold but corrected if wasn’t done right. They followed up via email but also was available to call in the business hours.Buying the package for a large amount and having to pay to sell, and sell it for only double what you have to pay for taxes was not the best thing to find out since it’s added bills to the over all bill. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! Initially it seems very promising and professional. They have someone give you details in full on how they have a website and how you can check your listing online and check in with their customer service so it seems like the real deal but it’s NOT. They ask for money upfront to “assist” in selling your timeshare. Thousands of dollars I might add. They couldn’t sell it over two years until finally I asked for my money back since it didn’t sell (because they say you can). Of course that was hard no even though in their selling spiel they say that they will if they can’t sell it.

Having participated in Wyndham Discovery I have enjoyed several high quality hotels in such cities as Las Vegas, Orlando, Atlantic City, Puerto Rico's, and National Harbor. After averaging about how much it's ruined with calls without Discovery I estimate I would have paid 5 to $6000 for all the rooms With kitchens and Jacuzzi tubs, nice living rooms pool, gyms, tv's, very nice rooms. I will not deny that. So I figured I could continue to go with Wyndham time shares.
