    The company did resolve the issue. I wouldn't repeat the purchase or recommend as it was a long and stressful process but they made things right eventually. I think better communication would be helpful and I understand that a lot of problems were caused by the delivery company which I think they are no longer using.

    I made a huge mistake buying a mattress from this company. They and their freight company lied multiple times. I tried to do a "comfort exchange" twice (for a $140 fee) and both times I was not sent a new mattress. I would wait for weeks, waste time on numerous phone calls to both US-Mattress and the freight company, only to be told they had "lost the mattress" or some other excuse. It ended up with me being stuck with a low quality, uncomfortable, $1400 mattress. I kick myself every day for letting them take my old mattress. It was a quality brand and not old but was just too firm. I wish I had kept it and put a topper on it or something. I now have to pay every month for a bed that I hate.

    Eventually one customer service rep offered me a refund - but only if and when they received the one I bought. So I was supposed to trust the same freight company to honestly ship this one back. I was scared at that point that they would take the bed and not refund my money and say that it too had been "lost". Now I wish I had gone ahead and done it because it's going to end up in the landfill anyway. I was contacted by customer service and they offered me nothing but the chance to pay yet another fee and buy another bed from them. They are either scam artists or the most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.

    Be wary, you may not get your mattress. I purchased a king size mattress from this company on October 2. It was the King Simmons Beautyrest Platinum Hailey Plush Pillow Top Mattress (Treasure) for $1,199 to be exact. We received order confirmation and details the next day. Great! Nothing happened for 2 weeks. Finally we gave them a call and they told us that the mattress had been discontinued and they had sent us an email on October 4th trying to contact us, which were two lies. I received no communication from them (spam folder included) while we waited around for our mattress, and the exact same mattress is still currently available at an unexplained $700 increase.

    I read the terms and they have an explicit right to cancel any order for any reason. Even if they decide to increase the price. That's unfortunate. Even if this wasn't a malicious attempt at exploiting a consumer, it shows a deep lack of respect and has further cemented my distaste for the mattress industry and this company. The customer service woman was nice. I think her name was Rachael?

    Six months ago I ordered a mattress and box spring. The box spring I received was 2 inches too wide. I received a 2nd box spring 2 months later that was even further from measurements I ordered. I have been requesting a full refund to no avail. C/S has not been helpful at all.

    I had a great experience when I ordered a mattress in 2008. It was 100% web order. I was a returning customer this time. I ordered again in 2018 and had issues, the difference was I ordered it via phone this time. I ordered a king size mattress over the phone as it was on sale with 20% discount, but the web order was not going through. So, I spoke with a sale associate. Apparently, the sales associate put the wrong size (Queen instead of King) in the order. The order confirmation email did not have description of the size, so I did not know about the issue until after delivery boy brought the Queen. I refused the delivery and tried to reach out to sales/customer service via phone and left numerous voicemails. I never received a call back. Apparently, they responded to my emails and even order a replacement (king size) but I did not receive their emails due to some technical issues. They never called back by even after my email requests.

    I was not sure what was going on, so I requested and received a refund (via email). I decided to reorder the mattress using web order, I spoke to two different persons in customer service and sales (needless to mention average wait time was 27 min). They did not give the same discount I had via phone order or price match even after so much inconvenience and loss of two months. I feel they have issues with customer service. Still their web orders are fine. It was inconvenient dealing with customer service and wasting time. Only reason I reordered the mattress with US-Mattress was I had already spent so much time researching the mattress. On the other hand, the reason for my bad review is US-Mattress did not value the customer.

    Main reason for ordering from this company is that they had a $300.00 Visa Gift Card. I don't like to buy Mattress online but I took a chance but the same price I could have got from Local Furniture Store. First off I had changed my order to have old mattress removed. When delivery company called they said they had no order to do that. I called US Mattress immediately to make sure it was corrected. Customer Service said they would make sure it was correct and I ask for a confirmation e-mail and they said they couldn't give it to me.

    Driver showed up and said they had no order to take mine away. I was fortune enough that I had already made other plans for my mattress to be removed or I would have had to deal with disposing it because driver said he wouldn't take it unless the order said to. Now here comes what I think is a scam. Turned in my rebate form and waited the 6 weeks (says it takes 4 to 6 weeks) and never received it. I called them and at first they claimed that they never received it. Then I told them I would send it again because I had a copy she came back with. Well we received it but it was denied???

    I ask why it was denied and she said she didn't know why but they would send it through again. I said "Well I need to know why it was denied so it doesn't happen again if I filled something out wrong" and I ask, "Who should I talk to? Does your company do the rebate or another company." She said they did the rebate so I ask again why was it denied. She then came back with again a different story saying they forgot to order it. I said, "Ok how long will I have to wait" and she said another 4 to 6 weeks. That is unacceptable. I am thinking I might need to call my credit card company and put a hold on payment to see if it is truly a scam.

    My order Number is: **. I am really unhappy about their delivery service. I got phone call this morning from a number which use a robotic voice (really robotic) to ask me select a date of delivery. I chose Aug 15th. Then I was asked a question by the robotic voice. Without a confirmation or a closing statement, the phone was dropped by them. I didn't get any email confirmation from the delivery company which makes me very nervous.

    I called them immediately after they dropped off the call. And a customer service lady told me I haven't been scheduled at all! And the first available delivery date would be Aug 17th. I have no choice but accept. I was so sad! What if I didn't make the phone call to the delivery company. Could I be at home a whole day waiting for something never come to my house? I called the mattress company after that. They said they can try to contact the delivery company but they can guarantee anything. Just as another reviewer said their delivery is a nut! I am totally unsatisfied with my experience!

    Updated on 08/13/2018: At first, I got a robotic call to let me choose a deliver date. And I chose Aug 15th. Then I called the customer service and found I wasn't scheduled at all. After complaining to them, I was able to rescheduled to Aug 11th. I got phone, email and message confirmation from them. I waited the whole weekend, 11th and 12th, at home. Don't dare to leave. Nobody showed up. Nobody called us or messaged us. On Monday 13th, their customer service said the truck was broken and they called me to notify. Because my phone was not working, they couldn't get through. It was totally a LIE. I was using my cell phone all day long. Actually I checked it once every 10 minutes to see when they could come. And besides, I have a voice mailbox set. They should've reached that if there was a signal issue. They just used that as an excuse. They had no honesty at all. Totally unsatisfied with my whole experience.

    I ordered a FULL size mattress for my mother on 6/13 and received the mattress on 6/27. Delivery staff came, dropped off the mattress and took off. After we unpacked the mattress, it was then realized the mattress's dimension was not a FULL size. Contacted customer service and requested for a replacement mattress with a real FULL size mattress. We were instructed to take pictures and sent over to customer service for verification.

    Few days later, I got a response from the company, stating that "I do see the mattress is approx 53" wide x 74.5" long, and that is within the 1" tolerance from the manufacturer." Due to it being within tolerance, we are unable to order a replacement for you." The company's website stated that the dimension for full size mattress is 54" x 75", not approximately 53" x 74.5". Using "the manufacturer tolerance" as an excuse and refused to replace the mattress or refund is unscrupulous. I paid for a FULL size mattress, not 2/3 of a FULL size mattress.

    I am so sorry for the issue as you described below. Unfortunately, all mattress manufactures work on a 1-inch tolerance (except Corsicana, they have a 2-inch tolerance). Dimensions could be up to 1-inch shorter and/or narrower than specified. This is based on industry standards.

    Purchased a mattress less than 2 weeks ago. Upon delivery, room was filled with a horrible oil-like smell. When I contacted US-Mattress I was told to call Simmons, which I did, but received no help. Called US-Mattress back and was told they would stand behind their 100 day (or so, I cant remember the exact number) guarantee, we just had to fill out the proper forms, which we did, and we would hear back in 3 days. It has been almost a full week and we have called 3 times and still we are left with a MATTRESS WE CAN'T SLEEP ON AND I'M GETTING TIRED OF BUNKING WITH MY 3 YEAR OLD ON A TWIN MATTRESS! So yeah, 1 star review. This mattress literally stinks and we are at the mercy of a company that won't return our calls. Awesome.

    I'll start by saying I've never written a negative review of any company before, so this is a true first. US-Mattress gets 2 stars instead of 1 for its prices - truly outpacing peers. The problem, however, has come during the delivery phase, and I'm still without a bed nearly a month after my order. I placed my order through the website because I had some flexibility - as long as I received the bed within 30 days of my order, I'd be happy. US-Mattress quoted a delivery of 14-21 days from order, which I was totally content with. Unfortunately, I'm near the end of my 30 day window and still haven't received an update on where my mattress is or when it may be delivered.

    Two business days have passed since I last reached out to customer service, where I was told that the company is not aware of my bed is, and would reach out to the sales/purchasing team to check, which is the last I've heard. I then explained that after 30 days things will become much trickier for me to set up a delivery, as I'll be starting a new job and that at best case, I can try coordinating a weekend delivery from there (which would be more than 5 weeks after the order was originally placed). The response I got was that weekend deliveries may not be feasible, and are at the discretion of the delivery company they use in a given location. Therefore, I'm still without knowledge of when and how I may ever get my mattress. I certainly understand that delays can happen, but am disappointed that the company appears to have thrown its hands up in response, while I'm stuck without my bed in a new residence.

    I spent some time online chatting with one of your people yesterday. He was very pleasant but I had a feeling he was simply reflecting. Toward the end I inquired about adjustable beds wtih a firm mattress (I was actually thinking more in terms of slippage if there were no bar). He told me there would be no problem. Last night I came across a short video from your company. The fellow said that adjustable beds are not recommended with firm mattresses because they make the motor work too hard. This was very disconcerting. Today I asked another rep about it and he mostly agreed with the video which made me feel somewhat better. But, you cannot have people contradicting your conclusions. Makes people question everything. Bottom line: I did order my mattress.

    A mere barely better than average experience from here on out will make this 'mission' wildly successful. I was tasked to effectuate the purchase, within a mere 24 hours no less, of a new high-quality queen mattress & box spring for my partner & her partner-in-crime, our one-year-old baby girl, for their sleeping pleasure, as I was banished to solitary slumber confinement by them many months ago. Did my homework (which was absurdly unfathomable in nature, as I am a lawyer with OCD, ADHD & some!!!) & made the purchase from US-Mattress ("US-M") for literally one-third of what it would have cost here at Macy's. Full Disclosure - had Macy's the foresight to run its July 4th sale through today, its price would have been considerably lower, but still twice that of US-M.

    To start, US-M's price for the bed & box spring was much less. Factor in no sales tax & BS fees. Add a discount code I found (which US-M also generously populated at checkout along with a number of others) & a credit for reward points it let me earn just seconds before the transaction, & that is the recipe for paying three times less than at Macy's. Please US-M, just bring the proper glass slipper in good order & a timely fashion to end this fairy tale magically!!!

    I'd not recommend this company. I'm a small business owner so I know the importance of service. This company has me nonplussed. We ordered a king-size mattress with delivery and removal of the old mattress. The delivery people left without taking the old mattress. Two weeks later another truck arrived but the guys said they could not take our old mattress because it was not wrapped in plastic and had some spots. No one told us that the old mattress had to be pristine.

    We tried the new mattress for 1 month but I could not sleep through the night so we ordered a replacement mattress for an extra few hundred dollars bringing our total to about $1400. My credit card was billed the first week of May. In the middle of May an email said the mattress had shipped. Here it is July 9 and we still do not have the mattress. After complaining via emails, the company responded and said, without explanation, that the mattress had been sent back. We paid for it, but don't have it. Do not use this company!!!

    Updated on 08/16/2018: For various reasons the company promised me, via email, a refund. (See my prior review for details). On July 30 an email from customer service said to allow 3-5 business days. I'm waiting still for my refund of more than $1,500. They don't know squat about service.

    I bought a $1600 spring air mattress on sale. The tags and mattress cover confirmed to the item I bought upon delivery. Five months later when I washed the cover, I realized the mattress underneath the cover was a single thick piece of foam, with a 1.5 inch gel topper. NOT WHAT I ORDERED.     I normally don't write negative reviews but thought I would in this case in hopes of preventing other customers of US-Mattress from having a similar experience to mine. I recently spent over $1,100 on a Simmons Beautyrest mattress set from US-Mattress and couldn't be more disappointed. Before I made my purchase, I spoke to a US-Mattress rep and they convinced me to buy a Simmons Beautyrest Silver Kenosha Place III Plush Mattress. I was concerned, based on the US-Mattress "comfort scale" rating, that the mattress would not provide me with enough back support but the rep told me the index rating had nothing to do with the amount of back support I could expect to receive from the mattress. I believe this turned out to be false.

    After sleeping on the mattress for a month, I was experiencing back discomfort on a regular basis. Even though the mattress was apparently new, the middle of the mattress bowed after the first day I received it and I would consistently sink into it causing my back to ache. I opted to take advantage of the companies $139 exchange program and replaced the Plush Mattress with a Simmons Beautyrest Silver Kenosha Place III Luxury Firm Mattress believing it would be a firmer mattress based on the specifications listed by US-Mattress and the corresponding comfort scale rating.

    Despite the new mattress having tags that stated it was a "Luxury Firm", I'm convinced I was simply shipped the exact same "Plush" mattress I was returning. The Luxury Firm mattress felt identical to the Plush mattress and experienced the same bowing in the middle. After trying different sleeping positions for another month in an effort to somehow make the mattress work for me, I had to capitulate. I attempted to contact US-Mattress to see if there was any potential remedy to the problem I was continuing to have with the mattress but they never responded.

    Now, 3 months and $1,100+ out of pocket, I feel like I have been duped. My opinion is that the two mattresses shipped to me by the company are sub-standard products (I have owned and slept on Simmons Beautyrest mattresses in the past and have not had this issue). In the end, I hold myself accountable in that I should have gone to a brick and mortar mattress store and physically tried out a few mattresses before buying one. However, I thought since I had owned a Simmons Beautyrest product before, I could expect the same sleeping experience and product quality if I purchased another one on-line.

    Therefore, my advice to anyone thinking about buying a mattress from US-Mattress -- or maybe any other online mattress retailer-- is to seriously consider purchasing one from a reputable retailer that enables you to test the mattress out before purchasing. $1,100 is a lot of money to me and my family to waste and I'm sure that's the same for many of you who may read this review.

    I ordered a mattress online after checking it out in the store. Not only was it cheaper through US-Mattress but it came with the box spring, bed frame and delivery free of charge plus a $300 Visa gift card!     This website is as good as we can get without actually sitting on a mattress. It probably is actually better than sitting (or laying on a mattress) because mattresses in stores don't give you an accurate feel all the time. I really like the softness rating and try it tabs and objective firmness range. We just got a different mattress at Sears and hate it. It is going in our guest room and needs a topper just to make it comfortable enough to sleep on, but the one in the store felt different. The no risk return policy also supplies peace of mind. Sears isn't terrible compared to some of the stores, but it is much worse than US-Mattress.com. Your prices are also great. The mattress we bought at sears that was more than 60% off was within a couple of dollars of the regular price on this website, and they charged extra for haul away.

    I ordered my mattress from US-Mattress on 1-22-18. Received the mattress on the 30th of Jan. The mattress was very thin compared to the online views of that particular mattress. And one of the box springs had a hole in the top of it. I tried the mattress for 6 or 7 nights, and it was a nightmare. It had almost no support and it was as hard as a rock. I got in touch with customer service on the 6th of February and told them of the issues. I sent them pictures of the box spring and the mattress thickness. Come to find out, that the mattress was out of tolerance with the manufacturer on thickness. Please understand that I was told when I ordered this mattress the mattress company upon receiving the order would begin building the mattress for me. If this is true, How was it out of tolerance? It looked like it had been pulled from a warehouse from the bottom of some pile.

    With all that said, US-Mattress said they would get another out to me to replace the out of tolerance mattress and to replace the damaged box spring. I said OK. On the 27th of February, the second mattress arrived. The driver said he had no instructions to pick up the first delivered mattress that was out of tolerance. I said, "Ok, I guess I'll keep here." Ten minutes after the delivery of the second mattress, I get a call from US-Mattress, stating that I refused to give them the out of spec mattress and that they needed the original mattress for the return process. The frustration is beginning to hit a new level. Now keep in mind the timeframe, original order date (22-Jan-2018) and now (27-Feb-2018). By this time I am not trusting anything this company tells me.

    I have emailed customer service countless times (automatic reply) and they never get back to you. I have talked to a Melanie at the CS telephone number, which I thought was going to get things straightened out. I have dealt with Julie at CS email only after speaking with Melanie on the phone. Julie emailed me on 19-Mar-2018. I responded about an hour and half later and I have not been able to communicate with anyone since that day. I think I have a total of nearly 100 + emails. I don't have the time to be on the phone with them day in / day out, that why I chosen email mostly, but you get absolutely no response that way at all.

    Since the 27th of February I have been stuck with 2 king size mattresses and 3 box springs, of which none I want. I have requested a refund and for them to pick up these items. The second mattress and box spring were never removed from their containers and the original items have been carefully rewrapped in their original plastic since around the 20th of February. I purchased a mattress locally and love it. This company is the most unprofessional noncaring company I think I've ever dealt with.

    After ordering a mattress, I received a call from MDX (outsourced delivery company) to select a delivery date. This Tuesday, the next Tuesday or the Tuesday following. My wife & I work and are never able to take a Tuesday off. The gal on the phone suggested I take a vacation day. Are you kidding! After enough complaining, and looking into (w/ US-Mattress), they called back to say they would accommodate a Saturday delivery for only $250.00! Never once was it mentioned that Tuesday was the only delivery day available, if so, I would shop elsewhere. The $250 fee negates any savings. 2 weeks later, no mattress, no agreement on delivery. I could have gone to my local dealer, paid $200 more than US-Mattress and had the bed in 2 days! I have to look at website regarding canceling the order. Customer service is worthless. Do not order from US-Mattress until you clearly have an agreed delivery process.

    I do apologize for the issues with delivery scheduling and the inconvenience this causes you. We do our best to insure that our customers are well taken care of. We sell a diverse selection of mattresses from different mattress manufacturers. To provide the best prices and lowest costs to our customers, rather than having a massive warehouse to store the hundreds of selections we offer, we work with the different mattress manufacturers submitting purchase orders for them to produce as orders come to us. Those orders are then transferred to the delivery agents that service our customers areas.

    For Sealy and Simmons orders, since they have manufacturing plants all over the country, the purchase orders are submitted to the manufacturing plant closest to our customer. Once produced, it is then transferred to the delivery agent that services our customer's area. That saves much of the costs in shipping and storing. Even for orders that come through our warehouse in Brighton, MI, we still require the assistance of delivery agents that are local to our customers, with the exception of Detroit area customers as they are local customers.

    In order to provide "White Glove" delivery service (in-home setup), the delivery has to go through a delivery agent that specializes in this kind of service. As you can imagine, that limits the number of delivery agents that can be used to perform such services. Sometimes the closest agents that are contracted with MXD Group that are capable of performing In-Home setup services are located a distance away from our customers, and, because of the type of delivery service they provide, other companies also go through them...not just US-Mattress.

    I will look into this further and see what we can do to further assist you with your scheduling needs. Please look for a private message within the next 24 hours.

    Six weeks delay delivery and no delivery guarantee - When I bought the mattress, the sales are very nice. So I place an order by phone with that salesman. But after the purchase, the customer services is too bad. It seems like their relation with Beautyrest is not that strong, because what they can do is send email to Beautyrest and reorder the mattress, nothing more than that, when the mattress was delayed. It seems like they don't have a binding force of contract with Beautyrest and can not let them ship on time. We wait four weeks but still don't know when it would be delivered. And US-Mattress gives no delivery guarantee but said maybe another two weeks.

    Very upset with delivery service. What is wrong with companies that do not make delivery and set up put on booties in a persons home!!!     Two months after I purchased what I thought was a brand new mattress, it developed a 2 to 3 inch sag in the middle. After their inspector determined that the mattress was bad and failed inspection, they replaced it with another mattress that had a broken support sideboard. The third mattress they brought out had more of a sag in the middle than the first one. After complaining about the sag, they refused to send their inspector back, saying that it was the last mattress they would bring me. I was better off with the first one. Since then, I have purchased a new one from Art Van and I love it. The biggest $2500 mistake of my life. US-MATTRESS IS THE WORST!!!

    APPARENTLY THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO SAFEGUARDS IN PLACE TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION and will give it out to anyone who calls! After purchasing my mattress online with "Kyle" I had a unauthorized purchase and some online accounts were flagged as of being tampered with... No Big deal, it was right after Christmas and without placing blame, it has happened before, no big deal. Just to be safe I called and spoke with a Cust Serv rep at US-Mattress and had her notate my account that, no changes to my account or to the order can be made by other than myself. Seems legit, right? Well, that same afternoon I get a funky text message to my phone! Stating "When is your mattress coming?"

    I immediately call US-Mattress back. I get some person on the phone and he looks up my order, with no verification it was me, and he does see the notes from when I called in and stated "Make no changes to my account." Then he informs me that someone called in just a couple hours after I had called to warn them and they "verified my order, and changed the contact name and phone number they will call to schedule the delivery!" BBBWHAAATTT. "The hell do you just say, I said???!!!" So that means, that US-Mattress GAVE THESE CRIMINALS MY PHONE NUMBER, MY ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER AND WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE?! I asked to speak with a supervisor and I was directed to Anna **. She seemed pleasant and understanding and told me she would pull the recorded call and find what happened and she would call me on Monday.

    IRONICALLY, SHE WOULDN'T GIVE ME THE NAME OR NUMBER OF THE PERSON WHO CALLED IN! So, I waited to hear from her on Monday, and That was over a week ago! Not only do I not know what info was given to these people, they are protecting the CRIMINAL’S INFORMATION. Since that time, I have had to call on trespassers coming on my property, and This could be totally random and not related but, I don't think so. The local authorities are not happy when I tell them what happened. They are putting me and my family in danger to protect what? Their Bottom line? On another note I should be receiving a call this week to schedule my delivery. I just hope they call the right person and or number.

    So as of now, I'm scared, frightened, worried, I can't sleep, people are harassing me at my home, and I will probably have to move, just because of what these incompetent Neanderthals at US-Mattress did. I guess there is no outcome that will fix what happened and change the culture and the way they handle sensitive information other than leveling legal action against them. Both criminal and civil. If anyone else has had a similar experience with this retailer please get in contact with me. I have not reviewed the mattress and bed due to the fact I have not received it yet. Although, the website, the point of purchase transaction and even CSR Kyle, were all very easy to navigate and informative. I look forward to my first night sleep on my new adjustable bed and mattress, and getting my free Amazon Echo! If US-MATTRESS DOESN'T GET ME KILLED FIRST!

    I bought a king size mattress from www.us-mattress.com (office business name is MATTRESS USA INC) for $2123.00 included white glove delivery service. www.us-mattress.com contracted with a trucking company to deliver my mattress on 1/9/2018. 3 guys came and couldn't move the king size mattress to my upstairs bedroom. However they broke my oak wood stair railing! They also made scratches/chips to my oak hardwood floor. I contacted US-Mattress for the issue and sent them pictures of the damages.

    I got a reply from them stated that I needed to contact the trucking company directly for the damage and repair. This is very unreasonable because I made my purchase from the www.us-mattress.com and I did not hire that trucking company on my own to make the delivery! They also asked to charge me additional $139 as a processing fee since they can't make the delivery to my house! This is the worst online business I have ever experienced and I would not recommend anyone to use their service. Do not buy from this company no matter how good their price is! IT WILL GIVE YOU A NIGHTMARE! THE WORST EVER! I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR IF THERE IS A CHOICE.

The mattress delivered is so soft and unsupportive I can’t sleep on it. Customer service won’t return calls. Total scam. I spoke with them for hours no resolution or responsibility. I had to buy a foam mattress on Amazon just to sleep. I was willing to pay for a proper mattress upgrade and did. Again mattress wasn’t even close to what was described by detail video. I’m out all that money and two months sleep and they don’t care.

    I have purchased 2 sets of mattresses from this company - in the space of 4 years. Both times, I chose the firmest mattress they had. Both times, the mattress began sagging within 18 months. I called them and they said to send them photos and measurements, both of which I did. Their response? "We only replace beds if they sag 1 1/2 inches - WITHOUT someone lying on it." What kind of bed begins to sag within 18 months. I only purchased the mattresses because I was having serious surgery and the mattress I had was less than firm. When I sent them photos of the bed, I got the response I hoped I would not get: "We're not responsible for mattresses going soft. They just get 'softer' over time." This was the HARDEST ONE THEY SOLD. It was a medium-priced Sealy. It was one of those advertised as not having to "flip" it, which I thought was nice.

    Instead, I, the customer, am doing the flipping. What is most disturbing is the cavalier attitude of the customer service reps. I've done call center work, and their attitude was utter boredom. One understands they get complaints all day, but they shouldn't SOUND as though you're bothering them and your complaint is "another-idiotic-customer." Had they been doing this back in the 70s, they'd have been fired rather quickly. But quality people and call centers? They don't go together anymore. The mattresses were on frames - purchased from US Mattress. I don't know - or care - about frames, but this company's copout was inexcusable. My understanding is that a bed should last 5 years MINIMUM. US Mattress' record (in my house) is 2 beds in 4 years. Sound to you like they care? If so, you must be as young as they are.

    I'm sure there are satisfied customers, but that's not the point: their product should hold up, not lie on its back and give up the ghost (and give YOU back pains). I wouldn't take a free mattress from them: it would probably start sinking after a years. Even for $800, I expected more. Clearly, they believe in giving to the rich and cheating the poor. Even the not-so-poor. Caveat Emptor ("Buyer, Beware," just in case you didn't learn anything in school). And I don't have the bloody "receipt." Or order number.

    I ordered a mattress on 11/24. At the time of ordering, I was told that it would take 1-3 weeks for delivery. I needed the mattress for out of town guests on 12/16, so this was an acceptable time frame. I monitored my order and finally heard that the mattress was ready for delivery on 12/12. When I called the automated number to schedule delivery, the system said the first available delivery date was 12/22. 10 days away and a full month after ordering the mattress. After repeated attempts, I was just able to get MXD (the delivery company) on the phone and they informed me that the first day it would be available for delivery would be 12/22 and said there was nothing they could do and that I would need to contact US-Mattress if I needed it sooner.

    I was so upset and disappointed. I then contacted US-Mattress. After calling and emailing for a day, I was able to get one of their customer service reps on the phone. They informed me that there was nothing they could do and that the mattress was likely delayed because of the "holiday rush". That does not seem like an acceptable response as I ordered the mattress on 11/24 and there was no mention of possible "holiday rush" delays.

    They said the best they could do would be to cancel the order or add a $100 credit to my account for a future order. I declined as $100 off of a future order did nothing to solve my issue. $100 off of this order would have gone further. The only reason I placed this order was because I was told I would have it delivered within 3 weeks. I was unable to get another mattress in time for our guests, so they had to sleep on an air mattress. So embarrassing and I am still waiting for delivery. Do not order from this company if you require timely delivery of your order.

    I purchased the bed during the Black Friday sale on Nov 25th 2017. If you notice on their site they have only the option of purchasing delivery with installation or delivery with pick up of old bedding, which I ordered and paid extra. They told me that I had paid for express service, well today is the 11th of Dec, 2017. Would you considered that express service?     Bought a Beautyrest Black Sonya Cal King mattress, no problems. And I saved some $500 from the predominant retail store price buying online! It turns out that this high end mattress is only made when you place an order, and whoever you order it from is just taking your order and forwarding it to the Simmons factory in Minnesota. It doesn't matter who you order it from, so it's just a waste of money to place the order with a local store or higher priced online retailer.

    Arranging the delivery details is all that the retailer does! US-Mattress.com does have some nasty reviews posted online about it, but reading them it was clear they were mostly related to people who did not know what to buy and were steered to cheaper mattresses by a salesperson and then the mattress failed to meet their expectations. Like duh, never buy a mattress sight unseen. Plus there are the occasional complaints about screwed up deliveries, etc. None of that applied in my case, as the sale and delivery and communication all went very smoothly.

    I have a very bad experience with "US Mattress". At first it was OK. However, about 2 days before the deliver date they told me the mattress I order was in damage, they will get new one and company will call me for a new delivery day. I felt that was okay. But after I wait about a week. And they send me a e-mail telling me that mattress I order was Lost. How can a shipment get lost? I always think real company use reliable delivery service. I will never order from US Mattress again. I order over a month never receive the new mattress.

    Purchased a Vispring mattress set from the Birmingham MI store after under the 100 day comfort guarantee. The original delivery was fine, the problem arose with a subsequent follow up delivery of a bed frame. The delivery person refused to completely dismantle my frame. I contacted the store and they informed me that they were to take it apart, the delivery guy called his supervisor and he then dismantled it. They couldn't attach the headboard because he stripped the bolt so the headboard was left leaning against my wall marring the paint. I contacted the store and a 'district supervisor' contacted me that day and said that they would take care of the problems caused by the delivery guy and they would be contacting me the next day. It has been 6 days and NO calls and no returned calls. I am totally unhappy about this. I've noticed all the positive reviews from customers in other states, but none from Michigan, I wonder why.

    After 3-4 days sleeping on our mattress, it started to sag. My husband weighs 160lbs (5'10") and I weigh 130lbs (5'3") so it's not our weight. They didn't want to pick it up and give us our money back. They were only willing to exchange it. The mattress was causing back, hip pain and was pinching my sciatic nerves in both my legs!! My husband was also experiencing back and hip pain too. For almost 2 months I had to call them to hear more lies. They finally decided to pick up the mattress and refund my money, however, I had to endure more lies again!! I finally filed a complaint with the BBB to get this matter resolved. They acted quickly once I did that. The worst mattress I have ever seen. Poor quality and the workmanship was awful! NEVER AGAIN!!
