Just wasted 2 hours. They would not do the task because, they said, I wasn't a member. I showed them the PayPal pages that showed them getting paid months in a row. They said both that that wasn't for the tech service (but for a year of virus protection) AND that they 'don't take PayPal directly,' whatever that means. No, he won't make the video run, I have to talk to his supervisor. (Would rather face a firing squad - been there, I told him.) Supervisor asked me if I was (my name). Yeees. Seems a year ago someone passed through and I put her on the account with them. Despite my name appearing every time I typed something to the tech, he got the hairbrained notion I was she.
