Back in the 1980s, I used to see about a two-inch ad for Solomon Brothers in the Atlanta Journal Constitution and when I went to their office on the 17th floor, I thought they offered a great deal. Then they had a customer for life. I bought something there that I had to take back and they took it back without any questions. They ended up building the new store down here near my home, right outside Peachtree Street in Sharpsburg. So, I no longer have to drive to Buckhead. But the exceptional variety was the same. They used to have exceptional pricing as well.

Solomon Brothers is very well-known here in Atlanta. A lot of my friends and relatives go to them. Purchasing from the company was good. They're very nice and knowledgeable about what they're showing you. It was nice for me because my husband bought me a bunch of jewelry. It's really nice jewelry. If you go to Tiffany or David Yurman, it's way more expensive because it's a brand. At Solomon Brothers, they're charging you more for the actual piece and not just the name. One thing I did not like is when I went back to resize my ring, they wanted to charge me $175 for it. I was like, "This should be complimentary for the rest of the existence of the ring." It was a very expensive ring. I can buy a car with the ring. They should have done it for free. I think that is not good customer service. I went to David Yurman to resize a ring that I didn't even purchase in the store and they did it for free.

My experience with Solomon Brothers was good. Recently, I went there trying to find something for my wife, and the experience was easy and smooth. I've used them twice in over a 10-year span. I like the prices, and the experience the first time was good enough for the engagement ring. When I proposed in 2015, I worked with Nate. He was very good and stayed within budget. He explained how pricing works and didn't try to oversell me. I was looking at things that were more expensive, and he showed me things that could bring down my cost. Nate was great in helping me make a final decision. He helped me find better, bigger diamonds that are different types of cuts but have similar look as the one I was looking for and could cut the price pretty considerably. He didn't try to point me into the most expensive direction. Solomon Brothers is helpful, caring, and customer-focused.

The very first time I ever heard about Solomon Brothers was on The Bert Show, which sounds crazy. This was probably 10 years ago. I had looked online but I'd never even been to one of their stores until this past November. My husband and I went in because of our 32-year anniversary and he was going to get me a new upgraded wedding ring. Daniel, a manager in the Alpharetta store, was great. He took a lot of time with us. He was very knowledgeable, professional and had a good personality. He was a very fun guy as well. It was very welcoming in the store and they offered drinks and snacks. It was a great experience and I want to add another band to my ring, eventually. I tell people to go to Solomon Brothers now that I've had the experience. The price is good compared to several other jewelry stores we had gone to and we got better quality.

I went to school in Atlanta so I had some idea about Solomon Brothers. They don't have them in Orlando, but I figured I would get a better deal if I go with them and they would be easier to work with. People are very deceptive in Florida, so you can't really trust what you buy. I bought our wedding ring from Solomon Brothers and it was a very positive experience. Gigi did a wonderful job. I was a little confused between three kind of diamonds I was looking for. She ensured that I was satisfied with what I was purchasing and what looks good on my finger.

I've grown up in the Atlanta area. I listen to the radio, and I'd always heard about Solomon Brothers through radio ads. When my girlfriend (now my wife) and I first went in, we were blown away by the service. We went to the Buckhead location and our salesperson, Hannah, was fantastic. She walked us through the process. I've never bought jewelry before and I was not informed at all, but she helped me to be somewhat informed, and that was great. From that experience on, we told ourselves Solomon Brothers would be our only jeweler. I've recommended them to several people as well. The selection of jewelry stands out and their jewelry is very well made. When we went in, my wife thought she knew what she wanted. She tried on a bunch of rings, and she ended up loving something else.

Solomon Brothers was recommended by a friend, and they have good reputation around town. I started using them and I've had positive experience with them as well. They are very helpful in the buying process. I'm not super knowledgeable in buying women’s jewelry, but it worked out. I'm very satisfied with the quality of their product. I recently bought a gift which they had on hand and the recipient liked it.

The customer service at Solomon Brothers was unbelievable. Their selection was great. I got the piece that they had available on the floor. I love it. I'm 100% satisfied.

My experience with Solomon Brothers was seamless. We had a few meetings before I purchased the ring, which was great. I worked with Ellen, and she was really good. They made me feel very welcome while I was there. They made sure not to be very pushy. It was on my time, which I really liked. The ring is expensive, but it's beautiful.
