Purchased Dec. 2025 3 Mattresses for over 4k. There were no updates on progress or status despite several emails and voice messages. I never received the products and had to file a claim to contest the charges. Never buy from them again. Order Number **

I purchased a dining room set and a mattress. The mattress was not what I bought in the store. The dining table chairs will not go all the way in because there is a platform on the bottom. They go all the way in only when the leaf is in. I called the store to see if I could get a thicker mattress and to have someone remove the platform under. He was unhelpful and said I was delivered what I bought at the store. Will not refund or remove the platform on the bottom of the table. Poor customer service and could care less. I have purchased furniture at Bob's and Raymour and Flanigan. Excellent customer service and they care about their customers. Do not buy from US-Mattress.

We ordered a mattress for my mother in January. At the time of purchase we were required to purchase a mattress protector which was close to $120. If we didn't buy the mattress protector the warranty on the mattress would be void. In mid-February we received the mattress protector and put it aside until the mattress arrived. Soon thereafter, since we hadn't received ANY update regarding delivery of our mattress that we already paid for IN FULL, I decided to cancel the order. A full refund was given.

Stay away. Bought a Beautyrest mattress last year. Was not satisfied and wanted an exchange. They told me it was a warranty issue and that I should wait till after the 120 night guarantee to contact company. Called company after 120 days to be told not a warranty issue. Needless to say, a waste of money. Never buy from online again.

US-Mattress has all the types of mattresses so you can go and check out the firmness. I bought a mattress in a box and it's good so far. This is our second mattress. When I got the first one, if I had seen US-Mattress then, I would have definitely gone to them. We're happy and I would recommend them.

I got a queen mattress for my daughter and then king for myself and my wife. We're happy with everything. The quality has been good.

My interaction online was really good and they did what they said they were gonna do. The delivery crew took the old mattress and then set up the new mattress. It was like a five-minute drill. It was really good. We got a beauty rest and the quality was quite nice. We've been very satisfied with it.

US-Mattress was down the street from where I live. I got a mattress from them and the delivery took a while. They told me two weeks but it got there in almost four. That aside, it went smoothly. So far, the quality is pretty nice. I've had the mattress for three months now and I'm still waiting on that $200 gift card.

I had purchased from US-Mattress, and I purchased a Beautyrest Mattress this time. I was working directly with one of the sales guys over the phone. He was able to price-match the price of the same mattress from another place and was very good at servicing me. The mattress is not the best quality, but I knew that going into it. It met my expectations.

I purchased a Joybed from US-Mattress. My experience went smoothly with the representatives. However, the mattress is giving me back problems. The dimensions of the mattress were just a little off. It's a shorter bed, and then it's supposed to be 12 inches. But I hate how it's advertised a certain height and width and length, and then when you read the fine print, it's an inch shorter. It's shady to me when it comes to stuff like that. I wish people would just be more transparent when they're trying to sell the product.

The rep was very nice and accommodating. He got back to me immediately when I called him and he was a breeze to work with. The only problem I had was getting the order date to match up with the days that I have to receive the bed. I got my Serta BRS900 a week and a half ago and it seems plush and comfortable.

The person who handled the transaction at the Rochester Hills store was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. We were very comfortable with him. We ended up picking a different mattress from another company we decided that it wasn't the right match for us. We went back to US-Mattress and that rep took care of us. We were very pleased.

I purchased a mattress and a box spring from US-Mattress. They had a special where I got $100 off the mattress that I ordered. I love my new bed. I should have got it last year. The delivery team was kind of slow about coming but when they gave me the date, they were very punctual. They were in and out of here in15 minutes.

The salesman was excellent. He took his time showing me what they had and had me lying on different mattresses to make up my mind. He was very good at what he does. The delivery went well. I'm happy with the product.

The products I got from US-Mattress are so good. The mattresses are okay but the frame is not. It's noisy when I'm moving on the mattress.

It was my first time buying a mattress, and it was a nice experience. It's also easy to pay for. They gave me almost two and a half times what I needed for the mattress in credit so it boosted my available credit. The card that I got with the bank that they used works at other places. If I need to do anything else in the future, I can use this card and don't have to qualify again.

US-Mattress had a great selection and the reps were great.

I had a king-size bed and I got a new one from US-Mattress, and it's better. I like that it’s comfortable. The delivery people were quick and friendly. They made sure not to damage anything. It was perfect.
