I highly recommend their services, on the money when it comes to fixing issues on your computer, cellphone, tablet, They are highly trained employees, they call back, and respond very fast to the nature of your issues involved. I really enjoy working with the techs. They are very courteous and professional. They solve all of my problems with the computer. Anytime I need to have a program installed they are there. They help me print out anything I need. The line it all up, print the pictures out perfect, save them in my photos so I can refer back to them, help me find my passwords when I can't find them. They are my hero when it comes to my computer. All I need is Tech to Us when it comes to my computer.

Since I have been using Tech to Us, I would not use any other service. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and follow up on any situation I may have. I have 10 grandchildren ranging in age from 2-17. I use Tech To Us after they have been on my computer. They scan for problems and clean it up for me. I use them for regular checkups as well. My hard drive crashed over Christmas and they did their best to repair it. They helped me get it running long enough to get the information copied.

So far I have several instances of attempted intrusion in the form of alleged warnings by Microsoft that hackers/scammers are attempting to access my computer. In every instance, I have called Tech to Us and gotten reassurance that there is no hackers attempting to access my computer and providing advice on how to deal with such intrusions in the future.

I'm a technically illiterate single woman who lives alone. I can't fix anything on my computer by myself, so I figured it would be easier to have someone I could call or access on my computer to help me when I had issues. I did some research on the internet and got suckered into iYogi a few years ago. They still call me and try to get access to my computer and it was a nightmare. I did some research again and Tech to Us came up with high ratings, high customer satisfaction and they were a US-based company, so I decided to go with them. The sales team laid out my options and told me the amount it's going to be per year to get unlimited tech support and the times that tech support is available. They were great, super nice and not pushy at all.

I've used this service for a few years now and they've saved me. Before I ended up using a fake service. Spent a significant amount of money and got nothing out of it. Just today I had been hacked and they were able to fix everything... Thank goodness. My laptop is my work computer and necessary for everything I do. Although I had a web protection program on my computer, one day a full-page screen took over my computer warning me that there was a viral emergency that I needed to respond to immediately, and giving a phone number to call. I fell for it! And about $350 later (the phone number reached some people who talked me into buying repair and protection), I suddenly understood that I had been scammed. Checking for a way to reach my security program people, I found none! So, I went to yellow pages and found Tech to Us. What relief! A very nice, very understanding, and very capable gentleman completely undid the horror and put me back on my feet, unscammed! I have been happily with Tech To Us ever since then.

Our computer had issues turning on, and performance issues when it was on. Anthony helped clean it up and it's working properly again. I have used this company for 2 or 3 years after other companies. We thoroughly enjoy having Tech to Us because when there's something goes wrong, my husband and I are stuck. We don't know what to do or where to go. My husband and I are not computer people. To date, I'd not any problems with my phone, so I wasn't sure a monthly charge was a good use of money when I could, instead, put that money towards a new computer.

I have one big issue that has plagued me for three years and it's an Adobe error issue. I've spent hours on the phone with Adobe and I've tried everything. I was having all kinds of weird error messages. I use my computer for a living so, if something goes wrong with it, it can be pretty detrimental to my work. I called them and then we did the remote chat where the tech looked at my computer from his end. It was a pretty easy fix and it worked fine for a couple of hours and then the problem returned. But I ended up deleting the program that was causing the issue. I downloaded a trial version of the software that was causing me all kinds of problems. The experience that I've had so far with Tech to Us was great.

Tech was knowledgeable and friendly. I was having a horrible problem transferring photos from a CD disk to a folder and he was able to solve it in less than 10 minutes. Also my Desktop logo disappeared in the left hand corner whenever I was trying to transfer something to it from a photo program.

The sales team was excellent at explaining what they could do. I'd have rather gone with the yearly plan since it had a better overall price. However, for practicality, I had to go with the monthly. Their techs were superb and very patient. I had some issues that somebody would not normally have. However, they understood it and were very aware of the type of services I was talking about. I’m totally blind so I use a screen reader. Plus, I am using an Apple machine to run Windows. Every time I turned around, I lost my Windows Office. My Windows 7 was still there but my Windows Office was disappearing. We did some back and forth work before they found the problem and got me operational again.
