I tried to place an order online and was told to call a number to make sure it went through. Well it didn't. My card was declined. After trying to login and see why my login and passwords were not working and no way to retrieve. I finally had to call, ugh! I just made a payment yesterday that is showing as processed on my bank but the Kohl's card apparently has not processed it and I am over the limit by a whopping $7. Even after giving the rep my confirmation number they refuse to let the order go through. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the rep would not let me. Saying the supervisor would just tell me the same thing. I guess I'll buy my products elsewhere than Kohl's. I have been a loyal customer and always pay my bills on time if not early.

I shopped online and purchased a few $25 Christmas gift cards, some girl items (coat and undies), and 3 small toys. The order was less than $300. Kohl's considered this suspicious. They charged my account double, then canceled it, and then locked my card. Over the phone, they made me verify my social security number, my address, name, card number, etc. Apparently, that's not enough. Now they expect me to go into the store with two forms of specific ID to unlock my card. The store is not in my city and to be inconvenienced like this over a basic order is ridiculous. And companies like this wonder why people flock to Amazon?

The same thing that happened to another user on here just happened to me. I placed an order on Kohl's for two items, my card was charged for the total price of the order and then charged for each item individually, resulting in a double charge. My bank account is short twice the money because they took more than they were supposed to. I did a chat which was no help, the guy said the two individual charges would be removed in 24 hours, it has now been two days and the double charge is still there. I'm going to get my credit card company on their backs and never buy from them again.

So I order an item from your company. Order number **. I had already change my billing address to Mesa Arizona and I put shipping address the same. And for some reason it didn't change. Not my fault. But I should have checked to make sure though. I immediately noticed it would be going to California to my old address. And I started to use your automated system. It said the automated system is closed? Since the store is closed.? That makes no sense at all whatsoever. I continue this process most of the night to keep getting the same answer from my laptop signing on my phone signing on automated system is closed.

So at 7 in the morning I called and got a human to be told sorry it's in fulfillment. At that point I told him to transfer me to a supervisor and I got hung up on. I proceeded to call back and talk to to more Associates to get hung up on again when trying to convince them to connect me to a supervisor. I called FedEx to try and change the shipment address and or stop it and was told I could do nothing of the sort they hadn't even picked it up yet and if they did have it the company would have to change the address by simply making a phone call or changing the order online.

Now mind you this was between 8 and 9 a.m. when I was on the phone with FedEx in the package wasn't even picked up yet. I called back and got a supervisor to be told basically tough nothing can be done and I told them the situation and that they could call or change the order but they wouldn't do it. Said it's going to the address it's going to and you'll pay for it. I've contacted corporate three times. No answer from them.

So I won't pay for this item because I feel I did everything I could to change the shipping address within the time allotted before it was delivered. I will see you in court because I won't pay for this I'll take my chances there. And I have even been on your Facebook page about 4 times only to be attacked by your little Kohl's flunkies that troll everybody that says something bad about you here. *Basically employees that are off duty and protecting each other with phony accounts harassing people until they delete what they wrote.* Sent from my Sprint Phone.

I attempted to contact Kohl's after being told that they do in fact guarantee price match. Spent forever on the phone with this person, gave all the needed information and then was told they aren't going to price match but still trying to tell me that they do price match. What a joke Kohl's has become. Kohl's promotes false advisement. Kohl's does not price match.

My mothers-in-law Kohl's card was recently compromised. Her statement reflected over $900.00 of in store purchased gift cards in Las Vegas, Nevada. A call was immediately placed to the customer service number provided on the credit card statement. A Kohl's CC representative placed the charges under a dispute status and informed us a fraud team member would contact us regarding the charges and the account itself. After waiting three days we placed another call to the credit card center. There were no apologies for the lack of response from the fraud team. We were told the charges have been removed so all is okay. We asked the cc representative to close out the compromised account and issue a new card under a new account. The cc representative said if we closed out the account we would need to reapply for a new card.

We explained to the cc representative that an employee in the Las Vegas store allowed charges to go against this account without the actual card in hand and obviously no picture identification was asked for. It is normal procedure when a card is not in hand to ask the customer for ID and for customer to key in their Social Security number. Had this been done at the store level the account would have never been compromised. Therefore we would like for the account to be closed and a new card issued to prevent future fraud charges. We were informed by the cc representative that they would issue a new credit card number but the account number would remain the same. We then explained once again to the cc representative the account was compromised without the credit card in hand. They accessed the account itself at the store level and if the account number is not changed there is a very good chance it will happen again.

The cc representative refused to close out the account and issue a new credit card and account without us re-applying for credit. She said they could put a request in that would force us to enter in a password at the register every time we use the card. But to make sure you remember the password before entering the checkout. In summary Kohl's allowed the account to compromised at store level. They made no apologies and have placed the burden on their customer to reapply if they want a new card and account number. Their lack of protection for our personal information has forced all of us to close out all of our accounts.

The store that they had me pick up was not closest to my home I have never been in that store! The rep Mario told me Kohl’s doesn't care about my issue and I should just deal with it. I asked to speak to a manager and after waiting 3-5 minutes someone picked up saying his name was Samuel after explaining my issue he said there is nothing they can do. I asked his name again and he said it was Martin when I told him he gave me 2 different names he hung up on me. I spend tons of money at Kohl’s now MACY'S will get my money since according to Mario Kohl’s doesn’t care and the way he spoke to me was how he was trained and Kohl’s policy.

Customer happiness and retention is obviously not their priority. I have had my Kohl's charge for over 5 years. I have always had the same credit limit on it - $300. I've NEVER carried more than 20% of that balance, and have never had a late or missed payment. However, I've never been offered a credit limit increase. I contacted their customer service via chat last week and asked if, due to my excellent history, they would do a credit limit increase without doing a hard pull on my credit. The rep told me yes! They absolutely would do that because I am such a loyal customer, but that I had to either call in or e-mail out of my online account in order to make this happen. He said he was attaching his notes to the file so they could see that he granted me an increase based on my history. I e-mailed out of my online account, and was responded to the following day and told to call in and speak to a rep to answer questions.

I called in the following day. The first rep I spoke to said they would have to do a credit check. When I told him to check the notes in my account, he said his computer wasn't working and he couldn't see any accounts. I asked to be transferred to someone else and he said he could not do that. I asked multiple times and he kept saying I would just need to call back another day but he could not tell me why? I finally demanded to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to a "supervisor" who I proceeded to, once AGAIN, explain things to and told her to check my account for the notes left by the first rep I chatted with. She did not look at my account, and first said maybe I misunderstood what the rep said.

I again demanded she look in my account at our chat notes. She finally looked and said she could see where he said that but did not know why he said that and told me he was misinformed and he spoke out of place. She said they cannot do a credit limit increase without a hard pull to my credit, which I declined. They wasted my time for days because the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing and none of them seemed to care at all. Not one of the reps I spoke to came off as client-focused. Not one. Each one was flippant and seemed in a hurry to be rid of me. There was not an ounce of care. This card carries an extremely high interest rate, so if you plan to not pay it off monthly, I would not recommend it on those grounds, either. All in all I absolutely cannot recommend this card and at this time, the "rewards" aren't worth it. I will be closing my account and they will lose my business.

I spend thousands of dollars in Kohl's a year, online and in store. I have had my account shut down 2 times in the past month and a half. I would go to submit my order online and then I would get an email 2 days later saying that it was cancelled and to call the 1800 number. The first time this happened I ordered a bunch of clothes for my daughter and then 2 chairs that I spent 2 months trying to pick out. It shut my card down because of my 500 dollar order and when I called the 1800 number I was told by 2 different people, "Don't worry. It has been handled." It was not. A week and a half later my order was still on hold and after spending another hour on the phone they said my order would be expedited. It took a month to get my chairs that I needed within a week of originally ordering.

This time my dad called me and asked to get a "Roomba thing." The vacuum that does it for you so you don't have to dust mop daily and such. I decided to order through Kohl's. Along with the vacuum my dad wanted I bought a handheld steamer for myself and a hoodie for my daughter... My account once again is shut down. This has only been a month and a half since the last incident. So I called and talked to someone at the 1800 number. She said she could not completely identify me by sending a code to my cellphone because my number was not recognized... This is the only number recognized with my account though. She then told me I would have to go in the store to take my ID and a utility bill to verify myself... Um, there is no reason I should be having to take that in the store to turn my card back on. I told them at the 1800 number I was buying these things!

Ended up chatting with someone online at their help center. He told me there was payment issues that is why it shut my account down! I said, "What payment issues? I never carry a balance over to the next month and only have $23 dollars on my account when I was trying to make this purchase! I have a $3,000 limit... What payment issues could you possibly be talking about." He then told me that I needed to call the 1800 number back. So I guess I will keep my $480 and purchase at Target. My Kohl's card will just stay locked.

Buyer beware ordering online. How many people order things and then forget. You are charged and pay with no items. This is a big dollar scam by Kohl's. I placed an order online for which I was charged immediately on my Visa Card. The next day I went to balance my accounts and pay bills. Imagine my surprise when I saw 3 charges from Kohl's. One for the initial amount and then two that totaled the initial amount so basically they charged over 400.00 dollars for the order. I called their lousy online server and they tried to tell me the bank did it. REALLY? The bank could not and would apply two additional charges without me approving it so obviously this is a total rip-off from the online Kohl’s staff.

I called my bank and they totally agreed this was an attempt to defraud and if Kohl’s did not submit a credit for the amount, they would credit all money including the initial charge back to me. I am filing a complaint with state and federal agencies on this and the only satisfaction I would actually like to see is that person I talked with online and the person who charged my account double lose their jobs. They have no business working in retail or customer service.

They would not ship my order to the other address, said it didn't match my driver's license address. My account was locked and my order canceled which was really strange then I called customer service. They said they locked my account. Really strange. You will never get your refund and it's next to impossible to understand the person - if you can even get hold of a real person. No return labels included in package, no contact information, no refund's given. Their standard answer: "Just wait it will show up on your statement or it's probably your bank." OR, "You already received a refund thru your Kohl's cash that you used and weren't entitled too since you returned those items." Wow, just wow! I have never seen such crooked business practices. No wonder Amazon is killing it. Kohl's needs to learn a lesson on how it's done properly.

Their customer service is not authorized to assist with customer issues, and any phone numbers offered are endless loops of voicemail with no one answering. I have a specific issue this week but have had similar problems in the past where their customer service just tells me they are not authorized to assist me. Every time I am referred to a phone number where no one answers and it just sends you around and around in voice loops. Since they cannot address customer concerns I would recommend staying away from this retailer in the event this is a sign of greater issues with the retail chain.

First call I had to hang up due to the fact I could not understand the foreigner at their overseas customer service center. I called back and reached someone I could somewhat understand. She was not very helpful. Could not give me any answers as to why my online payment was canceled. I asked for a supervisor. Ronald got on the phone and told me my payment was returned by the bank. By this time I found out that my card was charged a late fee and interest. I asked that it be credited which he did.

I called my bank. My could not find any record of a payment behind rejected. She even had a manager look at my account. I called Kohl’s customer service again and asked for a supervisor. Again could not understand the foreigner at the overseas call center. A supervisor had to call me back. So I hit my call from the supervisor. I said my concern was that the mistake was not made by my bank but at Kohl’s. It appears the payment was never sent to my bank. My concern is that a late charge is on my history going against my credit score. I never pay anything late. The supervisor was not concerned AT ALL. I have never had to call the customer service number for my card. I am rethinking keeping my credit card open seeing they can’t give me answers when I call. Ridiculous that I could not cancel my order. This happened to me one other time as well. I am so angry that they will not allow customers to cancel their order. I called the Kohl's number 855-564-5705 before 30 minutes of the order being placed had elapsed. NO HELP either. I will not use KOHL's Online ever again. I spend a lot of money at Kohl's and I am extremely upset with their absolutely ridiculous online policy for canceling orders timeline and lack of support for customers placing an order.

I bought a few pairs of pants and a pair of pajamas online. Before that, I carefully measured myself (based on their sizing chart) AND took the online quiz for sizing. When my order arrived, I tried them all on, and they were way too big. I was swimming in them. I was unable to return them to a store in person because the closest store is still too far from me. I did an online chat with customer service. I could tell the guy I chatted with did not have English as a first language. It was hard to understand some of what he wrote. However, he told me (and I confirmed, as I have the saved chat) that I would receive a shipping label to return the items by mail and would not be charged shipping. He said it would be sent to my email 24 to 48 hours.

A day later I received an email, but it was from someone else in customer service, telling me they were unable to issue me a label at this time (without telling me why), and told me I could return my item in store or via mail. I'm so mad! I felt it was their fault the items didn't fit because I went by their sizing guidelines and quiz. Even worse than that, though, was being lied to and told I would get a free return shipping label so I wouldn't be charged return shipping. This is the first and last time I will ever buy from Kohl's. If you're debating whether to buy from them, I would advise against it. As a side note, the pajamas I got were supposed to be for winter and help keep me warm. I bought flannel. The quality sucks! The PJs are super thin and not soft. Fortunately, I was able to do other things while the automated message indicated they would answer at any minute. I did also leave a number for them to call me back on my other phone, in which they did not. The most unprofessional experience. They really need to not offer that service or re-think how the process should be for customer service. Not on their game.

I recently ordered 2 bicycles from Kohls.com. The order was placed on hold to verify it was not a fraudulent purchase (I'm okay with that). The next day I called the number provided and the agent verified my identity and said she had released the order. Then she said I could go online and place the order again. I asked her why that was necessary if she released the order and she said, "never mind. I can do it." I confirmed the information with her and she said that was all that was needed and I hung up. Today I learned that she sent the order to the incorrect shipping address. When I called they asked if I could pick the order up from where it was delivered and take it to the correct address. Well- I am in California and the packages are in Michigan. So- NO.

They then said they could not help me and transferred me to someone who could. I had to tell this story again only to hear that my only option is to re-order and pay again and then have the initial order cancelled (no credit given until the items are received and logged in at the warehouse). So - NO. It appears I will have to send an UBER driver to retrieve my packages and deliver them for me. I am livid.

Note- I ordered Christmas gifts in 2017 for my grandchild to be shipped to California. The same issue occurred- An agent called me to verify the order and then SHE sent them to the incorrect address in Hawaii. When I found this out I had the same runaround and ended up placing the order again with an agent who entered an invalid zip code and they were lost in transit. I never was able to receive the package. They refunded the money but never refunded the Kohl's cash. I thought perhaps the first time was an anomaly but now that this has happened twice I will no longer be ordering from Kohls.com. Not worth the stress and aggravation when I can order from Target or Walmart and get the same products for less money with no issue.

I only chose Kohl's because of earning Kohl's Cash but this is going to be an expensive fix... figuring out how to move two bicycles from point A to point B from across the country is just too much. Also note- Kohl's consistently denies that the agents on the phone are causing the problem- they blame the warehouse who prints the labels. Honestly I don't really care who made the blunder. What matters to me is if Kohl's takes steps rectify issues when they occur and clearly they do not.

Ordered a quilt online. Very nice product. This issue: Kohl's sent the wrong size and the bag had been opened and the shams were missing. Not my mistake. I contacted returns and they asked me to reorder immediately while he was on the phone so he could return the shipping cost to get another quilt. The hassle began when he did not send a return shipping label for pick-up of Queen quilt. It's been 3 1/2 weeks and I still don't have my king quilt, they have $150.00. And the box still sits in my garage. So I can't get them to send a return to me so I can do the right thing and get their Queen quilt back to them. I refuse to pay their shipping to return their mistake.

I have been lied to by 5 different associates, saying they will make this priority and get the refund for me and get the shipping label sent to me. BE AWARE: this is not NO HASSLE returns. Many other companies send a printed label over email. Stick it on the box, UPS picks it up. you're all set. REPEAT. This was not my error. It was KOHL"S. And there is no recourse. I even called a store, 60 miles away and asked if they could help. The associate said she couldn't help. But at least she was upfront with me. She said don't send the box back until you see a refund. If I do see the refund, she'd help me get some shams. So see, it's the Kohl's online system. Buyer beware. I will not shop any of KOHL's affiliates again. And where is the review of the product or your experience when you are ordering? Notice it's missing? Just hope you get what you wanted when that package arrives, otherwise, be ready for TOTAL HASSLE returns.

And when it arrived (Wed) September 5th, it was low quality construction and the bolts do not fit! I could not put the chair together and there was damage to the structure. Basically it is a huge Piece of crap. I called them to start the return pick up process. Was told 48 hours. Box is 6 foot x 4 foot size of refrigerator. Blocking my entry, bathroom and kitchen. I am partially disabled, so 48 hours is too long to wait for me. But, I wait. (Fri) Nothing! Then I called Fri, Sat & Mon... everyday I call Kohl’s.com. I get nothing but the same old lip service, “we will pick it up ASAP will expedite, put a rush on it”, "I’m sorry this is unacceptable..." "I’m doing everything I can... blah blah blah.

But they have not even sent the initial incident report reference email. NOTHING! So basically we are at a stand still. A week later September 11th, still blocking my bathroom and entryway! I have not showered in a week! I call them screaming crying for them to pick up this giant box of crap chair and get it out of my way. He tells me over and over to be patient! I’m dirty and angry and in desperate need of shower and can’t get to my appointments at Veteran's Hospital 'cause I can’t get out the door. A 6x4 foot box is blocking my way out. I tried to update online with no success, and called customer service who told me they could do nothing about it since part of the order was pickup in store. They stated the only thing they could do was try to intercept the packages once the tracking numbers were created and they left the facility. I even spoke with a supervisor. I said, "So you are going to pay to ship these out, just so you can intercept them and have them returned to you?" The response was yes, that was all they could do. Unless I wanted to wait until tracking numbers were created and we could get on a conference call with the shipping companies to try to reroute the packages to my new address 3 states away.

The order has now been shipped in full, in four separate packages. Two UPS, one FedEx Smart Post (which will be transferred to the post office for delivery), and 1 USPS. I called Kohl's again today to find out if the intercept was successful as they still showed they were going to my old address on the tracking numbers. They said no, that their head department came back and said because it was my error, they would not intercept the packages as it would be a cost to them. So I said, ok, then can we please call the shipping companies because I need these packages not to be delivered to someone else's house 3 states away. They said they could not make outbound calls and I would have to contact the shipping companies myself.

I have tried and was unable to have items forwarded without the shipper's consent. I called back and they stated they would not call to give consent because then they would get charged for rerouting fees. I asked if they could then just ask that the shipments be returned to them, as the first representative stated the intercept would do, and my order would be cancelled. This representative said they would not do that because they would get charged a fee. I am SO fed up with their customer service. They are the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. Kohl's has an enormous amount of kitchen appliances, utensils, cookware, tableware. I mean, THEY HAVE IT ALL, RIGHT? Here is where our problem sets in. 75% of our registry is with Kohl’s. Myself and numerous people have gone to their website to search/review my registry FOR MY WEDDING IN 2 MONTHS. And guess what my registry, which I have under my name, my fiancé's name, a "registry ID" that Kohl’s personally gave me for my registry. Go to search for it online. "No Results found". NO RESULTS FOUND? Yep, that's right!

I've called four times now. They gave me a ticket on Wednesday the 15th. I of course haven't heard anything, and ONCE AGAIN today, my registry is "Not found". I call, and what do you know...THEY JUST FOUND OUT that they are no longer going to offer registry services AT ALL, but it "shouldn't" affect people who current registries. The woman I was speaking with was at least knowledgeable enough to finish that with "which obviously we know it’s causing issues." This young woman was adamant that I should "have faith in her." "We'll make this right". I am literally 64 days from my wedding, 3 weeks away from my first shower, and 5 weeks away from my second one.

Kohl's has made this the most unbearable part of this entire wedding planning process. I've spent more time crying about my registry than people have spent being able to even review it. Kohl's service is worthless, no one is fixing anything, and I'm not even sure they have the capability to do so. I am just one customer, but this is my ONLY wedding. As soon as my registry reappears, I will be moving all items over to Target or elsewhere-besides Kohl's. What an awful experience, service, and resolution. For God's sakes, my wedding. No one seems to get the important or urgency. Sad, just so sad.

I contacted UPS on my own and was told it couldn't be tracked as they never received the order from Kohl's. I gave Kohl's the option of shipping the missing item immediately or issuing a credit. They chose the credit, which I have to wait 7 days for. While they did as I asked, I would have thought they might go ahead and ship out the missing item. If this is not rectified to my satisfaction, all correspondence will be forwarded to the Iowa Attorney General.

I finally got fed up and cancelled my charge card with Kohls. Never to do business with them EVER. This is the only charge card where I have a blemish on my record in an otherwise stellar credit score. The kicker is that it is over minor account balances of $50, $150 they manage to tack on late fees. I asked them to explain to me why it is they are the only charge card I have difficulty being able to pay on time. They make it very difficult to have access to statements, do not notify in advance of payments due or even past due amounts warnings. They were quick to offer to reverse late fees but I told them keep their fee, they already damaged my credit history. I want nothing to do with their slimy business practices. I'm over them and am ready to report to the state attorney generals office.

Kohl's has got the game down! Back in April of this year they have changed their way of thinking & doing business on their website since they are losing money big time & it is showing in their financial stock. Let's get down to the nitty gritty here on my review. So back in April it all started I can't even apply promo codes anymore since Kohl's has that all figured out the way they want it. When I try to put in a promo code it prompts up a error stating: You can only use 4. We know it's tempting (and I haven't used any code). It will take my Kohl's cash & Yes 2 rewards but that is all. Kohl's has this all figured out. They used to do free shipping with $49 but you only see that maybe 2 times in the year now.

I own a computer store so we have tried different browsers & different computers & it is not on my end which I keep telling the sale reps/supervisors but evidentially they keep saying nothing is wrong on their end. Bull crap. When I want to make an order I have to call it in. I should be able to order online & not be cheated out on any saving here but I believe Kohl's has found way on their website to fixed this so they are making their money & not losing out anymore.

Here's a good one: I had to call an order in & the sales associate got a 93 order so wrong that it come out to be 300 though I did get it fixed & credited but that is not the point. People can't do the job right then you should not hire them. I am tired of being on the phone with Kohl's about my account which as of today it is still not fixed. I am at the point of shredding my card. I like shopping at Zulilly.com which has better clothing & other stuff & shipping is $1 cheaper. Get your act together Kohl's or you will be the major store closing. One very frustrated unhappy Kohl's customer.

I returned an item I purchased that was part of an order which there was 4 items for a total of $75.00. The item in question was $53.00 on sale and I had a 30% coupon so would bring it down to about $38.00. Other items were $18.00, $18.00 and $12.00. The cashier only refunded me $22.50 saying that I had received Kohl's cash and since I used the Kohl's cash they deduct the $10.00 off the return. I told her that I understand dividing the $10.00 up with all my items and deducting $2.50 but to take the whole $10.00 off when I needed the other items to even get the Kohl's cash was ridiculous and to forget it and give me the dress back, but was told it was too late and my card was already credited. I also questioned where the other money is off the product as I paid more even with the $10.00 off and she couldn't answer me. Will be cutting up my Kohl's card. That's for sure.

I have been a customer of Kohl's for many years and have spent thousands in this store but I am finally finished. I am tired of placing orders and then not receiving what I order because it is out of stock although it doesn't show that when I place my order. Also, when you return something, if you have used a coupon or Kohl's cash on the purchase, they do not apply it to what you have kept but split it between your items so if I have purchased $50 worth and I have used a $10 off coupon and I return $30 you would think my bill would be $10 but it isn't because they have split the originally $10 off and so the items returned that money is just lost.

Also, they are rude when you talk to them online and not helpful at all and do not value their customers. My last order was $100. The order was split shipped and I only received part of it. They argued with me and said it was delivered for days. Well, after I investigated I found it was delivered back to them! Instead of sending it back to me in the mail mix up they kept it. They told me I could reorder the items. That is a lot of trouble and when I told them this they said they would give me 15% off. Oh that is helpful since I used a 30% off in the first place! Also I had a coupon and Kohl's cash which was promptly taken away because of the "return" that I didn't make! I tried sending emails asking for help and no one would help me so sadly I am finished with this store that cares more about their money than their customer.

Forget about Customer Service helping. They'll tell you they will take care of the problem & then they just don't. I swear they just tell you that so they can get you off of the phone. This has got to be the most frustrating company I ever dealt with. It really is no wonder Amazon is blowing all these other companies away. Amazon's customer service reigns supreme & especially compared to Kohl's. Never again!

I got a Kohl's charge card last year. I paid off each purchase after I received the order and haven't used the card since early this year. With all the energy around Prime Day this week, I was in a shopping mood and saw that Kohl's had some good coupons and so I placed an order on Kohls.com. Within a couple of minutes, I had an e-mail that my order had been canceled and to call them. I had this trouble with order cancellations last winter and when I'd call, I was told there was a fraud hold. I'm pretty sure that's the case this time, since I haven't used the card in months. However, they did the same thing to me last winter when I was placing orders every 2-3 weeks for a couple of months, which I thought weird.

This time though, after a quick online search about Kohls.com canceling orders, I read that Kohl's Cash scams are rampant, and this probably explains their very clunky effort at fraud prevention. I don't know what the deal is, but they really need to step into the modern era. Other online retailers apparently prevent fraud successfully enough, and Kohl's needs to figure it out and embrace the tenets of successful e-commerce if they want to have a chance against their competition. Hey Kohl's - don't make it difficult for your legitimate customers to spend money with you!! I wouldn't have bothered with the simplicity of an online order if I wanted the complication of picking up the phone and waiting to be put through to a service rep and then telling them who I am and the items I wanted to buy.

I can't think of another company I've bought from that cancels whole orders with such abandon. It was only a $200 order, but it was impulse on my part, and I won't be calling them and placing the order again. At this point, experience has shown that I never know if there is going to be a hassle getting an order placed successfully, so I'm crossing Kohl's off my list. Kohl's doesn't have anything I need or want that I can't procure elsewhere much more reliably and with considerably less time and effort.

Funny the last comment/frustration posted is so similar to mine!! I have outstanding credit (813) and I have auto pay set up for any and all credit cards I have to ensure that I am never late and any amounts due are paid in full and on time. This is the second time that Kohl's somehow misses sending me a paper statement and then the following month tries to charge a $27 late fee??? I have been able to call and get them to remove the late fee (twice now) however merely asking to set up auto-pay to "sweep any balance due directly from my checking account" is like asking them to move mountains!!!

Mykohlscard.com and kohls.com apparently are very different. If you forget your username or security on one or the security questions, you just go round and round and round in circles. Customer service is useless!! They should be able to take the information over the phone and help a customer set up their auto pay. Since this has been such a hassle for days, I decided I would rather just close my account! If this is so difficult to set up like just credits do, then I would rather not deal with them at all!

I placed an online order for a Shark vacuum. I wanted to pick it up at a local store in Michigan. It kept defaulting to free shipment to my Florida address. After 3 attempts it appeared to be corrected to pick up in Michigan. When I received an email for the order it showed shipment to my Florida address, I immediately called and I was told the order had not gone through because of my suspicious email address (the same email address I have used for 15 years). Anyway the customer service person told me she was able to removed the order going to Florida, place a new order for pick up and unflag my email address, I picked up the vacuum in Michigan and I thought everything was fine.

A few weeks later I checked my Kohl's charge online and I was surprised that I had been charged for 2 vacuums. I spoke with customer service, explained I was a snowbird and I would not be in Florida for several months. There is no one at that address and I have no way of knowing if the item had been delivered and it had was it sitting out in the rain for 2 weeks, I was told it was customer service mistake and I would receive a credit and the item that shipped would be marked as a lost item. Next morning I receive an email stating I need to return the item that was delivered to my Florida address before I could get a credit. I called again and I was told they understand I had canceled the order going to Florida and I would receive a credit.

Again I received an email to return the item from Florida. At this point I asked to speak with the person who wrote the email. I was told the people in the back office that make the final decisions do not have phones. I asked to have someone go back and listen to the conversation I had on the phone (the one that is recorded for my protection) with the customer service rep on the day of the order, I also mailed a letter to Kohl's home office, The credit card still shows 2 vacuums and I have not received any response from the home office. I will now try to fight the charged amount with Kohl's charge department, I have shopped with this store since 1997. This is my worst experience, however, if not resolved I will CANCEL my Charge Card and refuse to shop at Kohl's again.

Kohl's pressured me to sign up for something I did not want and the result was a huge unexpected bill. I am 76 years old, partially disabled, and have severe hearing loss. I have no active credit cards and always pay cash or use my bank debit card for store payments. I was brought by a friend to Kohl's in Pittsburgh to purchase a pair of trousers. I had never been in a Kohl's store before. When I checked out with my $35 purchase, the store clerk who spoke English with a heavy accent told me that if I joined their 'plan' I could receive emails of special discounts. I told her that I wanted to pay with my debit card and she took my debit card and an old driver's license that I had in my wallet and in the space of a couple minutes of paper work (while others waited behind me) urged me to sign up. I did so.

I did not realize that I had just signed up for a Kohl's credit card and that she had not used my debit card to pay the $35 for the trousers. I also did not realize that she had used an address on the old driver's license where I had not lived for five years. I never thought anything about it until my ex-wife dumped a stack of my mail at my apartment and I found that I owed Kohl's nearly $300 in late payments and interest for a $35 dollar pair of trousers.

All the time I have been getting friendly promotional emails from Kohl's advertising their products to me, but no warnings or advises that I owed them money. I did miss the fact that the $35 had not been taken out of my bank account which was my fault, but I pay most of my expenses in cash and it slipped by. But had I known that I still owed, I would have paid that immediately. I've never been in a Kohl's store or ordered anything from them since. It appears that Kohl's has just sent my account to a collection agency. I'm not sure what I can do about this now and I don't have the money to pay the entire amount that they are asking as I am on a below the poverty line retirement budget. But I do want warn people out there that high pressure retailers like Kohl's can overcommit you to something you do not want and do not need at the cash register if you are not doubly careful. I wasn't.

This time, however, I was not very understanding when I was told that the order has not shipped (even though it was in stock) and they were simply planning on crediting my account without even telling me. The associate must have been a part time politician...she danced around each and every question as to why this was happening. Bottom line... Why is this considered acceptable??? If my Credit was number was stolen and someone else tried to use it I would get a new card with a whole new number on it. Why is it that your company thinks changing only the very last number from a 3 to a 4 protects anybody.

Why is it that MY CREDIT should take a hit for a new inquiry so that I can have a card that has a different number on it??? A number that the 2 people who attempted to use my card DO NOT HAVE? Sent to Kohl's: "My experience with Kohl's teaches me that you are in no way competitive with companies like Amazon, Macy's, or even Target in the online sales and customer service sphere. I say this after years of ordering things online from Kohls and other companies and then dealing with the returns process from time to time. Kohl's makes it very difficult to return items (customer pays, unlike other online retailers), and almost every time the returned item is not refunded at the same price paid (your customer service says they are not able to determine why an item was not refunded at the price paid).

Frequently it is necessary for the customer to challenge the Kohl's charge with the credit card company (Amex, Chase, etc) and get them to force Kohl's to issue the proper credit. And talk about being disingenuous and customer unfriendly: when an order earns Kohl's Cash, that Cash cannot be applied to another order for several days. Recently I placed one order that earned some Cash. The next day I needed another item, put it in my Kohl's Cart and tried to apply the cash; it would not accept that cash, telling me it would be several more days before it could be used. Ridiculous. The only reason Kohl's would impose a process like that is clearly in hopes the customer will forget about the cash and it will expire unused. Should I continue? An outdated promotional sign was not honored by one of the store managers at the Woodland Park, New Jersey store. The exact words of a Kohl’s associate, “there are continued complaints because of these expired promotional signs.” Apparently Kohl’s runs a 25 or 30% off new Kohl’s card application. The additional discount is applied to your purchase at the time of the application. This one particular sign in question was up above a double tall rack display. Meaning, there is a rack of garments approximately chest level and another rack of garments overhead. If you need to reach clothes on the top rack a long “grabber” is available to facilitate shoppers.

Unless you are a shopper that is 7 feet tall, the fine print on the bottom line of a promotional sign and mounted above the top rack is clearly not legible for a shopper of average height 5’4” and taller. To add insult to injury, the bottom 1/4-1/2” type font used on your sign is almost covered by the sign holder used. Now I ask myself, is this oversight or error of my doing? ABSOLUTELY NOT! When the manager was called by phone the cashier was clearly heard by myself, and the customer 4 feet behind me, say to whoever she was speaking to, “we have a problem with another one of those old 25% off signs.” Obviously this was not a one time incident, and they are repeated offenses.

The cashier was aware of these signs because she added, “the promotion has changed and the current offer is 30% off with the application of a new Kohl’s card application.” I regret not reaching for my iPhone, as most people do nowadays, and taking a picture of the display. I was being honest and I thought that the store would react the same way, there was nothing malicious about my intent, therefore I don’t have proof of the display. When the manager arrived, one of the store managers as he explained later, I led him to the rack where the sign was posted. I casually mentioned to him, "I don’t know whether or not you’re able to read this sign since you and I are shoulder to shoulder and obviously the same height." He leaned on one of the other racks reached up above over his head and grabbed the sign holder with the sign still in it.

He removed the cardboard sign and pointed to the fine print and said, “you see. It says it right here, this is what it means.“ I don’t know if in his simple mind he thought that pointing to these words on a cardboard would suffice, unfortunately it does not. Words mean something. In advertising words not only mean something, words are binding. If they are not binding, they are misleading and they are advertising falsely. This is what is called, “a bait and switch”, and what should be categorized as deceptive advertising. When I asked the store manager what is going to be done to resolve “my” issue and “my” purchase he said, “nothing because that’s what the sign says.”

I mentioned I was very dissatisfied and appalled that Kohl’s management would refuse to accept any accountability for this error and I would be contacting a Kohl’s Corporate office to report this incident. Much to my surprise this “sorry excuse of a manager” turned his back to me and walked away. At this point I realized that my reaching out to a corporate office went beyond an expired promotional sign, but was now riding on the disrespect this manager showed me by turning away without even an apology. Just a simple, “I’m sorry for your inconvenience, or I’m sorry for the mistake,” would have sufficed for me. I understand that certain advertisements, or certain name brands won’t allow a coupon or discount.

I read the fine print on coupons. I understand that there are certain restrictions, but I do not condone blatant disrespect. Turning your back on someone without finishing a discussion is a total sign of disrespect… It basically means I don’t want to hear what you’re saying. In this day and age of .COM shopping and iconic brick and mortar stores closing, I am stunned that a store manager would not take a more positive approach to a store error. I am even more stunned that he had such little respect for customer service. I am a retired customer service professional, having proudly worked for various Fortune 500 companies for over 27 years. Like your “managers and customer representatives”, when we leave our workplace we are someone else’s customers, and the respect that we demand should be shared with others.

Thank goodness the item was damaged because when I returned it they told me that they only refund the surcharge on defective or damaged items. I will not be shopping at Kohl's again. This is very underhanded and misleading advertising. It didn't say all orders except those weighting ** lbs or more. Notice the amount paid is $419.47. They were only going to refund $355.87. Even the manager couldn't figure out the discrepancy at first. The charges were so well hidden. Oh, and only one box of the shipment had a packing slip attached and the bottom half to make returns was torn off.

Purchased new leather billfold with SmartPhone charger advertised to be able to be used with ALL Smartphones including 7 Plus and 8 Plus iPhones. This SmartPhone charger is being sold in multiple products in Stone & Co purses and billfolds at Kohl’s online. Found that the product is only 1800 MHz and this information was NOT listed on the website. It did not have any manual or instructions enclosed with the product - only a pamphlet that stated the product had a year warranty with spaces to be filled out for model type, serial number, date of purchase and the instructions to go to iWalk website to download manual there. Went to website and could not find the product listed anywhere as this company NO longer makes this product (it is obsolete) and had NO manual for this model either and kept saying for ANY product to have warranty coverage, a serial number from the product must be provided.

There is NO serial number on the product shipped from Kohl’s, only the model number was embossed on the back of the product & nothing else - so NO manual, NO warranty, NO possibility of product being replaced as no longer made and NO phone number to contact this manufacturer as company in China and only responded by email once in very poor English and ignored most questions asked as probably could not understand what was written!! Did charge the charger for full day and then attempted to charge my iPhone 7 Plus and watched as it DISCHARGED my battery - NOT charged as designed!

So this product is actually harmful for phones. Kohl’s is ripping off customers by advertising a product as capable of being used in phones it is clearly NOT able to handle and not informing people the product is ONLY 1800 MHz when current models of battery chargers are 10,000 MHz or better and they are jacking up the prices of these purses and billfolds beyond their actual worth.

We have had a hard time getting payments processed for our Kohl's Charge Card for years now. My wife and I share an account and when they set up the account, they recorded some of my information and some of hers. As such, whenever she goes to make a payment over the phone, they don't let her and require that she drives 40 minutes to the nearest Kohl's to pay in person. To avoid this ridiculous hassle I finally set up the Kohl's Android app on my phone so I could link it to a payment method and save her the trip.

Once the app was installed, it was incredibly difficult to actually link the charge card to my account. It kept failing at recognizing the account number. Finally, when it worked, I went ahead and set up our debit card to be used as a method of payment for our Kohl's bill. I got it all set up and scheduled a payment only to realize a month later that not only did the payment never get processed, but the app has no recollection of a payment method ever being added. So now we've completely missed a payment thanks to the incompetent development of this app and terrible system for payments. They really screwed us over good!

This business is unethical and will cheat you every way they can. Purchased two pairs of shoes online. Went to the store to do an exchange. They did not have my size in the store but were available online. The catch is - the shoes were no longer on sale and my 30% coupon no longer valid. I would have had to pay double for an even exchange of the same shoes - just a different size. Therefore you cannot get an equal exchange. I do believe this type of business requires a class action lawsuit. The Kohl's cash is just a marketing gimmick to get you back in the store. I hope to be taken off all future mailings for this store. Check the tags - You are supporting China not America.

I have never seen a manager so rude and disrespectful of a customer in my life. I tried to buy some dress clothes for my son at the store on rte 30 in Frankfort IL on Sunday May 27th. I had read a sign wrong and questioned the price of a shirt. First the manager told us that we should learn to read the signs, when I asked her to go look to make sure, she huffed and puffed about it... After 10 minutes of waiting for her to come back she returned and said "Oh I forgot you were here". She repeated what she said initially. I asked her if she looked at the sign, she looked me in the eyes, rolled her eyes and ignored me.

I then mentioned to my mother about misleading signs and we were told to go elsewhere by the manager... So I said, "Fine JCPenneys has nicer people and better prices anyways". The poor clerk that rang us up was very nice and looked mortified that the manager was talking to us this way. Both my mother and I have shopped at Kohl's for a long time, and now because of this manager neither of us will ever return... If you can't handle the public then don't go into retail. If I decide to log in within the hour or the next day with my new password,— it doesn't recognize it. This has been going on for years. I have called customer service plenty and they would reset my account to set up a NEW password (yet again) and it's the same outcome. I log in, I shop, I log out and then want to go back in the next day or hour and, BOOM! — it doesn't recognize my password.

Kohl's.com is the only business I'm aware of that cannot find a way to do an even exchange online. I received a broken grill and wanted the same thing only not broken. I was told that even exchanges are only available going into the store. Often I have found that the store does not have the same items available, plus it wasn't convenient for me to go in. I spent nearly an hour talking to one representative after another. They finally promised to match a new charge for a new grill to the refund amount. That didn't happen. By the time they deducted my redeemed Kohl's cash and other discounts, they refunded two dollars and change and charged me approximately 6 times that amount. They lied and they do not care. I have been told so many contradictory things by online representatives that I'm lost.

They do not want to help. And the way that Kohl's cash is handled is disgraceful: it often expires prior to receiving an order. Exchanging an item for merchant credit does not prevent the loss of Kohl's cash. Their management of reward dollars is even worse. I forgot to redeem $20 worth of rewards. Okay, that was on me and I understand their refusal to replace; however, because I'd returned items that had earned a portion of the rewards, they put me in the hole with a deficit of rewards dollars. It didn't matter that I hadn't used the reward money. Their system treats it as though they are spent regardless of whether or not they are and expects them paid back on the account. I'm going to be cancelling my card and never shopping with them again.

I was APPALLED that SEVERAL of the items that I ordered online were not carried in the store and since the UPC codes didn't work in their system the guy told me I had to keep the items!! SAY WHAT???

I've never heard of such a thing and I stated that it's not MY ISSUE that Kohl's can't get their tags and receipt UPCs to match!! I didn't have time to argue and so I left, however, when I got home a few hours later, I called and spoke with the manager, who was very kind and she stated that YES!! By all means they should have returned them and that there's a way that they can do that because not all online items have the same UPC numbers as what is printed on the receipt - YIKES!! So she told me I could come back and return the items and that she will inform the service people what they need to do.

Well I don't live right around the block, so it was another 34 miles round trip to go back and try again to return the items and I was FLOORED when the woman that helped me asked me if I was sure that I purchased the items from Kohl's. BIZARRE!!! I freaked out and told her not to challenge my intelligence!! But, in her defense, some of the descriptions on the receipts did NOT match the items. I was FURIOUS and had to waste another 40 minutes for another person to finally just manually key in the numbers from the receipts and give me a credit on my account. Well, I didn't have time to find another pair in my size, so I just bought the one pair at $50.00. Well, at the time, I didn't look at my receipt, but right away on the receipt it says return value $37.50. So, even though I didn't buy two pairs of jeans, they would only give me back $37.50 when I returned them. That is a total scam. I shouldn't be forced to do a promotion, it should be my choice. It is truly sad that a store has to find ways to scam their good customers. Goodbye Kohl's, never again.

I paid the bill with cash in store. Two months later I get hit with a low credit score. By then I'd thrown away the receipt. Never throw away your receipts! Why didn't they email me or send letters about the "unpaid" balance? I had to pay the same bill twice plus late 2 fees! On top of that, when I used their automated payment system, it hadn't told me the correct amount to be paid. The following day I had a late fee. I talked to so many people and they were all unhelpful. They refused to write to the credit bureau and they've taken so much money from me at this point. I canceled my charge card. BEWARE!

They have untrained customer representatives as they do not know how to handle the customer's call and give wrong information to customers. Lack of knowledge of company policies. The Kohl's whole database system is worst as it keeps cancelling the order placed by the customers even the customers place orders frequently. So, the customer has to call every time after placing an order which is tedious and waste of time. And if you call the customer service for this problem, the only thing they say is,'we do not know about it, it's not us, it's the system'. Who controls the system then?

I understand security issue but once the customer talks to the fraud department, the problem has to be resolved for next time, and the order placement should be smooth but, NO, in case of Kohl's it's the same. The customer has to call every time because the order gets cancelled every time. I am not a native speaker myself so, I understand the accent thing. I really respect the fact they are not-native speakers but they are rude and sometimes, they do not understand the problem of the customers. Sometimes, I feel like my problem has not been addressed well. Worst experience.

Purchased an item for $52.08, received a bill for that amount with a due date of 4/11/18. I returned the item on 3/28/18 leaving a zero balance. The same day I purchased an item for $40.17. Received my new bill today 4/16/18 with a $15.00 late charge. Kohl's explanation "I didn't make a minimum payment." They don't consider a credit to be a payment. The only way they agreed to remove the late charge was if I paid my new bill today. I did pay it and cut up the credit card. Will not shop at Kohl's again.

Kohl’s just isn’t the place for me. I’d rather go to the Goodwill. All the shoes for sale look used or worn at least a few times and returned. They don’t have good brands and a poor selection in all departments. Also, they overcharge for crappy brands. I’d rather pay more at Von Maur or go to their sale rack because the stuff looks new and is in order.

Kohl's customer service is horrible. They cut off your online account access, if you are late with your payment, which is insane. They refuse to allow you to pay your bill online if you're late, so how can you pay you ask? You must pay by phone or go in the store, and every CSR that answers the phone will only accept your credit card information to pay your bill over the phone. Online access is only for "certain" customer. Trust me, they are not worth the headache, go to MACY's. I called Customer Service a total of 5 times, and spent over 2 1/2 hours on the phone, and I still have not paid my bill because the Kohl's CSR refuse to assist me.

Customer Service is located out of the United States and hard to communicate with. Tried to return a damaged computer desk, It took three weeks of phone calls to them, promises of callbacks that never happened, and finally only picked up one of the packages. Took another week to get the second package finally picked up. I was lied to, talked down to, one even said he was in Mexico City and couldn't do anything. All has been documented and I filed with BBB also.

I was visiting family in Buffalo (December) and we were out shopping at a Kohl's... I saw a shirt that I liked, and used my Kohl's charge card to buy it, a little under $20. Since I always keep my balance at $0, I paid online when I got home. I normally paid through my bank, but used the Kohl's site this time. In February I got an e-mail from Kohl's about a yearly privacy statement and a new balance due.

So I called Kohl's, a rep said it happens all the time, he could see where I logged in to pay but didn't go through the 2nd or 3rd payment confirmation... "People complain about this all the time," he said. So, he reversed the late fees, my payment was made, I thought I was good. Then my credit rating tanked, turns out they reported me 90 days late. After numerous phone calls and letters, they still refuse to work with me. Ridiculous. I've spent thousands of dollars there, I'm sure one customer never shopping there again won't hurt Capital One, but at least I feel better possibly saving someone else the trouble of going through this.

Purchased three 4-piece Fiesta dinnerware sets online from Kohl's. Dinnerware set stated free gift with purchase. I was not aware I was supposed to pick a free item. Thought the free items would be added to my order so when I received my order, no free gift was included. Called Kohl's online and because my order was delivered, no gift can be sent. So I'm out of three free gifts, a total of 30 dollars.

Kohl's decides to cancel my first (and last) online order for no logical reason besides them thinking it is fraud because it is the first time I place an order for them. So there goes my time wasted online shopping. They want me to call a number... I don't think so. You lost a customer and potential recurring buyer and I can care less.

Do not buy any of the Vera Wang purses at Kohl’s. I bought a red purse there not more than a couple of years ago. I put it in my closet and basically forgot I had bought it. I got it off of my shelf today in my closet thinking I could take it to church tomorrow and this is what I found. See pictures. I’ve never used it at all, still has the plastic over the Vera Wang logo and paper stuffed inside when I bought it. It’s totally cracked all over and can never be used. I’m sure I got it on sale but they aren’t cheap prices on these Vera Wang bags. I’ll never buy a purse at Kohl’s again and I have been a regular shopper for years now.

I attempted to place an order online today like I’ve done hundreds of times. My password didn’t work so I requested an email link to change my password. The new password didn’t work either. I tried many times throughout the day and changed the password many times but I was never able to login. Tonight I called customer service and spoke to someone who said he emailed a link. I hung up. Tried the link to change my password but it didn’t work. I called again and got the same apology and assurance I would receive a emailed link to change my password. I got an email from Kohl's thanking Gerry?? For his underwear order. That really angered me so I called again. This guy apologized, said he could see the order and deleted it. He then said he was closing my account and setting a new one up.

I hung up and got an email saying per my request my account was updated and my email address was changed! I didn't change my email. Ok, I called again, this time a woman answered. Apologized but this time she told me many customers had been having trouble with their passwords for two days. I asked why Kohl's couldn’t tell us so we didn’t waste a day changing and retrying passwords 15 times. I also asked how I could be sure any of them were really Kohl's customer service. She put her superior on the phone, but the voice sounded the same. I was very leery by now so she transferred me to the fraud department. Up until now every one of them had spoken in broken slurred English which only added to the problem because I couldn’t understand what they promised to do to correct the problem.

The person who answered in fraud spoke alright but wasn’t any help and when he started asking for my social security number, I said no, then my account number, I said no, I lost it and hung up. If this all stemmed from a problem with customer passwords why string us along? I wasted a good part of my day. Sales have a time limit but you can’t order. Oh well...

They said I called to send them a e-bill instead but I never did. I called and told then I was hacked. And my email accounts and my bank they said someone being using and paying the bill. I said I had my old card from 1994 that it. They charge over 2,000. So watch out.

Kohl's has poor communication and lack of follow through. I started missing my payment date and was charged 37 dollars which was 10 dollars more than the payment. That was back in September and they just now decided to report that I was 30 days late which dropped my credit score 100 points! I made arrangements with them prior to them doing this. As of tonight my account is paid in full and I will be closing my account. I was always told that "the customer is always right".

I indicated that I wanted them shipped to my home and the shipping and handling came up to almost 18.00-I cancelled the order. Later in the day, I ordered the same two sweaters without any discounts and the shipping and handling came to 8.00. There should not be a difference in the shipping and handling regardless of the discounts you use.

I go through the process of getting approved for the account and as the transaction is being completed I'm told that the 30% discount doesn't apply to Levi's products. Ok, well maybe your sign should have some time type of qualifier, something as simple as (Not available of all products/brands). I call Customer Service and they can't do anything about it, all they could tell me was the products on the website are marked appropriately - well so what, I called you about the problem at the store. Displays are not neat and often my size is not available. Coupon offers not as valuable and now I hear that they will be reducing inventory. I would love to see them return to their high quality or I will stop shopping there altogether.

I am absolutely disgusted that they 1- Can take my mother in law's money and not even give store credit in exchange! I'm not asking for cash!!! Last Christmas my mother in law bought me a beautiful Vera Wang purse but wasn't really my style, returned it at Kohl's and (my mother in law spent $60) they gave me store credit for full value which was almost $200!!! This is by far the WORST change and now the worst store! I honestly cannot believe they are allowed to rip off their customers like this! #BoycottKohls

I have ordered twice from Kohls.com, both times I've had issues. The first time I ordered Solitaire Earrings, when I received them one earring was bigger than the other. I figured Hey mistakes happen, whatever I’ll just return them. The second time I ordered 5 panels of curtains, when I received them it only had 4. I called and they would not send me the one they had left out after I had already paid for it! They literally wanted me to pay for another one right then over the phone, and then give me a credit on my account, No thank you, that is the LAST time I ever order from Kohls.com.
