When I ordered the mattress, the rep said they had it in stock, but it would be about two weeks before they delivered it. I waited three weeks and called. He said it got delayed, so it would be another six weeks and then after that, it was another week. Also, when I was calling to check on them, it was like they got caller ID. I don’t know if he knew who I was or not and he wouldn’t answer the phone. I would wait a few hours and then call back. Then he’d say he knew I called the day before and that he was just about to call me. He did that twice and I was upset at that. But I'm glad to have my mattress because I’ve been waiting forever.

The purchase of it took longer than I wanted or expected, but it was mainly on me because I got the mattress and a bunch of other stuff. Also, it was a little more than I had anticipated spending. Other than those, the delivery was on time and it was a simple process.

I had a good experience with US-Mattress and with their service. The salespeople listened and discussed a lot of the options. The delivery guys were nice and they got everything done. But I’m somewhat disappointed because my wife can't get in. The mattress is a lot thicker. Also, the mattress seems like it's sagging on one side. I measured and one side is about an inch lower. I might ask them to come back and see if they can set it lower.

It was a wonderful experience. They were easy and pleasant to work with. Everyone was so professional, friendly, helpful, patient, knowledgeable, accommodating, etc. I shopped out of town…I live in another state. We are so happy, and we would definitely use them again.

Order placed almost 3 months ago for hey mattress and two pillows. I received the mattress and one pillow, the other pillow was backordered which I found out from Blu Sleep Products. When I inquired about the backorder through Blu Sleep Products, they told me that U. S. Mattress had canceled the pillow order, however they never contacted me to tell me this. When I call my sales person, David, he was extremely helpful in trying to track things down. U.S. mattress had indeed canceled the pillow and did not notify me nor did they reorder. It has been two and a half months, and I still do not have the pillow. There has been much back-and-forth via David and him contacting customer service for me. I will contact them on Monday, and ask for a refund for the pillow. My salesperson, David, has been helpful, but the actual customer service department is terrible, space there for the one-star rating. I would give David a 5 + star rating.

Our experience with our salesperson was great. When we read the receipt it stated that in Michigan there is no sales tax on bedding. In fact, there was. We received an email the day before delivery was due saying that the delivery would be 2 weeks later. In fact, the mattress was delivered the day it was due. This kind of miscommunication should be cleared up.

The bed is a good bed, but the frame arrived with glides, not wheels, even though I had ordered one with wheels. I phoned the store and was told there were no frames with wheels even though I had ordered one (and all the display models in the store have them). The bed is now assembled and immovable, and I have registered my complaint with the store. I will have to buy another frame at another store in order to get one with wheels, and then I will have to dismantle the bed in order to remove the old frame and insert the new one. This is a lot of bother. I gather I have no recourse except to complain, and I will have to remedy the situation by myself. I live alone and am in my nineties, so it won't be easy.

Bed is just how I like it, nice and firm. Talked to a woman the phone, was going to order #1 firmness, she recommended I get the #2 and gave me a deal on the adjustable frame and she was right. I think my back feels better already after 1 night.

I purchased a king and crib mattress through Lucas! He was extremely helpful and I couldn’t be happier with my mattress! They delivered it straight to my apartment and carried it up a flight of stairs and I didn’t have to lift a thing.

Josh did a great job explaining and showing us the different types of mattresses and spent a great deal of time with us. We also got a great deal on the mattress we wanted. I would suggest seeing Josh anytime you are in the market for a new bed or bedding.

After spending numerous sleepless nights and waking up in the morning feeling like crap, my wife and I decided to “take the plunge”, and make a big investment for our sanity. The time had come to go shopping for a new mattress. With so many options on the market, the experience can be very exciting, but at the same time, it can quickly start to feel overwhelming. This is why I would like to commend Olivia, who was not only very patient with us, but also demonstrated to be very knowledgeable about mattresses AND motion bases.
OMG….the ‘zero gravity’ setting in the motion base is amazing! My wife and I asked ourselves “how could we live without a motion base for so long?” Undoubtedly our investment will pay off dividends every night for a long time. Yes, a happy wife means a happy life. LOL. Thank you Olivia for assisting us and ensuring a positive customer experience.

I had a great experience with US Mattress Birmingham. It was about 9 years ago that I bought a mattress from Gardner White so that was the first place I looked. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience this time around and I felt the salesperson was pushing me to buy higher than my price range. I left disappointed and discouraged but went to US Mattress the next morning. I had a great experience and most importantly I get heard from the US mattress salesman. He had great recommendations and gave me my space while deciding what I wanted. Overall I ended up buying my mattress that day and I am so glad. I felt good giving my business to someone who deserved it and was not pushy.

Mattress arrived in timely manner. Shopping was easy. Changing order from low profile box, to regular box took 3 days, and several long phone calls. Our grandson loves his mattress. This is the sixth mattress we have ordered. We have been very satisfied, overall.

We were not made aware of the high fees you charge even during the trial period. They were only brought up when we mentioned a return or exchange. Knowing ahead of time might of changed our mind on the purchase. We exchanged a box spring for a cost of almost 200.00 during the 30 day trial period. Not much of a trial period!!!!
We are very sorry for any issues you experienced with your order. All of our policies are under the Customer Center at the bottom of every page. You actually have 120 nights to exchange but you must sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before being eligible to exchange. Since you were exchanging a box spring you did not need to wait the 30 days. Please let us know if there is anything further we can assist you with.

Had a nice experience in store. When mattress arrived it looked and felt totally different from the one in the store. I immediately went back and told my salesman. He said give it a few days to loosen up. I gave it a week. It was awful. Went back and just wanted a new one but you need to wait 30 days! I called Customer Service, Nancy, the agent told me to “get some small children to jump on it”. I said I have no small kids she responded that perhaps I could hire some??? I begged her to just waive the 30 days, I was willing to pay the fees! Her remaining comments were just as bad and insulting. She thought 2 weeks was fair. Fair to who?! Awful experience and NEVER, EVER again will I do business with US Mattress.
We are VERY sorry for any issues you have experienced with your order! The 30 Nights are there to try and save you money. We would hate for you to initiate an exchange only to find the mattress actually does suit you and your body as well as the mattress just needed to adjust to one another. Mattresses take 30-40 days to completely adjust. The reason the "small children" was referenced is that if you can have someone or yourself walk on the bed (or crawl with your knees) it can shorten this adjustment period. Easy to deal with. Arrived within the time they said. Easy step by step setup. Only had mattress one night. They could have asked if I would like to get new pillows and sheets but maybe it’s not what they sell. If this works out good for me I will maybe get a new one for the wife.

I purchased my first mattress for the first time with the Ferndale US Mattress location and was completely surprised with how simple the process was. I was able to get financed, get my mattress delivered, and finish the paperwork in a matter of days. I am now sleeping happily on my new bed.

This is the third mattress we've purchased from US Mattress. The quality, service and delivery are the best. I must have a very firm mattress for lower back support. The mattress are always high quality. When the time comes I will buy my next mattress from them.

The sales consultant Gerald was incredibly professional, informative, and helpful. I had the opportunity to test the mattress while in the store. The gentlemen who installed the bed were prompt, professional, and removed my previous mattress in a seamless manner. This was a wonderful customer experience!

I have ordered two mattresses from the store and somehow the credit card didn't go through after many times. I decided to come home and later I checked my card the payment went through. Didn't get any call or notice from the store so I called ask for the refund. The manager said OK she will talk to the company, and I also left an email at the customer service but guess what I still haven't got any feedback but instead they sent me the mattresses and the store manager says that I have to talk to the company which they never even answer the phone. So, they just charged me even I didn't agree with it... and just sent me the product which I didn't want.

I picked this mattress because it was the opposite of one that was at mattress firm. I bought thinking it was pillow soft but it's too firm. I tried for 30 days but I think I'm gonna request new but good service. Sales rep was excellent.

Our mattress buying experience was excellent. Hayden ** was very knowledgeable, helpful, easy to deal with, and friendly. We had looked at other stores and never felt as if they cared whether we bought or not. Hayden was always warm and considerate, and took a lot of time with us. Exceptional friendly customer service! Mr. Robert ** made us feel like family and addressed all of our concerns from price to comfort to health concerns. The delivery was punctual & efficient. They were respectful of our home and they set up the base with ease. They removed the old mattress and were out in less than 30 minutes. There was not one piece of packaging left behind. Very nice!
