I am very pleased the pricing and ease of ordering. I will order again in the future, as well as recommending friends and family. I narrowed my choice down between US-Mattress and a nationwide mattress store with locations in my area. The other store was going to charge a large fee for delivery, and also would have had to pay extra for the box springs. The current promotion with the free box springs with mattress purchase, as well as the free delivery made this decision easy.

We prefer double sided mattresses. The retail industry has shied away from producing them in favor of less flexible and shorter lifespan single sided mattresses. US-Mattress is the only place that carries these types of mattresses. Kyle was very helpful in clarifying differences and offering up suggestions we could work with.

Purchased a Serta from US Mattress. First, it took 2 weeks to receive. The mattress was painful and exchanged it for an upgraded Simmons ($1,590). We received notification that our order is on its way. The men arrived without the NEW mattress but removed the first one leaving us with NO mattress at all! Terrible company to deal with.

So far everything and everybody has been very helpful. Great guest service through the live chat and I really appreciated all the videos you prepare and upload for the mattresses. I only wish all mattresses had a Try It video.

I really liked the experience with this website. There was a lot of information provided, especially the videos were helpful. The filters provided also are very helpful in narrowing down the right kind of mattress. The pricing also seems to be the lowest. I could not find the same mattress for lower anywhere else. The website is horrible and barely functioning. I had to try to keep clicking through a series of links to try to find certain products and was barely able to check out. Search function not working. Terrible experience and almost kept me from purchasing here.

The reviews were good for this mattress. Excited to try it out. After comparing mattresses and prices on different site, this bed and site seemed like a good choice. We needed a larger bed to accommodate our growing family. We did not purchase a box spring, plan on using an space saver steel frame to replace. Hopefully it works out. We would like to purchase a higher quality box frame in the future.

I've been saving up to buy these mattresses from Amazon for several months. Unfortunately, Amazon, Walmart, and Wayfair all raised the price by over 22% on the king size mattress. Thanks! I think you need to be slightly better descriptions on each mattress. There are few with pictures, but items without pictures weren't described as damaged, overstocked, or floor models to make me choose little better. Also mattress protector should be option before final order process. I think it will help you make more money and also help customers protect their mattress. Popping up after order is completed doesn't make me want to go back to your site to purchase it. Overall, your site is great. More choices and better price than most others.

I ordered a King-size Beautyrest mattress online. It was to be a two- or three-day delivery. Three days later, I was informed that the mattress was coming out of the Midwest and I live in Florida. I called to find out what was going on and I was told that it's going to be three days late. Ultimately, the mattress got there seven days after it was supposed to. It was sitting at the warehouse in Miami and the people in the warehouse kept promising they were going to bring it and didn't. We went and stayed in a hotel for four days 'cause I had the other mattress hauled off and didn't have any place to sleep. I should have done the other delivery which was going to be two days longer but it would have had setup in my home and carry-off of the old mattress.

I found this site and really did not plan on buying a mattress however I found a mattress that when I used to travel was used in many hotels I stayed in. I bought from US-Mattress before and they've been fine. They had the best price and one particular mattress that I was looking at through them was not offered at anywhere else. Since the mattress was from a reputable company and it all seemed to fit what I needed, I bought it. But when I got it home and slept on it the first night, I felt like my skin was burning. So, I wrote to US-Mattress and called them and they'd exchanged it. But they would charge me a hundred and some odd dollars, because I had it in my house. I think the mattress doesn't breathe and they would not accept that. The bed was so bad and hot that I had to buy special mattress pads. I wrote to the company and they went through the whole thing. It was not a good experience and it was not a cheap mattress.

US Mattress was the only company that had a double-sided mattress that was affordable for me. I ordered it online and the delivery crew did a good job. However, I'm not happy with the mattress as it's very lumpy. My previous mattress was the same product, but it was much firmer than this one. This isn't as nice as my previous Perfect Sleeper. I called, complained, and thought about returning it. After a long time, I began to get used to it, but it's still not a great mattress.

It has been over a month and I still do not have a mattress and it looks like it will be another month before they might be able to get one to me. The short story is they have a terrible distribution infrastructure. After 4 weeks of trying to get a representative on the phone to coordinate delivery, they call to say they will need to reschedule, it was never loaded at their doc. The military moved me and they damaged my mattress. They found a compatible mattress and it was from US-Mattress. The first mattress that was delivered was the wrong one because of something in the description with the military. So they called the sales rep and got it fixed right away. The delivery people called when they were coming with plenty of time for me to get home. They showed up and took the old one away. All professional.

Happy with the satisfaction guarantee, since I can't find the mattress I wanted to test around me. However if I get a cheaper mattress you should issue a refund, but that's my opinion. I hope that I've done my research and will be happy with this bed.

Purchasing a mattress online would seem to be impossible but US-Mattress provides a very interesting experience with videos of people of different sizes giving their opinion about the mattress. I would not have had any confidence in buying a mattress online without these videos. The only suggestion I would give is, to use a person between the 175 lbs guy and the 330 lbs guy. That's a big spread so adding someone about 225 would be a great addition. Still an excellent experience and I was very surprised that I was confident enough to actually buy a mattress. I was checking online for a Langley so I was comparing many reviews and blogs. Finally, I decided that I'd go with US Mattress because there were many different blogs that were using that, and the price part was the big difference. I visited a few local stores, and was trying to buy the same kind of mattress but US Mattress is almost 50% off the price for what I was ready to buy so I went with them. I purchased it online and it was a fantastic experience. However, I got an email that they didn't know that the order has been acknowledged but in the same email, there was something mentioned that another set of emails will follow regarding the delivery of the mattress, but I did not get that. A couple of days later, I found the email saying that my mattress is already on its way. So, that wasn't so great but that's the only trouble I had. Overall, it's a fantastic bed and it exceeded my expectations.

I purchased from US Mattress online and the first mattress I got was a little stiff. It was shipped for free but it was nothing that I could keep so I had to return it back and pay its return shipping fee. I also had to pay the shipping of the second mattress. Other than that, it was all good and seems relatively fair.

We purchased this mattress and sleep on it since March-April 2016. It is a nice, soft bed, except it gets too hot after 1.5 to 2 hours. One problem from the first day: the bed came with a ridge from top to bottom in the middle. My wife and I lay on it facing up, but both our bodies are facing on outward angles toward both sides of the bed. There is a ridge between me and my wife separating us. It has gotten worse since. I hope we don't end up sliding off the bed in the future in the middle of a night.

The sales people were fantastic. They explained the difference in the two sided mattresses. We chose the Serta sapphire 11 firm. Glad we did. The mattress seemed too firm for the first several nights, however not so. My wife and I keep saying great choice. Glad we reviewed other people reviews. They were right on target. In fact my brother and wife came up from Florida and we had them try lying on it and they were impressed. They are going to call US-Mattress and order one for themselves. Also the follow up before delivery was superb.

Poor follow-up. Continued to offer upgrade. Told "you've got to understand what happens when you order on line..." After two upgrades I contacted the Consumer Protection Department of the Texas Attorney General Office. They said it sounded like bait/switch. I was finally reimbursed after being left hanging after months of trying to get what I need as a disabled customer with needs that I consistently ask for help with. After a over 6 weeks of no contact, no follow-up (which I was promised), I reached out to the Attorney General for help. Even then you failed to refund my amount. I had to contact you again to receive my proper refund, which I reported to Consumer Protection. What a horrible experience for some in my circumstance. You should be ashamed!!!

I'm very happy with the quality of the mattress, new bed frame, a couple of sheets and box springs that I purchased from US-Mattress. However, I knew when I ordered the sheets that they were on back order for two months but I got one set in about six months and the other set came in about a year later. A little more accurate of an estimate in how long they've been in back order would be great. But, US-Mattress' prices were a little better than other furniture stores I purchased from in the past and the free shipping was very good. The sales representative was very helpful and informative. The delivery team was pretty good and tried to get in and out as quickly as possible. They helped me with a couple of other things around the house as well. They knew where to put the bed and where it needed to go.

I couldn't be more pleased with our delivery man. I ordered a bed through Costco and it turned out to be too soft (though it was a luxury firm). I had to return it (they have an awesome return policy, thank God) and have been looking for a bed for the past month. US-Mattress never told me you only get one comfort exchange. A reasonable person would think after you make the initial exchange the customer service person would make it clear you only get one exchange. I was informed each exchange cost $99 which would imply you get more than one exchange. The company should be ashamed for NOT indicating you get a 100 night sleep trial "But Only Once". Buyers beware if you buy online from this company you better like the second mattress because if you don't you are stuck.

I checked out with Amazon checkout. On this page it never said anything about Tax. Only once I confirmed my order was I informed that I would be charged tax... You should inform your customers about tax in the checkout process before they submit their order.

I've purchased a mattress and bed set from US-Mattress before and they did well. Those were good products. So I bought a Lane recliner, a High leg, from them and it was misrepresented. The advertisement says the seat height is 21 inches. I'm 6 foot 4 and a half. The actual seat height is 19 inches. The chair is smaller than described. It was a bait and switch. I'm an old veteran I have a bad back. That's why I needed the high rise chair. I have worked with Anna and she has tried mildly and bent over backwards to help me. She was doing everything she could. Lane said that they would send a representative out to look at the chair and they got back and they did nothing. I'm very dissatisfied with my experience. US-Mattress should never deal with Lane again.

I would not recommend this company as far as buying a mattress. They are a bootleg and a knock-off company. The product I bought does not live up to its standards, and they did not want to satisfy me as a customer. I really feel I've been done a disservice. The salesmen was insulting saying I must have a chiropractor problem. I was shown comparison with other companies such as Art Van and Gardner-White, they're not even close. I guess you get what you pay for. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience. My credit card was charged prior to delivery. On the day of delivery, they showed up 2 hours later than the 2 hour window provided to me. Therefore, I was not there to accept the mattress. When I tried to reschedule, the delivery company did not pick up the phone. It has been a week since I was supposed to receive my mattress, and I still do not have it and my credit card has remained charged. I'm very happy with my purchase as US-Mattress has the same items as the department stores, but without the hefty price tag. I tested mattresses in these stores and asked the associates which model was comparable. Shipping is free and there's no sales tax (with the exception of North Carolina, Michigan, and Utah). I got a mattress and a box spring from US-Mattress because of the low cost. I know that they hire the delivery out, but they did a good job delivering it and putting it in the house.

Great and soft.

They charged for delivery and never paid me back after I requested a refund because the people just dropped it on the curb and left. I never heard back from them. It's been two years, and the mattress is concave. We had to buy a new one because the piece of ** they gave us is literally falling apart. Absolute crap.
