Since I have been with Tech to Us I have gotten the best service to take care of my computer issues that I can't do for myself. Great people with great knowledge! I have the front of the line service which gets me to a tech right away, it's always been great. No wait and the tech who comes on knows what I am talking about almost always before I can explain it all.

Google Drive popped up whenever I started my laptop & said if you don't remember having this, delete it. I didn't know if I had it or not. Joe was my agent and he quickly determined that I did. I'm glad it was Joe who helped me. He's helped me before and Joe's a good agent!

I purchased a service plan from Tech to Us not knowing what to expect. I previously had a service plan through another company and it was a disaster, money wasted. This company, however, just WOW!!! In a GREAT way, WOW!! I mean this sincerely. I purchased a service plan and was told that if the problem with my computer couldn't be fixed, then the service tech(s) would recommend what they think should be done and the entire cost of my purchase would be refunded. I thought what do I have to lose and purchased the plan.

I originally reached out to TechtoUs on Thursday, June 24th. I was extremely upset and terribly worried due to the fact that I realized that all my personal information had been scammed. Quickly I started to think of how I should handle the problem. After taking care of my banking concerns I called your organization. I spoke with Joe, who made the necessary suggestions, explained to me what needed to be done, with patience and kindness. We had agreed that I was going to call back today, Sunday, the 27th, to finalize the process.

Mitch was extremely helpful in setting up my new Dell computer and transferring all the files from my MAC that was running VERY slow. Tech To Us Technicians have a great rapport with their customers and generate a good deal of trust with the customer to allow access to our systems. I will be happy to recommend Tech To Us to all my friends.

Tech to Us helped resolve an issue with Firefox and upgrading my computer. They removed unnecessary programs from my computer to help the performance. The techs are very friendly, courteous, and explained everything to me in a non-technical manner. The tech kindly showed me how to get into programs and where to find things.

The Tech to Us technician, Ryan helped us out once again! I was suspicious of something that locked the screen, mouse, etc that was supposedly coming from Microsoft. Fortunately I used control/alt/delete and got out of it, and called Ryan. He performed a scan to make certain than no malware got into our system, and we're good to go. Thankful for TechtoUs and Ryan!!!

I had the Windows 10 Blue Screen of Death and Ryan, one for the tech got my computer to function again. Ryan has great knowledge with computers and kept me informed to what he was doing. I also got my computer system updated, cleaned of unnecessary trash which is now running faster and smoother. I highly recommend Tech to Us when your computer is down from Blue Screen or software problem. It was a friendly and reassuring phone call with Ryan as I was panicking I lost everything. 5 STARS.

This was an incredible experience. After trying for 3 days to set up my printer by myself, I called Tech to Us and was connected to Mitch. He spent at least 5 hours on Wednesday trying to help set up this printer and was not successful, and then took his own time Wed. evening to research the problem. He called me back on Thurs. morning, and we finally got the problem solved. This was service above and beyond expectations. You guys are the BEST!!!

I do not have the level of technical experience to resolve all the technical issues that arise. Henceforth, my saving grace has been Tech to Us. They have resolved virus issues, improvement to the speed of my equipment setting up new equipment, transferring all of my data from their backup for my desktop, when it no longer ran, over to my laptop, etc. All the techs have been great to work with. I do not know what I would do without their service.

Last week I got in trouble with a hacker, and Tech to Us people helped me recover my computer. The way this happened is one person worked on my computer today, from about 4pm until about 8pm. Now that is dedication and is much appreciated.

TechToUs has serviced my three PCs for several years and I have been very pleased with the support I received from TTU. I have upgraded my PCs and the TTU support team was able to transfer all of my data from the old PC to the new one. I also appreciate the routine maintenance that I receive which helps my PCs stay up to date with security software. I find the TTU support team to be friendly, courteous and technically astute. I plan to maintain my subscription with TTU as long as I operate PCs.

It only took a few minutes for the Technician to understand exactly what my problem was with my email. I am 85 years old and don't really understand the computer changes that happen time to time. It's great to have someone that can be so patient and understanding. Thanks so much.

I am glad I found Tech To Us. I like it better than the geek squad which I had been for a number of years. The only thing I don't like is the hours. If I am on an emergency I had to wait until they open at 9 am. They don't work at night. Most of the staff seems to know every thing and they send a reminder to tune up my computer. I had trouble with my computer and they helped me, and answered my questions. I've had many kinds of problems and they have always helped me whether it was my printer connectivity, or change computer problems. The last time I lost photos on my SD card and tried to figure out why. So they told me what to do next time it happens..

All of your technicians are super knowledgeable and are quick with their responses to my inquiries and problems which are about 2-3 times a week. I have been using them for three years now and they never cease to fail me. Your services aren't cheap but you are efficient and quite effective. I would recommend you to anyone.

My experience using Tech to Us has been fantastic from day one. Their rates are VERY COMPETITIVE. I transferred from another service that I was paying almost $175 per month and now I pay only $75 per month for their advanced service. All support people go the "extra mile" to assist. I feel that I am always in good hands with Tech to Us.

So Windows had an automatic update, and suddenly my bluetooth headphones stopped working. I tried installing/reinstalling a bunch of wireless bluetooth drivers and even reset the OS. In the end, I reached out to Tech to Us, and they had the issue resolved in an hour. They were nice and polite, and in my opinion totally worth the expense.

As usual I am thoroughly pleased with the attention given to my problem. Wasn't a quick fix this time, Mitch gave his attention to fixing it and it made me realize I need to update more often. Mitch and your service should get 10 stars for helping me today! Kudos!

I love this service! It has helped me so much in the three or four times I have used it. Tonight Ryan helped me solve a problem with my printer and installed new drivers. My printer had previously been driving me crazy going offline all the time. It would usually go back online if I turned it off and then on again. That didn't work tonight. Couldn't access a site I needed for work. I simply tapped into the remote request for assistance and within seconds, someone came on and began to help me. They didn't require anything from me except to reboot my wifi after they were done. I was able to do other things while they remotely worked on my computer and by the time I was done, so were they! After our computer crashed we needed to transfer our TTU service to a new computer. It was an excellent experience and the tech was able to set everything up quickly and download the backup files from the old computer to a file folder on the new computer. We didn't lose any of our family pictures. This is the best computer service we have ever used.

Great help on solving problems with bookmarks disappearance and many sign in screens. Great response and communication. They have been great in understanding and solving the problems from a previous tech company. They also have helped in understanding how my bookmarks can be saved and retrieved as needed.

When ever I called with a problem as a 73 year old man, I was always treated with respect, my problem was listened to and always solved and most often without even asking the hard drive was checked out for any viruses and cleaned. And that is something I always very much appreciated. Also during this pandemic where most places are currently closed or hard to reach they are still available at the end of the phone line with no problems.

Worked on my daughters computer which was completely full of downloads and almost impossible to remove. They spent a good part of day to reset computer and reload all of Microsoft 10 and add some other security for my special needs daughter. I was completely satisfied with all of their help!

The ratings, customer reviews, what services each plan offered, and informative and user friendly web site was by far above the others. After our computer and bank account were hacked by a so-called “online security company”, I searched for a legitimate security company we could trust. Luckily, I found Tech to Us! I signed up for the one-year plan, with an unexpected/appreciated discount for my being a veteran. The technician who took my order and helped me get set up was Sage, who was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. He explained everything that he would be doing when he took remote control of our computer. When, after several hours, he completed his scan/analysis of our computer and loaded the new security software, he called me with a report and answered any questions I had.

Install of new laptop. Shavez-- excellent service. Well mannered, polite and interesting small talk. Very satisfying. We worked for several hours. He solved all the problems I had. It was a chore that I could not have done by myself. My was also pleased at his patience with me.
