Beautiful watch and timeless design! Looks really expensive, the materials are of great quality and I absolutely love the attention to the details! Would definitely recommend, great value for money! MVMT never disappoints!

I bought a watch and ring. First you may think you're getting a great deal at $100.00 but the watches are worth retail $25-$29. They put them in boxes that are more expensive than the watches. I want to return. 1. Sent 3 emails. No return of email. 2. Tried their chat button, doesn’t work. Unfortunately will have to dispute with credit card but I assume their business model is that most people will just keep the watch for $100 and forget about it. Not me! I refuse to get ripped off by fancy marketing that makes a product appear better than it is.

My debit card was stolen from me and someone made a purchase using my credentials on their website and I was quickly met with fast support. My email regarding the matter was met with speedy assistance and so far my order has been cancelled as promised. Still awaiting my actual refund, but if I don't make an update saying I didn't get it: I was properly refunded. Though I do not know of the quality of their products, the quality of their support was nonetheless very valuable.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and when they arrived they were all bent up and warped; clearly was MVMT and not the post office as the box they were shipped in was in perfect condition. They sent a replacement pair but they were all bent up also. They sent a third replacement pair but it was the wrong pair and incredibly small; almost seemed like the kids version of the pair I ordered. They would not connect me with a supervisor when I asked and were very unhelpful and insincere in their apologies. I got the same first paragraph from each apology email. It is clearly just a template and they didn't seem to care. Do not buy anything from MVMT as the product is cheap and the customer service is even worse.

During the watch's short life span, I found a few problems with it; the first being that even after having the batteries replaced that came with the watch, it would never keep time properly. After 2 months of having the watch, I found that the minute hand was loose and within a few more hours of usage (being on my wrist during office work) the hand had separated from the movement completely. I cannot dissuade people enough from buying from this brand. Cheap materials, cheap movement, cheap overall cost.

Purchased a pair of glasses for my daughter for Christmas. When she opened them on Christmas Day they did not fit her face. I immediately initiated a return with MVMT. I had all of the original packaging. I received a return label and shipped the glasses back in new condition the next day. Since my daughter was going back to college soon I ordered a replacement pair of glasses as well. I paid for and received the second pair of glasses. I tracked my return and it was received by MVMT on 12/30 and have signature proof. To date, despite several requests to MVMT customer service, I have never received my refund. I keep getting the runaround from customer service. If you even think you might need to return an item you buy from them don’t buy it. Very disappointed.

Got this watch for my birthday 12/26. I'm 73 and the clasp was impossible for me to close. After texting the company they agreed to exchange it for a regular strapped watch (only after I agreed to watch the video on how to use the clasp). When I explained that my arthritic fingers wouldn't allow me to do it they agreed to the exchange IF I had the original outside box it came in. Well it was a gift and of course my husband didn't keep that. Impossible to deal with. Don't buy.

I contacted customers service to cancel an order within 11 minutes of placing it, but was still declined. They asked me to receive the parcel first, and then reach out again to learn about the process for cancelling. It was a disappointment and a pain to deal with. Not sure why the company staff cannot talk to each other (or email/contact China) to cancel the order. Warning!

I ordered a gift 5 days before Christmas and I still have not received my watch. The tracking is stuck on December 28th for delivery but still no watch. The customer service was responsive but just wanted you to buy another watch. I didn't because I knew they would never refund me or provide the original watch I purchased. I will never buy from them again. Big Scammers!

I ordered my watch a week before Xmas and got it right on time! Delivery took about 3 or 4 days! Packaging looked very professional and watch was beautiful and high quality! The fit was perfect and my family were all impressed with the quality and low price! Highly recommend!!

Worst customer service ever!! Company lost my package the week before Christmas (I ordered it a month before Christmas). Company said, "We can help you by ordering and sending you a new one free of charge." I said great thank you so much. I received a follow up email that stated watch is out of stock please find one under 110 dollars. The watch I ordered was 150 total. They do not reply or help. I just want my money back and they still have failed to refund me!

They "guarantee" you will receive your order within 3 days. I ordered a watch for my husband over 10 days ago and still don't have it. When I called customer service they were not helpful and the customer service manager said there was nothing they could do to help me. I will never order from them again.

Hi spoke with MO. I placed an order online and called to modify the order 20 mins later. I was told that I can only modify orders within 15 minute. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told he was out to lunch, it was 9:30 am in California where MO was. Mo's manager JOE, refused to take my call and help get this issue resolved. Instead I was told that I have to wait a week until I received the watches I ordered and them send them back for a complete refund. In the meantime to get the watches I actually wanted I would have to place a 2nd order and recharge my card. After the support I received I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!! ORDER # **.

Before you buy these beautiful watches. I ordered my watch (8/5). I live in Alaska. I had been watching the tracking progress as it sent out. It mailed out of Kentucky with UPS. For some reason it traveled East, and ended up in New Jersey (8/9). On (8/10) it was labeled as "out for delivery by end of day. The (8/12) Rolls around and it's still frozen on the same status. I contact the company and explain the situation and no one knows where my package is. After waiting 20 minutes for the company to figure it out, no one knows how or why it ended up in NJ, but now it's being sent via USPS from New Jersey.

I bought my husband a MVMT watch for Christmas. Within a month, numbers on the face broke loose and were free-floating under the glass. I contacted MVMT. After proving to them that it was defective (emails, photos) and shipping it back, they sent a replacement. Guess what? Almost immediately, numbers on the face broke loose and were free-floating under the glass. No, my husband did nothing but wear it to work (sitting still all day). I contacted MVMT and after repeatedly telling them my husband did not want to give them a 3rd try, they asked me to return the watch for a refund. I sent the watch, but no refund. Wow... really?! In the most recent email, the MVMT customer service rep said, "I am so sorry to hear that you have had such a poor experience that you no longer want to work with us. Let me know if you have any concerns." Yes, I do! I'm concerned that I haven't gotten a refund!

I tried to place an order online and was repeatedly rejected due to 'suspected fraud.' I called the support team and apparently you can't place an order if you're more than a few miles away from your shipping address when purchasing it. VERY INCONVENIENT. One of the most ridiculous things I've ever heard. So I cannot send gifts to people who are a few miles away? I can't place an order while I'm at my office? I don't know how they process orders like this, big turn off.

High quality, stylish and very beautiful watches. My choice is Rosewood - wonderful watches. Best thing I love - design and materials. The strap is very soft and looks to be durable - already using them for 5 month and everything is OK. Customer experience is also great, ordered was delivered really fast, package was perfect, no any defects. Thanks for previous reviews and mvmnt.review for my choice.

I ordered a watch for my husband a while back and recently ordered me one. The situation with my husband was fairly frustrating because after the 7 days passed and I still had not received my husband's watch, I reached out to the company and the carrier. At first, there was some confusion on what had happened after MVMT shipped the watch. My customer service experience was great. Not only was I able to get in contact with someone, she apologized profusely, looked into the shipping status herself for me. And when she couldn't get a straight answer, she express shipped me another watch free of charge.

I purchased an MVMT watch as a gift - it took 4 weeks to arrive. The watch was too heavy and the diameter was too big. I tried to initiate an exchange without success. Because it was a gift and the process was taking so long I just bought a different MVMT watch. MVMT advertises free shipping on returns. It's free because apparently they won't accept returns. I have been trying to return the original watch for a month. I have reached out several times on their website "contact us" page. I receive an auto-reply stating someone will be in touch in 24-48 hours. They aren't. I called their phone line during the limited hours period and received a recorded message stating the phone service was closed - call back during the hours that I was calling. Very unprofessional and unethical company. An overall frustrating experience for me.

The crystal on my wife's new watch broke the second time she wore it. Turns out MVMT does not have any repair capabilities! They wanted me to buy a piece of glass from them, and then find my own watch repair shop to have it installed also at my expense. What crap!!! I did take it to a reputable watchmaker. After getting his opinion of the watch, I just threw it away.

Terrible customer service! Have been waiting for some type of response/update in regards to an exchange and NOTHING. Multiple emails/calls and not a single response. Wish I could review the product, but I DON’T have it! Would never purchase from MVMT again. Figured $300 was a great deal for an automatic, but not worth the headache.

After looking for a quartz watch I can't help but seeing the MVMT commercial so went to the MVMT website and gave the wife some idea of what I would like for my Birthday. After getting the watch a black stainless steel I noticed that it doesn't look as nice as the one on the website. Five days later I noticed that the glass was getting scratched very easy, haven't done anything that I can recall that would do this much damage. I can say this just plain glass and not the hardened watch glass used on Seiko or even some Timex watches. A few days later the strap came apart. Trying to return the watch and not giving MVMT another chance. Sticking to my Seiko.

I like the differing designs and stuff they create plus all the things they make are really awesome and cool. Another thing I like is their discounts they give out every one in a while. However, I would like them to at least lower their prices and put more bling into. Also they should put more detail into their products. They should also have more discounts. Even so, I would chose MVMT brand over other brands because they have more better fashion. Also because I have also used the brand for a long time and my products last longer than the other watches I have.

Love everything about my watch, perfect sizing, color is beautiful and super durable. The watches look like they could cost almost over a thousand dollars. Has a great variety of watches that could fit any type of person. The packaging is great and the prices aren't bad either. Shipping was super duper fast. Everything about their items are great. Would make amazing gifts for anyone would loves watches or glasses. Overall I love this company and I would definitely buy from them again.

I like this brand because it has things for quality prices. Worth buying them. They make my day better by just buying them. Their designs are fancy too. So far, it's the best brand I like. I've really enjoyed affiliating with MVMT. They are setting themselves apart from other watch manufacturers in ways that I believe is going to cause them to skyrocket to being a popularly favored brand. Personally I seek out new up and coming companies that appear to stand apart from the crowd and this company fit my criteria. The huge difference in prices compared to other companies in the same field was not only a huge plus but a welcome surprise.

The watch is very great and clearly top notch. I like the quality and the feeling of great ownership of the craftsmanship that their watches represent. They are very unique, looks amazing, and extremely attractive to wear. Not to mention all the different colors that are available. Also, the fit is unbelievable and the features are ready for yourself. Fits my style.

One day I was watching television and I saw two gentlemen that were talking about changing the way watches are made and sold and don't have to be expensive to be high quality. It got me doing research online and like the philosophy behind the MVMT watches and the concept behind the company's motives being independent and changing the way watches are made sold compared to other watches that are more expensive but less quality. So MVMT is one of my favorite. I recommend them to friends and family. I also really enjoy the overall quality craftsmanship and highly detailed attention that is involved in MVMT. However I would make the watches in gold for going out on the town, sort of like a Rolex watch, because sometimes you want people to know you have an expensive watch on. But other than that I love the watch.

Overall, the watch has amazing features and I love it. I like its sleek design. It looks good with literally every outfit I have, rather it be casual or formal! Everything else included is more of a bonus. Although a little more expensive than what I would have liked to spend, but with everything it had to offer plus the variety of designs, it was the one I knew I wanted. It came between this brand or a Fossil watch. And although the clarity of the MVMT watch could be improved, it doesn't stop me from wearing it everyday.

I chose MVMT over other brands due to their sponsorship deals. I first heard about MVMT through content creators that I watch on YouTube like "Jacksfilms" and I recall them on the "H3H3 Podcast". Seeing them support the content creators I enjoy and the content creators wearing and endorsing their products is a big reason why I originally checked out their product.

Very sleek, nice overall look. Has a comfortable fit and great functionality. Friends often admire and inquire about the watch. MVMT could offer more types of watch bands and face colors though, and maybe go full luxury with some higher-price models, but otherwise to me it's well worth the investment. It serves its purpose extremely well and was definitely within my price range despite being a luxury brand.

I saw MVMT Watches a lot on social media. It was heavily promoted through all the platforms I follow. The target people usually end up purchasing and they seemed really proud of their purchases. I like the watch's simplicity, which is MVMT's main selling point. My husband and I have matching ones and we liked that MVMT offered that kind of pairing. It would be really cool to even package them together. Also, if they released a kids' line that could be really cute. And maybe more designs or colors too.

They are wonderful watches. You won't find another style like a MVMT watch. They are classy, and they stand out and make a great statement. Each watch is made very well and it has a unique design. Beautiful watches that work well and last a long time. These aren't cheaply made or cheap looking watches. You won't find another watch like this company.

I like the overall look of the watches and the quality of the material. They are classy, they stand out and last a long time. This is an watch that I could wear every day and the comfort is great. The only thing I would add is to make a few extra colors. Maybe some gold rose, or a even some darken non- gold or plataium colors. Then maybe the younger kids will start to want to buy them since watches are making a come back now.

I have heard good thing about MVMT from advertisements and customers reviews online. The color and the design of this watch is great and it is also very comfortable on my wrist. I wear it all the time, morning all the way to night. But I would prefer if the watch would be less expensive. Also, I would add more colors and design choices. Nevertheless, I will buy more MVMT watches in the future when I obtain the money for it.

RT podcast handled the advertising for MVMT Watches a lot. It was really great to me. I like the fact that this watch tells time. Mine tells me time in digital and analog. But it doesn't glow in the dark and I really wish that it did.

I purchased MVMT Watches because the price and advertising on podcasts I listen to frequently. The price may seem a little high, but they are very high quality watches for their price. I like the availability of the items as well as the choice and range of styles too. There is a style for everyone and I am easily able to ship for myself and others. Plus, the shipping process was simple and fast. I would buy from them again. At times, however, it seems too large and bulky for everyday use. I would like a more delicate watch for everyday use.

MVMT watches' styles competed with many top brand watches and the price was affordable. Comfortable band, easy to read face and goes with just about anything I am wearing. All my friends like the style. The watch also stays right on time, no resetting watch and also has very seamless movement of the second, min and hour hands.

MVMT watches are a great brand. I love that they look premium and professional, yet won't break your wallet if you own more than one. They are great for a casual or business look. They use Japanese Miyota Precision Quartz Movement, are water resistant, and have straps made from genuine cow-hide leather, giving them a high quality look. I don't like that the lower tier watches are not water resistant though, and there is no warranty covering them in case of accidental contact with water in any way.

The first MVMT watch I received was from my wife and it fit my style perfectly and then I went on the site to see what I would like to buy myself and also my wife as a return gift. Their watches are stylish for the modern man. They have a style for every occasion and gender. The warranty is great and free shipping. They have videos that shows the product better than just pictures. They have pretty much all the feature one would want but they should get into the smart devices because there really is not a smartwatch that does not look like a smartwatch. I want a smartwatch that looks like a regular watch and has a unique style instead of the cookie cutter watches I see now.

All in all MVMT Watches is a company to have your back and your front. I like how stylish their watches are and they look very sophisticated for an awesome low prices. Plus they also give back to the community. I love a great time piece. I chose them because they have the best customer service and gives you the most bang for your buck and the designs of the watches is awesome. They are a force to reckon with. They came out in 2006 and since then they have made over 5 million dollars as a company.

MVMT Watches is obviously the best brand in the market. It is good and love this product so much. Just can't seem to live without it. I hope there are more products come out from this brand. Would love to continue to buy as many as I can in the future. The price is so good too.
