I have been so impressed with the service I have received with Tech To Us. I originally called because my computer crashed and it was completely dead, the blue screen of death, but the technician was very patient and got it running again. Today my technician was Ms. **, I had worked with my application technician for three hours yesterday and just couldn't get it to work. Ms. ** fixed the problem in less than five minutes. I Highly recommend the services of Tech To Us to my friends and anyone who has a computer. If you don't have a problem now, having a computer, you will eventually and you will be in good hands with Tech To Us.

I could not be more pleased with the service that was provided to me. It was quick, professional, and pleasant to work with. Most importantly the problem was resolved! I would certainly refer this service to others. I had tried to resolve the issue on my own before and this was certainly a more cost effective way to proceed.

I've been using Tech to Us for a couple of years and they are lifesavers!! Anytime I have any difficulty with my computer use, I just contact them and they ALWAYS have a solution. Not tomorrow or next week, but right away!! They are easy to work with, thorough, and keep me on-line and on top of things!

Technician was very pleasant and courteous while being very helpful through the whole experience. He was very persistent in trying the fix the microphone problem and spent a great amount of time and effort trying to fix the problem. He continued to try many options even while the drives would not properly update,

Jerey worked in a dedicated fashion, through a number of different approaches until he successfully linked the device. AT&T was of no help so Jerey saved my butt. I am thankful that Tech to Us has such great technicians, not to mention that they are working through the Covid pandemic. I am impressed.

Excellent service this early am. I was super frustrated and I was assisted by a patient and kind gentleman. He was able to sort out my situation and I am now able to go about my day!! He worked diligently and problem solved my keyboard issues!

I'm elderly and technology impaired. I don't understand very much about computers. In the past 3 years I've used your service in order to keep my computers running smoothly and updated. Great help on solving problems with bookmarks disappearance and many sign in screens. Great response and communication. They have been great in understanding and solving the problems from a previous tech company. They also have helped in understanding how my bookmarks can be saved and retrieved as needed.

When ever I called with a problem as a 73 year old man, I was always treated with respect, my problem was listened to and always solved and most often without even asking the hard drive was checked out for any viruses and cleaned. And that is something I always very much appreciated. Also during this pandemic where most places are currently closed or hard to reach they are still available at the end of the phone line with no problems.

Worked on my daughters computer which was completely full of downloads and almost impossible to remove. They spent a good part of day to reset computer and reload all of Microsoft 10 and add some other security for my special needs daughter. I was completely satisfied with all of their help!

I was having email issues and contacted Tech To Us to discuss if they could help me solve them. So they connected with me and was able to resolve all my email issues very quickly. Incredible service, outstanding techie's, shout out to Henshaw who is the best, and well worth the money knowing they are there for me whenever I need them. Nice to be able to talk to someone who speaks English! On my desktop computer, it was running slow.. Took their time and got it to running faster. I have used them for several years and have never had a complaint. Always professional.

I called on Friday and again on Monday for help with an old and very slow laptop. Both representatives were so very helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge. They spent a great amount of time to ensure my satisfaction, even helping me with purchase of a new laptop. I never felt like just a number!

I read through a few tech support services, with TechtoUs being the first. I say "few" because after reading about TechtoUs, no one even came close! The ratings, customer reviews, what services each plan offered, and informative and user friendly web site was by far above the others. I first spoke with Jason, asking many questions and trying to get acquainted with TechtoUs. He spent much time with me, and treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy, (even though my questions must have seemed endless!). I wanted to think about it for a day. I want to note that this is also a "no pressure" company, which is important to me. I didn't have to take more than a day to decide. I signed up today (1/11/20) for a yearly contract.

Any time I've used Tech To Us for problems with my computer they have always been understanding that I'm a Senior and aren't computer savvy. My problems were always resolved quickly and efficiently and the techs were always friendly and kind. Jerey, Brett and Shavez are wonderful, helpful and especially understanding.

Great tech support, fixed my issues quickly and professionally, super great service. Very knowledgeable and my computer works Like new now due to the complete tune up and spyware updates. I like the one on one you get from the direct phone call that allows the more personal service to the complete help.

Tech to Us (TTS) established my ability to use the IPAD and integrate with our other at home computers. I would recommend TTS to all my friends and relatives. TTS is very insightful, patient, and kind on any session where I needed computer support. The IPAD provided during the late afternoon 11/21/19 and morning 11/22/19 was a five star performance. Having problems with the computer & router (no wifi) for several days. Found TechtoUs site on a Google search. Had the great pleasure to speak with Sage regarding the problems. He reassured me the problems could be fixed & everything would be back to normal. He fixed everything & did a computer tune up. He was FABULOUS!!! Top notch Tech!!! Worth every penny!!! This is my first experience with Tech To Us and I am extremely satisfied with their service. The Technician, Sage way friendly, easy to talk to and very thorough and knowledgeable. They are rated as one of the best computer services companies and based on my experience with them today; it's certainly evidence of that.

I just subscribed to this service and although it was not the least expensive of the options that I investigated... I am very satisfied with the work & results I've received to date. Today, Shavez helped me with a number of tasks - excellent job.

I've been a client of Tech to Us for a number of years and have been very satisfied with their service; recommending them to many friends. This past week I had a challenge and of course call Tech to Us. The tech was professional and displayed an "stick to it" attitude to get the problem resolved. He called me numerous times and kept researching fixes until, after two days and many hours completed the job and got me back on track.. As a tech challenged more mature person, I'm very pleased and want to say "Bravo Zulu"; Navy speak for a job well done.

Shavez did a great job. He was calm, cool and collected and methodically went through the different steps to add a new calendar and contacts file to my Outlook365 client. Courteous, knowledgeable, and patient - 'enuf said. Response time was quick with under a minute wait -- even though I don't pay for the premium service. Great value for the money.

After our computer and bank account were hacked by a so-called “online security company”, I searched for a legitimate security company we could trust. Luckily, I found Tech to Us! I signed up for the one-year plan, with an unexpected/appreciated discount for my being a veteran. The technician who took my order and helped me get set up was Sage, who was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. He explained everything that he would be doing when he took remote control of our computer. When, after several hours, he completed his scan/analysis of our computer and loaded the new security software, he called me with a report and answered any questions I had.

Install of new laptop. Shavez-- excellent service. Well mannered, polite and interesting small talk. Very satisfying. We worked for several hours. He solved all the problems I had. It was a chore that I could not have done by myself. My was also pleased at his patience with me.

The experience from Tech to Us was very terrific. The technician assigned to my account helped me out & I couldn't do this without him. I would ask for this technician again if, in the event of a catastrophe. I would also buy him lunch if he was closer! I would also bring my sister along, she speaks highly of you guys.

I have had this type of service from my employer a national company that depend on devices working properly, but to receive it for my personal computers is wonderful! The staff is very responsive and courteous at all times! Updated on 06/12/2019: You continue to try to get me to reactivate my account after the mess your technician left me in--and the many hours I was left waiting on the phone for several days. Without authorization your technician left my Outlook in a horrible mess that will take months to repair.

The techs with Tech to Us are always very courteous and patient, and this is not just a one time deal. I notice this with all technicians across the board. With all tickets there has never been a big issue that could not be resolved!

I recently bought a new computer. Tech to Us support set it up, transferred my files and was extremely helpful in teaching me how to use the new Windows 10 that I was unfamiliar with. Anthony did a great job setting up all my PCs with the icon to contact tech support directly. He also fixed my husband's computer's sound. We had tried HP to get it fixed and Geek Squad and he was the only one that could fix it. My computer was infected with a zillion viruses (viri!) and I did not know where to turn. I had many bad experiences dealing with companies that sent me to somebody anonymous in another country (nothing against working with people in other countries, but these were for the most part not very skilled, hard to understand and there was no continuity or accountability). Tech to Us is very different. I had a fabulous experience working with one person with another well-informed on the case occasionally stepping in. The company is in the US and I was so happy with them that I signed up for a year of service. Knowing that I can call them any time and get help is incredibly important to me and has given me peace of mind. I need my computer to work to meet deadlines for work and having this service is vitally important.

Anthony was very friendly and took care of the problem quickly. Also, yesterday Sage did the same. All of the issues I had when I signed up for their services were resolved in a timely manner. I would recommend their services to all my friends.

It was awesome to work with a company in the US. It was a prompt quick painless experience. I had been on the phone with Amazon and Nest for multiple hours with no luck. I called Tech To Us and spoke to the sales Rep who was great and figured out the best plan for me. He got me over to a technician and within 30 minutes we had the Nest and Alexa synced!

My experiences with Tech to Us has been great overall. Everyone has been knowledgeable and helpful even though I have a mac and other services I've used know nothing about Macs. Every issue has been resolved in a friendly and timely manner.

I had spoken with Ignus and Anthony regarding my computer issues. Their customer service and support are a cut above the rest. This company has some of the best professionals I have encountered regarding computer repair. I highly recommend them for any computer needs. I have a computer that was about to be trashed, because it had not been operable for a long time, but I held on to it because it was somewhat new and the thought of tossing hundreds of dollars out the window for a barely used computer did not sit well with me, so I decided to research computer repair companies and found Tech to Us. They got my computer running like new and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was working. I cannot thank them enough for their diligence and expertise.

Have had Tech to Us for a number of years and each and every time I need their expertise they are quick to get started on my issue and also to have a total resolution for the problem. I would give them a high rating based on that alone but their knowledge of handling difficult issues I have had is far and above other services I have used in Computer stores.

After use of my laptop, it was locking up quite badly, so after an evaluation and uninstall and reinstallation of the antivirus and spyware, I was given the green light to resume previous activity. I contacted Tech to Us for assistance with my Google Chrome since I could not open the application. The technician was able to assist me the issue and I am always satisfied with their work and level of customer service.

I love this company. I had another company before this; one that had the same format (remote in and fix) but they were NOT based in the US and it was very difficult to communicate. Also, this company has pleasant and knowledgeable staff who, in my opinion, go the extra mile. Both computers were tuned up and all the bugs worked out while I did Sunday chores. I bought a new security system that is to be connected to the Wi-Fi. I read the instructions and before going any further I called Tech to Us. The Tech was very understanding and worked with me until he was able to figure out how to get the cameras to work. The instructions were useless. But my Tech looked up the information and video, which were also useless. So as I waited anxiously, he had me do troubleshooting and ask me to reset the router. Instantly he was able to get the correct prompts to get all the cameras set up and working. Thank you Tech to Us.

Internet has not been working properly. Unable to complete purchases because when I try to complete a sale, a message pops up saying the site is not working due to a long running script. Even if this does not happen, after several minutes on any site, the internet freezes and the computer needs to be turned off to leave. Agent was able to determine that this was an issue with the browser. He substituted a different browser which does not have this issue.
