I have recently sold my Marriott timeshare with SMTN. The first sale fell through, but SMTN found another buyer and that sale went smoothly. It does take a long time, but after I had completed all of the forms, SMTN worked through all the requirements independently and successfully completed the sale, depositing the proceeds to my bank account with minimal effort on my side, luckily because I did not know how to complete the sale myself.

I am 100% satisfied with Sell My Time Share. I visited the website to purchase additional Wyndham Points. I wanted a third party in between myself and the seller to make the process easier for me. My person went above and beyond on communicating my wishes to the seller. Processing the transaction was also relatively easy. They sent me paperwork and was willing to explain everything I needed. They told me I would get my points January of this year and I did. I've used them all too. Now I need to purchase more points.

The team I worked with was very clear from the beginning what it would take to get this done an how much commission they would charge, which was a little high, but I was good with it because they were upfront about it. I did my due diligence of checking on this company with the BBB and also double-checked the licensing of my salesperson and it all checked out for me.
