Placed an order for a mattress locally with them. They were very patient with me through the agonizing process. I had purchased a new Serta 2 years ago through another company and needless to say it was horrible!! Day 1 it was painful to sleep on. I went and picked out a new mattress with US-mattress before I remembered I had a warranty. Long story short, my warranty claim was accepted with the other company but because of the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I experienced with US-mattress, I decided even though I could have received a free one, to go ahead with my purchase with them. Patrick the manager happened to come in to a store I was in and because my husband is a fireman, he gave us a gracious deal.
For these reasons I went with my order and even went back and purchased sheets and a mattress protector. I will update when I have actually slept on the bed but for now this is my story. God bless this company for taking care of fireman and policemen. What a truly great company and no better customer service representatives out there!!!
Purchasing a mattress online would seem to be impossible but US-Mattress provides a very interesting experience with videos of people of different sizes giving their opinion about the mattress. I would not have had any confidence in buying a mattress online without these videos. The only suggestion I would give is, to use a person between the 175 lbs guy and the 330 lbs guy. That's a big spread so adding someone about 225 would be a great addition. Still an excellent experience and I was very surprised that I was confident enough to actually buy a mattress. Great work US-Mattress, keep it up.
Simple, priced right, overall fantastic. Prices were much less inexpensive than larger name mattress stores, shipping was free AND express, and all the mattresses had lots of information, video reviews, and other helpful sections to make purchasing much easier. While I just purchased an entry-level mattress, when it comes time to purchase a high-end one for a future home, I can safely say I will go with US-Mattress over anyone else.
I couldn't be more pleased with our delivery man. He was clean, courteous, energetic and quick to deliver and make sure that the box was not going to a dangerous set back for us as he selected the safest place to the delivery. I bought the mattress for my best friend who suffers from bad blood circulation, and swollen extremities to her body. She is a very large lady and required a mattress that would serve her for a long time and still not be a difficult to her body issues. She loves the mattress and had great relief in most of her aches and pains. I have recommended your product to other people.

This is my first time ordering from US-Mattress. I'm looking forward to receiving my mattress and sleeping on it. The website was easy to use. I can report back when I do receive the mattress on the timeliness of delivery and comfortability of the mattress.
Most of these internet sellers are pretty interchangeable. But the service you get from a real person makes ALL the difference. Tracey ** was a superb ambassador for this site - super helpful and positive and friendly, and patient with my list of questions. She didn't aggressively sell or upsell, but gave me lots of choices. When they didn't stock what I need, she proactively commented on another option I suggested - I really valued that help. I ended up buying a thirteen hundred dollar mattress and feeling awesome about it! This kind of excellent service just makes a really huge difference to me. I'm grateful and happy - can't ask for much more.
I searched on the internet and followed the site with very good ratings, and that's how I went with US-Mattress where I got a queen-size Simmons mattress. Purchasing from their website was quick and easy. I found what I needed in 10 to 20 minutes. The mattress I received is great and I got exactly what I needed.

I was checking online for a Langley so I was comparing many reviews and blogs. Finally, I decided that I'd go with US Mattress because there were many different blogs that were using that, and the price part was the big difference. I visited a few local stores, and was trying to buy the same kind of mattress but US Mattress is almost 50% off the price for what I was ready to buy so I went with them. I purchased it online and it was a fantastic experience. However, I got an email that they didn't know that the order has been acknowledged but in the same email, there was something mentioned that another set of emails will follow regarding the delivery of the mattress, but I did not get that. A couple of days later, I found the email saying that my mattress is already on its way. So, that wasn't so great but that's the only trouble I had. Overall, it's a fantastic bed and it exceeded my expectations.
I purchased from US Mattress online and the first mattress I got was a little stiff. It was shipped for free but it was nothing that I could keep so I had to return it back and pay its return shipping fee. I also had to pay the shipping of the second mattress. Other than that, it was all good and seems relatively fair.

We purchased this mattress and sleep on it since March-April 2016. It is a nice, soft bed, except it gets too hot after 1.5 to 2 hours. One problem from the first day: the bed came with a ridge from top to bottom in the middle. My wife and I lay on it facing up, but both our bodies are facing on outward angles toward both sides of the bed. There is a ridge between me and my wife separating us. It has gotten worse since. I hope we don't end up sliding off the bed in the future in the middle of a night.
The sales people were fantastic. They explained the difference in the two sided mattresses. We chose the Serta sapphire 11 firm. Glad we did. The mattress seemed too firm for the first several nights, however not so. My wife and I keep saying great choice. Glad we reviewed other people reviews. They were right on target. In fact my brother and wife came up from Florida and we had them try lying on it and they were impressed. They are going to call US-Mattress and order one for themselves. Also the follow up before delivery was superb.
Poor follow-up. Continued to offer upgrade. Told "you've got to understand what happens when you order on line..." After two upgrades I contacted the Consumer Protection Department of the Texas Attorney General Office. They said it sounded like bait/switch. I was finally reimbursed after being left hanging after months of trying to get what I need as a disabled customer with needs that I consistently ask for help with. After a over 6 weeks of no contact, no follow-up (which I was promised), I reached out to the Attorney General for help. Even then you failed to refund my amount. I had to contact you again to receive my proper refund, which I reported to Consumer Protection. What a horrible experience for some in my circumstance. You should be ashamed!!!
I have purchased 3 bedding units from US-Mattress. I have always enjoyed what seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly consultants. Mattress discounters matched the price on last bed, but I did not have to pay sales tax and got free delivery and removal.
Did a lot of research into custom mattress for a beautiful antique bed. US-Mattress made it so easy, and affordable. From the time I ordered to delivery was so fast. Mattress arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly! Guests find it very comfortable. I am very happy with the purchase.

I waited a month for my mattress and finally called on the delivery date and the mattress was lost, and they couldn't tell me what happen to it. I waited a couple more weeks for the mattress. No one ever called me. I always had to chase them regarding my mattress that I paid in advance for, and finally canceled the order. Awful experience. They don't even get a 1 star, :(.

I had a wonderful experience with US Mattress, from the helpful man in your sales department, to your customer service department to resolve an issue, to your delivery men. I would use them again and/or recommend them.
We were looking for a mattress to replace our 1.5 year old Tempur-Pedic bed that was giving us such backaches. We tried this mattress out while on vacation and it was so wonderful that we decided to buy it. I had the best experience shopping through the US Mattress website because Tracey walked me through all of my concerns and the purchase process.
I never thought I would buy a mattress online, but I really liked how your descriptions included videos of different sized people laying on the mattresses in different positions. I'm a bigger guy with a similar build to one of your salesmen in the videos, so seeing his videos and hearing his thoughts about the mattresses made me feel more comfortable buying online without trying the mattress myself. I only hope the mattress I chose is as comfortable as he says!
I spent a lot of time researching prices. US-Mattress had the lowest (AFTER free shipping and no tax on this particular item... other places get you there). Joshua ** (in Live Chat) couldn't have been more helpful... not pushy or annoying, just helpful and patient.

We had a daybed from several years ago, but had lost the hardware for it. Jeni kindly contacted the manufacturer and helped us order the pieces we need. The cost for the hardware was $50, which seems high for a few screws and bolts. Regardless, it was still cheaper than buying another bed, so we moved forward.
Well, when Largo (the manufacturer) mailed us the parts - the package only included about half the hardware. The brackets for attaching the frame to the bed were missing. It had taken a long time to get this far with US Mattress, so I contacted Largo directly. When we called to inquire about the missing hardware, Largo said they could send the brackets for an additional cost, I believe $70. At this point, we were real frustrated. We had out-of-town company coming soon. We had spent $50 on hardware, only to find it wasn't complete.
And then we would need to spend $70 more. And, there wasn't enough time to get the parts from them either before our guest would arrive. Luckily, we were able to find universal brackets off Amazon for $25 and were able to get the bed assembled (with the help of our guests, which wasn't ideal, but at least they had a bed that night). This wasn't a pleasant experience and I wouldn't eagerly look to do business again with US-Mattress.
I'm very happy with the quality of the mattress, new bed frame, a couple of sheets and box springs that I purchased from US-Mattress. However, I knew when I ordered the sheets that they were on back order for two months but I got one set in about six months and the other set came in about a year later. A little more accurate of an estimate in how long they've been in back order would be great. But, US-Mattress' prices were a little better than other furniture stores I purchased from in the past and the free shipping was very good. The sales representative was very helpful and informative. The delivery team was pretty good and tried to get in and out as quickly as possible. They helped me with a couple of other things around the house as well. They knew where to put the bed and where it needed to go.
I ordered a bed through Costco and it turned out to be too soft (though it was a luxury firm). I had to return it (they have an awesome return policy, thank God) and have been looking for a bed for the past month. I went to several retail shops including Sleep Train, Macy's, Crate and Barrel, and other local furniture stores. It was very difficult to compare models from store to store, and those that seemed comfortable, were very expensive. I came across USMattress.com while searching the web and they had a chat option. The customer service rep, Paul, was very patient and helpful so I bought the bed. :) Fingers crossed that it's as comfy as it sounds.
Paul was very informative and made a choose easy. I did not feel pressured but that he was trying to give me the information to make an informed decision. I am looking forward to receiving our new mattresses. Thank you Paul.
King size Simmons Beautyrest R echarge world class Phillipburg 2 L - The mattress look likes getting soft so fast, probably a part of memory form or so. When I laid down for a while, it show the soft marks. Very visible!

Website easy to use, other than the compare button didn't work. Videos and comfort rating great features. Hoping we love it when it arrives. US-Mattress never told me you only get one comfort exchange. A reasonable person would think after you make the initial exchange the customer service person would make it clear you only get one exchange. I was informed each exchange cost $99 which would imply you get more than one exchange. The company should be ashamed for NOT indicating you get a 100 night sleep trial "But Only Once". Buyers beware if you buy online from this company you better like the second mattress because if you don't you are stuck.
I've got a new mattress for the fourth time from US Mattress. It's a Sealy Posturepedic and it's slightly lumpier and softer than what I would want it to be. I bought online and it was a fairly easy process. It was delivered directly and it looks good. The experience was great.
