The very first time I ever heard about Solomon Brothers was on The Bert Show, which sounds crazy. This was probably 10 years ago. I had looked online but I'd never even been to one of their stores until this past November. My husband and I went in because of our 32-year anniversary and he was going to get me a new upgraded wedding ring. Daniel, a manager in the Alpharetta store, was great. He took a lot of time with us. He was very knowledgeable, professional and had a good personality. He was a very fun guy as well. It was very welcoming in the store and they offered drinks and snacks. It was a great experience and I want to add another band to my ring, eventually. I tell people to go to Solomon Brothers now that I've had the experience. The price is good compared to several other jewelry stores we had gone to and we got better quality.

I went to school in Atlanta so I had some idea about Solomon Brothers. They don't have them in Orlando, but I figured I would get a better deal if I go with them and they would be easier to work with. People are very deceptive in Florida, so you can't really trust what you buy. I bought our wedding ring from Solomon Brothers and it was a very positive experience. Gigi did a wonderful job. I was a little confused between three kind of diamonds I was looking for. She ensured that I was satisfied with what I was purchasing and what looks good on my finger.

She answered every question I had. I'm an easy customer, so I didn't have too many huge requests, but I was looking for a specific style of ring that my wife wanted. They had it, so it worked out. Everything was good. The ring was exactly what my wife wanted and she loves it.

Price-wise, they're in the same range as a lot of retail jewelers and when I first got there, they asked, “What's your price range? What are you trying to spend?”

After going on their website, I decided to take a look at them to see what they had to offer and what the experience would be like. The experience was really good from the elevated office and store. Not being on the level storefront felt more secure, private, and intimate. They were offering beverages once we arrived. The shopping and selection process was seamless in transition and there was quite a bit of follow-up.

I went to Solomon Brothers for my fiancée when we were getting engaged, and it was generally a good experience. They made it pretty painless and straightforward. Mike was our sales associate, and he was very helpful. They have really high-quality stuff. It was expensive though.

We also got them to redesign a ring. We really like them. They are responsive for the most part, and they seem to be able to do more than just sell what's in their case. They're working on a specialized necklace for us right now, and I need to call and find out if it’s ready. Our experience has been very good and I would tell people to give them a shot.
