I wish I had NOT dealt with US-Mattress to begin with! The Sales guy at the Plymouth store was nice and helpful (although was a mouthful but won't use that against him.. It's his job). Right there, on first visit we placed two orders one for FULL and another for KING (about $2000+). Expecting our beds and bed-boxes to come in a few weeks. Week later still waiting for one of bed-boxes and no one can apparently help. The sales guy that we dealt with who was eager to get the order, mentioned he does not have access to find the status of the orders and is not "allowed" to provide customers help with their existing orders!!! Really!!! That was the first RED FLAG.
Contacting the customer service - takes them long time to respond. Then after a few attempts (one where they were to return my call with info and did not) with these customer service guys they still could not tell me where or when my bed-box is coming. I now have a full mattress but no bed-box for it!!! Finally I CANCELED my entire order (king mattress and its bed-boxes were yet to come). I do NOT WANT TO DEAL with folks who cannot take care of their customers. Will spend my money somewhere else not here in the hope of a better experience.

So far, my mattress purchase is going well. I did want to take you up on your offer to price match. Home Depot offers the same mattress, but for $249 or $20 less. Can you please price match?

I found it difficult to navigate to PayPal. I just couldn't get there. I changed settings to make sure popups were allowed. Still, I could not access the PayPal page through your website. I don't think it was Operator Error! So it was frustrating.

Run! Do not walk away, but RUN from doing business with this fraudulent company as quickly as you can. Purchased a mattress 7/2/2020, checked online middle of the month and was told that the mattress was in process of production and that I would receive an email in 2 days indicating the delivery date. A week later, a half dozen calls later, and they have no idea if a mattress was ever produced. Customer service is completely inept. Company is completely inept. Do not, do not, do not waste your time and money on these charlatans. Complete frauds!

Ordered a high end mattress and box with promised delivery of 3-5 days. A month later and three separate delivery dates yielded no mattress. It was lost twice, miscommunication between delivery service and US-Mattress is rampant, each blame the other and excuses galore. I canceled and went elsewhere and received it in 2 days.

Just ordered a new mattress online. Have ordered from this company before and have been satisfied with the product. I require a very firm mattress and love that this is not only a mattress than is turned but also flipped. Therefore four positions for mattress. Hate pillow tops so this is great.

Kyle was quick, kind, clear and firm in his answering our questions and stayed by to assist with our ordering. We were not sure if we needed to purchase a frame with our bed choice and he assured us that we do not. I was very interested in this particular mattress because I slept on it for a couple of nights and felt like it was helpful for some back issues. I had quite a bit of trouble ordering online but had great help from Jerad, the "chat man"...He offered to do the ordering for me, but felt like I should be able to handle it myself. I did finally get it after going out of the website and starting all over. I don't know if it was just me or others have problems, but it was frustrating. Jerad answered all my questions or I probably would have given up. Hopefully the mattress will be worth the difficulties!!

I placed my order based on the promotion that I would receive $300 in gift cards and $250.00 worth of reward point money at their store. As of date I have not received the gift card. It's been over a month, but after calling three times and waiting on hold for hours at a time because no one answers, ever. As far as the reward points, it's a flat out scam. I was supposed to get $250.00 worth and again I had to call over and over, then they finally gave me less than $80.00 in rewards money on my account and are now arguing with me about the amount so they don't have to give it.
I will definitely be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a complaint, so at a minimum their unethical business practices are documented. I had many stores to choose from and wish I would have just stuck with Macy's at this point. Without the advertised promotion I would not have purchased through them, and without the rewards points included All other stores were a lower or same price, the rewards points was the only thing that put them ahead on pricing. So don't fall for it as I did, you will wish you used a trusted company. KS

Shopping online at the US-Mattress website was very easy. The prices and product description were good. It is a good thing that we have already tried this type of bed before ordering, but it sure helps with the 3-4 month try return policy. Now, we will see how the delivery goes. A king is too big for one person, so we're hoping that there is a little help with getting it to the front door!

Everything went okay with US-Mattress. I don’t have any negative complaints. However, it’s such a big company. Sometimes it’s hard to get in touch with somebody. When I call, I get a different person each time. So, it’s hard to track the order that way, but we’ve already got our order in. The delivery went pretty well too. Everything came in the order. Their reps also seemed pretty positive.

I have not received the mattress yet but I was very happy to see the comparison that it has on your website with many other companies mattresses. That was very helpful. Also the fact that you have allowed people to try the mattress out for a hundred and twenty days and if it doesn't feel right they can choose another mattress. I don't know of any other company that offers this.

I had a Chattam & Wells mattress for years and my home here in New York was hit by lightning last August, and the entire building was demolished. So, no furniture. With all of the stuff that’s going on, I just wanted a nice bed to sleep in. I remembered the name of US-Mattress, and we went online and found the company in Michigan, and ordered the mattresses. I ordered them on April 3rd and they were paid for right away, out of the credit card. Today is June 1st, and the man came today, finally with the truck and we got the mattresses.
I was appalled. I know we’re all dealing with stuff that no one’s ever dealt with before. But if Wayfair, UPS and FedEx can manage to get somebody, with a delay, I don't know why this company couldn’t. I'm not happy. I talked to the mattress guy in Michigan. After a while, he began to say he could never promise a date of delivery. Then, it was up to the freight company. Eventually, we got a phone number to call. It went on for weeks with the freight company. I was given the Coronavirus excuse. After two weeks of that back and forth, it just got me really angry. I decided to leave it alone and not respond. I know things are not what they could and should be, but everybody’s trying. Especially in the service industries. But I don't think they made the effort they should have. I worked in the service industry my whole life and it just wasn't done right.

A different customer service representative contacted me and took care of all issues related to my order promptly. I think I just had bad luck with a particularly bad customer service representative, but US Mattress did address all of my concerns. I will be looking to shop at US Mattress in the future.

I placed an order in the late evening of Memorial Day. I ordered the same mattress that I had about ordered previously from US-Mattress. On Monday evening the wife mentioned she did not want the same mattress as it didn't last (Beautyrest Platinum) so I called early Tuesday morning to cancel my order. The customer service rep was quite irritated and did not want to cancel my order, first telling me that they should have been notified within 48 hours. After I mentioned that it was well within 48 hours, she (I believe her name is Nancy) then told me that they'd have to first check with the manufacturer.
I asked her to check with the manufacturer and she then mentioned that it came with a $250 cancellation fee. Seriously! Can you imagine how hard it would be to get a refund or exchange with this company if you found your mattress to be uncomfortable? Not to mention the less than helpful customer service representative; one would only hope any mattress you eventually received was perfect because otherwise you'd be stuck working with this company who appears not to care for their return customers at all. If this is how they treat their return customers, I can only imagine how they treat new customers.
We are SO sorry to hear about the issues you experienced in trying to cancel your order! This is not acceptable and a request to investigate this further is being submitted. We will follow up with you once this has been thoroughly investigated.

There was something standing out about the way US-Mattress advertised. The one thing they said was that they would beat prices or match prices. I liked their advertisement. I used Raymour and Flanigan for my mattress but they canceled my order because of COVID. My husband and I googled US-Mattress and the company came up. They had the mattress available that I was looking for which was Beautyrest Black and they had promised a fair shipping time. Everything was great. Everyone was professional and helped me out. It took about three weeks to get the bed, top to bottom, but I understood because of the circumstances. And because US-Mattress wasn't able to deliver the bed to the right room and it ripped when we were doing it ourselves, they are gonna send me out a replacement. The process was all good.

My latex mattress I bought from them is wonderful. Shipping was fast and and product arrived in perfect condition. The only problem I had with US Mattress is their comfort scale is off. Buying a mattress online is tough but if you do, make sure it is 100% the one you want.

In terms of the comfort scale, please keep in mind that it can take 30-45 days for a brand new mattress to break in as it adjusts to the climate in your home as well as to the contours of the person(s) using the mattress. Also, it can take that long for you to get used to a new mattress and adjust to the comfort. That is why trying a mattress in a store for 10 minutes is a completely different experience from sleeping on it on a regular basis.

I loved the ease of navigating the site and all the options given for filtering results to find exactly what you're looking for. I happened to stumble across everything while a massive sale was going on so that was wonderful. What made my purchase easier to make was the in depth videos and written descriptions of each of the mattresses and subsequent other products. I ordered a mattress on Thursday, March 19 and my friends who bought it told me that the mattress is in bad quality and it will collapse in a few months. I would like to cancel my order (Saturday) and submitted a request to cancel it. They replied on Monday saying my mattress cannot be canceled since it is in production but the cancellation policy says it can be canceled WITHOUT FEE before shipment. I argued with them and they changed their words and asked for $250 cancellation fee. This is completely a SPAM website and DO NOT buy any mattress on it. Their customer service is worst!!

Tempur-pedic mattress. Because when the mattress was delivered there was no paperwork with it I can not verify if this is in fact the mattress I ordered and paid for or if someone did a bait and switch. VERY DISAPPOINTED VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!

My wife did not order the box and she reordered from US-Mattress and everything turned out good. She is satisfied. The delivery men are very good. The mattress is hard enough for me and I like it. We've had the mattress for about a month and I don’t have any back pain so far.

I went into this task of searching out a replacement mattress with trepidation because I've been severely disappointed previously... and the longer this goes on, the cost is not only in money and time - but health... as the higher profit foam/lower gauge steel mattresses are an anathema to good posture and back health. Jerad was courteous, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and above all competent in slowly, methodically... sympathetically walking me back from my despair of possibly never finding another good mattress to replace my (still in good condition, late 1990s Simmons Beautyrest King... but for age-worn 'quilting').
This will be my 4th... and all have been top line mattresses, NOT CHEAP... but invariably with too much foam, and too little 'umph' in the springs (gauge). No amount of EXCESS FOAM can make up for lack of support/steel/springs ... it just can't - and people who are mindlessly being manipulated into ALL-FOAM MATTRESSES will soon pay a higher price than in dollars & cents. Anyway - Jerad was expert at what he does. Like I said - kind, courteous, competent - and he reflects extremely favorably on US Mattress.com ... please convey to him my deep appreciation for a job well done (I can only hope that I'm as happy with the mattress as I was with his service).

I'm very happy with the on time delivery of our queen size mattress as originally estimated at the time of the mattress order. Also most pleased that the online mattress description exceeded my expectations of accuracy upon use. I went online and saw that US-Mattress had a good price on the particular Serta mattress I was looking for at the time. I worked with a lady named Donna who has had 20 years of experience with dealing with mattresses, so she was helpful in answering all the questions that I had about it. The delivery process was a little sticky because they got it to Houston, and then the vendor who was supposed to deliver it to me could not find the right delivery guys. Then, the first time they came out, they did not have the mattress. They just had the adjustable base, so they came out a second time. Nevertheless, they finally got it in. The product has been fine so far.

I ordered my cal king bed on 2/27 with a 1-2 week estimate. I had to call then to schedule a delivery and received 3/13. I then had to call back for a time window and was given 11-2pm. It is now 2:15pm and I have received no phone call from anyone. I called Ryder MXD numerous times and they use a 3rd party delivery company that cannot be reached. So I can’t review the mattress, but the delivery sucks!??.

Their prices are cheaper but I am unhappy with the mattress and I'm gonna have to return it. It's too firm. It's not a representative of what I sampled in the store. So far, the reps haven’t done anything but delay me to try to get it returned. There's like a 30-day period, which ends Friday. They just told me, “Wait 30 days,” and then they sent me some stupid mattress topper in the mail. The whole process is ridiculous. They need to shorten their 30-day period to 7 to 10 days. But I'm gonna call them back Friday and I'm gonna start the return process.

Last month (Feb 2020) we chose to purchase a Beautyrest king-sized mattress from Us-mattress, (our 1st purchase from this company), instead of local companies with whom we've purchased from before. We quickly determined US-Mattress' telephone sales rep was informative, pleasant and trust-worthy. Our subsequent dealings with customer service reps by email and online chat were likewise. The delivery service (XPO) contracted by US-Mattress was just as professional, making sure that we were provided with a certificate of insurance. The delivery was on-time and the personnel were careful in both the delivery of the new mattress and the takeaway of the old mattress. US Mattress' price was competitive with local and national companies. We would use US-Mattress again and would recommend them to our friends and family.

This has been a great overall experience with US-Mattress. I bought 2 mattresses, one King and one Queen size extra firm Beautyrest Black and they are perfect! Absolutely no complaints, firm for back support yet soft enough for comfort. I love these mattresses even more because I got a great price. The ordering by my wife went extremely well. Delivery was not as nice as expected. They would give a day and time and then change it the night before. Contacting and making the change took an effort. White glove delivery was what I would call normal. Two men came took the old set and brought the new set and put it on the bed frame. Nothing special. Quick down and simple.

We are very happy with the mattress and the box springs. The delivery process was not satisfactory. We paid for the white glove delivery but that didn't happen. We asked for a refund and are waiting for the refund. Thanks for a very comfortable mattress!

Some of the plastic parts were broken and would not work with the trundle bed I ordered. I still have two twin mattresses ordered and I have not heard anything from them yet. Please let me know when they will be delivered. Thank you. By the way the wooden slats were replaced and are supposed to be on their way to me now. It took several phone calls and a lot of crap to get the wooden slat system replaced. Thank you for finally replacing them, since the pop up trundle is no good without the slats.

There are different new types of mattresses now and brand names that my elderly parents are not familiar with. So, I did research and went with something that they would be happy with. The brand that I bought was rated high up or was number one, and US-Mattress delivered them. My parents were happy with the whole process. It worked out very nicely. They also like the mattress a lot. The salesperson I dealt with was so knowledgeable and it was so lovely to speak with him, too. He made the whole thing very nice. He was terrific and helpful, so I appreciated that.

Tillingham Beautyrest 3. Our first mattress arrived damaged (from shipping). Customer service was excellent. They told us not to accept it and we had a new one in a couple of weeks on top. I went back and forth with Ryan. He went above and beyond to make sure our new mattress arrived when it should and wasn’t damaged. He answered every question I had and was very knowledgeable. Because of him I will recommend to everyone as I was hesitant buying online.
The mattress was very firm at first which was a worry as we didn’t want to sleep on it. But we stuck with it and followed the tips to help break it in. It is definitely getting softer. It still isn’t a 9 as it states but I’m hoping over time it will be. If it still isn’t to our liking we will take advantage of the exchange program. We are overall very happy with our purchase. We also got a duvet cover and mattress protector of the sore and both are great quality.

We ordered a mattress from them in November of 2019 and are still trying to get the correct one. We ordered the Standale II plush pillow top which has a softness rating of 7 and what they sent us was the Standale II firm with a softness rating of a 3. I have not been able to sleep in my own bed since we got the mattress since the mattress they sent us like sleeping on a rock, it is super firm. It took them 2 months to send us another one which we received yesterday and it is the SAME ONE!

Ordered a full size Sealy premium mattress. Picture showed 8 handles. Description said 8 handles. Sales rep assured me it would have 8 handles. I'm 73 and it's hard to lift a mattress and change sheets etc. On arrival mattress only had 4 handles. I refused acceptance. Spoke to US-Mattress support rep who researched problem and found a full size does not come with 8 handles - only 4. I asked for a discount to accept order and did get one. Just wish website and sales staff had correct pictures and info in the 1st place. Mattress is OK.

Buying a mattress is a confusing and extremely tough thing to do. Every mattress manufacturer renames and issues different item numbers for every retailer that sells their products, so that finding a mattress to compare prices with multiple retailers is impossible. The way I was able to pick a mattress to purchase through the US-Mattress site, was starting from "comfort level" in the filter section as you search. I could not find these mattresses at ANY retail location near me to "test" it out, but I knew that I wanted a softness comfort level of 9 or 10. I do not want to have to buy a mattress topper every couple of years. I received the mattress just a week ago, and turns out, that it is perfect!! The soft comfort level that I was hoping for!!
The great thing about US Mattress, is the very informational website that helps you choose. Not only is the whole website easy to use and helpful, you can also watch a video all about the mattress of your choice. That part of this process was SO VERY HELPFUL. We were looking for a mattress that didn’t have any kind of foams and such in it. US-Mattress had that option and that was what we purchased. The delivery was great and when we got the mattress, it's big enough to fit in a 4x4 box that had the coils. But it was a twin size bed and when we opened it up, it just rolled right out. Then after a day or two, you could see that it grew in size because it was just released from being inside the bag that it came in.
We bought it for my daughter and she was excited about it. At the time, she was sharing a bed with her sister and she was ready to have her own room. She was trying her hardest to make herself like the bed, but she said she couldn't sleep in it, and that it made her knees and neck hurt. The mattress was hard as a rock and I can sleep on the floor but I could not get comfortable on that mattress. They offered to send the mattress pad, which was 100% cotton, but when we had a mattress pad, it wasn’t evenly distributed. When you lay on it, it felt like you were lying on several pillows faced out.
Aside from that, the mattress had a very distinct smell with it. I already knew there was gonna be some scent to it, but smelling the mattress felt like I was on a farm. My wife was washing the bed sheet every day because my daughter refused to lie on it as it smelled so strong. So, we ended up not keeping the mattress and we donated it.
Some of the people we dealt with were friendly while some of them were not. During the back and forth, everybody that we called and talked to had a different answer to a question. But when we first ordered it, we asked about the return policy and the gentleman said that we could keep it for a night or two and if it wasn't working for what we needed, we could call them back and they would start the process of the refund. He also said that they usually ask their customers to donate it and send them proof of it. That sounded good to us but when we were having issues with it, we called back and pretty much they told us that we couldn't send it back. They said we had to keep it for two months, so it was a totally different story.
They also kept having attitudes with us when we initiated the return and we were getting frustrated. So, we ended up just getting the paper that said it was donated and we needed to get a refund. They would constantly tell us that the person who did the refund was not there and that she was not gonna be there until two or three days. They also told us that she was the only one who did the refund. But we wanted almost $1,000 back and eventually, we got somebody that actually cared about their job and got a refund in a matter of an hour. So, the customer service was okay depending on who you got.

The mattress I received is just what I wanted and needed. It's comfortable, not too firm and my hubby loves it too. My friends and family said how can you buy a mattress online and try it out. Items arrived in poor shape. Cardboard ripped away from king mattress, plastic dirty/ripped on all mattresses. Truck drivers were never on time. The felt lining underneath king mattress was ripped away from staples (see image) and just hangs underneath. I requested frames with wheels, but received frames with pedestals. You reshipped new frames, but they still had pedestals. In other words, you shipped the same frames w/ pedestals that I already had. Order was placed on 1/21/20 and I still can't use mattresses because I am still waiting for the correct frames to be shipped.

Purchased on Feb. 2nd 2020. Arrived in 9 days. Really fast I thought. I'm a stomach sleeper and needed a firmer mattress. This mattress is a 3 firmness and so far it's so much better than the Nectar I bought and returned and the Leesa I bought and returned. US Mattress gave me a sleep tracker and it is fantastic. The foundation for the queen-sized mattress that I bought from US-Mattress was too tall and they exchanged it to a lower one. I also wanna exchange the mattress because my husband is saying it’s too hard but they charge too much. It’s $139 for an exchange. They said that they already waived the fee once when I exchanged the foundation and they couldn't waive twice. I like the hard one but my husband likes the soft one. So, I just bought a mattress topper. It’s a three-inch foam but it’s too thick and soft for me. But we can do an exchange and then find a little bit softer one, which is better than buying the mattress topper. After I bought the second mattress for my daughter, I told them to deliver the same day so they won’t waste the delivery fee. I was trying a convenient way to save them money.
US-Mattress doesn’t have a retail store so we couldn’t see the product. If they have a retail store, we can see and try but it’s an online order so nobody knows what’s gonna happen. The customer service is good but exchanging a product is a little hard. They told me about a special that they made and if they can exchange a soft one for me, I still wanna try it but I don’t wanna pay the delivery fee anymore.

However, I'm still undecided on the mattress. The reps said it takes a while to break it and so it’s starting to get where I want it to be.

I bought a beauty rest black pillow-top plush mattress from US-Mattress, and I like it a lot. I had tested it out at several different stores and I went online to do a little research on the internet, and US-Mattress gave me the best price. The other thing that really drew me to them was that I got a 120-day guarantee. If I didn’t like it, I could return it and get something else. That’s huge. We purchased a BeautyRest Silver plush pillow top from US Mattress for hundreds less than the furniture store, thinking it was a safe bet thanks to US Mattress' 120 night money back guarantee. We soon realized it is much lower quality than we thought. The pillow top does not absorb specifically on pressure points, it's just squishy. So my shoulders are killing me if I sleep on my side, and my lower back is killing me if I sleep on my back. And as someone else mentioned, the box spring does not seem to be doing its job.
My wife and I both struggle not to sink toward the middle of the bed. She is also having a hard time as an occasional stomach sleeper because it's not supportive and absorbent like a quality pillowtop should be. It's just squishy. So her center just bows down when she lays on her stomach. Seems like very low quality materials. I can put that on Simmons more than US Mattress, and, hey, that's what return policies are for.
But come to find out, they have TWO different extremely similar policies. Ours was on the 120 night in home trial, which does not offer money back. When you click on the icon on your mattress page, it doesn't take you to the In Home Trial page, it takes you to the generic policies page, so I misunderstood and clicked on the Money Back Guarantee.
That's on me. So, you get one exchange, and you have to pay $139 out of pocket for that, no matter what. I could replace a $1000 mattress with a $100 mattress and I would still have to pay $139 and would get no additional money back on the price difference. Again, I admit, it was all there if I had understood there were TWO different policies so some of that's on me, but I still feel like there needs to be WAY more clarity on the return policy situation. I would never have bought from them if I knew I was going to be stuck with no chance to get my money back. I also get no money back or chance to exchange on the crappy box spring, so that's fun. All this in an era when many mattress companies will just send you your money back and tell you to give the one you bought from them away.
I repeat for the final time, I should have read every single page and note before purchasing from them and I would have understood this janky policy, so that's on me. I don't expect special treatment, but I'm not going to buy from them again, that's for sure. One star for how I feel about this experience, one for the extent to which I should have been more thorough.

I purchased a mattress from US Mattress. When I saw free delivery, I did not know that they would leave the mattress outside of my door when they delivered. I only found out on the day of delivery. The delivery company told me to call the company for an upgrade on delivery and they would delivery the mattress the same day. I called, and was told a deluxe delivery would cost $99.00. I paid for the $99.00 deluxe delivery because I am a female, disabled veteran, living alone, and the help, I had hired for the mattress, could not be there later.
I was charged $99.00 plus tax on the delivery charge. There is no tax on services in my state, on on tangible goods. I contacted the delivery company within the hour of getting the upgrade in delivery. I was told they could not delivery the mattress that day, but promised delivery the next morning before. They did not delivery the mattress. I contacted the company for refund on the taxes they charged me and sent them the law from my state on it. They never replied. When they did not deliver the mattress as promised, even after paying $99.00 for deluxe delivery, I contacted the company for a refund, and after several emails, they stated they would give me a mattress cover or $100.00 gift certificate to their store. I said no.
When I signed into their website, I saw resolved/upgraded. I contacted PayPal with this info, which I paid them through, and did a dispute. I was able to get all but the deluxe delivery charge back. My last email to them for the delivery charge, stated copy to Attorney, Better Business Bureau, and Virginia State Tax Authority. This is when I finally got a letter saying they refunded my money.

This company's slogan should be False Promises and poor service. Recently the company offered a 200 gift card part of the mattress purchase. They promised that the gift card would be mailed within a week of purchase. Sadly three weeks later there is no gift card and the company claims they are "out of stock with no restock date in site." This company will bait you and switch you false promises. Take your business elsewhere as soon as possible.

I placed a mattress order and was surprised to see that the expected delivery date was in two days, when the site indicates a 1-2 week delivery period. I called to push back the delivery another week and was told that would be fine. On the delivery date I was told over the phone (no email confirmation or tracking numbers provided btw), I called the company to see what the delivery status was for the day and was told they did not know, and had to ask someone and that I would be called back. As this was very surprising, still no one called back. Frustrated, I sent an email, and received a reply that my mattress was back ordered and now would not be sent out until tomorrow. As this was right before the Thanksgiving holiday, I knew I would not be getting anything until the following week.
I called them and was incredulous as to why I got an email about a backordered mattress on the same expected delivery date and was offhandedly told by a seemingly not very concerned US Mattress representative that back ordered items are still listed for sale on the site. When J explained that my order was verified as available last week and that I asked the delivery date to be pushed back a week, the rep just thoughtlessly repeated what she said and offered no other solution other than to say I would not be getting my order till after the holiday. I was beyond disappointed and frustrated with the incompetence and carelessness with the staff as well as my wasted time and effort, and just asked to cancel the order and give me back a refund. In conclusion, I was just disgusted with this company's poor business practices and lack of any decent customer service.

I bought a king-sized mattress from them and they sent a wrong sized mattress for us. The size of the mattress is almost three inches off in both length and width. On calling the customer service they asked for pictures but they didn't say what pictures are needed in their mail. Upon sending the requested pictures once again, now they are asking for pictures till the center of the mattress.
I sent pictures showing the measure of the entire length and width of the mattress, but they are not satisfied with it. They are asking for the third time to show the pictures till the center. These guys are mathematical idiots who can't divide the total length by 2 to get the length from the center. They need more pics and keep on hustling the customer until they give up and forget the money they spent on the mattress. Request id: **

For warranty purposes, manufacturers require the measurement pictures to be taken down the middle of the mattress and across the middle of the mattress. Measurements taken along the sides do not give a full and accurate measurement. This is standard across the mattress industry. As a retailer, we are required to follow the warranty procedures of the manufacturers.
The pictures that the manufacturers require are as follows:
1) Picture of the full length tape measure down the center of the mattress from head to foot.2) Close-up picture of that measurement.
3) Picture of the full length tape measure across the middle of the mattress from side to side.
4) Close-up picture of that measurement.
5) Pictures of the law tag (which it appears to have been submitted).
One of the advantages to being a local customer of ours is that we do have local inspectors that can assist with this claim. I do see that our warranty specialist has submitted a request for an in-home inspection. You should receive a call to schedule an appointment within the next few days.

The Descriptions of the Beds were excellent. The break downs of them good... as in (what type of Foam, Coils,etc were used and how much). I wanted to compare the mattresses I selected but I could not find a comparing app. So I selected several beds... clicked them into the Cart and would go back and forth averaging and comparing them... till I hopefully found the right one.

I came to this site searching for a king size mattress pad that was made in the USA, and I chatted via the online portal prior to making a purchase. The support agent, named Kyle, confirmed my question which I asked specifically if the DREAMCLEAN TERRY CLOTH MATTRESS PROTECTOR size California King was made in the USA of US materials. Kyle confirmed that this mattress pad was made in the USA, thus I submitted my order.
The mattress pad was shipped and arrived top my house today. It is NOT made in the USA; it is made in CHINA. I was mis-informed regarding this product and will now need to request to return and be refunded. I have not yet heard back from their support team regarding my return request. It is very disappointing to be mislead by a company just to secure the sale. I am very disappointed in the ethics of this site and that I was mis-informed by the customer support agent who had assured me the mattress pad was made in USA while it is in fact Made in China.

I purchased a Sealy mattress from US Mattress for approximately $832, which was $120 cheaper than what I would have purchased at the local mattress store. However, the delivery scheduling challenges created a lot of headache. I had to reach out to US Mattress, who told me to reach out to Ryder, who then told me to reach out to Commonworks to schedule the delivery. I was excited to get a delivery date for a Friday. However, I never received a confirmation phone call from Commonworks the day before, like I was supposed to. So I called Commonworks that Thursday afternoon, only to find out that their contract with Ryder ended that Thursday, so my delivery for Friday would not be occurring. They transferred me to Ryder. I asked to speak with the Ryder manager, who then called Two Men and a Truck (the new delivery vendor) to get my delivery rescheduled.
It was scheduled for Tuesday between 10am-11am Et. I stayed home from work that morning for the delivery. However, I got a call around 10:30am from Two Men and a Truck, saying that their truck arrived late, so they would not be able to deliver until that afternoon. I told them that I had to be at work that afternoon for meetings, so we rescheduled for the evening between 5pm-7pm. They arrived around 5:15pm to deliver my mattress. I had purchased white glove delivery with mattress removal service. The delivery men put the mattress in my room, but were unaware that they were supposed to remove my old mattress. They called their manager to find out whether they could take my old mattress and box spring away. Luckily their manager approved, and they removed those items for me.
I did call US Mattress twice throughout the whole ordeal: Once when my Friday delivery got cancelled and once when the delivery was delayed to the afternoon. To their credit, they did try to make it right and offered $50 refunds each time, for a $100 refund total. They said it would take 3-5 business days to receive it, so I am waiting for those to come through. However, if I had to do it over again, I would not order a mattress online. It was too much of a headache to get my mattress delivered. I would like to see US Mattress take more ownership in coordinating delivery with the vendors on the customer's behalf, and contacting their customers directly when delivery needs to be rescheduled due to a vendor issue. Because it's their job to make delivery for their customers as smooth as possible. And I did not experience that this go-around.

When I saw US-Mattress in Slickdeals, I thought it was a great deal and grabbed it. I got the bed on time and I was satisfied with the delivery time. I was not there, but the package was left outside the door. The box was in good condition and everything was fine. I'm comfortable with the bed, but not too comfortable. I need something to make it like a little foamy. All in all, the experience was very good.

I haven't bought a mattress in 20 years. Things are so different from back then. Everything is online and brick and mortar mattress stores seem to be populated by sleaze. I drove 30 miles to try the mattress I ended up buying from US Mattress but wouldn't buy from that location since I never actually saw a person working there. I was there nearly an hour and not a single employee came near me. So, their loss is US-M's gain.

I can't say enough good about this company. The customer service is outstanding, a nice change!! We did a lot of research on mattresses and once we decided on which one we wanted, we then did research on price. US-Mattress had far and away the best prices! And their customer service can't be beat! We were kept informed from the ordering to delivery, we must have had 6 or 7 update emails from order date of 9/26 to delivery 10/5. Cost was major factor why I chose US-Mattress. I ordered a mattress from them online which was easy to navigate. I also called US-Mattress to get some information, and they were accommodating. When the mattress was delivered, it was also put up. However, there were some marks on it, but I didn't know whether that was with shipping or from the warehouse. Nonetheless, it was easy to clean off.

Charged twice on PayPal for the transaction. The first attempt produced an error on US-Mattress, but the transaction completed on PayPal. The customer chat person told me that I would not be charged again, that the transaction was just a "pre-authorization", but nope... I was charged twice.

I wish I had never purchased my mattress from US Mattress - it has been a huge headache. I selected my mattress using the information on the website and then seeing it in person at 3 department stores that carried it at a much more expensive price. I made sure the mattress I tried was the exact same comfort level and pillow top. Fast forward to when my mattress arrives 3 weeks later, and I notice something is off upon delivery. The mattress is folding over itself, bending at the middle, when the delivery person has it standing on its side. I figured it could be normal for a plush mattress, and I was exhausted after moving to a new house that same day, so I set up my bed and try it out.
It was like that scene in Alice in Wonderland where she falls through the rabbit hole. The mattress has no filling in the center, like it is missing springs. I’m a lightweight woman, 5’2” and 125 lbs, and this mattress’s center collapses into a hole in the area where my hips lie. It’s been a month of hell, impaired workplace performance, taking sleeping pills and painkillers that were prescribed to me during my wisdom teeth surgery to take care of the back pain. I struggle every night to find a comfortable sleeping position on this mattress, and, as of last week, have been referred by my doctor to an orthopedic surgeon. I honestly think they have low prices because the mattresses are not manufactured the same way as they would be if you purchased directly from the manufacturer. There must be a shortcut they’re taking to make these mattresses hundreds of dollars cheaper.
Customer service has been a hassle and has only offered to replace the mattress with the same model. With all due respect, I don’t want to sleep on a mattress provided by this company ever again! Before purchasing, I used the chat function to ask about the return and refund process and was assured it would be easy. I feel like they’re making it difficult and expensive on purpose to see if I give up and just keep the thing. They won’t refund you the price difference if you choose to replace your mattress with a less expensive mattress, either. Buyer beware!

US-Mattress has been very nice. I couldn't find a Chattam & Wells mattress anywhere else except through them, and I had a good experience with their sales rep. The delivery was fine too. I thought the delivery people were gonna call in advance, but they just showed up which was okay. They put the bed all together. It turned out that they sent the wrong box springs, and I am now in conversation with US-Mattress customer service. They are soon to be shipping the right box springs, and I expect that the delivery people will come in and take the wrong ones, put the right ones on and I’ll be all set. I got the mattress around three weeks ago and I have slept on it, and the comfort is fabulous.

I researched US-Mattress online and saw that they had a deal going on at the time that I was looking for a mattress. I purchased one of those box mattresses that is fairly firm and it has been great. I got it about three weeks ago, and the delivery was great and was a lot quicker than I thought it would take. They just left it at the doorstep, but there’s nothing wrong with that.

After using another online company for our mattress recently, I was skeptical to use another. We didn't have much luck and had to return the other mattress to that online company. I will say we were very happy with US Mattress. The softness/firmness they list online is very accurate when it came to our mattress. The mattress I ordered was cheaper on another site therefore I called in and sent in requested information. The price match was only to 100% however based off the website the policy is 110% or item is free. When I called to question why I only had 100%, the person who took my call was blaming the another team. My question is if only one team honors these requests why couldn’t they do it correctly from the beginning? It seems they just seeing what they could get away with and if I had not mentioned their policy, they would have left it as is, leaving me the consumer cheated.

I purchased a King COOPER MOUNTAIN IV PLUSH PT MATT-66 mattress, & two King FDN ESSENTIALS LP-33XL box springs. The salesman was very courteous, helpful and I got a good price. I had no issue with the sales portion, however, everything promised was not met. I chose the white glove service and was told my current mattress and box springs would be removed from my house and taken away. I informed the salesperson that the mattress had a small water stain on the bottom corner and he said it would be picked up no matter what condition.
Upon delivery of the new mattress and box spring, the delivery service REFUSED to take the mattress because of the small water stain. I called customer service immediately and they said there was nothing they could do. It ended up costing me an extra $125 to have the mattress disposed of by another service. Regardless to say I will not purchase from US-Mattress or recommend them. The delivery service was rude and would not do what was promised upon purchase from US-Mattress!

Hi! I didn’t get an order number. My chat person Bre was helpful and patient. I think I should know if scratch and dent means used and slept on or not. It’s weird that I don’t know that. I bought it anyhow because it’s getting hard to find the mattresses now that they are discontinued.
Good morning, Michelle, thank you for taking the time to provide this review! Most scratch and dent models have never been "used" and "slept on" per se. Most are showroom models that we are looking to clear out of the stores for newer models. Typically, these will not have pictures associated with them as there is no damage. However, we have to sell at a discounted price since they have been unpackaged and used in the showroom.
We do also have some mattresses returned to us that are still in sellable condition that have minor shipping damage where the customer opted to refuse rather than accept. These would come with pictures attached to the product page to show the damage.
There is a very small percentage of mattresses that come back that have been received and used but returned through a Comfort Exchange that we are able to resell.
All mattresses we sell on our clearance page are professionally cleaned prior to reselling and they all come with a 120-night In-Home trial period and a 3-year US-Mattress warranty that is equivalent to the manufacturer's warranty.

When trying to compare the Adler Avenue Sealy mattress to the Cooper Mountain, or the Santa Paula I found the Adler Avenue did not have the ratings for side sleeper, back sleeper shown for other products. The video review for the Adler Avenue called it something else at the end. Chestnut, Chester, - something else. Don't think it was the right review. I couldn't find an easy way to do a side by side with all the various layer, materials, etc. Would like to know what plush top vs Eurotop even means. What does plush even mean? Reviews for the 7 comfort "soft mattress" often described it as firm. None described it as soft.
Only mattress store near me doesn't sell Sealy. I like how our Sealy mattress has held up for 20 years - but want to know I'll get something softer for my shoulder when sleeping on my side. I wish your site had a general discussion of what features and materials to look for to get something for side sleeping shoulder comfort. I'm guessing truly soft mattresses must be way over $ 1000. I almost bought two mattresses for $2000, until I questioned "2-pack" at the end of the description. The search feature returned many hits that did not match my search terms - that's not tolerable. Even running the filter I would get items that were outside the filter. When searching for 14" mattress the choices were 12" -14" and 14" to 16" -so I had to check both, and get 12" to 16" to see the 14" I was looking for. I like the free delivery and one stop for frame and box spring. Wish you had Kingsize bookshelf style headboards.

Site is fantastic to shop on - LOTS of information and easy ways to determine which mattress will best suit your needs. The only reason I did not give the site 5 stars is because shipping takes sooo long! In this day and age one doesn't expect to wait up to 3 weeks for a delivery. Just for a little more clarification in terms of shipping timeframes, the reason is that we are primarily an internet dealer that services the entire country but we only have store locations in the Detroit Metro area. With that being said, we do not have large warehouses spread out throughout the country where we store all the different mattress options we offer.
We are contracted with the different mattress vendors so that as orders come to us, we submit those orders directly to the manufacturer for production. That way, with the exception of certain models that we offer through our Get It Fast program or our clearance program, the vast majority of orders are built to order which does take time for production.
There is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to insure that our customers are receiving a good quality mattress that has not been stored in a warehouse for months at a time. While the downside is the delivery timeframe, the upside is that you are receiving a brand new mattress straight off the production line!

Kevin is a very well informed sales representative and after spending all day on the phone with different department stores, online stores, and discount outlets, he was the only one that understood that I did not want MEMORY FOAM and needed FIRM; not Very or Ultra Firm or Cushion Firm and he could steer me to the exact model number in the search engine that I wanted. Many outlets did not understand the different firmness or the models they carry. My mattress from US-Mattress will be built to order which ensures the Sealy CertiPUR foam will be in it. Some outlets carry models pre-2015 and they have off-gassing. Because many online outlets have had their mattresses in storage standing upright for some time the reviews have complaints of sagging. US-Mattress ships everywhere in the Continental US!

I bought a clearance mattress (OVML) so I wanted to check the condition by viewing the photos. However, I could not see any actual photos nor additional information. Even it is a clearance mattress, I would say there should be more information and photos.

Thank you for your review! The code OVML refers to Overstock Models that are in our inventory that we are trying to move which is why they are on our clearance page. They typically come with the standard full 10-year manufacturers warranty, depending on which model you select. A clearance model that starts with OVML will not have any defects or damage as they are still in the original, unopened packaging that come to us directly from the manufacturer.
A mattress that starts with the code SDM are Scratch and Dent Model mattresses. Most of the time, these are showroom mattresses that do not have any defects or damage. However, since they have been removed from the original packaging, we cannot sell them at full price so they are heavily discounted to move off the showroom floors as new models come in. Those models will not have pictures associated with them unless there are visible signs of stains or damage.
However, there are times we do have mattresses that have been returned to us because of minor damage during shipping. Any mattress that has visible defects or damage will always have pictures attached to them. All of our SDM model mattresses are professionally cleaned prior to being advertised and come with a 3-year US-Mattress warranty.
All of our clearance mattresses come with a 120-night In-Home trial period. If, after 30 nights, you are not satisfied with your mattress, you do have up to 120-nights to request a Comfort Exchange.

They outsource delivery to bad delivery companies and no one will take responsibility of damages to my house. I have been calling and emailing multiple times for the past two months and I’m getting nowhere. I would recommend buying local. I paid $4400. They drag the mattress across my brand new house and scratch the wood floor. They scuffed multiple walls. I submitted $1400 estimates worth of damages to repair the wood floors and repaint the walls. I moved into a brand new house and have been looking at these damages for two months.

The people at this company are nice enough but the way they operate is horrible. They stock only very, very few mattresses and all the rest they order direct from the manufacturer. As a result, they lower their inventory costs but at the expense of the consumer. Delays are incurred while they place the order with the manufacturer, wait for the manufacturer to build it, ship it to them, and then form them to process it and finally ship it to you! So many middle men make this process painfully slow for all consumers. It took me almost a month to get my original mattress!
Also, if you want to exchange your mattress, you CAN BUT.... it costs $139 plus the difference between your old mattress and your new one. AND you don't get any money refunded if you choose a mattress less expensive. AND you have to wait almost another month to get it!
VERY PAINFUL CONSUMER PROCESS - WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

Updated on 06/14/2019: Received our King size Sealy Hybrid Gold Ultra plus mattress yesterday by third party carrier Florida Transfer and Storage and the mattress had a big tear along the bottom side area of the mattress. I immediately called US-Mattress and was told they would get out a replacement mattress and I would be emailed with the new order. So far a day has gone by and no new order has been processed. In my last review I was concerned we would receive a damaged product because the 3rd party transfer service had the item on hand for a week before delivery and here we are. I need to know if this is getting resolved or shall I continue to sit and wait for something to happen on its own. I already submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint just to cover all of the avenues open to the consumer.
Original Review: Ordered June 3, 2019. Sealy mattresses are produced on Orlando. The order was processed and arrived in a local delivery warehouse last Friday afternoon on June 7, 2019. I received an automated call on Saturday morning to call local office to schedule a delivery. On June 10, 2019 I called the local number at 8 AM and went immediately to voicemail. I left a message with contact, order, and phone number information. Two hours past I called the local number again and spoke to a person with a child crying in the background. The person on the phone told me I would be contacted by them in a couple of days to schedule a delivery.
A few hours later I received an automated call to confirm delivery on June 13, 2019. That is almost an entire week after this local delivery company has received my mattress. I call US Mattress' customer service and they spoke to the local delivery company and could not get any earlier date. I think US Mattress is using too small of a company for my delivery and I live in a big city. 8 years I ordered through Bed Planet and never had any delivery delays like I have just experienced today. This mattress better arrive in pristine condition or it is going back and I am getting my credit card credited.

I purchased a mattress 6 months ago and after 90 days of trial, my wife and I experience lots of lower backache. We reached out to customer service to get help with exchange under "120 night in home trial". After 3 weeks of multiple calls and emails... customer service contacted us (3 weeks after). My Wife and I had to go to some local mattress stores to see what we like to exchange the mattress with. After all the headache, backache and wasted time - we were ready to exchange and we were informed that it already passed the 120 night trial time frame and it's not going to happen! Thank you for your loyalty and professional customer service that you don't have. Don't recommend buying anything from thieves.

I have received mattress today with 73*76 dimension which the tag says the mattress is 77*79.5. The mattress does not fit in my king bed properly as I see soo many gaps in that. I have had a very bad overall experience. 1) I had bought a mattress earlier in March and within 7 days I did warranty claim about sagging. Which was not processed claiming that I had improper support. HOWEVER the mattress said clearly that there is no support required for this. And my mattress was not changed. For almost 1.5 months that matter was not resolved even though I mentioned we are not even sleeping on the mattress.
2) After that I had no other option and I decided to buy a new one with as part 120 night trial. Even in that the new mattress that I bought was 200$ cheaper the old one still I had to pay extra 150$. So eventually I can say I paid 350$ more which is 1500$ for a mattress which 923$. 3) After all this now I received new mattress which turned out to be like this. This has been the most inconvenient mattress buying experience ever.

This is my second purchase through US-Mattress and I am highly satisfied thus far. I contacted the 1-800 number and spoke with Laurie at ext. 2275 and she was an amazing help (I really wish she could get credit for this order as she was gone for the evening when I was ready to order and was afraid to miss out on the sale as it was the last day). Bought the mattress, sent in for gift card rebate on 2/26/2019 and still haven't got it. I called last week on 04/25/2019 to be told they ran out of gift cards and were waiting. Called in 04/29/2029, was on hold for 11 minutes (was told it would be up to 5 minutes) and the guy said "we are still waiting on the gift cards." WTH?? They want your payment NOW, but they are in no hurry to get you what was promised...

Everything was great and they allowed me to use my Amazon pay account. This was the only place I could find the exact pillow I needed as a friend had loaned me one to try out. It was the only one that allowed me to wake up without my usual neck pains.

We ordered our new Chattam & Wells top-of-the-line Franklin Euro-top King mattress and matching box springs from Kevin. He is a top-notch professional and was excellent to work with on this order. This is our second Chattam & Wells King mattress and box spring set, having purchased our first 14 years ago: a similarly top-of-the-line Luxe VII model.

Great customer service and easy website. I have not seen the product yet, this is just reviewing the ordering process. Had great help from Kyle on answering my questions (promote the man!). Looking forward to seeing the delivery and set up process and hopefully 5-star bed. One thing that was disappointing is the tax was not shown until I filled all the information in. Pretty sneaky tactic IMO. I would be more forthcoming with the true cost.

Regarding the tax situation, unfortunately, since we deliver to all lower 48 US states, every single state has their own tax laws and percentages that we are required to abide by. Some states also do not collect state tax on internet orders. Because we have to abide by each state law, we have no idea what your taxable amount will be until you enter in your address information. As soon as you enter your shipping address, the payment screen updates to show the taxable amount under Order Summary before you click Place Order.
We are always looking for ways to be as transparent as possible with our customers. Unfortunately, state tax ultimately depends on where in the country you live.

Just like any mattress buy experience, you won't be able to comparison shop. The mattress names are customized for every seller and each are slightly different. So you can only look at overall comparisons. Anyway, I was able to compare the Beautyrest silver hybrid tracy III with other silver hybrids of similar nature and I think it compares fairly well at a decent price. I bought another Simmons from them a few years back and I'm happy with it, so I'm a repeat customer.

I was very pleased with how easy the website was for finding a great mattress in addition to the easy ordering process. The company offers approx a 100 day free trial, so if I do not like the mattress, I can simply return it. I look forward to receiving my new mattress. Ordering process was easy except for it didn't want to recognize my delivery address. I was then able to get it entered. Delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks which seems a bit long but not really a problem as we still have our original bed in place.

Once the order is placed with us, we send the order request directly to the manufacturing plant closest to you who then produces your mattress and then transfers to the delivery agent that services your area. Because of this, you are assured to not receive a mattress that has been sitting in a warehouse for weeks or even months.
The process for production and transfer does take 1-2 weeks and then typically up to a week for the delivery agent to schedule and deliver to you.

The transaction was simple. The information online about the mattress was informative and complete. Good price on the mattress set. We compared local shopping to what US Mattress had to offer and it was the same as what we found locally. The model name was different, but the specs on both items were the same and the online site said it was under a different name.

On our 4th redelivery - purchased in Oct 2018 - Still don’t have an undamaged/deliverable mattress. Service is polite; but after 20 emails, we still paid $5k for a bed we don’t have. We shouldn’t have to go find a new seller and start over. They should make it right.

Found a great mattress at a great price. Easy order experience, BUT mattress never got delivered. After waiting over a month, they could not find the mattress and we still had not been contacted by their "delivery team". Got the same response from their customer service twice that they were "escalating" it and should hear back in 48 hours. No response. May be a great mattress but don't expect it to actually get delivered in a reasonable time.

Cody was very helpful. Knowledgeable about comfort ratings and compared my existing mattress to the new one. Asked relevant questions and directed me to comfort rating of new mattress. Mattress lost its form in four years. I am so disappointed with my purchase. I purchased a Beautyrest mattress from US Mattress company in June 2013. It was supposed to last 10 years. The mattress degraded within four years. Very poor quality mattress that I paid over $1000 for. Now I’ve suffered from countless backaches. Completely disappointed.

First the product. I purchased two of the smaller rugs about 6 years ago. I moved to a new home and wanted to get the larger rug to match the others, but I was told they had been discontinued and were no longer available. Then after doing some serious searching, I found my way to US-Mattress.com. And there was the rug I wanted.
As for the service, the order process was easy and straightforward. Apparently I was ordering after you closed. I kept trying to check out but found myself getting very frustrated, as I could not checkout. I gave up. Then I checked my E-Mail and here was your note that my order had been saved. I love the price. I would place my order without a second thought if the trial program has lower processing fee. If the website has a better comparison tool, I am sure it will be a lot easier to shop a mattress online.
