We have had the good fortune to be serviced by Tech to Us in the last couple of years. We feel that the Technician have been 100% honest and provide excellent customer service and explain and answer all questions to us in a friendly and professional manner. Always helpful and at reasonable costs for peace of mind in these days of uncertainty with computer issues everyone seems to have, but does not need to have if they use Tech to Us!!!

I had a huge problem: I was locked out of my laptop. I kept getting a message saying that my password for logging onto my account had expired, and it was asking for a new one. That was odd because I never had a password on my computer. My technician, Antoine, was extremely helpful. We worked together to find a solution. Finally, Antoine sent a new copy of Window 10 OS to another computer of mine so that I could download it onto a flash drive & insert it into the computer I was locked out of. Once we downloaded the new Windows operating system to my problem computer, I could get into it. Yaaaay! Antoine proved to be extremely pleasant, patient, & knowledgeable throughout the time we were working together. The whole process took several hours. I am very grateful to him & to Tech to Us for the service I received today.

We had a question with a popup and also needed a yearly clean up. Your response was quick and very appreciated. I feel secure knowing that someone with good tech intel is always available. I definitely recommend your services to others.

Have received great/honest help with computer problems. When an app, unknown to me, appeared; tech looked up the app and determined it was not a danger to my computer. I then used it and it was fine. Tech To Us Techs are easy to understand (ENGLISH SPEAKING) and do a great job in keeping my computer update cleaned. Online support to repair hacked email - From the moment that I called the sales desk, the information that I received in order to make an informed choice of which level of service was appropriate for me, was excellent. The staff is polite and patient with explaining the available services. I was linked with Jay ** and he was patient and understood my problem immediately. He went to work and cleared up my issue promptly. He went further and ran a deep scan of my desktop computer and things are working perfectly, now.

I have used Tech to Us several times to keep my computer running fast. When I notice things running slow I call them and then they check it out and correct the issues. Removed scammers/Rebooted computer twice - All tech knew how to fix the problems that I spoke with and were absolutely wonderful, great, and knew just what to do. The lady that I spoke with first when I had the problem with the scammers also knew what to do and sold me the package.

The service I just received and have received in the past is uniformly exceptional. Support is provided quickly, and the problem diagnosis identified rapidly. Moreover support is provided through to satisfactory resolution no matter how long it takes. In this case it took only 10 minutes which is significantly faster - by orders of magnitude - than I have received by other vendors and even my company's IT department.

I was in need of Tech support and when searching for a vendor service, I found Tech to Us online. What appealed to me was the fact that they would help me with anything tech related in my household - not just my PC. While I've only used the service a few times, the reps have all been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I probably don't utilize the service as often as I should which is my own fault but after my most recent experience, I will certainly start to use it more often when I have tech issues.

The technicians did not communicate very well. They seemed too busy or disinterested in me as a customer. I had to deal with three different techs in four calls. The technicians did not follow through in a timely manner. Progress would stall on my screen, and I would have to call them to see if they had completed the work, or if they had just stopped working. Apparently, they just stopped working, because my call would prompt them to say, "Oh, I was just going to call you. Can you re-start your computer." This despite the fact that I had informed them of the importance of speedy service as I had pressing business to attend to.

Every time I turn on my PC, I get the same warning saying, "Your Virus Slayer and Windows Defender were both turned off." The last time I talked to someone at Tech to Us told me that if I left the PC on for about ten minute, the Virus Slayer would then turn itself on! After being on for well over 30 minutes.

Whenever I log onto to the tech site I get fast friendly service and my questions and issues are always resolved--ALWAYS!! And I have had some complicated issues. When I have an easy issue that was something stupid on my part I have always been treated respectfully.
