I've been very satisfied with the service I've received. Access time to talk with a tech is very quick. TechToUs has serviced my three PCs for several years and I have been very pleased with the support I received from TTU. I have upgraded my PCs and the TTU support team was able to transfer all of my data from the old PC to the new one. I also appreciate the routine maintenance that I receive which helps my PCs stay up to date with security software. I find the TTU support team to be friendly, courteous and technically astute. I plan to maintain my subscription with TTU as long as I operate PCs.

I am glad I found Tech To Us. I like it better than the geek squad which I had been for a number of years. The only thing I don't like is the hours. If I am on an emergency I had to wait until they open at 9 am. They don't work at night. Most of the staff seems to know every thing and they send a reminder to tune up my computer. What more can I ask?

I've had many kinds of problems and they have always helped me whether it was my printer connectivity, or change computer problems. So Windows had an automatic update, and suddenly my bluetooth headphones stopped working. I tried installing/reinstalling a bunch of wireless bluetooth drivers and even reset the OS. In the end, I reached out to Tech to Us, and they had the issue resolved in an hour. They were nice and polite, and in my opinion totally worth the expense.

I love this service! It has helped me so much in the three or four times I have used it. Tonight Ryan helped me solve a problem with my printer and installed new drivers. My printer had previously been driving me crazy going offline all the time. It would usually go back online if I turned it off and then on again. That didn't work tonight. I have the printer in another room so to make matters worse I had to run back and forth when that happened. I am so happy to have the problem solved. Thanks Ryan!

Just finished a session with Tech to Us and was blown away with their skill and speed of their tech support staff. I signed on with the sales people and they had a technician waiting to take my case. My issue was resolved literally in minutes after spending several long afternoons with Microsoft support in some foreign country who never did anything but waste my time. Kendall did a great job getting my printer working. I would have given up and got a new printer; but Kendall did a great job on finding the problems and then fixing the issue. I am happy that I have a contract with TechtoUs so when I have problems with my computer I know where to get it fixed. It is a lot easier than dragging the computer to a store to get fixed. I have always had a good experience with this company.

I am so happy to have found Tech to Us!! I had a MAJOR issue in losing some very valuable information & contacts in my Collections App connected to Microsoft Edge. After three tries with other tech support companies & no positive results my stomach was sick. Working remotely, with such a loss, I felt like I just started a new job & was starting from scratch for contacts. I've been using Tech2Us for several years now. Switched to a different company last year, but I'm back now. I notice that the wait for a tech has gotten a little longer than I remember, but after all we ARE still on COVID lockdown. My experience with the tech support has always been 100% positive. I can't recall a single time when I've not gotten my problem solved. That goes true for Shaves as well.

Couldn't access a site I needed for work. I simply tapped into the remote request for assistance and within seconds, someone came on and began to help me. They didn't require anything from me except to reboot my wifi after they were done. I was able to do other things while they remotely worked on my computer and by the time I was done, so were they! My sister's system became blocked by Supremo and Norton as well as another support could not rid her system of the infection; until I contacted Tech-to-Us and Shavez answered our call. After our computer crashed we needed to transfer our TTU service to a new computer. It was an excellent experience and the tech was able to set everything up quickly and download the backup files from the old computer to a file folder on the new computer. I originally called because my computer crashed and it was completely dead, the blue screen of death, but the technician was very patient and got it running again. Technician was very pleasant and courteous while being very helpful through the whole experience. He was very persistent in trying the fix the microphone problem and spent a great amount of time and effort trying to fix the problem. He continued to try many options even while the drives would not properly update,
It is a seven year old computer which was making his job harder but he still continued to rectify the problem. I am a 72 year old senior so it was wonderful to have a technician who was so patient and kind, especially in my lack of knowledge with the computer age.

Great help on solving problems with bookmarks disappearance and many sign in screens. Great response and communication. When ever I called with a problem as a 73 year old man, I was always treated with respect, my problem was listened to and always solved and most often without even asking the hard drive was checked out for any viruses and cleaned. And that is something I always very much appreciated. Also during this pandemic where most places are currently closed or hard to reach they are still available at the end of the phone line with no problems.

I read through a few tech support services, with TechtoUs being the first. I say "few" because after reading about TechtoUs, no one even came close! The ratings, customer reviews, what services each plan offered, and informative and user friendly web site was by far above the others. I first spoke with Jason, asking many questions and trying to get acquainted with TechtoUs. He spent much time with me, and treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy, (even though my questions must have seemed endless!). I wanted to think about it for a day. I want to note that this is also a "no pressure" company, which is important to me. I didn't have to take more than a day to decide. I signed up today (1/11/20) for a yearly contract.
Sage **, the tech who worked with me today did all the set up and performed extensive tests and scans to be sure everything was in perfect condition. I couldn't be more satisfied! I am very impressed with the service provided and the time and patience both Jason and Sage showed me! I'm not very experienced with computers, and they spent all the time needed to provide the best service possible.
Another aspect important to me is I felt from the start this is a company that expects the best from their employees both personally and professionally, and I was not disappointed!!. I feel confident I've now got all the help I may need with any problems I may encounter throughout the year, and with the monthly maintenance scans included in the plan.
Jason and Sage should be commended for their professionalism, expertise, patience, and courtesy they extended to me. I have no doubts I've made the right choice! I give TechtoUs an A+++++++++ and would give them 10 stars if possible! I highly recommend this company without reservation!! Thank you, Jason and Sage, for all the time you spent with me! Having problems with the computer & router (no wifi) for several days. Found TechtoUs site on a Google search. Had the great pleasure to speak with Sage regarding the problems. He reassured me the problems could be fixed & everything would be back to normal. He fixed everything & did a computer tune up. He was FABULOUS!!! Top notch Tech!!! Worth every penny!!! I've been a client of Tech to Us for a number of years and have been very satisfied with their service; recommending them to many friends. This past week I had a challenge and of course call Tech to Us. The tech was professional and displayed an "stick to it" attitude to get the problem resolved. He called me numerous times and kept researching fixes until, after two days and many hours completed the job and got me back on track.. Shavez did a great job. He was calm, cool and collected and methodically went through the different steps to add a new calendar and contacts file to my Outlook365 client. After our computer and bank account were hacked by a so-called “online security company”, I searched for a legitimate security company we could trust. Luckily, I found Tech to Us! I signed up for the one-year plan, with an unexpected/appreciated discount for my being a veteran. The technician who took my order and helped me get set up was Sage, who was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and fun to talk to. He explained everything that he would be doing when he took remote control of our computer. When, after several hours, he completed his scan/analysis of our computer and loaded the new security software, he called me with a report and answered any questions I had.
I was very impressed with how thorough and professional Sage was, and I know that we will have a long and fruitful relationship with Tech to Us. In addition to providing online security, the experts at Tech to Us will be there to answer questions about all commonly used software programs (a real plus!). I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for trustworthy online security, and especially to anyone who got burned like we did previously, and are wary of who they deal with.

I called Shavez, to do a computer tune-up and to try to fix my printer. From the beginig he was very understanding and helpful, explaining what the problems were. Every question that I had he even help me go through the computer steps to work my computer, (I am not good at all working a computer), but Shavez never lost his pationts with me. He was very understanding and helpful. I would call him anytime to help me with any computer issues, he is very knowlegble and knows what he is talking about. He was also conserned about my personal welfare, and talked to me like a human being. He brightened up my day. Updated on 06/12/2019: You continue to try to get me to reactivate my account after the mess your technician left me in--and the many hours I was left waiting on the phone for several days. Without authorization your technician left my Outlook in a horrible mess that will take months to repair.
Original Review: I don't like leaving reviews, but in this case I hope this one will help the technicians at Tech to Us be aware of the problems they can create if they aren't being thorough or are rushing. The tech I was working with took it upon himself to update my Outlook. The result is that I lost my task manager (two years of things-to-do) and my entire address book (over 1,000 contacts). I will be spending months trying to rebuild.

I've tried multiple other companies for tech support but they would charge me per machine that I needed support on. When I found Tech to Us they supported all the devices in my house for just one flat fee. That's my phones, my computers, my printer or copier, any technology I have. They were happy to help with. I've recommended them to multiple people and don't plan to stop using the service any time soon. If you need help with any tech in your house this is definitely the way to go!

I recently bought a new computer. Tech to Us support set it up, transferred my files and was extremely helpful in teaching me how to use the new Windows 10 that I was unfamiliar with. I tried HP support and it was horrible. Tech to Us solved all my problems that HP had no idea on how to solve. I will definitely renew my contract at the end of the year.

Anthony did a great job setting up all my PCs with the icon to contact tech support directly. He also fixed my husband's computer's sound. We had tried HP to get it fixed and Geek Squad and he was the only one that could fix it. My computer was infected with a zillion viruses (viri!) and I did not know where to turn. I had many bad experiences dealing with companies that sent me to somebody anonymous in another country (nothing against working with people in other countries, but these were for the most part not very skilled, hard to understand and there was no continuity or accountability). Tech to Us is very different. I had a fabulous experience working with one person with another well-informed on the case occasionally stepping in. The company is in the US and I was so happy with them that I signed up for a year of service. Knowing that I can call them any time and get help is incredibly important to me and has given me peace of mind. I need my computer to work to meet deadlines for work and having this service is vitally important.

It was awesome to work with a company in the US. It was a prompt quick painless experience. I had been on the phone with Amazon and Nest for multiple hours with no luck. I called Tech To Us and spoke to the sales Rep who was great and figured out the best plan for me. He got me over to a technician and within 30 minutes we had the Nest and Alexa synced!
