Email help, taking off virus, I can't remember everything they have helped me with but no matter my problems, they always help me and put my computer back in good shape. I am very happy with this company, best help I have ever had.

I'm always pleased that Tech to Us is there to help me from the simplest of problems to the greater problems that I run into. I am always happy with their support. The Technicians are very responsive and pleasant to work with.

I was fully pleased with the amount of time it took to get to a technician on the phone. Also, I am giving 5 stars to Tech to Us because of the amount of patience and knowledge their technician had to walk me through the process of getting information from the Ancestry DNA website. This has been a continued experience of same service previously provided. They have resolved many of my issues with the computer! The Problem with Non-Response from Screen to Printer, Resolved... The Issues with the failure to display legal DVDs not only resolved but also unexpectedly also transferred to computer so making it quite simplified in future use.

I originally contacted to Tech to Us when I had a Microsoft scam pop-up on my screen. They have kept my computer clean and running smoothly ever since. At one point they helped me find my desktop shortcuts and resolve an issue with my start button. I would highly recommend!

This is the third tech company I have had and it is by far the most professional, accurate and available company I have dealt with. They answer quickly and have always been very polite and friendly and solve whatever computer problems I have. I am an idiot with computers but they have never once made me feel stupid and I really appreciate that.

It was a long wait on the telephone to get Anthony on the phone, not his fault; just a lot of other customers. It was worth the wait for what he did for me and got my computer working the way I expected it should have been. He was a good person to deal with, very helpful and very careful, so far as I could tell. He was extremely busy due to how many other customers he had to handle in a small amount of time. He's a "keeper", in my estimation. There were several problems initially and, I believe, he handled them all. I'm not going to tell you that I have fully tested everything because I have not yet tried all the things that he and I went through, but it appears that all is now well with my machine. Every time I turn on my PC, I get the same warning saying, "Your Virus Slayer and Windows Defender were both turned off." The last time I talked to someone at Tech to Us told me that if I left the PC on for about ten minute, the Virus Slayer would then turn itself on! After being on for well over 30 minutes.

Whenever I log onto to the tech site I get fast friendly service and my questions and issues are always resolved--ALWAYS!! And I have had some complicated issues. When I have an easy issue that was something stupid on my part I have always been treated respectfully.

This is great service. Easily accessible and fast. We use them for entire office. I have had Tech to Us run cleanups on multiple computers and they always run much quicker. I have had a few issues with Microsoft Office that they have helped me resolve. I would highly recommend!

Just wasted 2 hours. They would not do the task because, they said, I wasn't a member. I showed them the PayPal pages that showed them getting paid months in a row. They said both that that wasn't for the tech service (but for a year of virus protection) AND that they 'don't take PayPal directly,' whatever that means. No, he won't make the video run, I have to talk to his supervisor. (Would rather face a firing squad - been there, I told him.) Supervisor asked me if I was (my name). Yeees. Seems a year ago someone passed through and I put her on the account with them. Despite my name appearing every time I typed something to the tech, he got the hairbrained notion I was she.

I've been a customer for several years and I am a relative computer novice. They have been very helpful -- patient, patient and then patient again with my questions and issues. I would recommend their company for any tech-related needs. They all speak English without an accent, which isn't usually a big deal but sometimes can be.

Tech to Us recommends I get cleanups about every 3 months because it is so easy to get viruses and spyware on the computer. The cleanup always makes my computer more optimized. They have also helped me get back into my emails. Lastly today we set up my solar monitoring system.

Facebook Gameroom/Games were running slow for 3.5 hrs. I contacted Tech to US and Jay worked on it a bit then suggested to unplug the Motorola Surfboard. Works fine/great now. Whenever I need assistance with my laptop or cell phone, they work on it fast and precise. My cell phone after figuring it out to unplug the surfboard, my banking didn't work and after shutting off cell phone banking now works! Ty Jay!!
