    We thought US-Mattress was a good product with a reasonable price so we purchased a leather love seat and a reclining love seat. We purchased it with white-glove delivery but they didn’t do a very good job of delivering it. We live up a flight of stairs and they sent two guys to deliver it. They had no equipment so it was manhandled up the stairs and dragged through the hallway on its side. The top part of the recliner was damaged that causes it to sink into the one corner. So when we sit on it, it’s like sitting on an angle. I wouldn’t buy anything else from them. When we pay for a white-glove delivery, we should get what we paid for. Unfortunately, our furniture was damaged during the delivery process.

    I have lower back problems and my boyfriend researched this bed that he purchased from US-Mattress. He has one but a little different from what I bought. The online purchase was very easy because we read the reviews online and looked up the ratings of the bed. But I would prefer to actually go to a store that carries the mattresses and have a different form of sale versus going online.

    I got the bed, the mattress, and everything other than the headboard, and I'm not completely comfortable and happy with it. My back is constantly on fire and the bed isn't helping. I want to return it. Also, it seemed like US-Mattress need to work a little bit on their customer service and overall performance with the delivery team. The delivery team called us to verify how many stairs I have and I specifically let them know that there'd be two sets of stairs, one outside the townhome and one inside the home. When the delivery guy saw the second set of stairs, he says he doesn’t know how he can get the bed up the second floor and he came at almost evening hours, and was tired. I think he was working by himself. My boyfriend was the one that had to help him. That wasn't a good experience but at least he got the bed delivered.

    When I first chatted with Paul, he was helpful, knowledgeable, and polite. He asked questions to find out what comfort level was best for my husband and I, and directed me to a specific mattress.     Decided to order a mattress online. Received my order today, but when I received it, on the delivery company's invoice it had 'drop off only'. When I placed my order, I ordered the mattress with set-up and removal. Even though I did not necessarily need set up, I did need removal, and of course they would not take my old mattress because it wasn't on the 'order'. I called customer service and they did not offer any remedy to this problem but only said it wasn't included with my order. On my end, I was under the impression of paying an extra $150 for setup and removal but they claimed I didn't order the 'white glove'.

    Now I realize that I might have been mistaken with the setup and removal part (which I highly doubt because that was the deciding factor for my order) but customer service pretty much spent most of their time proving that I was "wrong" and pretty much said "tough." That is when I got upset and refused delivery and as I did they said they would refund my money back less $150 for refusal of delivery.

    Now I'm sure that there is "ambulance chasing legal jargon" in subscript on their website about a $150 charge for refusal of delivery but I didn't see it and shame on me for not knowing right?! However, it's a bunch of BS that it isn't very transparent for one, for two they really just blew off the sale, and on top of that the company gets paid for doing nothing and most likely make a profit from the resale!! I'm headed to Sear's for their 4th of July mattress sale today!!! Less reading involved.

    When the US-Mattress home page pulled up, a pop-up ad offering a discount appeared for simply entering the user's email address. The box for the email address would accept NO characters, in spite of several attempts to enter my email address. Then, a live-chat screen appeared, into which I asked how to make the discount screen work. I received NO response to it. Later in the order process, another live-chat screen appeared. For obvious reasons, I ignored it.

    After some looking around for both the stores as well as online, I felt that US-Mattress had the best value for the price point I had. I purchased a king size mattress set online and the correspondence after that was fine. The delivery was a bit more of a hiccup. We were trying to get it in a certain timeframe. What I thought was gonna be a two-day scheduled delivery ended up being a longer duration. They also were not able to schedule for my remote location until they had drivers ready so it was almost a three to five-day delay. Another thing that came up is that the maker or manufacturer of the bed ended up shipping the wrong bed frame with the item. Once I made that known to US-Mattress, they took it upon themselves and provided me either the correct bed frame and/or a refund which was done very quickly. Customer service is very good and so is the product.

    We purchased a set of pillows through US-Mattress. The website was helpful as it showed us some good options and we were able to pick it up very fast. However, the expected delivery date which we saw when we ordered was not correct. There were some back order issues and they got it delivered one month later than when we were supposed to get it.     I saw a great deal with US-Mattress so I got a pillow top mattress from them and I was very satisfied with it. Their sales rep was very helpful but it took a long time for it to get here. They said it was waiting to be built. Then after it was built, it will take a while for it to send to the factory or shipping area. It was supposed to be only three weeks, but it ended up being six weeks. I usually get stuff from Amazon and it comes very quickly. But, aside from that, it was a very good experience.

    Was under the impression if I obtained financing from your website could purchase an item. Found out after selecting item, approved for credit from your site... could not use the new credit line approved from your site because the item was on sale but I could use another credit card as long as it was not from your site. REALLY? I would think you would want the business on that deal to show your customers that you support them. I used one of my other credit cards and purchased the item anyway. Disappointed as now I have a new credit account opened that I can't use for your item and won't be using for anything else. I wanted to use your card as it was interest free for 6/12 months...

    I bought a mattress with US-Mattress.com. I wasn't sure what type of mattress that I wanted. I chose this company because of the 100-night guarantee. Within the 100-night guarantee, I went on vacation and slept on the most comfortable mattress. I was waking up stiff from my new mattress purchase and realized that it was not the one for me. I searched for the type of mattress from my vacation and discovered that it cost about $1000 less than the one that I purchased. I asked if I could at least get a store credit so I could buy sheets or a comforter and get my money's worth. The customer service agent that I spoke stated that it is not their company policy, but is going to check with the management and give me a callback. I will update the results.

    I originally placed an order for a mattress and all was going smoothly. Then it got to the warehouse and I was called to sched. delivery. I was told that there were no routes coming by my house and someone would call me tomorrow, I was then hung up on before I could even say anything. So the next day came and no one called me.

    I called the day after which was a Wed. and was told that they deliver on a biweekly sched. and it would be 2 weeks from that Friday before it could be delivered. I asked if it was on a bi weekly sched why when I was contacted Monday my mattress could not have been delivered on that Friday to which I was not given an answer. So I called and US-Mattress tried to work out a sooner delivery but could not. I did receive a gift card and was very happy with the quality of my Beautyrest recharge mattress. Also the promptness of deliver from the mattress protector I ordered. So now I used the gift card and my reward points for my mattress purchase to get a sheet set. Overall I am happy with my purchase based on the cost, comfort, and quality of my products.

    Both webchat people, Cody and Jeni, participated on 30 May 2016. Jeni requested feedback. I thought it was forward and bordering on rude to do so. Not to mention premature due to the merchandise has not even been shipped, delivered, unpacked, inspected, assembled, and evaluated. Not sure why she was so pushy. Her tone was marginal and not particularly committal when I asked for definitive action on her part. Much is needing to be revealed as noted above. The merchandise is somewhat pricey (about $200 - $250 above competitive trundle day beds with mattresses). When I shared this with Cody the chat person, he said that what they sell is much better quality hence it is 40% more expensive. Even though they have a "110%" money back price guarantee. Not sure what that means, it was not explained. The website was hinky and not fully functional.

    Never buy from US-Mattress again. I received a defective mattress from Simmons on the 5/7/2016, the very first night my mom told me the mattress making sounds and it causes her back pain due to its firmness defective. I called US-Mattress the next day for the replacement and they DID NOT STAND behind their customer, instead they went through the Simmons warranty team and they asked for the record of video that the mattress has to lay flat on the floor. Imagine if the bedroom is not big enough or the disable person who couldn't able to carry the mattress down to the floor, what can they do? US-Mattress just refused the replacement. Well, I just called my CC company dispute the charge that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE TRANSACTION THAT INVOLVE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. US-Mattress is totally a SCAM, do not buy from them.

    I ordered the Hospitality Rattan Polynesian dresser on 3/27. On 4/1, it shipped out and showed an estimated delivery for 4/12. It was coming from Florida to North Carolina and was supposed to deliver through Nonstop Delivery. I checked their website with my tracking number and the delivery date arrived. I heard nothing, so I did an online chat with them. They explained there were delays and changed the delivery date to 4/14. That day came and I heard nothing. I called, emailed, and online chatted with a customer service representative from Nonstop delivery. I finally received an answer - this terminal was shutting down and another carrier was rescuing the freight.

    The new company - Guardian Logistics called on Monday, 4/18 and asked if I could be home between 12:30-4:30pm on Tuesday. I work 8-5, and that was impossible. My husband leaves for work at 10am, so I asked them to deliver it before then or after 5pm. They said that they only work 8-5 as well... the carrier only delivers from 8-5. The company said they would try to deliver before 10am but they only make the route plan one day in advance.

    So, I would have to wait each day to see if they would be able to fit me in. They said they would call me back and I didn't hear anything for 4 days. I called them and they explained again that my schedule would be hard to manage and asked if I could leave work to come wait on it. That would be impossible, so on 4/22, I offered to change the address to my Mother's house. This was my solution to make it easier for all parties. Everyone agreed: US Mattress, Nonstop Delivery, and Guardian Logistics were on the email chain. On Monday, 4/25, at 12:15pm, US Mattress told Guardian Logistics that the address was approved for delivery on Tuesday, 4/26. It was actually closer to the terminal. So, I told my Mother to be home all day to receive this freight.

    On Tuesday, 4/26, Guardian Logistics called me to make an appointment for delivery on 4/27. This was around 11am. I called Donny, the Manager at Guardian Logistics. He said that they had made the route plan on Monday, 4/25. He finished it before the address was approved. Side point - he finished the route plan at 11 in the morning, and my address change was approved at 12:15pm. They could have added my location to the route, easily, with common logistics ability. At this point, I had no options. I wanted to send it back because it is a pain to ask someone to be home for 4 hours in the middle of a day. This should have been an appointment delivery. It should have also been rushed, since it was over 2 weeks late. No one was accommodating. I am the one who had to resolve the problem and make special arrangements. I still have to go get the freight from the person's house who received it. This was a complete inconvenience.

    When using this company, find out who the carrier is that they will be using. The company did give me $84 back for the trouble. I do appreciate that part of it, but I waited over a month for freight that takes one day to travel and was put off by multiple carriers for 2 weeks. I suggest not ordering from this company if you need it on within a specific time frame.

    Our mattress is worn out and it was time for a change. My doctor told me that I needed to raise the head of the bed by 30 degrees so that's why decided to get one that does that from US-Mattress. The bed we bought had some kind of mechanism that raises the foot and head of the bed. It's a king size mattress that's a little lumpy, but it will do in a pinch. I'm still trying to get used to the bed because it feels like there is a lump of cotton right in the middle of my back. The guys who delivered it were amazing though. I had purchased an mattress set and a bedroom set from their website and while the mattress set was delivered in a timely manner, my bedroom set took over 3 months to be delivered. The first delay was due to damaged/broken rails, but the part was out of stock so it would take month to be replaced. Finally they got a replacement and it was delivered to the delivery company, but that was sent back because the rails were again damaged. It took another month to get that finally delivered.

    When the items finally arrived at my place 3 months after I initially placed the order, one of the dressers had a huge gouge on the top! I had to refuse the entire order because I could not trust that I wouldn't be waiting another 3 months to finally get a decent, undamaged bedroom set. And all this time I had been sleeping on the floor because I sold all my other bedroom furniture to make room for my new set.

    On top of all this, I had requested for several status updates for when the items would be available and be delivered, but each time someone promised to send me an email but I never received anything. I would have to call again and ask again and keep the person on the phone while I checked my email to make sure I got something in writing about time to delivery etc. I don't know why it is not standard to send an automatic update for items that are delayed. Why was it so difficult to get updates on when and where my items were? This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had and also the most frustrating customer service experience I've ever had. I will not be buying from US Mattress again.

    A couple of items of contention: we were told we would get our mattress about a week sooner than we actually got it, and I had to call to find out where in the process we were. The 'in-transit' schedule was not very understandable. When I called, they said they were scheduled to deliver on a certain date, but no one had bothered to clue us in on the arrangement. Had I not called, I may not have been available when the mattress was delivered. I really think better attention should be paid to these 'minor' details. We are enjoying our mattress and the fellows who delivered it were most helpful in putting the covers on the box springs and mattress.     I have always ordered from Sleepy's or 1-800 Mattress so this was new company for me to try. I ordered the bed online assuming I would be contacted when the bed was in. After 3 weeks of receiving one strange email saying my bed was being custom made and I would be notified when it was ready, I contacted the company and they said the bed was in the warehouse and when did I want it. Once delivered I realized I ordered a standard box frame and it was too bad. I told the delivery men to stop but they didn't listen and said I needed to contact the store which I did. Unfortunately, the bed at that point had been delivered to my home and for health reasons I would need to pay $150 return fee and then still purchase the smaller box spring.

    The customer service rep even mentioned that the company did not have great customer service and I would be better off just going to the competition and purchasing another box spring. It was pretty ridiculous. I mentioned that I thought that I had a 90 day guarantee and she informed me that I hadn't read the small print and will still be charged a return fee. What a scam. I will never order from US Mattress again.

    On our initial delivery of our bed the guys could barely get our king Tempur-Pedic bed in the door and then could not even lift it upstairs to our bedroom. We had to call in family from out of town to come help us. Then when we did our comfort exchange they still charged us a restocking fee after we had to do the delivery people's job the first time. The comfort exchange never was received through the system and ended up taking over two weeks to get the exchange and we were not compensated at all for all the hassle and confusion or at least refund our comfort exchange fee of $199.     Every time I type mattress on sale, pops up US-mattress.com. Good deals and great service when ordering and paying but downhill from there. My mattress not only never came; but when I tried to track them, telephone questions consumed up to 30 mins. and getting any info was burdensome, until finally I was told the day before my LAST delivery date, that they did not know if the order ever went in and they have no idea if I would get the over $1000 order. It appears that this is NOT a mattress company. Rather, it is a ghost company. They may deal with real mattress companies to sell their excess or unwanted items... They may have had one of the mattresses they sold me but since they are not the mattress company, they cannot promise delivery.

    This company seems to be a room of telephone operators maybe negotiating with real mattress companies, like furniture freight stores, but they do not even seem to have a stock thus they have no control other than taking your money and then maybe paying a fraction of the cost to real mattress companies who are then to deliver. They caused me shame, major discomfort and frustration, money and three days of my vacation. They were to bring 2 beds to an empty house for family to sleep. Never happened! No calls to inform me and false promises to communicate as delivery time drew so near. HORRIBLE! I in fact think they need to be investigated because it is false advertisement. Delivery within 1 to 2 weeks was promised.

    The last day before the 2 weeks ended, March 22, I called 3 times for maybe 45 mins., and chatted another 15 mins when getting through on phone was too long, only to be told a day before my flight to vacation home, that they do not know if the order went in and if the delivery will ever come! Yet, they held my money for 2 wks! Shut them down. They owe me my order free after this headache. My visiting family with scoliosis had to sleep on an airbed 2 days and I spent 2 days of vacation shopping for her a bed as I sleep on airbed. I had shopped 2 wks before ordering from US-Mattress March 9th and the delivery was promised in 1-2 wks. If this represents a US company, SHAME on the US.

    After 5 1/2 weeks the pre-scheduled mattress delivery time and date was here. Received phone call saying the delivery people were outside my house. WWWRRRONG!! Hence the nightmare began. Unfortunately, the delivery company MDX is apparently a "Third World Delivery" company. They informed me they didn't know where the mattress was. I contacted US-Mattress and they began a search. After several hours back and forth with Customer Service, they said they would get back to me. They did not!     My US-Mattress experience was a nightmare from the beginning! I started my search lying on various beds at a local bed store. After spending much time educating myself on the different bed types, coil counts, coil gauges etc., I decided on a mattress that passed my comfort and coil specifications. The next day I was happy to find a great price for this particular model on the US-Mattress website. I purchased my first mattress from them on December 17, 2015. The mattress was delivered on January 7th, three weeks later. I received several emails stating the wait was because they were manufacturing the mattress specifically for me.

    The delivery of the mattress was good, no complaints. After laying on the mattress for about a week, my back began hurting throughout the night and I had broken sleep. I waited another week to see if the mattress needed more time to get broken in but my back pain became worse. I then called customer service to see what my options were on exchanging/refunding me for this mattress. My only option was to exercise a one-time exchange that would cost me $99 for a processing fee and whatever amount the difference would be if I chose a mattress that cost more money. I figured I would pay the $99 to finally get a mattress that I can actually use. It sounded like a fair enough deal since they were probably absorbing some shipping costs for the exchange.

    After searching for a new mattress, I realized that since I bought my first mattress on sale, my purchasing power for a new mattress was not very good. I asked customer service if I could get the same, exact bed in a different firmness level and they said "no". It would cost me $500 more plus the $99 processing fee! She also said that I could wait because they have sales often and I could get that same price.

    I checked almost every day for about a month and the mattress price never budged. During that time I stripped all the sheets off the bed and noticed significant dips and valleys on either side of the bed. It looked like this bed was 5 years old after just three weeks!! I explained this to customer service and took pictures of this and they did not budge. I had to decide on a mattress since I have not had good sleep in a few months and had consistent back pain. I didn’t want to pay the steep upcharge so I had to go a level down on the quality and model to get close to the price I paid for the previous bed and still shelled out $40 more plus the $99 processing fee.

    I ordered my second mattress on 2/12/2016 and it was delivered on 2/26/2016. A little better than the first time but still two weeks. Again, I received emails stating the delay was because they were making my bed from scratch. This time when the delivery men arrived they said they did not have a work order to remove the old mattress, only to deliver. So I had to hurry and call US-Mattress and get someone to figure it out. After about 20 minutes of the delivery men getting anxious they finally got the okay to take the old mattress. If I did not take a vacation day from work for the delivery of the mattress I would have been stuck with two king size mattresses in bedroom.

    Once the second mattress was delivered, I laid down on it and it did not feel the same as the model in the store, even though the brand and model were identical. After lying in the bed for a few weeks, we tried buying several high end latex toppers and even eliminated the bed frame and box spring to make sure that was not the problem. Nothing helped. My frustration was growing as my back pain got worse and my lack of sleep was compounding. Along the way I also noticed a tag on my new mattress that said it was manufactured in November of 2015. The same mattress I waited two weeks for because it was “currently being manufactured”.

    My wife decided to call customer service and spent a good amount of time explaining everything to two different service representatives. Finally, she was given the name of someone who may help. After calling several times and leaving a voicemail, she received a callback. Someone was willing to help with our situation. The representative stated this would be “last time we can get a comfort exchange so be sure to try out some beds before you choose one”. Also there will be a $350 shipping fee and a $99 processing fee! So for my second mattress, I had to go a quality level down to come close to my initial purchase price, now to get an exchange comparable to that mattress it will cost me $450 more dollars, assuming I can find something in the price range on the website.

    Terrible. Just terrible! I am beyond frustrated at this point. I have to start the process of finding another mattress and I am out over $1000. I typically don’t write negative reviews and am not a complainer. I can’t help but feel ripped off right now. I understand US-Mattress has their policies for a reason. The model keeps them in business and some can take advantage of them if they are too lenient with it. However, you cannot claim that you are manufacturing new inventory specifically for your clients, when you are clearly not. You cannot pass off your mattresses as quality and at such a high price point when the quality is sub par. I am not sure whether or not there is a way to prove if the brands and models they claim they are giving you are genuine but I am suspect at the moment. I will never be buying from US-Mattress again and honestly because of this experience I will probably not buy a mattress online again.

    They are awful. Their customer service is terrible (will keep you on hold for like a hour each time you call and even then, do not fix the issue). Over a month period of time since making the mistake of ordering from this company... I lost 3 days of work (waiting for deliveries which either did not come at all or were the wrong items). Never got my mattress or box springs. Hours on the phone. WORTHLESS workers. AWFUL experience... Would sleep on cold hard ground before I would ever give them my business again. Ordered from AMAZON... Had my stuff in 4 days, perfect order, perfect delivery... Only $100 more.

    This was my first time purchasing from US-Mattress. On Mar 8, I ordered a mattress from US-Mattress with 2-3 week delivery time. One day, I received a call from Pilot Freight to schedule my delivery. The shipment was scheduled to be delivered on Mar 22 between 3-7pm. We purposely made a day off to wait for the shipment. I also called on Mar 21 to reconfirm that the shipment will be arrived on time and the staff said that everything was fine. Until 5pm on Mar 22, there was still no one called. Then I have to call Pilot Freight and checked for the updates. Then, they told me that they couldn't find the shipment and ask me to call US-Mattress.

    I called US-Mattress at around 10.30a on March 23 and they said that they have to track the shipment and give me an update by email. After 3 hours later, I still haven't received any updates. I called again and the customer service said that they need to give 72 hours for the freight forwarder to look for the shipment. It seems the customer service team is not eager to help customers. There is totally no sense of urgency or customer service. This mattress was supposed to be for my guest who is arriving on Mar 24. So what am I going to do? Perhaps ask my guest to sleep on the floor???

    We bought a mattress with an adjustable frame from US-Mattress. Their sales reps were very helpful in walking me through the whole process.     When I called US-Mattress when I bought a mattress from them, their sales rep went over the details of how their mattresses were different from the brand I had tried. It helped me pick out the right mattress. Also, it was delivered hastily and on-time. I've been enjoying the mattress ever since - it's comfortable.     On Feb 20 I ordered a mattress from US-Mattress with 1-2 week delivery time. I didn't have any concerns until I received an email that stated the mattress was delivered on March 2 but I had not received the mattress. On March 8, I called US-Mattress and they wanted me to call the distributor to investigate the problem. The distributor was closed so US-Mattress offered to call corporate and find out the status of the mattress. March 10 I called US-Mattress and they said the distributor's computer system was down and that the mattress issue would get resolved that day and they would call me later that day. No call but did receive email that the distributor would call me on March 11. Called US-Mattress in the afternoon of March 11 and they said my delivery date was scheduled for March 29. I cancelled the order. There was no sense of urgency or concern from customer service.

    I have kyphosis of the back and US-Mattress had a mattress that I could lower and raise. When I talked to the salesperson about it, he was so informed and nice. US-Mattress delivered it and set it up for me and I really appreciated that. They had a good deal where I could get financing for a year and a half so I only have one more payment left and $50, and I have it all paid off. It was very easy to pay off the way they did it. I could call in and pay for it over the phone from my bank account and they had worked out really well. It was very secure. I feel US-Mattress is trustworthy and I would buy from them again. I would recommend them.

    The customer service and purchase experience was excellent but we have not been happy with the quality (or lack thereof) of the mattress we purchased. After just one year, and quarterly rotation of the mattress, our mattress has developed deep valleys and ridges in between my husband and myself that a previous mattress took over 10 years to develop slightly. We have been very disappointed with the lack of coil quality of our purchase and will not ever buy from US-Mattress again because of it. Our next purchase will be from Costco because of their return policy on unsatisfactory purchases.

    US-Mattress took care of a delivery issue for me that was not related to US-Mattress, but the local delivery company that was providing delivery and setup of the mattress. The original mattress was damaged and US-Mattress took care of promptly re-ordering the damaged piece and expediting the production and shipping. I spoke with Rebecca in customer service and Ryan ** on the online chat customer service and both were very helpful in getting the problem solved and working with the delivery company to make sure everything was on track for speedy delivery of all the pieces I orders.     They don’t make US-Mattress for a heavier person. My wife says it's good but I'm not happy and satisfied with it. I bought it online, they shipped it free, and it got delivered on time but the new mattress with that quilt pad on the top is not square, goes downhill on the edges, and doesn’t seem firm enough after the first of the year. I like the old type where they didn’t have that square pad on it and didn’t make me feel like I'm rolling downhill on a ski slope because the pad seems to push it that way going towards the edge. As a matter of fact, I'm thinking about going out and getting another one or I got to lose weight.

    I was very wary about ordering a mattress online without actually testing it out first. I searched many sites and read probably over a hundred reviews. For the price, the euro top sparkle sky mattress seemed the best and it hasn't disappointed. It was pretty firm when it arrived but after a few weeks, it has loosened up. It's the perfect combination of firm and softness. I have a 1.5 inch memory foam topper on it for even more comfort but it doesn't need it. Delivery was smooth and they removed my old mattress for free. Very happy with my purchase and would use them again in the future.
