I was having trouble with my computer due to viruses. The way Tech to Us helped, the way they explained things and their personalities were very good. I got both their monthly and yearly plan. Everything has been great.
Everything is fine with Tech to Us and my experience with them was great. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they restored my confidence in using other tech sources. I had an account with Best Buy for support services that had expired and I made the mistake of talking to someone and giving him too much information but Tech to Us did everything perfect and I’m very satisfied.
I’ve had a computer since 1994 and I've gone through a lot of problems throughout the years. I had used once the Geek Squad and found that to be a semi-disaster. Somehow I found Tech to Us and what drew me to them was that they had advertised that they were located in Connecticut - that was an immediate score. Once I called, everyone spoke clear and proper English, so that was perfect. Sometimes when I go with Microsoft, they’ve got all of these technicians who can’t speak English. If I use a colloquial term or an idiomatic expression, they have no idea what I was talking about. So it’s very frustrating.
Recently, I had a terrible experience with Windows 10. It totally screwed up my computer and I couldn’t open any documents, so I asked Tech to Us to remove it for me. They were great, and I think that the service is really good and fabulous. It’s probably the best around. I do consulting work from home and my work is pretty intense. And when something goes wrong with my computer -- and I’m pretty computer savvy -- if I can’t deal with it, I need these guys because I can’t be fooling around for days wasting time. So these guys have been perfect. I have recommended them to several friends and one of them ended up taking a year plan with Tech to Us.
I was using another company and I was totally dissatisfied with them. I felt like I was getting ripped off. I contacted Tech to Us and talked to them. One of the biggest reasons why I switched was because the people I was dealing with can speak fluent English. When I talked to Tech to Us, I could understand them. They're one of the best ITs I've ever dealt with, and I've dealt with a lot of them. They seem to be very knowledgeable and are a good bunch of people to work with.
I was looking to see who could help us integrate QuickBooks on two computers when we moved. Our QuickBooks was shutting down automatically and it’s been occurring for two years. The Tech to Us rep was the only who fixed the problem. He stayed to work on it after hours and solved the problem. Now it stays up day after day and doesn’t shut down by itself. That was so nice and I’m very happy.
Preyed on a 78 year old woman. My mom got scammed on one of those websites that says "call this number to remove the virus". After the scammers put a virus on her computer, she called toll free info for Microsoft and somehow she ended up at Tech to Us. Mind you the whole time she is thinking she is talking to Microsoft tech support. Tech To Us sold her a repair service for a year at $299.99 then told her that Norton antivirus is no good and sold her their propitiatory antivirus and spyware software for another $79.99.
I called to try to cancel the next working day and tried to negotiate since they did work on my mom's computer and cancel the virus/spyware and get my mom's money back but she said because the key was already used they could not issue a refund for the software and because my mom approved of the service they would not issue any refund whatsoever.
The woman would not budge at all. I tried to explain that my mom's computer is over 8 yrs old and is a Windows XP computer and she didn't care. She just kept saying my mom authorized the purchase and there was nothing she could do. The $380 my mom spent on their service and software she could have used that money to help purchase a new computer.
This person has continued to post negative reviews about our service when she does not even have our service.
Her mother called us and signed up for our service willingly. We resolved her issue completely. As a courtesy, we actually did refund the software she mentioned and even allowed her to keep the software free of charge.
The mother is of sound mind and this is not a case where the person was elderly and did not know what she was doing, despite how her daughter is making it out to be.
The customer even mentioned when she called us, that her daughter usually helps her, but she was away and did not want to bother her. The mother (the actual customer) has had no complaints and was satisfied with our service.
While we do our best to accommodate customers, we cannot refund individuals that have had their issue(s) successfully resolved. We also do not deal with those who did not actually purchase or use the service as it only matters what our actual customers think. We value their opinion above anything else.
The Tech to Us technicians are all very good. I can tell they're all young kids by the way they talk and they have great patience with me because I'm an analog guy in a digital world. When I explain what I'm doing, I say, "Pardon me if I don't use the right terminology," and I get a giggle out of them. I don't get a snicker and can tell they're not rolling their eyes behind the phone and saying, "Oh, God, what kind of knucklehead am I dealing with today?" They also take their time and even though I don't like paying them the money any month because I'm cheap, whenever I call them they provide the service that I need to get done and they do it in a timely fashion. They have some ideas that are out of the box to get a problem solved and get them solved.
I’m satisfied with Tech to Us. They're more than helpful. They seem to be very cooperative, friendly, and they don’t make me feel stupid. They understand that I’m 82 years old and I’m not the sharpest person in the world when it comes to computers. They don’t make me feel like they’re doing me a favor. I’m very pleased with them and would recommend them.
It took three days for Tech to Us to solve our problem. Everybody was patient and they did one heck of a job. It’s nice to know that somebody is out there that I can rely on with no excuses. I worked with three different techs at different hours and they were all fabulous.
I’m learning all I can about the computer, and I’m not really with it yet. So I’ve called Tech to Us a number of times and they've been very nice. The sales team was knowledgeable and couldn’t have been nicer. Once I get to the tech people, I couldn’t be happier. They’ve always been very pleasant, respectful and always have helped me. I have no objection except for sometimes I could be on hold for an hour. I tried to figure out when I can call that it wouldn’t be so busy. Sometimes I’ve had luck and get in early, other times I finally hung up and thought I’ll try again.
My husband has had several occasions to call Tech to Us and each time, the tech he worked with has been the most helpful. So it’s been a very positive experience and my husband has been very pleased.
Tech to Us is excellent and we’re really pleased with them. They have been a lifesaver to us. My daughter gave me her old Mac which I like very much, but about two weeks ago, I got a message that my computer had been sent a virus. It crashed, and there were two phone numbers in there that we were supposed to call. My husband got on the phone to call those numbers but I told him that I think it's a scam and advised him not to give them any information. The word "Microsoft" was on the screen so I called 1-800-Microsoft to see if I could get someone local and we ended up with Tech to Us. And indeed, the number was a scam. I had a virus less than a week later and it came in a different way. The first time was with an e-mail. The second time was voice which yelled, “Don’t turn off your computer! It’s been compromised.” I noticed the same phone number we had before so I called again and again, Tech To Us were able to fix it.
I’ve had other issues with my computer because of the fact that it’s old and that I’m not super good at computers, and they’ve been able to help me every time. Their reps have been kind, patient, wonderful and really know what they’re doing. I mentioned them to my sister because my brother-in-law had been trying to get his computer e-mail fixed for weeks. And just before I hung up with my sister, I realized that they could help them so I gave them the number and they helped my brother-in-law. They've helped them tremendously and they are so happy.
We're certainly getting our money’s worth because we’re always having issues. Their technicians were super. I’m a teacher and I have a school website as well as AOL and I’ve had so many problems with my teaching website. It’s got to work because I’ve got to communicate with families and the principal. So Tech to Us has been so helpful. I’m so glad I found them. I’m not super computer savvy but now I don’t have to bother my children nor my husband. I can call them. So far, it’s been wonderful. However, the only thing that is negative is the long wait but they’re still short compared to other places. It would be great though if they call back and have someone help them right away instead of waiting 20 minutes.
I first called McAfee but they didn't have a phone. Tech to Us then told me that they sell some other products and could help me if I need help, so I went on along with them. I took out the plan where they will help me with my computer if I have any problem with it. The sales team explained everything to me before I signed up with them. They also explained detail to detail like a professional would. They were polite and courteous.
I have the annual plan with Tech To Us and my experience with them has been excellent for quite a few years. I won’t last long if I’m unhappy. The sales team was very qualified and they’ve been able to deal with a number of issues that I had. The problem with tech support is I can't get through on the phone. They sent me a tablet because I renewed my service, and I need some help in utilizing it. The lines are too busy and last time I called, I was on hold for 20 minutes. But that's my only complaint. I’m an 83-year-old computer-phobic character and Tech To Us is exactly what I need.

I had a problem with my computer so I looked into tech support. I have nothing but praise for the customer service of Tech to Us. They've been very good. I've had only one experience with their sales team and that was when we signed up again last year, and they were very nice. I'm gonna sign with them again and I have recommended them to friends.
My computer got a virus. I had a different team, but I couldn't get through their number. I found Tech to Us and got their monthly plan. Their support team is a great group. They're really nice, very personable, and very polite. They're very patient because I'm really not techie at all. They also had a great sense of humor and a class act. I am calling a supervisor today and tell them how wonderful these guys are. It's been an excellent experience with Tech to Us - it's so educational and pleasant. I’m learning and I'm very satisfied.
This is to let you know how please I am with one of your technicians, named Henshaw, who has been so understanding to this old man (89), and patient because I have difficulties hearing and seeing. He also is very knowledgeable. As I always say, a company is as good as their personnel. I am happy with your services also.
I am very impressed with their service. They're excellent and reliable overall. I went with their $20 monthly service package and if I'm having any discussions about computers, and if someone has a PC, I tell them that Tech to Us has a good service and can get them out of a bind. We actually had them cleaning up the computer the other day and the guy did a really good job. I sat there and watched what he was doing and the tools he was running.
My experience with Tech to Us consisted of mostly good things. Their technicians who are helping me sound very knowledgeable. I'm amazed that they hire such talented people. They seem to know what they're doing with the way they speak and their terminology. A couple of times, they've got me out of jams. When I got a Trojan horse one time that was shutting down my computer, the guy tried everything and finally got my computer back up to a T. When you have an experience like that, it makes you a loyal customer from then on.
There's only one problem that I'm disturbed about -- the Malwarebytes that keeps popping up, slowly rises from the bottom and then descends -- it's aggravating. I switched over from Norton Anti-Virus to the virus protector from Tech to Us, and I hope that this thing that keeps rising up from the bottom of the screen is not associated with that.
I had a great experience with Tech to Us. I'm not good at computer or fixing it when it goes haywire. Once I got Tech to Us' number, I knew I was never going to leave the service because it's great. Their people are phenomenal and absolutely wonderful to deal with. They tell me what to do so that they can get on my computer. So I let them take over it, fix everything, then they tell me to call them back if I have other problems.
I go with the annual plan. This year when it came up around, although I didn't have the money to do it, I did it anyway because I have to have it now. Every time something goes wrong, I just call Tech to Us and they fix everything. If I were left to my own accord, I would be long gone. I like everything about Tech to Us, and I'd recommend it to anybody. It's the most amazing thing in the world.
I like Tech to Us. They saved my life. I had gotten ripped off by Microsoft and a couple of other companies, but when I called them, they addressed my concerns without even knowing it. I went with them because the plan was only $29.95 a month and that was very reasonable. The techs have been great and they answered all my questions. I only ran into one guy who gave me the runaround but I got somebody to help me get things straightened out. I have nothing but kudos to say to them because they are wonderful. No matter how long it takes, they always inform me that it'll take a while and that they'll give me a call when they're done working on my computer. They're very polite and professional.
The Tech to Us sales team were terrific. I got a one year plan for my printer. Each time I've called, they've solved my problems. Sometimes it takes a little time and sometimes it's a little faster but it gets done and I'm very happy. Their support technicians have been great too. Tech to Us were respectful, nice and worked very hard for me. Sometimes it's a little difficult to figure something out with these printers and computers, and they stayed with me until we figured it out. I appreciate that.
I looked for a new tech support because the provider I had went out of business, and I came across Tech to Us on the internet. The technicians were courteous and very informative. I've probably called them six times since I've had them. Every time I call, it's very easy to get a hold of them and for them to take over my computer and take care of the issues. I'm 100% very happy with them at this point. I have no complaints but just praise for Tech to Us.
My computer was down. I got a 2-year plan with Tech to Us and they've been great. They are a good company and I have had no problems with their tech support. The 2-year plan ran out a little while ago and I have a year's plan now.
I was using Geek Squad and I wasn't too pleased with them. There always were some issues here and there, and it takes forever with them. So I searched out on the internet and was able to find Tech to Us. I've been pleased ever since. A guy there named Brett, who I'm not sure if he's part of a sales team or I.T. department, and the guy who initially did the sale were great.
The guy who got my computer fixed was awesome. I called for something and Tech to Us got right on it. It took them a little while, but overall I was happy because they got my computer and stuff back up and running with no problem. They even offered to help with the information on it that I lost. I was also able to purchase a storage stuff with them. Tech to Us is the best company I've seen. They get the job done in a short amount of time and I've seen it in a long time. I was just hoping that I could add another person to be able to call in in case I'm not available, who can approve getting some work done on one of the computers because I purchased subscription for my office. Other than this, I'm very satisfied and Tech to Us is worth spending money.
I have a monthly plan with Tech to Us and I really appreciate the kindness and respect that the techs give when I talk to them. They are patient and knowledgeable. They are really a wonder, and I felt that they're pretty good guys.
We’re not very techie and we're having a big problem in the middle of a big project. We don’t want to lose anything and we don’t know what to do. We were on the phone with Chinese speaking people that were trying to talk my husband through it, and I felt really uncomfortable about that. Also, the price kept going up the longer they were talking. While my husband was on the phone with them, I said, “How do we know you are who you say you are?” Because that’s how I was feeling with the Chinese speaking people. The fellow on the phone gave me the Better Business Bureau's phone number and a way to ID his company. It was wonderful! They were very patient with me because I was being suspicious. He gave me a way to search him out and he stayed on the phone with my husband while I did. I was very satisfied afterwards, so he went through and figured everything out with my husband.
Yesterday, I had a pretty important question because I’m working on a paper. I didn’t know what to do and I didn’t want to lose it. I tried to call them, waited and it didn’t happen. I was nervous. I don’t know computer enough to know when something’s going to disappear. Everybody says you can’t hurt anything but if you can’t find it, it’s hurt. I finally dealt with the two of Tech to Us technicians and they were wonderful as if they were my children. They were very patient, kind and wonderful. They didn’t make me feel rushed and didn’t make me feel stupid. I loved working with them. I would definitely recommend Tech to Us. On the other hand, they need more phone coverage or somebody answers to give you an idea what the wait would be. They could also offer a call back because I've been waiting and waiting, and don't know what for.

We got our first computer about eight years ago. I knew that we could not fix things ourselves and that we would most likely need help. We've used Tech to Us ever since we got our first computer. We signed up online and have a yearly plan with them. Their technicians have always been very friendly and courteous. They were able to resolve any problems that we threw at them and with setting up our computers. I would recommend Tech to Us to anybody.
I had some issues on my computer. I was hoping to find someone who would know more about it than I would, someone who would not be always trying to upsell me on something else. I've had previous experiences with some other organizations that offered me a remote control repair operation type of scenario. When they got on the computer, they managed to make some changes. But everything that they did was an additional charge and they were always trying to upsell me on another package and another program. That was only good for a few weeks or months. I was very disenchanted with a lot of what I saw. I saw a report from some very reliable sources that indicated that Tech to Us was clear and above reproach in these matters, that they were very reliable.
I checked Google to look for recommendations and Tech to Us was close to the top of the list. I rely heavily on good recommendations, what's being recommended and why. That's the reason why I moved in that direction. The nice thing about it was I started out with something that was affordable and that was monthly. They gave me 30 days to upconvert it to a yearly, which brought the cost down from $30 a month to $25 a month. Within those 30 days, I opted for a yearly program. My experience so far has been great. I'm very pleased.
I connected with Tech to Us and they were able to satisfy my questions for my problems. I'm so satisfied with them. I have the yearly plan and I've been a client for maybe five years.
When I was having a very serious problem with my computer, I dialed information and got Tech to Us' phone number. The first person I talked to was very reassuring that it could be fixed, explained what the program was and gave me an option which I may want to take advantage of, and got me connected to a technical support person. The problem I was having had to do with a group of people from the Indian subcontinent who called and said that they were from Microsoft and that I had a virus and infection and they were calling to help me address it.
The technical support person said there were ways to address it and I didn't need to worry. He asked questions about what happened and how far I had gone with the person when I turned off the computer. We then set up a link where he could come into my computer. It was about an hour and forty-five minute process to go through everything and make sure that my system was okay. They got the issue resolved within the day.
I had a virus on my computer. Tech to Us support technicians helped me get rid of the virus and I had excellent interactions with them. I got the monthly plan and the sales team that helped me were very knowledgeable.
I got into some malware then I pressed on the wrong thing and came up with needing help, and Tech to Us came up when I called the number. I've been with Tech to Us for a little over a year now on a monthly plan and have been really happy with them. It feels like I've found the company that works well and they were very friendly, efficient, polite and patient with me.
Hi Threasa, thanks for the kinds words and the review. We did just want to clarify something that is very important. Our number would not have "popped up" on your computer. What you had (based on our notes of your issue) was a common malware scam that pops up and says there are various issues on your computer and has a number to call. You ended up finding us by calling around to find out what this pop-up was, but it was not by calling the number that popped up from the malware. Thank you again for the review!
I've been with Tech to Us for seven years and I’ve gotten close to Mark and John and they always come through for me. It’s a monthly plan and I'm happy with that.

I heard about Tech to Us on Good Morning America one morning. They were talking about support teams and they mentioned their company. And because it was mentioned on TV, I felt it was credible, so I called and joined them. My interaction with their salesman was extremely good. He was very thorough and he explained all the products and services but mostly I was interested in the online tech support. I got their yearly plan but I wasn’t aware that their support technicians can come out to my home. I was only aware of their online tech service. The experience has been good so far. I’ve had other tech companies that I’ve used in the past and it started to get to a point where they're hard to get in touch with. It hasn’t been the case with Tech to Us. One of them went out of business, so I got stuck and I was a little bit reluctant to go back in.
But I believe that this company has done the service pretty well. They don’t advertise the 24/7 though. Only 9 to 5 or 9 to 7, Monday through Friday and certain hours on Saturday. It wasn’t explained to me that way. However, if I just go to the icon on a Sunday, they'd pick up and take care of it remotely. But if I needed help on a day that they did it, I’d like to know what the actual course of action is. However, their service was a little more expensive than everybody else but in the long run I thought of the savings because they helped me with my mobile devices and all of my personal and business computers too. As long as it was made, they didn’t care whose computer are those. So far, they had met my needs and they pick up in a reasonable amount of time.

I had a phone call that said there was a virus put on my computer and they wanted to fix it. I wouldn’t talk to the guy or give them any information, so that’s when I called Tech to Us. Their technician was very helpful and explained everything he was doing. He went into the computer and took out whatever they tried to hack into and ran a full scan. He also did a follow-up. Tech to Us is a great support system. They’re good to have for people who are not so tech-savvy. I'm very satisfied with them.
I got hacked. One of those jerks called me who said that he works for Microsoft and I needed to get my computer worked on. So I called the telephone company in Seattle and asked for the after-hours number for Microsoft. I wanted to see if these people work there as I’m pretty sure I’m being hacked. Then, Microsoft gave me the Tech to Us number. I’ve worked in the computer industry before and I’m embarrassed to admit that I let the scammer on to my computer and they were on for several hours. Then the guys from Tech to Us said it could happen to anybody, and they were nice about that. They spent about four hours on cleaning it up, that’s exactly what I needed and they didn’t have to talk me into it.
I’m with the monthly plan because my account was too low and my card didn’t have enough to go with the yearly one, but I need to get the yearly plan as I’m paying an extra $70 by not having the annual plan. Other than that, the support technicians were very good, courteous, knowledgeable, and they respected my knowledge on the computer. They did an excellent job and I’ll be getting with them once in a while to have them go through the computer.
I was having a lot of problems with our computer and I'm not really a computer geek. I just like to get in to use it, do what I want to do and be done. I decided to get spyware and tech support through Tech to Us. We were with AVG but we decided to go with them. I went with Tech to Us because of the way they do business. It's not that AVG is a bad company but Tech to Us people are more personable because they go that little extra bit that means a lot to a person like me. I've had about three different technicians and everybody we've talked to has just been great and have taken good care of me. When you get on the line with them, they don't beat around the bush and if there's something they think I'm doing, they ask me and I give them an answer then we get it worked out. Without a doubt, I would recommend them to a friend. We're extremely happy with them.
Tech to Us were exceptional. We had someone on speaker phone to walk us through what the problem was with our computer and it took a very long time but they resolved it. The problem came straight out of the box. When we were registering, I put my name in and everything came up encrypted. We don't know why. No one could not get into the computer at all and we were so frustrated. They had to wipe out everything on it thoroughly and were so good, patient and kind.
I got hacked so I called Microsoft, then they referred Tech to Us to me. Interactions with them were satisfying and the people were really knowledgeable and friendly.
Tech To Us provides excellent service. I contacted them because I had a lot of things I didn’t know about. Adding to the computer and finding out why it wouldn’t work, their reps would walk me through it or take care of it if it would say different things. They were very knowledgeable and very good.
Tech to Us is excellent. Their people are very personable, confident, qualified and helpful. I call and get assistance occasionally and their technician help suggest things. The last time I called, I needed to attach something to a document I was sending and I didn't know how to do it. I called them and asked what I should look for. They explained the answer and showed me what and how to do it and it was possible to send the document. Now I know what to do.
I am really happy with Tech to Us. They are always very helpful and are able to fix all of my problems. I am not very good with technology but they are always there to help when I am in need of assistance.
I needed help with some computer problem and I couldn’t solve it, so I subscribed to Tech to Us. My problem is that they insist on using texting for communication. I only have one hand, so my typing is a little slow and the little box that they use for that is so microscopic. It’s only about three inches high and I couldn’t read anything. So, I’d asked them, “Could I go on the phone?” and one of them said yes, but the other one said no. The support techs were very good but the imposition of the mode of communication is not compatible with me. I had the one session at $129 and then I was supposed to pay $29 a month which I started doing, but I decided that it wasn’t going to work for me because of the problems and then I cancelled. But, their sales team was very good.

While we do recommend using the direct connection and chat method for speed and ease, our phone lines are always open for you to call in.
The technician who picked up your session likely said no to calling you due to them already being on the phone with another customer. It should have been explained to you better that you can always call us, or always request that a technician call you once they are free.

I wasn't satisfied with what was happening with our computers and decided to look for an alternative source to help us and repair the computers and get them working like they should. I looked into Tech to Us and I am satisfied with their service. They were very nice and helpful when time came to talk about what everything was entailed. They cleaned up my wife's computer and mine. We haven't had any problem since and everything is going along smooth. We've had positive interaction with the sales team who had called back a couple of times to make sure that we're doing okay. The experience was really enjoyable, but it was a very helpful learning experience because along the way, they told me what they were doing and made sure I understood it.
I had Tech to Us before and they did a good job. Their technicians were courteous and bright. When I had another problem, the support technician who helped me out was terrific. It took him two seconds to tell me what to do. Their sales team has also been delightful and excellent.
My computer was not working so I called Tech to Us for support. Their sales team and support technician were all good. I end up buying a monthly plan with them. It was an excellent experience. I like the support. The fact that I pay $30 a month and they help us with the two computers that we have at home. I'd recommend them to my friends.
I had some problem with my Netgear router and had sought tech support from Tech to Us. I was very happy with the support technicians that helped me. They were very knowledgeable, knew what they were doing and their prices are nice, too.
I needed to upgrade my Windows operating system. I called Tech to Us and they got the information then they passed me over to a technical staff who helped me with getting the Windows upgraded to 8.1. I found them to be helpful and it was real good experience. I had experience with the company called iYogi before that I was not pleased with and Tech to Us was altogether different. It was an excellent support and then they call me back for follow up. It was real fast.
I have used tech support many times since I established my accounts with them and they are always spot on! They are courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly patient. I recommend them to everyone I speak to regarding tech support and would never use anyone else.
There were things going weird with my HP computer. I tried to get a hold of HP but apparently I did something wrong on registering my computer so they wouldn't take a look at it. That's when I decided to get tech support from Tech to US. When I call Tech to Us or click on the Tech to Us button if it is available on the computer, they usually take a look at the problem. The support techs have been positive and friendly. They're fabulous. They took a really good hard look at how come my desktop got "eggPlant" on it. They did everything they possibly can. I'm pretty happy with them. It's been an easy and great experience.
I have always been and fan of Tech To Us. I am a Boomer, and proud of it, but definitely not in the hub of knowledge and/or information about how to fix computer problems when they happen... and they always seem to pop up! The gentlemen that work for this company are polite, they are knowledgeable about computers and the computer world, and continue to amaze and delight us.

I’ve worked with Tech to Us for over two years now and they’re very good. I call them at least once or twice a week and I always get what I want. The technicians have most certainly been friendly, courteous and patient with me. Sometimes, something will come up on the screen and tell me about a company that’ll tell me something’s wrong with my computer. They’ll tell me that they’re Microsoft or AT&T. I have called Tech to Us and they said, “Nah. Those are scams." Apparently, there’s a bunch of other companies that are doing the same sort of thing. One time, I answered one of those and they charged my banking account $600. But I was able to get it all back. Tech to Us helped me realize to be very careful and that it’s best that if those guys call, I just hang up. It was an excellent experience overall.
I like the service of Tech to Us and the techs I've talked to were very helpful. I like that they're available 24/7 and anytime I have a problem, they answered me right away. They were costly to me, but I'm very satisfied.

The Geek Squad changed their whole policy without me knowing it. So my computer was without tech support. Then they raised their prices so I felt that I had to do something. I went online and started looking into tech support. I asked questions to several of them and I found Tech to Us to be a better deal than others. They were also very helpful and polite - they answered all my questions.
The only thing that I'm not happy with is that it doesn't cover my laptop and my PC but it's not a big deal. It's two programs for basically the price of one. I was also a little surprised when everything in the advertisement says “no hidden fee or no extra fees,” but I had to have an anti-virus protection and that’s an extra charge which I didn’t know. It’s probably my fault more than theirs. But other than that, it's okay. I’ve got a few days now before I have to decide if I’m gonna have to go with them and get it.

I had something going on with my computer so I tried calling Microsoft's 800 number and was connected to Tech to Us. So far, my experience with their sales staff and support technicians has been good and they have been most helpful. I'm in my late 60s and computers don't come naturally to me. I had a situation before where I couldn't click out a certain window, reduce it or expand it. I called Tech to Us and they said, "Oh, if you put your cursor in the middle upper part of the page and click it, you can move the whole page," which is something I didn't know.
I was hacked and was approached by some scammers on my computer, and I got nervous about it. I gave out my credit card information and when I checked, they put through $500. I called Microsoft and Tech to Us was their tech service. They told me that they were scammers and Tech to Us went through and got rid of everything out of my computer and protected it. Their technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous and knew immediately the problem I was having. It took them only 15 minutes to get a technician onto my computer because I was concerned about what was happening. They got right into it and I could see everything on the screen and what they were doing which I really appreciated throughout.
It took all day, but during which I would step into our office and watch for a few minutes. I saw that they used many different software programs to go through my computer and find all the viruses. It happened quickly, efficiently and proficiently. Both the gentlemen I dealt with when I first called in and then later the technician were helpful and answered all my questions. The whole experience was good and I'm happy now.

Last fall, I was having a problem on the computer and was trying to get the correct number for my tech support, and Tech to Us prompted up on the screen. I have no idea why but I let them talk to me and I told them what the problem was. They fixed the problem very well, so I took the Tech Support Program and was very impressed. Then I recently changed computers and was having a little problem transferring materials from my desktop to my new laptop. I called Tech to Us and got Jay and he was absolutely fabulous because my girlfriend and I were working on this and he stuck with us and got it all done. During the conversation he asked me about my antivirus. I told him what I was using, we discussed it and he offered me a good beginners price. I told him I’ll think about it, but I was so impressed with his courtesy and efficiency. When my McAfee was going to be expiring, I called and took Tech antivirus.
From a courtesy point of view, English-speaking that you can understand, patience, knowing what they’re doing and getting it done, Tech to Us was excellent. I knew what they were doing all the time because Jay was telling me. In so many companies, I get people from foreign countries and they know what they’re doing, they speak English but I can’t understand them. That gets my frustration up because I'm already upset. I ran a business on my computer and when it comes to the nuts and bolts of it, I need help. And when I can’t understand the person and they’re practically screaming to make me understand, it’s just awful because I become a nervous wreck. With Tech, I’m not nervous. I don’t feel stupid with them and I feel they’re taking care of the problem. I hope they keep up the service because since last fall to this time, it's even more professional. If they keep that standard up, I would never hesitate to recommend them.

One thing that we do want to correct is that you mentioned the phone number for us popped up on your screen. That would definitely not have happened. We do not utilize tactics such as that since they are widely considered a scam - and justifiably so. We stress this because many other so called tech support providers utilize this tactic as a means to drive them business when there is actually no problem or issue on the customer's computer. This is currently a popular scam by overseas tech support providers.
You more than likely found us online or in some directory listing us as third party support for whatever company you may have been looking for. Maybe even in response to that pop-up and wondering what it was. We get that a lot.

I have a couple of computers that I frequently use and I wanted tech support because I couldn’t figure out how to do something that I need to be done. It had to do with software. I researched online and Tech to Us came up as number one for tech support so I went with them. The tech advisors explained everything then took over and handled their business. It was a pretty good experience.
I was having problems with other supports that I got online, so I was looking for something new. When I tried Tech to Us, I was satisfied. One of the really good things with them is that I could understand what they were saying rather than dealing with somebody from far away, and that was helpful. They were thorough in looking at my problem, came up with solutions and left me running an old computer in a satisfactory way. Their customer service is really good, friendly, and patient. I've gone back to them several times and each time has been a good experience.

I wrote the president of the company an email letting him know as much and in particular, singling out one individual who has been particularly helpful, committed, and very solution-oriented - a real problem solver - and I had some real problems. I'm not very computer savvy. Whenever I've had a problem, Tech to Us has taken care of it. Once there were two or three fellows working on the same problem but they never gave up and always straightened out what I've managed to mess up. My husband fouled up his computer at one point, even worse than I had ever done. It took a few days for Tech to Us to work on it because my husband couldn't remember his password. They stuck with him throughout and it was amazing because it took a long time. They managed in the end so his computer is now working fine as well as mine. So we're very pleased with our service from Tech to Us. Their technicians are very friendly, personable, patient and understanding so we don't feel ridiculous to call them especially when we've done something silly. They're very easy to work with. I'd recommend them and I’m sure my husband would too.

I got screwed over by a scam so I decided to look into tech support. I had Tech to Us for a whole year and they're very good, knowledgeable, friendly and excellent. They even knew about the scam that I got caught up in, cleaned up my computers and made them running very efficiently. They knew what they were doing, took their time with me, explained anything I wanted and answered all my questions. I'm happy I found them.
It has always been a very good experience with Tech to Us. I decided to get tech support and stumbled upon them when something went wrong with my computer. They were easy to work with, efficient and patient. They were easy to understand because they speak English. They would explain what they were doing and let me know when they need to be interactive with me. My wife and I are not too computer literate and we're just learning so we decided to get some help from Tech to Us. They had courteous and knowledgeable sales team. They were all positive and helped us a lot. We got the basic computer plan - help with any type of question I had. I call them if I have a problem with the computer or if I don't know how to do something and they help me with it. One thing though, they're a little bit slow about answering the phone. They might not have enough people available to answer the phone, but it takes a long time sometimes before somebody will answer. But when they do, they help me a lot.
Windows 10 is terrible, I didn’t like it, I want to return to Windows 8, and I couldn't do it myself so I got a hold of the guys in Tech to Us. I had used them once before, but this time they weren’t able to help me. We tried for 5 or 6 six days, trying to get things restored and they just couldn’t do it. They were personable enough and worked diligently on it, but just couldn’t do it. They really worked hard all day long for several days, trying everything they could think of but Windows 10 just won’t let you revert back to Windows 8.1 so I’m living with it. Nevertheless, I would use them again even though they weren’t able to help me out this time.
I've always had a good experience with Tech to Us. Their sales team have all been good and the support technicians are all positive. I call whenever I have a question or problem concerning the computer whether it's technical or things like how to use the different things in Word. Overall, it's excellent service, worth the money and I suggest it to others.
I had some online people pretending to be legal support who offered to fix my laptop out of the clear blue. I figured they were frauds. It came up that I needed to upgrade my laptop to Windows 10 and so I hit the key to do it. When I did it, it blacked out. I reached out to Tech to Us and their representative initially wanted $129. I didn’t have it so he arranged for payments and transferred me to someone that would help me. I was on hold in an exceptionally long time. It's December so it's very busy but Tech to Us has great people working for them. They were very polite, professional, and helpful. I did ask if I had sufficient protection to keep the problem from happening, and I was told that I did.
And then it seemed my laptop and tablet were repaired. However, a couple days later, my laptop just blacked out and was gone. I should have called Tech to Us the minute they were upgrading my Windows to 10 and stop it. I could have saved my computer. I am still experiencing some problems with my tablet but it could be me or something I did because I am inexperienced. I just put it all up until after Christmas where the whole process wouldn't be as long. I can't do anything about the laptop, but I'd get them to see what they can do with the tablet.
I’m an older person who never grew up with computers, so I know very little about them. And I have ran across every kind of situation you can imagine—viruses, and simple programs that I couldn’t make to work. I ran across Tech to Us by accident. I don’t use them all that much, but they’ve been very good during the times that I have. There were some problems they couldn’t solve, though, that I eventually ended up bringing the computer to a shop, where I was told that it was fried and nothing can be done to save it. But apart from that, they’ve been good in most cases. All of my interactions with the technicians have been really good. I have also recommended Tech to Us to my brother because he was having computer troubles as well, and they helped him get his computer straightened out.
I had problems with my computer that I couldn't resolve. There were things popping up that I never requested and things would happen that were done either by me pushing a certain button. I'm a novice on my computer so I decided to look for tech support. I found Tech to Us and was pleased to find them. They did a good job at cleaning up my computer problems. Their online technicians were knowledgeable, told me in a very clear language how to fix things and left some software on my computer to help monitor the situation.
One of the problems that I have is still unresolved. When I'm chatting on any format, like Match.com, the screen will suddenly blink and the letters J P A will appear on the chat box and I have no idea why that happens. Nevertheless, I would still recommend Tech to Us because they're conscientious about getting things right. I don't have to call them back because they call me regularly to make sure that the problems are resolved.

A hacker got into my computer, and when I wouldn't pay the ransom they wanted, they shut my computer down. So I called my tech support and phone company and they recommended Tech to Us. I did the years’ worth of service from them on a monthly contract and I haven't had any problems since then. If a problem arises, I know they are there. They are courteous, very friendly and they make you feel comfortable by explaining step-by-step, what and how they were going to do it.
Tech to Us is excellent and the people they hire are the best and I trust them completely when they're in my computer - no worries at all. They are very knowledgeable, patient and understanding, especially with clients like me who don't know anything about computers. I've had them for years and became part of my life. They have polite and pleasant sales team who tries to understand what I'm trying to tell them because sometimes I don't know what I'm looking at. They go into my computer and call me when it's done. Sometimes they're funny and nice people to speak and do business with. Jay and Jonathan have been helpful, reliable and I could understand them when I was having problems or just working for coverage for my computer. I would definitely recommend them.

We called them and they spent more than 20 hours to solve the situation. They're very thorough and highly skilled. The staff is professional and always accessible. The option of getting an in-home technician for just about a day or two cost money and the issue seemed that it be could easily handled over the phone or over the net, so I decided to look into tech support. The guys from Tech to Us were just excellent and Jessica has a wonderful phone voice. I've been delighted by their service. In just 15 minutes, the issue is solved and everything is back and running. I went with the yearly plan and now I'm signed up for two more years. The support technicians will be dealing with multiple calls at once because their business just picked up a lot. I have recommended them to friends.
I had crashed my computer and I don't know anything about it, so I was trying to find the best resource to fix it and to continue to keep it fixed. I decided to go with Tech to Us and they were well worth the money. They've put up with me trying to explain with nontechnical terms what's going on. I probably could have explained it faster if I would have known about it, but I don't. I've only had one problem with one technician and I already brought that to their attention. But overall, everybody's been great and my hats off to the whole group.
I called up Tech To Us, talked to them, gave them permission to get into my computer to clean things up, and it's been a very satisfactory experience. In fact, I'm paid up through about April of '17. I'm on first-name basis with Mark and some of the others there. But they never gave me any indication, from my personal feeling, that they're trying to shortchange me because a lot of times it may take several hours for them to get in and clean things up. So then they'll say, "Hey, I'll call you back later." And so I go on and do my own business. And when they're through, they call and say, "We believe we got everything straightened up."
Another thing that they have done, as an example, is I get this notice that Microsoft 10 is available. I've talked to them about it, and they said, "Well, you know, if you're doing okay with 7, our recommendation, and this is right after it had come out, is that you got a year to do it free of charge so why not get on closer to that before you change over. If you're satisfied with what you got, let them get some of the bugs cleaned zero in the first year." So when we get a little closer, I'll call them and if they say it's time, then they said they would install it for me. So I've had very good experience with Tech To Us. I've recommended them to a number of people and I would certainly recommend them to anybody that was looking for tech service.
Highly recommend Elijah. He was terrific and a pleasure to work with him and the co. tech to us. He called me back to see if everything was working from my previous call to him. No one has ever done that before and I highly recommend the co. as well.
There's not too many tech-savvy people in our offices so we would run to Best Buy's Geek Squad and set an appointment but they could never see us when we needed help immediately. My husband owns an electronics company and doesn't have the temperament to sit still and just watch things, he gets frustrated. Someone suggested Tech to Us so we tried them and it was the best thing we ever did. Now, the person that’s in the office that knows how to deal with computers doesn’t have to stop working to help another person when there's an issue. They were even able to help my husband in the airport when he had an issue. He saw the icon on his laptop, called in, and they were able to resolve the problem. It’s a wonderful tool to have. I called the directory of service to get a hold of Microsoft tech support but they gave me Tech to Us' number by mistake. So far, my interactions with their techs have been very pleasurable. They seem to be knowledgeable in what they're doing. I am computer savvy but unaccustomed to Windows 10. They got my computer up and running, and they have been very professional with it. They were very friendly, treating me like a family and speaking on a very personable basis. They don't try to use a pompous attitude. They do not talk down and they put things on very simple terms for me to understand them.

Tech to Us does the same thing the other folks did and the company was highly rated online. Their support technicians are wonderful. The first time their tech worked with me, he literally knocked himself out to help me. As I've gotten older, I have less ability to keep up with things and Tech to Us has been useful for me. I used to work with computers, but when I retired, I couldn't keep up with it every minute. The people from Tech to Us seem patient and usually stick with a problem until it gets fixed, which is good. Overall, I've been satisfied with them as they've been good. Also, because of price differentials, I bought a longer contract with them.
I wasn’t familiar with the computer and needed someone to guide me through so I could learn. I was also having several technical problems that I needed help with so I got Tech to Us. I signed up for a yearly plan and have been with them for a long time. One of their support technicians, Jay, has been fantastic. He is the most knowledgeable of them all and I was enamored with him for a long time. He’s helped me out in a lot of issues and he’d work until my computer's fixed. He doesn’t give up or pass it off to somebody else and would stick with me until it’s midnight so I love him to death.
At times when I call in, I can't get him so I went with other techs and had real problems. They'd tell me how to do it and then would get off the phone. They're just lazy. Others didn't seem to have their heart in it as far as knowledge. They messed up something on one of my computers and never got it straightened out so I had to get a new one. There was a time that they didn’t help at all and I’ve had to hire another technical support group to come in and do the work. I've talked to Jay about it and asked him to help me so he did, and it's been a nice experience.
I recommend Tech to Us to people all the time. When I had a major problem on my computer, I called Tech to Us and was very pleased with them. At that time, I had the one-time deal from them which would fix the problem until we came to the end of it. They got the whole thing straightened out and I was impressed to know that the people I spoke with were familiar with adaptive technology and speech programs. Then, they had Christmas special wherein I could get five tickets which was $20. But it was $100 worth of computer tech time and the tickets can be given as Christmas presents. So I gave Ron, who doesn't know how to do technical stuff on the computer, one and a couple other friends. They used the tickets and were very pleased. So, Ron asked me to sign him up with Tech to Us, and he also had a nice experience with them.
I can't give Tech to Us enough praise. They were good. I retired six years ago and my secretary did all sorts of computer stuff for me. I could do some and have a computer and kept up with a lot of the stuff, and one of them was my stock portfolio. But as time went on, I didn't use my computer very much and then that got me in trouble. I forgot a lot of the computer stuff and so I have to call in for tech support to see if Tech to Us can help me build up something that didn't happen. I have not been disappointed in anything that I've gotten from them. They dug me out of my holes more than anything I've ever experienced. They are very motivated, want to help and they do help, and they keep at it until they get it right if there's ever any question in it. It's a pleasure working with Tech to Us.
After speaking to Jay today, I am changing my review and giving Tech to Us 5 stars. They have helped me immensely in the past and Jay has ALWAYS been more than patient.
I’m very slow on the computer, and Jay from Tech to Us was the most patient and wonderful person there is. I had a problem the other day deleting nasty things on my Facebook, since a friend sent a Happy New Year with a Jewish star and a ram’s horn, but it was from the Masons so it got me upset and I wanted those off. The following day, I got another one that was obscene, which made me terribly, terribly upset, so I called Tech to Us and I kept asking another rep some questions. He then said he was very busy and that he couldn’t do it all, and also told me that I need to block some of the people, so he did it. However, I’ve talked to this fellow with his phone before, and it’s just the same all the time.
I was angry with the experience the other day, plus the fact that I have to wait for a long time for somebody to help me. Every time I hit the icon for Tech to Us, it says I can’t go through, so I can’t get contact with a tech and I have to wait forever. Also, what should be a few minutes of explanation about the problem went into two hours the other day due to connection problems. I verbalized my plea to the other rep and he only said that it happens to some people, but it happens to me all the time, so I have to call them. I’m angry with the other rep, but I’d totally recommend Jay’s services to anyone.

I don't have a mind for computers so it makes it easier for me to be able to call Tech to Us and have them figure things out that I can't. So far, I haven't had any problems with them at all. Their sales team had been very good and so have most of their technicians like Jay. I like him. There was a time when I was working on a project and couldn't remember the formatting of the program because I've been away from it for too long. In such cases when something doesn't turn out right, I call him. Overall, I've had good luck with Tech to Us and I would recommend them.
Tech to Us is an absolute spectacular group of individuals. They're knowledgeable, pleasant and have good prices. I found them three years ago when I tried to call Microsoft regarding a problem and I have used them ever since. They're easy to speak to and understand. I work specifically with one of their technicians and he has always solved my problems. Being older, there's a lot I don't understand and he's very patient. I just can't say enough positives. I would recommend them to anybody in a heartbeat. In fact, I tell my family "If you ever, ever, ever have any questions or problems, you call Tech to Us." I like them and I’m enthusiastic.

I needed some work done on our computer so I called Tech to Us and they gave me a good deal for one shot. I did the $99 one-time fix and the technician was great. Then, I was in their database and I got an email that they're running a monthly special. I'm on a fixed income and I couldn't afford the whole $250 down. I thought the specials was awesome so I signed up for it. I do all the work with them. I call them when I have a problem and it doesn't matter when. Their technicians are outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Anybody I've ever talked to at Tech to Us has been great. However, there's one time when I left a note for them not to call me. That didn't work through well since I was awakened by a Supervisor but he was fantastic. He worked on my PC for 6 hours for two days. He worked hard on it, he was great.
The other thing I like about them is I got 30 years experience with computers but there's a lot of the new stuff I don't get very well, and for them to dial in and do what they gotta do is wonderful. I'd recommend them to everybody. Some people go for it; some people don't, but they're amazing. Whoever thought of it, kudos! It's awesome. The biggest and most important thing is its American support. I can understand what they say and that's what makes me feel they're trustworthy. Otherwise, I wouldn't let them in my PC. I'm going to keep doing the monthly special but the minute they lose their American support, I'm gone.

My laptop was malfunctioning again and I contacted Tech To Us. I asked for a supervisor because I was not pleased with the other worker's assistance. The supervisor's name was Jay. Jay worked on the problem for two days and the result was a functioning machine. He kept in contact with me every step of the way. He worked diligently and now my computer is on the mend. There is still a problem with my printer and Jay told me that he will fix it for me at my convenience. I am very pleased with this business now.
I wanted Dell to help me with our computer issues then Tech to Us came up. I thought they were part of Dell but turns out that they aren't. They haven't helped me. They did address the issue on my Norton Security correctly, but now my cursor keeps going on the computer all over the place. They told me to not use the cursor and use the mouse instead; however I'm a writer, I have to use the cursor and the touch pad. Moreover, they worked on my husband's three Dell computers for days and they still haven't fixed the problem. They still charge for another month however. Tech to Us is convenient - simply get to them on the computer and they give you an icon with which they can be reached immediately. However it's a long wait on the phone - I was waiting for almost two days then the techs finally came on the next day at 11:00.
The gentleman that helped me was patient, and took his time explaining things. I am not good with computers and get intimidated easily. He was an ace, and solved my problem. I have used their service for a year and have found them to be always helpful.
I went for tech support with Tech to Us since I had issues with the computer. I didn’t want to have to take the computer in because I didn’t know what they were going to do to it. With Tech to Us, I know what they're doing. I got their plan and pay by the month. Their price is pretty high but the company is very good and offers outstanding service. Their technicians are wonderful and keep working on the issue until they get it fixed.
I am someone who knows nothing about computers and every day I find much more about what I don't know about computers. I need help so I got Tech to Us' yearly plan. I've been dealing with their team for 3 or 4 years now and I have no complaints. Occasionally, they did get backed up but recently they must have added some additional personnel because I don't have to wait very long. I find them to be very good; for not much money, I'm getting first-class service that's working very well at all times. I highly recommend them to other people who, in turn, have also been satisfied.
I got tired of the people that I had before I got Tech to Us. Every time they did something to my computer, they'd mess something else up and then would charge me when I've already paid. They ask for a lot of money, almost $300, upfront and just caused me nothing but misery. But I love Tech to Us. Their customer service or technicians are friendly and able to answer my questions except for one who doesn’t care too much for his job. I've already recommended it to everybody.
I've been using Tech to Us services for a couple of years now. I was having some problems before with my internet service with Verizon. I called them and a guy from Verizon said he had used Tech to Us' service and that he liked them and recommended their services. So I tried it and Tech to Us has been excellent. I depend a lot on them to go through my computer and look for things since I’m not really as savvy when it comes to computers as the younger people are. I’m dependent on somebody who’s knowledgeable and patient with me. I also don’t like having to do a bunch of prompts to tell me what to do. I like having someone that when I get on the phone, I’m confident that I can trust the person that I’m turning my computer over to.
I was referred to Tech to Us through a router company. My interactions with both their sales and tech support team have been very good. I've recommended this company to others.
