Return impossible due to MVMT's own broken system – weeks of delay, no refund. I placed an order with MVMT and attempted to return the items within the return window. When I created the return label via their website, it turned out to be completely non-functional: it cannot be sent by email and cannot be printed. I have contacted MVMT customer support multiple times over several weeks. Each time I receive a polite but empty response telling me their team is "actively working on a resolution" and that they will "circle back" – with no concrete date, no workaround, and no refund. In their last response, MVMT's support agent even confirmed this is a widespread issue affecting multiple customers. Yet weeks later, there is still no fix and no alternative solution offered.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this watch company. Everything about this process has been frustrating from start to finish. Their customer service is beyond awful—slow, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of legitimate concerns. Their shipping policy is misleading at best. What they advertise is not what they actually deliver. I waited far longer than promised, and when I reached out for help, I got vague responses and zero accountability. Even when trying to resolve the issue, they refused to make it right in any meaningful way. It honestly feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. Between the delays, lack of transparency, and poor communication, I would never order from them again. Save yourself the headache and buy from a company that actually values its customers.

BUYER BEWARE!! The Good: The watch "appears" beautiful from the outside. The Bad: After a relatively short amount of time owning the MVMT watch it has become compromised caused by a manufacturer defect. Due to this it has given a large foggy circle under the glass. The watch has never been exposed to any extreme or unnatural elements. After contacting the customer service of MVMT I was met with "Please read the warranty." "Nobody's perfect." "We can't impress everybody." "We will try and (do) better next time." And a myriad of other pedestrian language responses. The lack of grammar and professionalism was no doubt on par with the quality of MVMT. Add to which, they possessed the audacity in offering me a 20% discount on another MVMT purchase. I literally wouldn't wear their brand for Free.

Have lost 2 bracelets due to poor craftmanship with the clasp and both different styles. It is not a secure closure and releases and falls off easily. Not worth the $$. I bought the chunky padlock and modern chain bracelet, both fell off while wearing them and they were GONE. While the style is nice looking the quality of the clasp is poor. Like throwing money out the door.

They took my order which wasn't even clear it went through... They sent me an order confirmation in 20 minutes through Amazon, and when I called to tell them I needed overnight delivery since I am leaving the country in 4 days that was not offered by Amazon I was told they could not accommodate me and that I had only 15 minutes from the time of the order to cancel, but I didn't receive the order confirmation for 20 minutes and called them immediately... If you look up the word "scam" in the dictionary, this transaction is likely to show up..

$500 order made. I'm repeat client x4 years. This order tracking showed "damaged & returned to sender" before I ever received. MVMT didnt receive. Their only solution was for me to place another order.

Don’t waste your money! There are many other trusted brands with significantly better quality for barely more money with research. I bought a MVMT watch with the general understanding that it was more of a fashion brand watch, but given the price point thought it would be a slight upgrade in quality. Nope! I got the Rise Mini in Gold/Silver and on the 3rd wear I noticed a huge scratch on the glass. I only wore it to business meetings so any bumps would have been minor and should not have caused such damage. I emailed customer service and they initially said it wasn’t covered under warranty. After requesting an escalation, they ended up sending me just the glass to have replaced on my own dime.

Great looking watch… but 2 of the hour tabs fell off and were floating in the watch. I asked if they had a repair service (that I was willing to pay for) and since I had it for over 2 yrs they said they can’t help me.

Hour metal lines suddenly fell off, shaking throughout the watch. I have been a part-time jeweler for a decade. Next thing I know, the mineral (not sapphire), shatters. No recourse except 20% off next order, which means nothing when I can get 15% off for signing up with another email not to mention, after Movado bought MVMT, their prices doubled. Customer service was unprecedented as lack of care or continuing purchasing. WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO MOVE ON TO A MOVADO AND SPEND THE EXTRA CASH.

I placed an order for a watch. Somehow, the shipping address for my watch was changed from my address to an odd street in my town I have never heard of and no house number. Odd because my billing address was correct. When I reached out to the company they told me this was a "glitch in their system, that happens sometimes" and there was nothing they could to correct the shipping address and to contact UPS. I contacted UPS as they advised and UPS advised me that the package was restricted so only the sender could update the shipping information.
