I heard about Solomon Brothers from a Falcons' radio ad. They were a sponsor of the Falcons and I always knew the name because of that. After googling it, I decided to pay them a visit. We had a good experience shopping there, so we decided to buy from them. The reps were very informative and they've been very professional. They made it easy for somebody that knew almost nothing about engagement rings. Our girl, Hannah, was very helpful and she distinguished between lab-grown and natural. She gave us really good options. It was very turnkey and seamless.

Solomon Brothers opened a store here in Peachtree City. When I lost the stone to my wedding engagement ring, I asked around what people thought of local jewelers, and several people that I knew recommended Solomon Brothers. Lou was wonderful. He was very thoughtful of what I was doing. He was very open because I had the option to see stones from another jeweler through the insurance claim, and he was more than willing to look at those stones with me and compare them to the stones that he was able to find, and never pressured me to feel like I had to pick his stones. He just shared his knowledge. So, I felt good about the experience.

I've grown up in the Atlanta area. I listen to the radio, and I'd always heard about Solomon Brothers through radio ads. When my girlfriend (now my wife) and I first went in, we were blown away by the service. We went to the Buckhead location and our salesperson, Hannah, was fantastic. She walked us through the process. I've never bought jewelry before and I was not informed at all, but she helped me to be somewhat informed, and that was great. From that experience on, we told ourselves Solomon Brothers would be our only jeweler. I've recommended them to several people as well. The selection of jewelry stands out and their jewelry is very well made. When we went in, my wife thought she knew what she wanted. She tried on a bunch of rings, and she ended up loving something else.

Back in the 1980s, I used to see about a two-inch ad for Solomon Brothers in the Atlanta Journal Constitution and when I went to their office on the 17th floor, I thought they offered a great deal. Then they had a customer for life. I bought something there that I had to take back and they took it back without any questions. They ended up building the new store down here near my home, right outside Peachtree Street in Sharpsburg. So, I no longer have to drive to Buckhead. But the exceptional variety was the same. They used to have exceptional pricing as well.

Solomon Brothers is very well-known here in Atlanta. A lot of my friends and relatives go to them. Purchasing from the company was good. They're very nice and knowledgeable about what they're showing you. It was nice for me because my husband bought me a bunch of jewelry. It's really nice jewelry. If you go to Tiffany or David Yurman, it's way more expensive because it's a brand. At Solomon Brothers, they're charging you more for the actual piece and not just the name. One thing I did not like is when I went back to resize my ring, they wanted to charge me $175 for it. I was like, "This should be complimentary for the rest of the existence of the ring." It was a very expensive ring. I can buy a car with the ring. They should have done it for free. I think that is not good customer service. I went to David Yurman to resize a ring that I didn't even purchase in the store and they did it for free.

I wish Solomon Brothers would offer me money. I had them take it off the price of the stone. But it was very pleasant dealing with the people. It was a good experience.

Solomon Brothers is awesome. We do love them, so I will give them great scores. I was impressed with the knowledge of the person we were working with and also with the inventory. They had a good supply. Solomon Brothers has some very expert people and they do good repairs as well.

He explained how pricing works and didn't try to oversell me. I was looking at things that were more expensive, and he showed me things that could bring down my cost. Nate was great in helping me make a final decision. He helped me find better, bigger diamonds that are different types of cuts but have similar look as the one I was looking for and could cut the price pretty considerably. He didn't try to point me into the most expensive direction. Solomon Brothers is helpful, caring, and customer-focused.

We like the consistency of Solomon Brothers and my family has used them for years. The purchase experience was good but the rendering process was not the best. We went in and told the reps exactly what we wanted. They sent me a rendering, but it was nothing that I'd ever even mentioned before. They clarified that and said they would send me another rendering in about three days. They sent a second rendering, but it was the exact same rendering as the first one. So, that was very frustrating. They clarified that again and sent me another rendering in a week, and it was correct. So, I ordered the ring, got it, paid and proposed. But the ring was two sizes too big. So, I had to take it back last week and get it resized. We originally said a five but it fits like a six and a half because it had the pillowing on the inside of the ring.
