I purchased my solar system from ProStat in August 2023 and it was finally up and running by the end of November. My problem is trying to get them to come back and check the equipment. The system keeps not reporting to Enphase. If it isn't reporting I have no way of knowing if it's working until I get my electric bill and see if it generated any power. They are just as bad as large corporations, once they've got your money good luck. The 25-year warranty is essentially worthless, if you can't get them to come and check the system. Maybe if sales drop off they will have time to take care of existing customers. So if you expect to do business with a company that cares about you as a customer go someplace.

Hired to do solar/electrical/roof package install. They oversold their services on what they can do for electrical work. Was supposed to be a full rewire/solar/new roof. After roof was done, they installed solar and did not finish nor have the capacity to do a rewire. Have a lawsuit against them for breach of contract. I have solar that cannot be powered up and cannot be tied into the main electrical. So far they have not answered nor attempted any response for resolution. They were served with the suit from my attorney and is a matter of public record for you to search. I would not recommend them!
