Received a mattress and it was literally wet and discolored. There were dirt marks and (what I could hope) were yellow highlighter marks. I called US mattress and they were not open on Saturday, despite having delivered on a Saturday. I sent an email with full pictures of the issue, but I felt it was egregious enough to report.

Product video was nice and we had good experience with the website. We had a difficult time in selecting between extra firm and firm mattress but in the end hopefully make the right choice. It's good that this company gives is a 2-3 week trial period to try out the mattress.

It was so easy and I loved that is had the comfort level and the info on back sleeper or side sleeper. AMAZING experience. The site had the best prices. Cheaper than Wal-Mart and Wayfair. I was able to search with my husband on the phone so the mobile site was just as great and the checkout was simple.

Very upset with delivery service. What is wrong with companies that do not make delivery and set up put on booties in a persons home!!! I have white carpet in my bedroom and it’s raining outside but they just walked right in with mud on boots on white carpet! US-Matress should rethink delivery service. I even paid for the setup. Now I get to shampoo my room! Really disappointed. I did not get a delivery receipt or ship papers either!

I love the fact that I can go to US-Mattress online and have great customer service helping me select the ideal mattress. To me this is the best way ever to purchase with their in home guarantee. I've only ever walked into mattress stores and dealt with customer service reps which I felt a little pressured buy something. I can't wait to receive my mattress to try it out :).

We found our favorite mattress from window-shopping months ago (Sealy Posturepedic Copper Hybrid Firm) in retail stores with US-Mattress for like 35% off. We know we're going to love it. Hoping the delivery experience is just as awesome. :) Would highly recommend.

First time buyer from US-Mattress. Good information, video was helpful but would further help to see side & back sleepers on the mattress. Also, warranty policy information would be good to know. The comfort level rating was good to know, but was it for an average sized male or female sleeper? Information was adequate and sufficient to make a reasonable choice. Thanks for the great website and buying experience. Hope this is followed through with an excellent in-home delivery and service.

Phillipsburg Beautyrest - Tracey did a great job on helping us find a mattress online with US-Mattress. Tracey explained difference between hybrid and regular spring. She helped with narrowing down our decision to two mattresses within our price range. After shopping for mattresses online this was the most reasonable mattress company.

Two months after I purchased what I thought was a brand new mattress, it developed a 2 to 3 inch sag in the middle. After their inspector determined that the mattress was bad and failed inspection, they replaced it with another mattress that had a broken support sideboard. The third mattress they brought out had more of a sag in the middle than the first one. After complaining about the sag, they refused to send their inspector back, saying that it was the last mattress they would bring me. I was better off with the first one. Since then, I have purchased a new one from Art Van and I love it. The biggest $2500 mistake of my life. US-MATTRESS IS THE WORST!!!

APPARENTLY THIS COMPANY HAS ZERO SAFEGUARDS IN PLACE TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVATE INFORMATION and will give it out to anyone who calls! After purchasing my mattress online with "Kyle" I had a unauthorized purchase and some online accounts were flagged as of being tampered with... No Big deal, it was right after Christmas and without placing blame, it has happened before, no big deal. Just to be safe I called and spoke with a Cust Serv rep at US-Mattress and had her notate my account that, no changes to my account or to the order can be made by other than myself. Seems legit, right? Well, that same afternoon I get a funky text message to my phone! Stating "When is your mattress coming?"

Kyle, the 'Live Chat' guy was very helpful in deciding what mattress would be the right fit for all concerned. We spent at least an hour chatting to make sure all bases were covered. He was very polite and patient. Had technical difficulty on my end, but we got through it.

I bought a king size mattress from www.us-mattress.com (office business name is MATTRESS USA INC) for $2123.00 included white glove delivery service. www.us-mattress.com contracted with a trucking company to deliver my mattress on 1/9/2018. 3 guys came and couldn't move the king size mattress to my upstairs bedroom. However they broke my oak wood stair railing! They also made scratches/chips to my oak hardwood floor. I contacted US-Mattress for the issue and sent them pictures of the damages.

US MATTRESS CHEATED ME OF $1400 and won’t resolve. I purchased a top of the line Simmons Beautyrest. They gave it a 3.5 comfort rating. Quite firm the firmest in this line. The mattress delivered is so soft and unsupportive I can’t sleep on it. Customer service won’t return calls. Total scam. I spoke with them for hours no resolution or responsibility. I had to buy a foam mattress on Amazon just to sleep. I was willing to pay for a proper mattress upgrade and did. Again mattress wasn’t even close to what was described by detail video. I’m out all that money and two months sleep and they don’t care.

I have purchased 2 sets of mattresses from this company - in the space of 4 years. Both times, I chose the firmest mattress they had. Both times, the mattress began sagging within 18 months. I called them and they said to send them photos and measurements, both of which I did. Their response? "We only replace beds if they sag 1 1/2 inches - WITHOUT someone lying on it." What kind of bed begins to sag within 18 months. I only purchased the mattresses because I was having serious surgery and the mattress I had was less than firm. When I sent them photos of the bed, I got the response I hoped I would not get: "We're not responsible for mattresses going soft. They just get 'softer' over time." This was the HARDEST ONE THEY SOLD. It was a medium-priced Sealy. It was one of those advertised as not having to "flip" it, which I thought was nice.

I ordered a mattress on 11/24. At the time of ordering, I was told that it would take 1-3 weeks for delivery. I needed the mattress for out of town guests on 12/16, so this was an acceptable time frame. I monitored my order and finally heard that the mattress was ready for delivery on 12/12. When I called the automated number to schedule delivery, the system said the first available delivery date was 12/22. 10 days away and a full month after ordering the mattress. After repeated attempts, I was just able to get MXD (the delivery company) on the phone and they informed me that the first day it would be available for delivery would be 12/22 and said there was nothing they could do and that I would need to contact US-Mattress if I needed it sooner.

I purchased the bed during the Black Friday sale on Nov 25th 2017. If you notice on their site they have only the option of purchasing delivery with installation or delivery with pick up of old bedding, which I ordered and paid extra. I also purchased a bed frame which I never received. After the bad experience I contacted US-Mattress to express my concerns about how the delivery was handled. They told me that I had paid for express service, well today is the 11th of Dec, 2017. Would you considered that express service? I also told her about the frame and she just said I will have to talk to the delivery service. She didn't offer to compensate me for the frame I paid for or the service. Guys please stay away, you will regret it.

Ordered my son's mattress and it took about two weeks to arrive no issues. I order a mattress for myself and it doesn't arrive. Email US-Mattress and they tell me to call shipper. Call shipper and get no response. I then call US-Mattress and they tell me it's at the shipper again. Decided to cancel the order because the aggravation isn't worth the savings.

Mattress was delayed several times, customer service was no help. Mattress was too soft so I exchanged (along with $140 processing fee) for a more firm mattress, which when it finally came was in fact far softer than the original. The company says to exchange now will cost a $490 processing fee. $490!!! These people are thieves. Go to Mattress Firm or Macy's or anywhere else, don't get suckered in.

Excellent customer service agents who are ready to help, very knowledgeable and friendly. They assist and answer all questions. They also follow up after delivery to ensure everything was done right. Buying products from US Mattress was really a very pleasant experience.

Queen Simmons Beautyrest Silver Kenosha Place III Plush Mattress just mattress. I asked Stacey if it could be delivered after I get home from vacation early Oct. She stated this should not be a problem. Stacey was very knowledgeable and helpful with my selection. I ordered one of these beds for myself last year and Love it - hope my husband likes his also.

I like the rate. I like the price. The process was alright, but when it comes to shipping, it says 2-3 weeks, and it estimates a date. It doesn't let me lock in a shipping date for the mattress. I wish the purchase step can help me select that way.

Bad shipping, I had to call them 12 times to make sure the shipping was lined up correctly. Then, they mishandled the shipping & it was delayed. Also - same mattress I wanted to order again, went up $143. It was $505 when I ordered my first one (via roommate Paul **) & then today it was $648. I don't like that at all, but I love the mattress, so I bought it anyway.

I ordered a top of the line mattress yesterday. It was such a good deal I ordered a second same mattress for my son and his wife. While I was online ordering the second mattress I received a call from the freight company to schedule delivery of yesterday's order. It's Wednesday and the mattress is scheduled to be delivered on Friday. Great service. Josh my Chat operator was key to making both of my purchases.

Bought a Beautyrest Black Sonya Cal King mattress, no problems. And I saved some $500 from the predominant retail store price buying online! It turns out that this high end mattress is only made when you place an order, and whoever you order it from is just taking your order and forwarding it to the Simmons factory in Minnesota. It doesn't matter who you order it from, so it's just a waste of money to place the order with a local store or higher priced online retailer.

I ordered my mattress on Friday 7/21. I had been checking status on the website. I called to check on the delivery on my order when I noticed it had been in "ready to ship" status for more than a day. I purchased $3500 mattress from US-Mattress 4 weeks ago preparing my moving tomorrow (Jul 26th). I have been calling them since last week. The CSR told me she will update me information for the next day noon. I never get the call and same thing happened again. It has been 8 days after 40 minute waiting on the call, I had the same information I received last Thursday. They told me they can canceled my order on the day before my moving! Am I suppose to sleep on the floor? This is the worst experience I have had. Not recommend for doing business with them!

I originally purchased one of these for a heat intolerant invalid's bed. It keeps fluids away from the mattress even though it is so thin and light. It does not make the bed feel uncomfortably warmer, like most mattress covers do. I like it so much I bought covers for the our beds, too!

I have a very bad experience with "US Mattress". At first it was OK. However, about 2 days before the deliver date they told me the mattress I order was in damage, they will get new one and company will call me for a new delivery day. I felt that was okay. But after I wait about a week. And they send me a e-mail telling me that mattress I order was Lost. How can a shipment get lost? I always think real company use reliable delivery service. I will never order from US Mattress again. I order over a month never receive the new mattress.

Purchased a Vispring mattress set from the Birmingham MI store after under the 100 day comfort guarantee. The original delivery was fine, the problem arose with a subsequent follow up delivery of a bed frame. The delivery person refused to completely dismantle my frame. I contacted the store and they informed me that they were to take it apart, the delivery guy called his supervisor and he then dismantled it. They couldn't attach the headboard because he stripped the bolt so the headboard was left leaning against my wall marring the paint. I contacted the store and a 'district supervisor' contacted me that day and said that they would take care of the problems caused by the delivery guy and they would be contacting me the next day. It has been 6 days and NO calls and no returned calls. I am totally unhappy about this. I've noticed all the positive reviews from customers in other states, but none from Michigan, I wonder why.

US-Mattress offers a double sided, made in USA mattress. This pocket coil product will bring great value and I can feed good about supporting American jobs. I like the option of purchasing the mattress without box spring since mine are still in great shape.

After 3-4 days sleeping on our mattress, it started to sag. My husband weighs 160lbs (5'10") and I weigh 130lbs (5'3") so it's not our weight. They didn't want to pick it up and give us our money back. They were only willing to exchange it. The mattress was causing back, hip pain and was pinching my sciatic nerves in both my legs!! My husband was also experiencing back and hip pain too. For almost 2 months I had to call them to hear more lies. They finally decided to pick up the mattress and refund my money, however, I had to endure more lies again!! I finally filed a complaint with the BBB to get this matter resolved. They acted quickly once I did that. The worst mattress I have ever seen. Poor quality and the workmanship was awful! NEVER AGAIN!! Extremely stressful and lost a lot of time dealing with these people!!

Had a great experience thus far. Will update if any issues arise, but extremely easy purchase and we are satisfied. The shopping was carefree, easy to understand which item you were selecting out of many different styles and check out/delivery setup was easy as well.

Luckily I didn't buy this mattress sight unseen since I got to try it out in a store before buying here. I'm hoping it comes with a low profile foundation since I'm short and have difficulty getting into my current bed with is very uncomfortable latex mattress (hard like a rock). Purchased a Serta from US Mattress. First, it took 2 weeks to receive. The mattress was painful and exchanged it for an upgraded Simmons ($1,590). We received notification that our order is on its way. The men arrived without the NEW mattress but removed the first one leaving us with NO mattress at all! Terrible company to deal with.

I think you need to be slightly better descriptions on each mattress. There are few with pictures, but items without pictures weren't described as damaged, overstocked, or floor models to make me choose little better. Also mattress protector should be option before final order process. I think it will help you make more money and also help customers protect their mattress. Popping up after order is completed doesn't make me want to go back to your site to purchase it. Overall, your site is great. More choices and better price than most others.
