Tech to Us is great. Mark was incredibly patient and helpful during a very long tech support call that solved all my problems. I appreciated his talented and friendly assistance. There was an issue where we couldn't figure out the password on a computer and he took me through all the steps to reconfigure the computer.

Technical Knowledge: The technician immediately recommended that I close down the popup from Microsoft; which had occurred when my husband used the Yahoo rather than the Google search engine. The message is gone and there was no impact on my computer.

I called Tech To Us. Received excellent service from rep. The issue was resolved satisfactorily. I am thrilled to do business with Tech To Us. The CUSTOMER SERVICE was awesome! The rep went thru the icons, he raised the screen. He cleaned up the scammers. He was professional and courteous and willing to assist.

Computer was real slow then Tech to Us worked on it and it is running a lot faster now. They answered the phone quickly and fixed the problem in no time. I would highly recommend them for all tech problems.

I had a wonderful experience with Ignis, a technician with Tech to Us. He was the best technician I have ever had with Tech to Us. I give you a 5 out of 5. We were on the phone with Comcast and were able to completely fix the issue we were having with Windows Live Mail.

My skills are lacking when it comes to my computer, so I needed help from Tech to Us and had the computer backed up to the Cloud last week. I could use a little help in that department. The support technicians were terrific when I talked to them over the phone and they answered every question I had. They're incredible and the wait time isn’t too bad. One time I waited a long time but it was on a Saturday or it was a bad time to call, but normally, I get through easily. The experience with Tech to Us was fabulous. They are amazing and I've recommended them to other people.

Have had this service for 4 Years and am quite pleased with all the end response. Each Tech support individual have always been extremely pleasant and quite knowledgeable. I have not experienced and hard problems with my PC since I started with Tech to Us. Recommend this service highly!

I had tech support for a long time from another company. But things got to a point where I couldn't deal with them anymore. I could never get a tech when I called and I always had to call back. At first, it wasn't so bad since they usually called back within an hour or so. But later on, I was getting a callback in a day or two. I couldn't let a problem go that long, so I decided to switch to another tech support company.
I looked up Tech to Us online and everything went great with the sales reps. I got the yearly plan and Tech to Us has been absolutely excellent. Every time I've called, they've resolved my issue very quickly and efficiently. It's great that all the people there speak English, which is obviously their primary language. I just wish that the techs are available 24/7, but it's very rare that I'm on a computer when Tech to Us is not open and functioning. I had no complaints whatsoever and I would recommend Tech to Us to anyone who asked.

I've had tech support for about five years. When I had problems with my computer, I'd call them. I'd let them in my computer and they would take care of it. All of a sudden, I had a problem with Microsoft. I'd turn the computer on, it would say, "Downloading Microsoft updates" and then when it got finished it would say, "Unable to complete the download". So, I called and all of a sudden they said that they had no record of me. I figured every time I talk to them it was always a hassle. It's always somebody overseas that barely understands me and I barely understand them.
So I decided to look for a new company. I checked Tech to Us out and they were rated very well with the Better Business Bureau. There were also good reviews so I decided to give them a shot. They explained the program, what they had to offer and went over the pricing with me. They covered just about everything. I purchased their top plan and I’m on it for almost a month now. They actually fixed some problems and I am very well satisfied with them.

All the devices these days have problems and without tech support, it's so difficult to maneuver them. I might have Googled American Tech Support because I'm pretty sick and tired of talking to Indians and Filipinos. I went with the highest plan they have but without the option where you can jump to first in line for $100 a year. The support technicians are consistent and they’re good but I suspect that they are understaffed. Sometimes the wait time makes it obvious that one guy is taking care of many people or 10 guys are taking care of more than they could handle, so there's a delay or a gap in the service. Other than that, I have no problem.
However, I wish that they were able to work on devices that they can't get into right on the internet when they take charge of the device that I'm working on, whether it's my laptop, my iPod or iPads. There are some things they can't do as the interface with Apple is not what it is with Microsoft. I have used an Indian service that will fix any damn thing in the world but sometimes I can't understand what they're saying and that’s a real problem for me. Tech to Us service is expensive comparably speaking but for me, it's worth it. My entire experience with them was positive as well as professional and I would recommend them.

The company I had closed their doors and I couldn't get a hold of them. I went on the internet to check companies out and from what I could find, Tech to Us looked like they were what I needed. I got the full service. I asked the sales team some questions and I got positive feedback as far as the services they would give me. They got on the computer, took off all the software for the company I used to have, got theirs loaded on, and got everything up and running. The support technicians were very willing to help. We have been with Tech to Us for only a couple weeks and our experience with them has been fine so far.

During the time that the Equifax thing was going on, I was on my computer and then I got this red message thing. There was somebody else but they seemed odd so I hung up and called Microsoft for Windows and I got this Tech to Us. I explained what was going on with my computer and they put on a firewall and fixed my problem. The support technicians were great. I tried to make sure that it was a legit company but the people were nice and helpful. After they fixed the problem, they told me what my options were if I wanted to continue. I got the plan with the initial amount of $139 and then $39 a month. The service is good and it works for me. They even put their number on my system so I could call them directly if I had any problems and they also called back another time to check if I was having any problems. Overall, it was a great experience and I’m happy with Tech to Us.

We were with a company called Omni Tech out of California for several years. They were great but they took a lot of time sometimes and were a little hard to understand when they're actually on the phone with me because we found out they were totally foreign. But they were good, did the job and fixed what we needed fixing. Out of the blue, we had a contract with them that was good until April of '19 and we went to contact them mid-October and they're gone box, stack and barreled.
The site is still there but they don't answer the phone and don’t come on when I hit their icon that has them come on with you. I tried to track them down through the General Attorney and different places out in California. They said, "We don't track them, we don't have any way to check on them. If you want, get a private eye and do your own investigating." And I said, "No thanks. I'm not going to go to that trouble." We just wrote it off as a loss, the $400 that we lost with our contract with them.
We were then online looking for a new company and the business consumer area that came up and gave Tech to Us 4 to 5 stars out of whoever was qualifying them. We called them and another company that was similar and Tech to Us was around $100 cheaper so we said, "Let's go for it, let's give them a try because it's something we need.” We're in our 70's and we can't do these fixes by ourselves. We went for the basic plan for $299.99 for anything technical in our house whether it be phone and computers.
We signed up with Tech to Us on the 31st of October and immediately used them because we had a problem. Their tech solved it and then I had a problem on Facebook and he showed me how to fix that. Then the day before yesterday, they were trying to solve a problem of Shockwave in my American Greetings Card Company that I was trying to make a card from. It would print the first half but not the second. I had to wait five minutes and the tech who couldn’t figure it out went and got another tech who tried to help. That’s when he came up with the idea that it had to be the browser because it wouldn’t go away. We went to Chrome and it went fine so it was definitely the browser.
The only other thing I'm staying to see if they accidentally or otherwise put through the $299.99 which is the actual amount that I agreed to and then somehow they had put through my credit card for $499. There was an email immediately saying that they have made a mistake and that it will come off or be not used at all. It initially said pending next to it and so far, it hasn't posted yet. They might have reversed it before they ever got on since I haven't seen a reversal. What I liked also was that they're American based and they said they use American people. They don't go outside of the country. We've used them twice and so far, so good. Generally, it was a positive experience and we're extremely happy with Tech to Us and their price because it covers our three computers plus the laptop.

Your techs do an excellent job with helping me to get my audio back and working again. I called BOSE and the person that I talked to did not have the ability to troubleshoot my issue. I saved money and time with Tech to Us. Thanks again Tech to Us!

I have found this to be very beneficial. I've had a lot of problems, and Tech. is easy to get a hold of. They are there in the evening and have shorter days on the weekends. They have helped with a lot of general questions also. I bought an iPhone recently... they said they can help with that too. I highly recommend this service.

We had a lightning storm and the hard drive in my computer got busted. I had the hard drive replaced locally and then Tech to Us helped me reinstall all my programs. They're excellent, professional and very helpful. They’re considerate and they stay with you until the job is done. Also, they call when they said they’re going to call. I would highly recommend them.

My computers were running relatively slow so I started researching who's out there to assist me and Tech To Us was top rated. I’ve talked to Bret multiple times and I like the personal touch that they provide. I don't know how big they are but it's always been nice to talk to a lot of persons so they can get exactly the issues that I have. It also feels like I'm dealing with a small group and that they have my needs in mind.
My whole business is very computer dependent so when my computers go down, my business goes down. I'm really happy to make sure that they're at optimum performance. When I first started setting up my office, my systems were very draggy and I'm always working wirelessly. I had my internet provider provide a direct line in my office so that I can be directly connected to my router. And it seemed to improve quite a bit when I had Tech To Us go in and clean everything up. It helped tremendously.
I've used different services but Tech To Us is by far the best. I’ve been using them for a couple of months now and I really like them because they make it convenient for me to get through with their app. They're relative to what my problems are and they fixed every single one of them. They're more personable than the other services and I found that a lot of the other services couldn't meet my needs.

Tech To Us has been a great service for the last four years, essentially "computer insurance". Because I had a data back up plan with them, I was able to retrieve all of my information from my laptop that was recently damaged. They have also been excellent in resolving any tech issues so far to date, as well as being an educational outlet regarding computer technology. A great resource overall!

My security was breached and I had some group claiming that they were Microsoft breaking into my laptop. And there was immediately a number printed down below. As savvy as I thought I was it should have occurred to me Microsoft would never do this. It did not. And so these people were happily charging me money. I was going to charge them to fix the problem that they created. My aunt is in California and she contacted Information and was given the Tech to Us number for us to fix the problem. I was able to get a hold of my credit card company and we stopped this. We also closed that account so that those people could not get into it. So I have a new account and at the same time the guys with Tech to Us immediately went in and started cleaning up what they were starting to do.
Samuel, the customer service rep, told me about the company, that they’re US-based, what they did, the setup fee and what they’re going to do for me. He also explained to me that the one that was currently invading my computer was very likely using the number of a reputable company but was hiding behind it. And he was not kidding because when I filed with the FTC, who’s handling this, they had this under investigation.
I told them what had happened and sure enough these foreign companies will come in behind one that is reputable, listing with the Better Business Bureau and hide behind that number. So they also wanted to know about Tech to Us. I said that these folks explained to me what they had to do, what they were going to do, and that they were US-based. And that they corrected the problem and stopped the breach.
The only thing I have now is that they have the Cloud feature where you backup your files and I need to talk to one of the technicians. Either I’m not doing it right or there’s something that needs to be done. It’s very slow and sometimes it has to retry. But I was very satisfied with my experience with them. They’ve got their icons on my computer and they sent me their business cards. And the customer service rep that I talked to called me a week ago just to see how things were going. The nice thing about them is, they’re a small company. They take the time and they’re building their business. The customer is not just a number. I just hope they never lose that personal touch -- that's what goes this day and age.

I have had support services from TTU for over five years. During this time I have called them many times for a number of issues for my three computers and other devices. They have been very helpful, and have always found a solution to my problems. Their technicians are very competent.

I had used Geek Squad for seven years but hadn't used them much in the last year. When I needed them this particular time, the service I got was less than admirable. I started looking around for other support folks and Tech to Us showed up and their ratings were high. I decided to give them a try and my interactions with their rep were really good. The fellow who handled my account was very intelligent. He listened carefully to what I sought to do and made good suggestions on how I might want to proceed. He immediately got me connected to technical support. It was almost instantaneous, which I thought was very impressive.
The technical support people that I dealt with were really determined to help me. The problem that I had was one that I've had on and off through the years. I've got three monitors that I use for stock trading. For some reason, there's a phantom fourth monitor and it requires some very delicate maneuvering to figure out how to arrange them appropriately so that my cursor goes the way it's supposed to go. These guys just didn't quit and kept working at it until they finally got it perfected, which delighted me because I haven't had it perfected for several months. They stayed with me. When it got late, they came back to me the next day with solutions. I speak very highly of them and plan to continue using them.

iYogi ripped me off a lot of money. I got screwed so I went to Google. I looked for a tech support that offers the very best rate and they gave me Tech to Us. I have been with them for years now. I lost a couple of shortcuts and they got those back. And although it takes too long to get to an agent sometimes, I understand that they are busy. And even though Tech to Us is not cheap, it's worth the money to me.

I have a yearly plan with Tech to Us. Back in 2015, I brought my HP notebook to Columbus State and it started experiencing some weird things. I couldn't get it to function properly so I shut it down. I'm visually impaired and had been using a screen reader. I waited until I got home to see what was going on. When I got home and I turned it back on, my screen reader never talked. Plus, my computer somehow caught a virus that made it go back into manufacture status so all my icons were white.
I remembered that Tech to Us was a company number that HP had provided for this particular unit, so I called them. They were pretty knowledgeable and professional. Plus, they also communicated with you just beside the computer. It wasn't just silence with them. They always come across as being thorough and they offer suggestions. I'm very satisfied and I have recommended Tech to Us to several people. I don't I have an issue with anyone there, and at one point I've talked to everybody there. Although, once in a blue moon, I talk to somebody new, who may have just recently started there.

From a financial perspective, Tech to Us is a company that’s not going to leave you dry because your money situation is tight. They are willing to work with you if you are serious and tell them the problem. Personally, they have always worked with me when I have misunderstandings or difficulties like when I bought some things for the virus and it wasn't connected, or when I have issues with the payment. Also, whenever I run into an issue where I’m late on my payment or where I want to drop a particular thing, they are willing to bundle it and show me alternatives that will allow me to keep my service.
Their humanitarian approach to business is one of the things that really distinguish them. They are in business to make money but at the same time, they treat you as a person. They do not dismiss the individual and they can be very humane which is a major thing in business. That’s a very clever thing to do and they are not going to throw me through the window or drop me because they are polite and understand my concerns. It’s better to understand me now and keep me as a client for the next 10 years.
From a technical perspective, they are very good at what they do. Whenever my computer is running slow, they have always been there, even if sometimes it’s a tiny problem that it’s more about me not being skilled in terms of use of my machine. While I would personally recommend them, the service is not cheap and will cost you more than $500 a year. But it’s worth it. In fact, the affordability of their service will depend on the consumer. Tech to Us is very good at educating the consumer as to why the service is imperative. You don’t want a situation where if you are a late for a month or two, the company drops you dry. To start a service with a company would be $150 and because you haven’t paid a couple of months, they don’t allow you to catch up since they want you to pay the initiation fee first.
The bottom line is, the Tech to Us reps do decent work. They are competent and they have the skills to command what they are asking for. I have been with them for more than a year and they’ve been very good in terms of solving my problems. Overall, if you are using your computer to write college papers or run a small business out of it, or it’s an emotional lifeline, this service is it better than the others out there.

Some years ago, I was having all kinds of grief with computers and I got involved with iYogi. For the first five years, they did an excellent job. Then they started to sell things telling me I needed this and that. It was an ongoing thing and finally, I and a whole group of people got fed up and felt we were being ripped off. I’m still getting calls from iYogi three years later. They never let go.
I researched, found Tech to Us and I'm very pleased with them. They don’t harass you and provide service when you want it. If you don’t need them, they’re not bugging you. I've been with them now for several years and I go on the yearly plan. I’ve been satisfied with what I have and have not been bothered by anyone selling other stuff. The price is a bit high but I’m dealing with a company that’s trying to run an honest business. Their technicians have been very good although there were a few times I felt I had to wait a little bit. But their people were a pleasure to deal with. They solved my problems when I called them and I’ve had no complaints against them. If somebody who’s having troubles with his service came to me, I would tell him that I’m using Tech to Us and it’s $30 a month.

I use my computer to write scripts for a radio. It was hacked by someone in China and on the bottom of the screen it said, "Call this number and we'll fix the computer." They appeared to be legitimate, so I paid $200 and they fixed my computer. I ran well for a couple of weeks, then they called back and asked if I gave my computer to somebody overseas. I said I didn't and that I don't know anybody overseas. They told me that there was something wrong which needed to be fixed and that it would cost $500. I told them that they said that for $200 they'd fix it for a whole year. They asked me to trust them and I hung up.
That's when I called Tech to Us and they said that they don't call you. You have to call them and that that was a scam. They fixed my computer, but it cost me another $100. However, these guys are legitimate and I had a very good experience with them. They explained everything to me and said it would take about 4 hours to fix the computer. They took my number and after four hours, they called me back to say they're giving my computer back to me. So far, I haven't had a problem. I couldn't really afford the yearly so I got the monthly plan which is fine as long as it's protecting me. Everything is great and I really appreciate it.

I have only one experience with Tech to Us and they did well. My computer was running very slow and I've used a tech support before. But I had a terrible experience with Avast and with Dell. So although Tech to Us is expensive, I'm speaking to English-speaking people with English as their first language. I know I may sound hypocritical and I'm not. I only want somebody who's not reading off a script, and who can talk with me and understand the nuances of the language and communicate effectively with me.
I went with the $29 a month plan. The support technician was great. He had a lot of integrity and didn't try to schmooze me. He was straightforward, pleasant, respectful, and it was good. While I would recommend Tech to Us despite being expensive, I would give another caveat. I haven't used it enough and there's a thing that I don't know if I can overcome. My computer needs to be cleaned out. I got a Dell and as it got older, the system was outdated and I just hadn't cleaned it. Where I set it in my room, you can hear the fans working overtime. So I had to take it to one of the printer shops when they were in business and they cleaned it out for $115. The fan didn't run like it was running after they did that. And Tech to Us can't do that because they don't have any physical people. I wish they could do that, but I know they can't.

Tech to Us sounded like a good idea so I signed up with them for a monthly plan. It was easy to do, and they helped me a number of times, so it’s been well worth it. In the beginning, it was absolutely fabulous. They just went through a recent little thing where they changed their program and I wasn’t quite as satisfied. There were a lot of glitches, and I was trying to sign again, and they didn’t get my payment. I kept calling them but they didn’t have the system set up enough for me to give them the payment information which was a little frustrating because they’re the tech people. But overall I still plan to stay with them.
I’ve had crashed hard drive twice where I’ve lost everything and they helped me get my back up and reload things. I’ve had a couple of other smaller issues too and the crew that they have, especially the original crew that I worked with a few years ago, were fabulous. Overall they were timely, professional and we had good communication.

I’m not really tech savvy and I needed a computer technician. I’d rather hire the services of a technician that would assist me with computer related issues and Tech to Us had great reviews online. The one representative I’ve dealt with the sales team has always been good. Most of the time, I’m dealing with tech guys, in terms of troubleshooting a problem. And Brett and Bob stood out more than the others. They had the most experience and knowledge. The other guys are underneath Brett and Bob.
However, Chris was the worst. He either lacks the knowledge or the motivation to help. When I ask him a problem, he either doesn’t know or he’s not motivated to try and help resolve it. He’s not motivated to learn more about how to troubleshoot a problem. He also doesn't have the patience. I always thought it would be nice if Chris would develop more of an interest, passion, and knowledge in regards to the service they provide.
Brett is without a doubt the most knowledgeable. He even assisted me with issues that aren’t related to the computer. I’m always having an issue with the app I’m using for some video I've taken with the iPhone. The situation was somewhat computer related, but it was also app related. Brett knows at least 99% of the problems he’s able to troubleshoot. But if he isn’t able to resolve it, then he has enough knowledge to use all of the troubleshooting techniques. Then if he just can’t troubleshoot it, we just have to move on. Overall, I had a great experience with Tech to Us.

I’m not real savvy about computers and I was concerned that if something happened, I wouldn’t know what to do. I’ve always received the help that I needed from Tech to Us and they’ve always been courteous. That’s why I stayed with them. Their sales team was great and their techs were very knowledgeable. They seemed to know what they were doing. I’ve had other experiences with other companies where they didn’t seem to know what they were doing. They basically took my money and I continued to have the same problem that I had before I connected with them.
Any time that I thought that I may have been hacked or anytime I had trouble with software or anything I have questions with, Tech to Us helped me out. They even helped me when I got my printer. Although, sometimes you have to wait to connect and get a hold of them but not an extraordinary amount of time. Sometimes it gets caught up a little bit and you have to retry, but I think that’s not their problem. Maybe it’s a connection problem with my computer. They’re worth the price but if they go any higher, I’m going to have to find something else. I would recommend them and I will stay with them as long as they don’t raise their price.

I'm a big PC gamer and all the new games require internet but I'm not that computer-literate. Tech to Us has been so good to me and their support technicians are excellent. No matter how simple and silly a question it may seem to me, they treat every question was equally important. I've had wonderful service from them. I've got their desktop icon to where they can share the usage of my monitor and they can operate the cursor and do whatever just as if they were sitting at my machine. Also, I always call the 1-800 number to get things rolling and it's no problem to get a hold of them. Anytime I called them, they were diligent and it didn’t matter how simple or difficult it was or what length of time it took. They took care of it in a very courteous manner.
But I’m perplexed and I'm thinking about discontinuing their services. I love their service and they all had nothing but right about me but it's purely financial. I pay them around $30 out of my savings, which is not a problem because they were very helpful but I’ve been paying my internet and telephone provider called Windstream $12 every month for the offer the same services that Tech to Us supply. I want to try Windstream but before I do that, I wanted to at least have them fix something for me or see how their service is before I make a leap.
I need to get back with Windstream and make sure that they put an icon on my desktop, so it's easily accessible to the service and try them out. They were supposed to send me an email with that information, and I hadn't seen it yet. So I need to call them back and make sure they get that to me, so I can try them out and make sure I'm not getting apples and oranges. If it's oranges and oranges and it's all the same thing, I'd be a fool to pay two-thirds more price. Also if it would be a problem to come back to them if I’m not happy with Windstream after two or three months. I had a very pleasant experience with Tech to Us and I do not like to dismiss someone like that.

I developed having the same problems which needed tech support and it was just a single shot for the first two or three times. I decided to sign up with Tech to Us after that and used them ever since. Every problem I had was fixed. Their technicians were always helpful and they worked out very well. The first person I dealt with was named Jay and I dealt with him around three times over the first two or three years, and they were hiring more people ever since. I also paid Tech To Us a certain amount every month. I enjoyed them and they’re something I want to keep. Overall, they were excellent.

I first went with some outfit out of India and I still get calls from them when I get on my computer because I've got a virus. But that company no longer exists so it's just scam people that are trying to get on the computer. I went online and spoke with Tech to Us. We got a yearly plan. I've contacted them once a quarter or if I have some problem. I get the same guys when I log in to get support and they’ve always been very helpful.
I’m having a problem with my email because I was getting incredible amounts of trash emails. My wife and I are in our 70’s and we've got some things that we do investment-wise. We get lab results and had a little test and they'd end up getting in the trash folder instead of coming in our normal inbox so I had to look every single day through all of those things to make sure that I wasn’t deleting something of value. Tech to Us had me switch to eM Client. I don’t have that problem anymore. The trash still comes in but it doesn’t throw into trash things that it shouldn’t be throwing. I'm very satisfied with the support I've been getting. I always tell my friends that I use Tech to Us now. I would recommend it to them.

I like Tech to Us. I've been with them for a year and I go monthly on my plan. I call them with my computer problem and they take care of it. Every time I get a person on the phone, which is usually a gentleman, they fix it and everything’s fine. The reps are wonderful too. A couple of times, when the repair has taken them a long time, they call me back. We'll have a chuckle over the phone and talk about how my day’s going or about a holiday. They’re very nice people and I'd recommend that company to anybody if they wanted somebody to protect their computers. Tech to Us is a great company with great personnel.

I am a computer wimp. I know nothing and I need somebody to hold my hand with computers. I’ve stuck with Tech to Us because they’ve held my hand, and most of their people know what they’re doing. I went with their security system for a month and it really was unclear to me exactly what it does. It was an antivirus and antispyware. It was never made quite clear to me how it worked or if I needed to talk to somebody at some point. But I didn’t stay with them and I went back to Norton. Other than that, Tech to Us have solved most of my problems, walked me through what I needed to do, and has been very good at their job.

A year and a half ago, my husband was coming in on an international flight when the newest Window addition was being released. It totally changed all of my settings on the computer and I panicked. I needed to find out if he made the international connection and then whether to meet him or not. I happened to stumble upon Tech to Us and it was the best thing that ever happened.
Prior to that, I had gotten so many false solicitations from people purporting to be Microsoft and they weren't real. So I was very hesitant to go online and didn't know how much tech support would help me. But even our local tech people wouldn't be able to help me, at least for several days out so I took a leap of faith but the young woman who handled my initial call was so convincing. Then we started talking about local affairs and they're outside of Hartford, which was my old stomping grounds, so I knew that they had to be somewhat legitimate because she spoke like she was from the Connecticut River Valley. She won me over from a trust perspective.
I got the basic monthly plan but Tech to Us lay dormant for months and months. My husband kept asking why we were paying that amount of money and I kept saying I didn't know when I was going to need them but if I needed them, they would usually be there and help me. Then on the heels of that, we've had three successive situations that he wasn't able to solve and then we had a hard drive crash. So Tech to Us has helped me five times over the last six months and they've been excellent. They've solved the problems and they were very courteous and knowledgeable. They're operating with hundreds of clients and operating systems, and if they don't have the immediate answer, they research and find the solutions for us.
I'm full of apology to them because I'm so illiterate when it comes to tech but they never make me feel inferior or stupid. That's incredibly positive from my perspective because it takes a lot of energy for me to pick up the phone and call and say that I've got a problem and I don't know how to fix it. But I'm even more embarrassed to admit that I don't know where to begin. They have supreme customer service and they're very solutions-based, which is exactly what I need because I'm so ignorant.

In today’s crazy world, I decided to look into tech support because of the bugs on my computer. I needed something to help me survive. I also got involved because I got strange messages from some security people and it didn’t sound good. So I decided to check the different services and then took my chances with Tech to Us. Signing up went pretty well and I got the yearly plan. While I had no problems interacting with the sales team, it takes a while to get hold of support technicians. I can understand that but they need to resolve it in the future because there’s a lot of people wanting to do wrong things. Tech to Us takes care of our problems when I get hold of somebody. And I get to trust them by talking to their representatives. Whereas if I just do texting, I don’t know if it’s another outfit or a scam.
There are a lot of bad guys out there who are trying to do a variation of ransom. It’s been big internationally because that’s where the problem comes from. I have had received several warning from these guys saying they are going to close me down and I wanted to deal with someone who can knock it out. So far, Tech to Us resolved the problem. They’ve got their own in-house malware detector that is as good as anything out there. I am protected in that regard. Overall, I’ve been happy with the chance I took. I just had enough experience that the other day, my minister was having problems with his old computer. What I did was get him an inexpensive laptop and sign him up with Tech to Us for a year’s worth of service.

I moved to Oklahoma City, started to write a book and haveplenty of time to do stuff on the computer. I used tech support people but got tired of paying hundreds of dollars to them since they were not available most of the time, come late, don’t know what they’re doing and take up space in my office or my home. Somebody recommended me Tech to Us and I went with them. I pay $29.95 a month for the tech service and $7.99 a month for the iCloud backup service.
Tech to Us was awesome. I use them often and they always help me. I like them and refer them out to a lot of people. They've been helping me set up with my computer. Most of the troubleshooting has been done and any time there is a problem, they fix it immediately. The last couple of months has been more of a learning experience for me on usage of things that I haven't used and should’ve been taking advantage of like how to scan documents, PDF files and how to send out emails with PDF. The support technicians have all been very good. If one doesn’t know the answer, they get another technician who knows the answer. I even got their names, Henshaw and Ignacio. Tech to Us seem to keep long-term employees. That means they know what they're doing and they're happy. The business is being run well.

I enjoyed Tech to Us and they’ve helped me tremendously with their very helpful attitudes. I had an old computer with an old email program, and one time I had a virus, and they would clean it up. I finally got a new computer and Tech to Us helped me switch everything over. That took quite a few different calls because some things were missing and some things didn’t work and they worked it out with me and helped me each time. I’ve used them quite a bit because of that. I’m still learning this new program, the Picasa, that’s on here which I don’t really like. I had a thing with all my pictures with Canon, and apparently, they don’t make that program anymore.
So, when Tech to Us downloaded Canon onto my new computer, some of the pictures came in with a big question mark and the pictures couldn’t be transferred over. When they set me up with Picasa, I’m not in love with it like I liked my old program better. Tech to Us helped me with it because I’m learning the new program and sometimes I’m having trouble but they’ve always been very good in explaining. I would show them how I did it and then they would tell me what I’m doing wrong or doing right. I’ve had really good results with their technicians, Ignus, Malcolm and Brad. They helped me and it was fairly easy to get a hold of them. They are very helpful.
I sent it out to all my friends to see if they would sign up and I told them what good service I was getting. I had the yearly plan. We’re going to be traveling a lot so I didn’t renew it. But I will certainly set it up again when I get settled. Tech to Us has excellent customer service and excellent concerned techs that help in any way needed.

I was tired of getting viruses on my computer. I used to take its hard drive into a reputable repair shop where they would hold onto it for three days to a week so they’re able to get to the problem. Tech to Us was able to solve some of these issues and whoever I spoke with, stood behind their word. They’re easy and reputable to deal with, too. If one guy can't fix my problem, he would tell me that somebody will take over. They're also supposed to close at 10:00 o’clock on a weekend. But one time, I've got a call at a quarter to 11:00 and they didn’t stop until the repair was complete. Overall, Tech to Us is a great service to have for any home computer. Their tech team was even able to help me get a printer and have my iPhone set up. When you call in with an issue with any device, they fix it and their service is phenomenal. I travel with them and refer to them as our back office.

Tech to Us has been a great help. Their support tech, Bob, was really good. He took his time to discuss the issues that I was having with my desktop and we tried to use different options. We had to resolve to another option that he wasn’t aware of. But everything has been good so far. If I don’t have the little icon on my computer system, I have to call to make arrangements to speak to a technician. And sometimes I don’t get an answer when I call in. But it only happened twice out of the five times that I called.
Overall, I like the way they communicate. It's been a positive and very good communication, and they let me know what their actions are. And also, I like that I don’t have to be there for them to work on my computer system. I trust them enough and I don't have to be looking at my system for them to correct the issue that I'm having.

I've gotten some prank calls and gotten panicky sometimes. I'm old and it's a hassle to disconnect then figure out how to reconnect, take it out to somebody and have it gone for two weeks. When I discovered Tech tor Us, it seemed like a lot of money but I have had extremely pleasant conversations with the guys that have helped me. They took charge and they did it for me. I talked to somebody named Josh when I Initially signed up. I've got their icon on my desktop, phone the number and told them what's happened and they've got me an answer. The people that were calling me from other companies were telling me fear tactics that my computer was going to crash. They said it’s a phishing tactic and they've always been right. He explained what they did and it seemed unbelievably easy. It gave me a whole lot of peace of mind to be able to telephone a number and get a hold of somebody at Tech to Us.
I’ve been using them for five years now and have their yearly plan. I trust them and they take over my screen, straighten things out then call me and tell me it’s done. I would get the same guy quite often and I felt like I knew him. And that's a definite positive for my yearly accounts. They don't trifle with me. Some of the guys that I've had have been incredibly good, but the ones recently, the last couple of times, have not been quite as good. But I've had four of them a couple of years ago who were so neat. Overall, I've had fantastic help, have had it taken care of immediately and it has been great. I love Tech to Us and I intend to use them in the future because I'm going to need to purchase a new computer sometime soon and need guidance and counseling. I'm a 62 year old business woman and run several online businesses out of my home. I've been with TTU for about four years now and I can't begin to explain the outstanding service I get each and every time I call or text them. I was with a company out of India prior to finding TTU and I just got worn out with trying to translate what they were saying, not to mention the amount of time it took to get them to understand what I was talking about PLUS saying NO - every time they had me on the phone for my problems - to another sales pitch or new software they were touting while I was on hold.

I used to use remote support before but tech support was the best that I got so far. I used Fiber Defender at the time. I always wait a long time. It was USA-based, it was based in LA, but when they get something done, I had to go through multiple people in a long time, and they use some people in the Midwest. Tech to Us sales team was very good. I got the monthly plan. I contact technicians either by live chat or by phone and they were very competent and always answer my questions. I tell them what's going on and may guide me through the system. They're a very well put-together crew out there.

Tech support is convenient and Tech to Us is straightforward. They tell me what to do, and I'm off the phone within a short amount of time, not like a lot of services. I'm not familiar with computers and when I need the support, I get them. They’re very helpful, courteous and always solve the problem in a second. They usually ask how my day is, how everything is going, what the weather's like, and what my problem is. If I can't do exactly what they're asking me to, they're very patient with me. Also, even if the problem seems so minimal, simple and ridiculous, they help me with it and are pleasant. One time, I needed to use the keyboard, but it was too large and filled most of the screen. I then asked what to do and they told me. They also asked if they can help with anything else. I have a monthly plan with Tech to Us and it's a wonderful service. I'm not particularly good with computers and I had loaded up a lot of antivirus software which caused my computer to lock. I couldn't get into it so I went looking for something that would provide some online support and Tech to Us turned up on Google. I called them and I explained the problem, and they said they could do it but there would be fees. I'm a New Yorker and I expected there would be fees. Besides, I would have paid anything because I was job hunting.
Then, they put me in touch with the tech and he told me what he needed to do. The two of us worked on it together because it's all virtual. My computer was just totally screwed up and that poor young man stayed on that computer about six hours off and on. He'd say, "You look at it and I'll call you back," and then he'd call me back. He said, "No, I'm just trying to get this done." He was wonderful. They also told me that instead of the antivirus software I've been using that caused my computer to cease up, they had a good one so I bought that one too.
Another time, I got some malware and I called them and they fixed that within 15 minutes. They also said they would walk me through purchasing a new computer system and they would make recommendations. They were very helpful and they couldn't have been nicer. They're extremely good and it's $29 a month. Tech to Us is fabulous and I've already recommended them. In fact, I've put them on my Facebook wall.

I am a senior citizen, I have much trouble with my computer and I don’t know that much about it. Tech to Us is a lifesaver and I love them. They're fantastic and I was very happy when I found them. My grandkids had computers in daycare but computers didn’t come out like this until I had children on my own and it’s so nice to be able to contact somebody and say I messed up again.
I called Tech to Us when someone emailed me some pictures and I wanted to put them out but I couldn’t do it. I talked to Brad who was very nice. He walked me through it then I did it again with him watching and he made sure I knew how to do it. He asked me if there was anything else he could help me with and I told him that I got a card from them for the cleanup on my computer. He said that I got that with the yearly plan that I signed up for and did the cleanup for me. Everyone has been very kind, polite and patient with me. They help me and make me feel like I’m important to them. They don’t make me feel stupid and I really appreciate that. Anybody who would give them a try would absolutely love them.

I had a virus and in order to get rid it, Tech to Us told me that I would have to buy the protection program, so that’s what I did. I talked to the technician for a few seconds and he told me how to get rid of the virus. He told me to log on then he went in and cleaned it all up. It was kind of short and sweet and my experience was great.

I had a very positive experience with Tech to Us. I’m an old fella and I have little computer background. Every time I hit a glitch, I call them and they take over my computer and then it’s all fixed. I wouldn’t know where to go to have that kind of service. They’re very easy to talk to. Sometimes, because they have other clients than myself, they’re maybe doing two or three jobs at the same time and so, I wait a little longer for the service. But eventually, everything’s cleared up.
The big worry is about somebody taking over the computer. They’re very good at giving you malware to search those things out but that’s been very useful. Sometimes my machine has been frozen and by using that malware they gave me, they fixed my computer. If you don’t have a computer background, you absolutely need something like this because you can’t wait for people to call to come in the next day, plus the prices are really exorbitant. With Tech to Us, I’m paying a flat fee for the year no matter how many times I call.

I like American companies better than having tech support from overseas. Overseas tech support doesn't know what the American way is all about and how customers are to be treated. But it was really hard for me to find an American company and it was by luck that I found Tech to Us. Their technicians are nothing but supportive when I’ve had little problems on my computer. They would assist me with it and they're fast, friendly, really helpful and courteous. They make me feel like I'm one of the family and they’re there to help me solve whatever problem I have. I was unable to save files in Excel. Only certain files were affected. Antoine helped troubleshoot and let me know that the issue was with files from my Google Drive. I need to move my Google Drive files from my external drive back to the PC. I moved the files initially because I ran out of disk space on my PC. I apparently need to purchase a new PC with more space.

I have subscribed to Tech to Us since 2015 and I have had to use the service quite frequently. I have had services from computer tune ups to computer setup and especially help with recovering files. They have also helped me with fixing printer/scanner issues. They walked me through hooking up the desktop over the phone from start to finish. I am a frequent caller.

I had the virus get on my computer that's gonna crash the computer if I close it down. The Tech to Us technician did everything right away, went in to control the system and walked through everything. I was gonna watch as he fixes everything but he went through a lot of stuff. And in the end, he did a really good job. I first signed up for the one-month subscription and then later went on to sign up for a whole year.

My files were encrypted in the past with a Microsoft Word password. I did not remember the password I used to unlock the files with Microsoft Word. I contacted Tech to Us whom I have used for many years and they were able to locate my password from the older tickets on my account. There are times however that might take longer to connect than other times. The clipboard that appears on the screen a bit small and not user friendly. We had iYogi technical support for almost 20 years and became increasingly disappointed in their service. I did an internet search and found Tech To Us support. We are extremely happy and satisfied with the Tech To Us service. We love being able to talk to a technician that speaks English. I am very happy with the service I have received from all of Tech 2 US Reps I have spoken with. They all give me excellent customer service, they always listen attentively to my issues or problem and quickly resolve each issue. On the sales end I was also very impressed compare to the company I used previously to Tech 2 Us. There was no pushing me to purchase a contract or offer additional items I don't need. I especially love when the Tech support comes on to service my computer. They don't also try to sell me products because that normally turns me off from repeat business with the company.

I'm tired of getting ripped off by foreign countries who are managing our internet security and setup. Tech to Us is based in the United States and they speak English. Their support technicians have all been good. They're knowledgeable and helpful but if somebody wasn't, they'd get somebody else to figure it out. They don't leave anything unresolved, and whoever did the latest work was way ahead of some of the guys. I have the monthly plan with them, but the initial $139 was a little bit expensive to get started, though I don't mind the $29 a month. I had bad experiences with the other companies, but Tech to Us spent time with me and helped me with issues. I'm very pleased with them.

My hard drive crashed, which was not the first time so I tried to find a tech support company. I had one in the past but they went out of business. I did what I could online then I called Tech to Us and asked them a lot of questions. And as I was talking to them, I went to the Better Business Bureau, who was very helpful in verifying that Tech to Us was real. The Tech to Us sales team asked a million questions about what happened and I knew what my status was before I ever gave them a credit card or any money. I signed up for their monthly plan and they helped me set up and gave me a list of things that I needed for the computer because I use it for business.
Then I was on the phone with the support technicians because there were certain things that I had to load like my own software. They did everything else and I saw them remotely working. The work would take several hours and a technician told me there was no need to keep me on the phone, that I'll see them on the computer and they'll call when they were done. And they did. Since that time, I've had no problems and I also ended up enrolling in their backup or storage system, where they update every hour so that I don’t lose data moving forward if anything goes wrong.
I’m overall happy. I feel much more confident that I won’t have a disaster if a problem happens again because I've taken the steps that I can. It’s well worth the money and I would recommend Tech to Us. They're very professional and answered any question that I asked no matter how insane because I’m not a techie. They made me feel very comfortable and offered suggestions. I’m very satisfied.

We had a certain tech issue and we looked into tech support. We went with Tech to Us and we interacted with their tech support team before their sales team. The tech support team were great all the way around. Then we ended up getting the $29.95 a month plan. And the biggest thing about Tech to Us is they're very responsive.

My computer stopped working and we couldn't sign in. Tech to Us spent a lot of time since there were two users, my brother and I. There were issues including remembering my password even though I'm on the computer every day. They made what I thought was my password as my password which helped me. They were very polite, knowledgeable and patient. They called back in 15 minutes when they said they would. I'm an older person but they didn't get frustrated with me forgetting things and it meant a lot. They repeated things if I needed them to repeat it. They didn't stop helping us until the problem was fixed, even if it meant calling back the next day. They did what they said they were going to do.
At first, I thought it was like an awful lot of money to pay but seeing the service I got and their commitment to it, I changed my mind. It was a bargain and the initial cost is only almost $30 every time. I originally thought that there would be a way to just pay when you needed it and not every month. I got a follow-up call and I expressed to them what I thought it was and they said, "No. We're a recurring payment" or "you signed up for it" and clearly I hadn't understood. I'm sure I can cancel it but I was confused because I was surprised when I saw it two months in a row. It's almost $130 to get the help when you need it the first time.
I'm on social security and I'm in a bind because there's that fear that as soon as I tell them to cancel the automatic withdrawal, I'm gonna have something wrong with my computer. They said this recurring fee is for all my devices. Also, when I called with an issue for my cellphone, they said they couldn't help me with that particular issue and told me to call the cellphone manufacturer.
I will give Tech to Us a call and try to see if I can reduce the payment and keep a recurring payment but not at $30 a month. Enough months have passed where I'm not calling every minute for help at all since they fixed the first problem. Other than those, it was a great service and I was very impressed especially with their patience. They're excellent. It wasn't just a one-two-three. It was one full day and then continued a little bit for the next day so that's a lot of work.

I am very please with my decision to subscribe to Tech to Us. It gives me the sense of security to know that my system is running at peak efficiency. It is also, invaluable, when I run into a problem or issue. One click on my desktop, and I am connected to a technician who will work on the issue until it is resolved. The technicians are both friendly and efficient. My most recent experience was just today, and I was supported by Mark, who stayed with me through the duration of my challenge and questions. I have contacted Tech to Us approximately six times with issues related to Windows updates that prohibited me from starting my laptop, internet connectivity errors/problems, dual monitor usage, lost IP address that caused access issues, etc. I consider myself application knowledgeable and not technically savvy. The technicians are extremely tolerant, explain problems and solutions in a non-technical language that I can understand. I have found that they don't just "fix" the problem but provide me with instructions (if applicable) for me to address similar situations that might occur in the future independently. As the technicians are working on my system if they see potential changes that may improve use, they point them out and implement them if possible.
I appreciate the fact that they will schedule appointments for follow up and the wait time is very short especially if you use the desktop icon to access them. One time I had a problem that persisted on again/off again for a couple of days after a Windows update and the technician initiated the follow up with me at scheduled times. They take responsibility.

I got a hack problem and I called Microsoft, and they recommended Tech to Us. The Tech to Us sales team was very informative and very nice. I had an HP laptop screen go black and I called a technician. He was able to start it back up. He went through and did a tune-up on that computer and my other computer. My computer was locked out and I tried to call AT&T because I have their help number but it came up to Tech to Us. The dealing was good and they laid out the options clearly. I started with their monthly plan then I converted later. Their support technicians were thorough and worked with the problem until it was done. Truthfully, I can't remember how I found Tech to Us, but in my opinion, I found a million dollar lottery ticket. Let me start by saying my technology skills are perhaps a 2 on the scale of 1 to 10. The techs at Tech to Us have never made me feel incompetent (very important to me). They have always been encouraging and have taken time to be certain that I understood exactly what they were doing and why they were doing it. If the problem required a long time to fix, they never failed to call to keep me up-to-date and then again to let me know it was finished and if I had any questions. It is invaluable to me to know that my computer is safe and if any problem arises that there will be someone there to take care of it.

I'm not very techy, and so I've been with Tech To Us for a long time now. However, it takes longer now to get connected with someone than it used to. It used to only take a few seconds for someone to respond when I used to connect with them through my home screen, but now I wait for the technician longer. Also, they're struggling a little more fixing my computer than they used to. But it's not bad and I still like them. They're polite and if they can't fix it sometimes they go and get a manager to help them out.

I had a tech support in Arizona and it was getting worse and worse in their service. So, I went on the internet and saw Tech to Us. Luckily, I picked them. They're exceptional and their sales team was right on. The great thing is within four minutes every time I call in, they hook up to me and fix me. Unlike in another outfit, I have to phone in and wait for them to phone back. The reason I changed was that they got to where it was over a day before they got back to me. But, with Tech to Us the wait time was only two minutes if I average it. I'd tell my family and friends to go for them.

I don't like to use the touch pad. Instead, I like to use the mouse. Somebody from Tech To Us came to check on it and fixed it all up but two weeks later, the touch pad automatically comes on again. I was amazed that I could keep calling. Back then I could call twice a week and I was always received and that was $10 a month. I was pleased with the service and the reps are sharp-witted and very friendly. They at least fake it and it makes me feel like I'm cared about. The only problem I have is that almost chronically they'll put me on hold for 20 to 30 minutes. They're so busy that once they have recorded my problem, they answer the next telephone call and then come back to mine.
I've experienced some major financial difficulties right now and I spoke to a rep about discontinuing the back up. I never had to use the back up. He's very nice and patient about it. He gave me some logical reasons to keep Tech To Us but I'm still struggling. I'm 73 and I'm on that one day a week plus social security so I'm pinching my pennies. Also, I live in a strange new world with all of this computer stuff so I call them and ask them to explain how to do things. I've done that twice and the reps would call me instead of texting. Overall, it's a great service.

I'm a dinosaur. I don't know how to do things on the computer. I tried to go to a computer class a couple of times, but I didn't get anywhere with it. Tech to Us is my computer class. I call them up and I say, "I can't get pictures out of the phone", they download. I call them up and tell them I’m having trouble getting over here, they get me there. Their guys are always okay. But when are they going to hire a woman? I would like one woman's voice on the phone. Not because the guys aren't good. It's just that they're all men. I'd switch if I found another tech company that had women employees. There's no woman's voice in the background. They should just a get a tape of a woman giving technical help playing on a loop. But Tech to Us is a good service and I recommend them to other dinosaurs.

I had so many issues with my computer before I found Tech to Us. I had some virus issues and I had paid for several anti-virus programs that not only didn't do a good job of preventing virus problems, but were also crashing my computer because they were eating up so much memory. I'm a writer and I've lost valuable documents, and there were also some other technical issues that I needed help with. Tech to Us has been great. I don't ever have anything wrong with my computer now, unless it's something that nobody could have prevented. Everybody in the sales team was really helpful and gave me the information that I needed to make a decision.
The technicians that I worked with on the phone were patient and explained things. They were fast and got me set up right away. The situation with my computer was so bad that I was going to switch to Apple, and I didn't want to do that because for 30 years, all I've used is Windows. By working with Tech to Us and paying the monthly fee for their service, I know that I can get tech support when I need it, and that has made it possible for me to not have to worry about problems with my computer like I used to before. So far, the support technicians that I've worked with have been very good. They were able to go into my computer, identify what the problem was and fix this without me trying to explain what was happening. There are still some issues that we're working on, and Tech to Us helps me a lot because then I'm not wasting hours on my own trying to figure out what's causing the problem.
I've already recommended Tech to Us to people. Overall, they were professional, efficient and very thorough. Their thoroughness makes a huge difference. If they hadn't removed all the malware and other viruses that they found, I would still be back where I was before where my computer was crashing, some features weren't functioning and memory was being eaten up.

We found Tech to Us when we were looking for someone to help us get a code to get into the computer. The electricity went down because of a storm and it ruined the computer. They helped me get the computer back on so I could bring it to an electrician to repair, and I opted to keep them after that. They're quite helpful. The technicians were personable, very knowledgeable, patient and answered almost any question that comes up. They provide a very good service. I use them right now for advice and they would show me a lot of different things which I could do with the computer.

I couldn't get my computer on, so I looked into tech support. I was studying and I always have my book right above my keyboard. I laid it on the keyboard and when I looked up at the screen, everything had turned sideways. I didn't know what to do, so I had to get somebody that I can talk to. My brother does tech support for a living but he hates it when I call him, and he does, "I'm not at work."
I had to get somebody that will help me with different stuff anyways, so I called Tech to Us. The technician there is a genius. He stayed on the phone with me and made sure that the screen went right side back up again. Instead of being north south, it had turned east and west, basically. He had me try different things on my computer. It's a good thing that I got to try it because the same problem occurred again about two weeks ago and I remembered how to get it back.

I contacted Tech to Us originally because my wife's computer crashed and we were trying to restore as much as we could. We have the business card and the phone numbers. It was reassuring to us that we could contact them if we had a problem. I'm working for Educational Testing Service and I do online scoring in the Spring. We had $29.99 a month or basic coverage. It's for troubleshooting and in case I'm having trouble getting into my ETS profile.
I got a warning from New Jersey, ETS is based near Princeton. They're saying there's some phishing going on and that they're false links. We can't afford to have any of their testing materials go out. It's just between them and the scorers and leaders or who are pre-trained. And they're very protective so it's funny I just did get a message from them this morning about that. So it's reassuring that I can call Tech to Us if I have a problem online. And they get to things right away which I appreciate.
We had Verizon and they changed to wireless. We had to transition from Verizon to Charter Spectrum. That was a big deal in California because Verizon was back East and a lot of people had to change over. You didn't want to lose your data. There was a lot going on a couple of years ago and it was reassuring having Tech to Us as a backup. Now, Tech to Us is in Connecticut. There's a three-hour time difference. You're working 4:35 PM out here and their office is closed back East. That was the problem with Verizon. You want to call customer service they're based in Florida. And it's like they didn't really care. It's Tech to Us' advantage to try and set up something on the West Coast.

When my computer locked up, there was a pop-up on the screen that said, “Call Microsoft right now to resolve your problem and that’s the only way you can get it resolved.” It had the phone number up there in big letters so I knew better than call that. I got on the phone and called 411 and asked them for the Microsoft telephone number. They gave me Tech to Us by accident. I dialed the number and that's when I got a hold of them. I told them what the problems were.
I was afraid Tech to Us was going to try to blackmail me to pay them, which I've heard many times in the news where if you want your computer back, you got to send them some money. I gave them my email address and authorization to get on to my computer while I was on it. It was great because it took 30 minutes to go through the whole computer with them. They came back twice several days later to ask me about how satisfied I was and how the computer was running.
I felt uneasy not knowing Tech to Us but using their product at that time and letting them do what they needed to do to correct my problem came out fantastic. I had asked Microsoft to help me with something one time so I had to turn over my computer to one of their techs. They rearranged all kinds of things and did things that I did not want at all. I was totally displeased. My fear too was what Tech to Us would take from my computer if they weren't a legitimate company. However, I was totally pleased and I'd use them again if I had to. Everything they said, they lived up to.

I've been with Norton and Symantec for about nine years and all of a sudden, their password protection quit working. I dealt with that for about three weeks and called Tech to Us. They've all been great. I've called about four times and every time I told them the problem, they fixed it. Also, the tech was easy to understand. It's been a pleasant experience.

We had an emergency with one of the scam viruses so I went online and tried to find tech support who are trustworthy and local. The support technicians at Tech To Us break things down into an easily understood communication. They’re very accurate and can assess the ability of who they’re talking with to understand what they’re saying. They are also straightforward and patient. They never gave up plus they have a sense of humor. You couldn’t ask for more.

My husband had had his identity stolen and we were looking for a service. I have a little bit of technical knowledge but only enough to self-serve some of the more general problems. I wanted to have support 24/7. Somebody recommended Tech to Us and since then, we've been with them for longer than five years. My interactions with their team have been excellent. I've had them on the phone for hours and they would clean up problems.
We had an issue with Norton Anti-Virus. We bought protection that would cover three computers. My expectation was that as the old license expired, the new licensed Norton would automatically kick in. It automatically kicked in for two of the computers but not our primary and I didn't know that until about four months later when my husband's computer started acting strangely. I called Tech to Us and we had a thousand Trojan hits on the computer. They spent four or five hours cleaning bugs off that computer.
Also, I do consulting work and I wanted to have my work backed up using an external hard drive service outside of our own home. I used Tech to Us for that as well and I have it on the same plan. Once a day at 10:00, I get a beep on my computer and it starts automatically downloading the files. Whatever I've done in the last 24 hours gets backed up into their service. Their support was well worth everything.

I had a problem with my computer. I went to Microsoft and Tech to Us was a referred listing for tech support. The sales reps were great and they resolved my problems. I signed up for a year with them. When I had a problem, I tell the support technicians what it was. They sign into my computer with my permission and they resolve it. However, yesterday I had a problem on the computer and I called and I was on hold for over three-quarters of an hour and no human came on to give me an opportunity to leave a message. It just kept replaying the same marketing message constantly over the phone. It drove me crazy and finally, I hung up. A few hours later I called back and I got somebody and I complained about it. I never had a problem when I called them before and they got away with five minutes or longer. But with the phone thing aside, Tech to Us was very good.

My experience with Tech to Us has been very good. Their service people are great and they get their job done. I started using them on one computer, and then I added everything else that I basically have with the other program. I have three computers, and now I have everything covered. Their tech support team has been great.
When I first started, I would call their number and somebody would get right on to the computer. Then I was switched over to using their app that's on my desktop. I just hit it and when I type something, somebody comes on in a few minutes, they connect me and I walk away from the computer. And when I walk back to it and check it, somebody comes on and tells me that they're working on it or I can see that they're starting to work on it. They just leave me a message and tell me that I could leave, in which in some cases I do, but sometimes I stay there. Now somebody just gets right directly on remotely. And then when it's done, they'll either call me on my cell phone or call back when they get off and tell me that they're done and ask if there are any other questions. Sometimes, they'll just send me a note and they'll tell me that they're done, and ask if there are any other things that need to be done.
The best thing is the convenience of it. I don't have to necessarily sit there for some time because it could take an hour and a half for them to get some of the stuff done. Other times they come on for little things and they just get that done, but I usually try to call them on at least two of the computers and it would take a little bit more just for them to clean it. The interaction with them is really minimal but every single one of them has been really very cordial, prompt and knowledgeable. That's why I have recommended them.

I got a lot of pop-ups on my computer. I have a tendency to go online a lot so I end up getting a lot of junk. I also didn't have enough drivers. So I called Tech To Us, had them go through it and check it all up. I initially looked for list of tech support people online and I was trying to find out who was a good one. I then tried Tech to Us. When I called them, they just went to my computer and did what they had to do. They took care of it and they were very nice to me. They call me back to tell me that everything was done and everything was fine.

My old tech support service wasn't very efficient and I did not have a way of getting in touch with them, so I looked up some reports on Tech to Us and ended up going with them. I did the monthly plan for right now and it's been working out well. I’ve had to call back about the same issue a couple of times, but it seems to have gotten resolved. Everything’s been good and the communication’s been fine. I like the idea that they can take care of the cellphone too. I’ve been satisfied and I also like the fact that I can talk directly to somebody before actually giving the computer over to them online. The other service that I had did not have that as an option.

Tech to Us had good reviews in Google so I called them and took a chance. Jay, the Tech to Us sales representative was informative, efficient and great. I got the yearly plan from them and the support technicians were very good. It took a couple of days to resolve the issue that I had, but it was due to Windows update, so it was no fault of theirs. And it was also a difficult thing. They had to change people for a few shifts, but they were all cooperative, which was nice, and they did resolve the issue. So I have confidence that they will do the same in the future.
I as well appreciate that they do Apple and all my devices, so signing up with them gives a little peace of mind knowing when I run into some difficulties with the other device, I can call them if I need to. I hope they live up to that because I've had many support requests, which from the start, they’ve worked on it good. I've only used them once for one big incident but overall, it was a good experience with them and I am happy with them.

I had a problem that I couldn't resolve by myself and this prompted me to look into tech support. Tech to Us sales team was so wonderful and good that I decided to get a year plan. I’ve used them a couple of times now and they're great. They're quick, polite and understandable. Everybody I talked to at Tech to Us is lovely. My recent experience with them was yesterday where I had two issues. I couldn't get my Roku hooked to the internet then I went off through every step because I'm technical. I then narrowed the issue down to not getting a signal from my wifi. Then when I was going to get my TP length extender, I couldn’t get it going.
The Tech to Us technician backed up and in two minutes he was asking the wifi password. It turns out that we were using all caps for the wifi password when it was supposed to be all lowercase. In two minutes, everything was fixed including the TP line. I'm in love with their whole service, business model and way of treating people. Everything is perfect. They're also not trying to con me, unlike the others who not just try to upsell me but also make one problem lead to two problems.

I have an older Apple Macintosh computer and I was trying to see if I could get the operating system upgraded because there were programs that I wanted to get updated. I had been using a product called MacKeeper and it seemed to me that the program was slowing my computer down considerably, and causing all sorts of trouble because I only have 8-megs of RAM on my computer. So I decided to get rid of MacKeeper and look for an alternative service that might be able to help me out.
I got online to do some research and read about Tech to Us. I called them up and they sounded like a good group. One of the things I liked about them was that they not only worked on your computer, if you can't figure out your phone or iPad, they're going to help you with it. And that's a big plus for me because we have Alexa, three iPads, Bluetooth speakers and phones and it can be very confusing.
I signed up and Tech to Us assigned me a guy explaining what was going on. This guy worked. I didn't know where he was but he definitely worked after hours my time. I put my trust in them, turned the computer over and they fixed it up. I've called Tech to Us a couple more times afterwards to help me with things. The service is working great for me. The people are easy to talk to and very responsive. So I'm a happy customer and I'd definitely recommend them.

I was having problems with my desktop. I worked with Geek Squad before and was not happy with them, and I was looking for an American-based tech support. Tech to Us sales reps were very, very informative, friendly and very factual without any pressure so I went with them. The first time I talked to them on the phone, they put a button on my desktop so that the next time I'd call, all I have to do is press it and it connects to them and then they come on. And because I'm in their system, they know who I am, they’ve got all my information so I don’t have to repeat myself and it would be easier to explain the issue on the phone. If they don't have the info, they'd get it very quickly while they’re online with me. They know where to look and they’re really good. And then they start to work without needing me there. They'd just call me when they’re done.
I opted to take the year plan because it covers all our devices for a year. It’s like having my own personal IT staff, and that was what I wanted. So far, it has been a very good experience. It was super incredible and easy. I’m a nurse and I do medical claims review. I’m on technical things all day long and on my home systems. So, if I have a problem at work, I have my tech support here. They’re very professional, very fast and they’re friendly. They’re easy to work with and they’re very personable. I will highly recommend them.

I had iYogi before but it turned out to be a bad company. They double billed me. On the other hand, I've been very happy with Tech to Us. A lot of stuff goes wrong so I call their tech support people a lot and they take care of me. I haven't had any situation where they have thrown their hands up in the air.

I was having difficulty with a new computer so I looked into tech support. Tech to Us has a very good sales team and I got a one-year plan from them. If I ever need them, I call in and they fix the issue right away. I stay on the line and if they have any questions, I answer them if I can. Then, half an hour later, they usually have it fixed. They're very good and nice, overall.

I was a little disappointed. I was getting these messages and popups on my screen that Microsoft had detected multiple uses of my IP address. I saw those messages and then two days later I got a phone call and my caller ID said Microsoft. These were all Indians or Pakistanis but identified themselves as Tech to Us supporters of Microsoft systems. They brought stuff on the screen showing me all these IP's that had my address on them and they got me for $300. They said if I get the protection plan they can get rid of everything. And they said they didn't want me to use my debit card or credit card because these people that were hacking into my computer would get my debit card.
Then they told me to get three iTune cards for $100 each so I went for it. I gave them the cards and he said they are not working. He said he was going to refund the $300 and put it back in my account and because of the inconvenience, Microsoft is going to give me an additional $500. But, he wanted me to get five more cards so that was when I started losing it and started calling him the hacker. We then got into a big heated argument. I hung up and then I called up the regular operator and asked for an 800 number for Microsoft. I was in New York and she said that they have one in Manhattan. When I called there, the guy answered the phone saying "Tech to Us for Microsoft", exactly the same phrase that the other guy used. It was like they were both reading the same script.
So, I said to the guy that I got ripped off with $300 by guys pretending to be Tech to Us support. He said those guys were probably in India. I had these guys take care of my computer and clean it up but I was a disappointed that Tech to Us don’t have a part of the company to handle people who are scamming and pretending to be them. I would want to know who they are and where they are and try to put a stop to it. The guy sounded like an ex-employee because how else could he know everything he said.
I called up Apple and they said there's thousands of people who cash iTunes cards. I said I've got three ID numbers and they can't tell me who cashed them in or where they got the money delivered to. That I don't understand. I called back that Microsoft number, and somebody answered the phone. They were very helpful and I got the little white card on my computer screen that says if I ever need help again, I could just click on it.

I am sorry to hear that you were scammed prior to coming to us. These "companies" sound legit because we frequently get calls from them pretending to be customers to extract information on how we operate. The more they know about us, the more they can make themselves sound legit. We have trained our staff to recognize these calls, but they change their tactics and approach from time to time. We obviously do not tell anyone about our inner workings, but they pick up enough to sound convincing.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do. They are overseas operating mostly out of India. The US itself has no legal jurisdiction there. There are thousands of these scam outfits and once one is shut down, there are others doing the same thing or new ones popping up. I can assure you that the person who scammed you was not a previous Tech to Us employee - we do not hire out of the country.

Originally, I had overseas tech support and they were jacking me around. It turns out they didn't do half of what they said and I spent a pile of money. Then, I finally decided I want a U.S.-based computer tech support that I can contact anytime I need them. I know that Tech to Us doesn't have 24-hour service but after talking with them, I thought I can work with that and the hours that they carry. So I went with them and I've been very happy so far.
My initial deal was I needed a firewall and an anti-virus because I didn't have it. I couldn't afford to pay for it right upfront so they set me up with some free stuff for 30 days. In that time, I got the money and then they set me up with the full nine yards. They're very pleasant people to work with. They don't beat around the bush and they tell you what's going on. It was an overall pleasant experience. I will continue to work with them for a long time and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Some of the tech supports of Tech to Us are real good, some are not. One is usually quite good, although I had him a week ago and he couldn't figure it out. I haven't been back on my computer in a few days so I'm not sure where we left off with that one. I had a problem when they put me on hold and left me for about 30 minutes and didn't come back. I'm ready to cancel when they did that, and that happens most too often. Another rep is outstanding and he doesn't usually leave me hanging but the other one left me hanging a few times. There was another guy who was great but he doesn't do it anymore. So they've got several guys that are very good at running and one that has tremendous patience with helping me. If there's a really tough problem, he will keep staying around and working at it till he finds different ways to finally get to the bottom of it. Where other people would quit, he doesn't.
I have them take over my computer if they have to as long as they don't leave me on hold for too long because I have other appointments. When I'm there for an hour-and-a-half for them, it's way too long. I have places to go and things I'm not doing so it's complicated for me to sit there. That's my biggest bugaboo. Also, they gave me two years for a much lower amount so I was shocked a year later when they doubled it. The prices are a little high depending on how much you need it. You can use all of that if you want to.
But, I like the people. I like the fact that most of them are capable of getting things done. I’m not that sophisticated with these things I get into with. Like, I’m all set and then I find that Adobe has to be updated and I can’t get it to work. Right now, I have an email that came in. It’s a contract and it’s critical that I open it but I can’t get it opened. So, once in awhile, I'd rather they ask me what I'm doing and tell me how I can do it step by step. I can write it down and the next time it comes up, I could already do it. I’ve learned how to do it although my memory’s not the greatest. So, it will help me if they would do tell me.

I'm almost 90 years old and I'm not that computer literate like young people are. I was having trouble with my computer and it was hard to get any of my children to help. I was also having problems with the way the computer was working. I tried to look for a place that would help and thought maybe I'd get back to the manufacturer of my computer, but I couldn't find the phone number for it. I then called information and accidentally got a telephone operator and told her what I was looking for. She told me she knew of a perfect place for me and that the people there were great.
She gave me the phone number for Tech to Us and they helped me. They were so courteous, nice, and patient. I took a year's contract with them and had nothing but success all year long. They even told me not to worry if I didn't know how to work a program and that they'll teach me. I've had them for more or less three years now and have been having a wonderful experience.

What was really astonishing to me was how polite and knowledgeable they seem. We spent hours on the phone in over a week and they kept their cool. Every time I have needed technical support using Connect, the techs were capable and timely and thorough. I had had a long-term contract with iYogi, but they went dark when I needed IT support. Business Consumer Rated you highest, so I went with TTU and have been happy ever since. iYogi calls to say they're back in business and want me back, and I tell them "Never Mind. I'm with another company now and don't need iYogi anymore."

I was with another company, but they got big and sold out and I got disgusted with them. Then I said, "Let me try somebody else." I spoke with someone from Tech to Us, and the second time, they gave me a technician. I had trouble with the sound, and they couldn't quite solve my problem, so I played with it and got a little better than what they had. I don't know if it was me telling them what was wrong or vice versa. I think what they did was start with me, and then jumped on to somebody else while they were doing something for me. The tech just didn't stick with me until I got my problem solved. I only used Tech to Us once since I've subscribed to them. The other company I had seemed to stay with me. I just turn it over and they'd go through it and check everything. But with Tech to Us, I wasn't that satisfied.

I'm not that computer literate and got caught in a scam with another company. I'd get on a site and they would come up that page with, "Call Microsoft." I contacted Tech to Us and they took care of it. I got the virus slayer with them. They're good at updating that and the CCleaner. They walked me through it. The best thing I like about them is they don't call me, I contact them. I'm comfortable doing business with Tech to Us. Even though I've never met them and I only converse basically over the computer, it seems I know the group. I'm overly pleased with them.

I was having some viral problems so I called Tech to Us. Their sales team was knowledgeable, helpful and informative. However, I'm going to cancel their annual program. I made a couple of mistakes which they advised me against and I won't do it again. So, I don't think I'll need the program. Still, it has been terrific. Tech to Us has made me feel completely at ease and solved the problem without any difficulty at all.

The support technician from Tech to Us was real good. He was fast, efficient, answered all the questions and did everything I asked him to. Then he took over and re-did a bunch of stuff on the computer and called back and said, "I think I got it. Do you want anything else done?" And there were a couple more things and I couldn't have asked for anything better. I had iYogi and overall I thought it was real good. However, it was sometimes really hard to understand and it's much easier with English speaking not as a second language. I don't want to sound bigoted but it was definitely a plus.
