I purchased my first mattress for the first time with the Ferndale US Mattress location and was completely surprised with how simple the process was. I was able to get financed, get my mattress delivered, and finish the paperwork in a matter of days. I am now sleeping happily on my new bed.

This is the third mattress we've purchased from US Mattress. The quality, service and delivery are the best. I must have a very firm mattress for lower back support. The mattress are always high quality. When the time comes I will buy my next mattress from them.

The store manager and staffs are all very patient and polite. I learned that it is time to replace my bed and how to choose the right bed in affordable and reasonable price. I will go back soon for family members' beds; and I will recommend to my friends for sure!

The sales consultant Gerald was incredibly professional, informative, and helpful. I had the opportunity to test the mattress while in the store. The gentlemen who installed the bed were prompt, professional, and removed my previous mattress in a seamless manner. This was a wonderful customer experience!

I have ordered two mattresses from the store and somehow the credit card didn't go through after many times. I decided to come home and later I checked my card the payment went through. Didn't get any call or notice from the store so I called ask for the refund. The manager said OK she will talk to the company, and I also left an email at the customer service but guess what I still haven't got any feedback but instead they sent me the mattresses and the store manager says that I have to talk to the company which they never even answer the phone. So, they just charged me even I didn't agree with it... and just sent me the product which I didn't want.

I picked this mattress because it was the opposite of one that was at mattress firm. I bought thinking it was pillow soft but it's too firm. I tried for 30 days but I think I'm gonna request new but good service. Sales rep was excellent.

Our mattress buying experience was excellent. Hayden ** was very knowledgeable, helpful, easy to deal with, and friendly. We had looked at other stores and never felt as if they cared whether we bought or not. Hayden was always warm and considerate, and took a lot of time with us. Exceptional friendly customer service! Mr. Robert ** made us feel like family and addressed all of our concerns from price to comfort to health concerns. The delivery was punctual & efficient. They were respectful of our home and they set up the base with ease. They removed the old mattress and were out in less than 30 minutes. There was not one piece of packaging left behind. Very nice!

The purchasing process was wonderful; Ethen was very professional and informative. He was the reason I made my purchase. The return process was the problem. I attempted to return a mattress protector 2 days after the purchase, I found out that I already had one for a queen size bed. Ethen was not working that day, the sales person told me that they would not accept the unopened mattress protector back. He said that was the policy, I asked him to point out the return policy on the receipt or posted in the store, he could not. The sales person told me that the policy is not in writing and that is just the way it is. (The mattress return policy is written) (I would not have purchased the mattress protector for $90.00 had I known of the unwritten no return policy) He refused to issue the refund but luckily for me I made the purchase with my credit card and they issued me my refund.

From the initial contact with Eric at the US Store to the delivery time earlier than promised, everything went perfectly. The delivery men were not only a bit earlier than the expected 4 hour window, they efficiently installed everything in record time. Very efficient and they worked well together without any wasted effort.

I purchased a Queen mattress from your Novi store and when it was delivered I immediately thought it was a full size mattress, not a queen. The delivery guy said it was a queen. However I measured it numerous times to make sure I was getting an accurate measurement and each time I got 57” X 78” for my queen. They won’t let me return it and now I’m waiting for someone to come out and measure the mattress. Not happy with this experience AT ALL!

Was going to leave a great review, but the conversation I just had with customer support spoiled that... Ordered a mattress, box spring, and frame in January based on the 120-day in-home trial. Delivered in February, but the crew brought the wrong size frame. We refused the frame, and I now really wish we had refused the $250 box spring as well.
Reached out via online support in early April because the frame was never refunded, and we wanted to return the box spring since we ended up not needing one with our new frame. They did process a refund for the frame, but only because it was refused at delivery. Turns out their return policy does not cover box springs, frames, etc. Nevermind that those are the parts not likely to be damaged by use and could easily be resold.
Customer service person confirmed that if we had needed to do a mattress exchange and were not able to find another one in the same Full XL size (which is rare), we would have had to buy a new box spring and frame on top of the restocking/exchange fees for the mattress. Neither the salesperson at the store nor any of the online purchasing process made us aware of this limitation or we would have bought the mattress alone and ordered the other parts from somewhere we could return them.
Just went back through our order correspondence and found no mention of this or even a link to their return policy. This kind of information should be made obvious and available to the consumer up front without having to go search it out. Love the mattress we got (Simmons Beautyrest Full XL Lydia Mannor pillowtop)! However, based on the follow-up experience and being out $250 and holding a box spring we don't need because their delivery crew made a mistake, we will be finding somewhere else that carries Simmons next time we need a mattress.

I am very pleased with the order I place over the phone, when I asked questions. The representative handled the transaction masterfully. Delivery was by a third party, truck was a UHAUL rental, the delivers were dressed far less than professionally and seemed to want to avoid conversation.

The sales part of the purchase was great, the delivery was not, mud on the wall from mattress being set on the ground, then the banister going up has been damaged while they struggled to get the mattress up the stairs. You need to see it via a video to see how much of a wobble there is in the hand rail.

I turned the mattress around and it seems like it's already breaking down. I got the sheets off it and I can see exactly where the mattress has conformed to my side of the bed. I weigh about 225 and my side of the bed is probably at least an inch lower than the wife's side. This mattress ain't even three months old and it's already breaking down. There's no backbone to it and it felt a lot firmer in the store than what it is now. The store owner bought a whole bunch of these and got them at a good price. But I can see why he got them at a good price. I don't think they're good mattresses.

When I went to see Travis on his first day at a new location, he was friendly and informative and helped me make a satisfying decision about a replacement bed (the one I had been using was a disaster, my husband and I were sleeping on sofa and recliner). I visited a couple more stores to do some comparison shopping and went back to US Mattress to close the deal. Travis got me the best price (beating the price from another store). Then he followed through to get the bed to us as quickly as possible so we could get a good night's sleep. We've been sleeping well on our new bed.

The sales guy that I dealt with was a genuinely good guy to work with. He was an absolute rockstar. He answered all the questions I had without being pushy. I asked for some recommendations, and he gave them. He didn't push me to the most expensive option. It was a perfect shopping experience with US-Mattress. We need a mattress for our spare bedroom, so we didn't want to spend a million dollars on it and they hit the price point. It's a decent quality product.

I ordered a bed, adjustable mattress and a $300 cooling cover. The cover is so slippery that you can't even get the sheets on. Put the cover back in the box, drove to the hill to the US mattress store. Open sign on, door locked. Note says "went to back", waited 28 mins before I left and no one showed up. Came back again and explained my issue. They took back the mattress cover and was told that "customer service will call me to issue a refund". Not only did they take my mattress cover, they are now telling me they can't return it because it was open. I didn't get a receipt on the day of purchase because apparently your printer wasn't working..come to find out that the return policy is not listed on there either. I sent 3 people here after I bought that bed because I thought this was a good company, I was definitely wrong. They just steal your ** and tell you too bad.

Still trying to get reimbursed for a bed frame we returned. Every time we call they say that it will happen tomorrow. Nothing yet. We ordered our bed in October and gave spent months now returning and continually speaking to customer service. Not a great experience.

I told Matt as we got out of the car, I just hope the salesman isn't annoying and pushy, I had a scuba diving shop for many years and now a small deli/party store and good employees has been my biggest challenge. I was very impressed with Anthony and we figured out what we wanted and he was knowledgeable and helpful. He is a keeper! Will update on the delivery when it happens. The mattress is okay. Salesman was good, but we are not satisfied with delivery. I understood that they will set up the frame and mattresses both when we bought the mattress and salesman said that, but delivery persons didn’t help with fixing the frame. It is a standard simple frame, but they had to adjust the width. They said they didn’t know how to do that. I was very disappointed with the service. My husband had to struggle all by himself when they just stood there. Not professional at all.

Everything from the agent to the delivery to the bed was all outstanding. My mother and I, who we were looking for a mattress for, were very pleased to have tried a store beyond our first attempt, which was this one. They had more beds to test, they were laid out in a way that actually made sense, and the agent was far more knowledgeable and was eager to figure out what kind of mattress my mother would really be happy with. Everything went successfully, and the delivery company was even willing to hold the mattress for an extra month as she wasn't ready for it yet, no problem. Nothing but high praise for the whole process.

Our sales representative, Mike H, was amazing! It was everything after that that brought the overall experience down. Our first scheduled delivery came and they knocked on my outside garage door. Neither myself or my dogs heard this knocking as I work from home and they left without calling me. I then had to call 2 different times to have the delivery resent. This time I made a note to call me or knock on front house door, I also made a paper note and hung on garage door. The delivery driver did call me to give an eta, which was great.
They were very polite. We had just gotten new carpet installed and they did not wear shoe protection or remove their shoes during the delivery. We were told they would remove the old mattress and then the drivers told us we would have had to have the mattress wrapped in plastic, which we were not informed of so they did not take. If I were to order another mattress I would definitely go with a different company.

I ordered mattress 2/10/2022. Have not received. I am sleeping on the couch. Paid more for this mattress than I did on my car. Called Radiant several times. Still do not have my mattress. Called US Mattress customer Service. Talked to Aduni, she said she would intervene and make right possibly installation and get mattress here today. That was this morning with no word back. Please make right. Thank you. I am about to cancel my order.

I went to US-Mattress and talked to two guys. They told me to try the mattress out and I lied down on it. I had to buy a new bedframe too, which I didn’t like because you stub your toe on it if you're not careful. But I love my mattress. It's nice, comfortable and I enjoy it. I’m very happy with it. I bought it right there at the store. The boys brought it out in this box and brought the bedframe in another box. When I brought it in, I rolled it out and unzipped the plastic, and it popped open. It was a cool and unique experience. I had a good experience with the guys who sold it to me and with the bed as well. I’m sleeping good at night.

I walked into the shop during a rainstorm and I was the only one there. I was straightforward in saying that I needed a queen size mattress. The rest beyond that was straightforward. I got to see a few examples with the employee that was there. I picked one there. And they had it in stock, so I took it out the same day. I've been sleeping on it every night. The mattress is great.

Bought the Restored Plush Medium mattress. Love it. Sleeps a little warm because I sleep hot but very comfortable. For the cost, I am very very pleased with the bed. I also purchase the Sealy Ease adjustable base with it. Just head and foot articulation is all I need. Sleeping better than I ever have.

The sales rep was great. He really helped me out because I only bought a twin size mattress. I asked him if I have to buy a mattress and a box spring and he said, “No. You can just buy a mattress.” The mattress was in the box so it was easy. He loaded it in the car for me. When I got it home. I opened it and unrolled it by myself and then let it do its thing. It was awesome. I love its quality.

When we stopped in Austin made sure he knew exactly what we were looking for he was honest with support, sizing and materials. After we made our choice he realized he did not have that exact mattress in store so he hunted around to other stores until he found one. They even delivered to us from that store. Will definitely go back when we need another mattress.

I ordered a very expensive mattress on 1/18/22 and was very specific in telling the salesperson that I needed the mattress sooner than later. They gave me an estimated delivery of 2/14/22. I just spoke to FedEx Freight and they advised me that the mattress was shipped by RAIL (basically slow boat to China) instead of standard. This is causing another week delay. If my salesperson would have given me the option of faster shipping, I would have paid extra to get the mattress here more timely. Seems like all they are interested in is making a sale and customer service takes a back burner. Very difficult to get shipping info updates. They send updates but they are very, very vague. Very disappointed.

I/we gave US Mattress a 2 star only because Gary our salesman was helpful. We received our order email but it included a change in our order informing us our frame and bed would come on 2 different dates. I was not happy to read this and called our salesman. He was confused by the email as well but assured is nothing had changed and we should get an email by the 31st to set up delivery gap time. We still hadn't received that email and it was past the 31st, we had to contact our salesman again to set up delivery. By the way what we had tested out in store and what came for delivery seemed like 2 extremely different mattresses, the one delivered, was much more firm than expected. We were looking for an in-store 3-3.5 and received a 1-2 on the firm side. This weekend we will be contacting the company to change mattresses.

We will advise that all mattress take 30-40 days to adjust since they have just been made and all the materials in side are still very firm from the manufacturer. Sleeping on the mattress for 30 nights should help you and the mattress adjust to feel like the 3-3.5 comfort rating. The ones in our showroom have had the time to adjust so they will feel slightly different but your mattress will adjust to feel just like it with time. The salesperson was fabulous. The product was delivered timely. But then 1st the mattress was snagged with a hole and stuffing coming out. 2nd they damaged our chandelier, 3rd they damaged the painted finish on our staircase balusters, and left with dirt and slop on our floor door jam and wall. We do realize that in Jan in Mi this can happen, but worst of all, 2 of the tufts on the mattress were popped in addition to it having a hole! We called within 10 minutes of them leaving and still have not received a call back to resolve our issues. We hope we hear from SOMEONE SOON!

Card rejected - I just moved to MI and provided the address that had to be used to run my card. The card was rejected, I had to call the bank to approve, but found out later the charge never went through. I called 2 weeks later just before the mattress was to be delivered and found out my card was declined so they would not be able to deliver. I asked to run the card again with the correct address which the salesman confirmed he had. I also asked him to call back and confirm the charge went through and the mattress would be delivered. He never called and I'm still waiting on delivery. I gave you 2 stars instead of 1 because Jeremiah was extremely helpful in choosing my mattress, but there's a lot of phone tag in finding out if US Mattress ran the card, why it declined, not it's approved, when will it deliver...etc... I still don't have a delivery date.

I think I finally found my perfect mattress. After going through several over the past few years I spoke with the representative from US-Mattress and he guided me towards a mattress that is suited more for my body than probably any other mattress. I enjoy a firm mattress without much if any give and do not like to feel like I’m sinking into the mattress. The mattress feels very well-made and hopefully she’ll ask me for years to come. Perfect mattress for someone who needs a firm to very firm support.

All in all a tolerable experience, but I would not repeat (buy anything again). First thing was the delivery, they called about 9 PM (left phone message) saying that they wanted to deliver 7:30 AM. NOT, I called back right away but was only able to talk to somebody the next day to reschedule (between 9 to 5). Delivery people okay, but tracked water and salt between front door and bedroom. I had to clean up. The mattress seemed to be in decent shape. The foundation looked as if it was either a sloppy build or was a repair (its cloth cover seams). Finally, I still haven't seen the $200 gift card that the salesman told me about.

The gentlemen working the store were very good to work with. However, I'm wondering whether or not the mattress was the correct one or not. It was supposed to be a 12-inch Ashley Chime and when I measured it, it was not exactly 12 inches. The other thing I'm wondering about is the box spring that I have. It's larger than my mattress. The box spring is not fully covered by my mattress so that kind of makes me wonder whether or not the mattress is what I ordered.

Received email on 11/18 stating order was on the way. Due to upcoming holiday, wanted to make sure someone would be home. Called delivery company and was told to expect delivery day after Thanksgiving. No call, no show. Called again. Told would be following week due to holiday. Today 12/13 still no delivery. The buying experience was wonderful--knowledgeable sales people including Micah **. The delivery was less pleasurable. One man wore no mask. I asked if he was fully vaccinated; he replied that he wasn't. I asked him to wear a mask. He came back wearing a mask--BELOW his nose. The second night it was slept on the box spring fell out from under the mattress.

I went to the Plymouth US Mattress as I was looking for personal, quiet service. The service was outstanding. All of my questions were answered. My salesman was kind and understanding. He listened to all of my concerns. Allowed me to try out many options and lay there as long as I needed - HA! Helped me find a mattress to fit my needs and within my budget. The two men did a great job. Came in and put the mattress together. In and out quickly. They took our old mattress out for us. How just waiting for the King mattress to come into the warehouse and have them deliver that one for us. Also ask us how high we wanted the bed and added the legs for us. Service was very professional and would recommend US Mattress to all my friends and family. The tracking of the truck worked very well and they texted when they were 10 minutes away.

Updated on 2/17/2021: I have been a repeat client times many to US mattress. The pricing and service is excellent. However, delivery is a nightmare to some locations. It took me four visits to a beach house 150 miles away to get delivery for five mattresses. The people they sent had never been involved in mattress delivery and we’re absolutely unequivocally incompetent. I had to match the mattresses and the box springs because they had no idea what they were doing. At the end of everything they refused to take the plastic off of the mattresses nor would they set up anything. I had to return the boxsprings for the most expensive king size mattresses because of damages. In spite of the many positive aspects of the company the use of these kinds of delivery people makes me unlikely to ever use them again. The worst part is the inability of the helpline to rectify problems.
Original Review: I have driven 900 miles round-trip (300×3 attempts) and and I have still not received my mattresses. I ordered five separate message mattresses For a new second home and have no mattresses to show for it. The company hired by the mattress manufacturer is absolutely mismanaged and I am paying the price.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful. I needed a firm bed that could still work with an adjustable frame. Found one on their website but current model was in the store so I was able to try it out for sure. The current model was “in stock” but not the current model. Chose the current one since I needed the mattress ASAP. Unfortunately, something went wrong with their systems because the order sat in the system leaving the mattress in its distribution warehouse taking 15 days to finally get it transferred to the delivery warehouse for final delivery to the house. It was expected to be final delivered to the house in a week or less. The customer service people and sales people were very helpful but the logistics support person was never available and the customer service and salesperson had no ability to get the mattress moved from the distribution warehouse.

I ordered a FDN Rize Remedy ll adjustable bed at the recommendation of our sales person. We had previously bought 2 mattresses and an adjustable bed frame that we were happy with from US Mattress. But they did not sell the adjustable bed frame that had the features I wanted. Our sales person told me that he had one that he could order that had the exact same features and it comes highly recommended with good reviews. When it was delivered they showed me how it went up and down but never turned on any of the message features.
When I tried it I was shocked at how loud it was. It cannot be used while someone is sleeping in the next room. It will give you a headache if you use it on full massage which of course is what I had wanted it for. So we bought rubber furniture pads to go under it as recommended on the Rize site. I contacted US Mattress and Rize both right away. When the store manager at US Mattress, returned my call there was a weedwhacker being used outside the bedroom window. I had to go over and close the window in order for him to hear the bed. When I did hold the phone up to the bed he said, "Wow that’s as loud as the Weedwhacker was."
We called US Mattress 1st because we were told with our last purchase just a few weeks earlier that you had 30 days and if you don’t like something you can return it. It was not explained at the time we ordered the bedframe that the 30 days did not apply. US Mattress said we had no recourse other than to go through Rize. The manager did offer to help and make a few calls but it did no good. Today I received a message from Rize that they are sending out the part I requested. I never requested a part. I asked that they come and get this bed and replace it with one that is not so loud.
On their website it shows that when the bed is this loud it probably was not greased and there is a tutorial as to how to flip this bed over, take out every bolt and nut and grease them. In the tutorial it shows two men doing the job. I am a 65-year-old woman and could not possibly do this. I am very disappointed that US Mattress is not backing the product that they suggest I order through them. I cannot use the massage feature on this bed at all. We paid over $1000 for this bed frame. I could have gotten an adjustable bed frame without massage for $350.

I was charged for set up and take away of used mattress. 2 gentlemen showed up in a UHaul truck. They set up the new bed frame and mattress, but when it came time to haul away the old mattress they said to call the customer phone number to make an appointment for pick-up. We did, 10 days as the soonest they could come out. Myself and wife had to carry the king size mattress to the roadway for disposal with our disposal company. Which was picked up by them not your company.

We went to 4 different places to look for a mattress. Dave at the Canton location was awesome to work with. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We found mattresses at another store we were possibly interested in and did he best to find comparable mattresses that US Mattress carried. The ordering process was easy and the customer support is great. I am happy with the mattress and adjustable base. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the extended delivery delays/rescheduling. On the day of scheduled delivery, I would be notified via text that the delivery has been rescheduled. This happened 3 times. My order was scheduled for 3 different days. Then the delivery time changed from 8-12 to 3-7pm. Again, the notification was last minute. I waited 3 hours at home only to be notified that the delivery time has been moved.
I had an appointment in the afternoon so now I had to make another arrangement. One of the reasons I was told was they could not locate my order. We had to make arrangements and missed work hours. US Mattress made up for the inconvenience but it was stressful. The online pricing and customer support was great. I would probably use this company again but they have to sort out the delivery/logistics company.

US-Mattress was local and I bought one of the very popular beds, its base, and pillows. It was a great experience at the store. However, it was during the delivery that it fell apart. The crew couldn't get the bed in. My wife asked the guy if it would mess the wall up and he said no but then it was torn up. He was a jerk to her and said, "Well, I told you it could happen." She was like, "No. You told me it wouldn't happen." Then since the bed won't fit, my wife told them to take the base too. They refused to take it and left that in the bedroom and left.
I called US-Mattress to address it and they said to take pictures of the wall. By that time, I was already fixing it. Too late for that. But the guy that delivered it knew he did it. We ended up tearing down a wall so now we could come in through the outside of the building. We'll have to maneuver it up to the second floor, which US-Mattress won't do.
After that, I was surprised because they asked what mattress I want to be delivered instead. I told them that I spent two hours in the mattress store picking out a mattress and they wanted me to give them a model number over the phone. I don't know what mattress I want now that this one won't fit. Then the guy was said he'll throw in the pillows and have them delivered to my house. Well, the pillows never showed up, not even on the day that the frame came.

The buying experience went well, but the delivery personnel damaged our railing going up our stairs with the mattress, dirtied our brand new carpet & damaged our front door. Tried many times to get the situation rectified, but never received a response from that department. If I had know this was the way things were handled I would have thought twice about buying from this company.

I got box springs and a king-sized mattress which had the cooling with it. I'm exchanging it and when I was making my exchanges, the salesman called and said the company wanted to make sure that my box springs and my mattress were of the same manufacturer. US-Mattress offered the 120-day exchange program, and they've been very good about it. The only problem I have is with their delivery methods because they missed my house the first time and when I exchanged box springs, I didn't notice that it was an error until they were gone, and I couldn't get them back.

We bought two mattresses from US-Mattress. One was for our son and that one is perfect. It's very comfortable. But we are not very happy about the one that we bought for ourselves. It's not as firm as we thought it would be. I called a couple of weeks after we got the mattress and they said to wait and give it some more time then call them back. Now that it's been more time, we need to call them back.
Originally, when we purchased the mattress, US-Mattress set us up for the white glove service where the crew was supposed to take down the mattress and take it away. While the crew did move the mattresses that were there downstairs for us, they would not do anything with the rails where the mattress goes on. My son went from a queen-sized bed to a full-sized bed. The tech wouldn’t make it smaller for us so I had to do that myself. With our king-sized mattress, we got a new base for it. The crew would not attach it to our headboard for us. They said they could not do that. My husband had to do that later. I was not too happy with that part, considering we were told they would do it all then to be later told by their guy, “No, we won't.” Overall, I would still recommend US-Mattress even though I was not totally thrilled with the delivery situation. The sales team was very good.

I thought the bed was going to be 8 degrees cooler like US-Mattress claimed but it wasn't. I sent the mattress over a week ago but still haven't got my refund issued. Also, they're trying to charge me $600 to return it. In my paperwork, it was like $140 and it’s supposed to be a 100-day free trial. I don't understand the $600 and they said I got to look on their website to find that out. It's kinda false advertising they're giving out. They don't do what they say they're gonna do. Their customer service is not too great. Every time I talk to somebody, they're giving me the runaround.

I'm not going to waste any time here describing the issue as it won't change a thing. Just be sure you don't fall into the same trap. Their customers service is very good before the sale. Good luck dealing with them afterwards. They will mislead you! AVOID if you know what is good for you. Stick to CUSTOMER-CENTRIC companies like Ashley Furniture, or someone that you trust.

This by far is the worst kind of service I have experienced for many years, bought Harmony HLC-1000 Beautyrest Pillow top 15.5, first night of July 8th 2021 I knew I would not keep it, sagged to the left, felt like rolling off the bed, left indentation in top. So I contacted the company right away, asked for an exchange from foam mattress to a No Foam mattress, as it was 4 weeks in the making and then sent to the wrong HUB so I waited another 4 weeks still nothing, Finally told them to Cancel the order and return the mattress, so I did a lot of research and bought a new Mattress from PlushBeds Coils and Latex as my son loves his Latex bed as Of Sept. 27th which I feel was being very patient. So I finally get a call and this after many conversations by Phone and Emails, From the company that failed to deliver (RYDER) to pick up the first mattress. We already knew the rather expensive mattress we wanted after a several month trial of a popular well known mattress was tried as a quality affordable option. Prices were the same from multiple sources but they were offering faster (and free) delivery to our rural location. Mattress arrived Tuesday 8/31/21, by Saturday 9/2, we woke up to a 2" deep sag and it's MUCH MUCH worse now. Wanted to document everything so I sent US MATTRESS an email. They sent me links to file a warranty exchange directly with Simmons. It's been 4 days since I filed the complaint with Simmons and I haven't heard from them at all! I feel scammed.

I ordered a mattress for delivery which was supposed to arrive a week after I ordered, and they processed the order as a custom made one, which required 2 months of shipping and "installation" by a team. I am not keeping the mattress at this address and I will not be here when it will arrive now. They refuse to take any action, and are charging me a 250$ cancellation-restocking fee for a mattress I did not order to be custom made and installed, or wait a month to have a bed, which if I wanted to return by then I would still need to pay a BS restocking fee to return, even if I never used it or remove it from their packaging. I will never be ordering from here again, and you shouldn't either unless you want to be screwed over by their disgusting incompetent customer service or their predatory policies.

I'm grateful that I had all my questions answered, once the bed arrives that'll be the real test for sure. I cannot rate customer service since I never SPOKE to a live person only on chat, which is not the same at all but this bed Spring Air is not sold in any stores near me and flippable mattresses are becoming dinosaurs. Well motels/hotels still use them.

Some people told me that US-Mattress is a very reliable organization. Also, they are fairly priced and the quality is no different than what you get from any other store. I decided to purchase through them and I have no complaints about it. We purchased a Stearns & Foster Luxury Firm mattress, which my wife uses, and it would be better if it goes a little firmer. But other than that, she's not having any trouble with it.

I ordered from US-Mattress and they emailed a while ago that it'll be delivered between 8:30 and 12:30. Hopefully, this will be firm and we won't have to have any problems like the other one that they delivered. There was a mistake because when we made the purchase, we couldn't try the mattress out. And when I spoke with their rep, Jerry, he assured me that everything would be what we wanted. My wife's quadriplegic and we need a firm mattress so I can turn and dress her in bed. I was very confident that they would deliver on it but the one that they sent here was way too soft. It was like a trampoline when I tried to move my wife on it. We got a number four and the one I asked for was a one or two. But other than that, Jerry was very nice and seemed very knowledgeable.

We like our mattress from US-Mattress so it’s a good buy. It was really good dealing with their rep but I asked him to mail a receipt for the mattress and I never received it. The people that delivered it didn’t have one either. I tried getting it from them a couple of times and they told me that it was in the mail. I really need the receipt ‘cause I have to turn it in. Other than that, the delivery crew did a good job getting the mattress up the steps.

I called a place and told them I needed a firm mattress. I asked which one would be good for me. The rep said they didn't know and she wouldn’t help me. Because of COVID I couldn't go in and try the mattresses. There were websites that would write if a mattress was firm but all of the ratings were different for each bed. It was nothing consistent and was very confusing. I called US-Mattress and spoke with Jennifer. She was an expert and asked me one question after the other. She knew exactly what she was doing then told me, “This is the bed you need.” When I asked how she knew, she explained all the reasons and showed the scale and it made sense. US-Mattress had this rating for each bed and their website showed how they were rating the mattress. That part of the website was nice and it was super helpful.
It was like a big gamble for me to buy the mattress online because it was a big purchase. The delivery went as smooth as silk. The guys came in and they had masks. They were very polite. And when I asked if they could take my old mattress, they said they didn’t realize they were supposed to. They called really quickly, found out that they needed to then they took the mattress. They were great. Compared to my old mattress, the one that I have now is a lot higher and it's a dark color. I’m happy with this one because it’s a little firmer than what I had. I really like it. I’m getting married and I moved into my fiance’s house. He said we should take the bed and use it in our new place.

We wanted the firmest mattress we could find. We checked online to see if we could get a better price on our local furniture dealers. The price with US-Mattress was better for the same mattress so we went with them. Shipping was free too which is always nice. Everything went smoothly. US-Mattress delivered as far as timeliness. The bed frame was already there so the crew took out the old mattress and brought in the new one. They were there no more than five minutes.

US Mattress did an excellent job with the sale and delivery of my mattress and adjustable base. I would highly recommend them for their mattresses. However, unfortunately, the first time I tried to use the adjustable base, something went wrong and it never worked. Trying to get the information for the warranty is difficult and I am not sure I even provided them with the correct information, so I just sent copies of the tags I found. Updated on 5/3/2021: This is a second review on the same issue I had over a month ago. The total time elapsed since placing my order on March 5, 2021 is at two months and we are now in the 3rd month. The mattress set has still not been shipped to my daughter. The manufacturer failed to ship the box springs with the mattress. The Ryder shipping agent cannot locate them and they have been there since 2/20/2021. The customer service agents can't explain it; they simply push me off with a promised call back from a supervisor.
I was able to demand a supervisor today and talked some someone named "Anna" that stated she is is the only Anna with US Mattress customer service. She advised me the customer service team don't have any reference id's concerning calls, complaints, or otherwise. They don't have any provable employee id either. So "Anna" was the supervisor today. She promised she would look into it and find out more. My daughter had her wedding, but doesn't have her mattress set to go with the beautiful Shaker bed and matching furniture I bought for her wedding present. My daughter has been waiting for weeks for a call from Ryder to get a delivery date. I am left embarrassed and totally sympathetic to my daughter's disappointment since she and her new husband have to sleep in the old double mattress on the floor. Can it get any worse?
I was literally told that Ryder would have to try and "find" my items in their warehouse. Doesn't that sound like they are not there, were stolen, or never arrived? This whole experience has made me so embarrassed and caused me to cry over what I wanted to be an awesome and happy surprise for my daughter's wedding. This company is unreliable if not dishonest, takes no responsibility at all, and puts all the blame on the pieces in their fulfillment chain. Keep in mind, they are paid commissions and bonuses for the orders we consumers give them online. The sales people are only interested to the point when they get their rewards for a sale which they monitor until the product reaches the regional delivery site.
The caveat is the sales person doesn't follow on any delays or non-fulfillment issues. You can barely get a customer service person to do anything. I had to pitch a fit to get a supervisor. Apparently work at home customer service agents don't know how to transfer calls or they are told not to because the supervisors don't want to take them. The supervisor I talked to was cold, remote, and barely empathetic. She promised she will call me tomorrow with good or bad news. I expect bad because I think this company is both unethical, misleading, and complicit with their fulfillment cooperative.
My advice: don't ever pay for anything online; don't use ANY fulfillment agent (that's what this company is. They are only being compensated as an online store front). I've given this supervisor a day to get me a guaranteed of delivery this week. If it can't be done, then I'm having my bank get me back my money (this company will take weeks to give it back). I'm calling it a fraud because the claims on the US-Mattress website are false. The company has not been forthcoming with the truth. They did not notify me of this shipping issue at all; nor did they inform me until I called today that the Ryder shipping site could not locate the product of my order.
I also intend to sue US-Mattress for the emotional effects of their actions in my having to be embarrassed as the mother of the bride who could not get the mattress to go with the bedroom set. My daughter could not show the bedroom in her new home because it was missing. I guess she could, but it would have been awkward. I will never use this company ever again nor will I ever consider Ryder for any move I would need. I intend put this review anywhere I can put it. Consumers need to know there are no guarantees through US-Mattress. They accept no responsibility and they don't make any efforts to truly resolve problems. Don't tie your money up with this unreliable company.

My problem with this is the product purchased has not yet completed or even started manufacturing. I received my 2nd notice of 6 to 7 week delay which is going to put the delivery out past May. This company was not transparent about their role in brokering sales transactions. If I had known on the first page of filling out the purchase that the likelihood of extreme delivery delays would be high, I would never have purchased through this online facilitator. In fact, I could have ordered a similar mattress set through a local provider of the same brand with a reasonable delivery set. I too chose this company because of what I read of the reliability of service. I have yet to receive any phone call; just two very scant explanation emails.
The other caveat to this disaster is I will get charged a $200 + fee if I cancel. Imagine! The customer gets charged for not wanting to wait what could easily be at least the end of May or even half a year for what they already paid for! From what I read, US-Mattress holds no responsibility for the unfulfilled purchase nor fees assessed. They are only an online broker for manufacturers who pay them to publish their offerings and facilitate payment. I guess if they put their disclaimers about delivery times in big print on the ordering page, they wouldn't get as much traffic. Here is the verbiage on the website concerning delivery: Timing & Delivery - "From time of order, receive your mattress in about 1 to 2 weeks on Stearns and Foster and Sealy purchases, 2 to 3 weeks for all other brands anywhere in the continental 48 states that is road accessible. Check your zip code when selecting your delivery option for an estimated delivery date."
Nothing clearly communicated says delivery may take 2 to 6 months. Nothing. So, I'm left embarrassed having to explain to my daughter and her fiancé why they won't have their mattress set until after the wedding. The plan was to have it all set up when they got back from their wedding trip. My advice to others buying into this because of the Sealy reputation and name is to look to buy local or through a source that will sign a guarantee on delivery time. Who knows how long your money will be tied up with this company.

The pilot delivery woman and her son were very cordial, but they were very rough and in a hurry. Hence, they damaged a $1,500 night stand and knocked the plaster off of my doorway getting the mattress into my bedroom. The finish and wood is chipped on the nightstand, which is a custom made log wood. When I called to complain, they asked me to send pictures on the computer and they would investigate. I have no method of sending photos. Is there something you can do?

Hi, The overall process of ordering, and receiving was OK. But, I would say the softness isn't anything like I expected from a number 9. Compared to other mattresses I tried in stores, I would say this one would be more close to number 7, or 8. So, regarding the softness, it was a complete disappointment.

Please note that a brand new mattress is going to feel firmer at the beginning as it takes time for the materials within to break-in to it's intended comfort. We advise to allow 30-45 nights of constant use for the mattress to break into it's intended comfort and for your body to also adjust to the comfort of a brand new mattress.

The mattress I ordered took a while to receive as I needed a California King. Once received I love the mattress. I sleep so well without waking up with neck and back pain. I would recommend that the company list back order status on their items so customers are aware before ordering. I waited 4-5 months which was frustrating.

I've slept on the mattress for two nights and so far, so good. We have the same bed in our other home that's why I purchased it. The only thing that was a problem was the metal frame that the box spring sits on doesn't have the feet that protect the floor. I told the installers, "Can't you call to let them know that the feet didn't come with it?" They said, "We don't do that," so I called US-Mattress. They said they'll send a new one out so it's terrific. Everybody I've spoken to has been great. They did everything right. They even changed the delivery for me when I needed to.

I purchased the mattress back in January. And at that time, the salesman that I talked to did his job and sold me a mattress. But he also told me that the mattress would be manufactured in Willmar, Minnesota and then it would be shipped factory direct to me. I ended up with an estimated delivery date of February 22nd which was an outrageous timeframe for the mattress to be manufactured and shipped. So, I sat and waited. As it got closer to February 22nd, I got a phone call from a Reliant Global Logistics, the company that was supposed to ship the mattress. And they told me that they were sorry it was taking so long. That due to the weather in Texas, they were not shipping anything west of Michigan. It was odd that this mattress was made in Willmar, Minnesota and was supposed to be shipped factory direct. The weather in Texas should have no bearing on it.
It went from that to "We don't know where the mattress is." And the last I heard was somebody had apparently moved the mattress without a manifest and the mattress was lost. Then I started dealing with US-Mattress again. It ended up with customer service. And rather than take care of the customer, they went looking for the mattress. It took another week of dealing with Reliant Logistics to determine that the mattress was lost. Nobody knew where it was. Then they wanted to know if I wanted them to reorder the mattress and have a replacement, manufactured and ship it to me. I was very discouraged at the time but decided, we have already paid for it. I want this mattress. The mattress I was sleeping on was bothering my wife's back extremely bad. So I said, "Okay."
They manufactured the second mattress. I got a phone call from another logistics company saying that they wanted to deliver my mattress tomorrow. I thought it was quick. But I said, "Great," thinking maybe they found the old one and I would get that one. I could call and cancel the new one. We set things up, and the next day, the same shipping company called me and said, "We're sorry. Our system says it's here, but we can't find it." I said, "How could it get into your system if it's not there? Why would it be entered into your computer that it's there if it was not checked in and actually there?" They had no explanation. Again, that mattress has been deemed lost.
I had an estimated delivery date of March 22nd. As it got close, on March 18th, I was notified that the new mattress had been shipped. And at that time, I found out that all sorts of mattresses for US-Mattress are manufactured in Michigan. So, the salesman in the beginning gave me the wrong information. But from him misleading me there, to the customer service rep misleading me by trying to follow up and find the mattress, to ordering the new mattress and ending up talking to a supervisor, who told me the mattress was made in Michigan. I asked her, "How do you lose a queen size mattress?" And she said California Kings disappeared. She said one time, she lost a full semi load of mattresses. That's unimaginable for me. But they assured me that it had shipped on the 18th and gave me a tracking number for Pilot, a different shipping company they were using.
I tracked that mattress to Eagan, Minnesota on the 23rd and wondered why it wasn't showing up. But again, I called US-Mattress, talked to the person who ordered the new mattress. She's just a data entry person. She's not even in customer service. She helped me track this mattress to Eagan, where it was then supposed to be shipped from there up to Duluth. And then another carrier was supposed to bring it to me. They said, "They will call you on Friday or Monday."
I had an appointment time of 11:00 to 22:00. It was the 27th or 28th. It was a weekend in there, which I understand they don't work on the weekends. But five days later is when they would deliver this mattress. I was sitting here and waiting. And between 11:00 and 2:00, I didn't see a truck. At 3 o'clock, I called the company and said, "Where's your truck? You told me it would be here between 11:00 and 2:00." They didn't know. They had to figure out where he was at and get back to me. He came out of Duluth. And then the customer service rep from the trucking company called me back and said, "He's in Hibbing. So he should be there today". I said, "What do you mean should be? If he's coming out of Duluth and he's in Hibbing, he better be here today because Hibbing is only 20 minutes away." An hour and a half later, he finally showed up at my house with the mattress.
I told the customer service rep that they should look for more reliable shipping services. But they have multiple shipping companies and end up with the same issues with getting it here. The first one lost it, and the second one rubbed it way out. And the truck driver told me that he had over 200 places that he had to drop off and pick up 200 items to be able to drop off and pick up. My mattress happened to be the last thing scheduled on the truck. The shipping part wasn't US-Mattress's fault. It just added to the frustration.
But I was misled by US-Mattress right from the beginning all the way along. I somewhat understand the problems with the shipping. But I still I couldn't imagine losing a queen size mattress. My wife is very happy with the mattress, but it was a bad experience. Verify everything as you go along through the process so you don't end up with the problems that I had, as far as finding out where the mattress is actually being made.

I liked the type of sale that US-Mattress was having and I ended up purchasing the iComfort CF4000 with the adjustable base. The sales rep was wonderful and he went on and beyond for me. He answered all my questions and what he couldn't answer, he went and find out with the manager and got back to me on a very short time. Unfortunately, I was not ready to make the decision yet, so I told him that I would have to call them back. Then, I called back and I got another sales rep, which was a manager. He was okay, but he said some things that he was going to do that he never did. He never returned my phone calls and my emails. So, I had to call back and from there on, I made the purchase. But it was a very rocky ride after that.
So far, I'm happy with the bed and I'm getting a better night's sleep. But I would not recommend US-Mattress because of the delivery. I wish they could do something else with the delivery company that they utilized because I was left in a bind. They said my bed was going to be here in three weeks, so I had to get rid of the other bed. But it did not arrive here until a month and a half later, so I had to go purchase a temporary bed. The delivery team even got here with half of the bed frame, only with the footboard, and they were missing one piece. I refused the delivery at that time and I told them I was tired of waiting. I called US-Mattress and the customer service rep said the manager was going to call me back. But until today, no one has contacted me.
So, I called the delivery lady and she was very short and rude. She said she was just a third party and she had nothing to do with them. What they sent to her was what she sent to me. But she said that she was going to reach out to the other company. Then, she ended up calling me and said that she found a box there which she thought was what I was missing. So, apparently, she had the box there all that time and she sent it the next day. I had to make sure it was the correct one then I finally got the bed.
All in all, the customer service reps of US-Mattress were polite and nice but the don't know what they're doing. It also seems like there are so many people involved with too many questions, too many answers, and no one has the correct answer. And they go around and around. Plus, it takes two to three days for someone to contact you back, so I had to be calling them back. They were trying to be accommodating by giving me a discount for the inconvenience but sometimes, you don't want that and you just want your item to be delivered. So it was a very painful experience.

I was looking for a particular frame that would be delivered and brought into my home. I tried J.C. Penney first but they only drop off at the door. So, I went with US-Mattress. I had a great ordering experience, but when they delivered it, they gave me the wrong frame. So, I sent it back immediately and I had to go through getting another one. I don't know if it was the person who ordered it that wrote down the wrong one or if it was the company, because when I got my email, there was no way for me to tell if I got the right one. The emails they send could be more explicit. I also told them 500 times that I needed a divided base and they still sent me the split base. Also, I paid for a divided frame and the split cost more.
Aside from that, the first delivery took over a month, maybe because of COVID, but it was a long time. Then the second one took about three weeks. I also had trouble with this delivery because US-Mattress said they wouldn't deliver inside due to COVID restrictions. But the first time, they did it with no problem. Finally, I got all that worked out and they did what I wanted. The delivery guys were great, too. All in all, the reps at US-Mattress are nice and they work things out for you. I got my frame now, so I'm happy.

Should probably wait 30 days for a review. Delivery of mattress was smooth (3 hours late, no big deal) but it was hard as a rock. Unable to sleep on it, relegated to guest room. Put a topper on it. We’ll see if softens up after 30 days otherwise we will be returning it.

I had a Chattam & Wells mattress 20 years ago and I wanted another one. US-Mattress was the only place I could find a Chattam & Wells. The sales people and the delivery were great. However, the tufts are deep. You sink down far into the mattess. It almost feels like you’re in a sinkhole. It’s gonna take a little getting used to. Other than that, everything was great. I would recommend US-Mattress.

When not lying on your mattress, if there are body impressions of 1.5" or greater, this would be considered a manufacturing defect that would give you the option to replace out at no additional charge within the first year from delivery or $175 shipping fees beyond the first year. That would include production of new mattress, shipping and delivery of that mattress and removal of the original mattress.

They kept me in the loop and very professional. Everything went really well with the delivery. The people that delivered were very nice. We ended up getting a three-inch gel topper for the mattress because the puffy areas felt kind of bumpy. Other than that, everything was great.

I bought a queen and a double bed. They were gifts to my son. I told one guy to hold the mattress until I called to send them and when I called to tell him to send it, he said it was gonna be three weeks. But the secretary in the office got it to us in four days. I told another rep to hold it until I let them know. My son was getting a divorce and we didn't want the beds being sent to where he lived until he moved out. They sent the bed anyway to where he still lived. So, they could have been more accurate in listening because I spoke to them for quite a length. So, I don't know where they didn't follow the instructions. But that's water down the bridge because he's out of the house now and has his mattresses. The reps were friendly people but the inaccuracy of the delivery was the biggest problem.

I went around to the store here, and I checked some mattresses out in person. I tried this Beautyrest out. So, I ended up getting a Beautyrest. But for the price, it’s not what I expected. A week after it was delivered, I laid on my bed and I noticed that it's slightly lower on one side, and that's from the body weight. And I noticed that it’s lower than the other side that I haven’t even slept on. It wasn't like that at first. But then, it's like it's sinking in.
US-Mattress has high-end of the same thing, the middle-end, and the lower-end. If you look at some mattresses, like my first one which was the Cooper Pillowtop IV Mountain, it had Mountain on it, but it was definitely not that Cooper IV. It didn’t have the IV on there. Also, on US-Mattress' website, they have Cooper Mountain but it didn't have the IV. I expected for that to be on the tag. Because when I ordered, I said, “I expect to see what I'm seeing on the website.” It was supposed to be in the label somewhere and into the mattress itself. But it was not there.
It was the same way with the Beautyrest. In the store, Beautyrest has this Beautyrest label on it at the foot of the bed and it's stitched into the mattress itself. I expected that too. That was not sewn. They have Beautyrest on the tag, sewn on the little coil part on it. But just a white, paper tag. But the label itself is not on there, sewn into it like I saw in the store to be the same, identical mattress. It felt like a cheaper version than the one that is in the store. I would recommend friends to US-Mattress, but I have to tell them to make sure they are getting what they are paying for.

My wife and I had to go to the local mattress store to figure out what mattress we wanted. Once we figured out what worked for her best, we looked around for good deals. The salesperson at US-Mattress did a really good job. Originally, we were going for a California King but decided to switch to a Regular King. However, I'm dissatisfied because we haven't finished the order yet. The mattress hasn't arrived yet. I reached out to our salesperson two weeks ago to ask him about it. He said, "They might be delayed with the mattress. Give it another week." I waited till beginning this week and I wrote them up again trying to get updates. We had no update yet and they're gonna reach out to me sometime next week, hopefully, to figure out what happened.
With all the winter storms and things going on right now, I understand where the problem is. The good news is we did have to do some work in our bedroom to get the new stuff set up. We ended up being behind on that because my wife injured her wrist. We are still trying to catch up on cleaning up our bedroom enough to get the new stuff in so it's kind of nice it got delayed a little bit. US-Mattress did a really good job with the order and I was very happy with that piece.

I was looking for a certain bed. I typed it into Google and US-Mattress came up. I called them because I assumed it would be a 24/7 number. They didn't answer and the first thing the next morning, I got a call from them. I thought that was really creepy. If I wanted a call back, I would have left a message. The rep and I talked and he kept telling me it was the lowest price he could give. Every time I say, "I'm gonna go now", he would say he could go lower. I ended up buying the mattress over the phone which kind of irritated me. I didn't want to buy it over the phone because I didn't want to spell my name, email and street. As he was telling me what price he could give me, I determined I could get the same price online. When I said I was gonna go buy it online, he said he wouldn't get his commission. I thought, "What do I care?" But I felt bad so I placed the order with him.
He told me I would have it by Valentine's Day. A couple weeks later, he called me and and asked, "Hey, what did you decide on that mattress?" I said, "You mean the one that you sold me on January 3rd?" He was completely clueless that I bought it and that kind of irritated me. He was not keeping notes that I bought the bed from him. It is really poor when somebody calls you to check in on something you already bought. Then I kept getting emails that said it was going to be delayed due to covid. Any sales experience like that is too much. I just want to buy it and be done. It'll show up when it shows up and that's the end. But as it turned out, it came two weeks early so it was a good experience. I would recommend US-Mattress to anybody because I got a good price and the bed is good.

The sales rep was good. The delivery team called me the day before the delivery, the morning of and when they were 10 minutes away. The mattress is really good compared to what the other one was.

We got a Beautyrest queen-sized bed from US-Mattress. Mattress and boxspring. I wonder about the warranty part of it. Rebecca said that we have four months to return the bed if we need to or want to for whatever reason. I don’t understand how that works. But she was a wonderful person.

I really thought I found an excellent company to work with; however, in the end I just had hours of my time wasted and a negative impression left by US-Mattress. I typically purchase premium-brand, clearance mattresses from truckload liquidators and have great experiences with that -- the only issue for me is that I have to drive a couple of hours to pick them up, which is inconvenient but not a big deal. I didn't really want to do that and so started looking at local mattress places and then yesterday I found US-Mattress and saw they have a great selection of clearance items at very reasonable prices. I engaged with an agent there, Jerad, and he was very nice and friendly and answered all my questions. I spent a considerable amount of time looking through the website and the various options they had and finally picked one I was ready to move forward with.
I also needed to purchase at least two other retail mattresses but I needed to speak with an agent about it because those would come too soon and I needed them to be delayed by a few days. During this interaction the agent informed me that I wouldn't be able to put the clearance mattress on my Synchrony card - because clearance items are not eligible for financing. I have never had this issue with any other merchant before. I almost purchased a clearance mattress from Mattress Firm yesterday on my Synchrony card and it was no issue there.
The agent went on to explain that they have to pay Synchrony too much money and that was the reason. I completely understand that -- I am well aware of how Synchrony works and the fees that merchants have to pay them, based on the deferred or the no interest options. The issue I have is that should be factored into your cost of selling the item.
It's a poor business decision and really inconvenient that you would make me pay for part of my order on my debit card and part of my order on my Synchrony card. I even know some retailers that will pass on the cost from Synchrony directly to the customer if they are requesting one of the no interest timeframes that is outside what they normally offer. While I don't think that is a great idea, it's definitely better than flat out refusing. I'm disappointed that it didn't work out and will most likely end up driving a couple of hours to get my mattresses. Despite being very frustrated and dissatisfied, I did give 2 stars because both agents I spoke to were nice, professional, and seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Compared prices with Macy's and JC Penny, and you were the lowest. Really hoping the delivery experience is great as well. The selection was almost overwhelming, but I liked the resources made available for research. Your compare screen could use some reprogramming.. I hate the side scroll.

I have owned this mattress for 45 days and it sinks on the right side and left side already. It is uncomfortable because you are not even and we wake up sore in the morning. US Mattress does nothing direct for unhappy customers regarding product and just sends you to manufacture warranty department. You should just buy direct from manufacture or go to store that backs up the product they sell directly.

Comparing mattresses online can be a daunting task, but the chat support I received from Jerad was informed and helpful. I compared several mattresses and asked many questions, and he gave thoughtful responses and was very patient. My review has nothing to do with the product as I have yet to receive. Ordered on 8/30/2020 Promised delivery 10/7/2020. Today is 11/16/2020 have been told it was shipped and cancelled 4xs & I have paid for this product in full. I have several correspondence with customer service but have been told lies each time. I purchased from them because of their online reviews and not enough people tell the other side of things enough. I have held off from going online to pronounce my experience but have had enough. As of last Tuesday they promised to change the order and send in. Today I just called again as nothing promised to reflect changes have been updated on my account and the order still has not been placed. Mind you I just shelled out $2500 for this purchase.

The reason for this is that some of the material required for mattress production is being exhausted by production plants that manufacture and produce Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Those production plants are taking precedence over all other manufacturers that require those materials right now.
Because of this, many retail stores are experiencing the same kinds of issues we are. If you go to the review boards of most retail stores, you will read similar experiences. This is not an issue restricted to US-Mattress.com.

1. BREACH OF CONTRACT. US Mattress attempted to deliver a torn and defaced mattress to my house. I sent it back. Even the delivery people advised me not to accept it.
2. FRAUD: US Mattress' Customer Service rep assured me over the phone on a recorded line that my credit card would not be charged until I received what I had ordered and in good shape. This was a lie; my credit card was charged shortly after I had placed the order. I had to call my credit card company to dispute and remove the hefty charge.
3. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. After the originally sent mattress was returned because it was damaged pre-delivery, US Mattress should have expedited sending me a replacement one; instead "Customer Service" refused any such service, citing company "policy".
4. Poor packaging for shipment. The mattress in the delivery van was just laying against the interior wall of the delivery truck. No protection except for a flimsy thin plastic that was also torn.
As a result of all of the foregoing, I plan to share my above experiences with other potential buyers of products from US Mattress as a mater of civic duty to protect other potential buyers.
We do apologize for the issues with the damaged mattress! This transferred directly from the manufacturing plant to the delivery agent that services your area. From time to time damage does occur. We do apologize that this happened and any inconvenience this caused for you. According to the records, we did set up a full refund for you.
In terms of the second part, we do apologize if you were told that you would not be charged until after delivery. That is not policy and has never been policy. Like most other online retail stores, we have to charge up front as the manufacturers require the cost to be paid up front, prior to production. This will be sent up for further review as the sales representative who assisted you should not be guaranteeing payment will not be charged until after delivery. Again, we are very sorry for any misleading information you were given.

I ordered a mattress 9/8/20 and have yet to receive it 10/26/20. I completely understand that covid has impacted the world. The staff at US Mattress have been helpful but I think my issue is with the manufacturer. From the beginning I was given an arrival date of 10/6 to 10/16. That has updated to 10/20 to 10/30. Today is 10/26 and I still don't know when this mattress that I purchased 7wks ago will ship. I was informed that it would ship this past Fri 10/23 and I would be able to see the update today 10/26. This has not happened, have not received any updates. I am extremely frustrated, again not w/ US Mattress, the manufacturer. Not sure what else to do at this point except to continue to wait and sleep uncomfortably every night.

It is easy to point fingers of blame, which we are not going to do. Ultimately, we provide estimated shipping dates on our website to try to help our customers in their decision-making. Those estimates are based on production lead times that are provided to us by the manufacturers. Those production lead times are then based on when they expect to receive the necessary materials from THEIR vendors. Due to material shortages all the way down to the end of the line, this is making it very difficult for everyone involved.

I purchased this mattress on Aug 8 and the delivery date was supposed to be between 9/7-9/9. I received emails of how the mattress is entering the final stage of production and I should be getting delivery of it soon. A week later (9/17), I call after not receiving any more updates and the customer service says that my mattress has not even started the production process. I've received 4 emails saying "order will be delayed in production by 5-7 days" and after over a month of the original delivery date I still do not have my mattress. What's the point of having a delivery date if the company can't even stand by it? If you are looking for a mattress to buy I would steer clear from US-Mattress.

I ordered Beautyrest Phillipsburg III Extra Firm from US-Mattress in early August. It was scheduled to deliver by early September. Keeping receiving auto-generated emails saying the order will be delayed by 5-7 days. I called the customer service couple times, always got the same answer "Simmons got production issue", and when I asked about average delivery time these days, they shy away and tell me to be patient. This is ridiculous, how could any company tell its customers to be patient when they failed the promise??? I still haven't received my order, I start to doubt the business is a fraud...

Placed an order on July 12, 2020 (King Simmons Beautyrest Hybrid Level 1 BRX1000-IP Medium 13.5 Inch Mattress). The initial delivery date was Aug 10-12. Received an email on Aug 11 that the mattress will be delayed by 5-7 days. On Aug 14, I receive an email that my mattress has shipped and given a tracking link. The tracking has been stuck on "waiting for item to arrive at local hub". I have contacted a rep from US Mattress 2 times and both times given a generic message that there is no expected ship date due to a shortage of raw materials, which implies the mattress has not been made... I understand that might be the case, but why confirm the item was shipped on Aug. 14. So has the mattress been made but not shipped or just not made. I have not been given an estimated time and just expected to wait indefinitely. Terrible experience. P.S. Why would you have a sale if you can't deliver the goods?
