I provided a 5-Star Rating, as I knew my PC was in trouble & contacted them with my issues. It took some time, but it seems to be running good. As of this time I would recommend this company, as I am satisfied with their performance and know you will be too.

I have been a customer for years and the service is excellent -- all the technicians are very knowledgeable and fast and reliable. My computer has been restored. Thank you. My old computer crashed and I am very satisfied with the recovery of my files on my new computer. I have had poor representation in the past from other services and this is the best and I have no hesitation to recommend your services.

Following receipt of a message to change Gmail password Outlook wouldn't work. We have used the services of Tech to Us for more than 3 years so we dialed their number, and, within minutes were connected to a tech who solved our problem by changing a couple of settings to make things work again. Our experiences with Tech to Us have always been very positive and successful in terms of having our computers work again.

I'm always hesitant to open up my computer to anyone I don't know. I had a desperate issue where I needed to get some materials printed quickly with a printer I had just purchased so I took a shot in the dark and looked for some online assistance. Brett came to our rescue by going through a whole array of issues caused by several different factors and gave us back our ability to print material again. I don't know if you can say it's like buying magic when you sign up for a service plan with this company but that's sure what it seems like. I don't think any customer would be disappointed with their decision if they choose this company. Thank you again for helping us out!

Technicians at Tech to Us are very easy to work with. They run general cleaned ups my computer on a regular basis and also made sure that computer updates were in place. The hold times are very low and I am always able to get a technician on the phone quickly and always get my computer issues resolved in a timely manner.

I also enjoyed the assistance I got with making video games play at higher quality as well as scans for viruses installation of new programs such as windows 10. Overall very good experience.

The second time my computer and phone decided to not talk to each other, I found this out by trying to download pictures. At the same time my phone was not being backed up saying there was not enough storage in iCloud. In my attempts to get rid of mail I must have done something to stop getting my mail. At that point I called Tech to Us and Anthony was my technician. He listened to my whole story and then began to perform tasks in order to diagnose and fix my issues. Even after a couple days Anthony was able to pick up right where we left off. I would recommend anyone at Tech to Us for all of your technical issues. Everyone I worked and talked with was extremely helpful.

After working in the Silicon Valley for more than 33 years, it is fantastic that there is an organization that can give 1 to 1 service, and do so on the phone and online, and that to do so you don't have to generate any IT tickets and wait in line; but that you know the person's name and they want to help and resolve your issues! Even as an individual user, I have passed on this organization's good work by word of mouth to everyone I know and they are equally satisfied... AND they are opened on Saturday!

Services have been great. They are easy to deal with. These guys know what to do and how to do it. They are much better than most other services out there like GuruAid, who likes to charge add on fees while working on your computer. One fee here for all the services and the best part is they are here in the US.

Was unable to access Verizon connection and to perform any functions or to access either of my e-mails. Computer was completely down. Agent response to problem was very swift and knowledgeable concerning how to correct the problems. I have been using a Dell for Approx. 25 years and I am very happy with Dell computers. Tech to Us tech support has been great, and greatly appreciated. I recently had an issue with my computer, so I called them for Tech Support and I ended up with 3 great Technicians, especially a certain tech that was very calm and patient with me, and made me feel appreciated. Mark was extremely polite and professional, explaining in detail what he was doing as we went through the process. He then took control of the computer and allowed me to go about my business with the promise of a return call when his work was done checking for viruses, etc. and cleaning out the computer, defragmenting it, etc. He later called to state his work had been completed and all issues resolved.

I had an issue with my laptop today and one call to Tech to Us had it completely resolved in a very short time. I've been a customer of theirs for a few years now and highly recommend their support. Jay, The Support Tech was extremely helpful and skilled at getting my Yahoo account to accept my username and we developed a new Password. In addition he helped me a great deal with my new phone (an Android version that I have had a great deal of trouble with). He established my email account on my phone and gave me a lot of good advice. In General I would highly recommend this company especially since I have been hacked by foreign experts that somehow were able to break into my computer system. My experience today leaves me confident that the advice and service are of very high quality and it is great to deal with someone who speaks understandable English.

In every instance, I have called Tech to Us and gotten reassurance that there is no hackers attempting to access my computer and providing advice on how to deal with such intrusions in the future.

Their service has been excellent, they do not try to sell me anything I do not need. I have no trouble talking to the techs. They check my computer every time I ask. They are very good with explaining anything I ask.
