    I had already been with a company called iYogi who seemed to be having all kinds of problems and I couldn’t reach them to fix my computer. Plus my computer crashed completely so I looked into tech support. The Tech to Us sales team was really helpful. They worked with me over two weekends because I work during the week. It was really difficult for me to be home and we ended up pulling everything off. They gave me instructions on how to go buy disks and flash drives and they were able to save all of my data, so I’m very grateful to them. The technicians were also very patient and they didn’t treat me like an idiot. They picked up pretty quickly that I knew enough that they could give me simple instructions. Overall I will stick with Tech to Us. I signed up for one month to get their help and then I upped it to a year. It’s a little expensive and I hope I get my money’s worth but so far, so good.

    I got a picture in white lettering and red screen saying, "You got a virus. Call this 800 number." I know it's a scam. But it says they were Microsoft so I called the information and asked for a phone number of Microsoft. They gave me Tech to Us and I knew they weren't a scam because they didn't tell me they need this or that. The Tech to Us team solved my problem and were within reason. They were good, very professional, explained everything that was gonna happen, what they were doing, and told me it was gonna take so long to fix. Then they called me back when it's ready and told me to leave it on and they'll take control of my computer and then they cleared it all up. I'm glad I got the yearly plan because it happened again 2 weeks after the first time and it was now on white screen with black lettering. Boom! They fixed it right away.

    People should be careful if something happens to their computer or they get a virus. They should not call any number because there are people who want to get access to their computer so they can get any online shopping they might be doing or their online banking accounts. So if people's screen goes red or white, I tell them to call Tech to Us and give them the numbers to call.

    I called the Dish company to fix a problem and was directed eventually to Tech to Us. The Tech to Us sales team was excellent in every way and very, very patient. The tech would not give up on the problem and kept working on it until we got it fixed. He spoke well and in a language I could understand, was very polite, and very helpful.     I was having problems with my HP laptop where there was something wrong with the password and I couldn't sign in. Then I was locked out of everything, so I dialed 1-800-HP and I got Tech To Us. The customer service rep explained the products and services in detail and then said that they could take care of that problem by coming into my computer on a proxy. My technician said that I don't have to watch the screen anymore and we worked on it for over four hours. The cost per hour initially was low and then their monthly fee is very reasonable. I went with the monthly plan because I don't have enough computer problems to justify to going with the annual plan. I also have another computer in my office and it's covered too which was really helpful. They also did follow ups after they did the technical support on my laptop and printer to see if everything was okay.

    They have this program where I can click an icon on my computer and they come on my computer. I don't even have to call them. I had another issue and this time it was my printer. I hadn't been able to print for a couple of days, so I clicked on this icon and I said that I'm having a problem with my printer. Another technician got on and took care of it for less than 30 minutes. So I got really high marks for this company and one thing that really stands out in my mind is they speak English. They communicate very well and were very courteous. The individuals that I've talked to were able to refer someone if they're not a specialist in that specific area. I've had two technicians and they've been top notch and they know what they're doing.

    All that malware and garbage out there led me to contact Tech to Us. Their sales team have been very good and there's no high pressure. In a lot of places, what they do is they get you then they want to upsell you. There's none of that with Tech to Us. And they call me back if they're delayed and they call me periodically. As a matter of fact, I talked to them last week and they said it's time for my free check-up on my computer where they run tests and whatnot. The one thing is, they put me on hold on the phone because they're very busy. So if I need to call them, I try to call them early in the morning. I'm in Chicago and they're on the east coast so they're an hour ahead.

    Other than that, they're great. They take control of my computer and go in there and get rid of all the junk that accumulates. I suppose for other people they're very helpful, too. They're very nice people to deal with. They answer all my questions and when they do the work, they call me back and explain what they did. Not that I understand what they did, but they told me about phishing and malware and everything else. I like it because they speak English. I went through Microsoft or Dell once and I got somebody who gave me one word in ten I could understand. Tech to Us is a great organization and I'm very pleased with them. I pay them yearly and they sent me a free little tablet that I gave to my grandkids because I'm not that sophisticated when it comes to that.

    I had Dell’s premium phone support and the staff over there always said they’re not trained in Open Office. I’m on Open Office 15 hours a day, so anything that’s wrong with my computer is going to show up there. Even though I had them for another two years, they did a lot of extra stupid stuff, which caused me to look for another service. I then went to Tech to Us. Their techs are wonderful. I’ve only had one guy who was obviously having a bad day in all the time that I’ve called them. They usually fix something very thoroughly the first time, and if it’s something persistent, they keep showing up.

    There were several things wrong with Open Office. It was very serious, and my techs worked on it and each one of them found something wrong with it. Finally, I didn’t have any more problems with Open Office when one of the techs checked it and found out that Open Office was being attacked by Norton. So, they keep at it until they have it done, no matter how many things are wrong with one thing. Tech to Us is clearly superior. Perhaps, they can reduplicate their system and become a national or international company, but as they are, they’re flat out wonderful. I’d recommend them, and in fact, I’ve earned them five customers.

    The company that I used before went out of business. I googled for tech support and Tech to Us came up. I read some of the reviews and decided to go with them on a yearly plan.     My son and son-in-law are both in IT, but they never have time to help me and it's a bother for them.     I had an issue with my computer and I was dealing with another tech company prior to going with Tech to Us. I was happy that Tech to Us were based in the United States. I talked to Chris and he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and informative. I had dealt with their techs three times. They sent me a disk and then I called them back. They went through the computer and fixed it. Two weeks later, I had an issue again but they fixed that as well.

    They are also very understanding. I'm somewhat visually impaired so when I sign in, I can’t see the screen that well, so they tell me what to do. I used to deal with another company and they realized that I wasn't computer savvy so they always tried to sell me stuff.     I was scammed by some foreigners saying there was trouble with my computer. They showed me a couple of things and they asked me for them to take control of it. When they wanted money for something, I realized it was a scam. They would not release my computer. They kept it and I never recovered. I called Microsoft and they referred me to Tech to Us. They restored my computer and did a wonderful job. I’m legally blind and I have trouble seeing a lot of things, and they corrected that. They installed my programs that I had a backup disc for.

    I've talked to Tech to Us several times and they have resolved all my problems except one. They couldn’t fix it because my hard drive had crashed and there’s nothing they could do about that. I had the option of getting a new hard drive installed or buy a new computer. I mulled that over and it was a difference of $200 to get a new computer, so I opted to get a new computer and they have installed all my programs on it. Sometimes they had to have me hang up and they’d call me back several hours later after their closing hours till they had the solution. The only problem I have is the waiting time for a technician which is very long but it's not their fault. I’ll be moving soon to retirement area and I wanna keep their service.

    I had tech support with an overseas company and they’re good, but it got very hard to understand them. The wait time and by the time they got back to me could be 24 to 48 hours. But when I have a computer and it’s down, I can’t wait that long. Also, they’re sales-motivated. So, I went online and looked at some tech companies in the United States and read the reviews. I talked to a gentleman from Tech to Us named Chris. He was a very nice rep. He was very good, knowledgeable, and upbeat. He did a good job with their company. We can do it and we can handle it.

    Their sales department was excellent, and high energy and excited to have me as a customer. The first contact I had with them was very reassuring. Friendly, helpful, and easy to understand. The time they got back to me was excellent. They know their product very well and they were able to fix any of the issues that I've had. I just signed up with them so it’s only been a little over a week. But the interactions I've had with them so far has been excellent and they fixed and updated everything and ran all the scans and they've done everything I needed. There was a software I didn’t have that I needed. The price was reasonable. They get back immediately. Within five minutes they were on my computer, working on it or they call me, which is invaluable if I have a business or something is urgent. I can’t be without a computer. I rescue dogs and when my computers are down, dogs are dying.

    The support technicians have installed an icon on my desktop so I just click it. I don’t even have to call. I like to talk to people but I tried it once and it immediately comes up. I type in what’s wrong and within seconds, they are back to me, saying, “This is Bob. Let me take control of your computer. Let me see what’s going on.” Or if I need to talk to them, I can just pick up the phone and call them and someone answers immediately. So I have someone get back to me immediately rather than waiting for 24 to 48 hours. One time, a tech's shift ran out. They immediately put me to another one and they log in what they’re doing, so tech #2 knew what tech #1 had done. Also, they were patient. There was one time though that I wanted to talk to a guy, and he just said, “I can’t talk to you right now but I’ll connect you to a tech who can.” So if they can’t, someone can, so they never left me hanging.

    Prior to using Tech to Us, I’d been using a company down in Austin, Texas and I had a terrible experience with them, including the loss of my ability to use my computer for days at a time and some problems with charging. So I went online and did some research and Tech to Us came up on top of the list. From the moment I called them, I was very comfortable because I had some prior experience and they were able to address any of my issues on both my desktop and laptop. And since they’d done a diagnostics and run everything, I have not had any further problems.

    Tech to Us also responds very quickly if I type them a text message and almost as quickly when I call them on the phone. With the previous place, I’d wait on the phone for well over an hour. So on a comparative basis in price and service, Tech to Us stands out so much. Sometimes I can talk to one guy and he can be outstanding, and I talk to the next guy and he could be a dope. But I’ve noticed no drop-off in the quality of Tech to Us’s technicians. If I saw shortcomings, I would be right upfront with them because I’m not going to be able to correct problems if I don’t know I have them. There was one manager in particular that I ended up calling on a Saturday. I spoke with him for half an hour and he did a follow-up e-mail which was great.

    Overall, Tech to Us is an exceptional company and I had a fantastic experience. I bought a new computer nine months ago and I’m now comfortable with knowing that if I'm going through a sixth generation and I get up to a much higher level, there’s going be technical help available to me. They also do Apple and it’s all included in the price they charge. I understand what to expect in the way of service from a company like them and I am more than pleased.     We had been getting support from a company called E-Racer, and we found out that they had gone out of business. I had a problem with this because our contract with them ran through October. I had also paid in advance for a continuing service for an additional two years. They didn't let me or any of their customers know that they had gone out of business and they didn't return the money. I had to get my credit card to dispute the charge. Once we found that we didn't have that service, my son went on the computer and he pulled up a number of different companies. Tech to Us had a pretty good rating with Consumer Reports, and we often use Consumer Reports for their background information.

    Tech to Us did the work to clean up and it took them quite a long time. It took them over seven hours to get it straightened out and get our program working again. They had to come back two days later to do something else to it. I'm not very knowledgeable on the computer and my son is only here occasionally, so we rely on somebody else to keep my computer working. Their team was very good. My son did the interactions but I was right here beside him, so I know that they were very pleasant. We were pretty happy going to them and the way they took care of us. We've only used them once but we went ahead and bought the virus and spyware packages as well.

    There's one thing I don't like about Tech to Us's program and it's that they insist that it's going to be an automatic renewal and I wouldn't choose that. I don't know how to take that off of there because I never automatically renew anything. I don't want to have to find out all of a sudden that my account is charged with something. This is a $300 thing and if it's an automatic renewal and they decide to charge $400 next year, what choice do I have? Overall, they appeared to be professional to the point where we believed them. They seem to be an honest company or we wouldn't have bought their service.

    I did a lot of research on the internet for different technical support companies. There was another company in California that was open 24/7. But every time I got them on the phone, they weren't on the ball, talk very slow, and were laid-back. But when I called the Tech to Us sales department, the first person I got on the phone was very uppity, outgoing, and mentally alert. He knew his line of work in computers. They took all my old software off the computer from the previous tech support company. They wiped my slate clean. I've only been with Tech to Us for two and half months since September so I don't have much experience with them. But I like what I see. I've been doing things by remote chat, rather than the phone.

    The only thing I didn't like was when I last called, I asked them, "Can you optimize my computer and I'll hang up from you and we can connect by remote chat?" They said "Once you cast, you can." But I said, "What's the matter?" They said, "It will take three to four hours to optimize your computer." I said, "Three to four hours?" They said, "Yeah." I was turned off by that. My previous tech support, iYogi, my mother and I loved them. Although we had to leave them because they were being sued by the federal government. And to optimize my computers with them only took 10 to 20 minutes. But now, Tech to Us told me that to optimize my computer, to make it run faster and smoother, will take three to four hours and I have to be home. Also, they use eight different software programs to optimize my computer.

    I wouldn't mind them saying, "It takes three to four hours, ma'am. But you don't need to be home." I can go out, do all about my business and come and go as I please. But they said, "No, you have to be home and in front of your computer.” I don't like the idea that it's limited hours. I have to plan my schedule because they close at ten o'clock eastern time and then on weekends they close at six. The previous company I had was open 24/7. That's the only thing that bothers me. But, other than that, they've been very nice, friendly, and professional. I'm pleased with the service and I just wish that the hours were 24/7. Or, at least 12 hours a day.

    I like the idea of a company being open 24/7. In case I have a problem and I can't sleep and it's the middle of the wee hours, I like the idea of picking up the phone to talk to somebody. I also called another company in California which was also open 24/7. But that company didn't seem to be mentally outgoing or alert, like they knew their stuff. Even though they were open 24/7, they seemed like they were more laid-back and relaxed. But with Tech to Us, I click their icon on my desktop and within a matter of three or five minutes, somebody's online saying, "Ma'am, hi, my name is so and how can I help you tonight?" So I felt they're more on their game.

One of the problems I had with iYogi was that they were always pushing products on you, but Tech to Us is not doing that.     I had gotten scammed on my computer. I don’t really know much about computers. The scammers had called and said they were from Windows and that I had viruses in my computer. I’m older and it’s the first time I’ve had a computer. They were real slick. And I’d say, “How can I tell you’re from Windows?” and they had answers for me. And then they had me turn over my computer to them and then they wanted me to make them a check. I had ended up giving them my checking account number and routing number. And then I was supposed to sign with the clicker on the computer of a check of $250. And this is after a period of two hours of talking to them.

    The scammers said they’d fixed it all and then they called back the next day and said that check didn’t go through so I need to give them the number for another $250 check. So I called a friend ‘cause I didn’t know what I was supposed to do. And they said, “Oh, no. You don’t take those calls. Don’t give anybody that information.” So I went to the bank and had them stop the check. And then the friend had said that I should call Microsoft directly. I got on the free 800-number information and I asked for Microsoft. They gave me a number but it was a number to another scammer. It wasn’t the Microsoft Corporation. And so I called them but, luckily, they answered but then the phone got cut-off. So in the meanwhile, I called for Microsoft Corporation and then I did get a hold of them and they offered me a tech support - Tech to Us.

    I can call day or night to Tech to Us and they can show me how to get email or how to get to Facebook. I can call them any time if something doesn’t work or I don’t know how to do something. But it took them two or three hours to get all of the scammers' part out of there, beause the scammers had gone into different parts and they even went into my Facebook.

    I had a gypsy rip-off outfit that wasn't too good before Tech To Us. I had them for three years, and it was called Advanced Tech Support. I don't wanna condemn them. I believe they're legitimate but the only real thing they did for me was cleanings, which were fine, and they did some tune-ups, which I never had a problem with.

    But when I had a problem is when I finally figured out that I don't think they knew what they were doing. And I didn't like the fact every time I called the support, I would get somebody out of the country. And it was harder to understand them. They would work on my computer and it would be worse. And then, they'd work on it again. So, naturally, I went online and searched every internet tech company out there and narrowed it down between Tech To Us and Bask. I read all the reviews on both of them and leaned with Tech To Us and gave them a call. Bask had a lot of good reviews but they were a lot more expensive.

    I joined Tech To Us and explained the problem. They took my computer over and worked on it from Friday afternoon into Saturday morning. And that computer hasn't been that fast since I bought it. Then they told me that a lot of times, Norton will use a lot of CPU on your computer and it will slow it down. And a couple of other people also told me that and I believe it. Because I could see my computer was slowing down every time Norton would do something. But Norton came with the computer, so I automatically just renewed it.

    So, Tech to Us offered me their spyware and their detectiveware. They offered me a bundle package for $49 for the year, which was fantastic, because Norton charges you more than that. And they guarantee me it wouldn't slow my computer down because they specifically built their own spyware and malware. And you can't even tell when their spywares running. When Norton used to do an update, things wouldn't even load because it would be using all the usage on my computer. And you'll get a pop-up that says Norton's doing an update. Then, I could see my computer slow down. And then, when Windows would do an update, this other company had my Windows all screwed up, and the computer was basically useless because It wouldn't load anything.

    Now when their spyware comes on with the updates, I don't even see it log off. They have a friendly dashboard where you could run your own scan. And, so far, since Ive been using it, I had no pop-ups and viruses. And I am a very heavy computer user. My computer hasn't been this fast since I bought it. Also, I like that they're United States based. I believe in buying everything and using everything USA, but it's very hard to get anything made in the United States today. I would call Advanced Tech Support and, one day, I get a guy in Jamaica and then, I'd call again and I would get a guy in India. Tech to Us isn't like that. I know a couple of their techs by the first name. You get the same techs all the time. So, they know you by first name. And they talk and explain to you. Advanced Tech Support never explained anything to me.

    I live in New York but I have a second home in New Jersey. When I was in New Jersey, I was having trouble with my MacBook, and my daughter-in-law never has trouble with an Apple computer. Then I got a message on my screen, call this number, and my computer's infected. I called the number and they said, "Well, you have anti-virus but you have a worm in your network and we have to fix it." I ended up sending them a check for $999 on the internet--$300 to repair my MacBook, which was probably six months or less than a year old, and then he said the service charge and the insurance is $600 more. Then I thought "there's something really screwy here."

    I went to New York then I went to my bank and told them what happened. I said this is a bogus company, and was told it probably is. I said I wanted to cancel my check, and I was told that I should probably close my account and open a new one, which I did. When I got home to my computer in New York a week later, I was trying to use it and I was having difficulty again. I thought I was calling Norton, but I got another messed up tech company. I don't know if they were related because they had control of my computer in New Jersey.

    Then I thought, "This is Norton and they can't fix it." They worked on it for almost a day, for several hours, and they had control of my computer. But this is my HP computer in New York City. So then I said, "This isn't working. I'm going to call Hewlett-Packard." They sent me a bill for $349 and I put that on my charge account. Then I thought, "Well, I'll call Hewlett-Packard and see what they say," because I had Norton or McAfee from Hewlett-Packard and I thought it should work. Then they referred me to Tech to Us. These guys worked on my computer, and they had control of it for two days. There was so much malicious spyware, malware, on my computer. I saw all the stuff they were taking off which were really dangerous. They cleared it up and it's working perfectly. It didn't cost more than $200, and I've got service for a year.

    I recently purchased an annual subscription of tech support services from Tech to Us. I've been thrilled with the services that they have provided me. I used to be with another online tech support but I was very frustrated because I do not understand those folks since they didn't speak English well. I had them for a few years but I just didn't feel comfortable. There was a communication gap.

    I chose Tech to Us because they are based in Connecticut and it had good Better Business Bureau reviews. Their technicians speak really decent English and I can understand me. We are able to communicate effectively which is important to me. I had a number of issues wherein I would call Tech to Us and they would try something else. I was thrilled that they kept digging to see what more they could do. They were good at problem solving.

    They did some really great things to my computer, such as tune-ups, virus clean-up, and all other good things. But the issue was with my internet service, Cox Communication. There was some kind of a home cable issue but when Tech to Us had their part done, it improved even more. They also explain to me what's going on, which is great since I like to learn about this stuff. They were courteous and the last gentleman I spoke to was very friendly.     I bought a Brother printer and it wasn't working for some reason. I tried to solve it myself and then I called Brother and spent two hours on the phone with them. They told me that McAfee is preventing them from getting through the firewall. So when I called McAfee, they said that they will help me get through their firewall. Then the guy noticed that I never called them before and offered their service for $349. I said no, but he offered it for $299 for support on my computer, printer, laptops, and tablets. So I hooked up for an annual plan with Tech to Us and in a matter of minutes, he fixed my computer.

    He then told me that I have a lot of malware on my computer and ask if he could do a diagnostic and completely overhaul it. They called me back the next day at 4:00 and finished it at 9:40. I then asked them to do the same thing to my computer in Florida. He told me to just give them a call when I get down there, which I did. They did it on my computer down here and I've had some interim calls in between and I've been very satisfied.

    I've dealt with a couple of different techs from them and they've all been very professional and very knowledgeable. Once they put the tool on your desktop and you just click the tool, somebody gets on in less than a minute. Just pull up the dialogue, there's a chat and then if they need to call you, they call you on the phone. It'll take a couple of hours and they would call back to let you know what's happening so they keep you apprised. I'm really very happy and I've even recommended them to people.

    I had a notice of a virus on the computer and it said that I was to call a certain number and they would get it all straightened out for me. It looked suspicious and I wasn’t sure what to do about it, so I started looking into getting help with Microsoft. I had another problem at the time and Tech to Us stuck with me for five days trying to figure out why the printer was not printing. At first, there was a thought that because Microsoft had updated, my printer was no longer compatible with the updates. We finally discovered that the USB cable had gone bad and it was a pretty simple fix. So they solved the virus problem that I had and they also solved the printer problem. I thought maybe I needed to stick with Tech to Us, so we have and we’ve been very pleased.

    Their sales team explained the things well. I had a service before that didn’t work so well, and these folks explained that they would be sending actual labels and cards in the mail so we would have something to put on the computer so that we would know where to call. It would be stuck to the computer and I really liked that. They were very helpful. I even got an extra three months on the service because of the special that they were running for the same price. The technicians were also great. They not only called but also logged into my computer. Every week, somebody is updating my computer and keeping it clear of viruses. We got virus protection and the techs to help us.

    Every time I’ve called Tech to Us with a problem, it’s gotten solved. I had no problems with the several people who had to help me. I looked into tech support since I’m piggybacking on Microsoft. I have IBM-Microsoft and tech support came well. The biggest problem I had was when my computer was taken over by someone, and I couldn’t do very much with it. I had to get help from their support techs, and it was fixed within one to four hours. What happened was my computer stopped working, though I wasn't sure if it was a virus or not, and I never got the answer to that. They gave me a feedback, but I didn’t understand it.

    I had a problem with getting scammed on my laptop, and Tech to Us came up when I was looking for the number of someone who services Microsoft products. So I called Tech to Us and they took care of me. The whole experience I had with them was good. Their reps were very helpful in solving problems on my laptop and were very nice people to deal with. I felt like I could trust them even though I was not familiar with them, because I figured that if Tech to Us services Microsoft and is a preferred tech support of Microsoft, then they were trustworthy. I dealt with them today because I have bought their spyware and the antivirus. I had Panda before, and they convinced me while I was dealing with them, that there was a better product.

    The support technicians were all good. They started late one night, and the problem wasn't solved until the next day. They may have a quitting hour -- a time that they could work on the issue, and then a time that they stop. They may have left something running, and then they picked it up the next day when they came in.

    I previously had Geek Squad and told the Tech to Us guys, "I used you for the one time thing because I have Geek Squad, but their tech support is about to expire." I'm currently trying the three months free tech support of Tech to Us to determine if I'll go with them on a monthly basis. I'm trying to decide if I will use them as well as my husband.

    I just wish their yearly cost was a little cheaper because Geek Squad costs $100 a year and is not nearly as expensive as Tech to Us. The big difference is that with Geek Squad, tech support only applies to the one laptop or computer when you bought Geek Squad, whereas Tech to Us applies to any computer in your home. I also have several Apple products, so I have AppleCare on my iPad which happens to be new and which I'll have for two years, and it costs me $100. So the cost of Tech to Us is a little bit too high in comparison.

    I was having trouble with my computer as it would not start and Tech to Us took care of that for me. The technician was very good and he answered all my questions. We conferred back and forth and through emails. He walked me through on how to send my computer over to him so he could take care of it. It took him eight hours to do it and everything is fine right now. I appreciate the help. She was very good in getting what I needed and I ended up with their monthly plan.     I had a series of minimal problems and my previous tech support people were not able to fix them, so they left me hanging for the next day. A couple of days passed and still nothing happened. Finally, when I called to inquire why it was taking so long, they didn't give me a straight answer and gave me of mixed messages. When I pressed the issue because I needed my computer, I got a very cold response.

    After deciding on Tech to Us and reaching out to them, they accommodated me right away. It turned out that the previous company that I was working with weren't as thorough as I would've liked and now the computer had not one but several viruses. It took quite some time to get it done, but Tech to Us were persistent. They stood on top of it and got it corrected. I purchased the spyware, the virusware, and the yearly contract. I went with those because my computer system is important to me and I use it a lot. I'm an educator so I have to make sure that I'm up and running all the time.

    All the other companies I had over the last few years wasn't as thorough as Tech to Us. I asked them to do things and it would take some time to get it done. They will get it done but if some information or something else came up because of the issue, they weren't as receptive or as thorough as I would have liked. On the other hand, Tech to Us was accommodating. They did a great job on my system. I had issues that came up because of the printer that has seen its last days, but they got it to work and it's functioning fine.

    They also updated and cleaned out my system and had it running smoothly. The process was interactive. They kept me informed as we went along. I asked them to call me at the end to let me know what they did and what their thoughts were, and they crushed it. My other company didn't even do that. I have been working with some questions to educate myself but at the same time to prevent some of my mistakes. They've been informative and helpful when it came to my system. Those guys were great. I was able to talk to them and get my questions answered. I first worked with Hemswell and then with Robert, but everyone I spoke to was thorough and knowledgeable. They all looked to help me out and make things run smoothly.

    They were there every time I call. They take care of the problem right away. They don't ask me to wait any expansive period of time. They also check back with me after the fact to make sure that nothing has gone wrong with my work. They have informed me periodically to get a cleanup or a checkup, which of course I'll do. I will give them an A++ in service, education, accommodation, and most importantly in their work. I have been bold in saying about them to my friends and colleagues.

    I’ve had a computer since 1994 and I've gone through a lot of problems throughout the years. I had used once the Geek Squad and found that to be a semi-disaster. Somehow I found Tech to Us and what drew me to them was that they had advertised that they were located in Connecticut - that was an immediate score. Once I called, everyone spoke clear and proper English, so that was perfect. Sometimes when I go with Microsoft, they’ve got all of these technicians who can’t speak English. If I use a colloquial term or an idiomatic expression, they have no idea what I was talking about. So it’s very frustrating.

    Recently, I had a terrible experience with Windows 10. It totally screwed up my computer and I couldn’t open any documents, so I asked Tech to Us to remove it for me. They were great, and I think that the service is really good and fabulous. It’s probably the best around. I do consulting work from home and my work is pretty intense. And when something goes wrong with my computer -- and I’m pretty computer savvy -- if I can’t deal with it, I need these guys because I can’t be fooling around for days wasting time. So these guys have been perfect. I have recommended them to several friends and one of them ended up taking a year plan with Tech to Us.

    Preyed on a 78 year old woman. My mom got scammed on one of those websites that says "call this number to remove the virus". After the scammers put a virus on her computer, she called toll free info for Microsoft and somehow she ended up at Tech to Us. Mind you the whole time she is thinking she is talking to Microsoft tech support. Tech To Us sold her a repair service for a year at $299.99 then told her that Norton antivirus is no good and sold her their propitiatory antivirus and spyware software for another $79.99.

    I called to try to cancel the next working day and tried to negotiate since they did work on my mom's computer and cancel the virus/spyware and get my mom's money back but she said because the key was already used they could not issue a refund for the software and because my mom approved of the service they would not issue any refund whatsoever.

    The woman would not budge at all. I tried to explain that my mom's computer is over 8 yrs old and is a Windows XP computer and she didn't care. She just kept saying my mom authorized the purchase and there was nothing she could do. The $380 my mom spent on their service and software she could have used that money to help purchase a new computer.

    Her mother called us and signed up for our service willingly. We resolved her issue completely. As a courtesy, we actually did refund the software she mentioned and even allowed her to keep the software free of charge.

    The mother is of sound mind and this is not a case where the person was elderly and did not know what she was doing, despite how her daughter is making it out to be.

    The customer even mentioned when she called us, that her daughter usually helps her, but she was away and did not want to bother her. The mother (the actual customer) has had no complaints and was satisfied with our service.

    While we do our best to accommodate customers, we cannot refund individuals that have had their issue(s) successfully resolved. We also do not deal with those who did not actually purchase or use the service as it only matters what our actual customers think. We value their opinion above anything else.

    The Tech to Us technicians are all very good. I can tell they're all young kids by the way they talk and they have great patience with me because I'm an analog guy in a digital world. When I explain what I'm doing, I say, "Pardon me if I don't use the right terminology," and I get a giggle out of them. I don't get a snicker and can tell they're not rolling their eyes behind the phone and saying, "Oh, God, what kind of knucklehead am I dealing with today?" They also take their time and even though I don't like paying them the money any month because I'm cheap, whenever I call them they provide the service that I need to get done and they do it in a timely fashion.     Tech to Us is excellent and we’re really pleased with them. They have been a lifesaver to us. My daughter gave me her old Mac which I like very much, but about two weeks ago, I got a message that my computer had been sent a virus. It crashed, and there were two phone numbers in there that we were supposed to call. My husband got on the phone to call those numbers but I told him that I think it's a scam and advised him not to give them any information. The word "Microsoft" was on the screen so I called 1-800-Microsoft to see if I could get someone local and we ended up with Tech to Us. And indeed, the number was a scam. I had a virus less than a week later and it came in a different way. The first time was with an e-mail. The second time was voice which yelled, “Don’t turn off your computer! It’s been compromised.” I noticed the same phone number we had before so I called again and again, Tech To Us were able to fix it.

    I’ve had other issues with my computer because of the fact that it’s old and that I’m not super good at computers, and they’ve been able to help me every time. Their reps have been kind, patient, wonderful and really know what they’re doing. I mentioned them to my sister because my brother-in-law had been trying to get his computer e-mail fixed for weeks. And just before I hung up with my sister, I realized that they could help them so I gave them the number and they helped my brother-in-law. They've helped them tremendously and they are so happy.

    We're certainly getting our money’s worth because we’re always having issues. Their technicians were super. I’m a teacher and I have a school website as well as AOL and I’ve had so many problems with my teaching website. It’s got to work because I’ve got to communicate with families and the principal. So Tech to Us has been so helpful. I’m so glad I found them. I’m not super computer savvy but now I don’t have to bother my children nor my husband. I can call them. So far, it’s been wonderful. However, the only thing that is negative is the long wait but they’re still short compared to other places. It would be great though if they call back and have someone help them right away instead of waiting 20 minutes.

    I have the annual plan with Tech To Us and my experience with them has been excellent for quite a few years. I won’t last long if I’m unhappy. The sales team was very qualified and they’ve been able to deal with a number of issues that I had. The problem with tech support is I can't get through on the phone.     I am very impressed with their service. They're excellent and reliable overall. I went with their $20 monthly service package and if I'm having any discussions about computers, and if someone has a PC, I tell them that Tech to Us has a good service and can get them out of a bind. We actually had them cleaning up the computer the other day and the guy did a really good job. I sat there and watched what he was doing and the tools he was running.

    My experience with Tech to Us consisted of mostly good things. Their technicians who are helping me sound very knowledgeable. I'm amazed that they hire such talented people. They seem to know what they're doing with the way they speak and their terminology. A couple of times, they've got me out of jams. When I got a Trojan horse one time that was shutting down my computer, the guy tried everything and finally got my computer back up to a T. When you have an experience like that, it makes you a loyal customer from then on.

    There's only one problem that I'm disturbed about -- the Malwarebytes that keeps popping up, slowly rises from the bottom and then descends -- it's aggravating. I switched over from Norton Anti-Virus to the virus protector from Tech to Us, and I hope that this thing that keeps rising up from the bottom of the screen is not associated with that.

    I had a great experience with Tech to Us. I'm not good at computer or fixing it when it goes haywire. Once I got Tech to Us' number, I knew I was never going to leave the service because it's great. Their people are phenomenal and absolutely wonderful to deal with. They tell me what to do so that they can get on my computer. So I let them take over it, fix everything, then they tell me to call them back if I have other problems.

    I go with the annual plan. This year when it came up around, although I didn't have the money to do it, I did it anyway because I have to have it now.     I was using Geek Squad and I wasn't too pleased with them. There always were some issues here and there, and it takes forever with them. So I searched out on the internet and was able to find Tech to Us. I've been pleased ever since. A guy there named Brett, who I'm not sure if he's part of a sales team or I.T. department, and the guy who initially did the sale were great.

    The guy who got my computer fixed was awesome. I called for something and Tech to Us got right on it. It took them a little while, but overall I was happy because they got my computer and stuff back up and running with no problem. They even offered to help with the information on it that I lost. I was also able to purchase a storage stuff with them. Tech to Us is the best company I've seen. They get the job done in a short amount of time and I've seen it in a long time. I was just hoping that I could add another person to be able to call in in case I'm not available, who can approve getting some work done on one of the computers because I purchased subscription for my office.     We’re not very techie and we're having a big problem in the middle of a big project. We don’t want to lose anything and we don’t know what to do. We were on the phone with Chinese speaking people that were trying to talk my husband through it, and I felt really uncomfortable about that. Also, the price kept going up the longer they were talking. While my husband was on the phone with them, I said, “How do we know you are who you say you are?” Because that’s how I was feeling with the Chinese speaking people. The fellow on the phone gave me the Better Business Bureau's phone number and a way to ID his company. It was wonderful! They were very patient with me because I was being suspicious. He gave me a way to search him out and he stayed on the phone with my husband while I did. I was very satisfied afterwards, so he went through and figured everything out with my husband.

    Yesterday, I had a pretty important question because I’m working on a paper. I didn’t know what to do and I didn’t want to lose it. I tried to call them, waited and it didn’t happen. I was nervous. I don’t know computer enough to know when something’s going to disappear. Everybody says you can’t hurt anything but if you can’t find it, it’s hurt. I finally dealt with the two of Tech to Us technicians and they were wonderful as if they were my children. They were very patient, kind and wonderful. They didn’t make me feel rushed and didn’t make me feel stupid. I loved working with them. I would definitely recommend Tech to Us. On the other hand, they need more phone coverage or somebody answers to give you an idea what the wait would be. They could also offer a call back because I've been waiting and waiting, and don't know what for.

    I had some issues on my computer. I was hoping to find someone who would know more about it than I would, someone who would not be always trying to upsell me on something else. I've had previous experiences with some other organizations that offered me a remote control repair operation type of scenario. When they got on the computer, they managed to make some changes. But everything that they did was an additional charge and they were always trying to upsell me on another package and another program. That was only good for a few weeks or months. I was very disenchanted with a lot of what I saw. I saw a report from some very reliable sources that indicated that Tech to Us was clear and above reproach in these matters, that they were very reliable.

    I checked Google to look for recommendations and Tech to Us was close to the top of the list. I rely heavily on good recommendations, what's being recommended and why. That's the reason why I moved in that direction. The nice thing about it was I started out with something that was affordable and that was monthly.     When I was having a very serious problem with my computer, I dialed information and got Tech to Us' phone number. The first person I talked to was very reassuring that it could be fixed, explained what the program was and gave me an option which I may want to take advantage of, and got me connected to a technical support person. The problem I was having had to do with a group of people from the Indian subcontinent who called and said that they were from Microsoft and that I had a virus and infection and they were calling to help me address it.

    The technical support person said there were ways to address it and I didn't need to worry. He asked questions about what happened and how far I had gone with the person when I turned off the computer. We then set up a link where he could come into my computer. It was about an hour and forty-five minute process to go through everything and make sure that my system was okay. They got the issue resolved within the day.

    I heard about Tech to Us on Good Morning America one morning. They were talking about support teams and they mentioned their company. And because it was mentioned on TV, I felt it was credible, so I called and joined them. My interaction with their salesman was extremely good. He was very thorough and he explained all the products and services but mostly I was interested in the online tech support. I got their yearly plan but I wasn’t aware that their support technicians can come out to my home. I was only aware of their online tech service. The experience has been good so far. I’ve had other tech companies that I’ve used in the past and it started to get to a point where they're hard to get in touch with. It hasn’t been the case with Tech to Us. One of them went out of business, so I got stuck and I was a little bit reluctant to go back in.

    But I believe that this company has done the service pretty well. They don’t advertise the 24/7 though. Only 9 to 5 or 9 to 7, Monday through Friday and certain hours on Saturday. It wasn’t explained to me that way. However, if I just go to the icon on a Sunday, they'd pick up and take care of it remotely. But if I needed help on a day that they did it, I’d like to know what the actual course of action is. However, their service was a little more expensive than everybody else but in the long run I thought of the savings because they helped me with my mobile devices and all of my personal and business computers too. As long as it was made, they didn’t care whose computer are those. So far, they had met my needs and they pick up in a reasonable amount of time.

    I got hacked. One of those jerks called me who said that he works for Microsoft and I needed to get my computer worked on. So I called the telephone company in Seattle and asked for the after-hours number for Microsoft. I wanted to see if these people work there as I’m pretty sure I’m being hacked. Then, Microsoft gave me the Tech to Us number. I’ve worked in the computer industry before and I’m embarrassed to admit that I let the scammer on to my computer and they were on for several hours. Then the guys from Tech to Us said it could happen to anybody, and they were nice about that. They spent about four hours on cleaning it up, that’s exactly what I needed and they didn’t have to talk me into it.

    I’m with the monthly plan because my account was too low and my card didn’t have enough to go with the yearly one, but I need to get the yearly plan as I’m paying an extra $70 by not having the annual plan. Other than that, the support technicians were very good, courteous, knowledgeable, and they respected my knowledge on the computer. They did an excellent job and I’ll be getting with them once in a while to have them go through the computer.

    I needed help with some computer problem and I couldn’t solve it, so I subscribed to Tech to Us. My problem is that they insist on using texting for communication. I only have one hand, so my typing is a little slow and the little box that they use for that is so microscopic. It’s only about three inches high and I couldn’t read anything. So, I’d asked them, “Could I go on the phone?” and one of them said yes, but the other one said no. The support techs were very good but the imposition of the mode of communication is not compatible with me. I had the one session at $129 and then I was supposed to pay $29 a month which I started doing, but I decided that it wasn’t going to work for me because of the problems and then I cancelled. But, their sales team was very good.

    The Geek Squad changed their whole policy without me knowing it. So my computer was without tech support. Then they raised their prices so I felt that I had to do something.     Last fall, I was having a problem on the computer and was trying to get the correct number for my tech support, and Tech to Us prompted up on the screen. I have no idea why but I let them talk to me and I told them what the problem was. They fixed the problem very well, so I took the Tech Support Program and was very impressed. Then I recently changed computers and was having a little problem transferring materials from my desktop to my new laptop. I called Tech to Us and got Jay and he was absolutely fabulous because my girlfriend and I were working on this and he stuck with us and got it all done. During the conversation he asked me about my antivirus. I told him what I was using, we discussed it and he offered me a good beginners price.     From a courtesy point of view, English-speaking that you can understand, patience, knowing what they’re doing and getting it done, Tech to Us was excellent. In so many companies, I get people from foreign countries and they know what they’re doing, they speak English but I can’t understand them. That gets my frustration up because I'm already upset. This is currently a popular scam by overseas tech support providers.

    Windows 10 is terrible, I didn’t like it, I want to return to Windows 8, and I couldn't do it myself so I got a hold of the guys in Tech to Us. I had used them once before, but this time they weren’t able to help me. We tried for 5 or 6 six days, trying to get things restored and they just couldn’t do it. They were personable enough and worked diligently on it, but just couldn’t do it. They really worked hard all day long for several days, trying everything they could think of but Windows 10 just won’t let you revert back to Windows 8.1 so I’m living with it.     I had some online people pretending to be legal support who offered to fix my laptop out of the clear blue. I figured they were frauds. It came up that I needed to upgrade my laptop to Windows 10 and so I hit the key to do it. When I did it, it blacked out. I reached out to Tech to Us and their representative initially wanted $129. I didn’t have it so he arranged for payments and transferred me to someone that would help me. I was on hold in an exceptionally long time. It's December so it's very busy but Tech to Us has great people working for them. They were very polite, professional, and helpful. I did ask if I had sufficient protection to keep the problem from happening, and I was told that I did.

    And then it seemed my laptop and tablet were repaired. However, a couple days later, my laptop just blacked out and was gone. I should have called Tech to Us the minute they were upgrading my Windows to 10 and stop it. I could have saved my computer. I am still experiencing some problems with my tablet but it could be me or something I did because I am inexperienced. I just put it all up until after Christmas where the whole process wouldn't be as long. I can't do anything about the laptop, but I'd get them to see what they can do with the tablet.

    I’m an older person who never grew up with computers, so I know very little about them.     I had problems with my computer that I couldn't resolve. There were things popping up that I never requested and things would happen that were done either by me pushing a certain button. I'm a novice on my computer so I decided to look for tech support. I found Tech to Us and was pleased to find them. They did a good job at cleaning up my computer problems. Their online technicians were knowledgeable, told me in a very clear language how to fix things and left some software on my computer to help monitor the situation.

    One of the problems that I have is still unresolved. When I'm chatting on any format, like Match.com, the screen will suddenly blink and the letters J P A will appear on the chat box and I have no idea why that happens.     I called up Tech To Us, talked to them, gave them permission to get into my computer to clean things up, and it's been a very satisfactory experience. In fact, I'm paid up through about April of '17. I'm on first-name basis with Mark and some of the others there. But they never gave me any indication, from my personal feeling, that they're trying to shortchange me because a lot of times it may take several hours for them to get in and clean things up. So then they'll say, "Hey, I'll call you back later." And so I go on and do my own business. And when they're through, they call and say, "We believe we got everything straightened up."

    Another thing that they have done, as an example, is I get this notice that Microsoft 10 is available. I've talked to them about it, and they said, "Well, you know, if you're doing okay with 7, our recommendation, and this is right after it had come out, is that you got a year to do it free of charge so why not get on closer to that before you change over. If you're satisfied with what you got, let them get some of the bugs cleaned zero in the first year." So when we get a little closer, I'll call them and if they say it's time, then they said they would install it for me. So I've had very good experience with Tech To Us. I've recommended them to a number of people and I would certainly recommend them to anybody that was looking for tech service.

    I wasn’t familiar with the computer and needed someone to guide me through so I could learn. I was also having several technical problems that I needed help with so I got Tech to Us. I signed up for a yearly plan and have been with them for a long time. One of their support technicians, Jay, has been fantastic. He is the most knowledgeable of them all and I was enamored with him for a long time. He’s helped me out in a lot of issues and he’d work until my computer's fixed. He doesn’t give up or pass it off to somebody else and would stick with me until it’s midnight so I love him to death.

    At times when I call in, I can't get him so I went with other techs and had real problems. They'd tell me how to do it and then would get off the phone. They're just lazy. Others didn't seem to have their heart in it as far as knowledge. They messed up something on one of my computers and never got it straightened out so I had to get a new one. There was a time that they didn’t help at all and I’ve had to hire another technical support group to come in and do the work.     I recommend Tech to Us to people all the time. When I had a major problem on my computer, I called Tech to Us and was very pleased with them. At that time, I had the one-time deal from them which would fix the problem until we came to the end of it. They got the whole thing straightened out and I was impressed to know that the people I spoke with were familiar with adaptive technology and speech programs. Then, they had Christmas special wherein I could get five tickets which was $20. But it was $100 worth of computer tech time and the tickets can be given as Christmas presents.     I can't give Tech to Us enough praise. They were good. I retired six years ago and my secretary did all sorts of computer stuff for me. I could do some and have a computer and kept up with a lot of the stuff, and one of them was my stock portfolio. But as time went on, I didn't use my computer very much and then that got me in trouble. I forgot a lot of the computer stuff and so I have to call in for tech support to see if Tech to Us can help me build up something that didn't happen.     I’m very slow on the computer, and Jay from Tech to Us was the most patient and wonderful person there is. I had a problem the other day deleting nasty things on my Facebook, since a friend sent a Happy New Year with a Jewish star and a ram’s horn, but it was from the Masons so it got me upset and I wanted those off. The following day, I got another one that was obscene, which made me terribly, terribly upset, so I called Tech to Us and I kept asking another rep some questions. He then said he was very busy and that he couldn’t do it all, and also told me that I need to block some of the people, so he did it. However, I’ve talked to this fellow with his phone before, and it’s just the same all the time.

    I was angry with the experience the other day, plus the fact that I have to wait for a long time for somebody to help me. Every time I hit the icon for Tech to Us, it says I can’t go through, so I can’t get contact with a tech and I have to wait forever. Also, what should be a few minutes of explanation about the problem went into two hours the other day due to connection problems. I verbalized my plea to the other rep and he only said that it happens to some people, but it happens to me all the time, so I have to call them. I’m angry with the other rep, but I’d totally recommend Jay’s services to anyone.

    I needed some work done on our computer so I called Tech to Us and they gave me a good deal for one shot. I did the $99 one-time fix and the technician was great. Then, I was in their database and I got an email that they're running a monthly special. I'm on a fixed income and I couldn't afford the whole $250 down. I thought the specials was awesome so I signed up for it. I do all the work with them. I call them when I have a problem and it doesn't matter when. Their technicians are outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. Anybody I've ever talked to at Tech to Us has been great. However, there's one time when I left a note for them not to call me. That didn't work through well since I was awakened by a Supervisor but he was fantastic. He worked on my PC for 6 hours for two days. He worked hard on it, he was great.

    The other thing I like about them is I got 30 years experience with computers but there's a lot of the new stuff I don't get very well, and for them to dial in and do what they gotta do is wonderful. I'd recommend them to everybody. Some people go for it; some people don't, but they're amazing. Whoever thought of it, kudos! It's awesome. The biggest and most important thing is its American support. I can understand what they say and that's what makes me feel they're trustworthy. Otherwise, I wouldn't let them in my PC. I'm going to keep doing the monthly special but the minute they lose their American support, I'm gone.

    My laptop was malfunctioning again and I contacted Tech To Us. I asked for a supervisor because I was not pleased with the other worker's assistance. The supervisor's name was Jay. Jay worked on the problem for two days and the result was a functioning machine. He kept in contact with me every step of the way. He worked diligently and now my computer is on the mend. There is still a problem with my printer and Jay told me that he will fix it for me at my convenience. I am very pleased with this business now.

    I wanted Dell to help me with our computer issues then Tech to Us came up. I thought they were part of Dell but turns out that they aren't. They haven't helped me. They did address the issue on my Norton Security correctly, but now my cursor keeps going on the computer all over the place. They told me to not use the cursor and use the mouse instead; however I'm a writer, I have to use the cursor and the touch pad. Moreover, they worked on my husband's three Dell computers for days and they still haven't fixed the problem. They still charge for another month however. Tech to Us is convenient - simply get to them on the computer and they give you an icon with which they can be reached immediately. However it's a long wait on the phone - I was waiting for almost two days then the techs finally came on the next day at 11:00.
